पीएम मोदी और ब्रिटेन के प्रधानमंत्री विजन 2035 रोडमैप के तहत भारत–ब्रिटेन व्यापक रणनीतिक साझेदारी की प्रगति की समीक्षा भी करेंगे। इस दौरान दोनों दिग्गज भारत–ब्रिटेन कॉम्प्रिहेंसिव इकोनॉमिक एंड ट्रेड एग्रीमेंट (सीईटीए) और अन्य वैश्विक-क्षेत्रीय मुद्दों पर चर्चा करेंगे। विजन 2035 व्यापार और निवेश, प्रौद्योगिकी और नवाचार, रक्षा और सुरक्षा, जलवायु और ऊर्जा, स्वास्थ, शिक्षा और लोगों के बीच संबंधों के प्रमुख स्तंभों में कार्यक्रमों और पहलों का एक केंद्रित है।

ब्रिटेन के निर्यात में 60 फीसदी की वृद्धि की उम्मीद

ब्रिटिश प्रधानमंत्री के आवास नंबर 10 डाउनिंग स्ट्रीट ने इस दौरे को मुंबई व्यापार मिशन करार दिया है। स्टार्मर का लक्ष्य भारत के साथ द्विपक्षीय व्यापार को बढ़ाना और ब्रिटेन की अर्थव्यवस्था को गति देना है, जो लो प्रोडक्टिविटी, हाई नेशनल लोन और कमजोर आर्थिक विकास की चुनौतियों से जूझ रही है। 31 मार्च 2025 को समाप्त हुए वर्ष में भारत और ब्रिटेन के बीच वस्तुओं और सेवाओं का द्विपक्षीय व्यापार 44.1 बिलियन पाउंड (59.14 बिलियन डॉलर) का था। भारत ब्रिटेन का 11वां सबसे बड़ा व्यापारिक साझेदार है और इस व्यापार समझौते से ब्रिटेन के निर्यात में 60 फीसदी की वृद्धि होने की उम्मीद है, जो लंबे समय में ब्रिटेन के जीडीपी में 0.13% (लगभग 4.8 बिलियन पाउंड सालाना) की बढ़ोतरी करेगा।

Adamant about his dream, Shubham started selling tailor-made travel itineraries at only ₹200 per case and generated ₹1,00,000 in May 2021 alone. His persistence became improvement with a ₹5,00,000 turnover at the end of FY 2021–22. The actual breakthrough was in 2022, when Klusttar Travels started working with residential buildings to provide community tours. The company completed tours valued at ₹10,00,000 after three months, and at the close of FY 2022–23, the turnover increased to ₹50,00,000, which was also a significant comeback.

 

In 2023, Klusttar Travels ventured into other markets and offered its services to Maharashtra Police, Mumbai Police, and subsequently to the Pune Health Department. Their professionalism, reliability, and client-first attitude won them trust and recognition in Maharashtra. The company surpassed the ₹1 crore turnover mark by FY 2023–24. They partnered with influencers and celebrities of the Marathi film industry in 2024, as well as with corporate giants such as Infosys, Persistent, and HDFC. 26/11 के मुंबई आतंकवादी हमलों को लेकर पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री और कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता पी चिदंबरम ने बड़ा खुलासा किया है। पी चिदंबरम ने मंगलवार को माना कि तत्कालीन यूपीए सरकार ने 26/11 के मुंबई आतंकवादी हमलों के बाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय दबाव, खासकर संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के दबाव और विदेश मंत्रालय के रुख के कारण पाकिस्तान पर जवाबी कार्रवाई नहीं करने का फैसला किया था। कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता ने माना कि वह बदला लेना चाहते थे, लेकिन सरकार ने युद्ध जैसे कदम से बचने का निर्णय किया।

पी चिदंबरम ने एक समाचार चैनल को दिए इंटरव्यू में कहा, पूरी दुनिया दिल्ली पर उतर आई थी और हमें ‘युद्ध शुरू न करने’ को कह रही थी। हमलों के बाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय की प्रतिक्रिया को याद करते हुए उन्होंने कहा, ‘उस समय अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री कोंडोलीजा राइस रहीं, मुझसे और प्रधानमंत्री से मिलने के लिए मुंबई अटैक के दो या तीन दिन बाद आईं। उन्होंने कहा, ‘कृपया जवाबी कार्रवाई न करें’। राइस ने साफ तौर पर कहा कि भारत को कोई जवाबी कार्रवाई नहीं करनी चाहिए। इस पर मैंने कहा कि यह सरकार का निर्णय होगा। बिना कोई सरकारी गोपनीयता तोड़े मैं मानता हूं कि मेरे दिमाग में कुछ बदले की कार्रवाई का विचार आया था।

आतंकवादी हमलों के कुछ दिन बाद चिदंबरम बने गृह मंत्री

पी. चिदंबरम ने 166 लोगों की जान लेने वाले आतंकवादी हमलों के कुछ ही दिनों बाद केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री का पदभार संभाला था। चिदंबरम ने कहा, मैं गृहमंत्री उस दिन बना जब आतंकवादियों को मार दिया गया था। आखिरी आतंकवादी को 30 नवंबर को मार दिया गया था। मुझे लगता है कि वह रविवार का दिन था, जब मुझे प्रधानमंत्री ने बुलाया। मुझे कहा गया कि आपको वित्त से गृह मंत्रालय भेजा जा रहा है, लेकिन मैं इसके लिए तैयार नहीं था। उन्होंने कहा कि हम फैसला कर चुके हैं।

सीधे प्रतिक्रिया के बदले कूटनीतिक तरीका अपनाने की सलाह

चिदंबरम ने कहा, मुझे सुरक्षा बलों की तैयारी की जानकारी नहीं थी. मुझे हमारी खुफिया एजेंसियों की तैयारियों की कोई जानकारी नहीं थी। मुझे खुफिया एजेंसियों द्वारा पाकिस्तान और पड़ोस में बनाए गए संसाधनों की कोई जानकारी नहीं थी। उस वक्त मेरे मन में आया कि बदला लेना चाहिए। मैंने प्रधानमंत्री और बाकी अहम लोगों से इस मामले पर चर्चा की थी, लेकिन निष्कर्ष काफी हद तक गृहमंत्रालय और विदेश मंत्रालय से प्रभावित था कि हमें स्थिति पर सीधे प्रतिक्रिया नहीं देनी चाहिए, इसकी जगह कूटनीतिक तरीका अपनाना चाहिए।

क्या है मुंबई अटैक

दरअसल, 26 नवंबर 2008 को मुंबई अटैक हुआ। पाकिस्तान से आए 10 आतंकियों ने मुंबई शहर को एक तरह से बंधक बना लिया और शहर के जगहों मसलन छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज टर्मिनस, ओबेरॉय ट्राइडेंट, ताजमहल पैलेस एंड टावर होटल, लियोपोल्ड कैफे, कामा हॉस्पिटल और नरीमन हाउस पर हमले किए। 29 नवंबर तक चले इस हमले में 166 लोग मारे गए, जिनमें विदेशी नागरिक भी शामिल थे। सुरक्षा बलों ने नौ आतंकवादियों को मार गिराया, जबकि एकमात्र जिंदा आतंकी अजमल कसाब को 2012 में फांसी दी गई। इस हमले के बाद तत्कालीन गृह मंत्री शिवराज पाटिल ने सुरक्षा चूक की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए इस्तीफा दे दिया था। इसके बाद पी चिदंबरम को वित्त मंत्रालय से गृह मंत्रालय में ट्रांसफर किया गया।

मालेगांव विस्फोट मामले में साध्वी प्रज्ञा समेत सभी आरोपी बरी, 17 साल बाद आया फैसला

महाराष्ट्र के मालेगांव में 2008 में हुए बम धमाके के मामले में 17 सालों बाद फैसला आ गया है। इस मामले में एआईए की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने साध्वी प्रज्ञा समेत सभी सातों आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया है। अदालत ने कहा कि शक के आधार पर दोषी नहीं ठहरा सकते हैं। केस की मुख्य आरोपी भोपाल की पूर्व सांसद साध्वी प्रज्ञा ठाकुर थीं। अदालत ने पूर्व भाजपा सांसद प्रज्ञा सिंह ठाकुर और लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल प्रसाद पुरोहित सहित सभी सात आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया। इस विस्फोट में छह लोग मारे गए थे और 101 अन्य घायल हुए थे।

कोर्ट ने जांच में कई खामियां बताईं

राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) के मामलों की सुनवाई के लिए नियुक्त विशेष न्यायाधीश एके लाहोटी ने अभियोजन पक्ष के मामले और की गई जांच में कई खामियां बताईं। उन्होंने कहा कि आरोपियों को संदेह का लाभ मिलना चाहिए। डेढ़ दशक से अधिक समय तक चली सुनवाई के बाद कोर्ट ने सभी आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया।

नहीं मिला सबूत

जस्टिस लाहोटी ने कहा कि इस केस की जांच 3-4 एजेंसियां कर रही थीं। बाइक में बम रखने का कोई सबूत नहीं मिला। कर्नल पुरोहित के खिलाफ भी कोई साक्ष्य नहीं मिला है। इसके अलावा कश्मीर से आरडीएक्स लाने के भी कोई सबूत नहीं मिले हैं। एनआईए कोर्ट के जज ने कहा कि अभियोजन यह साबित करने में विफल रहा है कि बाइक किसने पार्क की।

कब क्या हुआ था?

नासिक के मालेगांव में 29 सितंबर, 2008 को रमजान के पवित्र महीने में रात 9:35 मिनट पर मालेगांव की भिक्खू चौक पर शक्तिशाली विस्फोट हुआ था। इस विस्फोट में छह लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 100 से अधिक लोग घायल हुए थे।ब्लास्ट के दो हफ्ते बाद कुल 11 लोगों को अरेस्ट किया गया था। इसमें कर्नल पुरोहित भी शामिल थे। पुरोहित अभिनव भारत नाम का संगठन चलाते थे। एटीएस ने इस मामलेमें जनवरी 2009 में चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी। इसमें कुल 11 लोग आरोपी थी। इसके बाद मार्च, 2011 में यह मामला एनआईए को ट्रांसफर कर दिया गया था। मार्च, 2016 में एनआईए ने सप्लीमेंट्री चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी। इसमें मकोका में चार्ज खत्म कर दिए थे।

पहला मामला जब किसी ब्लास्ट में हिंदुओं को आरोपी बनाया गया

मालेगांव ब्लास्ट ने पूरे देश की राजनीति में सियासी बवंडर खड़ा कर दिया गया था। यह पहला मामला था जब किसी ब्लास्ट के मामले में हिंदुओं को आरोपी बनाया गया था। मालेगांव ब्लास्ट केस की सुनवाई अप्रैल, 2025 में पूरी कर ली गई थी। इसके बाद कोर्ट के द्वारा फैसला सुनाए जाने का इंतजार हो रहा था। कोर्ट के फैसला सुनाने में इसलिए देरी हुई क्योंकि मामले में एक लाख से अधिक पन्नों के सबूत और दस्तावेज थे। ऐसे में कोर्ट को फैसला सुनाने से पहले सभी रिकॉर्ड की जांच के लिए अतिरिक्त समय चाहिए था।

आतंकवादी हमलों के कुछ दिन बाद चिदंबरम बने गृह मंत्री

पी. चिदंबरम ने 166 लोगों की जान लेने वाले आतंकवादी हमलों के कुछ ही दिनों बाद केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री का पदभार संभाला था। चिदंबरम ने कहा, मैं गृहमंत्री उस दिन बना जब आतंकवादियों को मार दिया गया था। आखिरी आतंकवादी को 30 नवंबर को मार दिया गया था। मुझे लगता है कि वह रविवार का दिन था, जब मुझे प्रधानमंत्री ने बुलाया। मुझे कहा गया कि आपको वित्त से गृह मंत्रालय भेजा जा रहा है, लेकिन मैं इसके लिए तैयार नहीं था। उन्होंने कहा कि हम फैसला कर चुके हैं।

क्या है मुंबई अटैक

दरअसल, 26 नवंबर 2008 को मुंबई अटैक हुआ। पाकिस्तान से आए 10 आतंकियों ने मुंबई शहर को एक तरह से बंधक बना लिया और शहर के जगहों मसलन छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज टर्मिनस, ओबेरॉय ट्राइडेंट, ताजमहल पैलेस एंड टावर होटल, लियोपोल्ड कैफे, कामा हॉस्पिटल और नरीमन हाउस पर हमले किए। 29 नवंबर तक चले इस हमले में 166 लोग मारे गए, जिनमें विदेशी नागरिक भी शामिल थे। सुरक्षा बलों ने नौ आतंकवादियों को मार गिराया, जबकि एकमात्र जिंदा आतंकी अजमल कसाब को 2012 में फांसी दी गई। इस हमले के बाद तत्कालीन गृह मंत्री शिवराज पाटिल ने सुरक्षा चूक की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए इस्तीफा दे दिया था। इसके बाद पी चिदंबरम को वित्त मंत्रालय से गृह मंत्रालय में ट्रांसफर किया गया।

मालेगांव विस्फोट मामले में साध्वी प्रज्ञा समेत सभी आरोपी बरी, 17 साल बाद आया फैसला

महाराष्ट्र के मालेगांव में 2008 में हुए बम धमाके के मामले में 17 सालों बाद फैसला आ गया है। इस मामले में एआईए की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने साध्वी प्रज्ञा समेत सभी सातों आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया है। अदालत ने कहा कि शक के आधार पर दोषी नहीं ठहरा सकते हैं। केस की मुख्य आरोपी भोपाल की पूर्व सांसद साध्वी प्रज्ञा ठाकुर थीं। अदालत ने पूर्व भाजपा सांसद प्रज्ञा सिंह ठाकुर और लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल प्रसाद पुरोहित सहित सभी सात आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया। इस विस्फोट में छह लोग मारे गए थे और 101 अन्य घायल हुए थे।

कोर्ट ने जांच में कई खामियां बताईं

राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी (एनआईए) के मामलों की सुनवाई के लिए नियुक्त विशेष न्यायाधीश एके लाहोटी ने अभियोजन पक्ष के मामले और की गई जांच में कई खामियां बताईं। उन्होंने कहा कि आरोपियों को संदेह का लाभ मिलना चाहिए। डेढ़ दशक से अधिक समय तक चली सुनवाई के बाद कोर्ट ने सभी आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया।

नहीं मिला सबूत

जस्टिस लाहोटी ने कहा कि इस केस की जांच 3-4 एजेंसियां कर रही थीं। बाइक में बम रखने का कोई सबूत नहीं मिला। कर्नल पुरोहित के खिलाफ भी कोई साक्ष्य नहीं मिला है। इसके अलावा कश्मीर से आरडीएक्स लाने के भी कोई सबूत नहीं मिले हैं। एनआईए कोर्ट के जज ने कहा कि अभियोजन यह साबित करने में विफल रहा है कि बाइक किसने पार्क की।

कब क्या हुआ था?

नासिक के मालेगांव में 29 सितंबर, 2008 को रमजान के पवित्र महीने में रात 9:35 मिनट पर मालेगांव की भिक्खू चौक पर शक्तिशाली विस्फोट हुआ था। इस विस्फोट में छह लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 100 से अधिक लोग घायल हुए थे।ब्लास्ट के दो हफ्ते बाद कुल 11 लोगों को अरेस्ट किया गया था। इसमें कर्नल पुरोहित भी शामिल थे। पुरोहित अभिनव भारत नाम का संगठन चलाते थे। एटीएस ने इस मामलेमें जनवरी 2009 में चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी। इसमें कुल 11 लोग आरोपी थी। इसके बाद मार्च, 2011 में यह मामला एनआईए को ट्रांसफर कर दिया गया था। मार्च, 2016 में एनआईए ने सप्लीमेंट्री चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी। इसमें मकोका में चार्ज खत्म कर दिए थे।

पहला मामला जब किसी ब्लास्ट में हिंदुओं को आरोपी बनाया गया

मालेगांव ब्लास्ट ने पूरे देश की राजनीति में सियासी बवंडर खड़ा कर दिया गया था। यह पहला मामला था जब किसी ब्लास्ट के मामले में हिंदुओं को आरोपी बनाया गया था। मालेगांव ब्लास्ट केस की सुनवाई अप्रैल, 2025 में पूरी कर ली गई थी। इसके बाद कोर्ट के द्वारा फैसला सुनाए जाने का इंतजार हो रहा था। कोर्ट के फैसला सुनाने में इसलिए देरी हुई क्योंकि मामले में एक लाख से अधिक पन्नों के सबूत और दस्तावेज थे। ऐसे में कोर्ट को फैसला सुनाने से पहले सभी रिकॉर्ड की जांच के लिए अतिरिक्त समय चाहिए था।
