लोकसभा चुनाव की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। सभी पार्टियां चुनावी रणनीति पर फोकस कर रही हैं। हालांकि, कांग्रेस दूसरी मुश्किलों में अटकी पड़ी है। एक बाद एक मामले कांग्रेस की मुश्किलें लगातार बढ़ा रहे हैं। अब आयकर विभाग ने एक बार फिर कांग्रेस पार्टी को नोटिस भेजा है। आईटी विभाग ने कांग्रेस पार्टी को 1700 करोड़ का रिकवरी नोटिस भेजा है। आईटी विभाग द्वारा भेजी गई नोटिस में टैक्स के साथ ही जुर्माना और और ब्याज भी जोड़ा गया है। इससे पहले गुरूवार को कांग्रेस ने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर 2017-2021 के लिए आयकर विभाग के जुर्माने की दोबारा जांच की मांग की थी, लेकिन अदालत ने कांग्रेस की याचिका खारिज कर दी। इसके बाद पार्टी को नोटिस भेजा गया है।



आयकर विभाग के नोटिस ने लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के बीच कांग्रेस की परेशानी और बढ़ा दी है। नए नोटिस को लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले नकदी संकट से जूझ रही कांग्रेस के लिए झटका माना जा रहा है। 1700 करोड़ का नया नोटिस मिलने के बाद शुक्रवार दोपहर में कांग्रेस ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। जिसमें अजय माकन ने बताया विभाग ने पुराने रिटर्न केस को फिर से खोलकर कांग्रेस के खिलाफ पूर्व नियोजित अभियान शुरू किया है। भाजपा भी टैक्स लॉ का गंभीर उल्लंघन कर रही है। विभाग को उससे 4,600 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा की मांग करनी चाहिए।

गुरुवार को दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने कांग्रेस के खिलाफ चार साल के लिए पुनर्मूल्यांकन की कार्यवाही के आयकर विभाग के आदेश को चुनौती देने वाली कांग्रेस पार्टी की याचिका खारिज कर दी थी। हाल ही में कोर्ट ने 2014 से 2017 वर्ष बीच के करों के पुनर्मूल्यांकन के खिलाफ कांग्रेस की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था। दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने अलग-अलग आकलन वर्षों से संबंधित चार याचिकाएं खारिज कर दीं। ये याचिकाएं मूल्यांकन वर्ष 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20 और 2020-21 से संबंधित थीं। इससे पहले 22 मार्च को, अदालत ने 2014-15, 2015-16 और 2016-17 के आकलन वर्षों के लिए आयकर विभाग द्वारा शुरू की गई पुन: मूल्यांकन कार्यवाही को चुनौती देने वाली कांग्रेस द्वारा दायर याचिकाओं को खारिज कर दिया था। 

दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने कांग्रेस से करीब 105 करोड़ रुपये का बकाया कर वसूलने के आयकर नोटिस पर रोक लगाने से इनकार करने के आयकर अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण (आईटीएटी) के फैसले को बरकरार रखा है।हालांकि, अदालत ने कांग्रेस पार्टी को अपनी शिकायतों के साथ नए सिरे से आईटीएटी में जाने की स्वतंत्रता दी है। 

देश की सबसे पुरानी पार्टी ने हाल ही में आयकर वसूली के खिलाफ आईटीएटी का दरवाजा खटखटाया था और उनके बैंक खातों की वसूली और फ्रीज करने की आयकर विभाग की कार्यवाही पर रोक लगाने की भी मांग की थी। कांग्रेस ने अपनी शिकायत में कहा था कि आयकर विभाग ने सुनवाई के नतीजे का इंतजार किए बिना बैंकों के पास पड़ी शेष राशि को फ्रीज कर दिया। पार्टी ने अपील की थी कि जब तक स्थगन आवेदन का निपटारा नहीं हो जाता, तब तक विभाग अपनी कार्रवाई रोक दे।

बता दें कि आयकर विभाग पहले ही कांग्रेस पार्टी के दिल्ली में स्थित बैंक खातों से 135 करोड़ रुपए वसूल चुका है। 2018-19 के लिए कांग्रेस जरूर शर्त नहीं पूरी कर पाई थी। कोर्ट में आयकर विभाग ने कहा था कि 520 करोड़ रुपए असेसमेंट में शामिल नहीं थे। दरअसल, कांग्रेस ने वर्ष की आयकर भरने की अंतिम तारीख के एक महीने बाद अपने कागज जमा किए थे और साथ ही उन नियमों का उल्लंघन किया था जिसके अंतर्गत इसे आयकर भरने से छूट मिलती। कांग्रेस ने इस वर्ष के आयकर दस्तावेजों में दिखाया था कि इसे चंदे में 14 लाख रूपए नकद में मिले। यह नियमों के विरुद्ध है। नियम है कि कोई भी पार्टी 2000 से अधिक का चंदा नकद में नहीं ले सकती। कांग्रेस ने इस नियम का उल्लंघन किया जिसके कारण इसे टैक्स में छूट नहीं मिली।

Economists say, the big door of Lakshmi profit in Bengal also opens in this Durga Puja. Both corporate houses and other medium or small domestic companies have invested at least Rs 50,000 crore behind Puja in the state.





The Chief Minister said that this year the Puja business could be worth about 60 thousand crore rupees. According to sources, at least 3 to 4 lakh people earn extra income on the occasion of Puja. In the era of e-commerce, only the delivery boy needs several thousand. 





Every year the expenses are increasing on the occasion of Puja. In 2019, the British Council said that 32 thousand 327 crore rupees were spent on the puja. Which is 2.6 percent of the state's GDP. It is believed that the number may exceed 5 lakhs if tourists from other countries come to Bengal for Puja.E-commerce is forecast to invest 12.15 percent more than last year. 



Says an economist, “I welcome the way the Durga Puja fleet has grown today. The marginal class people of Bengal are benefiting more.”

SBI Report: 2047 నాటికి ₹15 లక్షలకు తలసరి ఆదాయం: ఎస్‌బీఐ రీసెర్చ్‌


దిల్లీ: శత స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవం నిర్వహించుకునే నాటికి దేశంలో తలసరి ఆదాయం (per capita income) గణనీయంగా పెరగనుందని ఎస్‌బీఐ రీసెర్చి (SBI report) పేర్కొంది..

  

2047 నాటికి తలసరి ఆదాయం ఇప్పుడున్న (2022-23 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం) రూ.2 లక్షల నుంచి రూ.14.9 లక్షలకు పెరగనుందని పేర్కొంది. అంటే దాదాపు ఏడున్నర రెట్లు పెరగనుందని ఎస్‌బీఐ రీసెర్చి ఆర్థిక వేత్తలు పేర్కొన్నారు.

అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్న ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ నుంచి 2047 నాటికి అభివృద్ధి చెందిన ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థగా అవతరించాలని ప్రభుత్వం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుంది. తాజాగా స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ ప్రసంగంలోనూ ఈ అంశాన్ని ప్రధాని మోదీ ప్రస్తావించారు.

कम नहीं हो रही कांग्रेस की मुश्किलें, इनकम टैक्स से मिला 1700 करोड़ का नोटिस

लोकसभा चुनाव की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। सभी पार्टियां चुनावी रणनीति पर फोकस कर रही हैं। हालांकि, कांग्रेस दूसरी मुश्किलों में अटकी पड़ी है। एक बाद एक मामले कांग्रेस की मुश्किलें लगातार बढ़ा रहे हैं। अब आयकर विभाग ने एक बार फिर कांग्रेस पार्टी को नोटिस भेजा है। आईटी विभाग ने कांग्रेस पार्टी को 1700 करोड़ का रिकवरी नोटिस भेजा है। आईटी विभाग द्वारा भेजी गई नोटिस में टैक्स के साथ ही जुर्माना और और ब्याज भी जोड़ा गया है। इससे पहले गुरूवार को कांग्रेस ने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर 2017-2021 के लिए आयकर विभाग के जुर्माने की दोबारा जांच की मांग की थी, लेकिन अदालत ने कांग्रेस की याचिका खारिज कर दी। इसके बाद पार्टी को नोटिस भेजा गया है।



आयकर विभाग के नोटिस ने लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के बीच कांग्रेस की परेशानी और बढ़ा दी है। नए नोटिस को लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले नकदी संकट से जूझ रही कांग्रेस के लिए झटका माना जा रहा है। 1700 करोड़ का नया नोटिस मिलने के बाद शुक्रवार दोपहर में कांग्रेस ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। जिसमें अजय माकन ने बताया विभाग ने पुराने रिटर्न केस को फिर से खोलकर कांग्रेस के खिलाफ पूर्व नियोजित अभियान शुरू किया है। भाजपा भी टैक्स लॉ का गंभीर उल्लंघन कर रही है। विभाग को उससे 4,600 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा की मांग करनी चाहिए।

गुरुवार को दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने कांग्रेस के खिलाफ चार साल के लिए पुनर्मूल्यांकन की कार्यवाही के आयकर विभाग के आदेश को चुनौती देने वाली कांग्रेस पार्टी की याचिका खारिज कर दी थी। हाल ही में कोर्ट ने 2014 से 2017 वर्ष बीच के करों के पुनर्मूल्यांकन के खिलाफ कांग्रेस की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था। दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने अलग-अलग आकलन वर्षों से संबंधित चार याचिकाएं खारिज कर दीं। ये याचिकाएं मूल्यांकन वर्ष 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20 और 2020-21 से संबंधित थीं। इससे पहले 22 मार्च को, अदालत ने 2014-15, 2015-16 और 2016-17 के आकलन वर्षों के लिए आयकर विभाग द्वारा शुरू की गई पुन: मूल्यांकन कार्यवाही को चुनौती देने वाली कांग्रेस द्वारा दायर याचिकाओं को खारिज कर दिया था। 

दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने कांग्रेस से करीब 105 करोड़ रुपये का बकाया कर वसूलने के आयकर नोटिस पर रोक लगाने से इनकार करने के आयकर अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण (आईटीएटी) के फैसले को बरकरार रखा है।हालांकि, अदालत ने कांग्रेस पार्टी को अपनी शिकायतों के साथ नए सिरे से आईटीएटी में जाने की स्वतंत्रता दी है। 

देश की सबसे पुरानी पार्टी ने हाल ही में आयकर वसूली के खिलाफ आईटीएटी का दरवाजा खटखटाया था और उनके बैंक खातों की वसूली और फ्रीज करने की आयकर विभाग की कार्यवाही पर रोक लगाने की भी मांग की थी। कांग्रेस ने अपनी शिकायत में कहा था कि आयकर विभाग ने सुनवाई के नतीजे का इंतजार किए बिना बैंकों के पास पड़ी शेष राशि को फ्रीज कर दिया। पार्टी ने अपील की थी कि जब तक स्थगन आवेदन का निपटारा नहीं हो जाता, तब तक विभाग अपनी कार्रवाई रोक दे।

बता दें कि आयकर विभाग पहले ही कांग्रेस पार्टी के दिल्ली में स्थित बैंक खातों से 135 करोड़ रुपए वसूल चुका है। 2018-19 के लिए कांग्रेस जरूर शर्त नहीं पूरी कर पाई थी। कोर्ट में आयकर विभाग ने कहा था कि 520 करोड़ रुपए असेसमेंट में शामिल नहीं थे। दरअसल, कांग्रेस ने वर्ष की आयकर भरने की अंतिम तारीख के एक महीने बाद अपने कागज जमा किए थे और साथ ही उन नियमों का उल्लंघन किया था जिसके अंतर्गत इसे आयकर भरने से छूट मिलती। कांग्रेस ने इस वर्ष के आयकर दस्तावेजों में दिखाया था कि इसे चंदे में 14 लाख रूपए नकद में मिले। यह नियमों के विरुद्ध है। नियम है कि कोई भी पार्टी 2000 से अधिक का चंदा नकद में नहीं ले सकती। कांग्रेस ने इस नियम का उल्लंघन किया जिसके कारण इसे टैक्स में छूट नहीं मिली।

 SB News bureau: Like every other time, this year's puja has seen a picture of great excitement in the entire country including Bengal. But what is the only joy surrounding the puja? Economists say, the big door of Lakshmi profit in Bengal also opens in this Durga Puja. Both corporate houses and other medium or small domestic companies have invested at least Rs 50,000 crore behind Puja in the state.





The Chief Minister said that this year the Puja business could be worth about 60 thousand crore rupees. According to sources, at least 3 to 4 lakh people earn extra income on the occasion of Puja. In the era of e-commerce, only the delivery boy needs several thousand. 





Every year the expenses are increasing on the occasion of Puja. In 2019, the British Council said that 32 thousand 327 crore rupees were spent on the puja. Which is 2.6 percent of the state's GDP. It is believed that the number may exceed 5 lakhs if tourists from other countries come to Bengal for Puja.E-commerce is forecast to invest 12.15 percent more than last year. 



Says an economist, “I welcome the way the Durga Puja fleet has grown today. The marginal class people of Bengal are benefiting more.”

SBI Report: 2047 నాటికి ₹15 లక్షలకు తలసరి ఆదాయం: ఎస్‌బీఐ రీసెర్చ్‌


దిల్లీ: శత స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవం నిర్వహించుకునే నాటికి దేశంలో తలసరి ఆదాయం (per capita income) గణనీయంగా పెరగనుందని ఎస్‌బీఐ రీసెర్చి (SBI report) పేర్కొంది..

  

2047 నాటికి తలసరి ఆదాయం ఇప్పుడున్న (2022-23 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం) రూ.2 లక్షల నుంచి రూ.14.9 లక్షలకు పెరగనుందని పేర్కొంది. అంటే దాదాపు ఏడున్నర రెట్లు పెరగనుందని ఎస్‌బీఐ రీసెర్చి ఆర్థిక వేత్తలు పేర్కొన్నారు.

అభివృద్ధి చెందుతున్న ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ నుంచి 2047 నాటికి అభివృద్ధి చెందిన ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థగా అవతరించాలని ప్రభుత్వం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుంది. తాజాగా స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ ప్రసంగంలోనూ ఈ అంశాన్ని ప్రధాని మోదీ ప్రస్తావించారు.

2047 లక్ష్యాలు చేరుకోవాలంటే వచ్చే ఐదేళ్లూ చాలా కీలకమని మోదీ అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. అభివృద్ధి చెందిన దేశమనేది స్వప్నం కాకూడదని.. 140 కోట్ల పౌరుల ప్రతిజ్ఞ కావాలని ఆకాక్షించారు..
