लोकसभा में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के लिए 17 सांसदों को रत्न पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया। इन सांसदों में एनसीपी (एसपी) नेता सुप्रिया सुले, बीजेपी नेता रवि किशन, निशिकांत दुबे और शिवसेना (यूबीटी) नेता अरविंद सावंत आदिर शामिल हैं। इन सांसदों ने लोकसभा में अपना अमूल्य योगदान दिया है। इसके अलावा चार सांसदों को विशेष जूरी पुरस्कार दिया।

Panvel, Raigad – November 14, 2024 – Graceful Hands Trust (E-1432) organized a special Yog Mudras & Mental Health Handling session on Children’s Day at I.C.A. Primary, Secondary, and Higher Secondary Ashram School in Chikhle, Panvel. The event brought together nearly 600 children for a day filled with activities focused on health, fitness, and celebration.




The session included a variety of engaging activities such as yoga, dance, stretching, relaxation techniques, and fitness tips, led by certified Ashtanga Power Yoga coach and trainer Ms. Megha Ingle. Panvel, Raigad – November 14, 2024 – Graceful Hands Trust (E-1432) organized a special Yog Mudras & Mental Health Handling session on Children’s Day at I.C.A. Primary, Secondary, and Higher Secondary Ashram School in Chikhle, Panvel. The event brought together nearly 600 children for a day filled with activities focused on health, fitness, and celebration.




The session included a variety of engaging activities such as yoga, dance, stretching, relaxation techniques, and fitness tips, led by certified Ashtanga Power Yoga coach and trainer Ms. Megha Ingle.
