देश की मोदी सरकार को ड्रग तस्करी के खिलाफ बड़ी सफलता मिली है। सरकार ने ड्रग्स के खिलाफ अपनी सबसे बड़ी कार्रवाइयों में से एक को अंजाम देते हुए पहली बार ‘जिहादी ड्रग’ कहे जाने वाले ‘कैप्टागन’ की बड़ी खेप जब्त की है। मंत्री अमित शाह ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म ‘एक्स’ पर जानकारी दी।

  

पहली बार कैप्टागन नामक ड्रग की बड़ी खेप जब्त
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने आज बताया कि नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) ने पहली बार कैप्टागन नामक ड्रग की बड़ी खेप जब्त की है, जिसकी कीमत करीब 182 करोड़ रुपये आंकी गई है। गृह मंत्री ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर जानकारी साझा करते हुए कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ड्रग-फ्री इंडिया के संकल्प के साथ लगातार कार्रवाई कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि ‘ऑपरेशन रेजपिल’ के तहत एजेंसियों ने इस कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया।

ड्रग्स के प्रति सरकार की जीरो टॉलरेंस
अमित शाह ने कहा कि मध्य पूर्व जा रही ड्रग्स की खेप को जब्त करना और एक विदेशी नागरिक की गिरफ्तारी ड्रग्स के प्रति हमारी शून्य सहिष्णुता की प्रतिबद्धता के उत्कृष्ट उदाहरण हैं। मैं दोहराता हूं कि हम भारत में प्रवेश करने वाले या हमारे क्षेत्र को पारगमन मार्ग के रूप में उपयोग करके देश से बाहर जाने वाले हर ग्राम ड्रग्स पर कड़ी कार्रवाई करेंगे। एनसीबी के बहादुर और सतर्क योद्धाओं को सलाम।

कैप्टागन को जिहादी ड्रग्स क्यों कहते हैं?
अब सवाल यह है कि आखिर कैप्टागन को जिहादी ड्रग्स क्यों कहा जाता है? इसका इस्तेमाल कौन करता है और भारत की नारकोटिक्स एजेंसियों ने कैसे इसका भंडाफोड़ किया। कैप्टागन असल में फेनेथिलिन नामक एम्फेटामिन आधारित ड्रग का रूप है। मिडिल ईस्ट के युद्धग्रस्त इलाकों और आतंकी संगठनों के लड़ाकों के बीच इसके इस्तेमाल की वजह से इसे ‘जिहादी ड्रग’ कहा जाता है। इस ड्रग का सेवन करने के बाद इंसान को दर्द, डर या थकान का एहसास कम हो जाता है। इसे लेने के बाद इंसान लंबे समय तक जाग सकता है, थकान महसूस नहीं होती, फोकस बढ़ जाता है और दिमाग में एक अलग तरह का जोश और खुशी महसूस होती है। यही वजह है कि इसे लड़ाई और हिंसक गतिविधियों में इस्तेमाल किया जाता रहा है।

रामनवमी पर्व 2026 की प्रारंभिक प्रशासनिक तैयारियों के मद्देनजर आज 19 फरवरी को उपायुक्त श्री शशि प्रकाश सिंह की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में बैठक आयोजित की गई। 
इस बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अंजनी अंजन, उप विकास आयुक्त श्रीमती रिया सिंह, सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी श्री आदित्य पांडेय, प्रशिक्षु आईएएस श्री आनंद शर्मा, एसडीपीओ अमित कुमार व अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
बैठक में पूर्व में आयोजित रामनवमी समारोहों से प्राप्त अनुभवों के आधार पर आवश्यक तैयारियों को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण करने पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि हजारीबाग की रामनवमी देशभर में अपनी भव्यता के लिए विख्यात है तथा इसकी गरिमा बनाए रखना हम सभी की सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि पर्व को पारंपरिक स्वरूप में ही मनाया जाए। भड़काऊ एवं उद्वेलित करने वाले गीतों तथा डीजे के उपयोग से पर्व की गरिमा प्रभावित होती है, इसलिए पारंपरिक ताशा पार्टी के प्रयोग को बढ़ावा दिया जाए।
उपायुक्त ने इस वर्ष रामनवमी को नशामुक्त एवं पारंपरिक स्वरूप में मनाने हेतु विशेष अभियान चलाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के मद्देनजर जुलूस मार्गों पर बैरिकेटिंग, सीसीटीवी अधिष्ठापन, ड्रॉप गेट की व्यवस्था, मेडिकल सेंटर,विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने तथा सूखे पेड़ों की कटाई,उत्पाद विभाग को अवैध रूप मद्यशालाओं के संचालन पर प्रभावी कार्रवाई करने तथा नशे के विरुद्ध (Say no to drugs) आदि का व्यापक सघन जांच अभियान चलाने जैसे आवश्यक कार्य समय से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। 
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इस रामनवमी में जुलूस के दौरान झांकियों के प्रयोग में लाये जाने वाले वाहनों के क्रियाशीलता का एमवीआई के माध्यम से सत्यापन कराना आवश्यक होगा।
उन्होंने प्रखंड प्रशासन एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में अखाड़ा समितियों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर सभी महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर विचार-विमर्श करने का निर्देश दिया। बैठक में दंडाधिकारियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति, विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण तथा आपातकालीन व्यवस्थाओं पर भी चर्चा की गई।
जिला प्रशासन ने सभी नागरिकों से शांति, सौहार्द और परंपरागत मर्यादा के साथ पर्व मनाने में सहयोग करने की अपील की है।

फाइलेरिया मुक्त राँची: 10 फरवरी को 619 बूथों पर दवा खिलाने का महाअभियान; उपायुक्त की जिलेवासियों से खास अपील
राँची, 08 फरवरी 2026: राँची जिला प्रशासन द्वारा 10 फरवरी 2026 को जिले के चार प्रमुख प्रखंडों में Mass Drug Administration (MDA) कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। उपायुक्त सह जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री ने इस अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए 'फाइलेरिया मुक्त राँची' का नारा दिया है।

जीविका दीदियों और स्वयं सहायता समूहों की भूमिका
उपायुक्त ने JSLPS (जीविका) से जुड़ी दीदियों को इस अभियान की 'रीढ़' बताया है। उन्होंने घोषणा की है कि उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले और शत-प्रतिशत दवा सेवन सुनिश्चित कराने वाले महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों (SHGs) को जिला प्रशासन द्वारा प्रशस्ति प्रमाण पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

चिकित्सकीय सलाह: बचाव ही उपाय है
जिला प्रशासन ने डॉक्टर के परामर्श के आधार पर कुछ महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश भी जारी किए हैं:

दवा सेवन: वर्ष में एक बार दवा लेना अनिवार्य है।

स्वच्छता: प्रभावित अंगों को साबुन और साफ पानी से धोएं।

जांच: फाइलेरिया की जांच के लिए रात में रक्त परीक्षण (Night Blood Survey) सबसे सटीक होता है।

बचाव: मच्छरदानी का प्रयोग करें और मच्छरों से बचें।

नशा तस्करी के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान में नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) रांची जोनल यूनिट ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। ब्यूरो ने तस्करों की अवैध कमाई पर सीधी चोट करते हुए करीब 48.6 लाख रुपये की संपत्ति फ्रीज कर दी है। यह कार्रवाई विदेशी मुद्रा हेरफेर अधिनियम (साफेमा) के तहत की गई है और सक्षम प्राधिकरण ने इसे मंजूरी भी दे दी है।

  

क्या है मामला?
ये संपत्ति एक बड़े अफीम (पोपी स्ट्रॉ) तस्करी मामले से जुड़ी है। यह केस 8 अगस्त 2024 को शुरू हुआ था। 8 अगस्त 2024 को एनसीबी रांची को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी। इसके बाद हेसमी टोल प्लाजा, मांडर पर एक वाहन को रोका गया, जिसमें से 4,317 किलो से ज़्यादा पोपी स्ट्रॉ (अफीम का भूसा) बरामद हुआ। ये माल झारखंड के खूंटी से लाया जा रहा था और राजस्थान सप्लाई होना था। इस केस में 6 आरोपी गिरफ्तार किए गए थे, जिनमें मास्टरमाइंड मोहम्मद इमरान आलम भी शामिल था।

साफेमा के तहत संपत्ति फ्रीज
जांच के दौरान पता चला कि आरोपी एक बड़े अंतरराज्यीय ड्रग नेटवर्क से जुड़े हैं, जिसकी डोर राजस्थान तक फैली हुई है। यही नेटवर्क लगातार बिहार और झारखंड में नशीले पदार्थों की आपूर्ति कर रहा था। एनसीबी अधिकारियों का कहना है कि एजेंसी की रणनीति सिर्फ गिरफ्तारी तक सीमित नहीं है, अब तस्करों की अवैध संपत्तियों पर भी शिकंजा कसा जा रहा है, ताकि उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर किया जा सके। साफेमा के तहत संपत्ति फ्रीज करना उसी दिशा में उठाया गया अहम कदम है। इस केस में आरोपियों की 48.6 लाख की संपत्ति फ्रीज की गई और साफेमा अथॉरिटी ने इसे सही ठहराया।

आरोपियों से जुड़ी अन्य संपत्तियों की छानबीन जारी
बताया गया कि जांच अभी जारी है और आरोपियों से जुड़ी अन्य संपत्तियों की भी छानबीन की जा रही है। एजेंसी ने साफ कर दिया है कि आगे भी ऐसी कार्रवाइयां होती रहेंगी। ब्यूरो ने आम लोगों से अपील की है कि वे नशे के खिलाफ इस लड़ाई में सहयोग करें। अगर किसी को नशीले पदार्थों की बिक्री या तस्करी की जानकारी मिले तो राष्ट्रीय नशा विरोधी हेल्पलाइन 1933 पर सूचना दी जा सकती है। सूचना देने वाले का नाम और पहचान पूरी तरह गुप्त रखी जाएगी।

केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने आज बताया कि नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) ने पहली बार कैप्टागन नामक ड्रग की बड़ी खेप जब्त की है, जिसकी कीमत करीब 182 करोड़ रुपये आंकी गई है। गृह मंत्री ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर जानकारी साझा करते हुए कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ड्रग-फ्री इंडिया के संकल्प के साथ लगातार कार्रवाई कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि ‘ऑपरेशन रेजपिल’ के तहत एजेंसियों ने इस कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया।

रामनवमी पर्व 2026 की प्रारंभिक प्रशासनिक तैयारियों के मद्देनजर आज 19 फरवरी को उपायुक्त श्री शशि प्रकाश सिंह की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में बैठक आयोजित की गई। 
इस बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अंजनी अंजन, उप विकास आयुक्त श्रीमती रिया सिंह, सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी श्री आदित्य पांडेय, प्रशिक्षु आईएएस श्री आनंद शर्मा, एसडीपीओ अमित कुमार व अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

उपायुक्त ने इस वर्ष रामनवमी को नशामुक्त एवं पारंपरिक स्वरूप में मनाने हेतु विशेष अभियान चलाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के मद्देनजर जुलूस मार्गों पर बैरिकेटिंग, सीसीटीवी अधिष्ठापन, ड्रॉप गेट की व्यवस्था, मेडिकल सेंटर,विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने तथा सूखे पेड़ों की कटाई,उत्पाद विभाग को अवैध रूप मद्यशालाओं के संचालन पर प्रभावी कार्रवाई करने तथा नशे के विरुद्ध (Say no to drugs) आदि का व्यापक सघन जांच अभियान चलाने जैसे आवश्यक कार्य समय से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। 
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इस रामनवमी में जुलूस के दौरान झांकियों के प्रयोग में लाये जाने वाले वाहनों के क्रियाशीलता का एमवीआई के माध्यम से सत्यापन कराना आवश्यक होगा।
उन्होंने प्रखंड प्रशासन एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में अखाड़ा समितियों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर सभी महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर विचार-विमर्श करने का निर्देश दिया। बैठक में दंडाधिकारियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति, विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण तथा आपातकालीन व्यवस्थाओं पर भी चर्चा की गई।
जिला प्रशासन ने सभी नागरिकों से शांति, सौहार्द और परंपरागत मर्यादा के साथ पर्व मनाने में सहयोग करने की अपील की है।

फाइलेरिया मुक्त राँची: 10 फरवरी को 619 बूथों पर दवा खिलाने का महाअभियान; उपायुक्त की जिलेवासियों से खास अपील
राँची, 08 फरवरी 2026: राँची जिला प्रशासन द्वारा 10 फरवरी 2026 को जिले के चार प्रमुख प्रखंडों में Mass Drug Administration (MDA) कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। उपायुक्त सह जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री ने इस अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए 'फाइलेरिया मुक्त राँची' का नारा दिया है।

मुख्य तिथि: 10 फरवरी 2026 (बूथ स्तर पर दवा सेवन)।

  

मॉप-अप राउंड: 11 से 25 फरवरी 2026 तक (स्वास्थ्य कर्मी घर-घर जाकर दवा खिलाएंगे)।

उपायुक्त ने JSLPS (जीविका) से जुड़ी दीदियों को इस अभियान की 'रीढ़' बताया है। उन्होंने घोषणा की है कि उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले और शत-प्रतिशत दवा सेवन सुनिश्चित कराने वाले महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों (SHGs) को जिला प्रशासन द्वारा प्रशस्ति प्रमाण पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

चिकित्सकीय सलाह: बचाव ही उपाय है
जिला प्रशासन ने डॉक्टर के परामर्श के आधार पर कुछ महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश भी जारी किए हैं:

दवा सेवन: वर्ष में एक बार दवा लेना अनिवार्य है।

स्वच्छता: प्रभावित अंगों को साबुन और साफ पानी से धोएं।

जांच: फाइलेरिया की जांच के लिए रात में रक्त परीक्षण (Night Blood Survey) सबसे सटीक होता है।

बचाव: मच्छरदानी का प्रयोग करें और मच्छरों से बचें।

नशा तस्करी के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान में नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) रांची जोनल यूनिट ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। ब्यूरो ने तस्करों की अवैध कमाई पर सीधी चोट करते हुए करीब 48.6 लाख रुपये की संपत्ति फ्रीज कर दी है। यह कार्रवाई विदेशी मुद्रा हेरफेर अधिनियम (साफेमा) के तहत की गई है और सक्षम प्राधिकरण ने इसे मंजूरी भी दे दी है।

  

क्या है मामला?
ये संपत्ति एक बड़े अफीम (पोपी स्ट्रॉ) तस्करी मामले से जुड़ी है। यह केस 8 अगस्त 2024 को शुरू हुआ था। 8 अगस्त 2024 को एनसीबी रांची को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी। इसके बाद हेसमी टोल प्लाजा, मांडर पर एक वाहन को रोका गया, जिसमें से 4,317 किलो से ज़्यादा पोपी स्ट्रॉ (अफीम का भूसा) बरामद हुआ। ये माल झारखंड के खूंटी से लाया जा रहा था और राजस्थान सप्लाई होना था। इस केस में 6 आरोपी गिरफ्तार किए गए थे, जिनमें मास्टरमाइंड मोहम्मद इमरान आलम भी शामिल था।
