रामनवमी पर्व 2026 की प्रारंभिक प्रशासनिक तैयारियों के मद्देनजर आज 19 फरवरी को उपायुक्त श्री शशि प्रकाश सिंह की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में बैठक आयोजित की गई। 
इस बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अंजनी अंजन, उप विकास आयुक्त श्रीमती रिया सिंह, सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी श्री आदित्य पांडेय, प्रशिक्षु आईएएस श्री आनंद शर्मा, एसडीपीओ अमित कुमार व अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
बैठक में पूर्व में आयोजित रामनवमी समारोहों से प्राप्त अनुभवों के आधार पर आवश्यक तैयारियों को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण करने पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि हजारीबाग की रामनवमी देशभर में अपनी भव्यता के लिए विख्यात है तथा इसकी गरिमा बनाए रखना हम सभी की सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि पर्व को पारंपरिक स्वरूप में ही मनाया जाए। भड़काऊ एवं उद्वेलित करने वाले गीतों तथा डीजे के उपयोग से पर्व की गरिमा प्रभावित होती है, इसलिए पारंपरिक ताशा पार्टी के प्रयोग को बढ़ावा दिया जाए।
उपायुक्त ने इस वर्ष रामनवमी को नशामुक्त एवं पारंपरिक स्वरूप में मनाने हेतु विशेष अभियान चलाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के मद्देनजर जुलूस मार्गों पर बैरिकेटिंग, सीसीटीवी अधिष्ठापन, ड्रॉप गेट की व्यवस्था, मेडिकल सेंटर,विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने तथा सूखे पेड़ों की कटाई,उत्पाद विभाग को अवैध रूप मद्यशालाओं के संचालन पर प्रभावी कार्रवाई करने तथा नशे के विरुद्ध (Say no to drugs) आदि का व्यापक सघन जांच अभियान चलाने जैसे आवश्यक कार्य समय से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। 
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इस रामनवमी में जुलूस के दौरान झांकियों के प्रयोग में लाये जाने वाले वाहनों के क्रियाशीलता का एमवीआई के माध्यम से सत्यापन कराना आवश्यक होगा।
उन्होंने प्रखंड प्रशासन एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में अखाड़ा समितियों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर सभी महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर विचार-विमर्श करने का निर्देश दिया। बैठक में दंडाधिकारियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति, विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण तथा आपातकालीन व्यवस्थाओं पर भी चर्चा की गई।
जिला प्रशासन ने सभी नागरिकों से शांति, सौहार्द और परंपरागत मर्यादा के साथ पर्व मनाने में सहयोग करने की अपील की है।

नशा तस्करी के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान में नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) रांची जोनल यूनिट ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। ब्यूरो ने तस्करों की अवैध कमाई पर सीधी चोट करते हुए करीब 48.6 लाख रुपये की संपत्ति फ्रीज कर दी है। यह कार्रवाई विदेशी मुद्रा हेरफेर अधिनियम (साफेमा) के तहत की गई है और सक्षम प्राधिकरण ने इसे मंजूरी भी दे दी है।

क्या है मामला?
ये संपत्ति एक बड़े अफीम (पोपी स्ट्रॉ) तस्करी मामले से जुड़ी है। यह केस 8 अगस्त 2024 को शुरू हुआ था। 8 अगस्त 2024 को एनसीबी रांची को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी। इसके बाद हेसमी टोल प्लाजा, मांडर पर एक वाहन को रोका गया, जिसमें से 4,317 किलो से ज़्यादा पोपी स्ट्रॉ (अफीम का भूसा) बरामद हुआ। ये माल झारखंड के खूंटी से लाया जा रहा था और राजस्थान सप्लाई होना था। इस केस में 6 आरोपी गिरफ्तार किए गए थे, जिनमें मास्टरमाइंड मोहम्मद इमरान आलम भी शामिल था।

रामनवमी पर्व 2026 की प्रारंभिक प्रशासनिक तैयारियों के मद्देनजर आज 19 फरवरी को उपायुक्त श्री शशि प्रकाश सिंह की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में बैठक आयोजित की गई। 
इस बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अंजनी अंजन, उप विकास आयुक्त श्रीमती रिया सिंह, सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी श्री आदित्य पांडेय, प्रशिक्षु आईएएस श्री आनंद शर्मा, एसडीपीओ अमित कुमार व अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
बैठक में पूर्व में आयोजित रामनवमी समारोहों से प्राप्त अनुभवों के आधार पर आवश्यक तैयारियों को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण करने पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि हजारीबाग की रामनवमी देशभर में अपनी भव्यता के लिए विख्यात है तथा इसकी गरिमा बनाए रखना हम सभी की सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि पर्व को पारंपरिक स्वरूप में ही मनाया जाए। भड़काऊ एवं उद्वेलित करने वाले गीतों तथा डीजे के उपयोग से पर्व की गरिमा प्रभावित होती है, इसलिए पारंपरिक ताशा पार्टी के प्रयोग को बढ़ावा दिया जाए।
उपायुक्त ने इस वर्ष रामनवमी को नशामुक्त एवं पारंपरिक स्वरूप में मनाने हेतु विशेष अभियान चलाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के मद्देनजर जुलूस मार्गों पर बैरिकेटिंग, सीसीटीवी अधिष्ठापन, ड्रॉप गेट की व्यवस्था, मेडिकल सेंटर,विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने तथा सूखे पेड़ों की कटाई,उत्पाद विभाग को अवैध रूप मद्यशालाओं के संचालन पर प्रभावी कार्रवाई करने तथा नशे के विरुद्ध (Say no to drugs) आदि का व्यापक सघन जांच अभियान चलाने जैसे आवश्यक कार्य समय से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। 
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इस रामनवमी में जुलूस के दौरान झांकियों के प्रयोग में लाये जाने वाले वाहनों के क्रियाशीलता का एमवीआई के माध्यम से सत्यापन कराना आवश्यक होगा।
उन्होंने प्रखंड प्रशासन एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में अखाड़ा समितियों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर सभी महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर विचार-विमर्श करने का निर्देश दिया। बैठक में दंडाधिकारियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति, विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण तथा आपातकालीन व्यवस्थाओं पर भी चर्चा की गई।
जिला प्रशासन ने सभी नागरिकों से शांति, सौहार्द और परंपरागत मर्यादा के साथ पर्व मनाने में सहयोग करने की अपील की है।

नशा तस्करी के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान में नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) रांची जोनल यूनिट ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। ब्यूरो ने तस्करों की अवैध कमाई पर सीधी चोट करते हुए करीब 48.6 लाख रुपये की संपत्ति फ्रीज कर दी है। यह कार्रवाई विदेशी मुद्रा हेरफेर अधिनियम (साफेमा) के तहत की गई है और सक्षम प्राधिकरण ने इसे मंजूरी भी दे दी है।

क्या है मामला?
ये संपत्ति एक बड़े अफीम (पोपी स्ट्रॉ) तस्करी मामले से जुड़ी है। यह केस 8 अगस्त 2024 को शुरू हुआ था। 8 अगस्त 2024 को एनसीबी रांची को गुप्त सूचना मिली थी। इसके बाद हेसमी टोल प्लाजा, मांडर पर एक वाहन को रोका गया, जिसमें से 4,317 किलो से ज़्यादा पोपी स्ट्रॉ (अफीम का भूसा) बरामद हुआ। ये माल झारखंड के खूंटी से लाया जा रहा था और राजस्थान सप्लाई होना था। इस केस में 6 आरोपी गिरफ्तार किए गए थे, जिनमें मास्टरमाइंड मोहम्मद इमरान आलम भी शामिल था।

जांच के दौरान पता चला कि आरोपी एक बड़े अंतरराज्यीय ड्रग नेटवर्क से जुड़े हैं, जिसकी डोर राजस्थान तक फैली हुई है। यही नेटवर्क लगातार बिहार और झारखंड में नशीले पदार्थों की आपूर्ति कर रहा था। एनसीबी अधिकारियों का कहना है कि एजेंसी की रणनीति सिर्फ गिरफ्तारी तक सीमित नहीं है, अब तस्करों की अवैध संपत्तियों पर भी शिकंजा कसा जा रहा है, ताकि उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर किया जा सके। साफेमा के तहत संपत्ति फ्रीज करना उसी दिशा में उठाया गया अहम कदम है। इस केस में आरोपियों की 48.6 लाख की संपत्ति फ्रीज की गई और साफेमा अथॉरिटी ने इसे सही ठहराया।
