गुजरात की समुद्री सीमा में मिला 450 करोड़ का ड्रग्स, 6 पाकिस्तानी गिरफ्तार

गुजरात की समुद्री सीमा पर बड़ी साजिश को नाकाम किया गया है। गुजरात के तट से 6 पाकिस्तानियों को सर्च आपरेशन के दौरान पकड़ा गया है। पोरबंदर से लगभग 350 किलोमीटर दूर अरब सागर में नाव पकड़ी गई। गुजरात एटीएस, इंडियन कोस्ट गार्ड और एनसीबी के संयुक्त ऑपरेशन में इन 6 पाकिस्तानियों की धरपकड़ की गई है। इस दौरान इनके पास से 480 करोड़ रुपये की ड्रग्स जब्त की गई। कोस्ट गार्ड, एटीएस और एनसीबी ने मिलकर अब तक 3,135 करोड़ रुपये की ड्रग्स जब्त की है।

समुद्री रास्ते से भारत में ड्रग्स लाने का व्यापार दिनों-दिन बढ़ता जा रहा है। इसको लेकर सरकार और तटरक्षक बल दोनों ही चौक्कने हैं। इसी बीच ड्रग्स तस्करों के खिलाफ एक बड़े एक्शन में एटीएस, नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो और तटरक्षक बल ने तकरीबन 480 करोड़ रुपये के ड्रग्स बरामद किए है। ये ड्रग्स एक नाव पर लाई जा रही थी जिसमें 6 लोग सवार थे। जानकारी के मुताबिक बोट पाकिस्तानी है जिसमें से 6 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

एनसीबी ने इस ऑपरेशन को लेकर कहा कि 11 और 12 मार्च को रात भर के संयुक्त अभियान में, भारतीय तटरक्षक बल ने एक पाकिस्तानी नाव को 6 चालक दल के साथ और लगभग 480 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की लगभग 80 किलोग्राम ड्रग्स के साथ पकड़ा। नाव को पोरबंदर से लगभग 350 किलोमीटर दूर अरब सागर में आईसीजी जहाजों और डोर्नियर विमान के समुद्री-हवाई समन्वित अभियान में पकड़ा गया। 

भारतीय तट रक्षक ने, एजेंसियों से विशिष्ट खुफिया इनपुट पर, सोमवार, 11 मार्च को रणनीतिक रूप से अपने जहाजों को अरब सागर में तैनात किया था। आईसीजी ने अपने डोर्नियर विमान को संभावित क्षेत्रों में नाव को स्कैन करने और उसका पता लगाने का काम भी सौंपा। जिसके बाद क्षेत्र में गहन खोज की गई और टीम ने बाद नाव की पहचान की जो अंधेरे में संदिग्ध रूप से घूम रही थी। टीम ने जब नांव की पहचान कर ली फिर उन्होंने आरोपियों को चुनौती दी। नाव ने सवार आरोपियों ने टालमटोल करना शुरू कर दिया, लेकिन आईसीजी जहाजों द्वारा चतुराई से उनका पीछा किया गया और फिर उनकी बोट को रोक लिया गया। जिसके बाद आईसीजी का टीम बोट पर चढ़ गई और जांच की तो उन्हें करोड़ों के ड्रग्स मिले। जांच पड़ताल के दौरान 6 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

पिछले तीन वर्षों में एटीएस गुजरात और एनसीबी के साथ संयुक्त रूप से आईसीजी द्वारा की गई यह 10वीं गिरफ्तारी है। इसमें कुल 3135 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य का 517 किलोग्राम नशीले पदार्थ जब्त किया जा चुका है।

सुरक्षा एजेंसियों ने अरब सागर के रास्ते बड़ी मात्रा में ड्रग्स जब्त किया है। अरब सागर से गुजरात एटीएस और एनसीबी सहित सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के संयुक्त अभियान को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। इस दौरान 3 हजार किलो से ज्यादा का ड्रग्स बरामद किया गया है। गुजरात के आतंकवादी रोधी दस्ते ने भारतीय नौसेना और स्वापक नियंत्रण ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) के साथ मंगलवार को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुद्री सीमा रेखा (आईएमबीएल) के साथ अरब सागर में एक संयुक्त अभियान में चलाया। इसी दौरान एक ईरानी नौका से पांच विदेशियों को गिरफ्तार कर उनके पास से 3,300 किलोग्राम मादक पदार्थ जब्त किया है। 

जब्त की गयी खेप में चरस, मेथामफेटामाइन और मॉर्फिन शामिल है, जो भारत में प्रतिबंधित हैं। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जब्त किये गये मादक पदार्थों में 3,089 किलोग्राम चरस, 158 किलोग्राम ‘मेथामफेटामाइन’ और 25 किलोग्राम ‘मॉर्फिन’ शामिल हैं। टीम ने ड्रग्स पैडलिंग करने वाले 5 विदेश पैडलर्स को भी गिरफ्तार किया है। पैडलर्स के ईरानी या पाकिस्तानी नागरिक होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है।

नौसेना के एक प्रवक्ता ने सोशल मीडिया मंच ‘एक्स’ पर पोस्ट कर कहा, ‘‘ भारतीय नौसेना ने स्वापक नियंत्रण ब्यूरो के साथ एक संयुक्त अभियान में लगभग 3300 किलोग्राम प्रतिबंधित सामग्री (3089 किलोग्राम चरस, 158 किलोग्राम ‘मेथामफेटामाइन’ और 25 किलोग्राम मॉर्फीन) ले जा रही एक संदिग्ध नौका को पकड़ा। हाल के दिनों में जब्त की गई मादक पदार्थों की यह सबसे बड़ी खेप है।’’

पोस्ट में कहा गया, ‘‘निगरानी मिशन पर तैनात पी81एलआरएमआर विमान की ओर से इस बारे में सूचना मिली और एनसीबी ने भी इसकी पुष्टि की, जिसके बाद भारतीय नौसेना के मिशन तैनात युद्धपोत को संदिग्ध नौका रोकने और पकड़ने के लिए मोड़ दिया गया।’’

5 दिन पहले ही पकड़ी गई थी 350 करोड़ की हेरोइन
पांच दिन पहले वेरावल बंदरगाह से 350 करोड़ की हेरोइन मछली पकड़ने वाली नाव में पकड़ी गई थी। इसके साथ ही 9 लोगों को गिरफ्तार भी किया गया था। फिलहाल एटीएस, गिर सोमनाथ एसओजी, एलसीबी, एफएसएल और मरीन पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।

अमित शाह ने दी बधाई
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने इस जब्ती पर पूरी टीम को बधाई दी है। उन्होंने कहा, 'पीएम मोदी के नशामुक्त भारत के दृष्टिकोण को आगे बढ़ाते हुए, हमारी एजेंसियों ने आज देश में मादक पदार्थ की सबसे बड़ी जब्ती करने में सफलता हासिल की। एनसीबी, नौसेना और गुजरात पुलिस द्वारा किए गए एक संयुक्त अभियान में, 3132 किलोग्राम ड्रग्स की एक विशाल खेप जब्त की गई। यह ऐतिहासिक सफलता हमारे देश को नशा मुक्त बनाने की हमारी सरकार की अटूट प्रतिबद्धता का प्रमाण है। इस मौके पर मैं एनसीबी, नौसेना और गुजरात पुलिस को बधाई देता हूं।'

केंद्रीय औषधि मानक नियंत्रण संगठन ने सर्दी-रोधी स्थिर दवा संयोजन के उपयोग पर लागई रोक, इन दवा को पीने से 144 बच्चों की हो गयी मौत


नई दिल्ली : आज बच्चों को साधारण सर्दी होने पर भी चिकित्सक और लोग स्वयं सर्दी का कफ सिरप खरीद कर बच्चों को पिलाना शुरू कर देते हैं । लेकिन अब ऐसा नही करना है।दुनिया में 144 मामले ऐसे आये हैं जिसमे बच्चे का कफ सिरप पीने से मौत हो गयी है। 

इसीलिए चार साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों में सर्दी और खांसी के कफ सिरप के इस्तेमाल पर रोक लगाते हुए चेतावनी जारी की गयी है। बता दें कि केंद्रीय औषधि मानक नियंत्रण संगठन ने सर्दी-रोधी स्थिर दवा संयोजन के उपयोग पर रोक लगा दी है।

 किन कफ सिरप लगी रोक

भारत के औषधि महानियंत्रक (DCGI) राजीव रघुवंशी ने सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के दवा नियामकों से कहा है कि वे Chlorpheniramine Maleate IP 2mg + Fixed Drug Combination (FDC) of Phenylephrine Hcl IP 5mg Drop/ml 

के निर्माताओं को यह चेतावनी देने के निर्देश दें कि ” दवा के लेबल और पैकेज इंसर्ट/प्रचार साहित्य पर FDC का उपयोग 4 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों में नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।

DCGI ने 18 दिसंबर को सभी राज्यों को एक लेटर लिख कर DCGI ने कहा कि FDC को प्रोफेसर कोकाटे समिति द्वारा तर्कसंगत घोषित किया गया था और इसकी सिफारिश के आधार पर, इस कार्यालय ने 18 महीने के नीतिगत निर्णय के तहत 17 जुलाई 2015 को एफडीसी के निरंतर विनिर्माण और विपणन के लिए NOC जारी की थी।

उन्होंने कहा, “इसके बाद शिशुओं के लिए गैर-अनुमोदित सर्दी-रोधी दवा फॉर्मूलेशन को बढ़ावा देने के संबंध में चिंताएं उठाई गई हैं।” इस मामले पर 6 जून को आयोजित विषय विशेषज्ञ समिति (SEC- Pulmonary) की बैठक में विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

दुनियाभर में 141 बच्चों की मौत



लेटर में कहा है, “समिति ने सिफारिश की है कि FDC का उपयोग चार साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों में नहीं किया जाना चाहिए और तदनुसार कंपनियों को लेबल और पैकेज डालने पर इस संबंध में चेतावनियों का उल्लेख करना चाहिए। SEC की सिफारिश पर इस कार्यालय द्वारा विचार किया गया है।” .

दरअसल, इन दोनों दवाओं के मिश्रण से तैयार किए गए सिरप या गोलियों का इस्तेमाल सामान्य सर्दी के लक्षणों के इलाज के लिए किया जाता है.

यह प्रतिबंध सीरप (Syrup) के इस्तेमाल से दुनियाभर में 141 बच्चों की मौत के मद्देनजर लिया गया है। सभी ड्रग कंपनियों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि इन दोनों दवाओं के इस्तेमाल से तैयार सिरप की लेबलिंग तुरंत अपडेट की जाए।

जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में NCORD से संबंधित जिलास्तरीय समिति की हुई बैठक, इन बिन्दुओं पर हुई चर्चा
 
मोतिहारी : आज जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में NCORD से संबंधित जिलास्तरीय समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई।

  


समीक्षा के क्रम में निम्न बिंदुओं पर विशेष चर्चा की गई:-

चर्चा के क्रम मे पुलिस उपाधीक्षक (मुख्यालय), मोतिहारी द्वारा जिला पुलिस द्वारा विगत माह मे NDPS ACT के तहत की गई कार्रवाई का विवरण प्रस्तुत किया गया। 

बैठक में उपस्थित सहायक औषधि नियंत्रक, मोतिहारी द्वारा अवैध दवाओं के विरूद्ध की गई कार्रवाई के बारे में बताया गया। साथ ही, बैठक में उपस्थित केन्द्रीय सशस्त्र बलों के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा सीमावर्ती क्षेत्र मे अवैध ड्रग्स के खिलाफ की गई कार्रवाई का विवरण प्रस्तुत किया गया। 

बैठक की कार्यवाही के क्रम में समीक्षोपरान्त यह निर्देश दिया गया कि बैठक में उपस्थित सभी हितधारक आपसी समन्वय स्थापित कर आसूचना का आदान प्रदान कर मादक पदार्थों के विरूद्ध प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

द्वितीय, चतुर्थ एवं पंचम बिन्दुओं पर चर्चा के क्रम में उपस्थित सदस्यों द्वारा यह प्रतिवेदित किया गया कि जिले मे विगत माह मे अवैध अफीम एवं गांजा की खेती का कोई मामला प्रकाश में नहीं आया है। 

बैठक की कार्यवाही के क्रम में समीक्षोपरान्त यह निर्देश दिया गया कि सभी हितधारक अवैध अफीम एवं गांजा की खेती पर सतत निगरानी रखते हुए ससमय विधि सम्मत कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

चर्चा के क्रम में मादक पदार्थ के अवैध व्यापार, उपभोग एवं इसके दुष्प्रभाव पर नियंत्रण के निमित्त व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार एवं जागरूकता अभियान चलाने हेतु सभी संबंधित विभाग को निर्देश दिया गया ।

यह निर्देश दिया गया कि जिला पुलिस पर्याप्त मात्रा मे Drug Detection Kits की अधियाचना का प्रस्ताव तैयार कर इसकी उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करें।

 जिलास्तरीय टीम गठित कर सभी नशामुक्ति एवं पुर्नवास केन्द्रों का पर्यवेक्षण कराना सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

 सहायक औषधि नियंत्रक, मोतिहारी को अगली बैठक मे सभी प्रतिबंधित दवाओं की सूची बैठक की कार्यवाही में प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

 उपस्थित सदस्यों द्वारा यह प्रतिवेदित किया गया कि Narcotics Control Bureau का कोई भी कार्यालय मोतिहारी जिला मे नहीं है । मादक पदार्थों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई मे Narcotics Control Bureau एक महत्वपूर्ण हितधारक है एवं मोतिहारी जिला मे उनके कार्यालय की उपलब्धता से प्रभावी समन्वय स्थापित करने मे काफी सहायता मिलेगी। 

बैठक की कार्यवाही के क्रम में इस संबंध में आवश्यक पत्राचार करने का निर्देश दिया गया ।

 सिविल सर्जन, मोतिहारी को जिले में कार्यरत सभी नशामुक्ति एवं पुर्नवास केन्द्रों में प्रभावी व्यवस्था एवं कुशलता सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

गुजरात की समुद्री सीमा में मिला 450 करोड़ का ड्रग्स, 6 पाकिस्तानी गिरफ्तार

गुजरात की समुद्री सीमा पर बड़ी साजिश को नाकाम किया गया है। गुजरात के तट से 6 पाकिस्तानियों को सर्च आपरेशन के दौरान पकड़ा गया है। पोरबंदर से लगभग 350 किलोमीटर दूर अरब सागर में नाव पकड़ी गई। गुजरात एटीएस, इंडियन कोस्ट गार्ड और एनसीबी के संयुक्त ऑपरेशन में इन 6 पाकिस्तानियों की धरपकड़ की गई है। इस दौरान इनके पास से 480 करोड़ रुपये की ड्रग्स जब्त की गई। कोस्ट गार्ड, एटीएस और एनसीबी ने मिलकर अब तक 3,135 करोड़ रुपये की ड्रग्स जब्त की है।

समुद्री रास्ते से भारत में ड्रग्स लाने का व्यापार दिनों-दिन बढ़ता जा रहा है। इसको लेकर सरकार और तटरक्षक बल दोनों ही चौक्कने हैं। इसी बीच ड्रग्स तस्करों के खिलाफ एक बड़े एक्शन में एटीएस, नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो और तटरक्षक बल ने तकरीबन 480 करोड़ रुपये के ड्रग्स बरामद किए है। ये ड्रग्स एक नाव पर लाई जा रही थी जिसमें 6 लोग सवार थे। जानकारी के मुताबिक बोट पाकिस्तानी है जिसमें से 6 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

एनसीबी ने इस ऑपरेशन को लेकर कहा कि 11 और 12 मार्च को रात भर के संयुक्त अभियान में, भारतीय तटरक्षक बल ने एक पाकिस्तानी नाव को 6 चालक दल के साथ और लगभग 480 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की लगभग 80 किलोग्राम ड्रग्स के साथ पकड़ा। नाव को पोरबंदर से लगभग 350 किलोमीटर दूर अरब सागर में आईसीजी जहाजों और डोर्नियर विमान के समुद्री-हवाई समन्वित अभियान में पकड़ा गया। 

भारतीय तट रक्षक ने, एजेंसियों से विशिष्ट खुफिया इनपुट पर, सोमवार, 11 मार्च को रणनीतिक रूप से अपने जहाजों को अरब सागर में तैनात किया था। आईसीजी ने अपने डोर्नियर विमान को संभावित क्षेत्रों में नाव को स्कैन करने और उसका पता लगाने का काम भी सौंपा। जिसके बाद क्षेत्र में गहन खोज की गई और टीम ने बाद नाव की पहचान की जो अंधेरे में संदिग्ध रूप से घूम रही थी। टीम ने जब नांव की पहचान कर ली फिर उन्होंने आरोपियों को चुनौती दी। नाव ने सवार आरोपियों ने टालमटोल करना शुरू कर दिया, लेकिन आईसीजी जहाजों द्वारा चतुराई से उनका पीछा किया गया और फिर उनकी बोट को रोक लिया गया। जिसके बाद आईसीजी का टीम बोट पर चढ़ गई और जांच की तो उन्हें करोड़ों के ड्रग्स मिले। जांच पड़ताल के दौरान 6 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

पिछले तीन वर्षों में एटीएस गुजरात और एनसीबी के साथ संयुक्त रूप से आईसीजी द्वारा की गई यह 10वीं गिरफ्तारी है। इसमें कुल 3135 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य का 517 किलोग्राम नशीले पदार्थ जब्त किया जा चुका है।

सुरक्षा एजेंसियों ने अरब सागर के रास्ते बड़ी मात्रा में ड्रग्स जब्त किया है। अरब सागर से गुजरात एटीएस और एनसीबी सहित सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के संयुक्त अभियान को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। इस दौरान 3 हजार किलो से ज्यादा का ड्रग्स बरामद किया गया है। गुजरात के आतंकवादी रोधी दस्ते ने भारतीय नौसेना और स्वापक नियंत्रण ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) के साथ मंगलवार को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुद्री सीमा रेखा (आईएमबीएल) के साथ अरब सागर में एक संयुक्त अभियान में चलाया। इसी दौरान एक ईरानी नौका से पांच विदेशियों को गिरफ्तार कर उनके पास से 3,300 किलोग्राम मादक पदार्थ जब्त किया है। 

जब्त की गयी खेप में चरस, मेथामफेटामाइन और मॉर्फिन शामिल है, जो भारत में प्रतिबंधित हैं। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जब्त किये गये मादक पदार्थों में 3,089 किलोग्राम चरस, 158 किलोग्राम ‘मेथामफेटामाइन’ और 25 किलोग्राम ‘मॉर्फिन’ शामिल हैं। टीम ने ड्रग्स पैडलिंग करने वाले 5 विदेश पैडलर्स को भी गिरफ्तार किया है। पैडलर्स के ईरानी या पाकिस्तानी नागरिक होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है।

नौसेना के एक प्रवक्ता ने सोशल मीडिया मंच ‘एक्स’ पर पोस्ट कर कहा, ‘‘ भारतीय नौसेना ने स्वापक नियंत्रण ब्यूरो के साथ एक संयुक्त अभियान में लगभग 3300 किलोग्राम प्रतिबंधित सामग्री (3089 किलोग्राम चरस, 158 किलोग्राम ‘मेथामफेटामाइन’ और 25 किलोग्राम मॉर्फीन) ले जा रही एक संदिग्ध नौका को पकड़ा। हाल के दिनों में जब्त की गई मादक पदार्थों की यह सबसे बड़ी खेप है।’’

पोस्ट में कहा गया, ‘‘निगरानी मिशन पर तैनात पी81एलआरएमआर विमान की ओर से इस बारे में सूचना मिली और एनसीबी ने भी इसकी पुष्टि की, जिसके बाद भारतीय नौसेना के मिशन तैनात युद्धपोत को संदिग्ध नौका रोकने और पकड़ने के लिए मोड़ दिया गया।’’

5 दिन पहले ही पकड़ी गई थी 350 करोड़ की हेरोइन
पांच दिन पहले वेरावल बंदरगाह से 350 करोड़ की हेरोइन मछली पकड़ने वाली नाव में पकड़ी गई थी। इसके साथ ही 9 लोगों को गिरफ्तार भी किया गया था। फिलहाल एटीएस, गिर सोमनाथ एसओजी, एलसीबी, एफएसएल और मरीन पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।

अमित शाह ने दी बधाई
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने इस जब्ती पर पूरी टीम को बधाई दी है। उन्होंने कहा, 'पीएम मोदी के नशामुक्त भारत के दृष्टिकोण को आगे बढ़ाते हुए, हमारी एजेंसियों ने आज देश में मादक पदार्थ की सबसे बड़ी जब्ती करने में सफलता हासिल की। एनसीबी, नौसेना और गुजरात पुलिस द्वारा किए गए एक संयुक्त अभियान में, 3132 किलोग्राम ड्रग्स की एक विशाल खेप जब्त की गई। यह ऐतिहासिक सफलता हमारे देश को नशा मुक्त बनाने की हमारी सरकार की अटूट प्रतिबद्धता का प्रमाण है। इस मौके पर मैं एनसीबी, नौसेना और गुजरात पुलिस को बधाई देता हूं।'

केंद्रीय औषधि मानक नियंत्रण संगठन ने सर्दी-रोधी स्थिर दवा संयोजन के उपयोग पर लागई रोक, इन दवा को पीने से 144 बच्चों की हो गयी मौत


नई दिल्ली : आज बच्चों को साधारण सर्दी होने पर भी चिकित्सक और लोग स्वयं सर्दी का कफ सिरप खरीद कर बच्चों को पिलाना शुरू कर देते हैं । लेकिन अब ऐसा नही करना है।दुनिया में 144 मामले ऐसे आये हैं जिसमे बच्चे का कफ सिरप पीने से मौत हो गयी है। 

इसीलिए चार साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों में सर्दी और खांसी के कफ सिरप के इस्तेमाल पर रोक लगाते हुए चेतावनी जारी की गयी है। बता दें कि केंद्रीय औषधि मानक नियंत्रण संगठन ने सर्दी-रोधी स्थिर दवा संयोजन के उपयोग पर रोक लगा दी है।

 किन कफ सिरप लगी रोक

भारत के औषधि महानियंत्रक (DCGI) राजीव रघुवंशी ने सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के दवा नियामकों से कहा है कि वे Chlorpheniramine Maleate IP 2mg + Fixed Drug Combination (FDC) of Phenylephrine Hcl IP 5mg Drop/ml 

के निर्माताओं को यह चेतावनी देने के निर्देश दें कि ” दवा के लेबल और पैकेज इंसर्ट/प्रचार साहित्य पर FDC का उपयोग 4 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों में नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।

DCGI ने 18 दिसंबर को सभी राज्यों को एक लेटर लिख कर DCGI ने कहा कि FDC को प्रोफेसर कोकाटे समिति द्वारा तर्कसंगत घोषित किया गया था और इसकी सिफारिश के आधार पर, इस कार्यालय ने 18 महीने के नीतिगत निर्णय के तहत 17 जुलाई 2015 को एफडीसी के निरंतर विनिर्माण और विपणन के लिए NOC जारी की थी।

उन्होंने कहा, “इसके बाद शिशुओं के लिए गैर-अनुमोदित सर्दी-रोधी दवा फॉर्मूलेशन को बढ़ावा देने के संबंध में चिंताएं उठाई गई हैं।” इस मामले पर 6 जून को आयोजित विषय विशेषज्ञ समिति (SEC- Pulmonary) की बैठक में विचार-विमर्श किया गया।

दुनियाभर में 141 बच्चों की मौत



लेटर में कहा है, “समिति ने सिफारिश की है कि FDC का उपयोग चार साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों में नहीं किया जाना चाहिए और तदनुसार कंपनियों को लेबल और पैकेज डालने पर इस संबंध में चेतावनियों का उल्लेख करना चाहिए। SEC की सिफारिश पर इस कार्यालय द्वारा विचार किया गया है।” .

दरअसल, इन दोनों दवाओं के मिश्रण से तैयार किए गए सिरप या गोलियों का इस्तेमाल सामान्य सर्दी के लक्षणों के इलाज के लिए किया जाता है.

यह प्रतिबंध सीरप (Syrup) के इस्तेमाल से दुनियाभर में 141 बच्चों की मौत के मद्देनजर लिया गया है। सभी ड्रग कंपनियों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि इन दोनों दवाओं के इस्तेमाल से तैयार सिरप की लेबलिंग तुरंत अपडेट की जाए।

जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में NCORD से संबंधित जिलास्तरीय समिति की हुई बैठक, इन बिन्दुओं पर हुई चर्चा
 
मोतिहारी : आज जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में NCORD से संबंधित जिलास्तरीय समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई।

  


समीक्षा के क्रम में निम्न बिंदुओं पर विशेष चर्चा की गई:-

चर्चा के क्रम मे पुलिस उपाधीक्षक (मुख्यालय), मोतिहारी द्वारा जिला पुलिस द्वारा विगत माह मे NDPS ACT के तहत की गई कार्रवाई का विवरण प्रस्तुत किया गया। 

बैठक में उपस्थित सहायक औषधि नियंत्रक, मोतिहारी द्वारा अवैध दवाओं के विरूद्ध की गई कार्रवाई के बारे में बताया गया। साथ ही, बैठक में उपस्थित केन्द्रीय सशस्त्र बलों के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा सीमावर्ती क्षेत्र मे अवैध ड्रग्स के खिलाफ की गई कार्रवाई का विवरण प्रस्तुत किया गया। 

बैठक की कार्यवाही के क्रम में समीक्षोपरान्त यह निर्देश दिया गया कि बैठक में उपस्थित सभी हितधारक आपसी समन्वय स्थापित कर आसूचना का आदान प्रदान कर मादक पदार्थों के विरूद्ध प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

द्वितीय, चतुर्थ एवं पंचम बिन्दुओं पर चर्चा के क्रम में उपस्थित सदस्यों द्वारा यह प्रतिवेदित किया गया कि जिले मे विगत माह मे अवैध अफीम एवं गांजा की खेती का कोई मामला प्रकाश में नहीं आया है। 

बैठक की कार्यवाही के क्रम में समीक्षोपरान्त यह निर्देश दिया गया कि सभी हितधारक अवैध अफीम एवं गांजा की खेती पर सतत निगरानी रखते हुए ससमय विधि सम्मत कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

चर्चा के क्रम में मादक पदार्थ के अवैध व्यापार, उपभोग एवं इसके दुष्प्रभाव पर नियंत्रण के निमित्त व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार एवं जागरूकता अभियान चलाने हेतु सभी संबंधित विभाग को निर्देश दिया गया ।

यह निर्देश दिया गया कि जिला पुलिस पर्याप्त मात्रा मे Drug Detection Kits की अधियाचना का प्रस्ताव तैयार कर इसकी उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करें।

 जिलास्तरीय टीम गठित कर सभी नशामुक्ति एवं पुर्नवास केन्द्रों का पर्यवेक्षण कराना सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

 सहायक औषधि नियंत्रक, मोतिहारी को अगली बैठक मे सभी प्रतिबंधित दवाओं की सूची बैठक की कार्यवाही में प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

 उपस्थित सदस्यों द्वारा यह प्रतिवेदित किया गया कि Narcotics Control Bureau का कोई भी कार्यालय मोतिहारी जिला मे नहीं है । मादक पदार्थों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई मे Narcotics Control Bureau एक महत्वपूर्ण हितधारक है एवं मोतिहारी जिला मे उनके कार्यालय की उपलब्धता से प्रभावी समन्वय स्थापित करने मे काफी सहायता मिलेगी। 

बैठक की कार्यवाही के क्रम में इस संबंध में आवश्यक पत्राचार करने का निर्देश दिया गया ।

 सिविल सर्जन, मोतिहारी को जिले में कार्यरत सभी नशामुक्ति एवं पुर्नवास केन्द्रों में प्रभावी व्यवस्था एवं कुशलता सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

सभी शैक्षणिक संस्थानों मे मादक पदार्थों एवं नशे से होने वाले दुष्प्रभावों के विषय पर नियमित अंतराल पर जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का निर्देश दिया गया । 

इस अवसर पर अपर समाहर्ता , विशेष कार्य पदाधिकारी गोपनीय शाखा, पुलिस उपाधीक्षक, सिविल सर्जन सहित संबंधित विभाग के पदाधिकारी गण एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी गण उपस्थित थे।
