एयर इंडिया का लंदन जा रहा प्लेन गुरुवार दोपहर अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट से उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही मिनट बाद क्रैश हो गया। इस हादसे में 265 लोग मारे गए। हादसे में गुजरात के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री विजय रूपाणी और 12 क्रू मेंबर्स समेत 241 लोगों की मौत हो गई। हालांकि, डिप्टी कमिश्नर कानन देसाई ने देर रात बताया कि 265 लोगों की मौत हुई है। 

  


265 शव अस्पताल पहुंचे
पुलिस डिप्टी कमिश्नर कानन देसाई ने कहा कि हमें प्राप्त संदेश के अनुसार 265 शव अस्पताल पहुंच चुके हैं। इनमें 241 विमान सवारों के अलावा 4 एमबीबीएस छात्र और एक डॉक्टर की पत्नी भी शामिल हैं। बाकी शवों की पहचान की जा रही है। प्रारंभिक जानकारी से पता चला कि विमान ने रनवे 23 की पूरी लंबाई का उपयोग करते हुए उड़ान भरी, जो 11,499 फीट लंबी पट्टी है, और मानक सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल का पालन किया। हालांकि, उड़ान भरने के एक मिनट से भी कम समय में विमान का सिग्नल खो गया।

केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ा कदम
अहमदाबाद में हुए भीषण विमान हादसे को लेकर केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ा कदम उठाया है। केंद्रीय नागर विमानन मंत्री राम मोहन नायडू ने ट्वीट कर जानकारी दी है कि Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) को जांच सौंपी गई है। यह जांच अंतरराष्ट्रीय नागरिक उड्डयन संगठन (आईसीएओ) के प्रोटोकॉल के तहत की जाएगी।

विशेषज्ञों की उच्च स्तरीय समिति करेगी
नागर विमानन मंत्री के राममोहन नायडू ने कहा कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय नागरिक उड्डयन संगठन (आईसीएओ) की ओर से निर्धारित प्रोटोकॉल के लिहाज से विमान दुर्घटना जांच ब्यूरो (एएआईबी) ने हादसे की जांच शुरू कर दी है। नायडू ने एक्स पर पोस्ट किया कि इसके अलावा, सरकार इस घटना की गहन जांच के लिए विभिन्न विषयों के विशेषज्ञों की एक उच्च स्तरीय समिति गठित कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि समिति विमानन सुरक्षा को मजबूत करने और भविष्य में ऐसी दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए काम करेगी।

क्रैश होने के बाद हॉस्पिटल की बिल्डिंग से टकराई प्लेन
बता दें कि  फ्लाइट नंबर AI-171 अहमदाबाद से लंदन जा रही थी। अहमदाबाद के सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट से टेकऑफ करने के कुछ मिनटों बाद ही एयर इंडिया का प्लेन क्रैश हो गया। आग लगते ही विमान 2.5 किमी दूर बीजे मेडिकल एंड सिविल हॉस्पिटल की बिल्डिंग से जा टकराया। इस बिल्डिंग में अहमदाबाद के सिविल हॉस्पिटल के डॉक्टर्स रहते हैं। हादसे के समय इमारत में 50 से 60 डॉक्टर मौजूद थे, इनमें 15 से ज्यादा घायल हो गए हैं।
वहीं विमान में 169 भारतीय, 53 ब्रिटिश, 7 पुर्तगाली और एक कनाडाई नागरिक समेत कुल 230 यात्री सवार थे। इनमें 103 पुरुष, 114 महिलाएं, 11 बच्चे और 2 नवजात थे। बाकी 12 क्रू मेंबर्स थे।

महाराष्ट्र के ठाणे में लोकल ट्रेन में बड़ा हादसा हुआ है। ठाणे के मुंब्रा रेलवे स्टेशन के पास मुंब्रा-दिवा रेलवे लाइन पर सोमवार सुबह 9:30 बजे एक दुखद हादसा हुआ, जिसमें सीएसएमटी की ओर जा रही एक फास्ट लोकल ट्रेन से 10 से 12 यात्री ट्रैक पर गिर पड़े।खबरों की मानें तो इस घटना में 3 यात्रियों की मौत हो गई और कई लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हैं। सभी घायलों को नजदीकि अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया है।

पीटीआई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार ट्रेन से गिरने की वजह से 3 यात्रियों की मौत की आशंका है। ठाणे जीआरपी की वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी अर्चना दुसाने ने बताया कि घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही प्रशासन को अलर्ट किया गया। उन्होंने कहा-ट्रेन में क्षमता से ज्यादा भीड़ थी, इसलिए ये हादसा हुआ। ट्रेन खचाचच भरी थी। ट्रेन में पैर रखने की जगह नहीं थी। यात्री दरवाजे पर लटककर सफर कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान यह हादसा हुआ।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार यह हादसा मुंब्रा और दीवा रेलवे स्टेशन के बीच हुआ। पुष्पक एक्सप्रेस और कसारा ट्रेन एक-दूसरे को क्रॉस कर रही थीं, तभी ट्रेन में सवार कुछ यात्री नीचे गिर गए। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, दोनों ट्रेनों के फुटबोर्ड पर 8 यात्री लटके हुए थे। जब दोनों ट्रेनें एक-दूसरे के बगल से गुजरीं तो यात्रियों की आपस में टक्कर हो गई और वो ट्रेन से नीचे गिर गए।

हादसे के कारण सेंट्रल रेलवे की लोकल ट्रेन सेवाएं प्रभावित हुईं और मुंब्रा-दिवा खंड पर कुछ समय के लिए परिचालन धीमा रहा, जिससे यात्रियों को असुविधा हुई।

Police personnel present at the nearby police station quickly responded and, with the help of a 108 ambulance, transported the injured to the Community Health Center in Ranipur Koilsa. After receiving primary medical treatment, all three were referred to the district hospital for further care.
  
The injured have been identified as Mukesh and Vishal, sons of Radheshyam Prajapati, residents of Kakrahi village under the same police station, and Ayush, son of Ranvijay, a resident of Koinha village.
  
According to reports, Vishal and Mukesh were traveling towards Maharajganj on their motorcycle when another bike, speeding towards Budhanpur, collided with them head-on, resulting in serious injuries to all three riders.

सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन विनोद सुमन ने बताया कि चमोली बद्रीनाथ धाम में माणा गांव के पास गलेशियर आने से 57 मजदूर दब गए. हालांकि 16 को बचा लिया गया है। बाकी 41 मजदूरों की ढूंढ खोज जारी है। वहीं, चमोली के जिलाधिकारी संदीप तिवारी ने बताया कि संचार व्यवस्था काफी टॉप पर होने की वजह से सही-सही जानकारी नहीं मिल पा रही है।

उत्तराखंड में चारधाम यात्रा की तारीखों का ऐलान कर दिया गया है। इसी को देखते हुए बद्रीनाथ धाम से तीन किलोमीटर आगे माणा गांव के पास सड़क से बर्फ हटाने और उसकी मरम्मत का काम तेजी से चल रहा है। शुक्रवार सुबह के समय भी एक निजी ठेकेदार के 57 मजदूर सड़क पर से बर्फ हटा रहे थे, तभी अचानक से पहाड़ पर ग्लेशियर फटा और सभी के सभी मजदूर बर्फ में दब गए।

बता दें कि चमोली के ऊपरी इलाकों में कई दिनों से भारी बर्फभारी हो रही है। जिसकी वजह से गोपेश्वर चोपता मोटर मार्ग, हनुमानचट्टी से आगे बद्रीनाथ और नीतिघाटी मार्ग बर्फ़बारी के चलते बंद हो गए हैं। बद्रीनाथ धाम, हेमकुंड साहिब, फूलों की घाटी, नीति घाटी, चोपता समेत औली में जमकर बर्फबारी हो रही है और अभी तक 2 फिट से ज्यादा बर्फ जम चुकी है। मौसम विभाग ने पहले ही आज के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया हुआ था। यहां तक कि 32 सौ मीटर से ऊपर के एरिया में बर्फबारी होने की आशंका जताई थी। साथ ही एवलांच की आशंका भी जताई थी।

हैदराबाद से 132 किमी दूर नागरकुर्नूल में बन रही 42 किमी की दुनिया की सबसे लंबी पानी की टनल में 8 कर्मचारियों को फंसे हुए आज पांचवा दिन है। इन 8 जिंदगियों को बचाने के लिए सेना, नौसेना,एनडीआरफ, एसडीआरएफ, आईआईटी चेन्नई और एलएनटी कंपनी के एक्सपर्ट्स शामिल हैं। लेकिन अब तक फंसे हुए कर्मचारियों से कोई संपर्क नहीं हो पाया है। इसके बाद अब यह काम 12 रैट माइनर्स (चूहों की तरह खदान खोदने वाले मजदूर) को सौंपा गया है। इन्होंने ही 2023 में उत्तराखंड की सिलक्यारा टनल में फंसे 41 मजदूरों को सही-सलामत बाहर निकाला था।

6 रैट माइनर्स की एक टीम सोमवार दोपहर को पहुंच चुकी है। 6 लोगों की बाकी टीम कल (बुधवार) पहुंचेगी। अभी यह टीम अंदर जाकर सिर्फ हालात का जायजा लेगी। एनडीआरफ और एसडीआरएफ के साथ रैट माइनर्स टीम की मीटिंग के बाद रेस्क्यू शुरू होगा। नौसेना के जवान इस काम में रैट माइनर्स टीम की मदद करेंगे। ये आईआईटी चेन्नई के स्पेशल पुश कैमरे और रोबोट की मदद से खुदाई का सही रास्ता बताएंगे। पानी की वजह से रेस्क्यू में ज्यादा वक्त लग सकता है।

सुरंग से पानी और कीचड़ निकालने का काम चल रहा है, लेकिन जैसे-जैसे समय निकल रहा है श्रमिकों की कुशलता को लेकर चिंताएं बढ़ती जा रही हैं। सेना और एनडीआरएफ के सदस्य पहले से ही बचाव कार्य में जुटे हुए हैं। बचाव कार्यों की निगरानी कर रहे नागरकुर्नूल के जिला कलेक्टर बी संतोष ने कहा कि आगे कोई भी कदम उठाने से पहले सुरंग की स्थिरता को ध्यान में रखा गया है। सुरंग से जल निकासी का काम भी चल रहा है। जीएसआई और एनजीआरआई की सलाह ले रहे हैं। स्थिति का आकलन करने के लिए एलएंडटी से जुड़े ऑस्ट्रेलियाई विशेषज्ञों को भी बुलाया गया है। कीचड़ और मलबा भरने के कारण हम आखिर के 40-50 मीटर के अंदर नहीं जा पा रहे हैं, जहां श्रमिक फंसे हुए हैं।

इंडियन एक्सप्रेस की खबर के मुताबिक, तेलंगाना के डिप्टी सीएम भट्टी विक्रमारक ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार तब तक हार नहीं मानेगी, जब तक सुरंग के अंदर फंसे आठों लोग नहीं मिल जाते। शनिवार सुबह सुरंग का एक हिस्सा ढह गया था, जिससे आठ मजदूर अंदर फंस गए थे। रेस्क्यू टीम 13.85 किलोमीटर लंबी सुरंग के 13.79 किलोमीटर तक का दायरा खंगाल चुके हैं। लेकिन आखिरी हिस्से में पानी और कीचड़ जमा होने के कारण रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में दिक्कत आ रही है। इसका मतलब है कि उन आठ जिंदगियों की सलामती के लिए महज 0.06 किलोमीटर का फासला है।

मुख्यमंत्री के अलावा रेलवे बोर्ड ने अलग से मृतकों के परिजनों को 1.5-1.5 लाख रुपये, गंभीर रूप से घायलों को 50-50 हजार रुपये और मामूली रूप से घायल लोगों के लिए 5,000 रुपये की अनुग्रह राशि देने की घोषणा की।

अहमदाबाद विमान हादसे में 265 लोगों की मौत, सरकार जांच के लिए बनाएगी हाई लेवल कमेटी

एयर इंडिया का लंदन जा रहा प्लेन गुरुवार दोपहर अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट से उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही मिनट बाद क्रैश हो गया। इस हादसे में 265 लोग मारे गए। हादसे में गुजरात के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री विजय रूपाणी और 12 क्रू मेंबर्स समेत 241 लोगों की मौत हो गई। हालांकि, डिप्टी कमिश्नर कानन देसाई ने देर रात बताया कि 265 लोगों की मौत हुई है। 

  


265 शव अस्पताल पहुंचे
पुलिस डिप्टी कमिश्नर कानन देसाई ने कहा कि हमें प्राप्त संदेश के अनुसार 265 शव अस्पताल पहुंच चुके हैं। इनमें 241 विमान सवारों के अलावा 4 एमबीबीएस छात्र और एक डॉक्टर की पत्नी भी शामिल हैं। बाकी शवों की पहचान की जा रही है। प्रारंभिक जानकारी से पता चला कि विमान ने रनवे 23 की पूरी लंबाई का उपयोग करते हुए उड़ान भरी, जो 11,499 फीट लंबी पट्टी है, और मानक सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल का पालन किया। हालांकि, उड़ान भरने के एक मिनट से भी कम समय में विमान का सिग्नल खो गया।

केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ा कदम
अहमदाबाद में हुए भीषण विमान हादसे को लेकर केंद्र सरकार ने बड़ा कदम उठाया है। केंद्रीय नागर विमानन मंत्री राम मोहन नायडू ने ट्वीट कर जानकारी दी है कि Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) को जांच सौंपी गई है। यह जांच अंतरराष्ट्रीय नागरिक उड्डयन संगठन (आईसीएओ) के प्रोटोकॉल के तहत की जाएगी।

विशेषज्ञों की उच्च स्तरीय समिति करेगी
नागर विमानन मंत्री के राममोहन नायडू ने कहा कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय नागरिक उड्डयन संगठन (आईसीएओ) की ओर से निर्धारित प्रोटोकॉल के लिहाज से विमान दुर्घटना जांच ब्यूरो (एएआईबी) ने हादसे की जांच शुरू कर दी है। नायडू ने एक्स पर पोस्ट किया कि इसके अलावा, सरकार इस घटना की गहन जांच के लिए विभिन्न विषयों के विशेषज्ञों की एक उच्च स्तरीय समिति गठित कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि समिति विमानन सुरक्षा को मजबूत करने और भविष्य में ऐसी दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए काम करेगी।

क्रैश होने के बाद हॉस्पिटल की बिल्डिंग से टकराई प्लेन
बता दें कि  फ्लाइट नंबर AI-171 अहमदाबाद से लंदन जा रही थी। अहमदाबाद के सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट से टेकऑफ करने के कुछ मिनटों बाद ही एयर इंडिया का प्लेन क्रैश हो गया। आग लगते ही विमान 2.5 किमी दूर बीजे मेडिकल एंड सिविल हॉस्पिटल की बिल्डिंग से जा टकराया। इस बिल्डिंग में अहमदाबाद के सिविल हॉस्पिटल के डॉक्टर्स रहते हैं। हादसे के समय इमारत में 50 से 60 डॉक्टर मौजूद थे, इनमें 15 से ज्यादा घायल हो गए हैं।
वहीं विमान में 169 भारतीय, 53 ब्रिटिश, 7 पुर्तगाली और एक कनाडाई नागरिक समेत कुल 230 यात्री सवार थे। इनमें 103 पुरुष, 114 महिलाएं, 11 बच्चे और 2 नवजात थे। बाकी 12 क्रू मेंबर्स थे।

महाराष्ट्र के ठाणे में लोकल ट्रेन में बड़ा हादसा हुआ है। ठाणे के मुंब्रा रेलवे स्टेशन के पास मुंब्रा-दिवा रेलवे लाइन पर सोमवार सुबह 9:30 बजे एक दुखद हादसा हुआ, जिसमें सीएसएमटी की ओर जा रही एक फास्ट लोकल ट्रेन से 10 से 12 यात्री ट्रैक पर गिर पड़े।खबरों की मानें तो इस घटना में 3 यात्रियों की मौत हो गई और कई लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हैं। सभी घायलों को नजदीकि अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया है।

पीटीआई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार ट्रेन से गिरने की वजह से 3 यात्रियों की मौत की आशंका है। ठाणे जीआरपी की वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी अर्चना दुसाने ने बताया कि घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही प्रशासन को अलर्ट किया गया। उन्होंने कहा-ट्रेन में क्षमता से ज्यादा भीड़ थी, इसलिए ये हादसा हुआ। ट्रेन खचाचच भरी थी। ट्रेन में पैर रखने की जगह नहीं थी। यात्री दरवाजे पर लटककर सफर कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान यह हादसा हुआ।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार यह हादसा मुंब्रा और दीवा रेलवे स्टेशन के बीच हुआ। पुष्पक एक्सप्रेस और कसारा ट्रेन एक-दूसरे को क्रॉस कर रही थीं, तभी ट्रेन में सवार कुछ यात्री नीचे गिर गए। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, दोनों ट्रेनों के फुटबोर्ड पर 8 यात्री लटके हुए थे। जब दोनों ट्रेनें एक-दूसरे के बगल से गुजरीं तो यात्रियों की आपस में टक्कर हो गई और वो ट्रेन से नीचे गिर गए।

हादसे के कारण सेंट्रल रेलवे की लोकल ट्रेन सेवाएं प्रभावित हुईं और मुंब्रा-दिवा खंड पर कुछ समय के लिए परिचालन धीमा रहा, जिससे यात्रियों को असुविधा हुई।

In a road accident that took place under the jurisdiction of Kaptainganj Police Station in Budhanpur Tehsil of Azamgarh district, three individuals were injured in a head-on collision between two motorcycles in Deurpur Market.
  
Police personnel present at the nearby police station quickly responded and, with the help of a 108 ambulance, transported the injured to the Community Health Center in Ranipur Koilsa. After receiving primary medical treatment, all three were referred to the district hospital for further care.
  
The injured have been identified as Mukesh and Vishal, sons of Radheshyam Prajapati, residents of Kakrahi village under the same police station, and Ayush, son of Ranvijay, a resident of Koinha village.
  
According to reports, Vishal and Mukesh were traveling towards Maharajganj on their motorcycle when another bike, speeding towards Budhanpur, collided with them head-on, resulting in serious injuries to all three riders.

हिमालयी क्षेत्रों में बर्फबारी हो रही है। उत्तराखंड के ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में बर्फबारी के बीच शुक्रवार को भारत-चीन (तिब्बत) सीमा क्षेत्र में माणा कैंप के पास भारी हिमस्खलन हुआ है। इस दौरान वहां निर्माण कार्य में लगे 57 मजदूर बर्फ में दब गए। अब तक 16 मजदूरों को निकाल लिया गया है। सेना व आईटीबीपी द्वारा रेस्‍क्‍यू कार्य जारी है। एयर फोर्स से मदद मांगी जा रही है। एनडीआरएफ की टीम को भी मूव कर दिया गया है। 

सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन विनोद सुमन ने बताया कि चमोली बद्रीनाथ धाम में माणा गांव के पास गलेशियर आने से 57 मजदूर दब गए. हालांकि 16 को बचा लिया गया है। बाकी 41 मजदूरों की ढूंढ खोज जारी है। वहीं, चमोली के जिलाधिकारी संदीप तिवारी ने बताया कि संचार व्यवस्था काफी टॉप पर होने की वजह से सही-सही जानकारी नहीं मिल पा रही है।

उत्तराखंड में चारधाम यात्रा की तारीखों का ऐलान कर दिया गया है। इसी को देखते हुए बद्रीनाथ धाम से तीन किलोमीटर आगे माणा गांव के पास सड़क से बर्फ हटाने और उसकी मरम्मत का काम तेजी से चल रहा है। शुक्रवार सुबह के समय भी एक निजी ठेकेदार के 57 मजदूर सड़क पर से बर्फ हटा रहे थे, तभी अचानक से पहाड़ पर ग्लेशियर फटा और सभी के सभी मजदूर बर्फ में दब गए।

बता दें कि चमोली के ऊपरी इलाकों में कई दिनों से भारी बर्फभारी हो रही है। जिसकी वजह से गोपेश्वर चोपता मोटर मार्ग, हनुमानचट्टी से आगे बद्रीनाथ और नीतिघाटी मार्ग बर्फ़बारी के चलते बंद हो गए हैं। बद्रीनाथ धाम, हेमकुंड साहिब, फूलों की घाटी, नीति घाटी, चोपता समेत औली में जमकर बर्फबारी हो रही है और अभी तक 2 फिट से ज्यादा बर्फ जम चुकी है। मौसम विभाग ने पहले ही आज के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया हुआ था। यहां तक कि 32 सौ मीटर से ऊपर के एरिया में बर्फबारी होने की आशंका जताई थी। साथ ही एवलांच की आशंका भी जताई थी।

हैदराबाद से 132 किमी दूर नागरकुर्नूल में बन रही 42 किमी की दुनिया की सबसे लंबी पानी की टनल में 8 कर्मचारियों को फंसे हुए आज पांचवा दिन है। इन 8 जिंदगियों को बचाने के लिए सेना, नौसेना,एनडीआरफ, एसडीआरएफ, आईआईटी चेन्नई और एलएनटी कंपनी के एक्सपर्ट्स शामिल हैं। लेकिन अब तक फंसे हुए कर्मचारियों से कोई संपर्क नहीं हो पाया है। इसके बाद अब यह काम 12 रैट माइनर्स (चूहों की तरह खदान खोदने वाले मजदूर) को सौंपा गया है। इन्होंने ही 2023 में उत्तराखंड की सिलक्यारा टनल में फंसे 41 मजदूरों को सही-सलामत बाहर निकाला था।

6 रैट माइनर्स की एक टीम सोमवार दोपहर को पहुंच चुकी है। 6 लोगों की बाकी टीम कल (बुधवार) पहुंचेगी। अभी यह टीम अंदर जाकर सिर्फ हालात का जायजा लेगी। एनडीआरफ और एसडीआरएफ के साथ रैट माइनर्स टीम की मीटिंग के बाद रेस्क्यू शुरू होगा। नौसेना के जवान इस काम में रैट माइनर्स टीम की मदद करेंगे। ये आईआईटी चेन्नई के स्पेशल पुश कैमरे और रोबोट की मदद से खुदाई का सही रास्ता बताएंगे। पानी की वजह से रेस्क्यू में ज्यादा वक्त लग सकता है।

सुरंग से पानी और कीचड़ निकालने का काम चल रहा है, लेकिन जैसे-जैसे समय निकल रहा है श्रमिकों की कुशलता को लेकर चिंताएं बढ़ती जा रही हैं। सेना और एनडीआरएफ के सदस्य पहले से ही बचाव कार्य में जुटे हुए हैं। बचाव कार्यों की निगरानी कर रहे नागरकुर्नूल के जिला कलेक्टर बी संतोष ने कहा कि आगे कोई भी कदम उठाने से पहले सुरंग की स्थिरता को ध्यान में रखा गया है। सुरंग से जल निकासी का काम भी चल रहा है। जीएसआई और एनजीआरआई की सलाह ले रहे हैं। स्थिति का आकलन करने के लिए एलएंडटी से जुड़े ऑस्ट्रेलियाई विशेषज्ञों को भी बुलाया गया है। कीचड़ और मलबा भरने के कारण हम आखिर के 40-50 मीटर के अंदर नहीं जा पा रहे हैं, जहां श्रमिक फंसे हुए हैं।

इंडियन एक्सप्रेस की खबर के मुताबिक, तेलंगाना के डिप्टी सीएम भट्टी विक्रमारक ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार तब तक हार नहीं मानेगी, जब तक सुरंग के अंदर फंसे आठों लोग नहीं मिल जाते। शनिवार सुबह सुरंग का एक हिस्सा ढह गया था, जिससे आठ मजदूर अंदर फंस गए थे। रेस्क्यू टीम 13.85 किलोमीटर लंबी सुरंग के 13.79 किलोमीटर तक का दायरा खंगाल चुके हैं। लेकिन आखिरी हिस्से में पानी और कीचड़ जमा होने के कारण रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में दिक्कत आ रही है। इसका मतलब है कि उन आठ जिंदगियों की सलामती के लिए महज 0.06 किलोमीटर का फासला है।

महाराष्ट्र के जलगांव जिले में बुधवार शाम एक ट्रेन में आग की अफवाह फैली। इसके बाद यात्री दहशत में आए। घबराए यात्रियों ने ट्रेन से बाहर कूदना शुरू कर दिया। इस दौरान पटरी पर उतरे कुछ यात्री पास की पटरी पर विपरीत दिशा से आ रही दूसरी ट्रेन की चपेट में आ गए। इस हादसे में कम से कम 13 यात्रियों की मौत हो गई।

  


हादसे के बाद सवाल उठ रहे हैं कि इस जानलेवा अफवाह का जिम्मेदार कौन है? पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक 2 चायवालों के अफवाह फैलाने से ये घटना घटी है। बताया जा रहा है कि बुधवार शाम करीब 4.45 बजे ट्रेन में चाय बेचने आए शख्स ने यात्रियों को बताया कि ट्रेन में आग लग गई है। यह सुनते ही वहां अफरा-तफरी मच गई और हल्ला हो गया। इसके बाद कुछ यात्रियों ने न आव देखा न ताव, चेन पुलिंग की और दरवाजों से नीचे कूदने लगे। घबराए हुए लोगों ने खुद को ही मौत के मुंह में धकेल दिया और कुछ ही पल में सब खत्म हो गया।

हालांकि, रेलवे बोर्ड के सूचना एवं प्रचार विभाग के कार्यकारी निदेशक दिलीप कुमार ने इस बात से इनकार किया कि डिब्बे के अंदर किसी चिंगारी या आग के कारण यात्रियों ने अलार्म बजाया। उन्होंने बताया कि हमें जो सूचना मिली है उसके अनुसार कोच में कोई चिंगारी या आग नहीं देखी गई। इस बीच स्विटजरलैंड के दावोस से एक वीडियो संदेश में मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने कहा कि ट्रेन में कुछ यात्रियों ने गलती से मान लिया कि ट्रेन से धुआं निकल रहा है और वे कूद गए। दुर्भाग्य से वे दूसरी ट्रेन की चपेट में आ गए। उन्होंने इस त्रासदी में मारे गए यात्रियों के परिजनों को पांच-पांच लाख रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता देने की घोषणा की। 

मुख्यमंत्री के अलावा रेलवे बोर्ड ने अलग से मृतकों के परिजनों को 1.5-1.5 लाख रुपये, गंभीर रूप से घायलों को 50-50 हजार रुपये और मामूली रूप से घायल लोगों के लिए 5,000 रुपये की अनुग्रह राशि देने की घोषणा की।

रूस ने लोगों से अज़रबैजान एयरलाइंस विमान दुर्घटना के कारण के बारे में अटकलें न लगाने का आग्रह किया है, और उनसे जांच के परिणामों की प्रतीक्षा करने का आग्रह किया है। क्रेमलिन के प्रवक्ता दिमित्री पेसकोव ने गुरुवार को कहा, "अज़रबैजान एयरलाइंस विमान दुर्घटना के कारणों की जांच चल रही है और इसके निष्कर्ष आने से पहले अटकलें लगाना गलत है।"



कज़ाकिस्तान के अक्ताऊ शहर के पास बुधवार को एक एम्ब्रेयर EMBR3.SA यात्री जेट दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया, जिसमें 38 लोगों की मौत हो गई, यह विमान रूस के उस क्षेत्र से निकला था, जिसे मॉस्को ने हाल ही में यूक्रेनी ड्रोन हमलों से बचाया है। दुर्घटना ने संभावित रूसी वायु रक्षा हमले के दावों सहित गहन अटकलों को जन्म दिया है - एक सिद्धांत जिसे मॉस्को ने नकार दिया है।

यात्री और चालक दल का विवरण



एम्ब्रेयर 190 विमान में 62 यात्री सवार थे, जिनमें अज़रबैजान, रूस और अन्य देशों के नागरिक और पाँच चालक दल के सदस्य शामिल थे। अज़रबैजान एयरलाइंस के अनुसार, विमान का अक्टूबर में पूर्ण तकनीकी निरीक्षण किया गया था और उड़ान से पहले कोई ज्ञात समस्या नहीं थी। एयरलाइन ने दुर्घटना के कारण के बारे में अटकलों पर टिप्पणी करने से इनकार कर दिया है, राष्ट्रपति समीर रजायेव ने बाकू में संवाददाताओं से कहा कि "विस्तृत जांच" चल रही है।

बताया जा रहा है जिस समय यह हादसा हुआ उस समय नीलकमल नाव में करीब 120 से ज्यादा लोग सवार थे. हालांकि, नाव की केपेसिटी केवल 80 लोगों की ही थी. प्रशासन की लापरवाही के कारण धड़ल्ले से यहां केपेसिटी से ज्यादा लोगों को बैठाकर नाव चलाई जा रही है, जो बीते बुधवार को 13 लोगों की मौत का कारण बनी हैं. हादसे को लेकर पीड़ित परिवार जिम्मेदार लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग कर रहा है.

सुरक्षित जगह पर टेस्टिंग

नाव हादसे को लेकर नेवी का बयान भी सामने आया है, जिसमें उन्होंने बताया कि नेवी की स्पीड बोट इंजन टेस्टिंग चल रही थी. इसी दौरान इंजन ने अपना नियंत्रण खो दिया और एक बड़ा हादसा हो गया. हादसे को लेकर सवाल उठने लगे हैं कि जब सभी को पता है कि यह रास्ता यात्री बोट के लिए है, तो यहां टेस्टिंग की क्या जरूरती थी. टेस्टिंग हमेशा ऐसी जगह पर करनी चाहिए जहां कोई यात्री बोट आती-जाती ना हो.

नीलकमल बोट में सेफ्टी गैजेटकी कमी

नेवी की तेज रफ्तार वोट के टकराते ही नीलकमल बोट में एक छेद हो गया था. यात्रियों के देखते ही देखते ही नाव समुद्र में डूबने लगी थी. सभी लोगों ने बचने की कोशिश की, लेकिन बोट पर सुरक्षा के पूरे उपकरण ही नहीं थे, जो थे भी वह बहुत कम थे. इस कारण से यह हादसा और भी ज्यादा बड़ा होता चला गया. लोग पानी में डूब रहे थे, लेकिन उनके पास सेफ्टी गैजेट नहीं थे. हादसे से पहले अगर सुरक्षा बिंदुओं की जांच की जाती तो, शायद इतना बड़ा हादसा नहीं होता.

नौसेना नाव चालकों का स्टंट

हादसे को लेकर प्रत्यश्रदर्थियों का कहना है कि नौसेना नाव के चालक बहुत ही तेजी से नाव पर स्टंट कर रहे थे. उनकी स्पीड लगभग 100 किलोमीटर घंटा थी. वह हवा में खुब तेजी से नाव गोल-गोल लहरा रहे थे. साथ ही नाव को हवा में उड़ा के खतरनाक स्टंट कर रहे थे. इसी दौरान नौसेना के नाव चालकों की लापरवाही के कारण उनकी नाव यात्रियों से भरी नाव में टकरा गई थी.
