सूत्रों का कहना है कि एक बड़े औद्योगिक घराने बिरला समूह से संबद्ध अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कंपनी अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट ने पुरातत्व विभाग को अंधेरे में रखकर खनन संबंधी अनुमति प्राप्त कर लीं। जिसके अनुसार उसे ग्राम टोंकी स्थिति प्लांट द्वारा खनन हेतु 344.783 हेक्टेयर चूना पत्थर के लिए ग्राम देवरा, सीतापुरी, उदयपुर और मुहाली के लिए बताई जाती हैं। गौरतलब है कि मनावर तहसील के इन ग्रामों की जमीन मध्य प्रदेश को पर्यावरण वन एवं जलवायु के लिहाज से महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है।
हो गया यह खेल
सूत्रों का कहना है कि कंपनी अपने निजी स्वार्थ के लिए पुरानी धरोहरों के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रही है। उसके द्वारा देवरा जैसे स्थान पर, जहां भव्य मंदिर जीर्णशीर्ण अवस्था में मौजूद हैं, इसके आसपास खुदाई कर दी गई है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि चिन्हित और अनुमति प्राप्त स्थान से इतर यह खुदाई की जा रही है। जिससे पुरातन धरोहर के मिटने का खतरा पैदा हो गया है।
बड़े नाम का फायदा
सूत्रों का कहना है कि चूंकि आदित्य बिरला समूह देश में एक नामवर उद्योग समूह है। जिसकी दिल्ली से लेकर मध्यप्रदेश तक तूती बोलती है। इसी ख्याति को भुनाते हुए अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट द्वारा मनमाने तरीके से खनन किया जा रहा है। इससे होने वाले पुरातत्विक नुकसान को भी गुमराह किया जा रहा है।
दूरी का भी फायदा
बताया जाता है कि इस अव्यवस्था को लेकर पुरातत्व एवं अभिलेखागार विभाग इंदौर को स्थानीय लोगों द्वारा कई बार सूचित किया गया और शिकायत की गई। लेकिन इंदौर से मनावर की दूरी और इस क्षेत्र का दूरस्थ में होना किसी परिणाम तक नहीं पहुंच पाया। बताया जाता है कि इंदौर से कागजों पर ही फैसले कर दिए जा रहे हैं और उनके परिपालन पर भी कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है। सूत्रों का कहना है अल्ट्राटेक द्वारा दिल्ली से मिली अनुमति के नाम पर भी विभाग को गुमराह करके अपने फायदे के लिए खनन कर रहा है।
अब शिकायत भोपाल से लेकर दिल्ली तक 
सूत्रों का कहना है कि प्राचीन धरोहर, धार्मिक आस्थाओं और पर्यावरण के इस नुकसान को लेकर नेशनल एनजीओ नया कारवां ने बीड़ा उठाया है। संस्था इस अव्यवस्था को लेकर भोपाल से लेकर दिल्ली तक आवाज उठाने वाली है, जिससे इस अनमोल प्राचीन संस्कृति को बचाया जा सके। साथ ही जंगलों में जहां-जहां अवशेष हैं, वहां फैक्ट्री के खनन करने पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जा सके।

भोपाल। आंखों में खुशी के मारे भर आए आंसुओं का सैलाब था, जुबां पर अल्लाह का शुक्र और दिल में उठते हुए हजारों खयालात... देवास के मोहम्मद इरफान ने पहली बार हज आवेदन किया था, इस लॉटरी प्रक्रिया में वे चुन लिए गए थे। वे खुदकिस्मत करार दे रहे थे कि पहली बार में उनके लिए हज का बुलावा आ गया।
हालात भोपाल में उस वक्त बने जब मुम्बई हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया से प्रदेश के हज आवेदकों का कुर्रा कंप्यूटर पर डिस्प्ले हुआ। प्रदेश के कुल 10058 आवेदकों का कुर्रा किया। जिनमें से प्रदेश के कोटे के मुताबिक 5998 लोगों को हज पर जाने के लिए चुना गया। इसके बाद करीब 4060 लोगों को प्रतीक्षा सूची में रखा गया है। अन्य प्रदेशों से बचे हुए कोटे से ऐसे आवेदकों को एडजस्ट किया जाएगा। गत वर्ष भी प्रदेश को मिले अतिरिक्त कोटे से बड़ी संख्या में लोगों को हज पर जाने का मौका मिला था। चुने गए हाजियों में 65+ आयु के 972 आवेदकों को आरक्षित श्रेणी में रखा गया है, जबकि उनमें 65 महिलाएं ऐसी भी हैं, जो बिना मेहरम के हजयात्रा पर जाएंगी।
अभी से तैयारी शुरू करें: नदवी
हज हाउस में आयोजित कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत में शहर मुफ्ती अब्दुल कलाम साहब कासमी ने तिलावत -ए-कुरआन की। इस मौके पर मौजूद काजी-ए-शहर सैयद मुश्ताक अली नदवी ने कहा कि एक दौर था, जब हज सफ़र मुश्किल हुआ करता था और हज आसान था। लेकिन अब सफ़र आसान हो गया है और हज मुश्किल बात हो गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि अपनी दैनिक जिंदगी की आदतों की वजह से यह हालात बने हुए हैं। उन्होंने चुने गए हाजियों को मशविरा दिया कि अभी से हज की तैयारी शुरू करें, पैदल चलने, दुआएं सीखने और सफर की परेशानियों की आदत डालें, ताकि हज सफ़र में दिक्कत न आए। इस मौके पर मप्र वक्फ बोर्ड अध्यक्ष डॉ. सनवर पटेल ने कहा कि हज और हाजियों की खिदमत नसीब की बात है। अल्लाह ने उन्हें सेंट्रल हज कमेटी से लेकर प्रदेश हज कमेटी तक में बहुत काम करने का मौका दिया, जिसके लिए वे अल्लाह के शुक्रगुजार हैं। डॉ पटेल ने कहा कि उनके कार्यकाल में हज हाउस निर्माण, हज इम्बोरकेशन प्वाइंट और हज मुसाफिरों को बेहतर सुविधाएं प्रदान की गईं। इस मौके पर हज कमेटी की प्रशासनिक अधिकारी डॉ फरजाना ग़जाल ने भी विचार व्यक्त किए।
उत्साह खत्म या कमेटी की अलाली
हज हाउस में आयोजित कुर्रा प्रसारण का लाइव प्रसारण देखने के लिए गिनती के लोग हाजिर हुए थे। हज आवेदकों की तादाद कमेटी कर्मचारियों और मीडिया से भी कम कही जा सकती है। इसको लेकर उठी बात पर जिला हज कमेटी अध्यक्ष असलम इलयास ने कहा कि यह प्रक्रिया हाजियों की सुविधा के लिए ही की गई थी। कमेटी ने आवेदकों को कुर्रा आयोजन का दावतनामा भेजा ही नहीं, कारण यह है कि ऑनलाइन कुर्रा आवेदक अपने स्थान से ही देख सकते हैं, उन्हें भोपाल तक आने जाने की परेशानी से निजात देने के लिए यह कयास किया गया था।

हजारीबाग: पुलिस अधीक्षक हजारीबाग के निर्देश पर शनिवार को जिले के विभिन्न थानों में संबंधित अंचलाधिकारी की उपस्थिति में साप्ताहिक थाना दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान कटकमसांडी, कटकमदाग, केरेडारी, मुफस्सिल, बरही, कोर्रा, उरीमारी, दारू, ईचाक, टाटीझरिया, गिद्दी एवं चलकुशा थाना क्षेत्रों में लोगों की समस्याओं को सुना गया।थाना दिवस के दौरान भूमि विवाद, पारिवारिक विवाद, न्यायालय से संबंधित परिवाद, आपसी लड़ाई-झगड़े सहित अन्य मामलों की सुनवाई की गई। कई मामलों का मौके पर ही आपसी सहमति एवं विधि-सम्मत प्रक्रिया के तहत निष्पादन किया गया, जबकि शेष मामलों में आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए।

भर्ती परीक्षाओं में कथित अनियमितताओं के विरोध में भाजपा ने राज्यपाल के नाम उपायुक्त को सौंपा ज्ञापन
हजारीबाग। झारखंड में आयोजित विभिन्न सरकारी भर्ती परीक्षाओं में कथित अनियमितताओं, पेपर लीक और अभ्यर्थियों के भविष्य से जुड़े मुद्दों को लेकर शनिवार को भारतीय जनता पार्टी, हजारीबाग के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने महामहिम राज्यपाल के नाम उपायुक्त हजारीबाग को ज्ञापन सौंपा।
ज्ञापन में भाजपा प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने आरोप लगाया कि राज्य में जेपीएससी, जेएसएससी-सीजीएल, उत्पाद सिपाही भर्ती परीक्षा सहित कई प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में गंभीर अनियमितताओं के मामले सामने आए हैं। प्रतिनिधिमंडल का कहना था कि बार-बार पेपर लीक, परीक्षा प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता की कमी तथा कथित रूप से सीटों की खरीद-फरोख्त जैसी घटनाओं से लाखों युवाओं का भरोसा प्रभावित हुआ है और भर्ती प्रक्रिया की निष्पक्षता पर सवाल खड़े हुए हैं।

सूत्रों का कहना है कि एक बड़े औद्योगिक घराने बिरला समूह से संबद्ध अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कंपनी अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट ने पुरातत्व विभाग को अंधेरे में रखकर खनन संबंधी अनुमति प्राप्त कर लीं। जिसके अनुसार उसे ग्राम टोंकी स्थिति प्लांट द्वारा खनन हेतु 344.783 हेक्टेयर चूना पत्थर के लिए ग्राम देवरा, सीतापुरी, उदयपुर और मुहाली के लिए बताई जाती हैं। गौरतलब है कि मनावर तहसील के इन ग्रामों की जमीन मध्य प्रदेश को पर्यावरण वन एवं जलवायु के लिहाज से महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है।
हो गया यह खेल
सूत्रों का कहना है कि कंपनी अपने निजी स्वार्थ के लिए पुरानी धरोहरों के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रही है। उसके द्वारा देवरा जैसे स्थान पर, जहां भव्य मंदिर जीर्णशीर्ण अवस्था में मौजूद हैं, इसके आसपास खुदाई कर दी गई है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि चिन्हित और अनुमति प्राप्त स्थान से इतर यह खुदाई की जा रही है। जिससे पुरातन धरोहर के मिटने का खतरा पैदा हो गया है।
बड़े नाम का फायदा
सूत्रों का कहना है कि चूंकि आदित्य बिरला समूह देश में एक नामवर उद्योग समूह है। जिसकी दिल्ली से लेकर मध्यप्रदेश तक तूती बोलती है। इसी ख्याति को भुनाते हुए अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट द्वारा मनमाने तरीके से खनन किया जा रहा है। इससे होने वाले पुरातत्विक नुकसान को भी गुमराह किया जा रहा है।
दूरी का भी फायदा
बताया जाता है कि इस अव्यवस्था को लेकर पुरातत्व एवं अभिलेखागार विभाग इंदौर को स्थानीय लोगों द्वारा कई बार सूचित किया गया और शिकायत की गई। लेकिन इंदौर से मनावर की दूरी और इस क्षेत्र का दूरस्थ में होना किसी परिणाम तक नहीं पहुंच पाया। बताया जाता है कि इंदौर से कागजों पर ही फैसले कर दिए जा रहे हैं और उनके परिपालन पर भी कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है। सूत्रों का कहना है अल्ट्राटेक द्वारा दिल्ली से मिली अनुमति के नाम पर भी विभाग को गुमराह करके अपने फायदे के लिए खनन कर रहा है।
अब शिकायत भोपाल से लेकर दिल्ली तक 
सूत्रों का कहना है कि प्राचीन धरोहर, धार्मिक आस्थाओं और पर्यावरण के इस नुकसान को लेकर नेशनल एनजीओ नया कारवां ने बीड़ा उठाया है। संस्था इस अव्यवस्था को लेकर भोपाल से लेकर दिल्ली तक आवाज उठाने वाली है, जिससे इस अनमोल प्राचीन संस्कृति को बचाया जा सके। साथ ही जंगलों में जहां-जहां अवशेष हैं, वहां फैक्ट्री के खनन करने पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जा सके।

विपिन सक्सेना से बात करना चाही तो उन्होंने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया।

प्राचीन धरोहर और धार्मिक आस्थाओं पर प्रहार बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। दिल्ली की अनुमति निरस्त करने और खनन बंद करने तक उच्च स्तरीय प्रयास किए जाएंगे।

भोपाल। आंखों में खुशी के मारे भर आए आंसुओं का सैलाब था, जुबां पर अल्लाह का शुक्र और दिल में उठते हुए हजारों खयालात... देवास के मोहम्मद इरफान ने पहली बार हज आवेदन किया था, इस लॉटरी प्रक्रिया में वे चुन लिए गए थे। वे खुदकिस्मत करार दे रहे थे कि पहली बार में उनके लिए हज का बुलावा आ गया।
हालात भोपाल में उस वक्त बने जब मुम्बई हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया से प्रदेश के हज आवेदकों का कुर्रा कंप्यूटर पर डिस्प्ले हुआ। प्रदेश के कुल 10058 आवेदकों का कुर्रा किया। जिनमें से प्रदेश के कोटे के मुताबिक 5998 लोगों को हज पर जाने के लिए चुना गया। इसके बाद करीब 4060 लोगों को प्रतीक्षा सूची में रखा गया है। अन्य प्रदेशों से बचे हुए कोटे से ऐसे आवेदकों को एडजस्ट किया जाएगा। गत वर्ष भी प्रदेश को मिले अतिरिक्त कोटे से बड़ी संख्या में लोगों को हज पर जाने का मौका मिला था। चुने गए हाजियों में 65+ आयु के 972 आवेदकों को आरक्षित श्रेणी में रखा गया है, जबकि उनमें 65 महिलाएं ऐसी भी हैं, जो बिना मेहरम के हजयात्रा पर जाएंगी।
अभी से तैयारी शुरू करें: नदवी
हज हाउस में आयोजित कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत में शहर मुफ्ती अब्दुल कलाम साहब कासमी ने तिलावत -ए-कुरआन की। इस मौके पर मौजूद काजी-ए-शहर सैयद मुश्ताक अली नदवी ने कहा कि एक दौर था, जब हज सफ़र मुश्किल हुआ करता था और हज आसान था। लेकिन अब सफ़र आसान हो गया है और हज मुश्किल बात हो गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि अपनी दैनिक जिंदगी की आदतों की वजह से यह हालात बने हुए हैं। उन्होंने चुने गए हाजियों को मशविरा दिया कि अभी से हज की तैयारी शुरू करें, पैदल चलने, दुआएं सीखने और सफर की परेशानियों की आदत डालें, ताकि हज सफ़र में दिक्कत न आए। इस मौके पर मप्र वक्फ बोर्ड अध्यक्ष डॉ. सनवर पटेल ने कहा कि हज और हाजियों की खिदमत नसीब की बात है। अल्लाह ने उन्हें सेंट्रल हज कमेटी से लेकर प्रदेश हज कमेटी तक में बहुत काम करने का मौका दिया, जिसके लिए वे अल्लाह के शुक्रगुजार हैं। डॉ पटेल ने कहा कि उनके कार्यकाल में हज हाउस निर्माण, हज इम्बोरकेशन प्वाइंट और हज मुसाफिरों को बेहतर सुविधाएं प्रदान की गईं। इस मौके पर हज कमेटी की प्रशासनिक अधिकारी डॉ फरजाना ग़जाल ने भी विचार व्यक्त किए।

हजारीबाग जिले के विभिन्न थानों में साप्ताहिक थाना दिवस का आयोजन, कई मामलों का हुआ निष्पादन
हजारीबाग: पुलिस अधीक्षक हजारीबाग के निर्देश पर शनिवार को जिले के विभिन्न थानों में संबंधित अंचलाधिकारी की उपस्थिति में साप्ताहिक थाना दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान कटकमसांडी, कटकमदाग, केरेडारी, मुफस्सिल, बरही, कोर्रा, उरीमारी, दारू, ईचाक, टाटीझरिया, गिद्दी एवं चलकुशा थाना क्षेत्रों में लोगों की समस्याओं को सुना गया।थाना दिवस के दौरान भूमि विवाद, पारिवारिक विवाद, न्यायालय से संबंधित परिवाद, आपसी लड़ाई-झगड़े सहित अन्य मामलों की सुनवाई की गई। कई मामलों का मौके पर ही आपसी सहमति एवं विधि-सम्मत प्रक्रिया के तहत निष्पादन किया गया, जबकि शेष मामलों में आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए।
पुलिस प्रशासन ने आम लोगों से अपील की कि वे भूमि एवं पारिवारिक विवाद जैसे मामलों के समाधान के लिए थाना दिवस का लाभ उठाएं, ताकि विवादों का समयबद्ध एवं शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से निपटारा सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।

भर्ती परीक्षाओं में कथित अनियमितताओं के विरोध में भाजपा ने राज्यपाल के नाम उपायुक्त को सौंपा ज्ञापन
हजारीबाग। झारखंड में आयोजित विभिन्न सरकारी भर्ती परीक्षाओं में कथित अनियमितताओं, पेपर लीक और अभ्यर्थियों के भविष्य से जुड़े मुद्दों को लेकर शनिवार को भारतीय जनता पार्टी, हजारीबाग के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने महामहिम राज्यपाल के नाम उपायुक्त हजारीबाग को ज्ञापन सौंपा।
ज्ञापन में भाजपा प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने आरोप लगाया कि राज्य में जेपीएससी, जेएसएससी-सीजीएल, उत्पाद सिपाही भर्ती परीक्षा सहित कई प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में गंभीर अनियमितताओं के मामले सामने आए हैं। प्रतिनिधिमंडल का कहना था कि बार-बार पेपर लीक, परीक्षा प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता की कमी तथा कथित रूप से सीटों की खरीद-फरोख्त जैसी घटनाओं से लाखों युवाओं का भरोसा प्रभावित हुआ है और भर्ती प्रक्रिया की निष्पक्षता पर सवाल खड़े हुए हैं।
भाजपा नेताओं ने राज्यपाल से इन सभी मामलों की निष्पक्ष एवं उच्चस्तरीय जांच कराने, दोषियों के विरुद्ध कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने तथा भविष्य की भर्ती परीक्षाओं को पूर्णतः पारदर्शी, निष्पक्ष और तकनीक आधारित बनाने की दिशा में आवश्यक कदम उठाने की मांग की। साथ ही राज्य के युवाओं के हितों की रक्षा करते हुए उन्हें न्याय दिलाने का भी आग्रह किया गया।
कार्यक्रम का नेतृत्व भाजपा जिला उपाध्यक्ष कुणाल दुबे ने किया। इस दौरान प्रदेश कार्यसमिति सदस्य अशोक यादव, जिला मंत्री इंद्र नारायण कुशवाहा, रेणुका साहू, कार्यालय मंत्री विवेक सिंह, एसी मोर्चा जिला अध्यक्ष महेंद्र बिहारी, युवा मोर्चा जिला अध्यक्ष राजकरण पांडेय सहित पार्टी के कई पदाधिकारी एवं कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रहे। भाजपा के अनुसार कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में कार्यकर्ताओं ने भाग लिया।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने उपायुक्त के माध्यम से राज्यपाल को ज्ञापन प्रेषित करते हुए राज्य के युवाओं के भविष्य की सुरक्षा के लिए शीघ्र एवं प्रभावी हस्तक्षेप की मांग की।
