हुड्डा के हठ से “हाथ” से गया हरियाणा, अब क्या करेगी कांग्रेस?

हरियाणा विधानसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस को लगातार तीसरी बार करारी हार का सामना करना पड़ा है। हरियाणा में कांग्रेस का चूक जाना किसी बड़े झटके से कम नहीं है। क्योंकि एग्जिट पोले से लेकर शुरूआती रूझान भी कांग्रेस के पक्ष में थे। लेकिन कांग्रेस जीतते-जीतते हार गई।कांग्रेस पार्टी को हरियाणा में बीजेपी से सिर्फ 0.85% वोट ही कम आए। बीजेपी को 39.94 प्रतिशत वोट मिले तो कांग्रेस ने भी 39.09 प्रतिशत वोट हासिल किया। यह इस बात की पुष्टि करता है कि हरियाणा में कांग्रेस के पक्ष में माहौल बना था। फिर भी करारी हार मिली। 

पार्टी के अंदर ही कुछ लोग इस हार के लिए हुड्डा को जिम्मेदार ठहरा रहे हैं। कांग्रेस हाईकमान ने हुड्डा को चुनाव में टिकट बंटवारे में खुली छूट दी थी। दरअसल, 2024 के लोकसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस की जबरदस्त वापसी हुई थी। कांग्रेस हरियाणा की 5 सीटें जीतने में सफल हुई थी। उस समय हुड्डा को कांग्रेस का सबसे बड़ा चेहरा माना जा रहा था।तब हुड्डा के समर्थकों ने दावा किया था कि अगर टिकट बंटवारे की जिम्मेदारी हुड्डा को दी जाती तो कांग्रेस सत्ता में वापस आ जाती। हालांकि, हालिया विधानसभा चुनावों के नतीजों ने कांग्रेस नेतृत्व को अपनी रणनीति पर फिर से विचार करने का मौका दे दिया है। 

हुड्डा ने एकतरफा चलते हुए कुमारी सैलजा और रणदीप सुरजेवाला को दरकिनार कर दिया। हुड्डा खेमे ने इन नेताओं को बिना जनाधार वाला बताया और टिकटों से लेकर हर जगह अपनी चलाई। यही नहीं, किरण चौधरी और कुलदीप बिश्नोई जैसे वरिष्ठ नेताओं ने हुड्डा पर पार्टी पर कब्जा करने का आरोप लगाते हुए कांग्रेस छोड़ दी थी। 

गठबंधन दलों से नहीं तालमेल नहीं बिठाया
कांग्रेस के दलित-जाट वोट में सेंधमारी के लिए इनेलो-बीएसपी और जेजेपी-आजाद समाज पार्टी के गठबंधन बने तो राहुल ने वोटों का बिखराव रोकने के लिए गठबंधन की सलाह दी। मगर, भूपिंदर हुड्डा ने आम आदमी पार्टी से तालमेल नहीं किया। इसके बाद दीपेंद्र हुड्डा ने सपा को हरियाणा में खारिज कर दिया। विरोधी खेमे ने आरोप लगाया है कि हुड्डा ने विरोधियों को बैठाने की बजाय उनकी मदद की। ताकि इससे सीटें 40 के करीब आएं और निर्दलीय उम्मीदवारों के सहारे वो सीएम बन सकें। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, एक वक्त बीजेपी में नाराज चल रहे अहीरवाल इलाके के बड़े क्षत्रप राव इंद्रजीत को कांग्रेस में लाने के लिए एक खेमे ने हरी झंडी दे दी थी। तब भी हुड्डा ने उनकी जरूरत को खारिज कर दिया। लिहाजा न सपा साथ थी, न राव साथ आए और पूरी बेल्ट में सूपड़ा साफ हो गया।

सैलजा ने भी इशारों-इशारों में लिया हुड्डा का नाम
हरियाणा में कांग्रेस पार्टी का सबसे बड़ा दलित चेहरा कुमारी सैलजा है। उन्होंने चुनाव परिणाम आने के बाद कहा कि सभी अंडे एक ही टोकरी में रखने की नीति कभी सही नहीं मानी जाती है। उनका इशारा उम्मीदवारों के चयन प्रक्रिया में भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा का पूरा दबदबा होने की तरफ है। कांग्रेस को जाटों पर हद से ज्यादा भरोसा करके बाकी जातियों को नजरअंदाज करने की कीमत चुकानी पड़ी है। अब सैलजा कह रही हैं कि शीर्ष नेतृत्व को इस रणनीति पर पुनर्विचार करते हुए हार के लिए जिम्मेदार लोगों की पहचान करनी चाहिए। शीर्ष नेतृत्व यह सब कर भी ले तो अब क्या? वो कहते हैं ना- अब पछताए होत क्या जब चिड़िया चुग गई खेत। 

लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनने का रिकॉर्ड
बता दें कि हरियाणा में देवी लाल, भजन लाल, बंशी लाल जैसे दिग्गज नेता हुए, लेकिन प्रदेश के लोगों ने कभी किसी का लगातार तीसरी बार साथ नहीं दिया। कांग्रेस के पास हरियाणा के मतदाताओं के इस माइंडसेट को मजबूत बनाए रखने का मौका था, लेकिन वह ऐसा नहीं कर पाई। उसकी इस नाकामयाबी ने बीजेपी को 54 साल की परंपरा को तोड़कर नया रेकॉर्ड बनाने का अवसर दे दिया। आखिरकार बीजेपी ने हरियाणा में पहली बार लगातार तीसरी बार सत्ता में लौटने का रेकॉर्ड कायम कर लिया।

ईरान के सर्वोच्च नेता खामेनेई आज एक दुर्लभ उपदेश देंगे और इस सप्ताह इजरायली हमले में मारे गए हिजबुल्लाह प्रमुख हसन नसरल्लाह की स्मृति को याद करेंगे। सूत्रों ने समाचार एजेंसी रॉयटर्स को बताया कि इजरायल ने शुक्रवार को तड़के बेरूत के दक्षिणी उपनगरों और बेरूत के हवाई अड्डे को निशाना बनाकर हमले किए। इजराइल की सेना ने गुरुवार को लेबनान की राजधानी बेरूत में हिजबुल्लाह के खुफिया मुख्यालय पर हमला किया, क्योंकि सैनिकों ने सीमा के पास आतंकवादियों से लड़ाई की और युद्धक विमानों ने देश भर में उनके गढ़ों पर बमबारी की।

- विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) ने बताया कि पिछले दिन लेबनान में 28 स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों की मौत हो गई। लेबनान में चिकित्सा सेवा एक संकट बन गई है क्योंकि इजरायली हमलों में कई प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र नष्ट हो गए हैं और बड़ी संख्या में लोग घायल हो गए हैं।



- इजरायली बलों ने दावा किया है कि गुरुवार को हिजबुल्लाह खुफिया मुख्यालय पर उनके हमलों में हिजबुल्लाह नेता अनीसी और 15 अन्य मारे गए।



- लेबनान के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के अनुसार पिछले 24 घंटों में इजरायल ने बम विस्फोटों की एक श्रृंखला में 37 लोगों की जान ले ली है और 151 घायल हो गए हैं।



- IDF ने बेरूत और लेबनान के दक्षिण में उन क्षेत्रों के लिए निकासी चेतावनी जारी की है, जिन्हें 2006 के समझौते में UN द्वारा बफर ज़ोन के रूप में सीमांकित किया गया था, जो बल में वृद्धि का संकेत है।



- इज़रायली सेना ने भी ज़मीनी घुसपैठ शुरू कर दी है, जिसके कारण हिज़्बुल्लाह के साथ सीमा पार लड़ाई हुई, जिसमें उनके अपने सैनिकों में से 9 की मौत हो गई।



- जैसे-जैसे UN और कई देश युद्ध विराम का आह्वान कर रहे हैं, इज़रायल ने लेबनान में हिज़्बुल्लाह के गढ़ों को खत्म करने की अपनी योजना को आगे बढ़ाया है। एक इज़रायली सैन्य अधिकारी ने खुलासा किया कि देश के पास सफ़ेद फ़ॉस्फ़ोरस के गोले हैं, जिनका इस्तेमाल वे अपने हमलों में करने की योजना बना रहे हैं। इसके अलावा, हिज़्बुल्लाह के साथ ज़मीनी लड़ाई से निपटने के लिए लेबनान सीमा पर अतिरिक्त बटालियन तैनात की गई हैं।

मध्यपूर्व में तनाव बढ़ा हुआ है।ईरान ने मंगलवार को इजरायल पर बड़ा हमला किया। ईरान ने इजरायल पर 180 से ज्यादा मिसाइलें दायर कीं। इस हमले को इजरायल के प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू ने ईरान की बड़ी गलती बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि ईरान को इसकी कीमत चुकानी पड़े। इजरायली पीएम नेतन्याहू के इस बयान को ईरान के लिए खुली चेतावनी माना जा रहा है। ईरान के हमले के बाद मिडिल ईस्ट जंग के मुहाने पर आकर खड़ा हो गया।

मिडिल ईस्ट पिछले कई दशकों से अशांति की चपेट में रहा है। इस क्षेत्र में कई युद्ध और गृहयुद्ध हुए, जिसने क्षेत्र को एक नया आकार दिया। अक्टूबर 2023 में इजरायल और हमास के बीच जंग की शुरूआत हुई। इजराइल और हिज़्बुल्लाह के बीच जारी संघर्ष का दायरा लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। इस जंग में हमास के कई प्रमुख नेताओं और हिज्बुल्लाह के प्रमुख समेत ईरान के सीनियर कमांडरों को अपने अंदर समा लिया। ऐसे में अब ईरान भी जंग में कूद पड़ा है और क्षेत्र भयानक जंग की कगार पर है।आशंका जताई जा रही है कि आने वाले दिनों में इस क्षेत्र में हालात बिगड़ सकते हैं।

करीब दो महीने पहले हमास नेता इस्माइल हनिया की ईरान की राजधानी तेहरान में हत्या हुई थी। जिसके बाद  बीती 28 सितंबर को हिज़्बुल्लाह ने इसराइली हमले में अपने नेता हसन नसरल्लाह की मौत की पुष्टि की थी, उसके बाद से मध्य-पूर्व में संघर्ष और गंभीर होता जा रहा है। इजराइल हिज़्बुल्लाह के ठिकानों पर लेबनान में हमले जारी रखे हुए है और अब उसने हिज़्बुल्लाह के ठिकानों पर ज़मीन से सैन्य कार्रवाई भी शुरू कर दी है। हनिया की मौत के बाद ईरान ने फौरन कोई सैन्य प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी थी, लेकिन एक अक्तूबर के ईरान के मिसाइल हमलों ने मध्य-पूर्व के इस संघर्ष को बढ़ा दिया है। इस बढ़ते संघर्ष पर अरब मुल्क़ के साथ ही दुनियाभर के कई देश स्पष्ट तौर पर बँटे हुए नज़र आ रहे हैं

अब जबकि जंग एक नया रूप अख्तियार करने की राह पर है, सबसे बड़ा सवाल यही है कि आखिर मिडिल ईस्ट की इस जंग में कौन, किसके साथ खड़ा है?
इजराइल के खिलाफ इस्लामिक देशों को एकजुट करने के लिए ईरान ने पहले ही इन मुल्कों से इसराइल से व्यापार खत्म करने की अपील की थी। दूसरी तरफ अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन और जर्मनी जैसे देश इसराइल के साथ खड़े हैं और इस युद्ध में उसकी मदद कर रहे हैं।

13 खाड़ी देश का रुख
मिडिल ईस्ट में कुल 18 देश हैं, इनमें से 13 अरब दुनिया का हिस्सा हैं। जानते हैं कि ईरान-इजरायल और लेबनान की जंग में इन 13 खाड़ी देश का रुख क्या है?
बहरीन: बहरीन ने अभी तक स्पष्ट नहीं किया है कि वह किस तरफ है। हालांकि इस देश के कुछ दल ईरान का समर्थन कर रहे हैं, इस देश ने 2020 से अपने संबध इजरायल से ठीक कर लिए थे।
ईरान: ईरान पूरी तरह से लेबनान के साथ खड़ा और हिजबुल्लाह चीफ नसरल्लाह की मौत का बदले लेने के लिए इजरायल पर मंगलवार को 180 से ज्यादा मिसाइलें दागीं।
इराक:  फिलहाल इस जंग से बाहर है, ईरान से इसकी दुश्मनी सभी जानते हैं, ईरान के इजरायल पर हमले का जश्न यहां भी लोगों ने मनाया।ईरानी समर्थित संगठनों ने इस हमले का समर्थन किया है। ईरान की मिसाइल सीरिया और इराक की हवाई सीमा को क्रॉस करके इजरायल में गिरीं।
फिलीस्तीन: 7 अक्टूबर 2023 को हमास ने इजरायल पर हमले किए थे। इसके बाद से इजरायल लगातार फिलिस्तीन और गाजा पट्टी में हमास के ठिकानों को निशाना बना रहा है। हमास के समर्थन में ही लेबनानी संगठन हिजबुल्लाह इजरायल से जंग कर रहा है।
जॉर्डन: जॉर्डन ने खुद को इस जंग से अलग रखा हुआ है। जॉर्डन पीएम ने कहा है कि वो अपने देश को युद्ध का मैदान नहीं बनने देंगे। अरब मुल्क जॉर्डन की सीमा वेस्ट बैंक से मिलती है और यहां फिलिस्तीनी शरणार्थियों की बड़ी संख्या रहती है। इजराइल जब बना तो इस क्षेत्र की एक बड़ी आबादी भागकर जॉर्डन आ गई थी।
कुवैत: कुवैत ने कहा कि उसने अपने एयर स्पेस का इस्तेमाल करने की इजाजत यूएस को नहीं दी है। कुवैत ने यूएन में नेतनयाहू के भाषण का भी बहिष्कार किया था।
लेबनान: इजराइल से सीधी जंग लड़ रहा है।
ओमान: इजराइल का विरोध करता रहा है। इसकी दोस्ती ईरान से भी है और यूएस से भी। शांति की अपील कर रहा है।
कतर: नसरल्लाह की मौत पर खामोश हैं, अभी तक कोई बयान नहीं दिया गया। हालांकि इस देश ने अपने एयर स्पेस का इस्तेमाल करने की इजाजत यूएस को नहीं दी है।
सऊदी अरब: सऊदी अरब ने भी खुद को जंग से दूर रखा है. सऊदी द्वारा इजराइल की निंदा तो की गई, लेकिन अभी तक किसी के साथ खुलकर नहीं आया है. यूएन में नेतन्याहू के भाषण का भी बहिष्कार किया था.
सीरिया: इजराइल के खिलाफ रहा है, जंग लड़ता रहा है। इजरायल ने सीरिया में भी हमले किए हैं।
यूएई: नसरल्लाह की मौत पर खामोश है। कुछ भी नहीं बोल रहा है। इस देश ने 2020 से अपने संबध इजराइल से ठीक कर लिए थे।
यमन: इजरायल ने यमन में भी कई ठिकानों पर बमबारी की है।

अमेरिका और पश्चिमी देश
ये बात नई नहीं है कि फिलिस्तीन और इजराइल के संघर्ष में ज्यादातर पश्चिमी देशों का झुकाव इजराइल की तरफ रहा है। अब ईरान की बात करें तो इस्लामिक क्रांति के बाद ईरान से पश्चिमी देशों ने दूरी बना ली है। अमेरिका के साथ साथ कनाडा, जर्मनी, ब्रिटेन, इटली आदि खुले तौर पर इजराइल के साथ हैं और अगर ईरान इजराइल पर हमला करता है, तो ये इजराइल को सैन्य मदद भी दे सकते हैं। अमेरिका और ब्रिटेन ने पहले ही अपनी मौजूदगी मध्य पूर्व में बढ़ा दी है।

चीन-रूस किस तरफ जाएंगे?
इस पूरे तनाव के बीच दुनिया की नजरें चीन और रूस पर बनी हुई है। पिछले कुछ सालों में ईरान की चीन और रूस के साथ करीबी बढ़ी है। रूस और चीन के इजराइल के साथ सामान्य रिश्ते हैं, लेकिन चीन गाजा युद्ध के दौरान इजराइल के हमलों की निंदा करता रहा है और कुछ खबरों के मुताबिक वे हमास के नेताओं से भी संपर्क में है।

क्या होगा भारत का रूख?
इजराइल-ईरान संघर्ष के बीच भारत ने दोनों देश में रह रहे पने लोगों के लिए एडवाइजरी जारी की है। भारत इस मुद्दे पर शांतिपूर्ण समझौते के पक्ष में रहा है। हालांकि भारत ने साल 1988 में फिलिस्तीनी राष्ट्र को मान्यता देने वाले पहले देशों में से एक था। लेकिन हाल के वर्षों में मध्य-पूर्व के हालात पर भारत किसी एक पक्ष की तरफ स्पष्ट तौर पर झुका नज़र नहीं आता है। पिछले महीने संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा में इजराइल के ख़िलाफ लाए गए एक प्रस्ताव में एक साल के अंदर गाजा और वेस्ट बैंक में इजराइली कब्ज़े को ख़त्म करने की बात कही गई थी।

हुड्डा के हठ से “हाथ” से गया हरियाणा, अब क्या करेगी कांग्रेस?

हरियाणा विधानसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस को लगातार तीसरी बार करारी हार का सामना करना पड़ा है। हरियाणा में कांग्रेस का चूक जाना किसी बड़े झटके से कम नहीं है। क्योंकि एग्जिट पोले से लेकर शुरूआती रूझान भी कांग्रेस के पक्ष में थे। लेकिन कांग्रेस जीतते-जीतते हार गई।कांग्रेस पार्टी को हरियाणा में बीजेपी से सिर्फ 0.85% वोट ही कम आए। बीजेपी को 39.94 प्रतिशत वोट मिले तो कांग्रेस ने भी 39.09 प्रतिशत वोट हासिल किया। यह इस बात की पुष्टि करता है कि हरियाणा में कांग्रेस के पक्ष में माहौल बना था। फिर भी करारी हार मिली। 

पार्टी के अंदर ही कुछ लोग इस हार के लिए हुड्डा को जिम्मेदार ठहरा रहे हैं। कांग्रेस हाईकमान ने हुड्डा को चुनाव में टिकट बंटवारे में खुली छूट दी थी। दरअसल, 2024 के लोकसभा चुनावों में कांग्रेस की जबरदस्त वापसी हुई थी। कांग्रेस हरियाणा की 5 सीटें जीतने में सफल हुई थी। उस समय हुड्डा को कांग्रेस का सबसे बड़ा चेहरा माना जा रहा था।तब हुड्डा के समर्थकों ने दावा किया था कि अगर टिकट बंटवारे की जिम्मेदारी हुड्डा को दी जाती तो कांग्रेस सत्ता में वापस आ जाती। हालांकि, हालिया विधानसभा चुनावों के नतीजों ने कांग्रेस नेतृत्व को अपनी रणनीति पर फिर से विचार करने का मौका दे दिया है। 

हुड्डा ने एकतरफा चलते हुए कुमारी सैलजा और रणदीप सुरजेवाला को दरकिनार कर दिया। हुड्डा खेमे ने इन नेताओं को बिना जनाधार वाला बताया और टिकटों से लेकर हर जगह अपनी चलाई। यही नहीं, किरण चौधरी और कुलदीप बिश्नोई जैसे वरिष्ठ नेताओं ने हुड्डा पर पार्टी पर कब्जा करने का आरोप लगाते हुए कांग्रेस छोड़ दी थी। 

गठबंधन दलों से नहीं तालमेल नहीं बिठाया
कांग्रेस के दलित-जाट वोट में सेंधमारी के लिए इनेलो-बीएसपी और जेजेपी-आजाद समाज पार्टी के गठबंधन बने तो राहुल ने वोटों का बिखराव रोकने के लिए गठबंधन की सलाह दी। मगर, भूपिंदर हुड्डा ने आम आदमी पार्टी से तालमेल नहीं किया। इसके बाद दीपेंद्र हुड्डा ने सपा को हरियाणा में खारिज कर दिया। विरोधी खेमे ने आरोप लगाया है कि हुड्डा ने विरोधियों को बैठाने की बजाय उनकी मदद की। ताकि इससे सीटें 40 के करीब आएं और निर्दलीय उम्मीदवारों के सहारे वो सीएम बन सकें। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, एक वक्त बीजेपी में नाराज चल रहे अहीरवाल इलाके के बड़े क्षत्रप राव इंद्रजीत को कांग्रेस में लाने के लिए एक खेमे ने हरी झंडी दे दी थी। तब भी हुड्डा ने उनकी जरूरत को खारिज कर दिया। लिहाजा न सपा साथ थी, न राव साथ आए और पूरी बेल्ट में सूपड़ा साफ हो गया।

सैलजा ने भी इशारों-इशारों में लिया हुड्डा का नाम
हरियाणा में कांग्रेस पार्टी का सबसे बड़ा दलित चेहरा कुमारी सैलजा है। उन्होंने चुनाव परिणाम आने के बाद कहा कि सभी अंडे एक ही टोकरी में रखने की नीति कभी सही नहीं मानी जाती है। उनका इशारा उम्मीदवारों के चयन प्रक्रिया में भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा का पूरा दबदबा होने की तरफ है। कांग्रेस को जाटों पर हद से ज्यादा भरोसा करके बाकी जातियों को नजरअंदाज करने की कीमत चुकानी पड़ी है। अब सैलजा कह रही हैं कि शीर्ष नेतृत्व को इस रणनीति पर पुनर्विचार करते हुए हार के लिए जिम्मेदार लोगों की पहचान करनी चाहिए। शीर्ष नेतृत्व यह सब कर भी ले तो अब क्या? वो कहते हैं ना- अब पछताए होत क्या जब चिड़िया चुग गई खेत। 

लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनने का रिकॉर्ड
बता दें कि हरियाणा में देवी लाल, भजन लाल, बंशी लाल जैसे दिग्गज नेता हुए, लेकिन प्रदेश के लोगों ने कभी किसी का लगातार तीसरी बार साथ नहीं दिया। कांग्रेस के पास हरियाणा के मतदाताओं के इस माइंडसेट को मजबूत बनाए रखने का मौका था, लेकिन वह ऐसा नहीं कर पाई। उसकी इस नाकामयाबी ने बीजेपी को 54 साल की परंपरा को तोड़कर नया रेकॉर्ड बनाने का अवसर दे दिया। आखिरकार बीजेपी ने हरियाणा में पहली बार लगातार तीसरी बार सत्ता में लौटने का रेकॉर्ड कायम कर लिया।

करीब दो महीने पहले हमास नेता इस्माइल हनिया की ईरान की राजधानी तेहरान में हत्या हुई थी। जिसके बाद  बीती 28 सितंबर को हिज़्बुल्लाह ने इसराइली हमले में अपने नेता हसन नसरल्लाह की मौत की पुष्टि की थी, उसके बाद से मध्य-पूर्व में संघर्ष और गंभीर होता जा रहा है। इजराइल हिज़्बुल्लाह के ठिकानों पर लेबनान में हमले जारी रखे हुए है और अब उसने हिज़्बुल्लाह के ठिकानों पर ज़मीन से सैन्य कार्रवाई भी शुरू कर दी है। हनिया की मौत के बाद ईरान ने फौरन कोई सैन्य प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी थी, लेकिन एक अक्तूबर के ईरान के मिसाइल हमलों ने मध्य-पूर्व के इस संघर्ष को बढ़ा दिया है। इस बढ़ते संघर्ष पर अरब मुल्क़ के साथ ही दुनियाभर के कई देश स्पष्ट तौर पर बँटे हुए नज़र आ रहे हैं

अब जबकि जंग एक नया रूप अख्तियार करने की राह पर है, सबसे बड़ा सवाल यही है कि आखिर मिडिल ईस्ट की इस जंग में कौन, किसके साथ खड़ा है?
इजराइल के खिलाफ इस्लामिक देशों को एकजुट करने के लिए ईरान ने पहले ही इन मुल्कों से इसराइल से व्यापार खत्म करने की अपील की थी। दूसरी तरफ अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन और जर्मनी जैसे देश इसराइल के साथ खड़े हैं और इस युद्ध में उसकी मदद कर रहे हैं।

13 खाड़ी देश का रुख
मिडिल ईस्ट में कुल 18 देश हैं, इनमें से 13 अरब दुनिया का हिस्सा हैं। जानते हैं कि ईरान-इजरायल और लेबनान की जंग में इन 13 खाड़ी देश का रुख क्या है?
बहरीन: बहरीन ने अभी तक स्पष्ट नहीं किया है कि वह किस तरफ है। हालांकि इस देश के कुछ दल ईरान का समर्थन कर रहे हैं, इस देश ने 2020 से अपने संबध इजरायल से ठीक कर लिए थे।
ईरान: ईरान पूरी तरह से लेबनान के साथ खड़ा और हिजबुल्लाह चीफ नसरल्लाह की मौत का बदले लेने के लिए इजरायल पर मंगलवार को 180 से ज्यादा मिसाइलें दागीं।
इराक:  फिलहाल इस जंग से बाहर है, ईरान से इसकी दुश्मनी सभी जानते हैं, ईरान के इजरायल पर हमले का जश्न यहां भी लोगों ने मनाया।ईरानी समर्थित संगठनों ने इस हमले का समर्थन किया है। ईरान की मिसाइल सीरिया और इराक की हवाई सीमा को क्रॉस करके इजरायल में गिरीं।
फिलीस्तीन: 7 अक्टूबर 2023 को हमास ने इजरायल पर हमले किए थे। इसके बाद से इजरायल लगातार फिलिस्तीन और गाजा पट्टी में हमास के ठिकानों को निशाना बना रहा है। हमास के समर्थन में ही लेबनानी संगठन हिजबुल्लाह इजरायल से जंग कर रहा है।
जॉर्डन: जॉर्डन ने खुद को इस जंग से अलग रखा हुआ है। जॉर्डन पीएम ने कहा है कि वो अपने देश को युद्ध का मैदान नहीं बनने देंगे। अरब मुल्क जॉर्डन की सीमा वेस्ट बैंक से मिलती है और यहां फिलिस्तीनी शरणार्थियों की बड़ी संख्या रहती है। इजराइल जब बना तो इस क्षेत्र की एक बड़ी आबादी भागकर जॉर्डन आ गई थी।
कुवैत: कुवैत ने कहा कि उसने अपने एयर स्पेस का इस्तेमाल करने की इजाजत यूएस को नहीं दी है। कुवैत ने यूएन में नेतनयाहू के भाषण का भी बहिष्कार किया था।
लेबनान: इजराइल से सीधी जंग लड़ रहा है।
ओमान: इजराइल का विरोध करता रहा है। इसकी दोस्ती ईरान से भी है और यूएस से भी। शांति की अपील कर रहा है।
कतर: नसरल्लाह की मौत पर खामोश हैं, अभी तक कोई बयान नहीं दिया गया। हालांकि इस देश ने अपने एयर स्पेस का इस्तेमाल करने की इजाजत यूएस को नहीं दी है।
सऊदी अरब: सऊदी अरब ने भी खुद को जंग से दूर रखा है. सऊदी द्वारा इजराइल की निंदा तो की गई, लेकिन अभी तक किसी के साथ खुलकर नहीं आया है. यूएन में नेतन्याहू के भाषण का भी बहिष्कार किया था.
सीरिया: इजराइल के खिलाफ रहा है, जंग लड़ता रहा है। इजरायल ने सीरिया में भी हमले किए हैं।
यूएई: नसरल्लाह की मौत पर खामोश है। कुछ भी नहीं बोल रहा है। इस देश ने 2020 से अपने संबध इजराइल से ठीक कर लिए थे।
यमन: इजरायल ने यमन में भी कई ठिकानों पर बमबारी की है।

अमेरिका और पश्चिमी देश
ये बात नई नहीं है कि फिलिस्तीन और इजराइल के संघर्ष में ज्यादातर पश्चिमी देशों का झुकाव इजराइल की तरफ रहा है। अब ईरान की बात करें तो इस्लामिक क्रांति के बाद ईरान से पश्चिमी देशों ने दूरी बना ली है। अमेरिका के साथ साथ कनाडा, जर्मनी, ब्रिटेन, इटली आदि खुले तौर पर इजराइल के साथ हैं और अगर ईरान इजराइल पर हमला करता है, तो ये इजराइल को सैन्य मदद भी दे सकते हैं। अमेरिका और ब्रिटेन ने पहले ही अपनी मौजूदगी मध्य पूर्व में बढ़ा दी है।

चीन-रूस किस तरफ जाएंगे?
इस पूरे तनाव के बीच दुनिया की नजरें चीन और रूस पर बनी हुई है। पिछले कुछ सालों में ईरान की चीन और रूस के साथ करीबी बढ़ी है। रूस और चीन के इजराइल के साथ सामान्य रिश्ते हैं, लेकिन चीन गाजा युद्ध के दौरान इजराइल के हमलों की निंदा करता रहा है और कुछ खबरों के मुताबिक वे हमास के नेताओं से भी संपर्क में है।

क्या होगा भारत का रूख?
इजराइल-ईरान संघर्ष के बीच भारत ने दोनों देश में रह रहे पने लोगों के लिए एडवाइजरी जारी की है। भारत इस मुद्दे पर शांतिपूर्ण समझौते के पक्ष में रहा है। हालांकि भारत ने साल 1988 में फिलिस्तीनी राष्ट्र को मान्यता देने वाले पहले देशों में से एक था। लेकिन हाल के वर्षों में मध्य-पूर्व के हालात पर भारत किसी एक पक्ष की तरफ स्पष्ट तौर पर झुका नज़र नहीं आता है। पिछले महीने संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा में इजराइल के ख़िलाफ लाए गए एक प्रस्ताव में एक साल के अंदर गाजा और वेस्ट बैंक में इजराइली कब्ज़े को ख़त्म करने की बात कही गई थी।
