झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री चंपई सोरेन के पोते वीर सोरेन की मौत की खबर सामने आई है। यह घटना हिमाचल प्रदेश के कुल्लू जिले में हुई। सूचना के बाद पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री चंपई सोरेन, उनके बेटे बाबूलाल सोरेन सहित उनके अन्य परिवारिक सदस्य शिमला के लिए रवाना हो गए हैं। स्थानीय पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लिया है।

  

तबीयत अचानक बिगड़ी
जानकारी के मताबिक, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री चंपई सोरेन के पोते वीर सोरेन अपने दोस्तों के साथ कुल्लू मनाली घूमने गए थे। बताया जा रहा है कि बर्फ में खेलने और ठंड में समय बिताने के बाद वे अपने होटल लौटे थे। बताया जा रहा है कि होटल पहुंचने के कुछ ही समय बाद वीर सोरेन की तबीयत अचानक बिगड़ गई और वे बेहोश हो गए। उनके दोस्तों ने तुरंत उन्हें नजदीकी अस्पताल पहुंचाया। अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों ने जांच के बाद उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया। फिलहाल मौत का सटीक कारण स्पष्ट नहीं हुआ है।

पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार
प्रारंभिक तौर पर मौत के कारणों का स्पष्ट खुलासा नहीं हो पाया है, जिससे घटना को संदिग्ध माना जा रहा है। स्थानीय प्रशासन द्वारा मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी गई है और पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार किया जा रहा है, जिसके बाद ही मौत के वास्तविक कारणों का पता चल सकेगा।

पश्चिम बंगाल में सत्ताधारी पार्टी टीएमसी के नेता और पूर्व रेल मंत्री मुकुल रॉय का निधन हो गया है। मुकुल रॉय बीमार थे और उनका कोलकाता के एक अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा था। मुकुल रॉय के बेटे शुभ्रांशु रॉय ने अपने पिता के निधन की पुष्टि की है।

  

बेटे शुभ्रांशु रॉय ने बताया कि मुकुल रॉय ने रविवार रात करीब 1:30 बजे कोलकाता के अपोलो अस्पताल में अंतिम सांस ली। अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के बाद उनकी हालत लगातार नाजुक बनी हुई थी। बताया जा रहा है कि मुकुल रॉय लंबे समय से कई तरह की बीमारियों की वजह से जूझ रहे थे।

कई स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियों से थे ग्रसित
मुकुल रॉय पिछले कुछ सालों से बीमार चल रहे थे। बेटे शुभ्रांशु ने कहा, वह कई स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियों से जूझ रहे थे। वे पार्किंसंस रोग और डिमेंशिया से पीड़ित थे। ब्रेन में हाइड्रोसेफलस की समस्या के कारण ब्रेन सर्जरी भी हुई थी। 2024 में भी कई बार अस्पताल में भर्ती हुए, जिसमें सिर में चोट और अन्य न्यूरोलॉजिकल समस्याएं शामिल थीं। हाल ही में अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के बाद उनकी हालत क्रिटिकल बताई गई थी।

तृणमूल कांग्रेस का प्रमुख चेहरा
1998 में गठित टीएमसी के शुरुआती दौर से जुड़े रॉय को कभी पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी का करीबी सहयोगी माना जाता था। ममता बनर्जी की तरह ही उन्होंने भी अपने राजनीतिक करियर की शुरुआत बंगाल में यूथ कांग्रेस से की थी। तृणमूल कांग्रेस के गठन के बाद रॉय ने पार्टी संगठन को मजबूत करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई और उन्हें पार्टी का महासचिव बनाया गया। समय के साथ वे दिल्ली की राजनीति में तृणमूल कांग्रेस का प्रमुख चेहरा बनकर उभरे।

मुकुल रॉय का राजनीतिक सफर
वर्ष 2006 में वह राज्यसभा के लिए निर्वाचित हुए और 2009 से 2012 तक सदन में पार्टी के नेता रहे। यूपीए-2 सरकार के दौरान उन्होंने पहले शिपिंग मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री के रूप में काम किया और बाद में मार्च 2012 में पार्टी सहयोगी दिनेश त्रिवेदी की जगह रेल मंत्री का पद संभाला। हालांकि, मुकुल रॉय के टीएमसी के साथ रिश्ते बिगड़ गए। खासकर शारदा चिटफंड घोटाले जैसे मुद्दों के बाद वह टीएमसी से दूर हो गए। फरवरी 2015 में पार्टी ने उन्हें राष्ट्रीय महासचिव पद से हटा दिया। सितंबर 2017 में मुकुल रॉय ने टीएमसी से इस्तीफा दे दिया।

2017 में बीजेपी का दामन थामा
नवंबर 2017 में रॉय बीजेपी में शामिल हो गए थे। रॉय ने जमीनी स्तर पर काम करके बीजेपी को राज्य में बेस बनाने में मदद की। उन्हें 2019 के लोकसभा चुनावों में पार्टी की 18 सीटें जीतने का क्रेडिट दिया जाता है। उन्होंने बीजेपी को टीएमसी के कई बड़े नेताओं को अपने पाले में लाने में मदद की और 2021 के विधानसभा चुनावों में कृष्णानगर उत्तर से बीजेपी विधायक चुने गए। लेकिन जल्द ही, उन्होंने बीजेपी से दूरी बना ली। जून 2021 में वो तृणमूल कांग्रेस में लौट आए। हालांकि, टीएमसी में वापस आने पर वह कद और समझ दोनों में पहले जैसे कभी नहीं रहे।

800 से ज्यादा दिनों से जेल में
बता दें कि इमरान को जेल में 800 दिनों से ज्यादा का समय हो गया है। उनकी तबीयत बिगड़ती जा रही है, जिससे जेल में उनके साथ हो रहे बर्ताव को लेकर सवाल और चिंताएं होने लगी है। इमरान खान की बहन अलीमा खानम ने जेल में पाकिस्तान के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री के साथ हो रहे बर्ताव और उनकी बिगड़ती सेहत के खिलाफ आवाज उठाई थी।

इमरान की एक आंख की 85% रोशनी खत्म
बताया जा रहा है कि इमरान खान की एक आंख की करीब 85% रोशनी चली गई है। यह खुलासा पाकिस्तानी सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर हुई जांच में हुआ है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तरफ से नियुक्त वकील सलमान सफदर ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में बताया था कि इमरान खान जेल प्रशासन से कई महीनों आंखों में धुंधलापन होने की शिकायत कर रहे थे। अक्टूबर 2025 तक उनकी नजर सामान्य थी, लेकिन बाद में दाईं आंख की रोशनी अचानक चली गई। जांच के दौरान पिम्स अस्पताल के एक आई एक्सपर्ट को बुलाया गया था। डॉक्टरों ने पाया कि उनकी आंख में खून का थक्का जम गया था, जिससे गंभीर नुकसान हुआ। इलाज और इंजेक्शन देने के बाद भी उनकी दाईं आंख में अब सिर्फ लगभग 15% रोशनी बची है। वहीं इमरान का कहना है उन्हें निजी डॉक्टर से इलाज कराने की इजाजत नहीं दी गई है।

Guntur, Andhra Pradesh:The Science City of Andhra Pradesh successfully hosted the South India Rocket Challenge on 23rd January 2026 at Vignan University Guntur, marking a historic milestone as India’s first-ever large-scale student rocket challenge conducted outside the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). The event was technically designed and executed by Muskan Aerospace, with Spacekidz India serving as Co-Mentor for the challenge.


The initiative brought together school and college students from across South India, offering them hands-on exposure to real-world rocketry. Under the structured mentorship framework jointly delivered by Muskan Aerospace and Spacekidz India, more than 1,000 school teams participated in the Hydro Rocket Challenge, while over 250 college teams competed in the Chemical Rocket Challenge.Speaking at the event, Mr Venkateswarlu Kesineni, CEO, Science City of Andhra Pradesh, said,

बांग्लादेश की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री बेगम खालिदा जिया का निधन हो गया है। वो लंबे समय से बीमार चल रहीं थीं और डॉक्टरों ने बताया था कि उनकी स्थिति काफी नाजुक है। उनका ढाका स्थित एवरकेयर अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा था। वे बांग्लादेश के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति जियाउर रहमान की पत्नी थीं, जिनकी 1981 में हत्या कर दी गई थी। उसके बाद खालिदा जिया सक्रिय राजनीति में आईं खालिदा जिया देश की पहली महिला प्रधानमंत्री थीं और उन्होंने तीन बार देश का नेतृत्व किया।

  


बेगम खालिदा जिया का जन्म 15 अगस्त 1945 को बंगाल के जलपाईगुड़ी जिले में स्थित दीनाजपुर जिले में हुआ था।उनका परिवार फेनी से आता था और उनके पिता इस्कन्दर अली मजूमदार चाय के व्यापारी थे। उनका शुरुआती नाम खालिदा खानम 'पुतुल' था। पांच भाई-बहनों में तीसरे नंबर पर रहीं खालिदा जब दो साल की थीं, तभी उनका परिवार भारत के विभाजन के बाद पाकिस्तान के हिस्से में गए दिनाजपुर में बस गया। खालिदा का शुरुआती जीवन यहीं बीता। 1960 में पाकिस्तानी सेना के अधिकारी और तत्कालीन कैप्टन जियाउर रहमान के साथ उनका निकाह कर दिया गया। इसके बाद उनका नाम हुआ खालिदा जिया रहमान।

  

तीन बार रहीं बांग्लादेश की पीएम
1977 में जियाउर रहमान राष्ट्रपति बने। उन्होंने ही बांग्लादेश नेशनलिस्ट पार्टी की स्थापना की। 30 मई 1981 को चिटगांव में एक सैन्य विद्रोह के दौरान उनकी हत्या कर दी गई। पति की हत्या के बाद बीएनपी बिखरने लगी, जिसके बाद पार्टी नेताओं के आग्रह पर खालिदा जिया ने 1984 में पार्टी की कमान संभाली। खालिदा जिया तीन बार बांग्लादेश की प्रधानमंत्री रहीं। उन्होंने पहली बार 1991 से 1996, दूसरी बार 30 मार्च 1996 से 23 जून 1996 और तीसरी बार 2001 से 2006 तक देश का नेतृत्व किया।

जानकारी के मताबिक, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री चंपई सोरेन के पोते वीर सोरेन अपने दोस्तों के साथ कुल्लू मनाली घूमने गए थे। बताया जा रहा है कि बर्फ में खेलने और ठंड में समय बिताने के बाद वे अपने होटल लौटे थे। बताया जा रहा है कि होटल पहुंचने के कुछ ही समय बाद वीर सोरेन की तबीयत अचानक बिगड़ गई और वे बेहोश हो गए। उनके दोस्तों ने तुरंत उन्हें नजदीकी अस्पताल पहुंचाया। अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों ने जांच के बाद उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया। फिलहाल मौत का सटीक कारण स्पष्ट नहीं हुआ है।

पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार

बेटे शुभ्रांशु रॉय ने बताया कि मुकुल रॉय ने रविवार रात करीब 1:30 बजे कोलकाता के अपोलो अस्पताल में अंतिम सांस ली। अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के बाद उनकी हालत लगातार नाजुक बनी हुई थी। बताया जा रहा है कि मुकुल रॉय लंबे समय से कई तरह की बीमारियों की वजह से जूझ रहे थे।

कई स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियों से थे ग्रसित
मुकुल रॉय पिछले कुछ सालों से बीमार चल रहे थे। बेटे शुभ्रांशु ने कहा, वह कई स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियों से जूझ रहे थे। वे पार्किंसंस रोग और डिमेंशिया से पीड़ित थे। ब्रेन में हाइड्रोसेफलस की समस्या के कारण ब्रेन सर्जरी भी हुई थी। 2024 में भी कई बार अस्पताल में भर्ती हुए, जिसमें सिर में चोट और अन्य न्यूरोलॉजिकल समस्याएं शामिल थीं। हाल ही में अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के बाद उनकी हालत क्रिटिकल बताई गई थी।

तृणमूल कांग्रेस का प्रमुख चेहरा
1998 में गठित टीएमसी के शुरुआती दौर से जुड़े रॉय को कभी पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी का करीबी सहयोगी माना जाता था। ममता बनर्जी की तरह ही उन्होंने भी अपने राजनीतिक करियर की शुरुआत बंगाल में यूथ कांग्रेस से की थी। तृणमूल कांग्रेस के गठन के बाद रॉय ने पार्टी संगठन को मजबूत करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई और उन्हें पार्टी का महासचिव बनाया गया। समय के साथ वे दिल्ली की राजनीति में तृणमूल कांग्रेस का प्रमुख चेहरा बनकर उभरे।

मुकुल रॉय का राजनीतिक सफर

बता दें कि इमरान को जेल में 800 दिनों से ज्यादा का समय हो गया है। उनकी तबीयत बिगड़ती जा रही है, जिससे जेल में उनके साथ हो रहे बर्ताव को लेकर सवाल और चिंताएं होने लगी है। इमरान खान की बहन अलीमा खानम ने जेल में पाकिस्तान के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री के साथ हो रहे बर्ताव और उनकी बिगड़ती सेहत के खिलाफ आवाज उठाई थी।

इमरान की एक आंख की 85% रोशनी खत्म
बताया जा रहा है कि इमरान खान की एक आंख की करीब 85% रोशनी चली गई है। यह खुलासा पाकिस्तानी सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर हुई जांच में हुआ है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तरफ से नियुक्त वकील सलमान सफदर ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में बताया था कि इमरान खान जेल प्रशासन से कई महीनों आंखों में धुंधलापन होने की शिकायत कर रहे थे। अक्टूबर 2025 तक उनकी नजर सामान्य थी, लेकिन बाद में दाईं आंख की रोशनी अचानक चली गई। जांच के दौरान पिम्स अस्पताल के एक आई एक्सपर्ट को बुलाया गया था। डॉक्टरों ने पाया कि उनकी आंख में खून का थक्का जम गया था, जिससे गंभीर नुकसान हुआ। इलाज और इंजेक्शन देने के बाद भी उनकी दाईं आंख में अब सिर्फ लगभग 15% रोशनी बची है। वहीं इमरान का कहना है उन्हें निजी डॉक्टर से इलाज कराने की इजाजत नहीं दी गई है।

The event was technically designed and executed by Muskan Aerospace, with Spacekidz India serving as Co-Mentor for the challenge.


The initiative brought together school and college students from across South India, offering them hands-on exposure to real-world rocketry. Under the structured mentorship framework jointly delivered by Muskan Aerospace and Spacekidz India, more than 1,000 school teams participated in the Hydro Rocket Challenge, while over 250 college teams competed in the Chemical Rocket Challenge.Speaking at the event, Mr Venkateswarlu Kesineni, CEO, Science City of Andhra Pradesh, said,
“The South India Rocket Challenge represents a significant step in advancing experiential science education. Hosting India’s first student rocket challenge outside ISRO reflects our commitment to creating platforms where students can engage with advanced scientific concepts through practical learning.”
As the technical execution partner, Muskan Aerospace managed the complete end-to-end execution of the event, including student orientation and training, technical documentation, safety protocols, launch operations, evaluation parameters, and coordination with expert mentors and institutions.

Spacekidz India, as Co-Mentor, contributed expert guidance in rocket design principles, propulsion concepts, stability analysis, and launch methodologies, strengthening the technical depth of the program.
The event also featured interactions with scientists, aerospace professionals, and academicians, inspiring students to explore careers in space science and technology. Stringent safety measures were followed throughout the program, ensuring a secure and disciplined learning environment.
With the successful hosting of the South India Rocket Challenge, Science City of Andhra Pradesh reaffirmed its role as a catalyst for scientific innovation, while Muskan Aerospace, supported by Spacekidz India, demonstrated the impact of collaborative mentorship in nurturing India’s next generation of aerospace innovators.

FSM x GSG Band-It 2025 Sees Nationwide Participation; Grand Finale Scheduled for January 15, 2026


Mumbai, India Band-It 2025, supported by Furtados School of Music, India’s largest inter-school performing arts competition, wrapped up its regional rounds across 11 locations nationwide, leaving behind a trail of energy, talent, and memorable performances. Organised in collaboration with Global Schools Group, the event brought together young performers from across the country, giving students a vibrant, professional platform to express themselves through music, dance, and speech & drama.From powerful performances to moments of confidence and creativity on stage, Band-It 2025 celebrated the joy of performing and the passion of young talent in its truest form.
The Band-It 2025 regional rounds were conducted across Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Udaipur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Madurai, Kolkata, Nagpur, and Ahmedabad, witnessing enthusiastic participation from leading institutions such as the Narayana Group of Schools, National Hill View Public School, Ryan International School, JBCN, along with several other schools across the country.
Hundreds of young performers participated across categories including Solo Singing, Solo Instrument, Solo Dance, Speech & Drama, Choirs, and Bands. Their performances transformed the regional rounds into a dynamic celebration of creativity, confidence, and the rich diversity of India’s performing arts talent.
One of the key highlights of this year’s regional rounds was the strong participation and standout performances by students from GSG partner schools—including Witty International School, Glendale Academy, Vikaasa Group, One World International School, and Global Indian International School—who even emerged as winners across multiple categories. These achievements reflect GSG’s vision of nurturing young talent through structured exposure and professional performance opportunities, a vision that aligns seamlessly with FSM’s mission to promote artistic excellence. Together, GSG and FSM are all set to provide students with a credible, industry-ready platform that not only showcases their skills but also builds confidence and supports their creative growth.
For many students, the regional rounds marked an important milestone in their Band-It journey—offering a first opportunity to perform on a professional stage before experienced jury members and live audiences. From emotionally expressive vocal performances and technically refined instrumental pieces to powerful dance routines and confident speech & drama presentations, the regional rounds showcased not just talent, but also discipline, preparation, and artistic depth.
Band-It’s distinctive focus on learning beyond competition continued to be a defining feature of the event. Participants received constructive feedback from expert jury members, helping them gain insights into technique, stage presence, and performance maturity. Parents and educators alike appreciated Band-It’s emphasis on confidence-building, artistic growth, and experiential learning rather than competition alone.
Speaking on the success of the regionals, the organising team shared, “Band-It is designed to be a journey of growth for students. The regional rounds are not just qualifiers—they are experiences that shape confidence, discipline, and a lifelong connection with the performing arts.”
Winners and shortlisted participants from the regional rounds are all set to advance to the highly anticipated FSM x GSG Band-It 2025 Grand Finale, scheduled to take place on 15th January 2026 at St. Andrews Auditorium, Mumbai. The Grand Finale promises to be a mega celebration of talent, bringing together the best performers from across India on one prestigious stage.
Adding to the excitement, the Grand Finale will feature celebrity appearances by Sanam Puri and his band, one of India’s most popular independent music acts. Known for their strong youth connect and musical excellence, Sanam’s presence is expected to inspire young performers and elevate the finale into a truly memorable experience.
Now in its 9th edition, Band-It has inspired and empowered over 20,000 students across India, growing steadily into a nationally recognised performing arts platform. Supported by Furtados’ 150+ years of legacy in music education and instruments, the successful completion of the Band-It 2025 regional rounds celebrates the passion, hard work, and remarkable talent of young performers from across the country. More than a competition, Band-It continues to open doors—offering students valuable exposure, confidence, and meaningful national-level opportunities in the performing arts.

बांग्लादेश की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री बेगम खालिदा जिया का निधन हो गया है। वो लंबे समय से बीमार चल रहीं थीं और डॉक्टरों ने बताया था कि उनकी स्थिति काफी नाजुक है। उनका ढाका स्थित एवरकेयर अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा था। वे बांग्लादेश के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति जियाउर रहमान की पत्नी थीं, जिनकी 1981 में हत्या कर दी गई थी। उसके बाद खालिदा जिया सक्रिय राजनीति में आईं खालिदा जिया देश की पहली महिला प्रधानमंत्री थीं और उन्होंने तीन बार देश का नेतृत्व किया।

  


बेगम खालिदा जिया का जन्म 15 अगस्त 1945 को बंगाल के जलपाईगुड़ी जिले में स्थित दीनाजपुर जिले में हुआ था।उनका परिवार फेनी से आता था और उनके पिता इस्कन्दर अली मजूमदार चाय के व्यापारी थे। उनका शुरुआती नाम खालिदा खानम 'पुतुल' था। पांच भाई-बहनों में तीसरे नंबर पर रहीं खालिदा जब दो साल की थीं, तभी उनका परिवार भारत के विभाजन के बाद पाकिस्तान के हिस्से में गए दिनाजपुर में बस गया। खालिदा का शुरुआती जीवन यहीं बीता। 1960 में पाकिस्तानी सेना के अधिकारी और तत्कालीन कैप्टन जियाउर रहमान के साथ उनका निकाह कर दिया गया। इसके बाद उनका नाम हुआ खालिदा जिया रहमान।

  

तीन बार रहीं बांग्लादेश की पीएम
1977 में जियाउर रहमान राष्ट्रपति बने। उन्होंने ही बांग्लादेश नेशनलिस्ट पार्टी की स्थापना की। 30 मई 1981 को चिटगांव में एक सैन्य विद्रोह के दौरान उनकी हत्या कर दी गई। पति की हत्या के बाद बीएनपी बिखरने लगी, जिसके बाद पार्टी नेताओं के आग्रह पर खालिदा जिया ने 1984 में पार्टी की कमान संभाली। खालिदा जिया तीन बार बांग्लादेश की प्रधानमंत्री रहीं। उन्होंने पहली बार 1991 से 1996, दूसरी बार 30 मार्च 1996 से 23 जून 1996 और तीसरी बार 2001 से 2006 तक देश का नेतृत्व किया।

चुनाव से पहले खालिदा जिया का निधन
खालिदा जिया का निधन उस वक्त हुआ है, जब बांग्लादेश राजनीतिक उथल पुथल से जूझ रहा है। देश में फरवरी में चुनाव होने वाले हैं, जिसमें भाग लेने के लिए उनके बेटे तारिक रहमान, करीब 17 सालों के बाद देश लौट चुके हैं।
