संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा समेत देश की 10 प्रमुख केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों ने भारत–अमेरिका अंतरिम व्यापार समझौते, केंद्र सरकार की आर्थिक नीतियों और नए श्रम कानूनों के विरोध में 12 फरवरी को भारत बंद का आह्वान किया है। 

10 सेंट्रल ट्रेड यूनियनों ने बुलाई हड़ताल
यह हड़ताल 10 सेंट्रल ट्रेड यूनियनों के जॉइंट प्लेटफॉर्म ने बुलाई है, जिसमें AITUC, INTUC, CITU, HMS, TUCC, SEWA, AIUTUC, AICCTU शामिल हैं। हड़ताल को संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा (एसकेएम), कृषि श्रमिक संघों, छात्रों, युवा संघों और अन्य संगठनों का समर्थन प्राप्त है। किसान समूहों ने एमजीएनआरईजीए को बहाल करने और कृषि को प्रभावित करने वाली नीतियों का विरोध करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया है।

हड़ताल में बैंकिंग यूनियनें भी शामिल
इस हड़ताल में बैंकिंग यूनियनें भी शामिल हैं। इस प्रकार, हड़ताल के बीच, बैंकिंग कार्यों पर अनिश्चितता छाई हुई है, और शहरों भर के ग्राहक इस बात को लेकर अनिश्चित हैं कि शाखाएं सामान्य रूप से काम करेंगी या उन्हें व्यवधानों का सामना करना पड़ेगा क्योंकि कई बैंक यूनियन हड़ताल के आह्वान का समर्थन कर रहे हैं।

भारत बंद क्यों बुलाया गया?
भारत बंद उन नीतियों के विरोध में बुलाया गया है जिन्हें श्रमिक संघ "श्रमिक विरोधी, किसान विरोधी और निगम समर्थक" नीतियां बताते हैं। इनमें चार श्रम संहिताएं, बिजली विधेयक 2025, बीज विधेयक 2025, वीबी-जी रैम जी अधिनियम 2025 और हालिया मुक्त व्यापार समझौते जैसे विशिष्ट मुद्दे शामिल हैं।

किन सेवाओं पर पड़ेगा असर?
1. परिवहन सेवाएं
कई राज्यों में बस, ऑटो और लॉरी ड्राइवर्स यूनियनों के समर्थन के कारण सार्वजनिक व निजी परिवहन प्रभावित हो सकता है। बड़े शहरों में यातायात व्यवस्था में बाधा आने की संभावना है। 
2. बैंकिंग सेवाएं
सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों में काउंटर सेवाएं धीमी रह सकती हैं। चेक क्लीयरेंस में देरी की आशंका बनी हुई है। हालांकि, बैंक बंद नहीं होंगे और ऑनलाइन लेन-देन व एटीएम सेवाएं सामान्य रहेंगी।
3. बाजार और व्यापार
कई व्यापारिक संगठनों और मंडियों ने हड़ताल को नैतिक समर्थन दिया है, जिससे बड़े शहरों में थोक और खुदरा बाजार आंशिक या पूर्ण रूप से बंद रह सकते हैं।
4. सरकारी कार्यालय
ट्रेड यूनियनों के अधिक प्रभाव वाले विभागों में कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति कम रहने की संभावना, जिससे सरकारी कामकाज धीमा हो सकता है।
5. स्कूल और कॉलेज
सुरक्षा और परिवहन समस्याओं को देखते हुए, कुछ राज्यों में जिला प्रशासन स्कूल-कॉलेजों की छुट्टी घोषित कर सकता है।

•	दमकल विभाग

A grand 'Booth Worker Sneh Milan' program was recently organized in Godhra city, the headquarters of Panchmahal district. This program of former minister and BJP worker Jagdish Chandra Bariya's parishad showed the power of the organization. On this occasion, Gujarat State Industries Minister and leading leader of the organization Jagdish Vishwakarma was specially present.
The program began with the lighting of the lamp and worship of Bharat Mata. The main purpose of this Sneh Milan was to have direct communication with the workers working at the grassroots level and equip them for the upcoming political goals. Jagdish Chandra Bariya also attended as a worker.

Jagdish Vishwakarma's guidance
Minister Jagdish Vishwakarma, who was present as the chief guest, infused new energy among the workers in his address. He said, "If you win the booth, you win the election" is not just a slogan but the main mantra of the BJP's working method. He appealed to the workers to become a link to reach the various welfare schemes of the government to the last man.

He further emphasized on strengthening the organizational structure and accelerating the work of the page committee. His presence created a lot of enthusiasm among the local workers, as he met the workers at a personal level and listened to their questions.

A large number of Shakti Kendra office bearers and workers from Godhra and surrounding rural areas gathered.

Other office bearers of Panchmahal district BJP were also present in this conference, which shows the unity of the party.

This Sneha Milan was not just a dinner or a general meeting, but a platform to formulate strategies for the coming time. The workers were inspired to work in their respective areas with a new resolve. The guidance of Jagdish Vishwakarma has infused new energy in the Godhra BJP.

देश को आज वंदे भारत स्लीपर ट्रेन की सौगात मिल गई। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इस ट्रेन की शुरुआत की है। उन्होंने ट्रेन को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। यह ट्रेन हावड़ा से गुवाहाटी के बीच चलेगी। यह देश की पहली वंदे भारत स्लीपर ट्रेन है।

पश्चिम बंगाल के हावड़ा से असम के गुवाहाटी (कामाख्या) के बीच चलने वाली यह ट्रेन 958 किलोमीटर की दूरी को महज 14 घंटे में तय कर लेगी, जबकि अभी यह दूरी तय करने में करीब 17 घंटे लग जाते हैं। इस ट्रेन में कुल 16 कोच होंगे, जिनमें 11 थर्ड एसी, 4 सेकंड एसी और 1 फर्स्ट एसी कोच शामिल होगा। इस ट्रेन का किराया राजधानी एक्सप्रेस जैसी प्रीमियम ट्रेनों से थोड़ा ज्यादा है। गुवाहाटी से हावड़ा तक थर्ड एसी का किराया करीब 2,300 के आसपास है।

पूर्वी भारत के लोगों का विश्वास भाजपा के नाम-पीएम मोदी
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इस दौरान जनसभा को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने कहा, हमारा देश 2047 तक विकसित होने पर काम कर रहा है। इसलिए लिए पूर्वी भारत का विकास होना जरूरी है। पूर्वी भारत को दशकों तक नफरत करने वालों ने जकड़ रखा था। भाजपा ने नफरत की राजनीति करने वालों से पूर्वी भारत को मुक्त किया है। पूर्वी भारत के लोगों का विश्वास भाजपा के नाम है। उनका विश्वास भाजपा के साथ है।

भारतीय रेल आधुनिक होने के साथ आत्मनिर्भर हो रही-पीएम मोदी
भारतीय रेलवे में हो रहे अभूतपूर्व बदलावों पर बात करते हुए पीएम मोदी ने कहा, आज भारतीय रेल आधुनिक होने के साथ-साथ आत्मनिर्भर भी हो रही है। अब विदेशों से आने वाले लोग भी भारत की प्रगति पर वीडियो बना रहे हैं और इसकी सराहना कर रहे हैं। यह राज्य के विकास और बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम है। देशभर में इस समय 150 से अधिक वंदे भारत ट्रेनें संचालित हो रही हैं।

देश को जोड़ना ही सरकार का मिशन-पीएम मोदी
पीएम मोदी ने इसके साथ ही कहा, उत्तर-पूर्व से लेकर देश के दक्षिणी हिस्सों तक कनेक्टिविटी को मजबूत किया गया है, जिससे आम नागरिकों को तेज, सुरक्षित और आधुनिक रेल सेवाएं मिल रही हैं। देश को जोड़ना ही सरकार का मिशन है।

नए साल के पहले दिन मोदी सरकार ने एक बड़ा ऐलान किया है। भारतीय रेल यात्रियों के लिए एक बड़ी खुशखबरी है। रेलवे मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने घोषणा की कि जल्द ही गुवाहाटी से कोलकाता के बीच देश की पहली वंदेभारत स्लीपर ट्रेन चलाई जाएगी। यह ट्रेन पश्चिम बंगाल और असम के बीच कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ाएगी। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आने वाले कुछ ही दिनों में इस ऐतिहासिक रूट पर ट्रेन को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना करेंगे।

यात्रियों को मिलेगी विश्व स्तरीय सुविधाएं
रेल मंत्री ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान बताया कि वंदे भारत स्लीपर ट्रेन लंबी दूरी की रात की यात्राओं के लिए डिजाइन की गई है। यह ट्रेन यात्रियों को विश्व स्तरीय सुविधाएं, बेहतर सुरक्षा और एक आधुनिक यात्रा का अनुभव प्रदान करेगी। इसे भारतीय रेलवे के लिए एक बड़ा मील का पत्थर माना जा रहा है, जो प्रीमियम यात्रा को और सुगम बनाएगी।

पूर्वोत्तर और पश्चिम बंगाल के बीच बेहतर रेल कनेक्टिविटी
वंदेभारत स्लीपर ट्रेन का ऐलान पूर्वोत्तर और पश्चिम बंगाल के बीच बेहतर रेल कनेक्टिविटी का वादा है। यह दोनों क्षेत्रों को आर्थिक और सामाजिक रूप से एकीकरण को बढ़ावा देगा। गुवाहाटी और कोलकाता पूर्वी भारत और पूर्वोत्तर के दो सबसे अहम शहर हैं। दोनों शहरों के बीच एक बड़ी आबादी नियमित रूप से ट्रेवल करती है। यह ट्रेन न केवल यात्रा समय को कम करेगी, बल्कि कंफर्ट और सेफ्टी के मामले में भी एक नया मानक स्थापित करेगी।

मोदी सरकार का मास्टर स्ट्रोक
यह कदम ऐसे समय में उठाया गया है जब दोनों राज्यों में इसी साल मार्च-अप्रैल में विधानसभा चुनाव होने वाले हैं। इसे मोदी सरकार का मास्टर स्ट्रोक माना जा रहा है। यह भाजपा की रणनीति का हिस्सा है, क्योंकि राजनीतिक रूप से दोनों राज्य पार्टी के लिए बेहद अहम हैं। असम में लगातार 10 सालों से भाजपा की सरकार है। वहीं, पश्चिम बंगाल में वह बीते 10 सालों में शून्य से सत्ता के दावेदार तक पहुंच चुकी है।

बिहार विधानसभा के कुल 243 सीटों पर काउंटिंग जारी है। चुनाव के रुझान आने लगे हैं। चुनाव आयोग ने अपनी वेबसाइट results.eci.gov.in पर रूझान जारी कर दिया है। शुरुआती रुझान में एनडीए को भारी बढ़त दिख रही है। रुझान में भाजपा सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनकर उभरती दिख रही है।

भाजपा सबसे आगे
चुनाव आयोग के आंकड़ों में भाजपा सबसे ज्यादा 84 सीटों पर आगे है जबकि जेडीयू 76 सीटों पर आगे है। राजद इतिहास का दूसरा सबसे बुरा प्रदर्शन करती दिख रही है। वह केवल 34 सीटों पर आगे है। लोजपा 22 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है।कांग्रेस का भी बुरा हाल है, वो मात्र 5 सीटों पर बढ़त बनाए हुए है।

एनडीए ने पार किया बहुमत का आंकड़ा
बहुमत के लिए 243 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में 122 सीटें चाहिए। इस लिहाज से एनडीए ने बहुमत का आंकड़ा पार कर लिया है। एनडीए को इस चुनाव में 190 के करीब सीटें मिलती दिख रही है।

बिहार में मतों की गिनती जारी, शुरुआती रुझानों में बीजेपी को बढ़त

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव में दो चरण में मतदान के के बाद नई सरकार चुनने के लिए कुछ ही देर में वोटों की गिनती शुरू हो चुकी है। मतगणना के बाद यह तय हो जाएगा कि अगले पांच साल तक बिहार में सीएम की कुर्सी पर कौन बैठेगा।

रुझानों में बीजेपी आगे
चुनाव आयोग के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक शुरूआती रुझानों में बीजेपी आगे चल रही है। चुनाव आयोग की साइट पर जारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक बीजेपी 28 सीटों पर बढ़त बने हुए है। जेडीयू 20 सीटों पर आगे है। वहीं, आरजेडी 17 और कांग्रेस 3 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है।

Entrepreneur from Pune embarks on ‘Mission Bharat’, a Solo-Motorbike Expedition of over 7500kms to Empower Communities Across India


Deepak Bharadia, Founder and Managing Director of Meine Bharat Pvt. Ltd., has embarked upon a remarkable Solo-Motorbike expedition – ‘Mission Bharat’, aimed at promoting sustainable development via Citizen participation in making India ‘Holistically Viksit’.
The expedition was flagged off by the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta ji, from Kargil on 24th Oct’25, marking the beginning of a 7,500 km journey that is taking Deepak from the rugged terrains of Kargil to the southern tip of Kanyakumari, and further to Pune via the coastal route of India. 

Deepak has so far crossed around 1,500 kms covering Kargil, Drass, Sonamarg, Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar, Wagah Border, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Kurukshetra, Panipat & Delhi. The journey further will be down south upto Kanyakumari after which he will move through the Coastal route via Kerala, Karnataka, Goa & Maharashtra before ending in Pune on 30th Nov’25.

Mission Bharat is a pioneering initiative that seeks to explore, engage, and empower rural and urban areas, focusing on themes such as sustainable livelihoods, healthcare, education, and environmental conservation. Through this expedition, Deepak is interacting with diverse communities, organizations, and stakeholders, documenting best practices and success stories along the way..

महाभारत' फेम एक्टर पंकज धीर का निधन, 68 साल की उम्र में कैंसर से हारे जिंदगी

बीआर चोपड़ा की ‘महाभारत’ में कर्ण का यादगार किरदार निभाकर घर-घर में मशहूर हुए दिग्गज अभिनेता पंकज धीर का निधन हो गया है। उन्होंने 68 साल की उम्र में आखिरी सांस ली। वह काफी समय से कैंसर से जूझ रहे थे। पिछले कई दिनों से पंकज धीर अस्पताल में एडमिट थे। बीती रात उन्होंने आखिरी सांस ली। उनके निधन की खबर से फैंस और इंडस्ट्री शोक में है।


					

						

						

					

					

कैंसर लौट आया था दोबारा
पंकज धीर पिछले काफी समय से कैंसर से पीड़ित थे। वो इससे जंग जीत गए थे। लेकिन बीते कुछ महीनों में उनका कैंसर दोबारा लौटा। एक्टर की हालत काफी नाजुक थी। बीमारी की वजह से वो एक बड़ी सर्जरी से भी गुजरे थे। लेकिन पंकज को बचाया नहीं जा सका।

फिरोज खान ने दी दोस्त के निधन की खबर
पंकज धीर के निधन की जानकारी उनके दोस्त फिरोज खान ने इंस्टाग्राम पर शेयर की है। फिरोज ने इंस्टा स्टोरी पर पंकज धीर के साथ अपनी एक फोटो शेयर कर उन्हें अलविदा कहा। बॉलीवुड अभिनेता राजा मुराद ने भी पंकज धीर के निधन की पुष्टि की और कहा कि कुछ दिनों से वो अपना इलाज करवा रहे थे कैंसर शरीर में कई जगह फैल गया था।

महाभारत में ‘कर्ण’ बनकर हो गए अमर
पंकज धीर ने अपने करियर की शुरुआत फ़िल्मों से की थी. उनकी पहली फ़िल्म पूनम (1981) थी, लेकिन यह बुरी तरह फ्लॉप रही। अगले कुछ सालों में, उन्होंने सूखा, मेरा सुहाग, रंदम वरवु और जीवन एक संघर्ष जैसी कई और यादगार फ़िल्मों में अभिनय किया। हालांकि, पंकज धीर को 1988 के ऐतिहासिक धारावाहिक ‘महाभारत’ में निभाए गए कर्ण के चरित्र ने उन्हें अमर बना दिया। उनके इस किरदार को इतनी लोकप्रियता मिली कि देश के कई हिस्सों में उनकी मूर्तियों की पूजा भी की जाती थी।

भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता प्रतुल शाहदेव ने आज प्रदेश मुख्यालय में एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए हेमंत सरकार पार्ट 2 में भी लगातार टेंडर घोटाले और भ्रष्टाचार के जारी रहने का आरोप लगाया। प्रतुल ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के द्वारा निकाले गए टेंडर पर बड़ा प्रश्न चिन्ह करते हुए इसे 50 करोड़ का घोटाला करार दिया।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि सिविल सर्जन सह सीएमओ रांची के कार्यालय के द्वारा नर्सिंग, पैरामेडिकल एवं अन्य तकनीकी स्टाफ के लिए ई टेंडर संख्या 4374, दिनांक 20 सितंबर, 2025 को निकाला गया। इस टेंडर में ऐसी शर्तों को डाला गया जिससे झारखंड की कोई स्थानीय कंपनी हिस्सा ही नहीं ले पाएगी।प्रतुल ने कहा कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जी आदिवासी मूलवासी और झारखंडियत की बात करते हैं। लेकिन इस टेंडर के जरिए बिहार की ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी को काम देने का षड्यंत्र किया जा रहा है।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि इस से पूर्व जब इसी सिविल सर्जन के कार्यालय ने 2022 में जब टेंडर निकला था तो उस समय की अर्हता और अभी की अर्हता में लगभग 5 गुण का इजाफा कर दिया गया है। यह सिर्फ बिहार की एक विशेष ब्लैक लिस्टेड कंपनी को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए किया गया।प्रतुल ने कहा कि  इसी टेंडर में 2022 में सिक्योरिटी मनी (ईएमडी) चार लाख रुपए रखा गया था। इस वर्ष उसे 15 लाख कर दिया गया। 2022 में टेंडर की अर्हता में सिंगल वर्क आर्डर का वैल्यू 3 करोड़ था। 3 वर्षों में इस बार इसे 15 करोड़ कर दिया गया है। ईसीआर की कॉपी 300 लोगों की आवश्यकता थी। इस वर्ष इसे 1500 कर दिया गया है। 2022 में निकाले गए टेंडर में पिछले तीन वित्तीय वर्ष का कंपनी का एवरेज टर्नओवर 5 करोड़ होने की आवश्यकता थी। इस बार इसे 5 गुना बढ़कर 25 करोड़ कर दिया गया है। जिस कंपनी को ये टेंडर देने की कोशिश की जा रही है ,उसे झारखंड के प्रतिष्ठित यूनिवर्सिटी ने डिबार किया है। लेकिन टेंडर में ब्लैकलिस्टेड कॉलम में सिर्फ यह लिखकर डाल दिया गया है कि जिस कंपनी को ब्लैक लिस्ट किया गया है वह एक अंडरटेकिंग देगी।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि इन सारी चीजों से स्पष्ट है कि टेंडर को इस रूप में बनाया गया है कि झारखंड की किसी स्थानीय कंपनी को कोई लाभ न हो।लाभ होना तो दूर की बात है, झारखंड की कोई कंपनी इसमें हिस्सा भी नहीं ले पाएगी। बिहार की एक विवादास्पद ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी को टेंडर देने के लिए अर्हता को बदल गया है क्योंकि यही इन सारी अहर्ताओं को पूरा करती है। अब वह कंपनी मनमाने रेट पर टेंडर डालेगी और कमीशन ऊपर से नीचे तक सब जगह बटेगा। प्रतुल ने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी इस पूरे मुद्दे को सरकार और एसीबी के सामने भी ले जाएगी।

₹50 Crore Scam Planned in Health Department’s Manpower Supply Tender – Pratul Shah Deo

BJP State Spokesperson Pratul Shah Deo today addressed a press conference at the party’s state headquarters, alleging that large-scale tender scams and corruption continue unabated in the Hemant Soren Government Part 2. Pratul raised serious questions over a recent tender issued by the Health Department, calling it a ₹50 crore scam in the making.

Pratul said that the Office of the Civil Surgeon -cum- Chief Medical Officer, Ranchi, issued an e-tender (No. 4374 dated September 20, 2025) for the supply of nursing, paramedical, and other technical staff. Pratul alleged that the tender conditions have been deliberately framed in such a way that no local company from Jharkhand can participate.

Pratul remarked, “The Chief Minister and Health Minister often talk about Adivasi, Moolvasi, and 'Jharkhandiyat', but through this tender, a conspiracy is being hatched to award the work to a blacklisted company from Bihar.”

He pointed out that in 2022, when a similar tender was issued by the same office, the eligibility criteria were much more reasonable. However, in the 2025 tender, the qualifications have been raised nearly fivefold, seemingly to benefit a specific blacklisted Bihar-based company.

He detailed the differences:

In 2022, the security deposit (EMD) was ₹4 lakh; this time, it has been raised to ₹15 lakh.

The minimum value of a single work order required earlier was ₹3 crore; now, it has been increased to ₹15 crore.

The ECR copy requirement for 300 personnel has now been raised to 1,500.

The average annual turnover required over the past three financial years was ₹5 crore; this year, it has been increased 500% to ₹25 crore.



Pratul further revealed that the company being favoured has been debarred by a reputed university in Jharkhand, yet the tender document conveniently allows blacklisted firms to participate if they merely provide an undertaking.

He added, “It is now absolutely clear that this tender has been structured to exclude local Jharkhand-based companies and favour one specific Bihar-based blacklisted company. Once awarded, this company will quote arbitrary rates, and the commission will flow from top to bottom.”

Pratul Shah Deo said that the Bharatiya Janata Party will take up this issue not only with the state government but also before the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) for a full investigation.

संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा समेत देश की 10 प्रमुख केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों ने भारत–अमेरिका अंतरिम व्यापार समझौते, केंद्र सरकार की आर्थिक नीतियों और नए श्रम कानूनों के विरोध में 12 फरवरी को भारत बंद का आह्वान किया है। 

10 सेंट्रल ट्रेड यूनियनों ने बुलाई हड़ताल
यह हड़ताल 10 सेंट्रल ट्रेड यूनियनों के जॉइंट प्लेटफॉर्म ने बुलाई है, जिसमें AITUC, INTUC, CITU, HMS, TUCC, SEWA, AIUTUC, AICCTU शामिल हैं। हड़ताल को संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा (एसकेएम), कृषि श्रमिक संघों, छात्रों, युवा संघों और अन्य संगठनों का समर्थन प्राप्त है। किसान समूहों ने एमजीएनआरईजीए को बहाल करने और कृषि को प्रभावित करने वाली नीतियों का विरोध करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया है।

हड़ताल में बैंकिंग यूनियनें भी शामिल
इस हड़ताल में बैंकिंग यूनियनें भी शामिल हैं। इस प्रकार, हड़ताल के बीच, बैंकिंग कार्यों पर अनिश्चितता छाई हुई है, और शहरों भर के ग्राहक इस बात को लेकर अनिश्चित हैं कि शाखाएं सामान्य रूप से काम करेंगी या उन्हें व्यवधानों का सामना करना पड़ेगा क्योंकि कई बैंक यूनियन हड़ताल के आह्वान का समर्थन कर रहे हैं।

भारत बंद क्यों बुलाया गया?
भारत बंद उन नीतियों के विरोध में बुलाया गया है जिन्हें श्रमिक संघ "श्रमिक विरोधी, किसान विरोधी और निगम समर्थक" नीतियां बताते हैं। इनमें चार श्रम संहिताएं, बिजली विधेयक 2025, बीज विधेयक 2025, वीबी-जी रैम जी अधिनियम 2025 और हालिया मुक्त व्यापार समझौते जैसे विशिष्ट मुद्दे शामिल हैं।

किन सेवाओं पर पड़ेगा असर?
1. परिवहन सेवाएं
कई राज्यों में बस, ऑटो और लॉरी ड्राइवर्स यूनियनों के समर्थन के कारण सार्वजनिक व निजी परिवहन प्रभावित हो सकता है। बड़े शहरों में यातायात व्यवस्था में बाधा आने की संभावना है। 
2. बैंकिंग सेवाएं
सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों में काउंटर सेवाएं धीमी रह सकती हैं। चेक क्लीयरेंस में देरी की आशंका बनी हुई है। हालांकि, बैंक बंद नहीं होंगे और ऑनलाइन लेन-देन व एटीएम सेवाएं सामान्य रहेंगी।
3. बाजार और व्यापार
कई व्यापारिक संगठनों और मंडियों ने हड़ताल को नैतिक समर्थन दिया है, जिससे बड़े शहरों में थोक और खुदरा बाजार आंशिक या पूर्ण रूप से बंद रह सकते हैं।
4. सरकारी कार्यालय
ट्रेड यूनियनों के अधिक प्रभाव वाले विभागों में कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति कम रहने की संभावना, जिससे सरकारी कामकाज धीमा हो सकता है।
5. स्कूल और कॉलेज
सुरक्षा और परिवहन समस्याओं को देखते हुए, कुछ राज्यों में जिला प्रशासन स्कूल-कॉलेजों की छुट्टी घोषित कर सकता है।

देश को आज वंदे भारत स्लीपर ट्रेन की सौगात मिल गई। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने इस ट्रेन की शुरुआत की है। उन्होंने ट्रेन को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। यह ट्रेन हावड़ा से गुवाहाटी के बीच चलेगी। यह देश की पहली वंदे भारत स्लीपर ट्रेन है।

पश्चिम बंगाल के हावड़ा से असम के गुवाहाटी (कामाख्या) के बीच चलने वाली यह ट्रेन 958 किलोमीटर की दूरी को महज 14 घंटे में तय कर लेगी, जबकि अभी यह दूरी तय करने में करीब 17 घंटे लग जाते हैं। इस ट्रेन में कुल 16 कोच होंगे, जिनमें 11 थर्ड एसी, 4 सेकंड एसी और 1 फर्स्ट एसी कोच शामिल होगा। इस ट्रेन का किराया राजधानी एक्सप्रेस जैसी प्रीमियम ट्रेनों से थोड़ा ज्यादा है। गुवाहाटी से हावड़ा तक थर्ड एसी का किराया करीब 2,300 के आसपास है।

पूर्वी भारत के लोगों का विश्वास भाजपा के नाम-पीएम मोदी

बिहार विधानसभा के कुल 243 सीटों पर काउंटिंग जारी है। चुनाव के रुझान आने लगे हैं। चुनाव आयोग ने अपनी वेबसाइट results.eci.gov.in पर रूझान जारी कर दिया है। शुरुआती रुझान में एनडीए को भारी बढ़त दिख रही है। रुझान में भाजपा सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनकर उभरती दिख रही है।

भाजपा सबसे आगे
चुनाव आयोग के आंकड़ों में भाजपा सबसे ज्यादा 84 सीटों पर आगे है जबकि जेडीयू 76 सीटों पर आगे है। राजद इतिहास का दूसरा सबसे बुरा प्रदर्शन करती दिख रही है। वह केवल 34 सीटों पर आगे है। लोजपा 22 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है।कांग्रेस का भी बुरा हाल है, वो मात्र 5 सीटों पर बढ़त बनाए हुए है।

एनडीए ने पार किया बहुमत का आंकड़ा
बहुमत के लिए 243 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में 122 सीटें चाहिए। इस लिहाज से एनडीए ने बहुमत का आंकड़ा पार कर लिया है। एनडीए को इस चुनाव में 190 के करीब सीटें मिलती दिख रही है।

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव में दो चरण में मतदान के के बाद नई सरकार चुनने के लिए कुछ ही देर में वोटों की गिनती शुरू हो चुकी है। मतगणना के बाद यह तय हो जाएगा कि अगले पांच साल तक बिहार में सीएम की कुर्सी पर कौन बैठेगा।

चुनाव आयोग के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक शुरूआती रुझानों में बीजेपी आगे चल रही है। चुनाव आयोग की साइट पर जारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक बीजेपी 28 सीटों पर बढ़त बने हुए है। जेडीयू 20 सीटों पर आगे है। वहीं, आरजेडी 17 और कांग्रेस 3 सीटों पर आगे चल रही है।

Entrepreneur from Pune embarks on ‘Mission Bharat’, a Solo-Motorbike Expedition of over 7500kms to Empower Communities Across India


Deepak Bharadia, Founder and Managing Director of Meine Bharat Pvt. Ltd., has embarked upon a remarkable Solo-Motorbike expedition – ‘Mission Bharat’, aimed at promoting sustainable development via Citizen participation in making India ‘Holistically Viksit’.
The expedition was flagged off by the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta ji, from Kargil on 24th Oct’25, marking the beginning of a 7,500 km journey that is taking Deepak from the rugged terrains of Kargil to the southern tip of Kanyakumari, and further to Pune via the coastal route of India. 

Deepak has so far crossed around 1,500 kms covering Kargil, Drass, Sonamarg, Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar, Wagah Border, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Kurukshetra, Panipat & Delhi. The journey further will be down south upto Kanyakumari after which he will move through the Coastal route via Kerala, Karnataka, Goa & Maharashtra before ending in Pune on 30th Nov’25.

Mission Bharat is a pioneering initiative that seeks to explore, engage, and empower rural and urban areas, focusing on themes such as sustainable livelihoods, healthcare, education, and environmental conservation. Through this expedition, Deepak is interacting with diverse communities, organizations, and stakeholders, documenting best practices and success stories along the way..

The mission is built on the principles of citizen participation and community-driven initiatives, with the goal of contributing to India's growth story & making our Bharat Holistically Viksit from all aspects than just GDP & Per-Capita numbers, It is highlighting the importance of collective action in driving positive change.

महाभारत' फेम एक्टर पंकज धीर का निधन, 68 साल की उम्र में कैंसर से हारे जिंदगी

बीआर चोपड़ा की ‘महाभारत’ में कर्ण का यादगार किरदार निभाकर घर-घर में मशहूर हुए दिग्गज अभिनेता पंकज धीर का निधन हो गया है। उन्होंने 68 साल की उम्र में आखिरी सांस ली। वह काफी समय से कैंसर से जूझ रहे थे। पिछले कई दिनों से पंकज धीर अस्पताल में एडमिट थे। बीती रात उन्होंने आखिरी सांस ली। उनके निधन की खबर से फैंस और इंडस्ट्री शोक में है।


					

						

						

					

					

कैंसर लौट आया था दोबारा
पंकज धीर पिछले काफी समय से कैंसर से पीड़ित थे। वो इससे जंग जीत गए थे। लेकिन बीते कुछ महीनों में उनका कैंसर दोबारा लौटा। एक्टर की हालत काफी नाजुक थी। बीमारी की वजह से वो एक बड़ी सर्जरी से भी गुजरे थे। लेकिन पंकज को बचाया नहीं जा सका।

फिरोज खान ने दी दोस्त के निधन की खबर
पंकज धीर के निधन की जानकारी उनके दोस्त फिरोज खान ने इंस्टाग्राम पर शेयर की है। फिरोज ने इंस्टा स्टोरी पर पंकज धीर के साथ अपनी एक फोटो शेयर कर उन्हें अलविदा कहा। बॉलीवुड अभिनेता राजा मुराद ने भी पंकज धीर के निधन की पुष्टि की और कहा कि कुछ दिनों से वो अपना इलाज करवा रहे थे कैंसर शरीर में कई जगह फैल गया था।

महाभारत में ‘कर्ण’ बनकर हो गए अमर
पंकज धीर ने अपने करियर की शुरुआत फ़िल्मों से की थी. उनकी पहली फ़िल्म पूनम (1981) थी, लेकिन यह बुरी तरह फ्लॉप रही। अगले कुछ सालों में, उन्होंने सूखा, मेरा सुहाग, रंदम वरवु और जीवन एक संघर्ष जैसी कई और यादगार फ़िल्मों में अभिनय किया। हालांकि, पंकज धीर को 1988 के ऐतिहासिक धारावाहिक ‘महाभारत’ में निभाए गए कर्ण के चरित्र ने उन्हें अमर बना दिया। उनके इस किरदार को इतनी लोकप्रियता मिली कि देश के कई हिस्सों में उनकी मूर्तियों की पूजा भी की जाती थी। 

कई फिल्मों और टीवी सीरियलों में काम किया
पंकज धीर के करियर की बात करें, तो उन्होंने कई फिल्मों और टीवी सीरियलों में काम किया था। जहां 'महाभारत' में उन्हें कर्ण के किरदार ने लोकप्रियता दी, वहीं 'चंद्रकांता' में उन्हें शिवदत्त के रोल में भी खूब पसंद किया गया था। वह 'बढ़ो बहू', 'युग', 'द ग्रेट मराठा' और 'अजूनी' जैसे टीवी शोज का हिस्सा रहे। इसके अलावा वह 'सोल्जर', 'तुमको ना भूल पाएंगे', 'रिश्ते', 'अंदाज', 'सड़क' और 'बादशाह' जैसी फिल्मों में नजर आए।

भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता प्रतुल शाहदेव ने आज प्रदेश मुख्यालय में एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए हेमंत सरकार पार्ट 2 में भी लगातार टेंडर घोटाले और भ्रष्टाचार के जारी रहने का आरोप लगाया। प्रतुल ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के द्वारा निकाले गए टेंडर पर बड़ा प्रश्न चिन्ह करते हुए इसे 50 करोड़ का घोटाला करार दिया।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि सिविल सर्जन सह सीएमओ रांची के कार्यालय के द्वारा नर्सिंग, पैरामेडिकल एवं अन्य तकनीकी स्टाफ के लिए ई टेंडर संख्या 4374, दिनांक 20 सितंबर, 2025 को निकाला गया। इस टेंडर में ऐसी शर्तों को डाला गया जिससे झारखंड की कोई स्थानीय कंपनी हिस्सा ही नहीं ले पाएगी।प्रतुल ने कहा कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जी आदिवासी मूलवासी और झारखंडियत की बात करते हैं। लेकिन इस टेंडर के जरिए बिहार की ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी को काम देने का षड्यंत्र किया जा रहा है।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि इस से पूर्व जब इसी सिविल सर्जन के कार्यालय ने 2022 में जब टेंडर निकला था तो उस समय की अर्हता और अभी की अर्हता में लगभग 5 गुण का इजाफा कर दिया गया है। यह सिर्फ बिहार की एक विशेष ब्लैक लिस्टेड कंपनी को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए किया गया।प्रतुल ने कहा कि  इसी टेंडर में 2022 में सिक्योरिटी मनी (ईएमडी) चार लाख रुपए रखा गया था। इस वर्ष उसे 15 लाख कर दिया गया। 2022 में टेंडर की अर्हता में सिंगल वर्क आर्डर का वैल्यू 3 करोड़ था। 3 वर्षों में इस बार इसे 15 करोड़ कर दिया गया है। ईसीआर की कॉपी 300 लोगों की आवश्यकता थी। इस वर्ष इसे 1500 कर दिया गया है। 2022 में निकाले गए टेंडर में पिछले तीन वित्तीय वर्ष का कंपनी का एवरेज टर्नओवर 5 करोड़ होने की आवश्यकता थी। इस बार इसे 5 गुना बढ़कर 25 करोड़ कर दिया गया है। जिस कंपनी को ये टेंडर देने की कोशिश की जा रही है ,उसे झारखंड के प्रतिष्ठित यूनिवर्सिटी ने डिबार किया है। लेकिन टेंडर में ब्लैकलिस्टेड कॉलम में सिर्फ यह लिखकर डाल दिया गया है कि जिस कंपनी को ब्लैक लिस्ट किया गया है वह एक अंडरटेकिंग देगी।

प्रतुल ने कहा कि इन सारी चीजों से स्पष्ट है कि टेंडर को इस रूप में बनाया गया है कि झारखंड की किसी स्थानीय कंपनी को कोई लाभ न हो।लाभ होना तो दूर की बात है, झारखंड की कोई कंपनी इसमें हिस्सा भी नहीं ले पाएगी। बिहार की एक विवादास्पद ब्लैकलिस्टेड कंपनी को टेंडर देने के लिए अर्हता को बदल गया है क्योंकि यही इन सारी अहर्ताओं को पूरा करती है। अब वह कंपनी मनमाने रेट पर टेंडर डालेगी और कमीशन ऊपर से नीचे तक सब जगह बटेगा। प्रतुल ने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी इस पूरे मुद्दे को सरकार और एसीबी के सामने भी ले जाएगी।

Corruption and Tender Scams Continue in Hemant Government Part 2

₹50 Crore Scam Planned in Health Department’s Manpower Supply Tender – Pratul Shah Deo

BJP State Spokesperson Pratul Shah Deo today addressed a press conference at the party’s state headquarters, alleging that large-scale tender scams and corruption continue unabated in the Hemant Soren Government Part 2. Pratul raised serious questions over a recent tender issued by the Health Department, calling it a ₹50 crore scam in the making.

Pratul said that the Office of the Civil Surgeon -cum- Chief Medical Officer, Ranchi, issued an e-tender (No. 4374 dated September 20, 2025) for the supply of nursing, paramedical, and other technical staff. Pratul alleged that the tender conditions have been deliberately framed in such a way that no local company from Jharkhand can participate.

Pratul remarked, “The Chief Minister and Health Minister often talk about Adivasi, Moolvasi, and 'Jharkhandiyat', but through this tender, a conspiracy is being hatched to award the work to a blacklisted company from Bihar.”

He pointed out that in 2022, when a similar tender was issued by the same office, the eligibility criteria were much more reasonable. However, in the 2025 tender, the qualifications have been raised nearly fivefold, seemingly to benefit a specific blacklisted Bihar-based company.

He detailed the differences:

In 2022, the security deposit (EMD) was ₹4 lakh; this time, it has been raised to ₹15 lakh.

The minimum value of a single work order required earlier was ₹3 crore; now, it has been increased to ₹15 crore.

The ECR copy requirement for 300 personnel has now been raised to 1,500.

The average annual turnover required over the past three financial years was ₹5 crore; this year, it has been increased 500% to ₹25 crore.



Pratul further revealed that the company being favoured has been debarred by a reputed university in Jharkhand, yet the tender document conveniently allows blacklisted firms to participate if they merely provide an undertaking.

He added, “It is now absolutely clear that this tender has been structured to exclude local Jharkhand-based companies and favour one specific Bihar-based blacklisted company. Once awarded, this company will quote arbitrary rates, and the commission will flow from top to bottom.”

Pratul Shah Deo said that the Bharatiya Janata Party will take up this issue not only with the state government but also before the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) for a full investigation.
