कर्नाटक में सत्ताधारी कांग्रेस सरकार में आज बड़ा बदलाव होने जा रहा है। सीएम सिद्धारमैया आज सीएम पद से इस्तीफा देंगे और उनकी जगह डीके शिवकुमार राज्य के अगले सीएम बनाए जाएंगे।विधायकों की बैठक में सिद्धारमैया ने उनके नाम का ऐलान किया। उन्होंने सभी विधायकों से डीके का साथ देने की अपील की।

  

आज शाम 3 बजे इस्तीफा देंगे सिद्धारमैया
कर्नाटक सरकार के मंत्री एच के पाटिल ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया आज शाम 3 बजे इस्तीफा दे देंगे। सिद्धारमैया ने ही कहा है कि डीके शिवकुमार नए सीएम होंगे। एच के पाटिल ने बताया कि नाश्ते के दौरान हुई बैठक में सिद्धारमैया ने ये बातें कहीं।

इस्तीफे से पहले मंत्रियों का जताया आभार
कर्नाटक के मंत्री जी. परमेश्वर ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी मंत्रियों को नाश्ते पर बुलाया और इस्तीफा देने से पहले वह सभी मंत्रियों को उनके सहयोग के लिए धन्यवाद देना चाहते थे। मुझे इस बात की जानकारी नहीं है कि सिद्धारमैया को दिल्ली में किसी पद की पेशकश की गई है या नहीं। यह हाई कमान पर निर्भर करता है।

कर्नाटक में कांग्रेस के भीतर खींचतान कर्नाटक कांग्रेस में लंबे समय से सिद्धारमैया और डीके शिवकुमार गुट के बीच सत्ता की खींचतान चर्चा में रही है। पार्टी के अंदरूनी सूत्रों के अनुसार, दिल्ली में चली कई दौर की मैराथन बैठकों के बाद कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने मुख्यमंत्री सिद्दारमैया पर पद छोड़ने का दबाव बनाया, जिसके बाद उन्होंने इस्तीफा देने पर सहमति जता दी। बताया जा रहा है कि सिद्दारमैया ने शुरुआत में दो सप्ताह का समय मांगा था, ताकि वह जातीय जनगणना रिपोर्ट को कैबिनेट में पेश कर सकें, लेकिन पार्टी नेतृत्व तत्काल नेतृत्व परिवर्तन के पक्ष में था। कांग्रेस हाईकमान ने उन्हें याद दिलाया कि 2023 में कांग्रेस की प्रचंड जीत के बाद डिप्टी सीएम डीके शिवकुमार के साथ ढाई-ढाई साल के सत्ता साझेदारी फार्मूले पर सहमति बनी थी और सिद्दारमैया पहले ही तय अवधि से अधिक समय तक मुख्यमंत्री रह चुके हैं।

केरल में राजनीतिक भूचाल आया है। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) की टीम बुधवार सुबह-सुबह केरल के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनाराई विजयन के ठिकानों पर धावा बोला। तिरुवनंतपुरम से लेकर कन्नूर तक हुई इस अचानक छापेमारी से राज्य में हड़कंप मच गया। इसी क्रम में कन्नूर में छापेमारी का विरोध करते हुए विजयन के समर्थकों ने जमकर बवाल किया। विजयन के समर्थकों ने ईडी अधिकारियों को घेर लिया। और जांच अधिकारियों की गाड़ियों पर जमकर पथराव किया।

  

ईडी अधिकारियों की गाड़ी पर हमला
तिरुवनंतपुरम में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और मौजूदा नेता प्रतिपक्ष पिनाराई विजयन के आवास के बाहर उस वक्त भारी हंगामा मच गया, जब सीपीआई(एम) कार्यकर्ताओं ने ईडी अधिकारियों की गाड़ी पर हमला कर दिया। ये कार्यकर्ता केंद्रीय एजेंसी के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे। सैकड़ों की संख्या में आए समर्थकों ने ईडी की गाड़ियों पर पत्थर फेंके हैं। सीपीएम के समर्थकों ने ईडी की टीम की गाड़ियों को तोड़ने की कोशिश की।

ईडी के तीन वाहनों को नुकसान पहुंचाया
जानकारी के मुताबिक ईडी अधिकारियों ने पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनाराई विजयन के आवास पर छापा पूरा कर लिया था और जब वे वहां से निकल रहे थे, तो पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं ने उनके वाहनों को रोक दिया। भीड़ को तितर-बितर करने के लिए पुलिस ने लाठीचार्ज किया। आरोप है कि काफिला निकलने से पहले सीपीआई (एम) के कार्यकर्ताओं ने ईडी के तीन वाहनों को नुकसान पहुंचाया और उन पर पत्थर फेंके। इस बीच जैसे-तैसे ईडी के अधिकारी केरल के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और सीपीआई (एम) नेता पिनाराई विजयन के आवास से रवाना हुए।

विजयन की बेटी से जुड़ा है मामला
ईडी की इस बड़ी कार्रवाई के केंद्र में पूर्व सीएम पिनाराई विजयन की बेटी टी. वीणा हैं। यह पूरा विवाद टी. वीणा की पूर्व आईटी कंपनी ‘एक्सालॉजिक’ और एक निजी खनन कंपनी कोचीन मिनरल्स एंड रूटाइल लिमिटेड से जुड़ा है। आरोप है कि 2017 से 2021 के बीच, वीणा की कंपनी को बिना कोई वास्तविक आईटी सर्विस दिए ही, सीएमआरएल की तरफ से हर महीने भारी-भरकम ‘रिटेनर फीस’ का भुगतान किया गया। ईडी इसी कथित ‘पॉलिटिकल पे-ऑफ’ और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के एंगल से मामले की गहराई से जांच कर रही है।

केरल में सत्ता हाथ से निकलते ही पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनाराई विजयन पर प्रवर्तन निदेशालय का शिकंजा कस गया है। ईडी ने कोचिन मिनरल्स एंड रूटाइल लिमिटेड (CMRL) घोटाले के मामले में बुधवार को बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। ईडी ने केरल में बड़े पैमाने पर छापेमारी शुरू कर दी है। जांच एजेंसी की टीमों ने 10 ठिकानों पर सर्च अभियान चलाया है, जिसमें मौजूदा विपक्ष के नेता और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनारई विजयन के आवास भी शामिल हैं।

  

सत्ता से बेदखल होने के बाद ईटी का शिकंजा
मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनरई विजयन से जुड़े ठिकानों समेत 10 जगहों पर छापेमारी की है। यह मामला सिर्फ एक कारोबारी लेनदेन तक सीमित नहीं दिख रहा बल्कि इसमें सत्ता, कॉरपोरेट और कथित वित्तीय गड़बड़ियों का बड़ा नेटवर्क सामने आने की आशंका जताई जा रही है। पिछले कुछ महीनों से विजयन परिवार पर विपक्ष लगातार हमलावर था। सरकार से बेदखल होने के बाद और अब ED की एंट्री ने इस पूरे विवाद को और ज्यादा गंभीर बना दिया है।

विवाद के केंद्र में विजयन की बेटी की कंपनी
ईडी पहले ही विजयन की बेटी टी वीना का बयान दर्ज कर चुकी है। वीना की आईटी कंपनी एक्सालॉजिक सॉल्यूशन इस पूरे विवाद के केंद्र में है। आरोप है कि कोचीन मिनरल्स एंड रूटाइल लिमिटेड (सीएमआरएल) नाम की एक प्राइवेट कंपनी ने साल 2018 से 2019 के बीच तत्कालीन सीएम विजयन की बेटी वीणा की कंपनी एक्सालॉजिक सॉल्यूशंस को 1.72 करोड़ रुपये का गैर-कानूनी पेमेंट किया, जबकि आईटी फर्म ने कंपनी को कोई सर्विस नहीं दी थी। ईडी की ये छापेमारी केरल हाई कोर्ट द्वारा मंगलवार को सीएमआरएल की उस याचिका को खारिज करने के बाद हुई, जिसमें इस मामले में ईडी की कार्रवाई को रद्द करने की मांग की गई थी।

हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के एक दिन बाद कार्रवाई
जानकारी के मुताबिक, बुधवार सुबह करीब 6 बजे ईडी की समन्वित कार्रवाई शुरू हुई। यह छापेमारी केरल हाईकोर्ट के उस फैसले के एक दिन बाद हुई, जिसमें अदालत ने ईडी को सीएमआरएल और एक्सालॉजिक के बीच कथित वित्तीय लेनदेन की जांच जारी रखने की अनुमति दी थी। एजेंसी ने केरल में एक साथ 10 ठिकानों पर तलाशी अभियान चलाया। इनमें तिरुवनंतपुरम के बेकरी जंक्शन के पास स्थित विजयन का किराए का आवास भी शामिल था, जहां टी वीना भी रहती हैं। इसके अलावा CMRL के दफ्तरों और कंपनी के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों से जुड़े परिसरों पर भी छापेमारी की गई। CMRL के प्रबंध निदेशक ससिधरन कार्था से जुड़े ठिकाने भी जांच के दायरे में रहे।

भारत और बांग्लादेश के बीच तीस्ता नदी के पानी को लेकर चल रहे दशकों पुराना विवाद में अब चीन की एंट्री हो गई है। तारिक रहमान के नेतृत्व वाली बांग्लादेश की नई सरकार ने तीस्ता नदी पुनर्स्थापन प्रोजेक्ट के लिए औपचारिक तौर पर चीन से समर्थन मांगा है। बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्री खलीलुर रहमान ने खुद कबूल किया है कि उनकी सरकार तीस्ता प्रोजेक्ट के लिए चीन से बातचीत कर रही है।

  

बुधवार को बीजिंग में बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्री खालिलुर रहमान और चीन के विदेश मंत्री वांग यी के बीच हुई बैठक में तीस्ता रिवर कॉम्प्रिहेंसिव मैनेजमेंट एंड रिस्टोरेशन प्रोजेक्ट (TRCMRP) पर चर्चा हुई। इसकी जानकारी बांग्लादेश की सरकारी समाचार एजेंसी बीएसएस ने दी। 

चीन का बांग्लादेश सरकार के प्रति समर्थन
बैठक में वांग यी ने नई बांग्लादेश सरकार के प्रति चीन का समर्थन जताते हुए कहा कि चीन, बेल्ट एंड रोड सहयोग को बांग्लादेश की विकास रणनीतियों के साथ जोड़ने और आर्थिक, बुनियादी ढांचे व लोगों के बीच संपर्क जैसे पारंपरिक क्षेत्रों में सहयोग बढ़ाने के लिए तैयार है। उन्होंने कहा कि चीन बांग्लादेश में निवेश के लिए अपनी कंपनियों को भी प्रोत्साहित करेगा।

ढाका कके लिए चीन का ‘मास्टरप्लान’
बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्री ने साफ कर दिया है कि वो भारत के साथ तीस्ता समझौते की उम्मीद तो रखते हैं, लेकिन हाथ पर हाथ धरकर नहीं बैठेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि चीन ने तीस्ता नदी के मैनेजमेंट और उसके किनारों के विकास के लिए एक अरब डॉलर का भारी-भरकम ‘मास्टरप्लान’ तैयार किया है। बांग्लादेश इस प्रोजेक्ट को लेकर बीजिंग के साथ लगातार संपर्क में है।

क्यों भारत के लिए है चिंता का विषय
बता दें कि तीस्ता नदी भारत के ‘चिकन नेक’ यानी सिलिगुड़ी कॉरिडोर के बेहद करीब से बहती है। ये वही इलाका है जो नॉर्थ-ईस्ट को बाकी भारत से जोड़ता है। अगर चीन इस इलाके में तीस्ता प्रोजेक्ट के नाम पर घुसता है तो उसके इंजीनियर और मशीनें भारत के इस सेंसेटिव एरिया के पास मौजूद होंगी। विकास के बहाने चीन इस संवेदनशील बॉर्डर इलाके में अपनी पैठ बना लेगा और भारत की सैन्य गतिविधियों पर नजर रखेगा।

केरल में राजनीतिक भूचाल आया है। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) की टीम बुधवार सुबह-सुबह केरल के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनाराई विजयन के ठिकानों पर धावा बोला। तिरुवनंतपुरम से लेकर कन्नूर तक हुई इस अचानक छापेमारी से राज्य में हड़कंप मच गया। इसी क्रम में कन्नूर में छापेमारी का विरोध करते हुए विजयन के समर्थकों ने जमकर बवाल किया। विजयन के समर्थकों ने ईडी अधिकारियों को घेर लिया। और जांच अधिकारियों की गाड़ियों पर जमकर पथराव किया।

  

ईडी अधिकारियों की गाड़ी पर हमला
तिरुवनंतपुरम में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और मौजूदा नेता प्रतिपक्ष पिनाराई विजयन के आवास के बाहर उस वक्त भारी हंगामा मच गया, जब सीपीआई(एम) कार्यकर्ताओं ने ईडी अधिकारियों की गाड़ी पर हमला कर दिया। ये कार्यकर्ता केंद्रीय एजेंसी के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे। सैकड़ों की संख्या में आए समर्थकों ने ईडी की गाड़ियों पर पत्थर फेंके हैं। सीपीएम के समर्थकों ने ईडी की टीम की गाड़ियों को तोड़ने की कोशिश की।

ईडी के तीन वाहनों को नुकसान पहुंचाया
जानकारी के मुताबिक ईडी अधिकारियों ने पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनाराई विजयन के आवास पर छापा पूरा कर लिया था और जब वे वहां से निकल रहे थे, तो पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं ने उनके वाहनों को रोक दिया। भीड़ को तितर-बितर करने के लिए पुलिस ने लाठीचार्ज किया। आरोप है कि काफिला निकलने से पहले सीपीआई (एम) के कार्यकर्ताओं ने ईडी के तीन वाहनों को नुकसान पहुंचाया और उन पर पत्थर फेंके। इस बीच जैसे-तैसे ईडी के अधिकारी केरल के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और सीपीआई (एम) नेता पिनाराई विजयन के आवास से रवाना हुए।

विजयन की बेटी से जुड़ा है मामला
ईडी की इस बड़ी कार्रवाई के केंद्र में पूर्व सीएम पिनाराई विजयन की बेटी टी. वीणा हैं। यह पूरा विवाद टी. वीणा की पूर्व आईटी कंपनी ‘एक्सालॉजिक’ और एक निजी खनन कंपनी कोचीन मिनरल्स एंड रूटाइल लिमिटेड से जुड़ा है। आरोप है कि 2017 से 2021 के बीच, वीणा की कंपनी को बिना कोई वास्तविक आईटी सर्विस दिए ही, सीएमआरएल की तरफ से हर महीने भारी-भरकम ‘रिटेनर फीस’ का भुगतान किया गया। ईडी इसी कथित ‘पॉलिटिकल पे-ऑफ’ और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के एंगल से मामले की गहराई से जांच कर रही है।

केरल में सत्ता हाथ से निकलते ही पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनाराई विजयन पर प्रवर्तन निदेशालय का शिकंजा कस गया है। ईडी ने कोचिन मिनरल्स एंड रूटाइल लिमिटेड (CMRL) घोटाले के मामले में बुधवार को बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। ईडी ने केरल में बड़े पैमाने पर छापेमारी शुरू कर दी है। जांच एजेंसी की टीमों ने 10 ठिकानों पर सर्च अभियान चलाया है, जिसमें मौजूदा विपक्ष के नेता और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनारई विजयन के आवास भी शामिल हैं।

  

सत्ता से बेदखल होने के बाद ईटी का शिकंजा
मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनरई विजयन से जुड़े ठिकानों समेत 10 जगहों पर छापेमारी की है। यह मामला सिर्फ एक कारोबारी लेनदेन तक सीमित नहीं दिख रहा बल्कि इसमें सत्ता, कॉरपोरेट और कथित वित्तीय गड़बड़ियों का बड़ा नेटवर्क सामने आने की आशंका जताई जा रही है। पिछले कुछ महीनों से विजयन परिवार पर विपक्ष लगातार हमलावर था। सरकार से बेदखल होने के बाद और अब ED की एंट्री ने इस पूरे विवाद को और ज्यादा गंभीर बना दिया है।

विवाद के केंद्र में विजयन की बेटी की कंपनी
ईडी पहले ही विजयन की बेटी टी वीना का बयान दर्ज कर चुकी है। वीना की आईटी कंपनी एक्सालॉजिक सॉल्यूशन इस पूरे विवाद के केंद्र में है। आरोप है कि कोचीन मिनरल्स एंड रूटाइल लिमिटेड (सीएमआरएल) नाम की एक प्राइवेट कंपनी ने साल 2018 से 2019 के बीच तत्कालीन सीएम विजयन की बेटी वीणा की कंपनी एक्सालॉजिक सॉल्यूशंस को 1.72 करोड़ रुपये का गैर-कानूनी पेमेंट किया, जबकि आईटी फर्म ने कंपनी को कोई सर्विस नहीं दी थी। ईडी की ये छापेमारी केरल हाई कोर्ट द्वारा मंगलवार को सीएमआरएल की उस याचिका को खारिज करने के बाद हुई, जिसमें इस मामले में ईडी की कार्रवाई को रद्द करने की मांग की गई थी।

हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के एक दिन बाद कार्रवाई
जानकारी के मुताबिक, बुधवार सुबह करीब 6 बजे ईडी की समन्वित कार्रवाई शुरू हुई। यह छापेमारी केरल हाईकोर्ट के उस फैसले के एक दिन बाद हुई, जिसमें अदालत ने ईडी को सीएमआरएल और एक्सालॉजिक के बीच कथित वित्तीय लेनदेन की जांच जारी रखने की अनुमति दी थी। एजेंसी ने केरल में एक साथ 10 ठिकानों पर तलाशी अभियान चलाया। इनमें तिरुवनंतपुरम के बेकरी जंक्शन के पास स्थित विजयन का किराए का आवास भी शामिल था, जहां टी वीना भी रहती हैं। इसके अलावा CMRL के दफ्तरों और कंपनी के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों से जुड़े परिसरों पर भी छापेमारी की गई। CMRL के प्रबंध निदेशक ससिधरन कार्था से जुड़े ठिकाने भी जांच के दायरे में रहे।

कार्यक्रम का संचालन एएसआई गया शाखा के पूर्व अध्यक्ष डॉ. रतन कुमार ने किया। उन्होंने संगठन की एकजुटता एवं सक्रियता की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि एएसआई गया शाखा लगातार शैक्षणिक एवं वैज्ञानिक गतिविधियों के माध्यम से क्षेत्र में सर्जिकल सेवाओं को मजबूत कर रही है।

नवनिर्वाचित सचिव डॉ. जे. पी. सिंह ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि आने वाले समय में एएसआई गया शाखा को और अधिक सक्रिय, वैज्ञानिक एवं आधुनिक स्वरूप प्रदान किया जाएगा। नियमित CME, लाइव सर्जिकल वर्कशॉप, युवा सर्जनों के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम एवं नई सर्जिकल तकनीकों के प्रसार को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी, ताकि मगध क्षेत्र के मरीजों को महानगरों जैसी उन्नत सर्जिकल सुविधाएँ स्थानीय स्तर पर उपलब्ध हो सकें।

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि एएसआई गया शाखा का उद्देश्य केवल चिकित्सकों का संगठन बनकर रहना नहीं, बल्कि समाज में गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं सुरक्षित सर्जिकल उपचार के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना भी है।

बैठक में उपस्थित सभी सदस्यों ने नई कार्यकारिणी को शुभकामनाएँ देते हुए विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि नई टीम के नेतृत्व में एएसआई गया शाखा आने वाले वर्षों में शैक्षणिक उत्कृष्टता, वैज्ञानिक गतिविधियों एवं सामाजिक दायित्वों के क्षेत्र में नई पहचान स्थापित करेगी। “सर्जिकल उत्कृष्टता, वैज्ञानिक सोच और सेवा भावना — यही एएसआई गया शाखा की पहचान है।

पश्चिम बंगाल की राजनीति में आज का दिन इतिहास के पन्नों में दर्ज हो गया। आजादी के बाद पहली बार राज्य में भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सरकार बन गई और सुवेंदु अधिकारी ने पश्चिम बंगाल के मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली। कोलकाता के ब्रिगेड ग्राउंड में आयोजित भव्य समारोह में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी, केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह समेत भाजपा के कई दिग्गज नेताओं की मौजूदगी में शपथ ग्रहण समारोह संपन्न हुआ।

  

सुवेंदु के साथ 5 मंत्रियों ने ली शपथ
मुख्यमंत्री सुवेंदु अधिकारी के साथ भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता दिलीप घोष समेत चार विधायकों ने मंत्री पद की शपथ ली। दिलीप घोष, अग्निमित्रा पॉल, अशोक कीर्तिनिया, क्षुदीराम टुडु, निशिथ प्रमाणिक ने भी मंत्री पद की शपथ ली।

सुवेंदु अधिकारी ने लिया पीएम मोदी का आशीर्वाद
शपथ लेने के बाद सुवेंदु अधिकारी पीएम मोदी के पास पहुंचे और उनके पैर छूकर आशीर्वाद लिया। इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने उन्हें गले लगाकर उनकी पीठ थपथपाई और नई जिम्मेदारी के लिए शुभकामनाएं दीं।

पीएम मोदी भाजपा के सबसे पुराने कार्यकर्ता से मिले
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा के वरिष्ठतम कार्यकर्ताओं में से एक माखनलाल सरकार का अभिनंदन किया और उनसे आशीर्वाद लिया। 1952 में, भारतीय तिरंगा फहराने के आंदोलन के दौरान श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी के साथ कश्मीर में मौजूद माखनलाल सरकार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया था। 98 वर्ष की आयु में भी श्री माखनलाल सरकार स्वतंत्तोत्तर भारत में राष्ट्रवादी आंदोलन से जुड़े शुरुआती जमीनी स्तर के नेताओं में से एक हैं।

शपथ समारोह में शामिल हुए कई दिग्गज
सुवेंदु अधिकारी के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह के अवसर पर भव्य आयोजन हुआ। इस मौके पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, गृह मंत्री अमित शाह, रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह समेत कई केंद्रीय मंत्री, एनडीए शासित राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री और बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता मौजूद थे

भारत और बांग्लादेश के बीच तीस्ता नदी के पानी को लेकर चल रहे दशकों पुराना विवाद में अब चीन की एंट्री हो गई है। तारिक रहमान के नेतृत्व वाली बांग्लादेश की नई सरकार ने तीस्ता नदी पुनर्स्थापन प्रोजेक्ट के लिए औपचारिक तौर पर चीन से समर्थन मांगा है। बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्री खलीलुर रहमान ने खुद कबूल किया है कि उनकी सरकार तीस्ता प्रोजेक्ट के लिए चीन से बातचीत कर रही है।

  

बुधवार को बीजिंग में बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्री खालिलुर रहमान और चीन के विदेश मंत्री वांग यी के बीच हुई बैठक में तीस्ता रिवर कॉम्प्रिहेंसिव मैनेजमेंट एंड रिस्टोरेशन प्रोजेक्ट (TRCMRP) पर चर्चा हुई। इसकी जानकारी बांग्लादेश की सरकारी समाचार एजेंसी बीएसएस ने दी। 

चीन का बांग्लादेश सरकार के प्रति समर्थन
बैठक में वांग यी ने नई बांग्लादेश सरकार के प्रति चीन का समर्थन जताते हुए कहा कि चीन, बेल्ट एंड रोड सहयोग को बांग्लादेश की विकास रणनीतियों के साथ जोड़ने और आर्थिक, बुनियादी ढांचे व लोगों के बीच संपर्क जैसे पारंपरिक क्षेत्रों में सहयोग बढ़ाने के लिए तैयार है। उन्होंने कहा कि चीन बांग्लादेश में निवेश के लिए अपनी कंपनियों को भी प्रोत्साहित करेगा।

ढाका कके लिए चीन का ‘मास्टरप्लान’
बांग्लादेश के विदेश मंत्री ने साफ कर दिया है कि वो भारत के साथ तीस्ता समझौते की उम्मीद तो रखते हैं, लेकिन हाथ पर हाथ धरकर नहीं बैठेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि चीन ने तीस्ता नदी के मैनेजमेंट और उसके किनारों के विकास के लिए एक अरब डॉलर का भारी-भरकम ‘मास्टरप्लान’ तैयार किया है। बांग्लादेश इस प्रोजेक्ट को लेकर बीजिंग के साथ लगातार संपर्क में है।

क्यों भारत के लिए है चिंता का विषय
बता दें कि तीस्ता नदी भारत के ‘चिकन नेक’ यानी सिलिगुड़ी कॉरिडोर के बेहद करीब से बहती है। ये वही इलाका है जो नॉर्थ-ईस्ट को बाकी भारत से जोड़ता है। अगर चीन इस इलाके में तीस्ता प्रोजेक्ट के नाम पर घुसता है तो उसके इंजीनियर और मशीनें भारत के इस सेंसेटिव एरिया के पास मौजूद होंगी। विकास के बहाने चीन इस संवेदनशील बॉर्डर इलाके में अपनी पैठ बना लेगा और भारत की सैन्य गतिविधियों पर नजर रखेगा।
