2029 तक 21 राज्यों में UCC लागू करेंगे', अमित शाह के बयान पर बढ़ा सियासी घमासान

#uccamitshahstatementndaalliessupport

Beyond Care: Building India's Longevity Economy By Alok Bhatnagar Founder & CEO, KinKeeper

India stands at the threshold of a demographic transformation that will redefine its economic and social future. For decades, our growth story has been powered by the demographic dividend of a young population. That advantage fuelled entrepreneurship, investment, and innovation. Today, however, a new opportunity is emerging—one that demands an equally ambitious vision.

The future of India's prosperity will not be shaped by youth alone. It will also depend on how successfully we enable millions of older Indians to live healthier, longer, more productive, and financially secure lives.

This is the foundation of the Longevity Economy.

Unlike the traditional view of ageing as a period of dependency, the longevity economy recognises longer lives as an economic asset. It encompasses the products, services, technologies, policies, and infrastructure that enable people to remain healthy, independent, socially connected, and economically active throughout later life. It is about moving beyond care to build an ecosystem that empowers people to age with dignity, purpose, and opportunity.

The scale of this opportunity is significant. According to the UNFPA India Ageing Report 2023, India had approximately 149 million people aged 60 years and above in 2022. By 2050, that number is projected to reach 347 million, representing 20.8% of the population. The population aged 80 years and above is expected to grow by around 279% during the same period. These figures represent one of the most profound demographic shifts in India's history.

The challenge, however, is not simply that people are living longer. It is ensuring they live better. Extending healthspan—the years spent in good physical, mental, and social health—is as important as extending lifespan. Healthier ageing reduces pressure on healthcare systems while enabling people to remain active, independent, and engaged for longer.

This transformation extends far beyond healthcare. It creates opportunities across preventive healthcare, digital health, AgeTech, insurance, retirement planning, accessible housing, mobility, wellness, nutrition, lifelong learning, travel, home modifications, and community-based services. Advances in artificial intelligence, wearable devices, remote monitoring, and assistive technologies are also reshaping how people age safely and independently.

A growing number of senior citizens today possess accumulated savings, home ownership, professional expertise, and decades of experience. They are not merely recipients of care—they are consumers, mentors, entrepreneurs, investors, volunteers, and active contributors to society. Businesses that understand their evolving aspirations will be better positioned to serve one of India's fastest-growing consumer segments.

Recognising this opportunity, NITI Aayog has highlighted the rapid emergence of India's silver economy and the opportunities it presents across healthcare, financial services, housing, technology, wellness, and home-based care. The report also notes that healthcare accounts for nearly 31% of senior citizens' expenditure, underscoring the growing demand for preventive healthcare, rehabilitation, home healthcare, and technology-enabled services.

The longevity economy is also poised to become a major employment generator. As India's population ages, demand will grow for caregivers, geriatric specialists, nurses, physiotherapists, rehabilitation professionals, psychologists, nutritionists, accessibility consultants, financial advisers, and AgeTech innovators. Building this ecosystem can create millions of skilled jobs while improving quality of life and reducing pressure on families.

The Economic Survey 2023–24 introduces the concept of the Silver Dividend, noting that enabling people aged 60–69 to remain economically active could increase GDP across Asian economies by an average of 1.5%. It recommends greater investment in lifelong learning, care infrastructure, workforce development, and age-friendly employment, recognising healthy ageing as both a social and economic priority.

Around the world, countries are already adapting to longer lives. Japan has pioneered AgeTech and robotics for independent living. Germany has strengthened long-term care systems, while Singapore has invested in age-friendly communities and ageing-in-place programmes. Their experience demonstrates that demographic change can become a catalyst for innovation when supported by forward-looking policy and private-sector investment.

India must now develop its own model. Urbanisation, migration, smaller families, and longer life expectancy have changed traditional caregiving patterns. Millions of older parents now live independently while their children pursue careers elsewhere. Meeting their evolving needs will require an integrated ecosystem that combines family support, technology, professional services, and community engagement.

The Government of India has taken encouraging steps through initiatives such as the Senior Ageing Growth Engine (SAGE), which supports startups developing solutions for older adults, alongside programmes that encourage healthy ageing and continued participation in society. Together, these initiatives signal an important shift—from treating ageing primarily as a welfare concern to recognising it as a driver of innovation and economic opportunity.

Yet government action alone will not be enough. Building a longevity economy requires collaboration between policymakers, entrepreneurs, healthcare providers, investors, insurers, technology companies, financial institutions, urban planners, academia, and civil society. Age-friendly infrastructure, preventive healthcare, digital inclusion, lifelong learning, and community-based support must become central to India's development agenda.

As India progresses towards Viksit Bharat 2047, success will not be measured solely by economic growth. It will also be measured by how effectively we enable people of every generation to live healthier, safer, more independent, and financially secure lives.

The question is no longer whether India will become an ageing society—it already is. The real challenge is whether we are prepared to transform longevity into a national advantage.

Building the longevity economy is not simply about caring for older citizens. It is about creating a future where longer lives fuel innovation, strengthen industries, generate employment, and enhance social well-being. India has the scale, entrepreneurial talent, and policy momentum to lead this transformation. If we act with vision today, longevity will become not a demographic challenge, but one of India's greatest economic opportunities.

Dyslexia at a Glance: Homeopathy Clinic in Hyderabad

Learn about dyslexia, its common signs, causes, and supportive care while exploring personalized guidance from a homeopathy clinic in Hyderabad.

Dyslexia Explained

Dyslexia is a neurodevelopmental learning difference that can affect reading, spelling, writing, and language-based processing. It often becomes noticeable when children begin formal schooling, but symptoms may remain present through adolescence and adulthood.

People with dyslexia can have average or above-average intelligence. Their difficulty is generally related to processing written language rather than their ability to think or understand concepts. With suitable teaching methods, encouragement, and appropriate support, many individuals learn to manage their challenges successfully.

Parents searching for a homeopathy clinic in Hyderabad can begin by understanding the condition, recognizing persistent signs, and seeking suitable professional assessment and support.

Signs and Symptoms

Dyslexia may present differently in each person. Common signs include difficulty connecting letters and sounds, slow reading, inconsistent spelling, difficulty recognizing familiar words, trouble following written instructions, and problems organizing written information.

Children may also avoid reading, take longer to complete school assignments, or feel frustrated when asked to perform reading-heavy tasks. Persistent difficulties should be discussed with qualified professionals rather than being assumed to be dyslexia.

Why Does Dyslexia Occur?

Dyslexia is associated with differences in the way the brain processes language and written information. Genetic factors can contribute, and children with a family history of dyslexia may have an increased likelihood of experiencing similar difficulties.

It is important to remember that dyslexia is not caused by laziness, poor parenting, lack of discipline, or low intelligence.

Homeopathy Treatment and Support

A homeopathy clinic in Hyderabad may offer individualized consultations focused on overall wellbeing. The consultation may consider concentration, sleep, stress, emotional responses, behavior, learning patterns, and general health.

Homeopathy should be used as complementary support and should not substitute for professional dyslexia assessment or specialized educational intervention. Structured literacy education, learning accommodations, teacher support, and guidance from qualified specialists are important for addressing dyslexia-related learning needs.

Families can also promote healthy learning by maintaining consistent routines, allowing sufficient rest, encouraging reading without pressure, and appreciating individual strengths.

Spiritual Homeopathy

Spiritual Homeopathy focuses on personalized consultations and holistic wellbeing. Those looking for a homeopathy clinic in Hyderabad, homeopathy doctor in Hyderabad, homeopathy treatment in Hyderabad, or best homeopathy clinic in Hyderabad can discuss their individual concerns and explore supportive care options.

Conclusion

Dyslexia can affect reading and written communication, but it does not determine a person's intelligence or future success. Early identification, appropriate educational support, patience, and encouragement can help individuals build confidence and develop effective learning strategies.

Sanatan Dharma: The New Indian Brand Creating a Buzz Around Everyday Tradition

What happens when a young entrepreneur looks at something that has existed in Indian homes for centuries and decides to build a modern brand around it?The answer is Sanatan Dharma™—an emerging Indian consumer brand founded by Shivek Tyagi, which is now stepping into the rapidly evolving market for puja essentials and devotional products.

At a time when India's young entrepreneurs are increasingly building brands around traditional Indian products, Sanatan Dharma is attempting something particularly interesting: taking products that families have used for generations and presenting them to a new generation of consumers through modern branding, packaging and digital commerce.

And the idea is beginning to create attention.

From an Everyday Need to a Brand Opportunity

For generations, products such as camphor, cotton wicks, kumkum, kalawa, sindoor and other puja essentials have been purchased almost automatically from neighbourhood stores.

There was rarely a brand conversation around them.

Shivek Tyagi saw an opportunity in exactly that gap.

The thinking was simple: if consumers expect quality, consistency and trust from almost every other category they purchase, why should the products used in their most personal and meaningful rituals be any different?

That thought became the foundation for Sanatan Dharma.

Today, the brand is developing a growing portfolio of puja essentials, devotional products and curated puja kits, with an approach that combines traditional relevance with modern consumer expectations.

Why Is Sanatan Dharma Getting Attention?

Part of the answer lies in timing.

India's relationship with tradition is changing—not disappearing.

Young Indians are increasingly comfortable with digital commerce, modern packaging and online shopping, while at the same time remaining closely connected to festivals, family rituals and cultural practices.

This creates a fascinating opportunity.

A consumer can order groceries online, discover a new brand through social media and still sit with their family for Diwali puja in the evening.

Sanatan Dharma is positioning itself right in the middle of this changing behaviour.

Its proposition is not to change the rituals people follow.

It is to modernise the way the products behind those rituals are discovered and purchased.

From Camphor to Curated Puja Kits

The brand's portfolio includes everyday essentials such as camphor, Bhimseni camphor, cotton wicks, ghee cotton wicks, kumkum, kalawa, sindoor and Ashtagandh, along with curated kits designed around specific pujas and occasions.

The idea of curated kits is particularly relevant to today's consumer.

Instead of searching for every individual item required for a particular ritual, consumers can find products brought together for specific occasions.

It is a simple example of how traditional shopping behaviour can be made more convenient without changing the tradition itself.

The Shivek Tyagi Story

At the centre of this emerging brand is Shivek Tyagi, a young entrepreneur looking at an established category through a different lens.

Rather than entering an already crowded mainstream consumer category, Tyagi chose to build around a segment that is deeply connected to Indian households but has historically had relatively limited organised branding.

That decision reflects a broader entrepreneurial trend in India: finding opportunities not only in new technology or entirely new products, but also in categories that have existed for decades and are ready for a fresh approach.

Sanatan Dharma is still a young brand, but its ambition is considerably larger than its current footprint.

The objective is to build recognition, earn consumer trust and eventually create a household name in the puja and devotional products category.

The “New-Age” Puja Brand

Walk through a modern Indian home and you will see something interesting.

Tradition and technology now exist side by side.

A family may perform the same puja their grandparents performed, but the products for that puja can now be discovered through a smartphone.

That is the market Sanatan Dharma is entering.

The brand's identity combines traditional Indian cultural associations with contemporary packaging and digital accessibility. Its online presence allows consumers to explore its products beyond their local market.

For a category historically dependent on neighbourhood availability, this represents a significant shift.

Building a Brand, Not Just Selling Products

The real challenge for Sanatan Dharma will be building long-term trust.

Creating initial curiosity is one thing.

Becoming a brand that families repeatedly choose is another.

The company, a unit of Sara Greenworks Pvt. Ltd., is therefore looking beyond individual online sales. Its broader plans include expanding through retail stores, distributors, wholesale partnerships and digital commerce.

The ambition is to take the brand from individual households to retail shelves across India—and eventually to Indian communities around the world.

Why the Timing Could Be Right

India's consumer market is increasingly showing an appetite for brands that understand Indian culture.

From food and Ayurveda to handicrafts and traditional wellness products, entrepreneurs are discovering that heritage itself can become the foundation for modern businesses.

Sanatan Dharma is attempting a similar journey in the puja essentials category.

Its biggest advantage may be the familiarity of the products themselves.

Consumers already understand the need.

The opportunity is to give them a brand they can remember.

From Hype to Household Trust

Every emerging brand goes through a stage where curiosity turns into conversation.

Sanatan Dharma is now entering that phase.

Its combination of a young entrepreneurial vision, a culturally significant category and modern consumer positioning is attracting attention among consumers looking for more organised and accessible sources of puja essentials.

But Shivek Tyagi's larger challenge—and opportunity—is clear.

Can a new-age Indian brand become part of an age-old tradition?

If Sanatan Dharma succeeds, its journey could represent more than the growth of another consumer company.

It could demonstrate how India's oldest traditions can create opportunities for India's newest entrepreneurs.

Because the products may be traditional.

The rituals may be centuries old.

But the brand building around them is very much happening in today's India.

An emerging Indian brand by Shivek Tyagi, bringing traditional puja essentials into the modern Indian home.

BENGALURU, INDIA — Every child on the autism spectrum presents with a unique set of challenges, and for one young family, the greatest struggle extended far beyond the diagnosis itself. It was the relentless gastrointestinal issues, disrupted routines, and the emotional toll on the entire household that pushed them to seek a different approach.

When the parents from the USA for their four-year-old son approached Fully Functional Autism Centre – Bangalore, led by Dr. Sunayana Suma and Dr. Ram Chand Kishor, they described themselves as being physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted. Like many nuclear families, both parents were required to work while simultaneously managing therapies, home-based interventions, and the day-to-day responsibilities of raising a child with autism.

However, one challenge overshadowed everything else. Disturbed Gut.

According to the parents, their son experienced frequent bowel movements immediately after almost every meal. He remained dependent on diapers and had little awareness of bowel accidents. They also observed undigested food in his stools accompanied by a particularly strong odor, making everyday caregiving significantly more demanding.

"It wasn't only autism that was exhausting us," the parents shared. "It was the constant unpredictability of his Gut, the diaper changes, the cleaning, and wondering whether life would ever become easier."

Seeking an individualized and holistic pathway, the family enrolled their son in the 10-month Fully Functional Holistic Program for Autism, where the care plan was tailored specifically to his presentation. Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms alone, the program emphasized personalized guidance involving nutrition, lifestyle practices, daily routines, and comprehensive family support.

A Journey Towards Everyday Independence

At the conclusion of the ten-month program, the parents reported several life-changing improvements.

Among the most meaningful milestones was their son's successful transition away from diapers. They shared that he became increasingly aware of his toileting needs and was able to use the restroom independently.

For the family, this represented far more than a developmental milestone.

It restored confidence, reduced daily caregiving stress, and opened new educational opportunities. With improved toileting independence, they found that school participation became considerably easier, as many educational settings place importance on self-care skills during admission and classroom integration.

The parents also reported noticeable improvements in their son's sleep routine. Bedtime became calmer, he was able to settle to sleep more independently, and the family experienced a more structured daily rhythm.

More Than Child-Centred Care

Reflecting on their experience, the parents expressed heartfelt appreciation for the guidance provided by Dr. Sunayana Suma throughout the program.

"The program didn't just help our son," they explained. "It transformed our family's lifestyle. We learnt healthier habits, better routines, and approaches that we continue to follow today. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Sunayana Suma and Dr. Ram Chand Kishor for guiding us through this journey."

Looking Beyond Symptoms

The philosophy at Fully Functional Autism Centre – Bangalore is that autism support should extend beyond addressing individual symptoms in isolation. The centre's holistic framework via advanced Telehealth approach considers multiple aspects of a child's health and daily functioning while recognizing that each child requires a customized approach.

The team believes that progress often comes from addressing lifestyle, nutrition, routines, family education, and developmental support together rather than viewing each concern independently.

While every child's developmental journey is different and outcomes vary from family to family, testimonials such as this highlight the meaningful improvements some families report in independence, daily functioning, and overall quality of life.

EarnPe Crosses 5,000 Publishers and 500 Brand Partnerships as India's Creator Economy Expands Beyond Metro Cities

India's affiliate marketing industry is witnessing a significant shift as creators and digital entrepreneurs from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities increasingly embrace performance marketing as a sustainable source of income. Driven by expanding internet access, affordable smartphones, digital payments, and the rapid growth of regional content, affiliate marketing is becoming an accessible business opportunity for individuals across the country.Reflecting this trend, EarnPe, an Indian affiliate marketing platform, today announced that it has grown its network to more than 5,000 publishers, partnered with over 500 brands, and facilitated more than ₹100 crore in sales through its performance marketing ecosystem since its launch in October 2022.

The milestone highlights the growing adoption of affiliate marketing among creators, influencers, bloggers, shopping communities, and digital publishers who are seeking long-term monetization opportunities beyond traditional advertising and sponsored content.

Founded by Prabhu Marimuthu and Magesh Subramanian, EarnPe was created with a clear objective—to simplify affiliate marketing for Indian publishers while helping brands connect with high-intent consumers through measurable, performance-based campaigns.

"Affiliate marketing in India is no longer limited to large publishers or creators in metropolitan cities," said Prabhu Marimuthu, Co-founder of EarnPe. "Over the last few years, we've seen remarkable growth from creators in smaller cities who are building engaged communities around shopping, technology, finance, education, lifestyle, and local content. Our vision has always been to provide them with the same opportunities that were once available only to established digital publishers."

India's Digital Economy is Creating New Opportunities

India's digital landscape has transformed dramatically over the past decade. Affordable mobile data, increasing smartphone penetration, widespread adoption of UPI-based digital payments, and improved logistics have enabled millions of consumers to participate in online commerce.

Alongside this growth, the creator economy has expanded beyond YouTube and Instagram. Today, creators operate across Telegram channels, WhatsApp communities, blogs, websites, Facebook groups, regional-language platforms, and niche online communities, attracting highly engaged audiences with specialized content.

As audiences become more focused and communities become more trusted, affiliate marketing has emerged as an effective way for creators to monetize recommendations without relying solely on advertisements or one-time brand collaborations.

Unlike conventional digital advertising, affiliate marketing aligns the interests of brands and publishers. Creators earn commissions only when a desired customer action takes place, while brands pay for measurable business outcomes rather than impressions alone.

This performance-based model has contributed to the increasing adoption of affiliate marketing across India's growing digital ecosystem.

Supporting Publishers Beyond Metropolitan India

While India's largest cities played a significant role in the early growth of digital commerce, recent years have seen increasing participation from smaller cities where digital entrepreneurship is gaining momentum.

Recognising this shift, EarnPe has focused on building a platform that lowers the barriers to entry for aspiring affiliate marketers.

The platform enables publishers to discover campaigns, generate affiliate links, monitor campaign performance, and track commissions through a single dashboard. This simplified workflow allows creators to focus on producing quality content while managing their affiliate business efficiently.

Today, EarnPe's publisher network includes shopping influencers, technology reviewers, finance creators, bloggers, deal-sharing communities, coupon websites, YouTube creators, Telegram administrators, WhatsApp community owners, and digital entrepreneurs across hundreds of Indian cities.

According to the company, a growing proportion of new publisher registrations now originate from Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations, reflecting the broader democratization of India's digital economy.

Expanding Partnerships Across Multiple Industries

EarnPe's growth has been supported by an expanding portfolio of brand partnerships spanning several consumer sectors.

The platform currently offers affiliate campaigns across e-commerce, fashion, electronics, beauty and personal care, travel, finance, lifestyle, and other high-growth categories.

Its network includes more than 500 partner brands, including well-known names such as Flipkart, Myntra, and AJIO, providing publishers with a diverse range of campaigns that match the interests of their audiences.

For brands, affiliate marketing offers an opportunity to work with creators whose recommendations often carry greater credibility than traditional digital advertising.

By enabling brands to collaborate with publishers on a performance basis, EarnPe helps improve customer acquisition while maintaining a measurable return on marketing investment.

Helping Creators Build Sustainable Income

For many creators, building an audience is only one part of the journey. Developing sustainable and recurring revenue streams remains an equally important challenge.

Advertising revenue often fluctuates based on platform algorithms, seasonal demand, and advertiser budgets. Brand collaborations may be occasional rather than consistent.

Affiliate marketing provides an additional monetization channel that rewards creators for recommending products and services that align with their audience's interests.

EarnPe enables publishers to access campaigns from multiple brands through a single platform, eliminating the need to manage multiple affiliate accounts independently.

Whether creators publish shopping recommendations, product reviews, educational videos, comparison articles, or lifestyle content, the platform allows them to integrate affiliate marketing naturally into their existing content strategy.

According to the company, this approach helps creators diversify their income while maintaining authenticity and audience trust.

Real Success Stories

The impact of affiliate marketing is becoming increasingly visible within EarnPe's publisher community.

One publisher based in Jaipur built a niche shopping community focused on sharing deals, product recommendations, and online shopping tips. Through consistent audience engagement and strategic campaign selection, the publisher now earns more than ₹50,000 per month in affiliate commissions using the EarnPe platform.

The company says similar stories are emerging from multiple cities across India as creators recognise affiliate marketing as a long-term business model rather than simply an additional source of income.

These examples demonstrate how digital entrepreneurship is expanding beyond metropolitan India, creating opportunities for individuals regardless of geography or professional background.

Technology Designed for Performance Marketing

Behind the platform is a technology infrastructure built to simplify campaign management for publishers while improving transparency for brands.

EarnPe enables publishers to browse available campaigns, generate affiliate tracking links, monitor clicks and conversions, review commission reports, and analyse campaign performance through a unified interface.

For advertisers, the platform provides access to a growing network of performance-driven publishers capable of reaching consumers through trusted content and engaged communities.

The company's continued investment in technology aims to improve campaign discovery, analytics, reporting capabilities, and user experience while supporting future growth across both publisher and advertiser ecosystems.

Looking Ahead

India's creator economy continues to evolve at a rapid pace, and affiliate marketing is expected to play an increasingly important role in helping creators build sustainable businesses.

As consumers rely more heavily on creator recommendations before making purchasing decisions, brands are also placing greater emphasis on performance-based partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes.

EarnPe plans to expand its publisher ecosystem, strengthen brand partnerships, introduce additional automation and analytics capabilities, and continue investing in technologies that simplify affiliate marketing for both creators and advertisers.

The company believes the next phase of growth will be driven not only by increasing internet penetration but also by the growing maturity of India's creator ecosystem, where individuals are building specialised communities with highly engaged audiences.

"Our ambition extends beyond building an affiliate platform," added Marimuthu. "We want to create an ecosystem where creators, publishers and brands grow together through transparency, measurable performance and long-term partnerships. As more people explore digital entrepreneurship, we believe affiliate marketing will become one of the most accessible ways to build sustainable online businesses."

About EarnPe

Founded in 2022, EarnPe is an Indian affiliate marketing platform that connects publishers, creators, influencers, bloggers, shopping communities, and digital marketers with leading brands through performance-based marketing campaigns.

The platform provides campaign discovery, affiliate link generation, conversion tracking, reporting, and commission management through a unified dashboard. With a growing network of more than 5,000 publishers, 500+ brand partnerships, and over ₹100 crore in sales facilitated, EarnPe is helping creators across India monetize their audiences while enabling brands to scale customer acquisition through measurable performance marketing.

Fully Functional Autism Centre – Bangalore | Dr Ram Chand Kishor and Dr Sunayana Suma: Parent Review – From Uncontrollable Gut Challenges to Gre
