संजीव सिंह बलिया! — बलिया जिले के नगरा क्षेत्र के मलप हरसेनपुर गांव निवासी रिपुंजय सिंह ने TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) परीक्षा में चयन प्राप्त किया। लगभग 52–53 वर्ष की आयु में मिली यह नियुक्ति स्थानीय समाज में संघर्ष और धैर्य की जीत के रूप में देखी जा रही है। जानकारी के अनुसार, रिपुंजय सिंह वर्षों से निजी विद्यालयों में अध्यापन कार्य कर रहे थे। सीमित संसाधनों के बावजूद उन्होंने निरन्तर पढ़ाई व शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में सक्रियता बनाए रखी। उनकी पढ़ाई में निरन्तरता और अनुभव का फलस्वरूप वे TGT पद हेतु आयोजित परीक्षा में सफल रहे। रिपुंजय के पारिवारिक जीवन में हाल ही में गंभीर व्यक्तिगत कठिनाइयाँ आईं। उनकी पत्नी वर्तमान में गंभीर स्वास्थ्य समस्या से पीड़ित हैं और इस वर्ष होलिका दहन के दिन हुए एक सड़क हादसे में उनके बड़े पुत्र की मृत्यु हो गई। इन परिस्थितियों के बावजुद उन्होंने परीक्षा की तैयारी में लगातार मेहनत जारी रखी और सफलता प्राप्त की। स्थानीय सूत्रों ने बताया कि चयन की खबर मिलते ही गांव में खुशी का वातावरण व्याप्त हो गया। ग्रामीण व पड़ोसी रिपुंजय को बधाई दे रहे हैं तथा उनकी उज्ज्वल भविष्य और परिवार के शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य की कामना कर रहे हैं। बलिया पॉइंट की ओर से रिपुंजय सिंह को उनकी उपलब्धि पर बधाई दी गई है।
संजीव सिंह बलिया!रसड़ा तहसील अंतर्गत ग्राम तियरा हैदरपुर में वरासत (उत्तराधिकार) प्रकरण को लेकर विवाद उभरा है। आवेदक ने आरोप लगाया है कि ग्राम लेखपाल संध्या पटेल ने उसके द्वारा नियमानुसार ऑनलाइन दायर वरासत आवेदन संख्या 2026019300977004212 को "विवादित" बताते हुए निरस्त कर दिया और आगे कार्य कराने के नाम पर ₹1,000 मांगे। आवेदक का कहना है कि उसने निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया था, लेकिन बाद में उसे सूचित किया गया कि मामला विवादित है। उपलब्ध आवेदन सारांश में भी वही आवेदन संख्या 2026019300977004212 दर्ज है और लेखपाल की जांच आख्या में मामला "विवादित" तथा संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी में "आवेदन त्रुटिपूर्ण है" लिखा गया है। आवेदक ने आरोप लगाया है कि इसके बाद लेखपाल ने मामले को आगे कराकर निपटाने के एवज में नकद मांग की। स्थानीय ग्रामीणों ने जिलाधिकारी एवं उच्च राजस्व अधिकारियों से पूरे प्रकरण की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने और रिश्वत माँगने के आरोपों की सत्यता की पड़ताल करने की मांग की है। ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि यदि आरोप सही पाए जाते हैं तो संबंधित के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए, क्योंकि ऐसा व्यवहार राजस्व विभाग की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर प्रश्न उठाता है और लोगों में सरकारी व्यवस्था के प्रति अविश्वास पैदा कर सकता है। न्यायिक या प्रशासनिक पुष्टि नहीं: उल्लेखनीय है कि रिश्वत माँगने का यह आरोप आवेदक द्वारा लगाया गया है। इस समाचार के समय तक संबंधित लेखपाल या अधिकारियों का कोई आधिकारिक पक्ष या पुष्टि उपलब्ध नहीं है। अधिकारिक जांच व जवाबदेही के बाद ही किसी निष्कर्ष पर पहुँचा जा सकता है।
