वक्फ बिल पर गौरव गोगोई ने उठाए सरकार की मंशा पर सवाल, बोले- कल किसी और धर्म की जमीन पर होगी नजर

केंद्रीय संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने बुधवार को लोकसभा में वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक पेश किया। विधेयक को सदन में पेश करते ही विपक्षी दलों ने विरोध शुरू कर दिया। कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई ने संसद में बिल के विरोध में विपक्ष का पक्ष रखा है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने इस बिल को लेकर मोदी सरकार पर जमकर निशाना साधा।गौरव गोगोई ने केंद्र सरकार पर हमला करते हुए आरोप लगाया कि वह वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक के जरिए संविधान को कमजोर करने का प्रयास कर रही है।

लोकसभा में कांग्रेस के उपनेता गौरव गोगोई ने किरेन रिजिजू के बयान पर आपत्ति जताते हुए अपनी बात शुरू की। उन्होंने मंत्री के बयान को गुमराह करने वाला बताया। गोगोई ने कहा, मंत्री ने 2013 में यूपीए सरकार के विषय में जो कहा, वह पूरा का पूरा मिसलीड करने वाला बयान है, झूठ है। इन्होंने जो आरोप लगाए हैं और भ्रम फैलाया है, वो बेबुनियाद है। 

भविष्य में अन्य अल्पसंख्यक भी बनेगा निशाना- गोगोई
विधेयक के खिलाफ बहस करते हुए गौरव गोगोई ने चेतावनी दी कि सरकार भविष्य में अन्य अल्पसंख्यकों को भी निशाना बनाएगी। उन्होंने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा, आज वे एक समुदाय की जमीन को निशाना बना रहे हैं, कल वे दूसरे समुदाय को निशाना बनाएंगे। उन्होंने दावा किया, वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक का उद्देश्य संविधान को कमजोर करना, अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों को बदनाम करना, भारतीय समाज को विभाजित करना और अल्पसंख्यकों को मताधिकार से वंचित करना है।

संशोधनों से समस्याएं और विवाद बढ़ेंगे-गोगोई
सरकार की मंशा पर सवाल उठाते हुए गोगोई ने कहा, मैं यह नहीं कहता कि संशोधन नहीं होना चाहिए। संशोधन ऐसा होना चाहिए कि बिल ताकतवर बने। इनके संशोधनों से समस्याएं और विवाद बढ़ेंगे। ये चाहते हैं कि देश के कोने-कोने में केस चले। ये देश में भाईचारे का वातावरण तोड़ना चाहते हैं।

रायपुर-  अटल नगर नवा रायपुर में कल देर रात ड्रंक एंड ड्राइव वाहन चालकों के विरूद्ध पुलिस ने विशेष अभियान चलाया. यातायात पुलिस व थाना तेलीबांधा, मंदिर हसौद और राखी स्टॉफ ने संयुक्त कार्रवाई करते हुए 23 शराबी वाहन चालकों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करते हुए वाहनों को जब्त किया. 
बता दे कि शहर की यातायात व्यवस्था के सुगम संचालन में ड्रंक एंड ड्राइव वाहन चालक सबसे बड़ी बाधा है. नशे की हालत में होने के कारण स्वयं तथा दूसरे वाहन चालक के जान के लिए जोखिम भरा होता है. ऐसे वाहन चालकों के खिलाफ रायपुर पुलिस लगातार अभियान चलाकर कार्रवाई करती है।
इसी क्रम 22 फरवरी को पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक रायपुर डॉ. लाल उमेद सिंह के आदेशानुसार अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक यातायात रायपुर डॉ प्रशांत शुक्ला के मार्गदर्शन में रायपुर पुलिस ने शहर के श्रीराम मंदिर के पास, फुण्डहर चौक एवं एयरपोर्ट टर्निग नवा रायपुर में बेरिकेटिंग कर चेकिंग अभियान चलाया. 23 नशेड़ी वाहन चालकों के विरूद्ध मोटरयान अधिनियम की धारा 185 के तहत कार्रवाई करते हुए प्रकरण निराकरण के लिए कोर्ट भेजा गया. इसके साथ सभी वाहन चालकों के लाइसेंस निलंबन के लिए परिवहन कार्यालय भेजा जाएगा.

भाजपा ने बुधवार को कांग्रेस नेता गौरव गोगोई की पत्नी पर पाकिस्तान और इसकी खुफिया एजेंसी ISI से संबंध होने का आरोप लगाया। अब कांग्रेस सांसद ने बीजेपी पर जोरदार पलटवार किया है। गौरव गोगोई ने कहा, अगर मेरी पत्नी पाकिस्तान के ISI की एजेंट हैं तो मैं RAW का एजेंट हूं। दरअसल, असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा ने कांग्रेस के सांसद गौरव गोगोई की पत्नी एलिजाबेथ कोलबर्न के पाकिस्तान और आईएसआई सं संबंध होने के दावे किए थे। विस्वा के अलावा भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता गौरव भाटिया ने भी गोगोई की पत्नी एलिजाबेथ कोलबर्न के पाकिस्तान योजना आयोग के सलाहकार अली तौकीर शेख और ISI से संबंध के आरोप लगाए थे।

भाजपा के आरोपों पर गौरव गोगोई का जवाब
बीजेपी के आरोपो को लोकसभा में विपक्ष के उपनेता ने 'हास्यास्पद और मनोरंजक' बताकर खारिज कर दिया। गोगोई ने पलटवार करते हुए कहा कि भाजपा ने ऐसे 'निराधार' आरोप इसलिए लगाए हैं, क्योंकि उसके पास उठाने के लिए कोई मुद्दा नहीं है। गोगोई ने कहा, 'अगर मेरी पत्नी पाकिस्तान की ISI एजेंट हैं तो मैं भारत के RAW का एजेंट हूं। मुझे इन आरोपों से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। जिस परिवार पर खुद कई आरोप लगे हैं, वह मुझ पर भी आरोप लगा रहा है।' उन्होंने कहा कि असम के मुख्यमंत्री यह सब इसलिए कर रहे हैं ताकि खुद पर लगे आरोपों से ध्यान भटकाया जा सके।

सीएम हिमंत ने क्या आरोप लगाए
असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई और उनकी ब्रिटिश पत्नी एलिजाबेथ कोलबर्न को लेकर कहा था कि देर-सवेर, यह पता चल जाएगा कि जॉर्ज सोरोस के इकोसिस्टम के नेतृत्व में विदेशी शक्तियों ने 2014 में असम कांग्रेस के एक बड़े फैसले को कैसे प्रभावित किया। समय आने पर सच्चाई सामने आ जाएगी। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा था कि कपल को आईएसआई के साथ अपने करीबी संबंध होने और युवा प्रभावशाली दिमागों को ब्रेनवॉश और कट्टरपंथ के लिए पाकिस्तान हाईकमीशन में ले जाने के संबंध में उठाए गए गंभीर सवालों के जवाब देने चाहिए।

भारतीय नागरिकता नहीं लेने पर भी उठाए सवाल
सरमा ने आगे कहा था कि इन चीजों पर जवाबदेही जरूरी है। देश पारदर्शिता और सच्चाई जानने का हकदार है। इस से पहले असम के मुख्यमंत्री ने सोशल मीडिया हैंडल एक्स पर पोस्ट करते हुए कहा था कि ISI से संबंध जुड़ने पर कई गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं, जिनका जवाब दिया जाना जरूरी है। उन्होंने गौरव गोगोई की पत्नी की तरफ इशारा करते हुए कहा, ब्रेनवॉशिंग और कट्टरपंथ के लिए युवाओं को पाकिस्तान दूतावास में ले जाना और पिछले 12 वर्षों से भारतीय नागरिकता लेने से इनकार करना कई सवाल खड़े करता है।

बीजेपी प्रवक्ता का भी हमला
बीजेपी प्रवक्ता गौरव भाटिया ने भी एलिजाबेथ कोलबर्न के आईएसआई से कथित संबंधों पर सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने कहा कि कोलबर्न इस्लामाबाद में Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN) के लिए काम कर चुकी हैं, जहां वे पाकिस्तान योजना आयोग के पूर्व सलाहकार अली तौकीर शेख के अधीन थीं। भाटिया ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि कोलबर्न अभी तक ब्रिटिश नागरिक बनी हुई हैं और उनके राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा से जुड़े मसलों में शामिल होने की आशंका है। भाजपा प्रवक्ता ने कहा,'उम्मीद है कि राहुल गांधी, मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे जी और गौरव गोगोई पाकिस्तान और ISI के साथ अपने संबंधों के बारे में सफाई देंगे।

वक्फ बिल पर गौरव गोगोई ने उठाए सरकार की मंशा पर सवाल, बोले- कल किसी और धर्म की जमीन पर होगी नजर

केंद्रीय संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने बुधवार को लोकसभा में वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक पेश किया। विधेयक को सदन में पेश करते ही विपक्षी दलों ने विरोध शुरू कर दिया। कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई ने संसद में बिल के विरोध में विपक्ष का पक्ष रखा है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने इस बिल को लेकर मोदी सरकार पर जमकर निशाना साधा।गौरव गोगोई ने केंद्र सरकार पर हमला करते हुए आरोप लगाया कि वह वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक के जरिए संविधान को कमजोर करने का प्रयास कर रही है।

लोकसभा में कांग्रेस के उपनेता गौरव गोगोई ने किरेन रिजिजू के बयान पर आपत्ति जताते हुए अपनी बात शुरू की। उन्होंने मंत्री के बयान को गुमराह करने वाला बताया। गोगोई ने कहा, मंत्री ने 2013 में यूपीए सरकार के विषय में जो कहा, वह पूरा का पूरा मिसलीड करने वाला बयान है, झूठ है। इन्होंने जो आरोप लगाए हैं और भ्रम फैलाया है, वो बेबुनियाद है। 

भविष्य में अन्य अल्पसंख्यक भी बनेगा निशाना- गोगोई
विधेयक के खिलाफ बहस करते हुए गौरव गोगोई ने चेतावनी दी कि सरकार भविष्य में अन्य अल्पसंख्यकों को भी निशाना बनाएगी। उन्होंने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा, आज वे एक समुदाय की जमीन को निशाना बना रहे हैं, कल वे दूसरे समुदाय को निशाना बनाएंगे। उन्होंने दावा किया, वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक का उद्देश्य संविधान को कमजोर करना, अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों को बदनाम करना, भारतीय समाज को विभाजित करना और अल्पसंख्यकों को मताधिकार से वंचित करना है।

संशोधनों से समस्याएं और विवाद बढ़ेंगे-गोगोई
सरकार की मंशा पर सवाल उठाते हुए गोगोई ने कहा, मैं यह नहीं कहता कि संशोधन नहीं होना चाहिए। संशोधन ऐसा होना चाहिए कि बिल ताकतवर बने। इनके संशोधनों से समस्याएं और विवाद बढ़ेंगे। ये चाहते हैं कि देश के कोने-कोने में केस चले। ये देश में भाईचारे का वातावरण तोड़ना चाहते हैं।

रायपुर-  अटल नगर नवा रायपुर में कल देर रात ड्रंक एंड ड्राइव वाहन चालकों के विरूद्ध पुलिस ने विशेष अभियान चलाया. यातायात पुलिस व थाना तेलीबांधा, मंदिर हसौद और राखी स्टॉफ ने संयुक्त कार्रवाई करते हुए 23 शराबी वाहन चालकों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करते हुए वाहनों को जब्त किया. 
बता दे कि शहर की यातायात व्यवस्था के सुगम संचालन में ड्रंक एंड ड्राइव वाहन चालक सबसे बड़ी बाधा है. नशे की हालत में होने के कारण स्वयं तथा दूसरे वाहन चालक के जान के लिए जोखिम भरा होता है. ऐसे वाहन चालकों के खिलाफ रायपुर पुलिस लगातार अभियान चलाकर कार्रवाई करती है।
इसी क्रम 22 फरवरी को पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक रायपुर डॉ. लाल उमेद सिंह के आदेशानुसार अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक यातायात रायपुर डॉ प्रशांत शुक्ला के मार्गदर्शन में रायपुर पुलिस ने शहर के श्रीराम मंदिर के पास, फुण्डहर चौक एवं एयरपोर्ट टर्निग नवा रायपुर में बेरिकेटिंग कर चेकिंग अभियान चलाया. 23 नशेड़ी वाहन चालकों के विरूद्ध मोटरयान अधिनियम की धारा 185 के तहत कार्रवाई करते हुए प्रकरण निराकरण के लिए कोर्ट भेजा गया. इसके साथ सभी वाहन चालकों के लाइसेंस निलंबन के लिए परिवहन कार्यालय भेजा जाएगा.

भाजपा ने बुधवार को कांग्रेस नेता गौरव गोगोई की पत्नी पर पाकिस्तान और इसकी खुफिया एजेंसी ISI से संबंध होने का आरोप लगाया। अब कांग्रेस सांसद ने बीजेपी पर जोरदार पलटवार किया है। गौरव गोगोई ने कहा, अगर मेरी पत्नी पाकिस्तान के ISI की एजेंट हैं तो मैं RAW का एजेंट हूं। दरअसल, असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा ने कांग्रेस के सांसद गौरव गोगोई की पत्नी एलिजाबेथ कोलबर्न के पाकिस्तान और आईएसआई सं संबंध होने के दावे किए थे। विस्वा के अलावा भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता गौरव भाटिया ने भी गोगोई की पत्नी एलिजाबेथ कोलबर्न के पाकिस्तान योजना आयोग के सलाहकार अली तौकीर शेख और ISI से संबंध के आरोप लगाए थे।

भाजपा के आरोपों पर गौरव गोगोई का जवाब
बीजेपी के आरोपो को लोकसभा में विपक्ष के उपनेता ने 'हास्यास्पद और मनोरंजक' बताकर खारिज कर दिया। गोगोई ने पलटवार करते हुए कहा कि भाजपा ने ऐसे 'निराधार' आरोप इसलिए लगाए हैं, क्योंकि उसके पास उठाने के लिए कोई मुद्दा नहीं है। गोगोई ने कहा, 'अगर मेरी पत्नी पाकिस्तान की ISI एजेंट हैं तो मैं भारत के RAW का एजेंट हूं। मुझे इन आरोपों से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। जिस परिवार पर खुद कई आरोप लगे हैं, वह मुझ पर भी आरोप लगा रहा है।' उन्होंने कहा कि असम के मुख्यमंत्री यह सब इसलिए कर रहे हैं ताकि खुद पर लगे आरोपों से ध्यान भटकाया जा सके।

सीएम हिमंत ने क्या आरोप लगाए
असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई और उनकी ब्रिटिश पत्नी एलिजाबेथ कोलबर्न को लेकर कहा था कि देर-सवेर, यह पता चल जाएगा कि जॉर्ज सोरोस के इकोसिस्टम के नेतृत्व में विदेशी शक्तियों ने 2014 में असम कांग्रेस के एक बड़े फैसले को कैसे प्रभावित किया। समय आने पर सच्चाई सामने आ जाएगी। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा था कि कपल को आईएसआई के साथ अपने करीबी संबंध होने और युवा प्रभावशाली दिमागों को ब्रेनवॉश और कट्टरपंथ के लिए पाकिस्तान हाईकमीशन में ले जाने के संबंध में उठाए गए गंभीर सवालों के जवाब देने चाहिए।

भारतीय नागरिकता नहीं लेने पर भी उठाए सवाल
सरमा ने आगे कहा था कि इन चीजों पर जवाबदेही जरूरी है। देश पारदर्शिता और सच्चाई जानने का हकदार है। इस से पहले असम के मुख्यमंत्री ने सोशल मीडिया हैंडल एक्स पर पोस्ट करते हुए कहा था कि ISI से संबंध जुड़ने पर कई गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं, जिनका जवाब दिया जाना जरूरी है। उन्होंने गौरव गोगोई की पत्नी की तरफ इशारा करते हुए कहा, ब्रेनवॉशिंग और कट्टरपंथ के लिए युवाओं को पाकिस्तान दूतावास में ले जाना और पिछले 12 वर्षों से भारतीय नागरिकता लेने से इनकार करना कई सवाल खड़े करता है।

बीजेपी प्रवक्ता का भी हमला
बीजेपी प्रवक्ता गौरव भाटिया ने भी एलिजाबेथ कोलबर्न के आईएसआई से कथित संबंधों पर सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने कहा कि कोलबर्न इस्लामाबाद में Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN) के लिए काम कर चुकी हैं, जहां वे पाकिस्तान योजना आयोग के पूर्व सलाहकार अली तौकीर शेख के अधीन थीं। भाटिया ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि कोलबर्न अभी तक ब्रिटिश नागरिक बनी हुई हैं और उनके राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा से जुड़े मसलों में शामिल होने की आशंका है। भाजपा प्रवक्ता ने कहा,'उम्मीद है कि राहुल गांधी, मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे जी और गौरव गोगोई पाकिस्तान और ISI के साथ अपने संबंधों के बारे में सफाई देंगे।
