केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि विपक्ष की तीखी आलोचना के बावजूद संविधान (130वां संशोधन) विधेयक, 2025 पारित हो जाएगा। यही नहीं, अमित शाह ने संविधान (130वां संशोधन) विधेयक को लेकर विपक्ष के हंगामे के बीच साफ किया कि इस विधेयक में प्रधानमंत्री के पद को शामिल करने का प्रस्ताव स्वयं प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने दिया था। बता दें कि हाल ही में समाप्त हुए संसद के मानसून सत्र में शाह ने यह विधेयक पेश किया। इस विधेयक में प्रधानमंत्री, मुख्यमंत्रियों और मंत्रियों को स्वतः हटाने का प्रस्ताव है, यदि उन्हें पांच साल या उससे अधिक कारावास की सजा वाले आरोपों में लगातार 30 दिनों तक गिरफ्तार और हिरासत में रखा जाता है।

  


जेल को सीएम हाउस, पीएम हाउस बना दिया जाएगा-शाह
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने 130वें संविधान संशोधन विधेयक के खिलाफ विपक्ष के रुख पर करारा हमला बोला। एएनआई को दिए एक साक्षात्कार में उन्होंने कहा, आज भी वे कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि अगर वे कभी जेल गए, तो वे जेल से आसानी से सरकार चला लेंगे। जेल को सीएम हाउस, पीएम हाउस बना दिया जाएगा और डीजीपी, मुख्य सचिव, कैबिनेट सचिव या गृह सचिव जेल से आदेश लेंगे।'

शाह का विपक्ष पर तंज
एएनआई को दिए एक इंटरव्यू में अमित शाह ने कहा, 'मैं पूरे देश और विपक्ष से पूछना चाहता हूं कि क्या कोई मुख्यमंत्री, प्रधानमंत्री या कोई भी नेता जेल से देश चला सकता है? क्या यह हमारे लोकतंत्र की गरिमा के अनुकूल है? आज भी वे कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि अगर उन्हें कभी जेल जाना पड़ा, तो वे जेल से आसानी से सरकार बना लेंगे।

आरोप मुक्त होने पर पद बहाल हो जाएगा-शाह
केंद्रीय मंत्री शाह ने कहा कि इस बिल में असुरक्षा जैसा कुछ भी नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि गिरफ्तार होने के बाद अब जमानत मिलने तक जेल से सरकार नहीं चलेगी। यदि कोर्ट से जमानत मिल जाती है तो आप फिर से शपथ ले सकते हैं। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि मामले में आरोप मुक्त होने पर पद बहाल हो जाएगा।

ये एनडीए के मुख्यमंत्रियों पर भी लागू होगा-शाह
शाह ने आगे कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ने खुद इस विधेयक में पीएम पद को शामिल किया है। पहले इंदिरा गांधी ने 39वां संशोधन लाकर राष्ट्रपति, उपराष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री और स्पीकर को अदालती समीक्षा से बचाने की कोशिश की थी। लेकिन नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने अपने खिलाफ एक संवैधानिक संशोधन लाया, जिसमें कहा गया है कि अगर प्रधानमंत्री जेल जाते हैं तो उन्हें इस्तीफा देना होगा। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि देश में आज देश में एनडीए के मुख्यमंत्रियों की संख्या अधिक अधिक है और प्रधानमंत्री भी एनडीए से हैं। इसलिए यह विधेयक सिर्फ विपक्ष के लिए नहीं, बल्कि एनडीए के मुख्यमंत्रियों पर भी लागू होगा।

केंद्रीय मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह ने रविवार को एक्सिओम-4 इंटरनेशनल स्पेस स्टेशन मिशन से जुड़ा अपडेट दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि शुभांशु शुक्ला 15 जुलाई को दोपहर 3 बजे (भारतीय समयानुसार) पृथ्वी पर लौट सकते हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार, शुभांशु 14 जुलाई को आईएसएस से वापसी की यात्रा शुरू करेंगे। 14 जुलाई को दोपहर 4:35 बजे (भारतीय समय) पृथ्वी वापसी की यात्रा पर रवाना होंगे। उनका ‘क्रू ड्रैगन’ यान धरती के वायुमंडल में धीरे-धीरे प्रवेश करेगा और फिर 15 जुलाई को अमेरिका के कैलिफोर्निया तट के पास समुद्र में स्प्लैशडाउन करेगा।

केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि विपक्ष की तीखी आलोचना के बावजूद संविधान (130वां संशोधन) विधेयक, 2025 पारित हो जाएगा। यही नहीं, अमित शाह ने संविधान (130वां संशोधन) विधेयक को लेकर विपक्ष के हंगामे के बीच साफ किया कि इस विधेयक में प्रधानमंत्री के पद को शामिल करने का प्रस्ताव स्वयं प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने दिया था। बता दें कि हाल ही में समाप्त हुए संसद के मानसून सत्र में शाह ने यह विधेयक पेश किया। इस विधेयक में प्रधानमंत्री, मुख्यमंत्रियों और मंत्रियों को स्वतः हटाने का प्रस्ताव है, यदि उन्हें पांच साल या उससे अधिक कारावास की सजा वाले आरोपों में लगातार 30 दिनों तक गिरफ्तार और हिरासत में रखा जाता है।

  


जेल को सीएम हाउस, पीएम हाउस बना दिया जाएगा-शाह
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने 130वें संविधान संशोधन विधेयक के खिलाफ विपक्ष के रुख पर करारा हमला बोला। एएनआई को दिए एक साक्षात्कार में उन्होंने कहा, आज भी वे कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि अगर वे कभी जेल गए, तो वे जेल से आसानी से सरकार चला लेंगे। जेल को सीएम हाउस, पीएम हाउस बना दिया जाएगा और डीजीपी, मुख्य सचिव, कैबिनेट सचिव या गृह सचिव जेल से आदेश लेंगे।'

शाह का विपक्ष पर तंज
एएनआई को दिए एक इंटरव्यू में अमित शाह ने कहा, 'मैं पूरे देश और विपक्ष से पूछना चाहता हूं कि क्या कोई मुख्यमंत्री, प्रधानमंत्री या कोई भी नेता जेल से देश चला सकता है? क्या यह हमारे लोकतंत्र की गरिमा के अनुकूल है? आज भी वे कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि अगर उन्हें कभी जेल जाना पड़ा, तो वे जेल से आसानी से सरकार बना लेंगे।

आरोप मुक्त होने पर पद बहाल हो जाएगा-शाह
केंद्रीय मंत्री शाह ने कहा कि इस बिल में असुरक्षा जैसा कुछ भी नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि गिरफ्तार होने के बाद अब जमानत मिलने तक जेल से सरकार नहीं चलेगी। यदि कोर्ट से जमानत मिल जाती है तो आप फिर से शपथ ले सकते हैं। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि मामले में आरोप मुक्त होने पर पद बहाल हो जाएगा।

ये एनडीए के मुख्यमंत्रियों पर भी लागू होगा-शाह
शाह ने आगे कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ने खुद इस विधेयक में पीएम पद को शामिल किया है। पहले इंदिरा गांधी ने 39वां संशोधन लाकर राष्ट्रपति, उपराष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री और स्पीकर को अदालती समीक्षा से बचाने की कोशिश की थी। लेकिन नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने अपने खिलाफ एक संवैधानिक संशोधन लाया, जिसमें कहा गया है कि अगर प्रधानमंत्री जेल जाते हैं तो उन्हें इस्तीफा देना होगा। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि देश में आज देश में एनडीए के मुख्यमंत्रियों की संख्या अधिक अधिक है और प्रधानमंत्री भी एनडीए से हैं। इसलिए यह विधेयक सिर्फ विपक्ष के लिए नहीं, बल्कि एनडीए के मुख्यमंत्रियों पर भी लागू होगा।

frozen dinners, packaged snacks, and fast-food options are designed to fit into our fast-paced lives. But behind their appeal lies a hidden threat, excessive sodium, which is a major driver of 
hypertension, or high blood pressure. Hypertension is often called the ‘silent killer’ because it can develop without warning signs, quietly
damaging the heart, brain and kidneys. What many people do not realise is the extent to which convenience foods contribute to this growing health issue.Manufacturers pack processed foods with large amounts of sodium to enhance flavour, preserve freshness and extend shelf life. While salt makes these foods taste good and seem 
more satisfying, it comes at a serious cost to our health. More than 70 per cent of the sodium.we consume is not from the salt we sprinkle on our meals, it is already hidden inside the foods we buy. This means even those who think they are eating ‘normally’ may unknowingly consume
