#centreplanningtoremovegandhiimagefromcurrencynotes

The trial cultivation of China Millets has been successful.

These millets were grown at the Agricultural Research Centre located at the headquarters of Jai Dharti Maa Foundation.

Founder Ravi Kumar Nishad, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, said:

“The soil of Jharkhand has immense potential to grow highly valuable agricultural crops. What we lack is only the willingness to come forward and take up farming. I request all farmers and people from the business community to explore millet varieties like China Millets. These crops require very little cost and maintenance, yet provide good returns.”

China Millet is a type of coarse grain. It is also known as Punarva. It is not clearly known where it was first cultivated, but it has been grown as a crop in the Caucasus and China for more than 7,000 years. It is believed that the crop might have been domesticated independently in these regions.

Today, China Millets are grown extensively in India, Russia, Ukraine, the Middle East, Turkey, and Romania. The grain is considered highly beneficial for health. Since it is gluten-free, it can be consumed even by people who are allergic to wheat.

“The Infinite Game of Success: How Yuvesh Kumar Singh Is Teaching the World to Lead, Prosper, and Evolve Consciously”

Gurgaon, India — November 2025: In an era obsessed with quick wins and viral fame, Yuvesh Kumar Singh is inviting the world to slow down, look inward, and redefine what winning really means.

A former Senior IT Leader who spent two decades leading technology and transformation across India, the US, and Europe, Yuvesh has evolved into a Global Success Coach, Author, Leadership Mentor, and Speaker—helping professionals, entrepreneurs, and creators build wealth that feels as good as it looks.

From Finite Goals to Infinite Growth

Yuvesh’s journey began conventionally enough: computer science degree, global postings, leadership roles at Wipro, Cognizant, and Lead Venture.

But success, as defined by title and turnover, eventually lost its shine. The universe intervened through crisis—a major stroke that paralysed the right side of his body and stole his speech.

“That silence became my greatest teacher,” he recalls. “It taught me that success isn’t speed—it’s synchronization.”

What could have been an ending became the ignition point for The Clarity Path, a framework that unites neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and universal principles of energy to turn achievement into awareness.

The Clarity Path — Leadership as Energy in Motion

The Clarity Path reframes leadership as an energetic process rather than a positional one.

It trains leaders to harmonize three dimensions:

Clarity of Vision — knowing where to go.

Calmness of Mind — staying centred while getting there.

Consistency of Action — turning habits into higher frequency.

“When these three align,” Yuvesh says, “success stops being an event and starts being a vibration.”

His masterclasses blend spiritual science, psychology, and practical strategy—helping clients translate inner alignment into outer achievement.

Executives who once measured performance in KPIs now measure it in peace, presence, and profitability.

Wealth Beyond Numbers

For Yuvesh, wealth is no longer a race toward accumulation but a rhythm of circulation.

He teaches that abundance responds to clarity the way sound responds to silence—one cannot exist without the other.

Through coaching and corporate programs, participants learn to:

Shift from scarcity thinking to creative contribution.

Use gratitude and mindfulness to amplify decision-making.

Balance personal wellbeing with professional growth.

Build financial systems that reflect rather than restrict their purpose.

Clients often describe the results as “earning with ease”—a state where prosperity feels like partnership rather than pressure.

Rise Again — The Blueprint of Resilience

Yuvesh’s acclaimed book “Rise Again”, available on Amazon Worldwide, captures this evolution in vivid storytelling.

From Silicon Valley cubicles to hospital corridors and back to the global stage, it illustrates how setbacks can sculpt strength and why self-mastery outlasts market trends.

Youthville Hostels Makes a Mark at ET Summit 2025: A Strong Acknowledgement of Its Leadership in India’s Student & Co-Living Sector

The ET Summit 2025 brought together India’s most influential stakeholders across real estate, proptech, and future living solutions — and Youthville Hostels was proud to be among the invited voices driving this conversation.

For Youthville, this wasn’t just another event.

It was a moment of validation, recognition, and reaffirmation of what we have consistently built over the last decade — a safe, structured, and youth-first ecosystem that today stands as a benchmark for youth accommodation in Maharashtra.

A Proud Industry Recognition for Youthville Hostels

Being invited to ET’s Real Estate Summit signifies one thing clearly:

Youthville Hostels has earned its place among the leading players shaping the future of India’s managed accommodation landscape.

The Summit features only those brands that contribute meaningfully to the sector — brands that exhibit scale, operational strength, and long-term commitment.

Youthville’s inclusion proves that:

  • We are no longer an emerging brand — we are an established leader.
  • We have built a strong trust narrative among students, young professionals and parents.
  • Our operations reflect stability, scalability, and structured governance.
  • We are solving a high-need problem in one of India’s fastest-growing demographic segments.

This invitation was not incidental.

It was a clear indication that Youthville’s work is now influencing the national conversation on Student Housing & Co- living.

Why Youthville’s Presence at the Summit Mattered

The modern student housing and co-living industry is undergoing a major shift.

The demand for reliable, safe, and professionally managed accommodation is skyrocketing due to:

  • Rising student-young professionals' mobility
  • Growing education hubs
  • Expanding the IT and GCC workforce
  • Changes in lifestyle expectations of Gen Z

Youthville was invited because we are one of the few brands that have truly understood and responded to these shifts.

At the event, Youthville represented:

1. The Need for Standardised, Safe, and Regulated Hostels

For years, the youth have depended on unregulated PGs, unhygienic spaces, and unpredictable landlords.

Youthville fills this gap through:

  • Organized, compliant, secure properties
  • Professional management
  • Transparent pricing
  • Safety-first infrastructure
  • 24/7 supervision and tech-enabled security

We brought attention to the fact that student housing & co-living is not just about rooms; it is about responsibility.

2. Building a Community, Not Just Accommodation

Youthville emphasized that today’s youth expect connection, belonging, and emotional well-being.

Our centres are designed to offer:

  • Vibrant community experiences
  • Events, learning activities, and engagement
  • Spaces that foster friendships and growth
  • A home-like ecosystem supported by a caring on-ground team

This community-driven model is what differentiates Youthville from every other operator.

3. Youth-Centric Infrastructure for a Changing Generation

We highlighted the importance of creating environments that support:

  • Learning
  • Creativity
  • Physical wellness
  • Mental wellbeing
  • Lifestyle aspirations

Youthville’s design philosophy ensures a balance of privacy, productivity, and social interaction — something the Summit audience deeply resonated with.

Why Youthville was a Powerful Voice at ET Realty Summit

The panel discussions emphasized the future of co-living, student housing, and flexible living ecosystems.

Youthville contributed deeply with insights born out of real operational experience.

Our perspectives at the Summit were built on:

  • A decade-long understanding of what the Youth needs
  • Data-driven occupancy and behavioural patterns
  • How students & young professionals choose accommodation in urban centres
  • The gaps we see in unstructured PG markets
  • The rising demand for holistic, safe, supportive living environments
  • Our on-ground challenges and solutions as a stable operator

These insights reflected why Youthville is considered not just a brand, but a sector representative.

What Youthville Thinks About the Future of this Industry

Youthville believes that student-living and modern housing for young professionals in India are entering the most transformative decade.

Demand is rising faster than supply — but what the Youth demand today is different:

  • Safe environments
  • Quick maintenance support
  • Tech integration
  • Hygiene as a non-negotiable
  • Community experience
  • Transparent systems
  • Trustworthy brands

Youthville shared its views on how the industry must evolve:

  • From beds to experiences
  • From landlords to professional operators
  • From temporary stays to curated living
  • From transactions to trust

These ideas positioned Youthville as a brand with both vision and responsibility.

What Problems Youthville Is Solving — And Why It Matters

At the Summit, we amplified the core gaps in India’s youth accommodation market:

  • Lack of safety standards
  • Poor hygiene and maintenance
  • Inconsistent service quality
  • Congested, uninspiring spaces
  • Unpredictable pricing
  • Complete absence of emotional and community support

Youthville is changing this through:

  • Properly planned buildings
  • Highly trained staff
  • Clean, modern rooms
  • Daily cleaning routines
  • Tech-enabled operations
  • Community events
  • Noise-free, youth-friendly policies
  • Transparent service delivery

Youthville’s ecosystem is built on long-term care — not short-term rentals.

A Moment of Pride — And Responsibility

Being invited to ET Summit 2025 is a milestone, but more importantly, it is a message:

Youthville Hostels has become an essential contributor to the youth living landscape in West India.

We walked into the Summit not just representing a brand,

but representing the voice of lakhs of students & young professionals who deserve better living environments.

Youthville’s Commitment Ahead

This recognition strengthens our resolve to:

  • Expand responsibly
  • Maintain our high standards
  • Bring more innovation to the sector
  • Ensure every Youthville resident feels at home
  • Build communities that empower young people academically, socially, and emotionally

Youthville’s journey forward is guided by one commitment —

to be the most trusted youth living brand in India.
