सुप्रीम कोर्ट में वकील राकेश किशोर ने चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (सीजेआई) बीआर गवई पर जूता फेंकने की कोशिश की थी। राकेश ने इस मामले पर चौंकाने वाला बयान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे इस बात कोई पछतावा नहीं है। राकेश किशोर ने यह भी बताया कि उन्होंने ऐसा क्यों किया।

वकील ने कहा- वो सिर्फ एक्शन का रिएक्शन था
सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान सोमवार को वकील ने सीजेआई बीआर गवई पर जूता फेंक दिया था। यह हादसा पूरे देश में चर्चा का विषय बन गया है। सीजेआई पर हमला करने वाले वकील की पहचान 72 वर्षीय राकेश किशोर के रूप में हुई है। घटना के बाद राकेश को दिल्ली पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया गया था। हालांकि, सीजेआई गवई ने आरोपी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज करने से साफ मना कर दिया, जिसके बाद आरोपी को रिहा कर दिया गया था। अब वकील राकेश किशोर ने कहा कि उन्हें अपने किए पर कोई अफसोस नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा जो मैने किया वो सिर्फ एक्शन का रिएक्शन था। 

सीजेआई के इस फैसले का गुस्सा
वकील ने बताया कि वह 16 सितंबर को दिए गए मुख्य न्यायाधीश के फैसले से आहत था। दरअसल, 16 सितंबर को बीआर गवई ने मध्य प्रदेश के खजुराहो के जवारी मंदिर में भगवान विष्णु की सिर कटी मूर्ति की पुनर्स्थापना से संबंधित याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था और याचिकाकर्ता से कहा था कि जाओ और मूर्ति से प्रार्थना करो और उसे अपना सिर वापस लगाने के लिए कहो। राकेश किशोर ने कहा कि जब हमारे सनातन धर्म से जुड़ा कोई मामला आता है, तो सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ऐसे आदेश देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि कोर्ट याचिकाकर्ता को राहत न दें, लेकिन उसका मजाक भी न उड़ाएं।

नूपूर शर्मा मामले का किया जिक्र
राकेश किशोर ने कहा कि हम देखते हैं यही चीफ जस्टिस बहुत सारे धर्मों के खिलाफ जो दूसरे समुदाय के लोग हैं, आप सब जानते हैं वो लोग कौन हैं, उनके खिलाफ कोई केस आता है तो बड़े-बड़े स्टेप लेते हैं। जैसे मैं उदाहरण देता हूं कि हल्द्वानी में रेलवे की जमीन पर एक विशेष समुदाय का कब्जा है, जब उसको हटाने की कोशिश की गई तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्टे लगा दिया जो आज तक लगा हुआ है। ऐसे ही नूपूर शर्मा का मामला आया तो कोर्ट ने कह दिया कि आपने मामला खराब कर दिया। ये सब जो रोक लगाते हैं वो बिल्कुल ठीक है।

“मुझे कोई पछतावा नहीं है”
एएनआई से बात करते हुए राकेश किशोर ने कहा कि ऐसा नहीं है कि मैं हिंसा करने वाला हूं, मैं खुद अहिंसा प्रेमी हूं, पढ़ा लिखा हूं और गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट हूं। न तो मुझे चोट लगी थी और न ही मैं नशे में ही था।  यह उनकी हरकत पर मेरी प्रतिक्रिया थी। मैं डरा हुआ नहीं हूं। जो हुआ उसका मुझे कोई पछतावा नहीं है। 

बता दें कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक मामले पर सुनवाई के दौरान अधिवक्ता राकेश किशोर ने सोमवार को सीजेआई बीआर गवई की कोर्ट में हंगामा किया। आरोप है कि 72 वर्षीय वकील ने भारत के प्रधान न्यायाधीश की ओर कथित तौर पर जूता उछालने की कोशिश की। उन्होंने कोर्ट में नारे भी लगाए।

कांग्रेस नेता सैम पित्रोदा ने फिर विवादास्पद बयान दिया है है। शुक्रवार को एक न्यूज एजेंसी को दिए एक इंटरव्यू में पित्रोदा ने कहा, मैं पाकिस्तान गया। मुझे वहां घर जैसा महसूस हुआ। उन्होंने नेपाल से लेकर बांग्लादेश तक की तारीफ की है। साथ ही पित्रोदा ने केंद्र सरकार से पड़ोसी देशों के साथ बातचीत को प्राथमिकता देने का आग्रह किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत की विदेश नीति की शुरुआत पाकिस्तान सहित पड़ोसी देशों के साथ संबंधों को मजबूत करने से होनी चाहिए।

सैम पित्रोदा ने आईएएनएस से बात करते हुए कहा, मेरे मुताबिक, हमारी विदेश नीति पर काम होना चाहिए, हमें सबसे पहले अपने पड़ोस पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहिए। क्या हम सचमुच अपने पड़ोसियों के साथ संबंधों में सुधार ला सकते हैं? मैं पाकिस्तान गया हूं और आपको बता दूं कि मुझे वहां घर जैसा महसूस हुआ। मैं बांग्लादेश गया हूं, मैं नेपाल भी गया हूं, और मुझे वहां भी घर जैसा महसूस हुआ। मुझे ऐसा नहीं लगता कि मैं किसी विदेशी धरती पर हूं।

बीजेपी ने लगाया राष्ट्रीय हितों को कमजोर करने का आरोप
पित्रोदा के इस बयान पर भाजपा ने कांग्रेस नेतृत्व पर भारत के राष्ट्रीय हितों को कमजोर करने का आरोप लगाया। भाजपा प्रवक्ता प्रदीप भंडारी ने कहा, राहुल गांधी के चहेते और कांग्रेस के विदेश प्रमुख सैम पित्रोदा कहते हैं कि उन्हें पाकिस्तान में 'घर जैसा महसूस' हुआ। कोई आश्चर्य नहीं कि यूपीए ने 26/11 के बाद भी पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ कोई सख्त कार्रवाई नहीं की। पाकिस्तान का चहेता, कांग्रेस का चुना हुआ।

पहले भी विवादित बयान दे चुके हैं पित्रोदा
ये पहली बार नहीं है, जब सैम पित्रोदा ने विवाद बढ़ाने वाला बयान दिया है। 2019 से लेकर अब तक 6 विवादित बयान दे चुके हैं। एक बार तो उन पर कांग्रेस ने कार्रवाई भी की थी, लेकिन पित्रोदा विवादित बयान देना नहीं छोड़ते हैं। 2019 के फरवरी में पित्रोदा ने बालाकोट एयरस्ट्राइक पर सवाल उठाया था। इसी साल अप्रैल महीने में पित्रोदा ने सिख दंगे को लेकर विवादित टिप्पणी की थी। पित्रोदा ने कहा था कि दंगा हुआ तो हुआ। मई 2024 में पित्रोदा ने नस्लभेदी टिप्पणी की थी, जिसके बाद उन्हें पार्टी ने इस्तीफा देने के लिए कहा था। हालांकि, बाद में फिर से उन्हें पद पर बहाल कर दिया गया। पित्रोदा को कांग्रेस में गांधी परिवार का करीबी माना जाता है।

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Sent To Judicial Custody Till July 12 In Excise Policy Case
Earlier, the CBI had sought five days of remand, but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal's custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents

The Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday sent Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody for 14 days till July 12 in connection to the liquor policy case. The development came after Kejriwal’s three-day CBI custody ended today.
The court’s decision came after hearing both the parties on Saturday afternoon. Notably, Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI on June 26.
 The arrest order of Delhi Chief Minister was passed by Special Judge Amitabh Rawat on the application by CBI on Wednesday. “In view of the factum of the investigation leading to the arrest of the accused, the role ascribed to him and the necessity to confront the accused with the evidence in the present case of conspiracy, the present police remand application of the accused is allowed. However, it shall be for a period of three days from today. Accused Arvind Kejriwal will be produced on June 29, 2024 before 7 pm," the judge had said in the order.

When the court asked Senior Advocate Vikram Chaudhary, who was appearing for Kejriwal, about the grounds for opposing remand, he said, “The arrest and police custody orders were based the collection of evidence, which they had apparently collected in January."

The court said the matter related to evidence was between the court and the investigation officer.

The court also said that according to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), once the police custody was over, the court was bound to grant judicial remand.

Kejriwal’s lawyer then demanded that the CBI should disclose the evidence against the Delhi CM, based on which it was seeking a remand.

Kejriwal was arrested by the central agency in connection with the liquor policy case on Wednesday.

Earlier, the CBI had sought a five-day remand but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal’s custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents in the case.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट में वकील राकेश किशोर ने चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (सीजेआई) बीआर गवई पर जूता फेंकने की कोशिश की थी। राकेश ने इस मामले पर चौंकाने वाला बयान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे इस बात कोई पछतावा नहीं है। राकेश किशोर ने यह भी बताया कि उन्होंने ऐसा क्यों किया।

वकील ने कहा- वो सिर्फ एक्शन का रिएक्शन था
सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान सोमवार को वकील ने सीजेआई बीआर गवई पर जूता फेंक दिया था। यह हादसा पूरे देश में चर्चा का विषय बन गया है। सीजेआई पर हमला करने वाले वकील की पहचान 72 वर्षीय राकेश किशोर के रूप में हुई है। घटना के बाद राकेश को दिल्ली पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया गया था। हालांकि, सीजेआई गवई ने आरोपी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज करने से साफ मना कर दिया, जिसके बाद आरोपी को रिहा कर दिया गया था। अब वकील राकेश किशोर ने कहा कि उन्हें अपने किए पर कोई अफसोस नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा जो मैने किया वो सिर्फ एक्शन का रिएक्शन था। 

सीजेआई के इस फैसले का गुस्सा
वकील ने बताया कि वह 16 सितंबर को दिए गए मुख्य न्यायाधीश के फैसले से आहत था। दरअसल, 16 सितंबर को बीआर गवई ने मध्य प्रदेश के खजुराहो के जवारी मंदिर में भगवान विष्णु की सिर कटी मूर्ति की पुनर्स्थापना से संबंधित याचिका को खारिज कर दिया था और याचिकाकर्ता से कहा था कि जाओ और मूर्ति से प्रार्थना करो और उसे अपना सिर वापस लगाने के लिए कहो। राकेश किशोर ने कहा कि जब हमारे सनातन धर्म से जुड़ा कोई मामला आता है, तो सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ऐसे आदेश देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि कोर्ट याचिकाकर्ता को राहत न दें, लेकिन उसका मजाक भी न उड़ाएं।

नूपूर शर्मा मामले का किया जिक्र
राकेश किशोर ने कहा कि हम देखते हैं यही चीफ जस्टिस बहुत सारे धर्मों के खिलाफ जो दूसरे समुदाय के लोग हैं, आप सब जानते हैं वो लोग कौन हैं, उनके खिलाफ कोई केस आता है तो बड़े-बड़े स्टेप लेते हैं। जैसे मैं उदाहरण देता हूं कि हल्द्वानी में रेलवे की जमीन पर एक विशेष समुदाय का कब्जा है, जब उसको हटाने की कोशिश की गई तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्टे लगा दिया जो आज तक लगा हुआ है। ऐसे ही नूपूर शर्मा का मामला आया तो कोर्ट ने कह दिया कि आपने मामला खराब कर दिया। ये सब जो रोक लगाते हैं वो बिल्कुल ठीक है।

“मुझे कोई पछतावा नहीं है”
एएनआई से बात करते हुए राकेश किशोर ने कहा कि ऐसा नहीं है कि मैं हिंसा करने वाला हूं, मैं खुद अहिंसा प्रेमी हूं, पढ़ा लिखा हूं और गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट हूं। न तो मुझे चोट लगी थी और न ही मैं नशे में ही था।  यह उनकी हरकत पर मेरी प्रतिक्रिया थी। मैं डरा हुआ नहीं हूं। जो हुआ उसका मुझे कोई पछतावा नहीं है। 

बता दें कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक मामले पर सुनवाई के दौरान अधिवक्ता राकेश किशोर ने सोमवार को सीजेआई बीआर गवई की कोर्ट में हंगामा किया। आरोप है कि 72 वर्षीय वकील ने भारत के प्रधान न्यायाधीश की ओर कथित तौर पर जूता उछालने की कोशिश की। उन्होंने कोर्ट में नारे भी लगाए।

कांग्रेस नेता सैम पित्रोदा ने फिर विवादास्पद बयान दिया है है। शुक्रवार को एक न्यूज एजेंसी को दिए एक इंटरव्यू में पित्रोदा ने कहा, मैं पाकिस्तान गया। मुझे वहां घर जैसा महसूस हुआ। उन्होंने नेपाल से लेकर बांग्लादेश तक की तारीफ की है। साथ ही पित्रोदा ने केंद्र सरकार से पड़ोसी देशों के साथ बातचीत को प्राथमिकता देने का आग्रह किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत की विदेश नीति की शुरुआत पाकिस्तान सहित पड़ोसी देशों के साथ संबंधों को मजबूत करने से होनी चाहिए।

सैम पित्रोदा ने आईएएनएस से बात करते हुए कहा, मेरे मुताबिक, हमारी विदेश नीति पर काम होना चाहिए, हमें सबसे पहले अपने पड़ोस पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना चाहिए। क्या हम सचमुच अपने पड़ोसियों के साथ संबंधों में सुधार ला सकते हैं? मैं पाकिस्तान गया हूं और आपको बता दूं कि मुझे वहां घर जैसा महसूस हुआ। मैं बांग्लादेश गया हूं, मैं नेपाल भी गया हूं, और मुझे वहां भी घर जैसा महसूस हुआ। मुझे ऐसा नहीं लगता कि मैं किसी विदेशी धरती पर हूं।

बीजेपी ने लगाया राष्ट्रीय हितों को कमजोर करने का आरोप
पित्रोदा के इस बयान पर भाजपा ने कांग्रेस नेतृत्व पर भारत के राष्ट्रीय हितों को कमजोर करने का आरोप लगाया। भाजपा प्रवक्ता प्रदीप भंडारी ने कहा, राहुल गांधी के चहेते और कांग्रेस के विदेश प्रमुख सैम पित्रोदा कहते हैं कि उन्हें पाकिस्तान में 'घर जैसा महसूस' हुआ। कोई आश्चर्य नहीं कि यूपीए ने 26/11 के बाद भी पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ कोई सख्त कार्रवाई नहीं की। पाकिस्तान का चहेता, कांग्रेस का चुना हुआ।

पहले भी विवादित बयान दे चुके हैं पित्रोदा
ये पहली बार नहीं है, जब सैम पित्रोदा ने विवाद बढ़ाने वाला बयान दिया है। 2019 से लेकर अब तक 6 विवादित बयान दे चुके हैं। एक बार तो उन पर कांग्रेस ने कार्रवाई भी की थी, लेकिन पित्रोदा विवादित बयान देना नहीं छोड़ते हैं। 2019 के फरवरी में पित्रोदा ने बालाकोट एयरस्ट्राइक पर सवाल उठाया था। इसी साल अप्रैल महीने में पित्रोदा ने सिख दंगे को लेकर विवादित टिप्पणी की थी। पित्रोदा ने कहा था कि दंगा हुआ तो हुआ। मई 2024 में पित्रोदा ने नस्लभेदी टिप्पणी की थी, जिसके बाद उन्हें पार्टी ने इस्तीफा देने के लिए कहा था। हालांकि, बाद में फिर से उन्हें पद पर बहाल कर दिया गया। पित्रोदा को कांग्रेस में गांधी परिवार का करीबी माना जाता है।

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Sent To Judicial Custody Till July 12 In Excise Policy Case
Earlier, the CBI had sought five days of remand, but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal's custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents

The Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday sent Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody for 14 days till July 12 in connection to the liquor policy case. The development came after Kejriwal’s three-day CBI custody ended today.
The court’s decision came after hearing both the parties on Saturday afternoon. Notably, Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI on June 26.
 The arrest order of Delhi Chief Minister was passed by Special Judge Amitabh Rawat on the application by CBI on Wednesday. “In view of the factum of the investigation leading to the arrest of the accused, the role ascribed to him and the necessity to confront the accused with the evidence in the present case of conspiracy, the present police remand application of the accused is allowed. However, it shall be for a period of three days from today. Accused Arvind Kejriwal will be produced on June 29, 2024 before 7 pm," the judge had said in the order.

When the court asked Senior Advocate Vikram Chaudhary, who was appearing for Kejriwal, about the grounds for opposing remand, he said, “The arrest and police custody orders were based the collection of evidence, which they had apparently collected in January."

The court said the matter related to evidence was between the court and the investigation officer.

The court also said that according to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), once the police custody was over, the court was bound to grant judicial remand.

Kejriwal’s lawyer then demanded that the CBI should disclose the evidence against the Delhi CM, based on which it was seeking a remand.

Kejriwal was arrested by the central agency in connection with the liquor policy case on Wednesday.

Earlier, the CBI had sought a five-day remand but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal’s custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents in the case.
