After completing higher secondary education, he chose to pursue a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT). This decision set the foundation for his professional career in healthcare diagnostics. Unlike many students who wait for formal education to end before working, he decided to start early.

Parallel to his studies, he took up his first job as a lab technician trainee. Handling patient samples, observing diagnostic processes, and learning the discipline of healthcare laboratories gave him strong technical knowledge at a young age. This was the beginning of a career that would span over 16 years in the diagnostic industry.

From being a technician, he gradually moved into management roles. His leadership skills and understanding of both technical and business aspects helped him climb the ladder quickly. Eventually, he became a Sales Manager in a large diagnostic center, managing teams, clients, and operations. Over the years, he worked in senior roles in reputed healthcare companies, gaining expertise in business development, customer relations, and diagnostic operations.

Life changed dramatically in 2020 with the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many professionals, he faced uncertainty when he lost his well-settled corporate job. But instead of looking at it as an end, he saw it as a new beginning.

Along with a few colleagues who were also jobless, he decided to take a bold step. They launched Labwala, with the vision of making diagnostics more accessible, reliable, and patient-friendly.

अखिल भारतीय स्वच्छता सेवा दल ट्रस्ट : सेवा, समर्पण और स्वच्छता का संकल्प

भारत की पावन धरा पर स्वच्छता को ईश्वर की सेवा माना गया है। इसी भावना को जीवन का लक्ष्य बनाकर “अखिल भारतीय स्वच्छता सेवा दल ट्रस्ट” की स्थापना की गई। इस संगठन की नींव संस्थापक श्री जीतू माली जी ने रखी, जिन्होंने अपने अथक प्रयासों और नेतृत्व से हजारों लोगों को स्वच्छता की इस मुहिम से जोड़ा।खाटूधाम में अद्वितीय योगदान

श्री श्याम बाबा की नगरी खाटूधाम में हर वर्ष लाखों श्रद्धालु दर्शन हेतु पहुँचते हैं। इतनी विशाल भीड़ में स्वच्छता और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना किसी चुनौती से कम नहीं है।

संगठन ने लगभग 500 समर्पित कार्यकर्ताओं की टीम के साथ निरंतर सफाई अभियान चलाए।

हर महीने की दशमी और एकादशी पर विशेष सफाई सेवा आयोजित की जाती है।

फाल्गुन मेले के दस दिन संगठन के कार्यकर्ता चौबीसों घंटे सेवा में जुटे रहते हैं।

श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा के लिए खाटूधाम के विभिन्न स्थानों पर वॉटर कूलर लगवाए गए, जिससे गर्मी और भीड़भाड़ में लोगों को स्वच्छ और ठंडा जल आसानी से उपलब्ध हो सके।

संगठन ने शौचालयों पर विशेष सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराईं – पानी की उचित व्यवस्था, लगातार सफाई और देखरेख। इससे श्रद्धालुओं को स्वच्छ वातावरण और सुविधा दोनों प्राप्त हुईं।

समाज और सरकार के लिए संदेश

संगठन ने यह सिद्ध किया है कि यदि जनमानस और सेवाभाव साथ हो तो कोई कार्य असंभव नहीं।

समाज में “स्वच्छता ही सेवा” का संदेश फैलाया।

जल संरक्षण और स्वच्छ जल आपूर्ति की मांग को सरकार तक पहुँचाया।

कई बार स्थानीय प्रशासन के साथ मिलकर सफाई और व्यवस्था सुधार में योगदान दिया।

संस्थापक श्री जीतू माली जी की भूमिका

श्री जीतू माली जी ने केवल संगठन की स्थापना ही नहीं की, बल्कि स्वयं अग्रिम पंक्ति में खड़े होकर सेवा का उदाहरण प्रस्तुत किया।

वे पिछले 9 वर्षों से खाटूधाम में स्वच्छता कार्य का नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं।

उनकी प्रेरणा से संगठन से जुड़कर लगभग 500 कार्यकर्ता नियमित सेवा कार्य कर रहे हैं।

उनके नेतृत्व में ही श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा हेतु वॉटर कूलर और शौचालय सुविधाओं का विस्तार संभव हो पाया।

उनका सपना है कि संगठन पूरे देश में स्वच्छता और सुविधा व्यवस्था का आदर्श बने।
