विजय की सरकार बनने पर अब भी पेंच, क्या थलापति आज बन पाएंगे तमिलनाडु के नए सीएम?

तमिलनाडु में विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों के बाद से ही राजनीतिक उठापटक जारी है। अभिनेता से राजनेता बने थलापति विजय आज शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेने वाले हैं लेकिन उससे पहले ही राज्य में सियासी बवाल शुरू हो गया है। तमिलनाडु लोकभवन के सूत्रों का कहना है कि थलपति विजय बहुमत साबित नहीं कर पाए हैं। इसलिए उन्हें कल शपथ लेने के लिए आमंत्रित नहीं किया गया है।

  

विजय के शपथ समारोह पर ‘ग्रहण’
तमिलनाडु टीवीके चीफ थलपति विजय के समारोह में देरी होने की संभावना है। शुक्रवार को वामदलों के साथ वीसीके का समर्थन मिलने की जानकारी पर विजय की टीवीके 118 के आंकड़े तक पहुंच गई थी लेकिन अब विजय द्वारा राज्यपाल राजेंद्र विश्वनाथ आर्लेकर को सौंपे गए सरकार बनाने के दावे में कुल समर्थक विधायकों की संख्या 116 है। ऐसे में टीवीके चीफ विजय के शपथ समारोह पर ‘ग्रहण’ लग गया है।

  

थलापति विजय के साथ हुआ ‘खेला’
सीपीआई, सीपीआईएम और वीसीके समर्थन देने की स्थिति में विजय की टीवीके को बहुमत मिल रहा था। अब वीसीके के पत्र में विधायकों के दस्तखत नहीं होने की दावा किया जा रहा है। ऐसी स्थिति में मामला फिर फंस गया है। वीसीके चीफ थोल. थिरुमावलवन ने इस मुद्दे पर चुप्पी साध रखी है तो वहीं इंडियन यूनियन मुस्लिम लीग-तमिलनाडु के अध्यक्ष कादर मोहिदीन ने कहा है कि पार्टी डीएमके के नेतृत्व वाले सेक्युलर प्रोग्रेसिव अलायंस का हिस्सा बनी रहेगी और टीवीके को अपना समर्थन नहीं देगी। IUML ने एक स्पष्टीकरण जारी करते हुए कहा है कि उसने TVK को अपना समर्थन नहीं दिया है। आईयूएमएल से ए.एम. शाहजहां और एस.एस.पी. सैयद बदी क्रमश: पापनासम और वानियमबाडी निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों से चुने गए हैं।

तमिलनाडु की राजनीति में आज का दिन बेहद निर्णायक साबित होने वाला है। खबर है कि तमिलगा वेट्री कझगम (टीवीके) प्रमुख विजय आज शाम राज्यपाल राजेंद्र विश्वनाथ आर्लेकर से मुलाकात करेंगे। यह मुलाकात सरकार के गठन को लेकर जारी गतिरोध को सुलझाने और बहुमत साबित करने के लिए होगी।

  

सीपीआई, सीपीएम और वीसीके का मिला समर्थन
अभिनेता से नेता बने थलपति विजय की पार्टी टीवीके को सरकार गठन के लिए अहम समर्थन मिल गया है। कांग्रेस के समर्थक के बाद अब CPI, CPM और VCK जैसे दलों ने भी उन्हें समर्थन देने का फैसला किया है। इसमें कांग्रेस की पांच और वीसीके, सीपीएम और सीपीआई की दो-दो सीटें शामिल हैं। इन दलों के समर्थन से विजय ने बहुमत के लिए 118 सीटों के जादुई आंकड़े को छू लिया है। इससे राज्य में नई सरकार बनने का रास्ता लगभग साफ माना जा रहा है।

  

सरकार गठन का दावा करेंगे पेश
234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी आंकड़े के करीब पहुंच चुके टीवीके गठबंधन ने राजनीतिक समीकरण बदल दिए हैं। विपक्षी दलों के समर्थन के बाद विजय पहली बार सत्ता के बेहद करीब पहुंच गए हैं और जल्द सरकार गठन का दावा पेश कर सकते हैं।

  

राज्यपाल आर्लेकर ने दो बार लौटाया
राज्यपाल आरवी आर्लेकर के साथ विजय की ये तीसरी मुलाकात होगी। इससे पहले दोनों की मुलाकात बुधवार और गुरुवार को भी हुई थी। दोनों बार आर्लेकर ने विजय के सरकार बनाने के दावे को खारिज करते हुए तर्क दिया कि टीवीके नेता को सदन में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी समर्थन प्राप्त नहीं है। राज्यपाल ने उन्हें 10 मई तक का समय दिया था। बहुतम मिलने के बाद अब जल्द ही वो राज्यपाल से मुलाकात करेंगे।

तमिलनाडु में सरकार गठन को लेकर सस्पेंस अभी बरकरार है। विधानसभा चुनाव में सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बने एक्टर विजय की  टीवीके यानी तमिलगा वेत्त्री कझगम गठबंधन सरकार बनाने की कोशिशों में जुटे हैं। इसी क्रम में टीवीके प्रमुख विजय आज एक बार फिर राजभवन पहुंचे और राज्यपाल राजेंद्र विश्वनाथ अर्लेकर से मुलाकात की। हालांकि राज्यपाल ने साफ संकेत दे दिए हैं कि केवल सबसे बड़ी पार्टी होने भर से सरकार बनाने का रास्ता आसान नहीं होगा।

  

राज्यपाल ने दो बार बैरंग लौटाया
टीवीके प्रमुख विजय दो बार राज्यपाल से मिल चुके हैं। मगर दोनों बार लोकभवन से खाली हाथ लौटना पड़ा है। इस तरह अब तक तमिलनाडु में सरकार गठन की तस्वीर साफ नहीं हो पाई है। राज्यपाल अब भी थलापति विजय के दावों और नंबरों से संतुष्ट नहीं हैं। राज्यपाल पहले बहुमत के लिए 118 विधायकों के साइन देखना चाहते हैं, तभी वह विजय को सरकार बनाने के लिए आमंत्रित करेंगे।

  

दो दिन दो दूसरी बार खाली हाथ लौटे
पहले बुधवार को विजय लोकभवन गए थे। अब एक्टर विजय ने गुरुवार को भी लोकभवन का दौरा किया और राज्यपाल से मुलाकात की। इस दौरान सरकार बनाने के लिए अपनी दावेदारी दोहराई। मगर दो दिन में दोनों मुलाकातों में बात नहीं बन पाई। सूत्रों का कहना है कि विजय आज एक बार फिर लोकभवन से खाली हाथ लौटे। दूसरी बार गवर्नर से मुलाकात पर भी बात नहीं बनी। राज्यपाल विजय के नंबरों से संतुष्ट नहीं हैं। पहले वह बहुमत वाला नंबर देखना चाहते हैं।

  

सरकार गठन में पेंच फंसने पर बीजेपी पर भड़की कांग्रेस
तमिलनाडु में टीवीके की अगुवाई में नई सरकार के गठन में पेंच फंसने के बाद कांग्रेस ने बीजेपी पर बड़ा हमला बोला है। राहुल गांधी के करीबी नेता और सांसद मणिकम टैगोर ने कहा कि हम सबको पता है कि तमिलनाडु में लोगों ने बदलाव के लिए वोट किया है। लोगों ने एक नए नेता के लिए वोट किया है। टीवीके से 108 विधायक चुने गए हैं और कांग्रेस के समर्थन से यह संख्या बढ़कर 113 हो जाएगी। राज्यपाल भाजपा के पूर्व नेता हैं, हमें पता है कि भाजपा, दिल्ली यह नहीं चाहती कि विजय (TVK प्रमुख विजय) मुख्यमंत्री बनें। इसलिए राज्यपाल इसे टाल रहे हैं, तमिलनाडु में भाजपा का सिर्फ एक विधायक है और उसके साथ भी भाजपा राजनीति करना चाहती है।

  

कांग्रेस ने दिया टीवीके को समर्थन
दरअसल,सरकार बनाने की कोशिश में टीवीके को कांग्रेस ने समर्थन दिया है। कांग्रेस ने डीएमके गठबंधन से अलग होकर विजय को समर्थन देने का फैसला किया। कांग्रेस के पांच विधायक टीवीके के साथ आए, लेकिन इसके बाद भी आंकड़ा केवल 112 तक पहुंच पाया। यानी बहुमत के जादुई आंकड़े 118 से अभी भी छह विधायक कम हैं। यही वजह है कि राज्यपाल ने फिलहाल शपथ ग्रहण को लेकर कोई हरी झंडी नहीं दी है।

कांग्रेस ने तमिलनाडु में एक्टर विजय की अगुवाई वाली टीवीके को समर्थन देने क फैसला किया है। इसके साथ ही अपने पुराने सहयोगी को ‘हाथ’ झटक दिया है। कांग्रेस ने बुधवार को तमिलगा वेत्री कझगम (टीवीके) को समर्थन देने का एलान किया। पार्टी ने कहा कि वह टीवीके को तमिलनाडु में सरकार बनाने के लिए समर्थन देगी। इसके साथ कांग्रेस ने डीएमके के साथ गठबंधन खत्म करने की घोषणा भी की। कांग्रेस लंबे समय द्रविड मुनेत्र कड़गम (डीएमके) की सहयोगी रही है।

  

सरकार गठन के लिए टीवीके को समर्थन देने का फैसला
टीवीके अध्यक्ष विजय ने औपचारिक रूप से कांग्रेस से समर्थन मांगा था, जिसके बाद तमिलनाडु कांग्रेस कमेटी और कांग्रेस विधायक दल ने राज्य में सरकार गठन के लिए टीवीके को समर्थन देने का फैसला किया। कांग्रेस ने अपने बयान में कहा कि तमिलनाडु की जनता, खासकर युवाओं ने एक स्पष्ट जनादेश दिया है, जो एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष, प्रगतिशील और जनकल्याणकारी सरकार के पक्ष में है।

  

कांग्रेस ने समर्थन के लिए रखी ये शर्त
कांग्रेस ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि उसका समर्थन पूरी तरह से बिना शर्त नहीं होगा। पार्टी ने कहा है कि टीवीके को इस गठबंधन में किसी भी ऐसी सांप्रदायिक ताकत को शामिल नहीं करना होगा, जो भारतीय संविधान के मूल्यों में विश्वास नहीं रखती। 

  

आने वाले चुनावों के ले भी समर्थन
कांग्रेस ने कहा है कि उसका समर्थन सिर्फ मौजूदा सरकार के गठन नहीं बल्कि आने वाले स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव, लोकसभा चुनाव और राज्यसभा चुनावों के लिए भी होगा। तमिलनाडु विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले ऐसी चर्चा सामने आई थी कि राहुल गांधी टीवीके साथ गठबंधन के इच्छुक हैं लेकिन पार्टी के अन्य नेताओं के दबाव में डीएमके साथ कांग्रेस ने चुनाव लड़ा था। 

  

डीएमके ने कांग्रेस को कहा गद्दार
डीएमके ने कांग्रेस द्वारा टीवीके को समर्थन देने पर इस गद्दारी बताया है। तमिलनाडु में कांग्रेस के साथ गठबंधन में सरकार बनाने के लिए टीवीके के बारे में डीएमके ने कहा कि शुरू से ही यह चर्चा थी कि कुछ लोग विजय का समर्थन करना चाहते हैं और उनकी पार्टी में शामिल होना चाहते हैं। कांग्रेस हर राज्य में ऐसा कर रही है।आखिरकार वे सभी जगह हार रहे हैं। दिल्ली और पश्चिम बंगाल में उनका पूरी तरह सफाया हो गया है। महाराष्ट्र में उनके पास कोई मौका नहीं है। वे कुछ ऐसा कर रहे हैं जिससे उनकी पार्टी ही बंद हो जाएगी।

पश्चिम बंगाल से लेकर असम, केरल और तमिलनाडु सहित पांच राज्यों के चुनाव के नतीजे आ चुके हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु और केरलम में सरकारें बदल गईं। असम और पुडुचेरी में एनडीए ने वापसी की। बंगाल में टीएमसी को हराकर भाजपा पहली बार सत्ता में आई। पार्टी दस साल में 3 सीटों से 206 सीटों पर पहुंच गई है। तमिलनाडु में एक्टर थलपति विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने सबसे ज्यादा सीटें लाकर चौंका दिया। 59 साल में पहली बार राज्य में ऐसी सरकार बनने जा रही है, जिसमें डीएमके या एआईएडीएमके नहीं होगी।

  

बंगाल में 15 साल बाद ममता का राज खत्म
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों में इस बार बड़ा राजनीतिक बदलाव देखने को मिला है। पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा ने सत्ता का शिखर छू लिया। ममता बनर्जी की टीएमसी को एकतरफा हराकर भाजपा ने सबसे मुश्किल किला यानी बंगाल फतह कर लिया। बंगाल में भाजपा ने 206 सीटें जीती हैं। जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस 100 का आंकड़ा भी नहीं छू सकी, पार्टी 80 सीट पर जीत दर्ज की।

  

तमिलनाडु के नतीजों ने किया हैरान
सबसे अधिस हैरानी तमिलनाडु में हुई। तमिलनाडु की सियासत में पहली बार किस्मत आजमा रहे थलापति विजय ने अपनी पार्टी टीवीके को जबरदस्त जीत दिलाई। चुनावी राजनीति में शानदार आगाज से विजय ने तमिलनाडु की सियासत में लंबे समय से दबदबा रखने वाले द्रमुक और अन्नाद्रमुक को बहुत पीछे छोड़ दिया है। अपने पहले ही चुनाव में उन्होंने राज्य के राजनीतिक समीकरण को हिलाकर रख दिया है। विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने 100 सीटों का आंकड़ा पार करते हुए 108 सीटों पर कब्जा जमाया है। मगर 234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी 118 सीटें हासिल करने से चूक गई। सरकार बनाने के लिए टीवीके को कम से कम 10 सीटों की दरकार होगी।

  

असम में तीसरी बार भाजपा सरकार
असम में भी हिमंता सरकार की वापसी हुई है। भाजपा लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनाएगी। BJP ने यहां अकेले ही 82 सीटें जीतीं, जो बहुमत के आंकड़े से 18 ज्यादा है। असम में 126 सीटों पर चुनाव हुआ। भाजपा ने 89 पर चुनाव लड़ा और 82 सीटें जीतीं। मौजूदा भाजपा सरकार का कोई भी मंत्री चुनाव नहीं हारा। ऐसा देश में पहली बार हुआ। उसकी जीत का स्ट्राइक रेट सबसे ज्यादा 92.1% रहा।

  

10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी
केरलम में 10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी हुई है। केरलम में कांग्रेस ने 114 में से 63 सीटें अपने नाम की है। हालांकि सीएम पिनाराई विजयन अपनी सीट धरमदम से जीत गए, लेकिन राज्य में एलडीएफ की करारी हार हुई। एलडीएफ सरकार के 21 में से 13 मंत्री चुनाव हारे हैं। इनमें स्वास्थ्य मंत्री वीना जॉर्ज, परिवहन मंत्री के बी गणेश कुमार, उद्योग मंत्री पी राजीव, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री आर बिंदु, खेल मंत्री वी अब्दुरहीमान और देवस्वोम मंत्री वी एन वासवन शामिल हैं।

पुडुचेरी में रंगासामी पांचवीं बार सीएम बनेंगे
एन. रंगासामी 5वीं बार पुडुचेरी के सीएम बनेंगे। उनकी पार्टी AINRC ने 12 सीटें जीतीं। वो पहली बार 2001 में सीएम बने थे। उनकी सरकार के 2 मंत्रियों लक्ष्मीनारायणन और चंद्रा प्रियंगा को हार का सामना करना पड़ा है।

तमिलनाडु की सभी 234 विधानसभा सीटों पर नई सरकार चुनने के लिए आज सुबह 7 बजे से मतदान शुरू हो गया है। इस बार चुनाव में जहां द्रमुक के नेतृत्व वाला गठबंधन एआईएडीएमके के नेतृत्व वाले एनडीए से मुकाबला करेगा। वहीं, पहली बार चुनाव में उतरे तमिल सुपरस्टार विजय की पार्टी तमिलगा वेत्री कझगम चुनाव को त्रिकोणीय बनाने की कोशिश में है।

  

एक चरण में सभी सीटों पर मतदान
तमिलनाडु की सभी 234 विधानसभा सीटों पर एक ही चरण में मतदान कराया जा रहा है। चुनाव के नतीजे 4 मई को मतगणना के बाद घोषित किए जाएंगे।इस बार राज्य में कुल 75,032 मतदान केंद्र बनाए गए हैं।

  

हर एक केंद्र पर अधिकतम मतदाताओं की सीमा तय
मतदान के दिन भीड़ कम करने के लिए हर एक केंद्र पर अधिकतम 1200 मतदाताओं की सीमा तय की गई है। चुनाव प्रक्रिया की निगरानी और पारदर्शिता के लिए 100% मतदान केंद्रों के अंदर और बाहर वेबकास्टिंग की जाएगी। इसे लगातार जारी रखने के इंतजाम भी किए गए हैं।

  

पीएम मोदी की खास अपील
पीएम मोदी ने एक्स पर लिखा, "जैसे-जैसे तमिलनाडु के लोग विधानसभा चुनावों में मतदान करने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, मैं सभी मतदाताओं से आग्रह करता हूं कि वे इस पवित्र लोकतांत्रिक कर्तव्य को पूरे उत्साह के साथ निभाएं। विशेष रूप से, मैं तमिलनाडु के युवाओं और महिलाओं से आह्वान करता हूं कि वे बड़ी संख्या में बाहर निकलें और मतदान के रिकॉर्ड स्तर तक पहुंचने का मार्ग प्रशस्त करें।

तमिलनाडु में राज्यपाल और सरकार के बीच टकराव एक बार फिर खुलकर सामने आया है। राज्‍यपाल आरएन रवि ने सदन में राष्‍ट्रगान का अपमान होने का आरोप लगाते हुए अभिभाषण दिए बगैर ही चलते बने। इससे पहले भी तमिलनाडु की स्‍टालिन सरकार और गवर्नर रवि के बीच टकराव के मामले सामने आ चुके हैं।

  

तमिलनाडु विधानसभा के बजट सत्र के पहले दिन मंगलवार 20 जनवरी 2026 को राज्यपाल आरएन रवि ने परंपरागत अभिभाषण देने से इनकार करते हुए सदन से वॉकआउट कर लिया। राज्यपाल ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें बोलने नहीं दिया गया और उनका माइक बार-बार बंद किया गया। विवाद की जड़ राजकीय गान के साथ राष्ट्रीय गान बजाने के मुद्दे को लेकर बताई गई है, जिसे लेकर राज्यपाल ने पहले भी आपत्ति जताई थी।

  

लोक भवन बोला- राष्ट्रीय गान का फिर से ‘अपमान’ हुआ
लोक भवन की ओर से जारी बयान में कहा गया कि राष्ट्रीय गान का फिर से ‘अपमान’ हुआ है और संविधान द्वारा निर्धारित मौलिक कर्तव्य की अनदेखी की गई है। बयान में आरोप लगाया गया कि सदन में प्रस्तुत सरकारी भाषण में कई तथ्यात्मक गलतियां और भ्रामक दावे शामिल हैं तथा आम लोगों से जुड़े कई अहम मुद्दों की पूरी तरह अनदेखी की गई है।

  

राज्य सरकार के निवेश दावों पर उठाया सवाल
राज्यपाल ने राज्य सरकार के निवेश दावों पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि तमिलनाडु में 12 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के निवेश आकर्षित करने के दावे जमीनी हकीकत से दूर हैं। बयान में कहा गया कि कई समझौता ज्ञापन केवल कागजों तक सीमित हैं और वास्तविक निवेश इसका बहुत छोटा हिस्सा है। आंकड़ों का हवाला देते हुए राजभवन ने कहा कि कुछ साल पहले तक विदेशी प्रत्यक्ष निवेश प्राप्त करने वाले राज्यों में तमिलनाडु चौथे स्थान पर था, लेकिन अब वह छठे स्थान पर बने रहने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा है।

  

मुख्यमंत्री ने की आलोचना
राज्यपाल के जाने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री एम के स्टालिन ने उनकी कड़ी आलोचना की। स्टालिन ने कहा कि राज्यपाल ने नियमों और परंपराओं को तोड़ा है। यह उस ऊंचे पद की गरिमा के खिलाफ है जिस पर वह बैठे हैं। उन्होंने इसे सदन और जनता का अपमान बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं सीएन अन्नादुराई की बात याद दिलाना चाहूंगा जिन्होंने पहले कहा था, "बकरे को दाढ़ी की क्या जरूरत है, और राज्य को गवर्नर की क्या जरूरत है।

राज्यपाल का हर साल ऐसा करना ठीक नहीं-स्टालिन
स्टालिन ने कहा कि राज्यपाल का हर साल ऐसा करना ठीक नहीं है। रवि ने 2021 के बाद चौथी बार ऐसा किया है। सीएम ने कहा कि जब राज्यपाल बार-बार परंपरा तोड़ते हैं, तो इस नियम की जरूरत ही क्या है? इसलिए डीएमके संसद में दूसरी पार्टियों की मदद से इस नियम को हटाने की कोशिश करेगी। स्टालिन ने सोशल मीडिया पर भी लिखा कि राज्यपाल के भाषण को गैर-जरूरी बनाने के लिए संविधान में बदलाव होना चाहिए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि एक अंग्रेजी अखबार ने राज्यपाल को अड़ियल कहा था और आज उनके बर्ताव ने इसे सही साबित कर दिया।

विजय की सरकार बनने पर अब भी पेंच, क्या थलापति आज बन पाएंगे तमिलनाडु के नए सीएम?

तमिलनाडु में विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों के बाद से ही राजनीतिक उठापटक जारी है। अभिनेता से राजनेता बने थलापति विजय आज शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेने वाले हैं लेकिन उससे पहले ही राज्य में सियासी बवाल शुरू हो गया है। तमिलनाडु लोकभवन के सूत्रों का कहना है कि थलपति विजय बहुमत साबित नहीं कर पाए हैं। इसलिए उन्हें कल शपथ लेने के लिए आमंत्रित नहीं किया गया है।

  

विजय के शपथ समारोह पर ‘ग्रहण’
तमिलनाडु टीवीके चीफ थलपति विजय के समारोह में देरी होने की संभावना है। शुक्रवार को वामदलों के साथ वीसीके का समर्थन मिलने की जानकारी पर विजय की टीवीके 118 के आंकड़े तक पहुंच गई थी लेकिन अब विजय द्वारा राज्यपाल राजेंद्र विश्वनाथ आर्लेकर को सौंपे गए सरकार बनाने के दावे में कुल समर्थक विधायकों की संख्या 116 है। ऐसे में टीवीके चीफ विजय के शपथ समारोह पर ‘ग्रहण’ लग गया है।

  

थलापति विजय के साथ हुआ ‘खेला’
सीपीआई, सीपीआईएम और वीसीके समर्थन देने की स्थिति में विजय की टीवीके को बहुमत मिल रहा था। अब वीसीके के पत्र में विधायकों के दस्तखत नहीं होने की दावा किया जा रहा है। ऐसी स्थिति में मामला फिर फंस गया है। वीसीके चीफ थोल. थिरुमावलवन ने इस मुद्दे पर चुप्पी साध रखी है तो वहीं इंडियन यूनियन मुस्लिम लीग-तमिलनाडु के अध्यक्ष कादर मोहिदीन ने कहा है कि पार्टी डीएमके के नेतृत्व वाले सेक्युलर प्रोग्रेसिव अलायंस का हिस्सा बनी रहेगी और टीवीके को अपना समर्थन नहीं देगी। IUML ने एक स्पष्टीकरण जारी करते हुए कहा है कि उसने TVK को अपना समर्थन नहीं दिया है। आईयूएमएल से ए.एम. शाहजहां और एस.एस.पी. सैयद बदी क्रमश: पापनासम और वानियमबाडी निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों से चुने गए हैं।

तमिलनाडु की राजनीति में आज का दिन बेहद निर्णायक साबित होने वाला है। खबर है कि तमिलगा वेट्री कझगम (टीवीके) प्रमुख विजय आज शाम राज्यपाल राजेंद्र विश्वनाथ आर्लेकर से मुलाकात करेंगे। यह मुलाकात सरकार के गठन को लेकर जारी गतिरोध को सुलझाने और बहुमत साबित करने के लिए होगी।

  

सीपीआई, सीपीएम और वीसीके का मिला समर्थन
अभिनेता से नेता बने थलपति विजय की पार्टी टीवीके को सरकार गठन के लिए अहम समर्थन मिल गया है। कांग्रेस के समर्थक के बाद अब CPI, CPM और VCK जैसे दलों ने भी उन्हें समर्थन देने का फैसला किया है। इसमें कांग्रेस की पांच और वीसीके, सीपीएम और सीपीआई की दो-दो सीटें शामिल हैं। इन दलों के समर्थन से विजय ने बहुमत के लिए 118 सीटों के जादुई आंकड़े को छू लिया है। इससे राज्य में नई सरकार बनने का रास्ता लगभग साफ माना जा रहा है।

  

सरकार गठन का दावा करेंगे पेश
234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी आंकड़े के करीब पहुंच चुके टीवीके गठबंधन ने राजनीतिक समीकरण बदल दिए हैं। विपक्षी दलों के समर्थन के बाद विजय पहली बार सत्ता के बेहद करीब पहुंच गए हैं और जल्द सरकार गठन का दावा पेश कर सकते हैं।

  

राज्यपाल आर्लेकर ने दो बार लौटाया
राज्यपाल आरवी आर्लेकर के साथ विजय की ये तीसरी मुलाकात होगी। इससे पहले दोनों की मुलाकात बुधवार और गुरुवार को भी हुई थी। दोनों बार आर्लेकर ने विजय के सरकार बनाने के दावे को खारिज करते हुए तर्क दिया कि टीवीके नेता को सदन में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी समर्थन प्राप्त नहीं है। राज्यपाल ने उन्हें 10 मई तक का समय दिया था। बहुतम मिलने के बाद अब जल्द ही वो राज्यपाल से मुलाकात करेंगे।

तमिलनाडु में सरकार गठन को लेकर सस्पेंस अभी बरकरार है। विधानसभा चुनाव में सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बने एक्टर विजय की  टीवीके यानी तमिलगा वेत्त्री कझगम गठबंधन सरकार बनाने की कोशिशों में जुटे हैं। इसी क्रम में टीवीके प्रमुख विजय आज एक बार फिर राजभवन पहुंचे और राज्यपाल राजेंद्र विश्वनाथ अर्लेकर से मुलाकात की। हालांकि राज्यपाल ने साफ संकेत दे दिए हैं कि केवल सबसे बड़ी पार्टी होने भर से सरकार बनाने का रास्ता आसान नहीं होगा।

  

राज्यपाल ने दो बार बैरंग लौटाया
टीवीके प्रमुख विजय दो बार राज्यपाल से मिल चुके हैं। मगर दोनों बार लोकभवन से खाली हाथ लौटना पड़ा है। इस तरह अब तक तमिलनाडु में सरकार गठन की तस्वीर साफ नहीं हो पाई है। राज्यपाल अब भी थलापति विजय के दावों और नंबरों से संतुष्ट नहीं हैं। राज्यपाल पहले बहुमत के लिए 118 विधायकों के साइन देखना चाहते हैं, तभी वह विजय को सरकार बनाने के लिए आमंत्रित करेंगे।

  

दो दिन दो दूसरी बार खाली हाथ लौटे
पहले बुधवार को विजय लोकभवन गए थे। अब एक्टर विजय ने गुरुवार को भी लोकभवन का दौरा किया और राज्यपाल से मुलाकात की। इस दौरान सरकार बनाने के लिए अपनी दावेदारी दोहराई। मगर दो दिन में दोनों मुलाकातों में बात नहीं बन पाई। सूत्रों का कहना है कि विजय आज एक बार फिर लोकभवन से खाली हाथ लौटे। दूसरी बार गवर्नर से मुलाकात पर भी बात नहीं बनी। राज्यपाल विजय के नंबरों से संतुष्ट नहीं हैं। पहले वह बहुमत वाला नंबर देखना चाहते हैं।

  

सरकार गठन में पेंच फंसने पर बीजेपी पर भड़की कांग्रेस
तमिलनाडु में टीवीके की अगुवाई में नई सरकार के गठन में पेंच फंसने के बाद कांग्रेस ने बीजेपी पर बड़ा हमला बोला है। राहुल गांधी के करीबी नेता और सांसद मणिकम टैगोर ने कहा कि हम सबको पता है कि तमिलनाडु में लोगों ने बदलाव के लिए वोट किया है। लोगों ने एक नए नेता के लिए वोट किया है। टीवीके से 108 विधायक चुने गए हैं और कांग्रेस के समर्थन से यह संख्या बढ़कर 113 हो जाएगी। राज्यपाल भाजपा के पूर्व नेता हैं, हमें पता है कि भाजपा, दिल्ली यह नहीं चाहती कि विजय (TVK प्रमुख विजय) मुख्यमंत्री बनें। इसलिए राज्यपाल इसे टाल रहे हैं, तमिलनाडु में भाजपा का सिर्फ एक विधायक है और उसके साथ भी भाजपा राजनीति करना चाहती है।

  

कांग्रेस ने दिया टीवीके को समर्थन
दरअसल,सरकार बनाने की कोशिश में टीवीके को कांग्रेस ने समर्थन दिया है। कांग्रेस ने डीएमके गठबंधन से अलग होकर विजय को समर्थन देने का फैसला किया। कांग्रेस के पांच विधायक टीवीके के साथ आए, लेकिन इसके बाद भी आंकड़ा केवल 112 तक पहुंच पाया। यानी बहुमत के जादुई आंकड़े 118 से अभी भी छह विधायक कम हैं। यही वजह है कि राज्यपाल ने फिलहाल शपथ ग्रहण को लेकर कोई हरी झंडी नहीं दी है।

कांग्रेस ने तमिलनाडु में एक्टर विजय की अगुवाई वाली टीवीके को समर्थन देने क फैसला किया है। इसके साथ ही अपने पुराने सहयोगी को ‘हाथ’ झटक दिया है। कांग्रेस ने बुधवार को तमिलगा वेत्री कझगम (टीवीके) को समर्थन देने का एलान किया। पार्टी ने कहा कि वह टीवीके को तमिलनाडु में सरकार बनाने के लिए समर्थन देगी। इसके साथ कांग्रेस ने डीएमके के साथ गठबंधन खत्म करने की घोषणा भी की। कांग्रेस लंबे समय द्रविड मुनेत्र कड़गम (डीएमके) की सहयोगी रही है।

  

सरकार गठन के लिए टीवीके को समर्थन देने का फैसला
टीवीके अध्यक्ष विजय ने औपचारिक रूप से कांग्रेस से समर्थन मांगा था, जिसके बाद तमिलनाडु कांग्रेस कमेटी और कांग्रेस विधायक दल ने राज्य में सरकार गठन के लिए टीवीके को समर्थन देने का फैसला किया। कांग्रेस ने अपने बयान में कहा कि तमिलनाडु की जनता, खासकर युवाओं ने एक स्पष्ट जनादेश दिया है, जो एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष, प्रगतिशील और जनकल्याणकारी सरकार के पक्ष में है।

  

कांग्रेस ने समर्थन के लिए रखी ये शर्त
कांग्रेस ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि उसका समर्थन पूरी तरह से बिना शर्त नहीं होगा। पार्टी ने कहा है कि टीवीके को इस गठबंधन में किसी भी ऐसी सांप्रदायिक ताकत को शामिल नहीं करना होगा, जो भारतीय संविधान के मूल्यों में विश्वास नहीं रखती। 

  

आने वाले चुनावों के ले भी समर्थन
कांग्रेस ने कहा है कि उसका समर्थन सिर्फ मौजूदा सरकार के गठन नहीं बल्कि आने वाले स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव, लोकसभा चुनाव और राज्यसभा चुनावों के लिए भी होगा। तमिलनाडु विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले ऐसी चर्चा सामने आई थी कि राहुल गांधी टीवीके साथ गठबंधन के इच्छुक हैं लेकिन पार्टी के अन्य नेताओं के दबाव में डीएमके साथ कांग्रेस ने चुनाव लड़ा था। 

  

डीएमके ने कांग्रेस को कहा गद्दार
डीएमके ने कांग्रेस द्वारा टीवीके को समर्थन देने पर इस गद्दारी बताया है। तमिलनाडु में कांग्रेस के साथ गठबंधन में सरकार बनाने के लिए टीवीके के बारे में डीएमके ने कहा कि शुरू से ही यह चर्चा थी कि कुछ लोग विजय का समर्थन करना चाहते हैं और उनकी पार्टी में शामिल होना चाहते हैं। कांग्रेस हर राज्य में ऐसा कर रही है।आखिरकार वे सभी जगह हार रहे हैं। दिल्ली और पश्चिम बंगाल में उनका पूरी तरह सफाया हो गया है। महाराष्ट्र में उनके पास कोई मौका नहीं है। वे कुछ ऐसा कर रहे हैं जिससे उनकी पार्टी ही बंद हो जाएगी।

पश्चिम बंगाल से लेकर असम, केरल और तमिलनाडु सहित पांच राज्यों के चुनाव के नतीजे आ चुके हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु और केरलम में सरकारें बदल गईं। असम और पुडुचेरी में एनडीए ने वापसी की। बंगाल में टीएमसी को हराकर भाजपा पहली बार सत्ता में आई। पार्टी दस साल में 3 सीटों से 206 सीटों पर पहुंच गई है। तमिलनाडु में एक्टर थलपति विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने सबसे ज्यादा सीटें लाकर चौंका दिया। 59 साल में पहली बार राज्य में ऐसी सरकार बनने जा रही है, जिसमें डीएमके या एआईएडीएमके नहीं होगी।

  

बंगाल में 15 साल बाद ममता का राज खत्म
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों में इस बार बड़ा राजनीतिक बदलाव देखने को मिला है। पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा ने सत्ता का शिखर छू लिया। ममता बनर्जी की टीएमसी को एकतरफा हराकर भाजपा ने सबसे मुश्किल किला यानी बंगाल फतह कर लिया। बंगाल में भाजपा ने 206 सीटें जीती हैं। जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस 100 का आंकड़ा भी नहीं छू सकी, पार्टी 80 सीट पर जीत दर्ज की।

  

तमिलनाडु के नतीजों ने किया हैरान
सबसे अधिस हैरानी तमिलनाडु में हुई। तमिलनाडु की सियासत में पहली बार किस्मत आजमा रहे थलापति विजय ने अपनी पार्टी टीवीके को जबरदस्त जीत दिलाई। चुनावी राजनीति में शानदार आगाज से विजय ने तमिलनाडु की सियासत में लंबे समय से दबदबा रखने वाले द्रमुक और अन्नाद्रमुक को बहुत पीछे छोड़ दिया है। अपने पहले ही चुनाव में उन्होंने राज्य के राजनीतिक समीकरण को हिलाकर रख दिया है। विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने 100 सीटों का आंकड़ा पार करते हुए 108 सीटों पर कब्जा जमाया है। मगर 234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी 118 सीटें हासिल करने से चूक गई। सरकार बनाने के लिए टीवीके को कम से कम 10 सीटों की दरकार होगी।

  

असम में तीसरी बार भाजपा सरकार
असम में भी हिमंता सरकार की वापसी हुई है। भाजपा लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनाएगी। BJP ने यहां अकेले ही 82 सीटें जीतीं, जो बहुमत के आंकड़े से 18 ज्यादा है। असम में 126 सीटों पर चुनाव हुआ। भाजपा ने 89 पर चुनाव लड़ा और 82 सीटें जीतीं। मौजूदा भाजपा सरकार का कोई भी मंत्री चुनाव नहीं हारा। ऐसा देश में पहली बार हुआ। उसकी जीत का स्ट्राइक रेट सबसे ज्यादा 92.1% रहा।

  

10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी
केरलम में 10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी हुई है। केरलम में कांग्रेस ने 114 में से 63 सीटें अपने नाम की है। हालांकि सीएम पिनाराई विजयन अपनी सीट धरमदम से जीत गए, लेकिन राज्य में एलडीएफ की करारी हार हुई। एलडीएफ सरकार के 21 में से 13 मंत्री चुनाव हारे हैं। इनमें स्वास्थ्य मंत्री वीना जॉर्ज, परिवहन मंत्री के बी गणेश कुमार, उद्योग मंत्री पी राजीव, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री आर बिंदु, खेल मंत्री वी अब्दुरहीमान और देवस्वोम मंत्री वी एन वासवन शामिल हैं।

पुडुचेरी में रंगासामी पांचवीं बार सीएम बनेंगे
एन. रंगासामी 5वीं बार पुडुचेरी के सीएम बनेंगे। उनकी पार्टी AINRC ने 12 सीटें जीतीं। वो पहली बार 2001 में सीएम बने थे। उनकी सरकार के 2 मंत्रियों लक्ष्मीनारायणन और चंद्रा प्रियंगा को हार का सामना करना पड़ा है।

तमिलनाडु की सभी 234 विधानसभा सीटों पर नई सरकार चुनने के लिए आज सुबह 7 बजे से मतदान शुरू हो गया है। इस बार चुनाव में जहां द्रमुक के नेतृत्व वाला गठबंधन एआईएडीएमके के नेतृत्व वाले एनडीए से मुकाबला करेगा। वहीं, पहली बार चुनाव में उतरे तमिल सुपरस्टार विजय की पार्टी तमिलगा वेत्री कझगम चुनाव को त्रिकोणीय बनाने की कोशिश में है।

  

एक चरण में सभी सीटों पर मतदान
तमिलनाडु की सभी 234 विधानसभा सीटों पर एक ही चरण में मतदान कराया जा रहा है। चुनाव के नतीजे 4 मई को मतगणना के बाद घोषित किए जाएंगे।इस बार राज्य में कुल 75,032 मतदान केंद्र बनाए गए हैं।

  

हर एक केंद्र पर अधिकतम मतदाताओं की सीमा तय
मतदान के दिन भीड़ कम करने के लिए हर एक केंद्र पर अधिकतम 1200 मतदाताओं की सीमा तय की गई है। चुनाव प्रक्रिया की निगरानी और पारदर्शिता के लिए 100% मतदान केंद्रों के अंदर और बाहर वेबकास्टिंग की जाएगी। इसे लगातार जारी रखने के इंतजाम भी किए गए हैं।

  

पीएम मोदी की खास अपील

तमिलनाडु में राज्यपाल और सरकार के बीच टकराव एक बार फिर खुलकर सामने आया है। राज्‍यपाल आरएन रवि ने सदन में राष्‍ट्रगान का अपमान होने का आरोप लगाते हुए अभिभाषण दिए बगैर ही चलते बने। इससे पहले भी तमिलनाडु की स्‍टालिन सरकार और गवर्नर रवि के बीच टकराव के मामले सामने आ चुके हैं।

  

तमिलनाडु विधानसभा के बजट सत्र के पहले दिन मंगलवार 20 जनवरी 2026 को राज्यपाल आरएन रवि ने परंपरागत अभिभाषण देने से इनकार करते हुए सदन से वॉकआउट कर लिया। राज्यपाल ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें बोलने नहीं दिया गया और उनका माइक बार-बार बंद किया गया। विवाद की जड़ राजकीय गान के साथ राष्ट्रीय गान बजाने के मुद्दे को लेकर बताई गई है, जिसे लेकर राज्यपाल ने पहले भी आपत्ति जताई थी।

  

लोक भवन बोला- राष्ट्रीय गान का फिर से ‘अपमान’ हुआ
लोक भवन की ओर से जारी बयान में कहा गया कि राष्ट्रीय गान का फिर से ‘अपमान’ हुआ है और संविधान द्वारा निर्धारित मौलिक कर्तव्य की अनदेखी की गई है। बयान में आरोप लगाया गया कि सदन में प्रस्तुत सरकारी भाषण में कई तथ्यात्मक गलतियां और भ्रामक दावे शामिल हैं तथा आम लोगों से जुड़े कई अहम मुद्दों की पूरी तरह अनदेखी की गई है।

  

राज्य सरकार के निवेश दावों पर उठाया सवाल
राज्यपाल ने राज्य सरकार के निवेश दावों पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि तमिलनाडु में 12 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के निवेश आकर्षित करने के दावे जमीनी हकीकत से दूर हैं। बयान में कहा गया कि कई समझौता ज्ञापन केवल कागजों तक सीमित हैं और वास्तविक निवेश इसका बहुत छोटा हिस्सा है। आंकड़ों का हवाला देते हुए राजभवन ने कहा कि कुछ साल पहले तक विदेशी प्रत्यक्ष निवेश प्राप्त करने वाले राज्यों में तमिलनाडु चौथे स्थान पर था, लेकिन अब वह छठे स्थान पर बने रहने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा है।

  

मुख्यमंत्री ने की आलोचना
राज्यपाल के जाने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री एम के स्टालिन ने उनकी कड़ी आलोचना की। स्टालिन ने कहा कि राज्यपाल ने नियमों और परंपराओं को तोड़ा है। यह उस ऊंचे पद की गरिमा के खिलाफ है जिस पर वह बैठे हैं। उन्होंने इसे सदन और जनता का अपमान बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं सीएन अन्नादुराई की बात याद दिलाना चाहूंगा जिन्होंने पहले कहा था, "बकरे को दाढ़ी की क्या जरूरत है, और राज्य को गवर्नर की क्या जरूरत है।

राज्यपाल का हर साल ऐसा करना ठीक नहीं-स्टालिन
स्टालिन ने कहा कि राज्यपाल का हर साल ऐसा करना ठीक नहीं है। रवि ने 2021 के बाद चौथी बार ऐसा किया है। सीएम ने कहा कि जब राज्यपाल बार-बार परंपरा तोड़ते हैं, तो इस नियम की जरूरत ही क्या है? इसलिए डीएमके संसद में दूसरी पार्टियों की मदद से इस नियम को हटाने की कोशिश करेगी। स्टालिन ने सोशल मीडिया पर भी लिखा कि राज्यपाल के भाषण को गैर-जरूरी बनाने के लिए संविधान में बदलाव होना चाहिए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि एक अंग्रेजी अखबार ने राज्यपाल को अड़ियल कहा था और आज उनके बर्ताव ने इसे सही साबित कर दिया।
