पूरा मामला साल 2019 में द्वारका में बड़े होर्डिंग लगाने का है। 2019 में की गई शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया था कि केजरीवाल, पूर्व आप विधायक गुलाब सिंह और द्वारका की पार्षद रहीं नितिका शर्मा ने दिल्ली में विभिन्न जगहों पर बड़े आकार के होर्डिंग लगाकर जानबूझकर सार्वजनिक धन का दुरुपयोग किया है। शिकायत में इन सबके खिलाफ एफआईआर की मांग की गई थी। कोर्ट ने माना कि केजरीवाल और अन्य नेताओं पर मामला बनता है। कोर्ट ने इस शिकायत को स्वीकार करते हुए पुलिस को 18 मार्च तक आदेश पर अमल को लेकर रिपोर्ट देने को कहा है।
बता दें कि इससे पहले फरवरी में केजरीवाल के खिलाफ हरियाणा के शाहबाद पुलिस थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज हुई थी। यह एक्शन उनके उस बयान से जुड़ा था, जिसमें उन्होंने हरियाणा पर यमुना नदी के पानी में ‘जहर’ मिलाने का आरोप लगाया था। दिल्ली की सत्ता गंवाने के बाद से केजरीवाल की मुसीबतें थमती नजर नहीं आ रही हैं। उनके लिए कानूनी चुनौतियां बढ़ती जा रही हैं।

मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के मामले में तिहाड़ जेल में बंद दिल्ली के पूर्व स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन को राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिल गई है। दिल्ली सरकार के पूर्व मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन 18 महीने बाद जेल से बाहर आएंगे। राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने उन्हें मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस में जमानत दे दी है। कोर्ट से रिलीज ऑर्डर भी जारी हो गया है। सत्येंद्र जैन आज ही बाहर आएंगे। कोर्टने जैन को शर्तों के साथ राहत दी है। उन्हें 50 हजार रुपये का मुचलका भरना होगा। वो किसी भी गवाह से संपर्क नहीं करेंगे। इसके साथ ही वो देश से बाहर नहीं जाएंगे।
राउज एवेन्यू की ट्रायल कोर्ट ने सत्येंद्र जैन को जमानत दी है। ट्रायल कोर्ट ने मनीष सिसोदिया के केस के जजमेंट को फॉलो किया है। सत्येंद्र जैन को 50 हजार के बॉन्ड पर जमानत दे दी गई है। उनके वकील ने कहा कि वो आज जेल से बाहर आ सकते हैं।
दिल्ली के पूर्व सीएम और आप के संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा, सत्येंद्र जैन को भी दो साल से ज़्यादा जेल में रहने के बाद बेल मिल गई. इनका कसूर क्या था? इनके यहाँ कई कई बार रेड हुई। एक पैसा भी नहीं मिला। इनका क़सूर सिर्फ़ इतना था कि इन्होंने मोहल्ला क्लिनिक बनाये और दिल्ली के सभी लोगों का पूरा इलाज मुफ्त कर दिया। मोहल्ला क्लिनिक बंद करने के लिए और ग़रीबों का फ्री इलाज रोकने के लिए मोदी जी ने इन्हें जेल में डाल दिया। लेकिन भगवान हमारे साथ है। आज ये भी रिहा हो गए। Welcome back Satyendra!"
जैन को जमानत मिलने पर मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि सत्यमेव जयते। देश का संविधान ज़िंदाबाद। झूठे और बेबुनियाद आरोप लगाकर सत्येंद्र जैन को इतने लंबे समय जेल में रखा। चार बार उनके घर पर रेड की। कुछ मिला नहीं फिर भी पीएमएलए का झूठा केस बनाकर जेल में डालकर रखा। देश की न्यायपालिका को सच और न्याय का साथ देने के लिए धन्यवाद। आज रात 8-9 बजे के बीच सत्येंद्र जैन जेल से बाहर आएंगे।
आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार में मंत्री रहे सत्येंद्र जैन पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने 2009-10 और 2010-11 में फर्जी कंपनियां बनाईं। इन कंपनियों में अकिंचन डेवलपर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, इंडो मेटल इम्पेक्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, प्रयास इंफो सॉल्यूशंस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और मंगलायतन प्रोजेक्ट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड शामिल हैं।

ఢిల్లీ మద్యం కుంభకోణం కేసులో (Delhi Liquor Scam Case) బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్సీ కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత (MLC Kavitha) పాత్రపై సీబీఐ సప్లిమెంటరీ ఛార్జిషీట్, డిఫాల్ట్ బెయిల్ పిటిషన్లపై ఈరోజు(శుక్రవారం) విచారణ చేపట్టింది.
ఈ కేసులో కవిత పాత్ర, అందుకు సంబంధించిన సాక్ష్యాలతో కూడిన సప్లిమెంటరీ ఛార్జిషీట్ను దాఖలు చేసినట్టు సీబీఐ రౌస్అవెన్యూ కోర్టుకు (Rouse Avenue Court) తెలిపింది. దానిని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోవాలని న్యాయస్థానాన్ని కోరింది. ఈ అంశంపై విచారణ చేపడతామని న్యాయమూర్తి కావేరి భవేజా తెలిపారు.

ఛార్జ్షీట్లో తప్పులున్నాయని కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ ఫైల్ చేశారా అని జడ్జి కావేరి భవేజా అడిగారు. ఛార్జ్షీట్లో తప్పులున్నాయని కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ ఫైల్ చేయాలని జడ్జి కావేరి భవేజా చెప్పారు. కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ అప్ లోడ్ కాలేదని కవిత తరపు న్యాయవాది నితేష్ రానా అన్నారు. తదుపరి విచారణను జూలై 22కి రౌస్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టు వాయిదా వేసింది.

ఢిల్లీ మద్యం విధానం కేసులో కవితను మార్చి 15న హైదరాబాద్లోని ఆమె నివాసంలోనే ఈడీ అరెస్టు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. 16న ఢిల్లీ రౌస్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టులో సీబీఐ ఆమెను హాజరుపరిచింది. కవిత తిహాడ్ జైలులో ఉండగానే ఏప్రిల్ 11న సీబీఐ అరెస్టు చేసినట్టు ప్రకటించింది. ఆ తర్వాత కవిత బెయిల్ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేయగా రౌస్అవెన్యూ కోర్టు తిరస్కరించింది. ట్రయల్ కోర్టు తీర్పును కవిత హైకోర్టులో సవాల్ చేశారు.

दिल्ली शराब नीति से जुड़े सीबीआई के मामले में मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की जमानत अर्ज़ी पर हाई कोर्ट 5 जुलाई को सुनवाई करेगा। वहीं, राउज़ ऐवन्यू कोर्ट ने दिल्ली शराब नीति से जुड़े मनी लांड्रिंग के मामले में केजरीवाल की न्यायिक हिरासत 12 जुलाई तक बढ़ा दी है। केजरीवाल को वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के जरिए राउज़ एवन्यू कोर्ट में पेश किया गया था।
इससे पहले बीती 29 जून को दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में सीबीआई ने पेश किया गया था। दिल्ली शराब नीति मामले में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को 26 जून को सीबीआई ने गिरफ्तार किया था। कोर्ट ने उन्हें तीन दिन की सीबीआई हिरासत में भेज दिया था। केजरीवाल की सीबीआई रिमांड खत्म होने के बाद 29 को फिर पेश किया गया।
दूसरी ओर, आबकारी मामले में कथित घोटाले से जुड़े सीबीआई मामले में अरविंद केजरीवाल ने जमानत के लिए दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया।दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आबकारी मामले में कथित घोटाले से जुड़े भ्रष्टाचार के सीबीआई मामले में जमानत के लिए दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है।
दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि वह सीबीआई द्वारा जांच किए जा रहे दिल्ली आबकारी नीति मामले में जमानत की मांग करने वाली अरविंद केजरीवाल की याचिका पर शुक्रवार को सुनवाई करेगा।

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Sent To Judicial Custody Till July 12 In Excise Policy Case
Earlier, the CBI had sought five days of remand, but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal's custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents
The Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday sent Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody for 14 days till July 12 in connection to the liquor policy case. The development came after Kejriwal’s three-day CBI custody ended today.
The court’s decision came after hearing both the parties on Saturday afternoon. Notably, Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI on June 26.
The arrest order of Delhi Chief Minister was passed by Special Judge Amitabh Rawat on the application by CBI on Wednesday. “In view of the factum of the investigation leading to the arrest of the accused, the role ascribed to him and the necessity to confront the accused with the evidence in the present case of conspiracy, the present police remand application of the accused is allowed. However, it shall be for a period of three days from today. Accused Arvind Kejriwal will be produced on June 29, 2024 before 7 pm," the judge had said in the order.
When the court asked Senior Advocate Vikram Chaudhary, who was appearing for Kejriwal, about the grounds for opposing remand, he said, “The arrest and police custody orders were based the collection of evidence, which they had apparently collected in January."
The court said the matter related to evidence was between the court and the investigation officer.
The court also said that according to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), once the police custody was over, the court was bound to grant judicial remand.
Kejriwal’s lawyer then demanded that the CBI should disclose the evidence against the Delhi CM, based on which it was seeking a remand.
Kejriwal was arrested by the central agency in connection with the liquor policy case on Wednesday.
Earlier, the CBI had sought a five-day remand but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal’s custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents in the case.

हाथ जोड़कर कोर्ट का शुक्रिया अदा किया
पूर्व कांग्रेस सांसद सज्जन कुमार को जब कोर्ट ने बताया कि उन्हें 1984 के सिख विरोधी दंगों के एक मामले में बरी कर दिया गया है, तो सज्जन कुमार ने दोनों हाथ जोड़कर कोर्ट का शुक्रिया अदा किया।
अपने बचाव में क्या बोले सज्जन कुमार?
इस मामले में आरोपी पूर्व कांग्रेस नेता सज्जन कुमार ने अपने बचाव में कहा था कि वह निर्दोष हैं, और कभी इसमें शामिल नहीं थे और न ही सपने में भी शामिल हो सकते हैं। सज्जन कुमार ने कहा कि उनके खिलाफ एक भी सबूत नहीं हैं। जांच एजेंसी ने उन्हें जान बूझकर इस मामले में घसीटा है।
कोर्ट ने सीबीआई से मांगा था जवाब
इससे पहले नवंबर 2025 में सज्जन कुमार की अपील पर सुनवाई करते हुए दिल्ली कोर्ट ने सीबीआई को नोटिस जारी किया था। सीबीआई के जवाब के लिए कोर्ट ने अगली सुनवाई 28 जनवरी 2026 की रखी थी।
उम्रकैद की सजा के खिलाफ दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में अपील
बता दें, फरवरी के महीने में सज्जन कुमार को दोषी करार दिया था और 25 फरवरी 2025 को उन्हें उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई गई थी। इसके खिलाफ उन्होंने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में अपील दायर की। सज्जन कुमार की ओर से पेश वकील ने कोर्ट में दलील देते हुए कहा कि उनका नाम शुरुआत में दर्ज एफआईआर में नहीं था बल्कि साजिश के तहत बाद में जोड़ा गया था।

पूरा मामला साल 2019 में द्वारका में बड़े होर्डिंग लगाने का है। 2019 में की गई शिकायत में आरोप लगाया गया था कि केजरीवाल, पूर्व आप विधायक गुलाब सिंह और द्वारका की पार्षद रहीं नितिका शर्मा ने दिल्ली में विभिन्न जगहों पर बड़े आकार के होर्डिंग लगाकर जानबूझकर सार्वजनिक धन का दुरुपयोग किया है। शिकायत में इन सबके खिलाफ एफआईआर की मांग की गई थी। कोर्ट ने माना कि केजरीवाल और अन्य नेताओं पर मामला बनता है। कोर्ट ने इस शिकायत को स्वीकार करते हुए पुलिस को 18 मार्च तक आदेश पर अमल को लेकर रिपोर्ट देने को कहा है।

मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के मामले में तिहाड़ जेल में बंद दिल्ली के पूर्व स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन को राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिल गई है। दिल्ली सरकार के पूर्व मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन 18 महीने बाद जेल से बाहर आएंगे। राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने उन्हें मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस में जमानत दे दी है। कोर्ट से रिलीज ऑर्डर भी जारी हो गया है। सत्येंद्र जैन आज ही बाहर आएंगे। कोर्टने जैन को शर्तों के साथ राहत दी है। उन्हें 50 हजार रुपये का मुचलका भरना होगा। वो किसी भी गवाह से संपर्क नहीं करेंगे। इसके साथ ही वो देश से बाहर नहीं जाएंगे।
राउज एवेन्यू की ट्रायल कोर्ट ने सत्येंद्र जैन को जमानत दी है। ट्रायल कोर्ट ने मनीष सिसोदिया के केस के जजमेंट को फॉलो किया है। सत्येंद्र जैन को 50 हजार के बॉन्ड पर जमानत दे दी गई है। उनके वकील ने कहा कि वो आज जेल से बाहर आ सकते हैं।
दिल्ली के पूर्व सीएम और आप के संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा, सत्येंद्र जैन को भी दो साल से ज़्यादा जेल में रहने के बाद बेल मिल गई. इनका कसूर क्या था? इनके यहाँ कई कई बार रेड हुई। एक पैसा भी नहीं मिला। इनका क़सूर सिर्फ़ इतना था कि इन्होंने मोहल्ला क्लिनिक बनाये और दिल्ली के सभी लोगों का पूरा इलाज मुफ्त कर दिया। मोहल्ला क्लिनिक बंद करने के लिए और ग़रीबों का फ्री इलाज रोकने के लिए मोदी जी ने इन्हें जेल में डाल दिया। लेकिन भगवान हमारे साथ है। आज ये भी रिहा हो गए। Welcome back Satyendra!"
जैन को जमानत मिलने पर मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि सत्यमेव जयते। देश का संविधान ज़िंदाबाद। झूठे और बेबुनियाद आरोप लगाकर सत्येंद्र जैन को इतने लंबे समय जेल में रखा। चार बार उनके घर पर रेड की। कुछ मिला नहीं फिर भी पीएमएलए का झूठा केस बनाकर जेल में डालकर रखा। देश की न्यायपालिका को सच और न्याय का साथ देने के लिए धन्यवाद। आज रात 8-9 बजे के बीच सत्येंद्र जैन जेल से बाहर आएंगे।

ఢిల్లీ మద్యం కుంభకోణం కేసులో (Delhi Liquor Scam Case) బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్సీ కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత (MLC Kavitha) పాత్రపై సీబీఐ సప్లిమెంటరీ ఛార్జిషీట్, డిఫాల్ట్ బెయిల్ పిటిషన్లపై ఈరోజు(శుక్రవారం) విచారణ చేపట్టింది.
ఈ కేసులో కవిత పాత్ర, అందుకు సంబంధించిన సాక్ష్యాలతో కూడిన సప్లిమెంటరీ ఛార్జిషీట్ను దాఖలు చేసినట్టు సీబీఐ రౌస్అవెన్యూ కోర్టుకు (Rouse Avenue Court) తెలిపింది. దానిని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోవాలని న్యాయస్థానాన్ని కోరింది. ఈ అంశంపై విచారణ చేపడతామని న్యాయమూర్తి కావేరి భవేజా తెలిపారు.

ఛార్జ్షీట్లో తప్పులున్నాయని కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ ఫైల్ చేశారా అని జడ్జి కావేరి భవేజా అడిగారు. ఛార్జ్షీట్లో తప్పులున్నాయని కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ ఫైల్ చేయాలని జడ్జి కావేరి భవేజా చెప్పారు. కోర్ట్ ఆర్డర్ అప్ లోడ్ కాలేదని కవిత తరపు న్యాయవాది నితేష్ రానా అన్నారు. తదుపరి విచారణను జూలై 22కి రౌస్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టు వాయిదా వేసింది.

ఢిల్లీ మద్యం విధానం కేసులో కవితను మార్చి 15న హైదరాబాద్లోని ఆమె నివాసంలోనే ఈడీ అరెస్టు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. 16న ఢిల్లీ రౌస్ అవెన్యూ కోర్టులో సీబీఐ ఆమెను హాజరుపరిచింది. కవిత తిహాడ్ జైలులో ఉండగానే ఏప్రిల్ 11న సీబీఐ అరెస్టు చేసినట్టు ప్రకటించింది. ఆ తర్వాత కవిత బెయిల్ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేయగా రౌస్అవెన్యూ కోర్టు తిరస్కరించింది. ట్రయల్ కోర్టు తీర్పును కవిత హైకోర్టులో సవాల్ చేశారు.

दिल्ली शराब नीति से जुड़े सीबीआई के मामले में मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की जमानत अर्ज़ी पर हाई कोर्ट 5 जुलाई को सुनवाई करेगा। वहीं, राउज़ ऐवन्यू कोर्ट ने दिल्ली शराब नीति से जुड़े मनी लांड्रिंग के मामले में केजरीवाल की न्यायिक हिरासत 12 जुलाई तक बढ़ा दी है। केजरीवाल को वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के जरिए राउज़ एवन्यू कोर्ट में पेश किया गया था।
इससे पहले बीती 29 जून को दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में सीबीआई ने पेश किया गया था। दिल्ली शराब नीति मामले में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को 26 जून को सीबीआई ने गिरफ्तार किया था। कोर्ट ने उन्हें तीन दिन की सीबीआई हिरासत में भेज दिया था। केजरीवाल की सीबीआई रिमांड खत्म होने के बाद 29 को फिर पेश किया गया।
दूसरी ओर, आबकारी मामले में कथित घोटाले से जुड़े सीबीआई मामले में अरविंद केजरीवाल ने जमानत के लिए दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया।दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आबकारी मामले में कथित घोटाले से जुड़े भ्रष्टाचार के सीबीआई मामले में जमानत के लिए दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया है।
दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि वह सीबीआई द्वारा जांच किए जा रहे दिल्ली आबकारी नीति मामले में जमानत की मांग करने वाली अरविंद केजरीवाल की याचिका पर शुक्रवार को सुनवाई करेगा।

Earlier, the CBI had sought five days of remand, but was granted three, after claiming that Kejriwal's custody was necessary to confront him with evidence and documents
The Rouse Avenue Court on Saturday sent Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to judicial custody for 14 days till July 12 in connection to the liquor policy case. The development came after Kejriwal’s three-day CBI custody ended today.
The court’s decision came after hearing both the parties on Saturday afternoon. Notably, Kejriwal was arrested by the CBI on June 26.
The arrest order of Delhi Chief Minister was passed by Special Judge Amitabh Rawat on the application by CBI on Wednesday. “In view of the factum of the investigation leading to the arrest of the accused, the role ascribed to him and the necessity to confront the accused with the evidence in the present case of conspiracy, the present police remand application of the accused is allowed. However, it shall be for a period of three days from today. Accused Arvind Kejriwal will be produced on June 29, 2024 before 7 pm," the judge had said in the order.
When the court asked Senior Advocate Vikram Chaudhary, who was appearing for Kejriwal, about the grounds for opposing remand, he said, “The arrest and police custody orders were based the collection of evidence, which they had apparently collected in January."
The court said the matter related to evidence was between the court and the investigation officer.
The court also said that according to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), once the police custody was over, the court was bound to grant judicial remand.
Kejriwal’s lawyer then demanded that the CBI should disclose the evidence against the Delhi CM, based on which it was seeking a remand.
Kejriwal was arrested by the central agency in connection with the liquor policy case on Wednesday.

এসবি নিউজ ব্যুরো: বিজেপি নেতা নিজেকে নির্দোষ ঘোষণা করলেন ভারতীয় রেসলিং ফেডারেশনের (ডব্লিউএফআই) প্রাক্তন সভাপতি ব্রিজ ভূষণ সিং। মহিলা কুস্তিগীরদের যৌন হেনস্থার মামলায় দিল্লির রাউজ অ্যাভিনিউ আদালতে হাজির হয়েছিলেন তিনি।আদালত ব্রিজভূষণ সিংয়ের বিরুদ্ধে চার্জ গঠন করে। ব্রিজভূষণ শরণ সিংয়ের বিরুদ্ধে যৌন হয়রানি, ভয় দেখানো এবং মহিলাদের মর্যাদা অবমাননার অভিযোগ আনা হয়েছিল।আদালত আসামিদের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা করার নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন। তবে, ব্রিজ ভূষণ সিং মহিলা কুস্তিগীরদের যৌন হেনস্থার মামলায় আদালতের দেওয়া অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করতে অস্বীকার করেন। শুনানির সময়, আদালত ব্রিজভূষণ সিংকে তার বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ সম্পর্কে অবহিত করেন। আদালত বলেন, আপনার বিরুদ্ধে অনেক অভিযোগ রয়েছে। আপনি এটা পড়েছেন? আদালত ব্রিজভূষণের আইনজীবীকে মামলাটি চালাতে বলেছে।আপনি কি কথা বলছেন নাকি দোষ স্বীকার করার কথা বলছেন? মামলার মুখোমুখি হবেন ব্রিজভূষণ শরণের আইনজীবী। সেই সঙ্গে আদালত ব্রিজভূষণ সিংকে প্রশ্ন করেন, আপনি কি আপনার ভুল স্বীকার করছেন? এ বিষয়ে ব্রিজভূষণ সিং আদালতকে বলেন, প্রশ্নই আসে না, ভুল না থাকলে রাজি কেন? ব্রিজ ভূষণের সহযোগী বিনোদ তোমরও মহিলা কুস্তিগীরদের যৌন শোষণের মামলায় বিচারের মুখোমুখি হবেন। ব্রিজভূষণের সহযোগী বিনোদ তোমরওঅভিযোগ মানতে অস্বীকার করেন। বিনোদ তোমর বলেছিলেন যে আমাদের কাছে প্রমাণ রয়েছে, দিল্লি পুলিশ যদি সঠিকভাবে তদন্ত করত তবে সত্য বেরিয়ে আসত, আমরা কখনও কাউকে আমাদের বাড়িতে ডাকিনি, আমাদের কাছে প্রমাণ রয়েছে, যা সত্য তা বেরিয়ে আসবে। আমরা আপনাকে বলি যে রাউজ অ্যাভিনিউ আদালত ব্রিজ ভূষণের বিরুদ্ধে ধারা 354 (একজন মহিলাকে তার শালীনতা ক্ষুণ্ণ করার উদ্দেশ্যে আক্রমণ বা অপরাধমূলক বলপ্রয়োগ), 354-A (যৌন হয়রানি) এবং ধারা 506 (অপরাধী ভয় দেখানো) এর অধীনে একটি মামলা নথিভুক্ত করেছে।অভিযোগ গঠন করা হয়েছে। মামলার পরবর্তী শুনানি ১ জুন দুপুর ২টায় রাউজ অ্যাভিনিউ আদালতে হবে। এখন এই মামলার বিচার শুরু হবে ১লা জুন থেকে।
20 अप्रैल 2014 को अरविंद केजरीवाल ने रोड शो निकाला था। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने आचार संहिता उल्लंघन का केस दर्ज किया था। वहीं, सपा के घेरा डालो-डेरा डालो केस में सुनवाई नहीं हुई।
