Speaking at the pre-match press conference in Kolkata ahead of the final, Mohun Bagan Super Giant Head Coach Jose Molina stressed on the importance of looking forward and not worrying about the past. “I don’t care about what happened in the past. I am trying to do my best for Mohun Bagan Super Giant. We did well to win the League Shield and we are motivated to win the ISL Cup too. I don’t need extra motivation from the fact that we lost the final last year. We are already motivated enough.”

तमिलनाडु की स्टालिन सरकार ने रुपये के चिन्ह '₹' को हटाकर 'ரூ' सिंबल से रिप्लेस कर दिया है। इस सिंबल का मतलब भी तमिल लिपी में 'रु' ही है। यह तमिल शब्द ‘रुबाई’ (रुपया) का पहला अक्षर है। ये बदलाव स्टालिन सरकार ने राज्य के बजट में किया है। बीजेपी ने स्टालिन सरकार के इस कदम का कड़ा विरोध किया है। इस बीच तमिलनाडु सरकार के इस फैसले को लेकर रुपये सिंबल का डिजाइन बनाने वाले डी उदय कुमार का रिएक्शन आया है। उन्होंने कहा, सरकार ने बदलाव की जरूरत महसूस की और अपनी लिपि को शामिल किया। यह उनका निर्णय है, मैं इस पर कुछ नहीं कह सकता।

जानकारी के अनुसार, विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री दो दिन के लिए चीन के दौरे पर जा रहे हैं। वहां अपने चीनी समकक्ष से मुलाकात के साथ ही टॉप लीडरशिप के साथ भी बातचीत होने की संभावना है। विदेश विभाग की ओर से जारी बयान के मुताबिक, विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री 26 और 27 जनवरी 2025 तक चीन में रहेंगे। भारत और चीन ने विदेश सचिव और वाइस मिनिस्‍टर की मुलाकात को लेकर एक प्रॉपर मेकेनिज्‍म तैयार किया है, ताकि दोनों देशों के संबंधों को लेकर लिए गए फैसलों पर अमल की समय-समय पर समीक्षा की जा सके और उसे प्रभावशाली तरीके से लागू किया जा सके।

सैन्य गश्त से संबंधित समझौता
दोनों देशों ने लद्दाख क्षेत्र में अपनी विवादित सीमा पर तनाव कम करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण प्रगति की है। अक्टूबर 2024 में, दोनों देश एलएसी पर सैन्य गश्त से संबंधित एक समझौते पर सहमत हुए। भारत-चीन सीमा मुद्दे में एक बड़े घटनाक्रम में चीनी सैनिक लद्दाख के वाई जंक्शन और राकी नाला के देपसांग क्षेत्र से पीछे हट गए। 12 सितंबर को रूस के सेंट पीटर्सबर्ग में अजित डोभाल और वांग यी की मुलाकात हुई थी। माना जा रहा है कि इसी मुलाकात के दौरान अक्टूबर में एलएसी पर हुए डिसइंगेजमेंट का फ्रेमवर्क तैयार किया गया था।

अजित डोभाल  भारत-चीन विशेष प्रतिनिधियों की वार्ता में भाग लेने के लिए 17 दिसंबर को चीन की यात्रा पर गए थे। चीनी विदेश मंत्री वांग यी और भारत के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजीत डोभाल ने लंबे समय से चले आ रहे सीमा विवाद पर चर्चा के लिए पिछले साल दिसंबर में बीजिंग में मुलाकात की थी। उन्होंने विवादित सीमा पर शांति बनाए रखने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया और निष्पक्ष और पारस्परिक रूप से सहमत समाधान खोजने का वादा किया। 

मोदी-शी के बीच हुई बात

सोने एवं चांदी के आभूषणों पर हॉलमार्क एवं एचयूआईडी (HUID) संख्या की सत्यता जांचने की प्रक्रिया, अनिवार्य हॉलमार्किंग आदेश, हॉलमार्किंग केंद्रों की उपलब्धता, हॉलमार्किंग की प्रक्रिया तथा उपभोक्ताओं के लिए ऑनलाइन जांच सुविधा की जानकारी भी प्रदान की गई।

 Kolkata : Mohun Bagan Super Giant (MBSG) will face Bengaluru FC in the final of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan (VYBK) on April 12, at 7:30 PM IST in a blockbuster winner takes all clash befitting of a much awaited title clash.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference in Kolkata ahead of the final, Mohun Bagan Super Giant Head Coach Jose Molina stressed on the importance of looking forward and not worrying about the past. “I don’t care about what happened in the past. I am trying to do my best for Mohun Bagan Super Giant. We did well to win the League Shield and we are motivated to win the ISL Cup too. I don’t need extra motivation from the fact that we lost the final last year. We are already motivated enough.”

Bengaluru FC Head Coach Gerard Zaragoza, who showed exemplary camaraderie by helping a translate a question for his counterpart Molina, was chuffed about playing the big final in Kolkata. “We are very motivated for the finals and excited for the game. Everything is fine. We are confident and Kolkata is almost like our second home, because we were here for the Durand Cup. We had a good playoffs and we are looking forward to the grand finale.”

तमिलनाडु की स्टालिन सरकार ने रुपये के चिन्ह '₹' को हटाकर 'ரூ' सिंबल से रिप्लेस कर दिया है। इस सिंबल का मतलब भी तमिल लिपी में 'रु' ही है। यह तमिल शब्द ‘रुबाई’ (रुपया) का पहला अक्षर है। ये बदलाव स्टालिन सरकार ने राज्य के बजट में किया है। बीजेपी ने स्टालिन सरकार के इस कदम का कड़ा विरोध किया है। इस बीच तमिलनाडु सरकार के इस फैसले को लेकर रुपये सिंबल का डिजाइन बनाने वाले डी उदय कुमार का रिएक्शन आया है। उन्होंने कहा, सरकार ने बदलाव की जरूरत महसूस की और अपनी लिपि को शामिल किया। यह उनका निर्णय है, मैं इस पर कुछ नहीं कह सकता।

आईआईटी गुवाहाटी के प्रोफेसर डी उदय कुमार ने तमिलनाडु सरकार की ओर से राज्य बजट के लिए रुपये का नया लोगो जारी किए जाने के कुछ ही घंटों बाद भाषा विवाद में पड़ने से इनकार कर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह महज संयोग है कि उनके पिता द्रमुक के विधायक थे। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरे पिता बहुत पहले विधायक थे। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरे पिता मेरे जन्म से पहले ही विधायक थे। अब वे गांव में शांति से रह रहे हैं। इसका इस फैसले से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। डी उदय कुमार के पिता एन धर्मलिंगम 1971 में डीएमके के विधायक थे।

Cdr Pasricha: Oh, I get a range of them! "Will I adjust to the new world order?", "How is corporate life?", "Is there stability at work?", "What do I need to plan before leaving service?"—the list goes on. The transition can feel like stepping into uncharted territory, but trust me, it's nothing a Fauji can't handle!

Interviewer: That’s reassuring! But let's be honest—military life is all about discipline, structure, and a well-defined purpose. The corporate world, on the other hand, is more profit-driven. How does this impact retired personnel?
Cdr Pasricha: Ah, the great shift in purpose! In the military, every mission serves a greater good—national security, saving lives, protecting borders. In the corporate world, success is measured by profits, market shares, and business growth. Many veterans initially struggle to find meaning in their work. The trick is to align yourself with roles that resonate with your core values—leadership development, consulting, or even CSR initiatives. Find your mission within the mission!

Interviewer: Well said! Now, the work culture is another massive change. In the military, hierarchy is everything—orders are followed, no questions asked. But in corporate life, collaboration and debate are encouraged. How do retired officers adapt?
Cdr Pasricha: You nailed it! In the forces, when a command is given, it’s executed—period. In the corporate world, questioning, brainstorming, and debating ideas are the norm. Initially, this can feel chaotic for veterans. My advice? Observe first. Soak in the dynamics. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll see that leadership here is more about influence than authority.
And here’s a pro tip: Instead of giving orders, ask, "What do you think?"—it works wonders!

Interviewer: That’s a gold nugget right there! Another big shift must be decision-making. Military officers are trained to take quick, high-pressure decisions. But the corporate world thrives on stakeholder consensus. Is that a tough adjustment?
Cdr Pasricha: Absolutely! In the military, a delay in decision-making can be life-threatening. In business, it’s all about buy-in from different stakeholders, endless meetings, and navigating office politics. Initially, the pace can be frustrating. But once you learn the game, you’ll see that your ability to make firm, informed decisions is a superpower. Just learn to balance decisiveness with diplomacy.

Interviewer: Speaking of adjustments, work-life balance is another big one. Defence personnel live in a close-knit community. But in corporate life, people clock out and go their own way. How does this impact retired officers?
Cdr Pasricha: Oh, this is a real shocker! In the armed forces, your colleagues are your family. You live together, train together, celebrate together. Then suddenly, you’re in a world where relationships are transactional, and weekend plans are personal. The key is to build new networks—join corporate clubs, alumni groups, or even veteran communities. Find your tribe, and you won’t feel alone!

Interviewer: That makes sense. Now, let’s talk money. The military offers a structured salary, benefits, housing, and medical perks. In corporate life, it’s all about negotiations. How can veterans ensure they get their due?
Cdr Pasricha: Negotiating salaries? That’s foreign territory for most of us! In the forces, our pay scales are fixed. But in corporate life, everything is negotiable. My advice? Do your homework. Know your market value. Speak to other veterans who have transitioned. And don’t undersell yourself—your leadership, discipline, and crisis-management skills are priceless.

Interviewer: What about career progression? In the military, promotions are structured. But in business, growth depends on networking and performance. How do retired personnel adapt to this?
Cdr Pasricha: That’s a mindset shift! In the armed forces, you rise through the ranks over time. In corporate, you must actively chase opportunities—network, take on new challenges, switch functions if needed. It’s more of a jungle gym than a ladder. My tip? Be open to lateral moves; they often lead to bigger roles down the line!

भारत और चीन के बीच रिश्तों में गर्मजोशी देखने को मिल रही है। भारत लगातार अपने पड़ोसी देश चीन के साथ संबंधों को मजबूत करने की कवायद में जुटा है। इसी क्रम में विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री इस महीने के अंत में चीनी उप विदेश मंत्री के साथ बातचीत करने के लिए चीन का दौरा करेंगे। मिस्री की यात्रा वीजा, डॉयरेक्ट फ्लाइट फिर से शुरू करने और वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा (एलएसी) पर सीमा विघटन में एक बड़ी सफलता के बाद आर्थिक संबंधों को मजबूत करने पर केंद्रित होगी। ये यात्रा दोनों पड़ोसियों के बीच तनाव कम करने के हालिया प्रयासों की अगली कड़ी है। मिस्री राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार (एनएसए) अजित डोभाल के दौरे के एक महीने बाद यहां जा रहे हैं।

  


जानकारी के अनुसार, विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री दो दिन के लिए चीन के दौरे पर जा रहे हैं। वहां अपने चीनी समकक्ष से मुलाकात के साथ ही टॉप लीडरशिप के साथ भी बातचीत होने की संभावना है। विदेश विभाग की ओर से जारी बयान के मुताबिक, विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री 26 और 27 जनवरी 2025 तक चीन में रहेंगे। भारत और चीन ने विदेश सचिव और वाइस मिनिस्‍टर की मुलाकात को लेकर एक प्रॉपर मेकेनिज्‍म तैयार किया है, ताकि दोनों देशों के संबंधों को लेकर लिए गए फैसलों पर अमल की समय-समय पर समीक्षा की जा सके और उसे प्रभावशाली तरीके से लागू किया जा सके।

सैन्य गश्त से संबंधित समझौता
दोनों देशों ने लद्दाख क्षेत्र में अपनी विवादित सीमा पर तनाव कम करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण प्रगति की है। अक्टूबर 2024 में, दोनों देश एलएसी पर सैन्य गश्त से संबंधित एक समझौते पर सहमत हुए। भारत-चीन सीमा मुद्दे में एक बड़े घटनाक्रम में चीनी सैनिक लद्दाख के वाई जंक्शन और राकी नाला के देपसांग क्षेत्र से पीछे हट गए। 12 सितंबर को रूस के सेंट पीटर्सबर्ग में अजित डोभाल और वांग यी की मुलाकात हुई थी। माना जा रहा है कि इसी मुलाकात के दौरान अक्टूबर में एलएसी पर हुए डिसइंगेजमेंट का फ्रेमवर्क तैयार किया गया था।

अजित डोभाल  भारत-चीन विशेष प्रतिनिधियों की वार्ता में भाग लेने के लिए 17 दिसंबर को चीन की यात्रा पर गए थे। चीनी विदेश मंत्री वांग यी और भारत के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजीत डोभाल ने लंबे समय से चले आ रहे सीमा विवाद पर चर्चा के लिए पिछले साल दिसंबर में बीजिंग में मुलाकात की थी। उन्होंने विवादित सीमा पर शांति बनाए रखने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया और निष्पक्ष और पारस्परिक रूप से सहमत समाधान खोजने का वादा किया। 

मोदी-शी के बीच हुई बात
2020 में गलवान घाटी में हुई भारतीय और चीनी सैनिकों की झड़प से पहले दिसंबर 2019 में चीन और भारत के बीच बैठक हुई थी। उसके बाद यह सिलसिला विवाद के कारण रुक गया था। ऐसे में 2019 के बाद दोनों देशों के विशेष प्रतिनिधियों के बीच डोभाल और वांग यी के बाद दूसरी उच्च स्तरीय वार्ता है। दोनों देशों के बीच जमी बर्फ पिघलने का सिलसिला अक्टूबर 2024 में कजान में मोदी-शी के बीच बातचीत से शुरू हुआ।
