सरकारी डॉक्टर पर मरीज के बेटे ने किया हमला, 7 बार चाकू मारकर की जान लेने की कोशिश,कलैगनार सेंटेनरी अस्पताल की है घटना

पुलिस ने बताया कि बुधवार को चेन्नई के कलैगनार सेंटेनरी अस्पताल में एक मरीज के बेटे ने सरकारी डॉक्टर पर चाकू से सात बार हमला किया। डॉक्टर बालाजी जगनाथन को इस हमले से उबरने के लिए आईसीयू में भर्ती कराया गया है। उनकी गर्दन, कान, माथे, पीठ और पेट पर चोटें आई हैं।
पुलिस ने आरोपी विग्नेश को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। वह चेन्नई का रहने वाला है और उसकी मां अस्पताल में भर्ती है। उसने कथित तौर पर डॉ. बालाजी पर इसलिए हमला किया क्योंकि वह इस बात से नाराज था कि उसकी मां को अस्पताल में उचित उपचार नहीं मिल रहा था, जहां उसकी पहले कीमोथेरेपी हुई थी।



यह घटना उस समय हुई जब डॉ. बालाजी सरकारी अस्पताल के कैंसर वार्ड में काम कर रहे थे। हमले के बाद विग्नेश ने भागने की कोशिश की लेकिन उसे पकड़ लिया गया और पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया गया। तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन ने इस चौंकाने वाली स्थिति पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की और कहा कि उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को घटना की विस्तृत जांच करने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में कहा, "सरकारी अस्पतालों में मरीजों को उचित उपचार प्रदान करने में हमारे सरकारी डॉक्टरों का निस्वार्थ कार्य अतुलनीय है। उनकी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना हमारा कर्तव्य है। सरकार भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए सभी उपाय करेगी।"



राज्य के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मा सुब्रमण्यम ने भी मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई का वादा किया। भाजपा नेता तमिलिसाई सुंदरराजन ने एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में हमले की निंदा की और कहा कि यह घटना "तमिलनाडु के सरकारी अस्पतालों में डॉक्टरों की असुरक्षित स्थिति" को दर्शाती है। उन्होंने कहा, "डॉक्टर सभी मरीजों का बिना किसी भेदभाव के इलाज करते हैं, उन्हें इस बात का दुख हो सकता है कि मरीज के रिश्तेदार बीमारी से जूझ रहे हैं, लेकिन स्थिति ऐसी है कि यह डॉक्टरों पर हमला करती है। यह दुखद है कि डॉक्टरों में असुरक्षा की भावना है। मैं उनके पूर्ण स्वस्थ होने की प्रार्थना करती हूं। तमिलनाडु सरकार को डॉक्टरों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करनी चाहिए।"

विदेश मंत्रालय द्वारा पूर्वी लद्दाख में चीन के साथ समझौते की घोषणा के कुछ दिनों बाद, कांग्रेस ने बुधवार को दोनों देशों के बीच चार साल से अधिक लंबे गतिरोध को "प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की भोलापन और भोलेपन का पूर्ण दोषारोपण" बताया। विपक्षी दल ने पूर्वी लद्दाख में चीन के साथ भारत के संघर्ष विराम पर भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाले केंद्र से छह सीधे सवाल पूछे, और कहा कि उसे उम्मीद है कि नई दिल्ली की "दशकों में सबसे खराब विदेश नीति को सम्मानजनक ढंग से हल किया जाएगा"।



“मोदी सरकार की इस घोषणा को लेकर कई सवाल बने हुए हैं कि वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा (एलएसी) पर गश्त व्यवस्था पर चीन के साथ एक समझौता हुआ है। कांग्रेस महासचिव जयराम रमेश ने एक लिखित बयान में कहा, विदेश सचिव ने कहा है कि इससे 'सैन्य वापसी हो रही है और अंततः उन मुद्दों का समाधान हो रहा है जो 2020 में इन क्षेत्रों में उत्पन्न हुए थे।' “हमें उम्मीद है कि दशकों में भारत की सबसे खराब विदेश नीति को सम्मानपूर्वक हल किया जा रहा है। हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि सैनिकों की वापसी से यथास्थिति बहाल हो जाएगी जो मार्च 2020 में थी।''



विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने सोमवार को भारत और चीन की सेनाओं के पीछे हटने की प्रक्रिया के बारे में विस्तार से बताया और कहा कि वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा (एलएसी) पर स्थिति मई 2020 से पहले जैसी हो जाएगी।



जयराम रमेश ने पीएम मोदी पर चीन के मंसूबों को लेकर भोला होने का आरोप लगाया। “यह खेदजनक गाथा चीन के संबंध में प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की भोलापन और भोलेपन का पूर्ण आरोप है। गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में, मोदी की चीन ने तीन बार भव्य मेजबानी की थी। प्रधान मंत्री के रूप में, उन्होंने चीन की पांच आधिकारिक यात्राएं कीं और चीनी प्रधान मंत्री शी जिनपिंग के साथ 18 बैठकें कीं, जिसमें उनके 64 वें जन्मदिन पर साबरमती के तट पर एक दोस्ताना झूला सत्र भी शामिल था, ”उन्होंने लिखा, उन्होंने दावा किया कि पूर्वी लद्दाख की गलवान घाटी में चीनी आक्रमण को विफल करते हुए ड्यूटी के दौरान 20 भारतीय सैनिकों के शहीद होने के ठीक चार दिन बाद पीएम मोदी ने चीन को क्लीन चिट दे दी। “भारत की स्थिति 19 जून, 2020 को अपने सबसे निचले स्तर पर पहुंच गई जब पीएम ने चीन को कुख्यात क्लीन चिट देते हुए कहा, “ना कोई हमारी सीमा में घुस आया है, न ही कोई घुसा हुआ है”। यह बयान गलवान में हुई झड़प के चार दिन बाद ही दिया गया था, जिसमें हमारे 20 बहादुर सैनिकों ने सर्वोच्च बलिदान दिया था। यह हमारे शहीद सैनिकों का गहरा अपमान है, इसने चीन की आक्रामकता को भी वैध बना दिया और इस तरह एलएसी पर गतिरोध के समय पर समाधान में बाधा उत्पन्न हुई। पूरे संकट पर मोदी सरकार के दृष्टिकोण को डीडीएलजे के रूप में वर्णित किया जा सकता है: इनकार करें, ध्यान भटकाएं, झूठ बोलें और औचित्य सिद्ध करें,'' उन्होंने दावा किया।



जयराम रमेश ने मांग की कि केंद्र को चीन के साथ अपने नवीनतम समझौते के संबंध में देश के लोगों को विश्वास में लेना चाहिए।जयराम रमेश के चीन से छह सवाल-

1. क्या भारतीय सैनिक डेपसांग में हमारी दावा रेखा से लेकर बॉटलनेक जंक्शन से आगे के पांच गश्त बिंदुओं तक गश्त करने में सक्षम होंगे जैसा कि वे पहले करने में सक्षम थे?

2. क्या हमारे सैनिक डेमचोक में उन तीन गश्त बिंदुओं तक पहुंच पाएंगे जो चार साल से अधिक समय से सीमा से बाहर हैं?

3. क्या हमारे सैनिक पैंगोंग त्सो में फिंगर 3 तक ही सीमित रहेंगे जबकि पहले वे फिंगर 8 तक जा सकते थे?

4. क्या हमारे गश्ती दल को गोगरा-हॉट स्प्रिंग्स क्षेत्र में उन तीन गश्त बिंदुओं तक पहुंचने की अनुमति है, जहां वे पहले जा सकते थे?

5. क्या भारतीय चरवाहों को एक बार फिर चुशुल में हेलमेट टॉप, मुक्पा रे, रेजांग ला, रिनचेन ला, टेबल टॉप और गुरुंग हिल में पारंपरिक चरागाहों तक पहुंचने का अधिकार दिया जाएगा?

6. क्या "बफर जोन" जो हमारी सरकार ने चीनियों को सौंप दिया था, जिसमें रेजांग ला में युद्ध नायक और मरणोपरांत परमवीर चक्र विजेता मेजर शैतान सिंह का स्मारक स्थल भी शामिल था, अब अतीत की बात हो गए हैं?



चीन ने लद्दाख में भारत के साथ समझौते की पुष्टि की

नई दिल्ली ने सोमवार को कहा कि भारत और चीन वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा पर गश्त व्यवस्था पर एक समझौते पर पहुंच गए हैं। "अब पिछले कई हफ्तों में हुई चर्चाओं के परिणामस्वरूप, भारत-चीन सीमा क्षेत्रों में वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा पर गश्त व्यवस्था पर एक समझौता हुआ है और इससे विघटन हो रहा है और अंततः 2020 में इन क्षेत्रों में उत्पन्न हुए मुद्दों का समाधान, “विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री ने कहा।

चीन के विदेश मंत्रालय ने मंगलवार को पुष्टि की कि वह पूर्वी लद्दाख में गतिरोध समाप्त करने के लिए भारत के साथ एक समझौते पर पहुंच गया है। "हाल के दिनों में, चीन और भारत ने राजनयिक और सैन्य चैनलों के माध्यम से चीन-भारत सीमा पर प्रासंगिक मुद्दों पर घनिष्ठ संचार बनाए रखा है। वर्तमान में, दोनों पक्ष प्रासंगिक मुद्दों के समाधान पर पहुंच गए हैं, जिसका चीन ने सकारात्मक मूल्यांकन किया है। अगले कदम में, चीन उपरोक्त समाधान को लागू करने के लिए भारत के साथ काम करेगा, ”चीनी विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता लिन जियान ने कहा।

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने रविवार देर रात अपनी कैबिनेट के विभागों का बंटवारा कर दिया। सीएम ने गृह, वित्त और आबकारी समेत कुल 12 विभाग अपने पास रखे हैं, जबकि सात बार के विधायक व सबसे वरिष्ठ नेता अनिल विज को ऊर्जा, ट्रांसपोर्ट और श्रम विभाग दिया गया है। विपुल गोयल को भी भारी भरकम विभाग दिए गए हैं। उनके पास रेवेन्यू व डिजास्टर, निकाय विभाग, सिविल एविएशन विभाग रहेगा।

-अनिल विज ऊर्जा, परिवहन और श्रम विभाग के मंत्री होंगे।
-कृष्णलाल पंवार पंचायत और खनन मंत्री बनाए गए हैं।

बता दें कि आठ अक्टूबर को जब हरियाणा चुनाव के नतीजे आए तो बीजेपी को राज्य में ऐतिहासिक जीत मिली। बीजेपी ने हरियाणा ने जीत की हैट्रिक लगाई है।पिछले 10 से हरियाणा की सत्ता पर काबिज बीजेपी ने पहली बार राज्य में पूर्ण बहुमत की सरकार बनाई। बीजेपी को 48 सीटें मिलीं। हरियाणा में नई सरकार के गठन को लेकर विधायक दल की बैठक हुई। इस बैठक में नायब सिंह सैनी को एक बार फिर से विधायक दल का नेता चुना गया और राज्य की कमान एक बार फिर से उन्हीं को सौंपने का फैसला किया गया।

The brilliant coding to make this technology live was done by Chirag Patel.

“We are leveraging digitalization to tackle India's most pressing social issues,” says Mayank Shah. “Grannus connects citizens who are committed to societal betterment by organizing them based on their location and social interests. Our app facilitates everything from ensuring women’s safety, locating missing persons, and managing medical emergencies, to responding to national crises and natural disasters. We also support food donation drives and environmental initiatives. Users can register for free, select their areas of interest, and receive real-time alerts when their assistance is needed. Together, we can create a safer, more connected community.”

 A Rising Success in Gujarat

Since its launch, the Grannus PHPN app has gained viral popularity in Gujarat, even trending at number one on the Google Play Store for several days. It is now the highest-rated Indian app focused on social issues. The app has drawn praise from prominent figures, including Gujarat’s Chief Minister, Bhupendra Bhai Patel, and various IAS and IPS officers, who have commended Grannus for its successful projects, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

How It Works

Joining the movement is simple. Volunteers can download the Grannus PHPN app from the Google Play Store, select their social interests—ranging from women's safety and disaster response to environmental work—and receive notifications when their help is needed. Users can choose one or more interests, and the app connects them with nearby volunteering opportunities, whether with local NGOs or during emergencies in their vicinity.

A Vision for National Impact

“Our population, often seen as a challenge, can become our greatest asset,” explains Shah. “The government is working tirelessly to address social issues, but by connecting people and empowering them with volunteering opportunities, we can solve many of our country's problems together.”

भारत ने क्यों जारी किया पाकिस्तान को नोटिस, क्या सिंधु जल संधि से लग हो रहे दोनों देश?

भारत सरकार ने सिंधु जल संधि में बदलाव की मांग की है। भारत सरकार ने इस संबंध में पाकिस्तान को एक नोटिस भी भेजा है। इस नोटिस में कहा गया कि मौजूदा हालातों को देखते हुए सिंधु जल संधि को बरकरार रखना संभव नहीं। भारत ने इस सिंधु जल संधि में बदलाव किए जाने की भी बात कही है। यह समझौता दोनों देशों के बीच नदियों के पानी के बंटवारे के बारे में है। भारत का कहना है कि इस समझौते के बाद से बहुत कुछ बदल गया है, इसलिए इसमें बदलाव की जरूरत है।

हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक पिछले महीने 30 तारीख को भारत ने सिंधु जल समझौता की समीक्षा और संशोधन की मांग करते हुए पाकिस्तान को नोटिस दिया है। संधि के अनुच्छेद XII (3) के तहत, इसकी व्यवस्थाओं को समय-समय पर दोनों सरकारों के बीच बातचीत के जरिए संशोधित किया जा सकता है। भारत का कहना है कि जब यह समझौता हुआ था, तब की स्थिति अब नहीं है। देश की जनसंख्या बढ़ गई है, खेती के तरीके बदल गए हैं और हमें पानी का इस्तेमाल ऊर्जा बनाने के लिए भी करना है। 

भारत ने कहा- संधि पर दोबारा से सोचने की जरूरत
भारत ने इस नोटिस में पाकिस्तान की ओर से लगातार जारी आतंकवादी गतिविधियों का भी जिक्र किया और कहा कि पाकिस्तान भारत की उदारता का अनुचित लाभ उठा रहा है, और ऐसे में इस संधि पर दोबारा से सोचने की जरूरत है।

सिंधु जल संधि क्या है?
सिंधु जल संधि भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच हुआ एक द्विपक्षीय समझौता है। यह संधि भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच 19 सितंबर 1960 में कराची में हुई थी। इस संधि पर तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री जवाहर लाल नेहरू और पाकिस्तान के तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति जनरल अयूब खान ने हस्ताक्षर किए थे। संधि के लिए भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच विश्व बैंक ने मध्यस्थ की भूमिका निभाई थी। इस संधि के अनुसार भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच छह नदियों के पानी का बंटवारा होता है। इन नदियों में व्यास, रावी, सतलज, झेलम, चिनाब और सिंधु नदियां शामिल हैं। इस समझौते के अनुसार पूर्वी क्षेत्रों की नदियों व्यास, रावी और सतलज कर नियंत्रण का अधिकार भारत को मिला। भारत इन नदियों से विद्युत निर्माण, सिंचाई और जल संसाधन से जुड़ी कई योजनाओं को संचालित कर रहा है। वहीं, दूसरी ओर पश्चिमी क्षेत्रों की नदियों सिंधु, चिनाब और झेलम पर नियंत्रण के अधिकार पाकिस्तान को दिया गया। पाकिस्तान में इन्हीं नदियों के पानी से बिजली निर्माण और सिंचाई के काम किए जाते हैं।  इस संधि के कारण भारत, पाकिस्तान को कुल जल का 80.52% यानी 167.2 अरब घन मीटर पानी सालाना देता है। यही कारण है कि यह दुनिया की सबसे उदार संधि कही जाती है। 

पाकिस्तान के लिए क्यों अहम है यह संधि?
इस संधि के टूटने से पाकिस्तान के एक बड़े भूभाग पर रेगिस्तान बनने का खतरा मंडराने लगेगा। इसके अलावा अगर इस संधि को तोड़ा जाता है तो पाकिस्तान पर बहुत बड़ा कूटनीतिक दबाव पड़ सकता है। इसके साथ ही पाकिस्तान में संचालित हो रही अरबों रुपये की विद्युत परियोजनाएं भी बंद होने की कगार पर आ जाएंगी और करोड़ों लोगों को पीने का पानी भी नहीं मिल पाएगा।

विवाद किस बात को लेकर है?
सिंधु जल संधि में विवाद भारत की दो पनबिजली परियोजनाओं को लेकर है। दरअसल, सिंधु की सहायक नदियों पर बनने वाली 330 मेगावाट की किशनगंगा पनबिजली परियोजना का निर्माण 2007 में शुरू हुआ था। इसी बीच 2013 में चिनाब पर बनने वाले रातले पनबिजली संयंत्र की आधारशिला रखी गई थी। पाकिस्तान ने इन दो परियोजनाओं का विरोध किया और कहा कि भारत ने सिंधु जल संधि का उल्लंघन किया है। किशनगंगा परियोजना को लेकर पाकिस्तान ने दावा किया कि इसके कारण पाकिस्तान में बहने वाले पानी रुकता है।

*Have Not Come Here as CM But As Your Didi: Mamata Banerjee Visits Swasthya Bhavan Agitation Site To Appeal To Doctors In A Surprise Visit*


 SB News Bureau: In an unprecedented move showing what pro-people leaders look like, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee set an example on Saturday and made a surprise visit at the Swasthya Bhavan agitation site to talk to protesting junior doctors and assured them of government action. Issuing an appeal to agitating doctors to withdraw their strike as their 'Didi' and "elder sister", she said she supports their demands for justice. 

The development comes 2 days after doctors had refused to hold dialogue with her at Nabanna, where the CM waited for 2 hours due to an impasse over livestreaming the discussion. While the government offered an option to record the meeting as legal limitations did not allow for livestreaming a discussion on a sub-judice matter, the doctors rejected the offer and continued the deadlock. 

"I am not here as the Chief Minister but as your Didi as your elder sister. I urge you to return to work. I support your movement for justice," she told the agitating doctors on Saturday, reiterating her demands for justice for the RG Kar victim and capital punishment for the perpetrators.

"Despite safety concerns, I have come here because I support your movement. You couldn't sleep amid rain and storm last night. Even I couldn't sleep. I feel your pain. Even I couldn't sleep for 34 days because your safety matters to us." she added.

Pledging her support to the cause, Mamata Banerjee assured protesting doctors that she would look into all their demands. "We have already initiated the renovation work of the state-run hospitals and will revamp the health infrastructure...We will form new Rogi Kalyan Samitis...No culprit is my friend and will not be spared if found guilty," she added.

The Chief Minister also said no action would be taken against the protesting doctors. "It is my earnest request to you. Discuss among yourselves and make a decision. Please return to work. You are like my brother and sisters and I have sympathy for you. I will not take any action against you. This is not UP. They had implemented ESMA and stopped all sorts of strikes and rallies. But be rest assured, I will not do anything of this sort. I am against taking any action against the doctors. I know that you do noble work. The seniors [doctors] need you. Think about my proposal,"If I can come to this protest site to stand by you, I can also ensure justice and listen to your demands."

सरकारी डॉक्टर पर मरीज के बेटे ने किया हमला, 7 बार चाकू मारकर की जान लेने की कोशिश,कलैगनार सेंटेनरी अस्पताल की है घटना

पुलिस ने बताया कि बुधवार को चेन्नई के कलैगनार सेंटेनरी अस्पताल में एक मरीज के बेटे ने सरकारी डॉक्टर पर चाकू से सात बार हमला किया। डॉक्टर बालाजी जगनाथन को इस हमले से उबरने के लिए आईसीयू में भर्ती कराया गया है। उनकी गर्दन, कान, माथे, पीठ और पेट पर चोटें आई हैं।
पुलिस ने आरोपी विग्नेश को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। वह चेन्नई का रहने वाला है और उसकी मां अस्पताल में भर्ती है। उसने कथित तौर पर डॉ. बालाजी पर इसलिए हमला किया क्योंकि वह इस बात से नाराज था कि उसकी मां को अस्पताल में उचित उपचार नहीं मिल रहा था, जहां उसकी पहले कीमोथेरेपी हुई थी।



यह घटना उस समय हुई जब डॉ. बालाजी सरकारी अस्पताल के कैंसर वार्ड में काम कर रहे थे। हमले के बाद विग्नेश ने भागने की कोशिश की लेकिन उसे पकड़ लिया गया और पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया गया। तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन ने इस चौंकाने वाली स्थिति पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की और कहा कि उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को घटना की विस्तृत जांच करने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में कहा, "सरकारी अस्पतालों में मरीजों को उचित उपचार प्रदान करने में हमारे सरकारी डॉक्टरों का निस्वार्थ कार्य अतुलनीय है। उनकी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना हमारा कर्तव्य है। सरकार भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए सभी उपाय करेगी।"



राज्य के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मा सुब्रमण्यम ने भी मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई का वादा किया। भाजपा नेता तमिलिसाई सुंदरराजन ने एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में हमले की निंदा की और कहा कि यह घटना "तमिलनाडु के सरकारी अस्पतालों में डॉक्टरों की असुरक्षित स्थिति" को दर्शाती है। उन्होंने कहा, "डॉक्टर सभी मरीजों का बिना किसी भेदभाव के इलाज करते हैं, उन्हें इस बात का दुख हो सकता है कि मरीज के रिश्तेदार बीमारी से जूझ रहे हैं, लेकिन स्थिति ऐसी है कि यह डॉक्टरों पर हमला करती है। यह दुखद है कि डॉक्टरों में असुरक्षा की भावना है। मैं उनके पूर्ण स्वस्थ होने की प्रार्थना करती हूं। तमिलनाडु सरकार को डॉक्टरों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करनी चाहिए।"

विदेश मंत्रालय द्वारा पूर्वी लद्दाख में चीन के साथ समझौते की घोषणा के कुछ दिनों बाद, कांग्रेस ने बुधवार को दोनों देशों के बीच चार साल से अधिक लंबे गतिरोध को "प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की भोलापन और भोलेपन का पूर्ण दोषारोपण" बताया। विपक्षी दल ने पूर्वी लद्दाख में चीन के साथ भारत के संघर्ष विराम पर भाजपा के नेतृत्व वाले केंद्र से छह सीधे सवाल पूछे, और कहा कि उसे उम्मीद है कि नई दिल्ली की "दशकों में सबसे खराब विदेश नीति को सम्मानजनक ढंग से हल किया जाएगा"।



“मोदी सरकार की इस घोषणा को लेकर कई सवाल बने हुए हैं कि वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा (एलएसी) पर गश्त व्यवस्था पर चीन के साथ एक समझौता हुआ है। कांग्रेस महासचिव जयराम रमेश ने एक लिखित बयान में कहा, विदेश सचिव ने कहा है कि इससे 'सैन्य वापसी हो रही है और अंततः उन मुद्दों का समाधान हो रहा है जो 2020 में इन क्षेत्रों में उत्पन्न हुए थे।' “हमें उम्मीद है कि दशकों में भारत की सबसे खराब विदेश नीति को सम्मानपूर्वक हल किया जा रहा है। हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि सैनिकों की वापसी से यथास्थिति बहाल हो जाएगी जो मार्च 2020 में थी।''



विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने सोमवार को भारत और चीन की सेनाओं के पीछे हटने की प्रक्रिया के बारे में विस्तार से बताया और कहा कि वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा (एलएसी) पर स्थिति मई 2020 से पहले जैसी हो जाएगी।



जयराम रमेश ने पीएम मोदी पर चीन के मंसूबों को लेकर भोला होने का आरोप लगाया। “यह खेदजनक गाथा चीन के संबंध में प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की भोलापन और भोलेपन का पूर्ण आरोप है। गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में, मोदी की चीन ने तीन बार भव्य मेजबानी की थी। प्रधान मंत्री के रूप में, उन्होंने चीन की पांच आधिकारिक यात्राएं कीं और चीनी प्रधान मंत्री शी जिनपिंग के साथ 18 बैठकें कीं, जिसमें उनके 64 वें जन्मदिन पर साबरमती के तट पर एक दोस्ताना झूला सत्र भी शामिल था, ”उन्होंने लिखा, उन्होंने दावा किया कि पूर्वी लद्दाख की गलवान घाटी में चीनी आक्रमण को विफल करते हुए ड्यूटी के दौरान 20 भारतीय सैनिकों के शहीद होने के ठीक चार दिन बाद पीएम मोदी ने चीन को क्लीन चिट दे दी। “भारत की स्थिति 19 जून, 2020 को अपने सबसे निचले स्तर पर पहुंच गई जब पीएम ने चीन को कुख्यात क्लीन चिट देते हुए कहा, “ना कोई हमारी सीमा में घुस आया है, न ही कोई घुसा हुआ है”। यह बयान गलवान में हुई झड़प के चार दिन बाद ही दिया गया था, जिसमें हमारे 20 बहादुर सैनिकों ने सर्वोच्च बलिदान दिया था। यह हमारे शहीद सैनिकों का गहरा अपमान है, इसने चीन की आक्रामकता को भी वैध बना दिया और इस तरह एलएसी पर गतिरोध के समय पर समाधान में बाधा उत्पन्न हुई। पूरे संकट पर मोदी सरकार के दृष्टिकोण को डीडीएलजे के रूप में वर्णित किया जा सकता है: इनकार करें, ध्यान भटकाएं, झूठ बोलें और औचित्य सिद्ध करें,'' उन्होंने दावा किया।



जयराम रमेश ने मांग की कि केंद्र को चीन के साथ अपने नवीनतम समझौते के संबंध में देश के लोगों को विश्वास में लेना चाहिए।जयराम रमेश के चीन से छह सवाल-

1. क्या भारतीय सैनिक डेपसांग में हमारी दावा रेखा से लेकर बॉटलनेक जंक्शन से आगे के पांच गश्त बिंदुओं तक गश्त करने में सक्षम होंगे जैसा कि वे पहले करने में सक्षम थे?

2. क्या हमारे सैनिक डेमचोक में उन तीन गश्त बिंदुओं तक पहुंच पाएंगे जो चार साल से अधिक समय से सीमा से बाहर हैं?

3. क्या हमारे सैनिक पैंगोंग त्सो में फिंगर 3 तक ही सीमित रहेंगे जबकि पहले वे फिंगर 8 तक जा सकते थे?

4. क्या हमारे गश्ती दल को गोगरा-हॉट स्प्रिंग्स क्षेत्र में उन तीन गश्त बिंदुओं तक पहुंचने की अनुमति है, जहां वे पहले जा सकते थे?

5. क्या भारतीय चरवाहों को एक बार फिर चुशुल में हेलमेट टॉप, मुक्पा रे, रेजांग ला, रिनचेन ला, टेबल टॉप और गुरुंग हिल में पारंपरिक चरागाहों तक पहुंचने का अधिकार दिया जाएगा?

6. क्या "बफर जोन" जो हमारी सरकार ने चीनियों को सौंप दिया था, जिसमें रेजांग ला में युद्ध नायक और मरणोपरांत परमवीर चक्र विजेता मेजर शैतान सिंह का स्मारक स्थल भी शामिल था, अब अतीत की बात हो गए हैं?



चीन ने लद्दाख में भारत के साथ समझौते की पुष्टि की

नई दिल्ली ने सोमवार को कहा कि भारत और चीन वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा पर गश्त व्यवस्था पर एक समझौते पर पहुंच गए हैं। "अब पिछले कई हफ्तों में हुई चर्चाओं के परिणामस्वरूप, भारत-चीन सीमा क्षेत्रों में वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा पर गश्त व्यवस्था पर एक समझौता हुआ है और इससे विघटन हो रहा है और अंततः 2020 में इन क्षेत्रों में उत्पन्न हुए मुद्दों का समाधान, “विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री ने कहा।

चीन के विदेश मंत्रालय ने मंगलवार को पुष्टि की कि वह पूर्वी लद्दाख में गतिरोध समाप्त करने के लिए भारत के साथ एक समझौते पर पहुंच गया है। "हाल के दिनों में, चीन और भारत ने राजनयिक और सैन्य चैनलों के माध्यम से चीन-भारत सीमा पर प्रासंगिक मुद्दों पर घनिष्ठ संचार बनाए रखा है। वर्तमान में, दोनों पक्ष प्रासंगिक मुद्दों के समाधान पर पहुंच गए हैं, जिसका चीन ने सकारात्मक मूल्यांकन किया है। अगले कदम में, चीन उपरोक्त समाधान को लागू करने के लिए भारत के साथ काम करेगा, ”चीनी विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता लिन जियान ने कहा।

 A Rising Success in Gujarat

Since its launch, the Grannus PHPN app has gained viral popularity in Gujarat, even trending at number one on the Google Play Store for several days. It is now the highest-rated Indian app focused on social issues. The app has drawn praise from prominent figures, including Gujarat’s Chief Minister, Bhupendra Bhai Patel, and various IAS and IPS officers, who have commended Grannus for its successful projects, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

How It Works

Joining the movement is simple. Volunteers can download the Grannus PHPN app from the Google Play Store, select their social interests—ranging from women's safety and disaster response to environmental work—and receive notifications when their help is needed. Users can choose one or more interests, and the app connects them with nearby volunteering opportunities, whether with local NGOs or during emergencies in their vicinity.

भारत ने क्यों जारी किया पाकिस्तान को नोटिस, क्या सिंधु जल संधि से लग हो रहे दोनों देश?

भारत सरकार ने सिंधु जल संधि में बदलाव की मांग की है। भारत सरकार ने इस संबंध में पाकिस्तान को एक नोटिस भी भेजा है। इस नोटिस में कहा गया कि मौजूदा हालातों को देखते हुए सिंधु जल संधि को बरकरार रखना संभव नहीं। भारत ने इस सिंधु जल संधि में बदलाव किए जाने की भी बात कही है। यह समझौता दोनों देशों के बीच नदियों के पानी के बंटवारे के बारे में है। भारत का कहना है कि इस समझौते के बाद से बहुत कुछ बदल गया है, इसलिए इसमें बदलाव की जरूरत है।

हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक पिछले महीने 30 तारीख को भारत ने सिंधु जल समझौता की समीक्षा और संशोधन की मांग करते हुए पाकिस्तान को नोटिस दिया है। संधि के अनुच्छेद XII (3) के तहत, इसकी व्यवस्थाओं को समय-समय पर दोनों सरकारों के बीच बातचीत के जरिए संशोधित किया जा सकता है। भारत का कहना है कि जब यह समझौता हुआ था, तब की स्थिति अब नहीं है। देश की जनसंख्या बढ़ गई है, खेती के तरीके बदल गए हैं और हमें पानी का इस्तेमाल ऊर्जा बनाने के लिए भी करना है। 

भारत ने कहा- संधि पर दोबारा से सोचने की जरूरत
भारत ने इस नोटिस में पाकिस्तान की ओर से लगातार जारी आतंकवादी गतिविधियों का भी जिक्र किया और कहा कि पाकिस्तान भारत की उदारता का अनुचित लाभ उठा रहा है, और ऐसे में इस संधि पर दोबारा से सोचने की जरूरत है।

सिंधु जल संधि क्या है?
सिंधु जल संधि भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच हुआ एक द्विपक्षीय समझौता है। यह संधि भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच 19 सितंबर 1960 में कराची में हुई थी। इस संधि पर तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री जवाहर लाल नेहरू और पाकिस्तान के तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति जनरल अयूब खान ने हस्ताक्षर किए थे। संधि के लिए भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच विश्व बैंक ने मध्यस्थ की भूमिका निभाई थी। इस संधि के अनुसार भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच छह नदियों के पानी का बंटवारा होता है। इन नदियों में व्यास, रावी, सतलज, झेलम, चिनाब और सिंधु नदियां शामिल हैं। इस समझौते के अनुसार पूर्वी क्षेत्रों की नदियों व्यास, रावी और सतलज कर नियंत्रण का अधिकार भारत को मिला। भारत इन नदियों से विद्युत निर्माण, सिंचाई और जल संसाधन से जुड़ी कई योजनाओं को संचालित कर रहा है। वहीं, दूसरी ओर पश्चिमी क्षेत्रों की नदियों सिंधु, चिनाब और झेलम पर नियंत्रण के अधिकार पाकिस्तान को दिया गया। पाकिस्तान में इन्हीं नदियों के पानी से बिजली निर्माण और सिंचाई के काम किए जाते हैं।  इस संधि के कारण भारत, पाकिस्तान को कुल जल का 80.52% यानी 167.2 अरब घन मीटर पानी सालाना देता है। यही कारण है कि यह दुनिया की सबसे उदार संधि कही जाती है। 

पाकिस्तान के लिए क्यों अहम है यह संधि?
इस संधि के टूटने से पाकिस्तान के एक बड़े भूभाग पर रेगिस्तान बनने का खतरा मंडराने लगेगा। इसके अलावा अगर इस संधि को तोड़ा जाता है तो पाकिस्तान पर बहुत बड़ा कूटनीतिक दबाव पड़ सकता है। इसके साथ ही पाकिस्तान में संचालित हो रही अरबों रुपये की विद्युत परियोजनाएं भी बंद होने की कगार पर आ जाएंगी और करोड़ों लोगों को पीने का पानी भी नहीं मिल पाएगा।

विवाद किस बात को लेकर है?
सिंधु जल संधि में विवाद भारत की दो पनबिजली परियोजनाओं को लेकर है। दरअसल, सिंधु की सहायक नदियों पर बनने वाली 330 मेगावाट की किशनगंगा पनबिजली परियोजना का निर्माण 2007 में शुरू हुआ था। इसी बीच 2013 में चिनाब पर बनने वाले रातले पनबिजली संयंत्र की आधारशिला रखी गई थी। पाकिस्तान ने इन दो परियोजनाओं का विरोध किया और कहा कि भारत ने सिंधु जल संधि का उल्लंघन किया है। किशनगंगा परियोजना को लेकर पाकिस्तान ने दावा किया कि इसके कारण पाकिस्तान में बहने वाले पानी रुकता है।

Issuing an appeal to agitating doctors to withdraw their strike as their 'Didi' and "elder sister", she said she supports their demands for justice. 

The development comes 2 days after doctors had refused to hold dialogue with her at Nabanna, where the CM waited for 2 hours due to an impasse over livestreaming the discussion. While the government offered an option to record the meeting as legal limitations did not allow for livestreaming a discussion on a sub-judice matter, the doctors rejected the offer and continued the deadlock. 

"I am not here as the Chief Minister but as your Didi as your elder sister. I urge you to return to work. I support your movement for justice," she told the agitating doctors on Saturday, reiterating her demands for justice for the RG Kar victim and capital punishment for the perpetrators.

"Despite safety concerns, I have come here because I support your movement. You couldn't sleep amid rain and storm last night. Even I couldn't sleep. I feel your pain. Even I couldn't sleep for 34 days because your safety matters to us." she added.

Pledging her support to the cause, Mamata Banerjee assured protesting doctors that she would look into all their demands. "We have already initiated the renovation work of the state-run hospitals and will revamp the health infrastructure...We will form new Rogi Kalyan Samitis...No culprit is my friend and will not be spared if found guilty," she added.

The Chief Minister also said no action would be taken against the protesting doctors. "It is my earnest request to you. Discuss among yourselves and make a decision. Please return to work. You are like my brother and sisters and I have sympathy for you. I will not take any action against you. This is not UP. They had implemented ESMA and stopped all sorts of strikes and rallies. But be rest assured, I will not do anything of this sort. I am against taking any action against the doctors. I know that you do noble work. The seniors [doctors] need you. Think about my proposal,"If I can come to this protest site to stand by you, I can also ensure justice and listen to your demands."
