गिरिडीह के आसमान में मंडराता हेलीकॉप्टर: सस्पेंस खत्म, लिथियम की खोज और सुरक्षा सर्वे का बड़ा खुलासा
गिरिडीह। पिछले दो दिनों से गिरिडीह जिले के आसमान में लगातार उड़ान भर रहे हेलीकॉप्टर ने आम जनता के बीच भारी कौतूहल और उहापोह की स्थिति पैदा कर दी थी। शनिवार से शुरू हुआ यह सिलसिला रविवार की सुबह भी जारी रहा, जिससे शहर से लेकर ग्रामीण इलाकों तक लोग यह जानने को बेताब दिखे कि आखिर माजरा क्या है। अब प्रशासन और भू-वैज्ञानिकों की ओर से इस मामले पर स्थिति स्पष्ट कर दी गई है। यह उड़ान किसी सुरक्षा मिशन का हिस्सा नहीं, बल्कि जिले के विकास और खनिज संपदा की खोज से जुड़ा एक महत्वपूर्ण वैज्ञानिक सर्वे है।

  


GPS-GNSS और LiDAR तकनीक से चप्पे-चप्पे की मैपिंग
जानकारी के अनुसार, गिरिडीह के शहरी और औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों के साथ-साथ विभिन्न प्रखंडों में हेलीकॉप्टर के माध्यम से GPS-GNSS (Global Positioning System - Global Navigation Satellite System) सर्वे किया जा रहा है। इस सर्वे का मुख्य उद्देश्य उन सभी स्थानों का सटीक डेटा जुटाना है, जहाँ पिछले पाँच वर्षों में आपातकालीन स्थितियों, वीआईपी आगमन या बड़े आयोजनों के लिए हेलीपैड का निर्माण किया गया है।

  

हेलीकॉप्टर में लगे अत्याधुनिक LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) सेंसर और हाई-रेजोल्यूशन कैमरों की मदद से सेंटीमीटर स्तर की सटीकता वाला डेटा प्राप्त किया जा रहा है। इस डेटा को बाद में GIS (Geographic Information System) सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से डिजिटल मैप्स में बदला जाएगा। इस तकनीक की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह है कि यह उन दुर्गम क्षेत्रों का भी सटीक निरीक्षण कर लेती है जहाँ इंसानी पहुँच संभव नहीं है।

तिसरी-गावां में 'सफेद सोने' की तलाश
आसमान में उड़ते हेलीकॉप्टर के साथ-साथ जिले के तिसरी और गावां प्रखंडों के जमीन पर भी एक बड़ा अभियान चल रहा है। भारतीय भू-वैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण (GSI) के विशेषज्ञों की टीम तिसरी पहुँची है। यहाँ की प्रसिद्ध अभ्रक पट्टी (Mica Belt) में लिथियम (Lithium) के विशाल भंडार होने की संभावना जताई गई है।

लिथियम, जिसे आज की दुनिया में 'सफेद सोना' कहा जाता है, इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों (EV) की बैटरी बनाने के लिए अनिवार्य खनिज है। जीएसआई की टीम इस क्षेत्र की मिट्टी और पत्थरों के नमूने लेकर जाँच कर रही है। यदि यहाँ लिथियम की पुष्टि होती है, तो गिरिडीह न केवल झारखंड बल्कि पूरे देश के औद्योगिक मानचित्र पर एक नई पहचान बनाएगा।

जनता में उहापोह और प्रशासन का स्पष्टीकरण
हेलीकॉप्टर के बार-बार चक्कर काटने से सोशल मीडिया पर कई तरह की अफवाहें भी तैर रही थीं। कुछ लोग इसे बोड़ो हवाई अड्डे के विस्तारीकरण से जोड़ रहे थे, तो कुछ सुरक्षा बलों का कोई बड़ा ऑपरेशन मान रहे थे। बढ़ते भ्रम को देखते हुए गिरिडीह के डीसी रामनिवास यादव ने स्थिति साफ की।

डीसी रामनिवास यादव ने कहा, "पिछले पांच सालों में जिले में जहाँ कहीं भी हेलीपैड बनाए गए हैं, उनका एरियल सर्वे (Air Survey) किया जा रहा है ताकि भविष्य के लिए सटीक डेटा तैयार रहे। इसके अलावा, तिसरी में लिथियम की उपलब्धता की जाँच के लिए भू-वैज्ञानिकों की एक अलग टीम अपना काम कर रही है। जनता को घबराने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।"

भविष्य की राह
यह दोहरी प्रक्रिया गिरिडीह के लिए दूरगामी परिणाम लेकर आएगी। एक तरफ जहाँ सटीक मैपिंग से आपातकालीन लैंडिंग और आपदा प्रबंधन में मदद मिलेगी, वहीं दूसरी तरफ लिथियम की खोज सफल होने पर जिले में रोजगार और निवेश के नए द्वार खुलेंगे। फिलहाल, गिरिडीह की जनता इस हाई-टेक सर्वे को अपनी नज़रों से देखने के लिए छतों पर जुटी हुई है।

गिरिडीह के आसमान में मंडराता हेलीकॉप्टर: सस्पेंस खत्म, लिथियम की खोज और सुरक्षा सर्वे का बड़ा खुलासा
गिरिडीह। पिछले दो दिनों से गिरिडीह जिले के आसमान में लगातार उड़ान भर रहे हेलीकॉप्टर ने आम जनता के बीच भारी कौतूहल और उहापोह की स्थिति पैदा कर दी थी। शनिवार से शुरू हुआ यह सिलसिला रविवार की सुबह भी जारी रहा, जिससे शहर से लेकर ग्रामीण इलाकों तक लोग यह जानने को बेताब दिखे कि आखिर माजरा क्या है। अब प्रशासन और भू-वैज्ञानिकों की ओर से इस मामले पर स्थिति स्पष्ट कर दी गई है। यह उड़ान किसी सुरक्षा मिशन का हिस्सा नहीं, बल्कि जिले के विकास और खनिज संपदा की खोज से जुड़ा एक महत्वपूर्ण वैज्ञानिक सर्वे है।

  


GPS-GNSS और LiDAR तकनीक से चप्पे-चप्पे की मैपिंग
जानकारी के अनुसार, गिरिडीह के शहरी और औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों के साथ-साथ विभिन्न प्रखंडों में हेलीकॉप्टर के माध्यम से GPS-GNSS (Global Positioning System - Global Navigation Satellite System) सर्वे किया जा रहा है। इस सर्वे का मुख्य उद्देश्य उन सभी स्थानों का सटीक डेटा जुटाना है, जहाँ पिछले पाँच वर्षों में आपातकालीन स्थितियों, वीआईपी आगमन या बड़े आयोजनों के लिए हेलीपैड का निर्माण किया गया है।

  

हेलीकॉप्टर में लगे अत्याधुनिक LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) सेंसर और हाई-रेजोल्यूशन कैमरों की मदद से सेंटीमीटर स्तर की सटीकता वाला डेटा प्राप्त किया जा रहा है। इस डेटा को बाद में GIS (Geographic Information System) सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से डिजिटल मैप्स में बदला जाएगा। इस तकनीक की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह है कि यह उन दुर्गम क्षेत्रों का भी सटीक निरीक्षण कर लेती है जहाँ इंसानी पहुँच संभव नहीं है।

तिसरी-गावां में 'सफेद सोने' की तलाश
आसमान में उड़ते हेलीकॉप्टर के साथ-साथ जिले के तिसरी और गावां प्रखंडों के जमीन पर भी एक बड़ा अभियान चल रहा है। भारतीय भू-वैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण (GSI) के विशेषज्ञों की टीम तिसरी पहुँची है। यहाँ की प्रसिद्ध अभ्रक पट्टी (Mica Belt) में लिथियम (Lithium) के विशाल भंडार होने की संभावना जताई गई है।

लिथियम, जिसे आज की दुनिया में 'सफेद सोना' कहा जाता है, इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों (EV) की बैटरी बनाने के लिए अनिवार्य खनिज है। जीएसआई की टीम इस क्षेत्र की मिट्टी और पत्थरों के नमूने लेकर जाँच कर रही है। यदि यहाँ लिथियम की पुष्टि होती है, तो गिरिडीह न केवल झारखंड बल्कि पूरे देश के औद्योगिक मानचित्र पर एक नई पहचान बनाएगा।

जनता में उहापोह और प्रशासन का स्पष्टीकरण
हेलीकॉप्टर के बार-बार चक्कर काटने से सोशल मीडिया पर कई तरह की अफवाहें भी तैर रही थीं। कुछ लोग इसे बोड़ो हवाई अड्डे के विस्तारीकरण से जोड़ रहे थे, तो कुछ सुरक्षा बलों का कोई बड़ा ऑपरेशन मान रहे थे। बढ़ते भ्रम को देखते हुए गिरिडीह के डीसी रामनिवास यादव ने स्थिति साफ की।

डीसी रामनिवास यादव ने कहा, "पिछले पांच सालों में जिले में जहाँ कहीं भी हेलीपैड बनाए गए हैं, उनका एरियल सर्वे (Air Survey) किया जा रहा है ताकि भविष्य के लिए सटीक डेटा तैयार रहे। इसके अलावा, तिसरी में लिथियम की उपलब्धता की जाँच के लिए भू-वैज्ञानिकों की एक अलग टीम अपना काम कर रही है। जनता को घबराने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।"

भविष्य की राह
यह दोहरी प्रक्रिया गिरिडीह के लिए दूरगामी परिणाम लेकर आएगी। एक तरफ जहाँ सटीक मैपिंग से आपातकालीन लैंडिंग और आपदा प्रबंधन में मदद मिलेगी, वहीं दूसरी तरफ लिथियम की खोज सफल होने पर जिले में रोजगार और निवेश के नए द्वार खुलेंगे। फिलहाल, गिरिडीह की जनता इस हाई-टेक सर्वे को अपनी नज़रों से देखने के लिए छतों पर जुटी हुई है।
