सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के मामले में रिया चक्रवर्ती और उनके परिवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है। कोर्ट ने सीबीआई की उस अपील को खारिज कर दिया है, जिसमें बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट के फैसले को चुनौती दी गई थी। दरअसल, हाई कोर्ट ने रिया चक्रवर्ती, उनके पिता और भाई के खिलाफ जारी किए गए लुक-आउट सर्कुलर को रद्द कर दिया था।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट बेंच ने सीबीआई और महाराष्ट्र राज्य पर बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को सिर्फ इसलिए चुनौती देने का आरोप लगाया क्योंकि वो हाई-प्रोफाइल बैकग्राउंड से हैं।इस मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई पर बड़ी टिप्पणी की है। जस्टिस बीआर गवई ने कहा कि हम चेतावनी दे रहे हैं। आप सिर्फ इसलिए इतनी ये तुच्छ याचिका दायर कर रहे हैं क्योंकि आरोपियों में से एक हाई-प्रोफाइल व्यक्ति है। इस पर यकीनन बहुत बड़ी कीमत चुकानी पड़ेगी। इनकी समाज में गहरी जड़ें है। सीबीआई अगर जुर्माना और  कुछ कड़ी टिप्पणियां लेना चाहती है तो मामले में बहस करें।

सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के मामले में साल 2020 में सीबीआई ने रिया चक्रवर्ती उनके भाई और पिता पर लुक आउट सर्कुलर जारी किया था। इसे बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने यह कहते हुए रद्द कर दिया था कि इसे जारी करने के पीछे कोई खास वजह नहीं है। साथ ही यह भी कहा गया था कि एक्ट्रेस और उनके परिवार ने जांच एजेंसियों के साथ पूरा-पूरा सहयोग किया है।

बता दें, एक्टर सुशांत सिंह राजपूत 14 जून 2020 को बांद्रा के फ्लैट में मृत पाए गए थे। इस मामले में रिया चक्रवर्ती और उनके परिवार पर सुशांत को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने का आरोप लगा, जिसकी जांच मुंबई पुलिस कर रही थी। हालांकि, बाद में यह केस सीबीआई को ट्रांसफर कर दिया। इसके बाद 2020 में ही सीबीआई ने रिया चक्रवर्ती और उनके परिवार के खिलाफ लुक-आउट सर्कुलर जारी किया था।बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने फरवरी में रिया चक्रवर्ती और उनके परिवार के खिलाफ जारी सीबीआई का लुक-आउट सर्कुलर को रद्द कर दिया था। इसके बाद सीबीआई ने सर्कुलर लागू करने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील की थी।

उत्तर प्रदेश में समाजवादी पार्टी और कांग्रेस के बीच गठबंधन तो हो गया है, हालांकि अभी सीटों को लेकर जद्दोजहद चल रही है। सपा के साथ गठबंधन के क्रम में यूपी में कई ऐसी सीटें समाजवादी पार्टी के खाते में चली गई हैं, जहां से कांग्रेस पूर्व में चुनाव लड़ती रही है। इसे लेकर कांग्रेस नेताओं की नाराजगी सामने आई है। जिसके बाद बने हालात से इन नेताओं के विकल्प तलाशने की अटकलें  लगने लगीं हैं। इन्हां में से एक हैं, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री और कांग्रेस नेता सलमान खुर्शीद। फर्रुखाबाद सीट समाजवादी पार्टी को दिए जाने के बाद सलमान खुर्शीद ने तीखी प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की है।

सलमान ने एक्स पर पोस्ट किया, ''फर्रुखाबाद से मेरे रिश्तों के कितने इम्तहान का सामना करना पड़ेगा? सवाल मेरा नहीं पर हमारे सब के मुस्तकाबिल का है, आने वाली नस्लों का है। किस्मत के फैसलों के सामने कभी झुका नहीं। टूट सकता हूं, झुकूंगा नहीं। तुम साथ देने का वादा करो, मैं नगमे सुनाता रहूं।'' उनके यह लिखने के बाद सियासी गलियारों में हलचल तेज हो गई है। फर्रुखाबाद सलमान की परंपरागत सीट है, वह इस बार भी यहां से चुनाव लड़ने की तैयारी कर रहे थे। सलमान की इस सीट को शेयरिंग फॉर्म्युले के तहत सपा को दे दिया गया है। इस सीट से सपा ने नवल किशोर शाक्य को टिकट दिया है।

हालांकि अपने ट्वीट के बाद सलमान खुर्शीद ने कहा कि, उनकी सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट की बिना बात के "अनावश्यक व्याख्या" नहीं की जानी चाहिए। उन्होंने ये भी कहा है कि वह कांग्रेस कमेटी के सदस्य थे, जिसने एसपी के साथ सीट-बंटवारे पर बातचीत की थी और उन्हें कोई शिकायत नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि, ''हमें 17 सीटें मिली हैं। खुश रहो।''

बता दें कि लोकसभा चुनाव-2024 के मद्देनजर उत्तर प्रदेश में समाजवादी पार्टी (सपा) और कांग्रेस के गठबंधन का औपचारिक ऐलान हो चुका है। कांग्रेस यूपी में 17 सीटें और सपा 63 सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ेगी।समाजवादी पार्टी और कांग्रेस के मध्य हुए गठबंधन में सपा ने कांग्रेस को जो सीटें दी हैं। उसमें अमेठी, रायबरेली, वाराणसी, सहारनपुर, अमरोहा, सीतापुर, झांसी, गाजियाबाद, महाराजगंज, फतेहपुर सीकरी, कानपुर, मथुरा, देवरिया, बांसगांव, बुलंदशहर, प्रयागराज और बाराबंकी है।

सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के मामले में रिया चक्रवर्ती और उनके परिवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है। कोर्ट ने सीबीआई की उस अपील को खारिज कर दिया है, जिसमें बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट के फैसले को चुनौती दी गई थी। दरअसल, हाई कोर्ट ने रिया चक्रवर्ती, उनके पिता और भाई के खिलाफ जारी किए गए लुक-आउट सर्कुलर को रद्द कर दिया था।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट बेंच ने सीबीआई और महाराष्ट्र राज्य पर बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को सिर्फ इसलिए चुनौती देने का आरोप लगाया क्योंकि वो हाई-प्रोफाइल बैकग्राउंड से हैं।इस मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई पर बड़ी टिप्पणी की है। जस्टिस बीआर गवई ने कहा कि हम चेतावनी दे रहे हैं। आप सिर्फ इसलिए इतनी ये तुच्छ याचिका दायर कर रहे हैं क्योंकि आरोपियों में से एक हाई-प्रोफाइल व्यक्ति है। इस पर यकीनन बहुत बड़ी कीमत चुकानी पड़ेगी। इनकी समाज में गहरी जड़ें है। सीबीआई अगर जुर्माना और  कुछ कड़ी टिप्पणियां लेना चाहती है तो मामले में बहस करें।

सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के मामले में साल 2020 में सीबीआई ने रिया चक्रवर्ती उनके भाई और पिता पर लुक आउट सर्कुलर जारी किया था। इसे बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने यह कहते हुए रद्द कर दिया था कि इसे जारी करने के पीछे कोई खास वजह नहीं है। साथ ही यह भी कहा गया था कि एक्ट्रेस और उनके परिवार ने जांच एजेंसियों के साथ पूरा-पूरा सहयोग किया है।

बता दें, एक्टर सुशांत सिंह राजपूत 14 जून 2020 को बांद्रा के फ्लैट में मृत पाए गए थे। इस मामले में रिया चक्रवर्ती और उनके परिवार पर सुशांत को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने का आरोप लगा, जिसकी जांच मुंबई पुलिस कर रही थी। हालांकि, बाद में यह केस सीबीआई को ट्रांसफर कर दिया। इसके बाद 2020 में ही सीबीआई ने रिया चक्रवर्ती और उनके परिवार के खिलाफ लुक-आउट सर्कुलर जारी किया था।बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने फरवरी में रिया चक्रवर्ती और उनके परिवार के खिलाफ जारी सीबीआई का लुक-आउट सर्कुलर को रद्द कर दिया था। इसके बाद सीबीआई ने सर्कुलर लागू करने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील की थी।

*सपा की झोली में गई फर्रूखाबाद सीट, नाराज सलमान खुर्शीद ने कहा-टूट जाऊंगा, झुकूंगा नहीं*

उत्तर प्रदेश में समाजवादी पार्टी और कांग्रेस के बीच गठबंधन तो हो गया है, हालांकि अभी सीटों को लेकर जद्दोजहद चल रही है। सपा के साथ गठबंधन के क्रम में यूपी में कई ऐसी सीटें समाजवादी पार्टी के खाते में चली गई हैं, जहां से कांग्रेस पूर्व में चुनाव लड़ती रही है। इसे लेकर कांग्रेस नेताओं की नाराजगी सामने आई है। जिसके बाद बने हालात से इन नेताओं के विकल्प तलाशने की अटकलें  लगने लगीं हैं। इन्हां में से एक हैं, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री और कांग्रेस नेता सलमान खुर्शीद। फर्रुखाबाद सीट समाजवादी पार्टी को दिए जाने के बाद सलमान खुर्शीद ने तीखी प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की है।

सलमान ने एक्स पर पोस्ट किया, ''फर्रुखाबाद से मेरे रिश्तों के कितने इम्तहान का सामना करना पड़ेगा? सवाल मेरा नहीं पर हमारे सब के मुस्तकाबिल का है, आने वाली नस्लों का है। किस्मत के फैसलों के सामने कभी झुका नहीं। टूट सकता हूं, झुकूंगा नहीं। तुम साथ देने का वादा करो, मैं नगमे सुनाता रहूं।'' उनके यह लिखने के बाद सियासी गलियारों में हलचल तेज हो गई है। फर्रुखाबाद सलमान की परंपरागत सीट है, वह इस बार भी यहां से चुनाव लड़ने की तैयारी कर रहे थे। सलमान की इस सीट को शेयरिंग फॉर्म्युले के तहत सपा को दे दिया गया है। इस सीट से सपा ने नवल किशोर शाक्य को टिकट दिया है।

हालांकि अपने ट्वीट के बाद सलमान खुर्शीद ने कहा कि, उनकी सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट की बिना बात के "अनावश्यक व्याख्या" नहीं की जानी चाहिए। उन्होंने ये भी कहा है कि वह कांग्रेस कमेटी के सदस्य थे, जिसने एसपी के साथ सीट-बंटवारे पर बातचीत की थी और उन्हें कोई शिकायत नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि, ''हमें 17 सीटें मिली हैं। खुश रहो।''

बता दें कि लोकसभा चुनाव-2024 के मद्देनजर उत्तर प्रदेश में समाजवादी पार्टी (सपा) और कांग्रेस के गठबंधन का औपचारिक ऐलान हो चुका है। कांग्रेस यूपी में 17 सीटें और सपा 63 सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ेगी।समाजवादी पार्टी और कांग्रेस के मध्य हुए गठबंधन में सपा ने कांग्रेस को जो सीटें दी हैं। उसमें अमेठी, रायबरेली, वाराणसी, सहारनपुर, अमरोहा, सीतापुर, झांसी, गाजियाबाद, महाराजगंज, फतेहपुर सीकरी, कानपुर, मथुरा, देवरिया, बांसगांव, बुलंदशहर, प्रयागराज और बाराबंकी है।
