3 प्रतिशत की जगह 7 प्रतिशत ब्याज वसूली का आरोप, किसान ने सहकारी समिति पर लगाए गंभीर आरोप


 
 
  मेरठ/बहसूमा। क्षेत्र के मोड खुर्द स्थित जिला सहकारी बैंक एवं सहकारी समिति पर किसानों से निर्धारित दर से अधिक ब्याज वसूले जाने के आरोप सामने आए हैं। ग्राम मोहम्मदपुर साकिस्त निवासी किसान नेपाल सिंह पुत्र लक्खी ने आरोप लगाया कि उनसे जबरदस्ती 7 प्रतिशत ब्याज लिया जा रहा है, जबकि सरकार द्वारा किसानों के लिए 3 प्रतिशत ब्याज निर्धारित बताया जा रहा है।
  

  
किसान नेपाल सिंह का कहना है कि वह कई बार मोड खुर्द जिला सहकारी समिति पहुंचे और वहां मौजूद कर्मचारियों एवं अधिकारियों से ब्याज दर कम करने की मांग की, लेकिन उनकी बात सुनने को कोई तैयार नहीं हुआ। किसान के अनुसार जब उन्होंने कहा कि अन्य स्थानों पर किसानों से 3 प्रतिशत ब्याज लिया जा रहा है, तब समिति कर्मियों ने कथित रूप से अभद्र व्यवहार करते हुए कहा कि “जहां 3 प्रतिशत लग रहा है, वहीं से काम करा लो, यहां तो 7 प्रतिशत ही देना पड़ेगा।”
  

  
नेपाल सिंह ने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार किसानों के हित में योजनाएं चला रही है, लेकिन स्थानीय स्तर पर कुछ अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी मनमानी कर किसानों को परेशान कर रहे हैं और सरकार की छवि खराब करने में लगे हैं। उन्होंने मामले की जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
  

  
इस मामले को लेकर क्षेत्र के किसानों में भी नाराजगी देखने को मिल रही है। किसानों का कहना है कि यदि सरकार द्वारा कम ब्याज दर निर्धारित की गई है तो उसी के अनुसार वसूली होनी चाहिए। किसानों ने प्रशासन से मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर राहत दिलाने की मांग की है।

गोंडा।मंडलायुक्त दुर्गा शक्ति नागपाल ने जिले में विद्युत विभाग की समीक्षा किया।इस दौरान उन्होंने लापरवाही पर सख्त नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए बिजली विभाग के कई अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को फटकार लगाई है।मंडलायुक्त ने परिषदीय विद्यालयों के ऊपर से गुजर रही हाईटेंशन लाइनों को तत्काल प्रभाव से अभियान चलाकर हटाने के निर्देश दिए ताकि बच्चों को किसी भी प्रकार की दिक्कत का सामना न करना पड़े।आयुक्त नागपाल ने आरडीएसएस योजना के तहत अविद्युतीकृत बस्तियों के विद्युतीकरण और नए कनेक्शन जारी करने की धीमी   प्रगति पर मेसर्स विक्रान इंजीनियरिंग लिमिटेड पर कड़ी नाराजगी जताई है।उन्होंने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि यदि  कार्यों में तत्काल सुधार नहीं हुआ तो कंपनी को काली सूची में डाल दिया जाएगा।विद्यालय परिसरों के ऊपर से गुजर रही एचटी और एलटी लाइनों की शिफ्टिंग में गोंडा में धीमी प्रगति पर भी आयुक्त ने नाराजगी व्यक्त किया।उन्होंने सभी एजेंसियों को अभियान चलाकर स्कूल परिसरों को जल्द से जल्द बिजली लाइनों से मुक्त कराने के निर्देश दिए।आयुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि किसी भी विद्यालय के ऊपर बिजली के तार नहीं लटकने चाहिए।मंडलायुक्त ने सरकारी नलकूपों और पेयजल योजनाओं के उर्जिकरण कार्यों को प्राथमिकता से पूरा करने,नए विद्युत कनेक्शन जारी करने तथा उपभोक्ता शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान करने के भी निर्देश दिए।एसएमएम इंफ्राटेक को एक महीने के भीतर सभी लंबित विद्युत कार्य पूर्ण करने के लिए कहा गया है,अन्यथा कठोर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।आयुक्त ने अन्य कार्यदाई संस्थाओं को दस दिन में लंबित कार्य समाप्त करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।मंडलायुक्त दुर्गा शक्ति नागपाल ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि यदि अगली बैठक तक स्थिति में सुधार नहीं हुआ तो बिजली विभाग के जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी तय कर कठोर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को बड़ी राहत देते हुए प्रदेश में स्मार्ट प्री-पेड मीटर व्यवस्था समाप्त कर सभी स्मार्ट मीटरों को पोस्टपेड मोड में संचालित करने का निर्णय लिया है। इस फैसले को लेकर प्रदेश के ऊर्जा मंत्री एके शर्मा से शुक्रवार को राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) कपिल देव अग्रवाल ने लखनऊ स्थित सरकारी आवास पर शिष्टाचार भेंट कर आभार व्यक्त किया।
  
कपिल देव अग्रवाल ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश सरकार लगातार उपभोक्ता हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए फैसले ले रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्मार्ट मीटरों को पोस्टपेड प्रणाली से जोड़ने का निर्णय आम उपभोक्ताओं को राहत, पारदर्शिता और बेहतर सुविधा प्रदान करेगा।
  
ऊर्जा मंत्री ए. के. शर्मा ने बताया कि स्मार्ट मीटर और बिजली बिलों से जुड़ी शिकायतों के त्वरित समाधान के लिए 15 मई से 30 जून 2026 तक प्रदेशभर में विशेष शिकायत निस्तारण अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इस दौरान अधिशासी अभियंता और उपखंड अधिकारी कार्यालयों पर विशेष कैंप लगाए जाएंगे, जहां उपभोक्ताओं की बिल संशोधन, मीटर रीडिंग और तकनीकी समस्याओं का मौके पर समाधान किया जाएगा।
  
उन्होंने बताया कि प्रत्येक कार्यालय में हेल्प डेस्क भी स्थापित की जाएगी, ताकि उपभोक्ताओं को बिना किसी परेशानी के सहायता मिल सके। सरकार का उद्देश्य बिजली व्यवस्था को अधिक पारदर्शी, जवाबदेह और उपभोक्ता अनुकूल बनाना है।
  
ऊर्जा मंत्री ने कहा कि योगी सरकार सुशासन और जनसुविधा के संकल्प के साथ कार्य कर रही है तथा भविष्य में भी जनता के हित में इसी प्रकार के निर्णय लिए जाते रहेंगे।

तमिलनाडु में जारी राजनीतिक संकट के बीच सबसे अधिक सीट जीतने वाली नई पार्टी तलिमगा वेत्री कड़गम (टीवीके) ने बड़ी चेतावनी दी है। पार्टी सूत्रों का कहना है कि अगर द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कड़गम (डीएमके) और अखिल भारतीय अन्ना द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कड़गम (एआईएडीएमके) की सरकार बनाने की कवायद होगी तो थलापति विजय की पार्टी के सभी 107 विधायक एक साथ सामूहिक इस्तीफा दे सकते हैं। हालांकि, विजय ने आधिकारिक तौर पर कुछ नहीं कहा है।

डीएमके-एआईएडीएमके के बीच गठबंधन की चर्चा
टीवीके की ओर से सामूहिक इस्तीफे की चेतावनी तब सामने आई, जब राज्य में कट्टर विरोधी द्रविड़ पार्टियां डीएमके-एआईएडीएमके के बीच सरकार बनाने को लेकर गठबंधन की चर्चा फैली है। एआईएडीएमके के कई विधायक पुडुचेरी के एक रिसॉर्ट में हैं। उन्होंने अपने महासचिव एडाप्पाडी पलानीस्वामी को समर्थन पत्र सौंप दिया है। पलानीस्वामी ने शुक्रवार को राज्यपाल से मिलने की अनुमति मांगी है।

थलापति की नाराजगी की वजह
सूत्रों के अनुसार, टीवीके नेतृत्व इस बात से विशेष रूप से नाराज है कि डीएमके-एआईएडीएमके के बीच एक 'अघोषित गठबंधन' हो गया है, जिसका मकसद विजय को सत्ता में आने से रोकना है - भले ही उनकी पार्टी विधानसभा में सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनकर उभरी हो। पार्टी नेताओं का मानना है कि दोनों प्रमुख द्रविड़ पार्टियों की ओर से मिल रहे हालिया राजनीतिक संकेत टीवीके को सत्ता से बाहर रखने की एक कोशिश है, जबकि सच्चाई यह है कि दोनों में से किसी भी पार्टी के पास अकेले दम पर सरकार बनाने के लिए जरूरी संख्याबल नहीं है।

3 प्रतिशत की जगह 7 प्रतिशत ब्याज वसूली का आरोप, किसान ने सहकारी समिति पर लगाए गंभीर आरोप


 
 
  मेरठ/बहसूमा। क्षेत्र के मोड खुर्द स्थित जिला सहकारी बैंक एवं सहकारी समिति पर किसानों से निर्धारित दर से अधिक ब्याज वसूले जाने के आरोप सामने आए हैं। ग्राम मोहम्मदपुर साकिस्त निवासी किसान नेपाल सिंह पुत्र लक्खी ने आरोप लगाया कि उनसे जबरदस्ती 7 प्रतिशत ब्याज लिया जा रहा है, जबकि सरकार द्वारा किसानों के लिए 3 प्रतिशत ब्याज निर्धारित बताया जा रहा है।
  

  
किसान नेपाल सिंह का कहना है कि वह कई बार मोड खुर्द जिला सहकारी समिति पहुंचे और वहां मौजूद कर्मचारियों एवं अधिकारियों से ब्याज दर कम करने की मांग की, लेकिन उनकी बात सुनने को कोई तैयार नहीं हुआ। किसान के अनुसार जब उन्होंने कहा कि अन्य स्थानों पर किसानों से 3 प्रतिशत ब्याज लिया जा रहा है, तब समिति कर्मियों ने कथित रूप से अभद्र व्यवहार करते हुए कहा कि “जहां 3 प्रतिशत लग रहा है, वहीं से काम करा लो, यहां तो 7 प्रतिशत ही देना पड़ेगा।”
  

  
नेपाल सिंह ने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार किसानों के हित में योजनाएं चला रही है, लेकिन स्थानीय स्तर पर कुछ अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी मनमानी कर किसानों को परेशान कर रहे हैं और सरकार की छवि खराब करने में लगे हैं। उन्होंने मामले की जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
  

  
इस मामले को लेकर क्षेत्र के किसानों में भी नाराजगी देखने को मिल रही है। किसानों का कहना है कि यदि सरकार द्वारा कम ब्याज दर निर्धारित की गई है तो उसी के अनुसार वसूली होनी चाहिए। किसानों ने प्रशासन से मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर राहत दिलाने की मांग की है।

गोंडा।मंडलायुक्त दुर्गा शक्ति नागपाल ने जिले में विद्युत विभाग की समीक्षा किया।इस दौरान उन्होंने लापरवाही पर सख्त नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए बिजली विभाग के कई अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को फटकार लगाई है।मंडलायुक्त ने परिषदीय विद्यालयों के ऊपर से गुजर रही हाईटेंशन लाइनों को तत्काल प्रभाव से अभियान चलाकर हटाने के निर्देश दिए ताकि बच्चों को किसी भी प्रकार की दिक्कत का सामना न करना पड़े।आयुक्त नागपाल ने आरडीएसएस योजना के तहत अविद्युतीकृत बस्तियों के विद्युतीकरण और नए कनेक्शन जारी करने की धीमी   प्रगति पर मेसर्स विक्रान इंजीनियरिंग लिमिटेड पर कड़ी नाराजगी जताई है।उन्होंने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि यदि  कार्यों में तत्काल सुधार नहीं हुआ तो कंपनी को काली सूची में डाल दिया जाएगा।विद्यालय परिसरों के ऊपर से गुजर रही एचटी और एलटी लाइनों की शिफ्टिंग में गोंडा में धीमी प्रगति पर भी आयुक्त ने नाराजगी व्यक्त किया।उन्होंने सभी एजेंसियों को अभियान चलाकर स्कूल परिसरों को जल्द से जल्द बिजली लाइनों से मुक्त कराने के निर्देश दिए।आयुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि किसी भी विद्यालय के ऊपर बिजली के तार नहीं लटकने चाहिए।मंडलायुक्त ने सरकारी नलकूपों और पेयजल योजनाओं के उर्जिकरण कार्यों को प्राथमिकता से पूरा करने,नए विद्युत कनेक्शन जारी करने तथा उपभोक्ता शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान करने के भी निर्देश दिए।एसएमएम इंफ्राटेक को एक महीने के भीतर सभी लंबित विद्युत कार्य पूर्ण करने के लिए कहा गया है,अन्यथा कठोर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।आयुक्त ने अन्य कार्यदाई संस्थाओं को दस दिन में लंबित कार्य समाप्त करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।मंडलायुक्त दुर्गा शक्ति नागपाल ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि यदि अगली बैठक तक स्थिति में सुधार नहीं हुआ तो बिजली विभाग के जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी तय कर कठोर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को बड़ी राहत देते हुए प्रदेश में स्मार्ट प्री-पेड मीटर व्यवस्था समाप्त कर सभी स्मार्ट मीटरों को पोस्टपेड मोड में संचालित करने का निर्णय लिया है। इस फैसले को लेकर प्रदेश के ऊर्जा मंत्री एके शर्मा से शुक्रवार को राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) कपिल देव अग्रवाल ने लखनऊ स्थित सरकारी आवास पर शिष्टाचार भेंट कर आभार व्यक्त किया।
  
कपिल देव अग्रवाल ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश सरकार लगातार उपभोक्ता हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए फैसले ले रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्मार्ट मीटरों को पोस्टपेड प्रणाली से जोड़ने का निर्णय आम उपभोक्ताओं को राहत, पारदर्शिता और बेहतर सुविधा प्रदान करेगा।
  
ऊर्जा मंत्री ए. के. शर्मा ने बताया कि स्मार्ट मीटर और बिजली बिलों से जुड़ी शिकायतों के त्वरित समाधान के लिए 15 मई से 30 जून 2026 तक प्रदेशभर में विशेष शिकायत निस्तारण अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इस दौरान अधिशासी अभियंता और उपखंड अधिकारी कार्यालयों पर विशेष कैंप लगाए जाएंगे, जहां उपभोक्ताओं की बिल संशोधन, मीटर रीडिंग और तकनीकी समस्याओं का मौके पर समाधान किया जाएगा।
  
उन्होंने बताया कि प्रत्येक कार्यालय में हेल्प डेस्क भी स्थापित की जाएगी, ताकि उपभोक्ताओं को बिना किसी परेशानी के सहायता मिल सके। सरकार का उद्देश्य बिजली व्यवस्था को अधिक पारदर्शी, जवाबदेह और उपभोक्ता अनुकूल बनाना है।

तमिलनाडु में सरकार पर सस्पेंस बरकरार है। थलापति विजय की पार्टी टीवीके को अब तक सरकार बनाने का न्योता नहीं मिला है। थलापति विजय दो बार गवर्नर से मिल चुके हैं। दोनों बार निराशा ही हाथ लगी है। इस बीच एआईएडीएमके और डीएमके के बीच गठबंधन की सुगबुगाहट तेज है। ऐसे में एक्टर विजय ने बड़ा दांव चल दिया है। इससे तमिलनाडु की सियासत में नया ट्विस्ट आ गया है।

  

टीवीके की बड़ी चेतावनी
तमिलनाडु में जारी राजनीतिक संकट के बीच सबसे अधिक सीट जीतने वाली नई पार्टी तलिमगा वेत्री कड़गम (टीवीके) ने बड़ी चेतावनी दी है। पार्टी सूत्रों का कहना है कि अगर द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कड़गम (डीएमके) और अखिल भारतीय अन्ना द्रविड़ मुनेत्र कड़गम (एआईएडीएमके) की सरकार बनाने की कवायद होगी तो थलापति विजय की पार्टी के सभी 107 विधायक एक साथ सामूहिक इस्तीफा दे सकते हैं। हालांकि, विजय ने आधिकारिक तौर पर कुछ नहीं कहा है।

डीएमके-एआईएडीएमके के बीच गठबंधन की चर्चा
टीवीके की ओर से सामूहिक इस्तीफे की चेतावनी तब सामने आई, जब राज्य में कट्टर विरोधी द्रविड़ पार्टियां डीएमके-एआईएडीएमके के बीच सरकार बनाने को लेकर गठबंधन की चर्चा फैली है। एआईएडीएमके के कई विधायक पुडुचेरी के एक रिसॉर्ट में हैं। उन्होंने अपने महासचिव एडाप्पाडी पलानीस्वामी को समर्थन पत्र सौंप दिया है। पलानीस्वामी ने शुक्रवार को राज्यपाल से मिलने की अनुमति मांगी है।

थलापति की नाराजगी की वजह
सूत्रों के अनुसार, टीवीके नेतृत्व इस बात से विशेष रूप से नाराज है कि डीएमके-एआईएडीएमके के बीच एक 'अघोषित गठबंधन' हो गया है, जिसका मकसद विजय को सत्ता में आने से रोकना है - भले ही उनकी पार्टी विधानसभा में सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बनकर उभरी हो। पार्टी नेताओं का मानना है कि दोनों प्रमुख द्रविड़ पार्टियों की ओर से मिल रहे हालिया राजनीतिक संकेत टीवीके को सत्ता से बाहर रखने की एक कोशिश है, जबकि सच्चाई यह है कि दोनों में से किसी भी पार्टी के पास अकेले दम पर सरकार बनाने के लिए जरूरी संख्याबल नहीं है।

जहानाबाद:घोसी प्रखंड के छपन्ना गांव में गुरुवार से आयोजित श्री श्री शतचंडी प्रतिष्ठात्मक महायज्ञ श्रद्धा और भक्ति के माहौल के बीच शुरू हो गया। महायज्ञ के पहले ही दिन बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ उमड़ी। कार्यक्रम में स्थानीय लोगों के साथ आसपास के गांवों से भी श्रद्धालु पहुंच रहे हैं। महायज्ञ में शामिल होने पहुंचे सांसद सुरेंद्र प्रसाद यादव ने पूजा-अर्चना कर क्षेत्र की सुख-समृद्धि की कामना की। इस दौरान उन्होंने यज्ञ स्थल का भ्रमण किया और आयोजन समिति के सदस्यों से मुलाकात कर कार्यक्रम की तैयारियों की सराहना की। सांसद ने कहा कि इस प्रकार के धार्मिक आयोजन समाज में आपसी भाईचारा और सामाजिक समरसता को मजबूत करता हैं। ऐसे कार्यक्रम लोगों को बुराइयों से दूर रहकर अच्छे कार्यों की ओर प्रेरित करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि धार्मिक अनुष्ठान भारतीय संस्कृति और परंपरा की पहचान हैं तथा इससे नई पीढ़ी को भी संस्कार और अध्यात्म से जुड़ने का अवसर मिलता है। उन्होंने आयोजन समिति के सदस्यों को सफल आयोजन के लिए बधाई देते हुए कहा कि इस तरह के कार्यक्रमों में उनका हरसंभव सहयोग आगे भी मिलता रहेगा। सांसद के आगमन पर ग्रामीणों और यज्ञ समिति के सदस्यों ने उनका गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया। बताया गया कि महायज्ञ का आयोजन 15 मई तक चलेगा। इस दौरान प्रतिदिन वैदिक मंत्रोच्चार और धार्मिक अनुष्ठान किए जा रहे हैं। कार्यक्रम में आचार्य भूषण मिश्रा के प्रवचन श्रद्धालुओं को अध्यात्म और धार्मिक मूल्यों से जोड़ रहा है। रात्रि में रामलीला और रासलीला का मंचन भी किया जा रहा है, जिसे देखने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में लोग पहुंच रहे हैं। गांव में चारों ओर भक्ति और उत्साह का माहौल बना हुआ है। आयोजन समिति के सदस्यों ने बताया कि श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा के लिए व्यापक व्यवस्था की गई है। महायज्ञ को लेकर पूरे क्षेत्र में उत्साह का वातावरण है और दूर-दूर से श्रद्धालुओं का लगातार आगमन हो रहा है। कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में राजीव कुमार, अर्जुन कुमार, धनेश कुमार,नागेंद्र कुमार, रोशन कुमार, लालू कुमार समेंदर कुमार, विनोद यादव समेत
