देशभर में 21 जून को नीट का रीएग्जाम होना है। 22 लाख से ज्यादा छात्र परीक्षा के लिए अपने-अपने सेंटरों पर जाने को तैयार हैं। इस बीच परीक्षा से पहले नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (एनटीए) की बड़ी लापरवाही सामने आई है। नागपुर के अब्दुल्ला मोहम्मद का परीक्षा केंद्र अबू धाबी में आवंटित कर दिया गया है।

  

21 जून को होने वाले नीट रेग्जाम से पहले नए एडमिट कार्ड जारी किए गए हैं। इसमें नागपुर के एक छात्र को दुबई के अबूधाबी में परीक्षा सेंटर मिला है। ऐसे में छात्र परेशान है कि पिछली बार देश में दिया एग्जाम अब विदेश में कैसे। उसके पास तो वहां जाने के लिए पासपोर्ट भी नहीं।

परिवार का कहना है कि आवेदन भरते समय छात्र ने पहली पसंद नागपुर, दूसरी वर्धा और तीसरी भंडारा चुना था। इसके बावजूद विदेश में परीक्षा केंद्र आवंटित होना समझ से परे है। एडमिट कार्ड देखने के बाद परिवार पूरी तरह हैरान रह गया।

एनटीए ने क्या कहा?
परेशान परिवार ने तुरंत एनटीए हेल्पलाइन से संपर्क कर अपनी परेशानी बताई। पता चला कि ये गलती से हुआ है, इसे ठीक कर दिया जाएगा। एनटीए एक्स पर एक पोस्ट जारी कर कहा है कि छात्र की शिकायत पर कार्रवाई की जा रही है। जरूरी जांच-पड़ताल के बाद कुछ ही घंटों में उम्मीदवार को नागपुर में एक सेंटर अलॉट कर दिया जाएगा।

दीक्षाभूमि से बाहा साहेब का कनेक्शन?
साल 1956 में 14 अक्तूबर को डॉ. आंबेडकर अपने अनुयायियों के साथ नागपुर की दीक्षाभूमि में बौद्ध धर्म अपना लिया था। ऐसा अनुमान है कि पूरे महाराष्ट्र और बाहरी राज्यों से 6 लाख दलितों ने इस कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लिया था और बौद्ध धर्म अपनाया था। इस दिन को धम्मचक्र प्रवर्तन दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है।
हर साल, राज्य भर और बाहर से दलित धम्मचक्र प्रवर्तन दिवस मनाने के लिए दीक्षाभूमि में आते हैं। जिस दिन डॉ. आंबेडकर ने बौद्ध धर्म अपनाया उसी दिन दशहरा भी मनाया गया था। इसलिए परंपरा को ध्यान में रखते हुए, अंबेडकरवादी हर साल हर दशहरे पर दीक्षाभूमि पर डॉ. आंबेडकर को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करके उस दिन को मनाने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में इकट्ठा होते हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज महाराष्ट्र के दौरे पर हैं। एक दिन के दौरे पर पीएम मोदी नागपुर एयरपोर्ट पर उतरें। महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस और केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने नागपुर एयरपोर्ट पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का स्वागत किया। पीएम मोदी आज कई कार्यक्रमों में शामिल होंगे। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी नागपुर गुढीपाड़वा के मौके पर पहुंचे हैं। गुढीपाड़वा से ही हिंदू नववर्ष की शुरुआत होती है। इसके बाद वह छत्तीसगढ़ के लिए रवाना होंगे।

प्रधानमंत्री के तौर पर नरेंद्र मोदी पहली बार आरएसएस के मुख्यालय पहुंचे हैं। अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी भी प्रधानमंत्री रहते हुए संघ मुख्यालय आ चुके हैं। इस दौरान आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत और प्रधानमंत्री एक साथ एक मंच पर रहेंगे, इससे पहले अयोध्या में रामलाल की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के दौरान दोनों एक साथ मौजूद थे। आरएसएस अपना शताब्दी वर्ष मना रहा है।

नागपुर हिंसा के मुख्य आरोपी फहीम खान के घर पर चला बुलडोजर, अवैध निर्माण को लेकर कार्रवाई

महाराष्ट्र के नागपुर में औरंगजेब की कब्र को लेकर 17 मार्च को हिंसा भड़क गई थी। इस दौरान कई पुलिसकर्मी और कई स्थानीय लोग घायल हुए थे। इसी बीच हिंसा के मुख्य आरोपी फहीम खान पर महाराष्ट्र सरकार का डंडा चला है। फहीम खान के घर पर बुलडोजर की कार्रवाई की गई है। नगर निगम अधिकारियों ने सोमवार को फहीम खान के घर के अवैध हिस्से को ध्वस्त कर दिया। दरअसल, नोटिस के बाद भी उसने अवैध ढांचे को नहीं हटाया। जिसके बाद ये कार्रवी की गई है।

  


नागपुर के संजय बाग कॉलोनी स्थित फहीम के घर का हिस्सा अवैध घोषित किया गया था। नागपुर नगर निगम ने उसे खुद से अवैध निर्माण हटाने के लिए 24 घंटे का समय दिया था, जो आज पूरा हो गया। घर की नाप-नपाई के बाद बुलडोजर से अवैध हिस्से को गिरा दिया गया है। घटना को देखते हुए इलाके में भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है।

  

सूत्रों के मुताबिक, कुछ दिन पहले नागपुर नगर निगम ने उसे नोटिस जारी किया था। इसमें कई खामियों और घर के लिए बिल्डिंग प्लान की मंजूरी न होने का हवाला दिया गया था। घर फहीम खान की पत्नी के नाम पर पंजीकृत है।

  

मास्टर माइंड फहीम पर आरोप है कि उसने लोगों को उकसा कर इस हिंसा को अंजाम दिया था। 17 मार्च को हिंसा तब भड़की, जब यह अफवाह फैली कि छत्रपति संभाजीनगर में औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाने की मांग को लेकर विश्व हिंदू परिषद (वीएचपी) के नेतृत्व में विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान धार्मिक चादर जलाई गई। झड़प के बाद शहर के कई हिस्सों में पथराव और आगजनी हुई, जिसमें पुलिस उपायुक्त स्तर के तीन अधिकारियों सहित 33 पुलिसकर्मी घायल हो गए थे।

पार्टी की ओर से मुंबई के इस्लाम जिमखाना में शुक्रवार को दी गई इफ्तार पार्टी के दौरान अजित पवार ने मुसलमानों के साथ एकजुटता दिखाते हुए कहा, मैं आपको आश्वस्त करना चाहता हूं कि आपका भाई अजित पवार आपके साथ है। कहा- जो भी मुस्लिम भाइयों को आंख दिखाएगा, दो समूहों के बीच संघर्ष भड़काकर कानून व्यवस्था को बाधित करेगा और कानून को अपने हाथ में लेने की कोशिश करेगा। वह चाहे कोई भी हो, उसे किसी भी हालत में बख्शा या माफ नहीं किया जाएगा।

नागपुर हिंसा में अब तक 105 गिरफ्तार
अजित पवार का ये बयान उस वक्त आया है जब महाराष्ट्र में औरंगजेब को लेकर माहौल गरमाया हुआ है। हिंदू संगठनों ने मुगल शासक औरंगजेब की कब्र को गिराने की मांग कर रहे हैं। इस विवाद ने तब और तूल पकड़ लिया जब नागपुर, जो आरएसएस का मुख्यालय है, वहां चिटनिस पार्क, महल क्षेत्र में दो समूहों के बीच झड़प हो गई। यह हिंसा कुछ धार्मिक चीज़ों को जलाने की कथित घटना के बाद हुई। इस मामले में शुक्रवार को 14 लोगों को अरेस्ट भी किया गया है। अब तक इस मामले में पकड़े गए लोगों की कुल संख्या 105 हो गई है। हिंसा मामले में 10 किशोर भी हिरासत में लिए गए हैं। 3 नई एफआईआर भी दर्ज की गई हैं।

महाराष्ट्र के नागपुर में हुई हिंसा के बाद साइबर विभाग ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर 140 से अधिक पोस्ट और वीडियो की पहचान कर ली है। ये सभी पोस्ट फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्राम, एक्स और यूट्यूब पर शेयर किए गए थे। महाराष्ट्र साइबर विभाग नागपुर सिटी साइबर पुलिस स्टेशन के साथ मिलकर ऐसे अकाउंट्स की पहचान कर रहा है जिनसे भड़काऊ पोस्ट हुई। अब तक 69 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

  

महाराष्ट्र साइबर ने नागपुर सिटी साइबर पुलिस स्टेशन के साथ मिलकर, सोमवार को हुए नागपुर दंगों से संबंधित आपत्तिजनक पोस्ट को प्रसारित करने में लगे कई सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट की पहचान की।हिंसा को बढ़ाने में शामिल इन सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट को सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000 की धारा 79(3)(b) के तहत नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं ताकि इस तरह की सामग्री को तुरंत हटाया जा सके। 

  

इसके अलावा, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता की धारा 94 के तहत भी नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं, जिससे इन सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट्स के वास्तविक संचालकों की पहचान की जा सके। महाराष्ट्र साइबर विभाग नागपुर सिटी साइबर पुलिस स्टेशन के साथ मिलकर उन अकाउंट्स की पहचान कर रहा है जो नागपुर दंगों से जुड़ी भड़काऊ सामग्री को फैलाने में शामिल थे।

  

महाराष्ट्र साइबर विभाग द्वारा जारी बयान में कहा गया है कि इन पोस्ट और वीडियो का उद्देश्य एक विशेष धार्मिक समुदाय की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाना, सांप्रदायिक तनाव को बढ़ाना और राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था को और अधिक खराब करना था।इस तरह की सामग्री लोगों की आस्था का गलत फायदा उठाकर सार्वजनिक आक्रोश भड़काने, समुदायों के बीच फूट डालने और समाज में वैमनस्यता बढ़ाने के लिए बनाई गई थी।

साइबर विभाग ने कहा कि नागपुर में हुए दंगों के दौरान सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा है और भड़काऊ सामग्री फैलाने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। महाराष्ट्र साइबर विभाग उन सभी व्यक्तियों की पहचान करेगा और उन पर मुकदमा चलाएगा जो डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म्स का गलत इस्तेमाल करके सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव को बिगाड़ने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।

महाराष्ट्र के नागपुर में हुई हिंसा के मामले में मास्टरमाइंड माने जा रहे फहीम शमीम खान को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। वो 21 मार्च तक पुलिस की हिरासत में है। फहीम खान माइनॉरिटी डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी (एमडीपी) का शहर अध्यक्ष है। केंद्रीय मंत्री और बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता नितिन गडकरी के सामने नागपुर से लोकसभा चुनाव और विधानसभा चुनाव भी लड़ चुका है। दोनों ही चुनावों में उसकी जमानत जप्त हुई थी।

  

महाराष्ट्र के मध्य नागपुर में सोमवार रात को हुई हिंसा में महाल और आसपास के इलाकों में आगजनी और पथराव हुआ था। इस मामले में दर्ज एफआईआर में हिंसा के मास्टरमाइंड का भी जिक्र किया गया है। पुलिस ने 38 वर्षीय फहीम शमीम खान को नागपुर हिंसा का मुख्य साजिशकर्ता बताते हुए गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

  

एफआईआर के अनुसार, माइनॉरिटी डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी (एमडीपी) के शहर अध्यक्ष फहीम खान ने हिंसा वाले दिन लोगों को एकत्रित किया था। बताया जा रहा है कि हिंसा तब भड़की जब सोमवार दोपहर में विश्व हिंदू परिषद और बजरंग दल के कार्यकर्ताओं ने औरंगजेब की कब्र के खिलाफ महाल इलाके में विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाने की मांग को लेकर किए गए इस प्रदर्शन में धार्मिक चिंह जलाये जाने की अफवाह उड़ी।

  

पहले भीड़ के साथ पुलिस को ज्ञापन सौंपा
बताया जा रहा है कि फहीम खान ने सबसे पहले 17 मार्च की सुबह 11 बजे 30 से 40 लोगों की भीड़ जुटाई और पुलिस को ज्ञापन सौंपने पहुंचा। इस दौरान उसने विश्व हिंदू परिषद और बजरंग दल के कार्यकर्ताओं के खिलाफ धार्मिक भावनाएं आहत करने के आरोप लगाए, जिसके आधार पर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया। लेकिन इसके बाद भी फहीम खान ने भीड़ इकट्ठी की और इलाके में तनाव फैलाना शुरू किया।

भीड़ इकट्ठा कर माहौल भड़काया
आरोप है कि अफवाह को लेकर फहीम खान ने भीड़ इकट्ठा कर माहौल को और भड़काया। फहीम खान की अध्यक्षता में पुलिस स्टेशन पर भीड़ इकट्ठा हुई। इस भीड़ ने कुल्हाड़ी, पत्थर, लाठियां और अन्य खतरनाक हथियारों के साथ क्षेत्र में आतंक पैदा करने के इरादे से घातक हथियारों को हवा में लहराया और लोगों में भय पैदा किया और धार्मिक दुश्मनी बढ़ाने के इरादे से सामाजिक सद्भाव को बिगाड़ने का काम किया।

महिला कांस्टेबल के साथ दुर्व्यवहार
भीड़ के सदस्यों ने जान से मारने की नियत से भालदारपुरा चौक इलाके में पुलिस पर घातक हथियार, पत्थर से हमला किया। उन्होंने पुलिसकर्मियों को उनके सरकारी कर्तव्यों से हतोत्साहित करने के लिए पेट्रोल बम तैयार किए और उन पर फेंके। उनमें से कुछ ने अंधेरे का फायदा उठाकर आरसीपी दस्ते की एक महिला कांस्टेबल की वर्दी और शरीर को छुआ। उसने अन्य महिलाओं के साथ भी यौन दुर्व्यवहार किया और उनका यौन उत्पीड़न किया। कुछ महिला कर्मचारियों को देखकर उन्होंने अश्लील इशारे किए और भद्दे कमेंट किए।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज नागपुर दौरे पर पहुंचे हैं। इस दौरान 8 साल बाद नागपुर स्थित राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के कार्यालय में पीएम मोदी पहुंचे। इस दौरान उन्होंने स्मृति मंदिर में आरएसएस के संस्थापकों को श्रद्धांजलि दी। इसके बाद पीएम मोदी बाबासाहब अंबेडकर के नागपुर स्थित दीक्षाभूमि पहुंचे। पीएम मोदी ने दीक्षाभूमि पहुंचकर डॉ बीआर आंबेडकर को भी श्रद्धांजलि दी। यहां डॉ. आंबेडकर ने 1956 में अपने हजारों अनुयायियों के साथ बौद्ध धर्म अपना लिया था।

  


नागपुर की अपनी यात्रा के दौरान पीएम मोदी दीक्षाभूमि पहुंचे, जहां अंबेडकर को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि विकसित और समावेशी भारत का निर्माण ही भारतीय संविधान के मुख्य निर्माता डॉ. बी.आर. अंबेडकर को सच्ची श्रद्धांजलि होगी। पीएम मोदी के दीक्षाभूमि के दौरे के दौरान महाराष्ट्र के सीएम देवेंद्र फडणवीस भी मौजूद रहे

वहीं बाबा साहब अंबेडकर के दीक्षाभूमि पहुंचने पर वहां के विजिटर बुक में पीएम मोदी ने लिखा, 'बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर के पंचतीर्थों में से एक नागपुर स्थित दीक्षाभूमि में आने का सौभाग्य पाकर अभिभूत हूं। इस पवित्र स्थल के वातावरण में बाबासाहेब के सामाजिक समरसता, समानता और न्याय के सिद्धांतों का सहज अनुभव होता है। दीक्षा भूमि हमें गरीबों, वंचितों और जरूरतमंदों के लिए समान अधिकार और न्याय की व्यवस्था के साथ आगे बढ़ने की व्यवस्था के साथ आगे बढ़ने की उर्जा प्रदान करता है।

दीक्षाभूमि से बाहा साहेब का कनेक्शन?
साल 1956 में 14 अक्तूबर को डॉ. आंबेडकर अपने अनुयायियों के साथ नागपुर की दीक्षाभूमि में बौद्ध धर्म अपना लिया था। ऐसा अनुमान है कि पूरे महाराष्ट्र और बाहरी राज्यों से 6 लाख दलितों ने इस कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लिया था और बौद्ध धर्म अपनाया था। इस दिन को धम्मचक्र प्रवर्तन दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है।
हर साल, राज्य भर और बाहर से दलित धम्मचक्र प्रवर्तन दिवस मनाने के लिए दीक्षाभूमि में आते हैं। जिस दिन डॉ. आंबेडकर ने बौद्ध धर्म अपनाया उसी दिन दशहरा भी मनाया गया था। इसलिए परंपरा को ध्यान में रखते हुए, अंबेडकरवादी हर साल हर दशहरे पर दीक्षाभूमि पर डॉ. आंबेडकर को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करके उस दिन को मनाने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में इकट्ठा होते हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज महाराष्ट्र के दौरे पर हैं। एक दिन के दौरे पर पीएम मोदी नागपुर एयरपोर्ट पर उतरें। महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस और केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने नागपुर एयरपोर्ट पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का स्वागत किया। पीएम मोदी आज कई कार्यक्रमों में शामिल होंगे। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी नागपुर गुढीपाड़वा के मौके पर पहुंचे हैं। गुढीपाड़वा से ही हिंदू नववर्ष की शुरुआत होती है। इसके बाद वह छत्तीसगढ़ के लिए रवाना होंगे।

  


नागपुर एयरपोर्ट से पीएम मोदी सीधे राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) के रेशम बाग स्थित मुख्यालय पहुंचे। यहां पीएम मोदी ने संघ के संस्थापक डॉ. हेडगेवार की प्रतिमा पर पुष्प अर्पित किए। हेडगेवार के साथ-साथ पीएम मोदी ने माधव सदाशिव गोलवलकर को भी श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित की। इस मौके पर संघ प्रमुख मोहन भागवत में भी मौजूद रहे।

  

प्रधानमंत्री के तौर पर नरेंद्र मोदी पहली बार आरएसएस के मुख्यालय पहुंचे हैं। अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी भी प्रधानमंत्री रहते हुए संघ मुख्यालय आ चुके हैं। इस दौरान आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत और प्रधानमंत्री एक साथ एक मंच पर रहेंगे, इससे पहले अयोध्या में रामलाल की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के दौरान दोनों एक साथ मौजूद थे। आरएसएस अपना शताब्दी वर्ष मना रहा है।

  

संघ के शताब्दी वर्ष में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के संघ मुख्यालय के दौरे को बेहद अहम माना जा रहा है। सांविधानिक पद पर रहते हुए पीएम मोदी का संघ मुख्यालय में यह पहला दौरा है। महाराष्ट्र भाजपा के अध्यक्ष चंद्रशेखर बावनकुले ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के नागपुर आगमन पर पूरे विदर्भ में उत्साह है। 47 स्थानों पर उनके स्वागत की तैयारी की गई है।

महाराष्ट्र के नागपुर में औरंगजेब की कब्र को लेकर 17 मार्च को हिंसा भड़क गई थी। इस दौरान कई पुलिसकर्मी और कई स्थानीय लोग घायल हुए थे। इसी बीच हिंसा के मुख्य आरोपी फहीम खान पर महाराष्ट्र सरकार का डंडा चला है। फहीम खान के घर पर बुलडोजर की कार्रवाई की गई है। नगर निगम अधिकारियों ने सोमवार को फहीम खान के घर के अवैध हिस्से को ध्वस्त कर दिया। दरअसल, नोटिस के बाद भी उसने अवैध ढांचे को नहीं हटाया। जिसके बाद ये कार्रवी की गई है।

  


नागपुर के संजय बाग कॉलोनी स्थित फहीम के घर का हिस्सा अवैध घोषित किया गया था। नागपुर नगर निगम ने उसे खुद से अवैध निर्माण हटाने के लिए 24 घंटे का समय दिया था, जो आज पूरा हो गया। घर की नाप-नपाई के बाद बुलडोजर से अवैध हिस्से को गिरा दिया गया है। घटना को देखते हुए इलाके में भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है।

  

सूत्रों के मुताबिक, कुछ दिन पहले नागपुर नगर निगम ने उसे नोटिस जारी किया था। इसमें कई खामियों और घर के लिए बिल्डिंग प्लान की मंजूरी न होने का हवाला दिया गया था। घर फहीम खान की पत्नी के नाम पर पंजीकृत है।

  

मास्टर माइंड फहीम पर आरोप है कि उसने लोगों को उकसा कर इस हिंसा को अंजाम दिया था। 17 मार्च को हिंसा तब भड़की, जब यह अफवाह फैली कि छत्रपति संभाजीनगर में औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाने की मांग को लेकर विश्व हिंदू परिषद (वीएचपी) के नेतृत्व में विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान धार्मिक चादर जलाई गई। झड़प के बाद शहर के कई हिस्सों में पथराव और आगजनी हुई, जिसमें पुलिस उपायुक्त स्तर के तीन अधिकारियों सहित 33 पुलिसकर्मी घायल हो गए थे।

महाराष्ट्र में औरंगजेब को लेकर माहौल गर्म है। औरंगजेब को लेकर जारी विवाद के कारण नागपुर में 17 मार्च हिंसा भड़क गई। इस बीच महाराष्ट्र के उपमुख्यमंत्री और एनसीपी प्रमुख अजित पवार ने इफ्तार पार्टी का आयोजन किया। इस इफ्तार पार्टी में अजीत पवार ने मुसलमानों को लेकर बड़ा बयान दिया है। अजित पवार ने मुस्लिम समुदाय को सुरक्षा का आश्वासन दिया है। उन्होंने कहा है हमने अभी होली मनाई है, गुड़ी पड़वा और ईद आने वाली है, ये सभी त्यौहार हमें एक साथ मिलकर मनाने हैं क्योंकि एकता ही हमारी असली ताकत है।

  

पार्टी की ओर से मुंबई के इस्लाम जिमखाना में शुक्रवार को दी गई इफ्तार पार्टी के दौरान अजित पवार ने मुसलमानों के साथ एकजुटता दिखाते हुए कहा, मैं आपको आश्वस्त करना चाहता हूं कि आपका भाई अजित पवार आपके साथ है। कहा- जो भी मुस्लिम भाइयों को आंख दिखाएगा, दो समूहों के बीच संघर्ष भड़काकर कानून व्यवस्था को बाधित करेगा और कानून को अपने हाथ में लेने की कोशिश करेगा। वह चाहे कोई भी हो, उसे किसी भी हालत में बख्शा या माफ नहीं किया जाएगा।

  

अजित पवार ने बताया रमजान का महत्व
पवार ने ये भी कहा- रमजान सिर्फ एक धर्म तक सीमित नहीं है। यह हमें एकता और भाईचारे का संदेश देता है। भारत विविधता में एकता का प्रतीक है। छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज, बाबा साहब अंबेडकर, महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले और शाहू जी महाराज ने जातियों को एकसाथ लाकर समाज के उत्थान का मार्ग दिखाया। हमें इस विरासत को आगे बढ़ाना है।

  

नागपुर हिंसा में अब तक 105 गिरफ्तार
अजित पवार का ये बयान उस वक्त आया है जब महाराष्ट्र में औरंगजेब को लेकर माहौल गरमाया हुआ है। हिंदू संगठनों ने मुगल शासक औरंगजेब की कब्र को गिराने की मांग कर रहे हैं। इस विवाद ने तब और तूल पकड़ लिया जब नागपुर, जो आरएसएस का मुख्यालय है, वहां चिटनिस पार्क, महल क्षेत्र में दो समूहों के बीच झड़प हो गई। यह हिंसा कुछ धार्मिक चीज़ों को जलाने की कथित घटना के बाद हुई। इस मामले में शुक्रवार को 14 लोगों को अरेस्ट भी किया गया है। अब तक इस मामले में पकड़े गए लोगों की कुल संख्या 105 हो गई है। हिंसा मामले में 10 किशोर भी हिरासत में लिए गए हैं। 3 नई एफआईआर भी दर्ज की गई हैं।

महाराष्ट्र के नागपुर में हुई हिंसा के बाद साइबर विभाग ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर 140 से अधिक पोस्ट और वीडियो की पहचान कर ली है। ये सभी पोस्ट फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्राम, एक्स और यूट्यूब पर शेयर किए गए थे। महाराष्ट्र साइबर विभाग नागपुर सिटी साइबर पुलिस स्टेशन के साथ मिलकर ऐसे अकाउंट्स की पहचान कर रहा है जिनसे भड़काऊ पोस्ट हुई। अब तक 69 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

  

महाराष्ट्र साइबर ने नागपुर सिटी साइबर पुलिस स्टेशन के साथ मिलकर, सोमवार को हुए नागपुर दंगों से संबंधित आपत्तिजनक पोस्ट को प्रसारित करने में लगे कई सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट की पहचान की।हिंसा को बढ़ाने में शामिल इन सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट को सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000 की धारा 79(3)(b) के तहत नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं ताकि इस तरह की सामग्री को तुरंत हटाया जा सके। 

  

इसके अलावा, भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता की धारा 94 के तहत भी नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं, जिससे इन सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट्स के वास्तविक संचालकों की पहचान की जा सके। महाराष्ट्र साइबर विभाग नागपुर सिटी साइबर पुलिस स्टेशन के साथ मिलकर उन अकाउंट्स की पहचान कर रहा है जो नागपुर दंगों से जुड़ी भड़काऊ सामग्री को फैलाने में शामिल थे।

  

महाराष्ट्र साइबर विभाग द्वारा जारी बयान में कहा गया है कि इन पोस्ट और वीडियो का उद्देश्य एक विशेष धार्मिक समुदाय की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाना, सांप्रदायिक तनाव को बढ़ाना और राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था को और अधिक खराब करना था।इस तरह की सामग्री लोगों की आस्था का गलत फायदा उठाकर सार्वजनिक आक्रोश भड़काने, समुदायों के बीच फूट डालने और समाज में वैमनस्यता बढ़ाने के लिए बनाई गई थी।

साइबर विभाग ने कहा कि नागपुर में हुए दंगों के दौरान सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा है और भड़काऊ सामग्री फैलाने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। महाराष्ट्र साइबर विभाग उन सभी व्यक्तियों की पहचान करेगा और उन पर मुकदमा चलाएगा जो डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म्स का गलत इस्तेमाल करके सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव को बिगाड़ने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।

महाराष्ट्र के नागपुर में हुई हिंसा के मामले में मास्टरमाइंड माने जा रहे फहीम शमीम खान को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। वो 21 मार्च तक पुलिस की हिरासत में है। फहीम खान माइनॉरिटी डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी (एमडीपी) का शहर अध्यक्ष है। केंद्रीय मंत्री और बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता नितिन गडकरी के सामने नागपुर से लोकसभा चुनाव और विधानसभा चुनाव भी लड़ चुका है। दोनों ही चुनावों में उसकी जमानत जप्त हुई थी।

  

महाराष्ट्र के मध्य नागपुर में सोमवार रात को हुई हिंसा में महाल और आसपास के इलाकों में आगजनी और पथराव हुआ था। इस मामले में दर्ज एफआईआर में हिंसा के मास्टरमाइंड का भी जिक्र किया गया है। पुलिस ने 38 वर्षीय फहीम शमीम खान को नागपुर हिंसा का मुख्य साजिशकर्ता बताते हुए गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

  

एफआईआर के अनुसार, माइनॉरिटी डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी (एमडीपी) के शहर अध्यक्ष फहीम खान ने हिंसा वाले दिन लोगों को एकत्रित किया था। बताया जा रहा है कि हिंसा तब भड़की जब सोमवार दोपहर में विश्व हिंदू परिषद और बजरंग दल के कार्यकर्ताओं ने औरंगजेब की कब्र के खिलाफ महाल इलाके में विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। औरंगजेब की कब्र को हटाने की मांग को लेकर किए गए इस प्रदर्शन में धार्मिक चिंह जलाये जाने की अफवाह उड़ी।

  

पहले भीड़ के साथ पुलिस को ज्ञापन सौंपा
बताया जा रहा है कि फहीम खान ने सबसे पहले 17 मार्च की सुबह 11 बजे 30 से 40 लोगों की भीड़ जुटाई और पुलिस को ज्ञापन सौंपने पहुंचा। इस दौरान उसने विश्व हिंदू परिषद और बजरंग दल के कार्यकर्ताओं के खिलाफ धार्मिक भावनाएं आहत करने के आरोप लगाए, जिसके आधार पर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया। लेकिन इसके बाद भी फहीम खान ने भीड़ इकट्ठी की और इलाके में तनाव फैलाना शुरू किया।

भीड़ इकट्ठा कर माहौल भड़काया
आरोप है कि अफवाह को लेकर फहीम खान ने भीड़ इकट्ठा कर माहौल को और भड़काया। फहीम खान की अध्यक्षता में पुलिस स्टेशन पर भीड़ इकट्ठा हुई। इस भीड़ ने कुल्हाड़ी, पत्थर, लाठियां और अन्य खतरनाक हथियारों के साथ क्षेत्र में आतंक पैदा करने के इरादे से घातक हथियारों को हवा में लहराया और लोगों में भय पैदा किया और धार्मिक दुश्मनी बढ़ाने के इरादे से सामाजिक सद्भाव को बिगाड़ने का काम किया।

महिला कांस्टेबल के साथ दुर्व्यवहार
भीड़ के सदस्यों ने जान से मारने की नियत से भालदारपुरा चौक इलाके में पुलिस पर घातक हथियार, पत्थर से हमला किया। उन्होंने पुलिसकर्मियों को उनके सरकारी कर्तव्यों से हतोत्साहित करने के लिए पेट्रोल बम तैयार किए और उन पर फेंके। उनमें से कुछ ने अंधेरे का फायदा उठाकर आरसीपी दस्ते की एक महिला कांस्टेबल की वर्दी और शरीर को छुआ। उसने अन्य महिलाओं के साथ भी यौन दुर्व्यवहार किया और उनका यौन उत्पीड़न किया। कुछ महिला कर्मचारियों को देखकर उन्होंने अश्लील इशारे किए और भद्दे कमेंट किए।
