गुरमीत राम रहीम को 23 साल पुराने पत्रकार हत्या मामले में राहत, हाईकोर्ट ने डेरा मुखी को किया बरी

पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने पत्रकार रामचंद्र छत्रपति हत्याकांड में डेरा सच्चा सौदा के राम रहीम को बरी कर दिया है। हालांकि कोर्ट ने 3 आरोपियों कुलदीप सिंह, निर्मल सिंह और कृष्ण लाल की सजा को बरकरार रखा है।इन सभी को इस मामले में सीबीआई अदालत ने दोषी करार देते हुए उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई थी।

  


हत्‍या के मामले में बरी
रामचंद्र छत्रपति हत्या मामले में 11 जनवरी 2019 को स्पेशल सीबीआई कोर्ट ने डेरा प्रमुख गुरमीत राम रहीम को दोषी करार दिया था। इसके बाद 17 जनवरी 2019 को कोर्ट ने उन्हें उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई थी। डेरा प्रमुख और अन्य सह-आरोपियों ने इस फैसले को हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी। हाई कोर्ट ने सभी पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद इस मामले में फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था, जिसे अब सुनाया गया है। अब हाईकोर्ट ने राम रहीम की अपील को स्‍वीकार करते हुए उसे हत्‍या के मामले में बरी कर दिया है।

  

हाई कोर्ट ने कहा- पर्याप्त सबूत नहीं
फैसला सुनाते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि इस हत्याकांड में राम रहीम के साजिशकर्ता होने के पर्याप्त सबूत नहीं हैं। जिस वजह से राम रहीम को बरी कर दिया गया। राम रहीम इससे पहले डेरा मैनेजर रणजीत हत्याकांड में पहले ही हाईकोर्ट से बरी हो चुका है। हालांकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सीबीआई ने इसको चुनौती दी है।

2002 में हुई थी पत्रकार की हत्या
बता दें कि पत्रकार रामचंद्र ने ही गुरमीत राम रहीम के खिलाफ यौन शोषण के मामले का खुलासा किया था। रामचंद्र की साल 2002 में गोली मारकर हत्‍या कर दी गई थी। पत्रकार रामचंद्र छत्रपति ने ही साल 2002 में इस रेप केस की जानकारी पहली बार दी थी, जिसमें गुरमीत राम रहीम को दोषी करार दिया गया था। पत्रकार रामचंद्र छत्रपति 2002 में गोली लगने से गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए थे और बाद में उनकी मौत हो गई थी।

गुरमीत राम रहीम को 23 साल पुराने पत्रकार हत्या मामले में राहत, हाईकोर्ट ने डेरा मुखी को किया बरी

पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने पत्रकार रामचंद्र छत्रपति हत्याकांड में डेरा सच्चा सौदा के राम रहीम को बरी कर दिया है। हालांकि कोर्ट ने 3 आरोपियों कुलदीप सिंह, निर्मल सिंह और कृष्ण लाल की सजा को बरकरार रखा है।इन सभी को इस मामले में सीबीआई अदालत ने दोषी करार देते हुए उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई थी।

  


हत्‍या के मामले में बरी
रामचंद्र छत्रपति हत्या मामले में 11 जनवरी 2019 को स्पेशल सीबीआई कोर्ट ने डेरा प्रमुख गुरमीत राम रहीम को दोषी करार दिया था। इसके बाद 17 जनवरी 2019 को कोर्ट ने उन्हें उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई थी। डेरा प्रमुख और अन्य सह-आरोपियों ने इस फैसले को हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी। हाई कोर्ट ने सभी पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद इस मामले में फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था, जिसे अब सुनाया गया है। अब हाईकोर्ट ने राम रहीम की अपील को स्‍वीकार करते हुए उसे हत्‍या के मामले में बरी कर दिया है।

  

हाई कोर्ट ने कहा- पर्याप्त सबूत नहीं
फैसला सुनाते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि इस हत्याकांड में राम रहीम के साजिशकर्ता होने के पर्याप्त सबूत नहीं हैं। जिस वजह से राम रहीम को बरी कर दिया गया। राम रहीम इससे पहले डेरा मैनेजर रणजीत हत्याकांड में पहले ही हाईकोर्ट से बरी हो चुका है। हालांकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सीबीआई ने इसको चुनौती दी है।

2002 में हुई थी पत्रकार की हत्या
