कितना अहम है मोहम्मद यूनुस का चीन दौरा, बांग्लादेश को क्या उम्मीदें?

राजधानी ढाका में सेना की तैनाती, सैन्य अधिकारियों की इमरजेंसी बैठक, छात्रों का विरोध सहित कई अन्य कारणों से बांग्लादेश में फिर से तख्तापलट की चर्चा शुरू हो गई है। इस बीच बांग्लादेश की अंतरिम सरकार के मुख्य सलाहकार मुहम्मद यूनुस चीन के दौरे पर हैं। मोहम्मद यूनुस 26 मार्च को चीन पहुंचे हैं। इस दौरान वो हैनान प्रांत में होने वाले बोआओ फोरम में हिस्सा लेंगे, जिसमें एशिया के कई देश हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। इस फोरम में भाग लेने के बाद वो चीन सरकार से मिले आधिकारिक निमंत्रण पर बीजिंग का दौरा करेंगे और 28 मार्च को राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग के साथ उनकी द्विपक्षीय बैठक होगी।

जिनपिंग और मोहम्मद यूनुस के बीच की द्विपक्षीय बैठक करीब 30 मिनट तक चलेगी। इस दौरान दोनों नेताओं के बीच आमने-सामने की बातचीत होगी। वहीं इस द्विपक्षीय बैठक को वजन देने के लिए अब दोनों ही पक्षों की तरफ से 12-12 अधिकारियों का डेलीगेशन इसमें मौजूद रहेगा। यानि इस द्विपक्षीय बैठक में दोनों राष्ट्राध्यक्षों को मिलाकर 13-13 लोग शामिल होंगे। इस बैठक का मतलब ये है कि चीन, बांग्लादेश को काफी महत्वपूर्ण देश की तरह भाव दे रहा है। जाहिर तौर पर वो भारत के ऊपर बांग्लादेश में कूटनीतिक बढ़त हासिल करना चाहता है। एक्सपर्ट्स का मानना है कि बैठक को औपचारिक रूप देकर चीन ने इसके महत्व को बढ़ा दिया है।

दोनों देशों के बीच होने वाली द्विपक्षीय बैठक से बांग्लादेश और चीन के संबंध ना सिर्फ काफी मजबूत होने की संभावना है, बल्कि दोनों देशों के बीच नये अवसरों के भी खुलने की संभावना होगी। बांग्लादेशी एक्सपर्ट्स इस बात पर जोर दे रहे हैं कि चीन के साथ संबंध मजबूत होने से वैश्विक संतुलन बनाए रखने में मदद मिलेगी। जाहिर तौर पर उनका इशारा भारत को लेकर है।

भू-राजनीति संतुलन 
अंतरराष्ट्रीय संबंध विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि खासतौर पर अंतरिम सरकार के उच्चतम स्तर का पहला द्विपक्षीय दौरा होने की वजह से यह बैठक बेहद महत्वपूर्ण हो गई है। विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि मुख्य सलाहकार की यात्रा से भू-राजनीति को संतुलित करने में मदद मिल सकती है। 
अवामी लीग के सत्ता से बेदखल होने के बाद से बांग्लादेश के पड़ोसी भारत के साथ राजनयिक संबंध तनावपूर्ण हो गए हैं। दूसरी ओर, अमेरिका के पिछले बाइडन प्रशासन के साथ तो अंतरिम सरकार का मैत्रीपूर्ण संबंध देखने को मिला था। लेकिन इस बारे में मौजूदा ट्रंप प्रशासन की नीति अब भी स्पष्ट नहीं हो सकी है।
विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि एक ओर भारत और चीन के बीच क्षेत्रीय प्रभुत्व के सवाल पर तनातनी चल रही है। दूसरी ओर, वैश्विक स्तर पर चीन और अमेरिका के बीच की खींचतान किसी से छिपी नहीं है। डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के सत्ता में आने के बाद दोनों देशों के संबंधों में कड़वाहट और बढ़ी है। इन वजहों से इस मुद्दे पर भी चर्चा हो रही है कि मोहम्मद यूनुस की चीन यात्रा से बांग्लादेश के पड़ोसी भारत और अमेरिका के साथ संबंधों पर असर पड़ेगा।

आर्थिक और व्यापारिक क्षेत्र में उम्मीद
वहीं, विश्लेषकों का ये भी मानना है कि मुख्य सलाहकार के इस दौरे से बांग्लादेश को आर्थिक और व्यापारिक क्षेत्र में फायदा मिलने की संभावना ही ज़्यादा है। इस दौरे के दौरान विशेष रूप से व्यापार, निवेश और क्षेत्रीय विकास के क्षेत्रों में सहयोग को मजबूत करने के उद्देश्य से उच्च स्तरीय चर्चा की उम्मीद है। 
प्रोफेसर मोहम्मद यूनुस ने ऐसे समय में बांग्लादेश की बागडोर संभाली है जब देश की अर्थव्यवस्था कई किस्म के दबावों से जूझ रही है। ऐसे में आर्थिक स्थिति को सुधारना ही उनकी सरकार के लिए सबसे बड़ी चुनौती बनकर उभरा है। विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि देश की मौजूदा आर्थिक परिस्थिति में चीन जैसे बड़े और स्थिर आर्थिक साझेदार के सकारात्मक समर्थन की जरूरत है।
विदेश मंत्रालय के सलाहकार तौहीद अहमद ने बीते रविवार को पत्रकारों को बताया कि मुख्य सलाहकार के इस दौरे के दौरान चीन के साथ किसी समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर नहीं किए जाएंगे। लेकिन कुछ सहमति पत्रों (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर ज़रूर किए जा सकते हैं।तौहीद अहमद ने स्थानीय पत्रकारों से कहा था कि चीन के साथ आपसी संबंधों में बांग्लादेश वाणिज्य और निवेश को ही सबसे ज़्यादा अहमियत देगा।

चीन ने वर्ष 1975 में बांग्लादेश को मान्यता देकर राजनयिक संबंध कायम किया था। इस साल दोनों देशों के बीच राजनयिक संबंधों के 50 साल पूरे होने जा रहे हैं। ढाका में चीन के राजदूत याओ वेन के मुताबिक, राजनयिक संबंधों को 50 साल पूरे होने के संदर्भ में प्रोफ़ेसर यूनुस का चीन दौरा मील का पत्थर साबित होगा।

भारत को अकड़ दिकान के बाद अब बांग्‍लादेश की मोहम्‍मद यूनुस सरकार ने ब्रिटेन की कीर स्टारमर सरकार पर निशाना साधा है। इसकी वजह हैं ब्रिटेन की श्रम मंत्री ट्यूलिप सिद्दीक, जो बांग्लादेश की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना की भतीजी हैं। बांग्‍लादेश ने ब्रिटिश प्रधानमंत्री कीर स्‍टार्मर से मांग की है कि वो ट्यूलिप सिद्दीक को हटाएं। बांग्लादेश में अंतरिम सरकार के सलाहकार मोहम्मद यूनुश ने ब्रिटिश मंत्री ट्यूलिप सिद्दीक और उनके परिवार की संपत्तियों की जांच की मांग की। उन्होंने दावा किया कि ट्यूलिप ने अपनी चाची और पूर्व बांग्लादेश की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना के कार्यकाल के दौरान संपत्तियां हासिल की थी। मोहम्मद युनूस ने बांग्लादेश को संपत्तियां लौटाने की मांग की।

एक साक्षात्कार में उन्होंने शेख हसीना के पीएम पद से हटने के बाद भी सिद्दीक और उनके परिवार द्वार संपत्तियों के इस्सेमाल पर निंदा की। साक्षात्कार में मोहम्मद युनूस ने कहा, "यह एक सीधी डकैती के बारे में है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने पिछली सरकार पर फर्जी तरीके से धन का गबन करने का आरोप लगाया।" बता दें कि सिद्दीक ब्रिटेन लेबर कैबिनेट के सदस्य हैं, जो ट्रेजरी और सिटी मंत्री के आर्थिक सचिव के रूप में कार्य कर रहे हैं। 

यूनुस ने द संडे टाइम्स को बताया कि वह चाहते हैं कि ब्रिटेन का भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक आयोग (एसीसी) शेख हसीना की भतीजी की संपत्तियों की जांच करे। हसीना की अवामी लीग के सहयोगियों द्वारा ब्रिटेन में खरीदी गई संपत्तियां बांग्लादेश को वापस कर दी जानी चाहिए। यूनुस ने अखबार से कहा, “अंतरिम सरकार की यही मंशा है। उन्हें कैसे वापस लाया जाए।”

शेख हसीना की भतीजी पर क्‍या है आरोप?
संडे टाइम्स ने खुलासा किया था कि दो बांग्लादेशी बिजनेसमैन ने साल 2005 में शेख हसीना की सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले वकील मोइन गनी को ब्रिटेन के हैम्पस्टेड में एक फ्लैट गिफ्ट किया था। गनी ने इसे 2009 में सिद्दीक की बहन अजमीना को गिफ्ट कर दिया। बाद में खुद यूके की मंत्री ट्यूलिप सिद्दीक उसमें रहने लगी। उनके पास ब्रिटेन के किंग्स क्रॉस में एक फ्लैट भी है जो उन्हें 2004 में अब्दुल मोतालिफ ने दिया था। उनका संबंध भी शेख हसीना की आवामी लीग पार्टी से है। उन्‍होंने यह घर किराए पर दिया हुआ है। दावा किया गया कि सिद्दीक की मां रेहाना लंदन में 1.4 मिलियन पाउंड यानी 15 करोड़ रुपये के घर में रह रही थी। यह घर बांग्लादेश के एक बिजनेसमैन सलमान एफ रहमान के परिवार का था। वो भी हसीना सरकार में मंत्री रह चुके हैं।

शेख हसीना की भतीजी हैं सिद्दीक
बता दें कि ट्यूलिप सिद्दीक पूर्व बांग्लादेशी पीएम शेख हसीना की भतीजी हैं और लेबर पार्टी की श्रम मंत्री है। सिद्दीक ट्रेजरी की आर्थिक सचिव हैं और वे ब्रिटेन में वित्तीय बाजारों में भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ चलाए जाने वाले अभियानों में शामिल रही हैं।

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Riding on a brilliant performance by the bowlers, Bengal outclassed Madhya Pradesh by 11 runs in the Elite Group C match to register their first victory of the Ranji Trophy season on Saturday. 

Bengal, who bagged six points from the win, currently have 14 points from five games. 

Chasing 338 to win on the fourth and final day, Madhya Pradesh were bowled out for 326. Shahbaz Ahmed (4-48), Mohammad Shami (3-102), Rohit Kumar (2-47) and Md Kaif (1-50) were superb with the ball for Bengal. 

Earlier, after posting 228 in their first innings, Bengal bundled out MP for 167. In their second innings, Bengal scored 276 to hand a challenging target to the home side.

Shahbaz was awarded the player of the match for his all-round performance. 

Bengal will next face Haryana, followed by Punjab at home in their final two group-stage matches.

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk:  India star pacer Mohammad Shami made a remarkable return to competitive cricket for Bengal while all-rounder Shahbaz Ahmed played a fighting knock of 92 against Madhya Pradesh on Day 1 in the Ranji Trophy Elite Group C match in Indore on Wednesday. 

Shami, who was out of competitive action since India’s ODI World Cup final in Ahmedabad last November, bowled 10 overs including a maiden while giving away 34 runs. 

While other Bengal batters found the going tough, Shahbaz hit 16 fours and 1 six in his 80-ball innings while skipper Anustup Majumdar (44) also impressed as Bengal scored 228 in their first innings. 

For MP, Aryan Pandey and Kulwant Khejroliya bagged four wickets each. 

In reply, MP, were 103/1 at stumps on the opening day. Md Kaif bagged the only wicket for Bengal. Rohit Kumar, who made his debut for Bengal, received his cap from Shami.

Khabar kolkata:  India's hopes for qualifying for the third round of the FIFA World Cup 2026 and AFC Asian Cup 2027 Preliminary Joint Qualification took a hit as they were held 0-0 by Kuwait in their penultimate Group A game at the Salt Lake Yubo bharati Stadium on Thursday.
  

  
In what was Sunil Chhetri's 151st and last dance in Indian colours, victory may have eluded him at the full-time whistle, but emotions couldn't. After a lap around the 58,921 fans at the Salt Lake Stadium, the captain, leader, legend, let out his farewell tears when the Indian players and team officials gave him a guard of honour to the tunnel. In a warm gesture, each one of Kuwait's players and officials also paid their respects with handshakes and hugs with the Indian skipper.
  

  
As far as the match is concerned, it was far from a drab affair, with a host of chances at both ends, particularly in the first half. But some top-notch defending and fine saves reduced the contest to a goalless one.
  

  
Igor Stimac handed out a full India debut to left-back Jay Gupta, while Edmund Lalrindika came on in the last seven minutes in Gupta's place to make his debut too.
  

  
With the draw, India remain in second place with five points (Qatar will play Afghanistan later in the day), but importantly for Kuwait, they stay alive with four points. Kuwait made the earliest inroad in the fifth minute when left-winger Mohammad Abdulah shouldered his way into the box and came one-on-one with Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, but the Indian custodian stood strong, sticking his leg out to make a vital save early on.
  

  
India also responded with frantic pace on the left courtesy of Liston Colaco, who raced his way past the Kuwait right-back and put in a low cross, but Hasan Alanezi stabbed the ball clear for the visitors. India had their first shot from the resulting Anirudh Thapa corner, with an unmarked Anwar Ali heading it inches over the bar.
  

  
In the 25th minute, both teams had their heart-in-the-mouth moments in the space of a few seconds. First, it was Eid Alrashidi breaking the offside trap to stray clear on goal before dinking the ball over an onrushing Gurpreet. It landed just wide of the goal net. Immediately after, Jay Gupta burst forward and put an inviting low cross from the left. But Alanezi was on hand again to clear the danger for Kuwait at full stretch.
  

  
Slowly and steadily, India grew in confidence and began stringing attacks patiently, mostly utilising the speed of their wingers. Lallianzuala Chhangte got the better of left-back Meshari Alenezi on a couple of occasions and swung in dangerous crosses from the right, but Kuwait actively hacked them clear. Stimac's men were quicker to the second balls as well, winning the ball in the final third and making Kuwait sweat at the back.
  

  
On a couple of occasions, Liston also tried his luck from distance, first smashing the side-netting, before skying it wayward from an audacious 40-yard attempt.
  

  
At half-time, Stimac made two changes, sacrificing midfielder Thapa to bring on striker Rahim Ali, while Brandon Fernandes replaced Sahal Abdul Samad in the middle.
  

  
The start to the second half was as wild as the first. Both goalkeepers were tested to the fullest in and came out on top. Faisal Alharbi's stinging volley from barely six yards out was met with a stunning reflex save from Gurpreet, who dipped his entire 196-centimetre figure to palm it out. A few minutes later, he had to stretch to the top corner to push out Yousef Alsulaiman's effort.
  

  
Sandwiched between Gurpreet's heroics was Sulaiman Abdulghafoor's one-on-one save for Kuwait. He made himself big to deny Rahim, who had latched on to a great through ball.
  

  
India struggled to maintain their first-half intensity and the tempo shifted towards Kuwait for a while. Substitute Ali Matar got plenty of space near the edge of the box, but he hesitated to shoot early and by the time he did, Rahul Bheke had thrown his body to make a solid block.
  

  
For those in blue, time seemed to pass quicker as they were left frustrated by Kuwait slowing down the tempo of the game.
  

  
The Blue Tigers sprang to some life in injury time, but it was not enough. Brandon Fernandes flashed a low ball across the face of the goal, but it was Alenezi once again to clear the danger for Kuwait for the umpteenth time on the night. Seconds later, Chhangte picked out Manvir with an inch-perfect cross but the latter nodded it wide of the near post.

केरल गवर्नर आरिफ मोहम्मद खान ने मंगलवार को दावा किया कि राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री पिनराई विजयन उन्हें शारीरिक तौर पर नुकसान पहुंचाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। इसके लिए वे साजिश रच रहे हैं और लोगों को भेज रहे हैं। दरअसल, रविवार को राज्यपाल भारतीय उद्योग परिसंघ द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने जा रहे थे, तभी एसएफआई के कार्यकर्ताओं ने उन्हें काला झंडा दिखाया। इस मुद्दे पर केरल के राज्यपाल आरिफ मोहम्मद खान ने प्रतिक्रिया दी है। उन्होंने राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री पिनरई विजयन पर भी निशाना साधा है। 

केरल के राज्यपाल ने कहा, पुलिस को कार्रवाई करने से रोका गया है। यह पांचवी घटना है। जिस रॉड में झंडे को लगाया गया था, उसका इस्तेमाल गाड़ियों को तोड़ने के लिए किया जाता है। कार में बहुत सारी खरोंच भी है। यह सब उसके (पिनरई विजयन) अनुसार किया गया है। उसी ने यह साजिश रची है। ये सभी लोग सीएम के निर्देश के अनुसार काम कर रहे हैं। मैंने किसी को डराने की कोशिश नहीं की। इसमें कोई सवाल नहीं कि मैं किसी भी चीज से डरूंगा।

मुख्यमंत्री इस साजिश का हिस्सा- आरिफ मोहम्मद खान
राज्यपाल ने कहा, एसएफआई कार्यकर्ता सीएम के निर्देश पर मुझे शारीरिक रूप से चोट पहुंचाने के लिए आए थे। खान ने कहा, जब मुख्यमंत्री इस साजिश का हिस्सा हैं, तो यह पुलिस क्या कर सकती है।" उन्होंने कहा कि वह अपराधियों को सड़क पर शासन करने की अनुमति नहीं देंगे।

राज्यपाल के काफिले पर हुआ था हमला
दरअसल, सोमवार को आरिफ मोहम्मद खान दिल्ली जाने के लिए तिरुवनंतपुरम एयरपोर्ट के लिए निकले थे। एयरपोर्ट के रास्ते में ही उनके काफिले पर हमला हुआ। इस दौरान राज्यपाल खान को अपना वाहन रोकते और प्रदर्शनकारियों को चुनौती देने के लिए कार से बाहर निकलते देख सुरक्षा अधिकारी हैरान रह गए। इसके बाद उन्होंने अपना आपा खोते हुए पुलिस अधिकारियों से पूछा, "क्या मुझे यही सुरक्षा कवर दिया गया है?" एक पुलिस अधिकारी को खान को शांत करने में कड़ी मेहनत करनी पड़ी, जबकि अन्य ने एसएफआई कार्यकर्ताओं का पीछा किया, जो राज्यपाल के काफिले के नजदीक आ चुके थे।

बता दें कि केरल में राज्यपाल आरिफ मोहम्मद खान और मुख्यमंत्री पिनाराई विजयन की लड़ाई पुरानी है। दोनों एक-दूसरे पर कई बार सार्वजनिक रूप से हमलावर हो चुके हैं। एक-दूसरे पर जमकर जुबानी हमले बोलते रहते हैं। लेकिन यह जंग उस समय एक अलग ही मोड़ पर पहुंच गई जब राज्यपाल ने सीएम पर बड़ा आरोप लगाया।

 KKNB : From an Indian perspective, the final was disappointing, but that’s what cricket is all about.

Australia played better than India, you can't complain about that. It was just one bad day at the office.

Australia won the toss and they knew that dew would be the key factor. They restricted India to 240 and chased really well. 

What swung the game in Australia’s favour was Pat Cummins’ captaincy. The way he brought Glenn Maxwell in to the attack to get the wicket of Rohit Sharma with a brilliant catch from Travis Head was very smart. Adam Zampa was great too, as was Cummins himself in dismissing Virat Kohli. 

They outplayed India and were very solid in their planning. 

Another big factor was Australia’s fielding, I think they saved 30 to 40 runs. From ball one, they were saving a lot of singles and boundaries. There was Travis’s catch and some excellent work in the deep from David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne.

I think Cummins showed real temperament in his captaincy. He changed his bowlers knowing he could put pressure on each India batter even though they were all in such good form. His tactics made all the difference and his planning and execution was perfect.

If you look at Australia’s innings, they were 47 for three, but India couldn’t put the pressure on because they were only defending 241 and then Travis Head played the best knock of the World Cup to change the direction of the game with his positive batting.

India looked very good from a bowling point of view but were left disappointed because they didn’t understand the wicket. 

It was very dry and they couldn’t keep pressure on with the bat because Australia bowled a lot of short balls and deliveries into the wicket which meant India couldn’t rotate the strike. Rohit’s wicket was a turning point and there were not enough runs on the board, especially when you’re used to making totals of up to 400. 

Credit goes to Travis and Marnus, the way they played when the pressure started to come back onto Australia showed they know how to win an ICC trophy. 

Glenn Maxwell’s double century against Afghanistan gave them the belief they could win the World Cup because when one player performs that well, everyone else wants to do the same for their country. Travis believed he could do it in the final and he did.

Reflecting on the entire World Cup, I think it was played in a great spirit. We saw lots of runs and wickets to both seam and spin. 

Afghanistan and the Netherlands both really impressed me and New Zealand did well too. We saw a lot of great individual performances from Bas de Leede and Paul van Meekeren of the Netherlands, to Rachin Ravindra of New Zealand and Mohammad Wasim of Pakistan, who looked very promising. 

From an Indian perspective, I was very impressed with KL Rahul but Mohammed Shami was my player of the tournament. The way he bowled against New Zealand and throughout the whole World Cup, he just went bang, bang, bang.

I thought Rohit Sharma’s captaincy was fantastic too. He looked very solid in his planning, decision making, approach and execution. He looked like a proper leader. 

Like MS Dhoni before him, he brought a team together and they played excellently. I don’t know if Rohit will play in the next 50-over World Cup, he might play in the T20 World Cup, but he really wanted to win the World Cup for the whole country. But God planned something else.

It’s very disappointing because they did so well in every department before the final. 

There were still some great moments, not least Virat scoring his 50th century in front of his idol, Sachin Tendulkar. 

We will see the Indian team doing well again because they know how to reach the latter stages of tournaments now. It just takes a bit of time to understand how to manage those pressure situations, especially when you’re at home. 

Sometimes when there’s a lot of pressure you can lose your focus, and I think that’s a lesson they will learn from this.

Despite the disappointment, there’s no doubt that this event has truly captured the hearts of the nation. New records have been set in stadium attendances, broadcast viewership and digital engagements, making this truly the biggest ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup ever.

In four years’ time, all eyes will be on hosts South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia, and it will be great to see new teams come through like we’ve seen with Afghanistan in the recent years. 

It might be Ireland or another team from Europe who really steps up, or perhaps one of the Asia Cup teams like Nepal. It will be exciting to see 14 teams and how it all shapes up.

कितना अहम है मोहम्मद यूनुस का चीन दौरा, बांग्लादेश को क्या उम्मीदें?

राजधानी ढाका में सेना की तैनाती, सैन्य अधिकारियों की इमरजेंसी बैठक, छात्रों का विरोध सहित कई अन्य कारणों से बांग्लादेश में फिर से तख्तापलट की चर्चा शुरू हो गई है। इस बीच बांग्लादेश की अंतरिम सरकार के मुख्य सलाहकार मुहम्मद यूनुस चीन के दौरे पर हैं। मोहम्मद यूनुस 26 मार्च को चीन पहुंचे हैं। इस दौरान वो हैनान प्रांत में होने वाले बोआओ फोरम में हिस्सा लेंगे, जिसमें एशिया के कई देश हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। इस फोरम में भाग लेने के बाद वो चीन सरकार से मिले आधिकारिक निमंत्रण पर बीजिंग का दौरा करेंगे और 28 मार्च को राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग के साथ उनकी द्विपक्षीय बैठक होगी।

जिनपिंग और मोहम्मद यूनुस के बीच की द्विपक्षीय बैठक करीब 30 मिनट तक चलेगी। इस दौरान दोनों नेताओं के बीच आमने-सामने की बातचीत होगी। वहीं इस द्विपक्षीय बैठक को वजन देने के लिए अब दोनों ही पक्षों की तरफ से 12-12 अधिकारियों का डेलीगेशन इसमें मौजूद रहेगा। यानि इस द्विपक्षीय बैठक में दोनों राष्ट्राध्यक्षों को मिलाकर 13-13 लोग शामिल होंगे। इस बैठक का मतलब ये है कि चीन, बांग्लादेश को काफी महत्वपूर्ण देश की तरह भाव दे रहा है। जाहिर तौर पर वो भारत के ऊपर बांग्लादेश में कूटनीतिक बढ़त हासिल करना चाहता है। एक्सपर्ट्स का मानना है कि बैठक को औपचारिक रूप देकर चीन ने इसके महत्व को बढ़ा दिया है।

दोनों देशों के बीच होने वाली द्विपक्षीय बैठक से बांग्लादेश और चीन के संबंध ना सिर्फ काफी मजबूत होने की संभावना है, बल्कि दोनों देशों के बीच नये अवसरों के भी खुलने की संभावना होगी। बांग्लादेशी एक्सपर्ट्स इस बात पर जोर दे रहे हैं कि चीन के साथ संबंध मजबूत होने से वैश्विक संतुलन बनाए रखने में मदद मिलेगी। जाहिर तौर पर उनका इशारा भारत को लेकर है।

भू-राजनीति संतुलन 
अंतरराष्ट्रीय संबंध विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि खासतौर पर अंतरिम सरकार के उच्चतम स्तर का पहला द्विपक्षीय दौरा होने की वजह से यह बैठक बेहद महत्वपूर्ण हो गई है। विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि मुख्य सलाहकार की यात्रा से भू-राजनीति को संतुलित करने में मदद मिल सकती है। 
अवामी लीग के सत्ता से बेदखल होने के बाद से बांग्लादेश के पड़ोसी भारत के साथ राजनयिक संबंध तनावपूर्ण हो गए हैं। दूसरी ओर, अमेरिका के पिछले बाइडन प्रशासन के साथ तो अंतरिम सरकार का मैत्रीपूर्ण संबंध देखने को मिला था। लेकिन इस बारे में मौजूदा ट्रंप प्रशासन की नीति अब भी स्पष्ट नहीं हो सकी है।
विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि एक ओर भारत और चीन के बीच क्षेत्रीय प्रभुत्व के सवाल पर तनातनी चल रही है। दूसरी ओर, वैश्विक स्तर पर चीन और अमेरिका के बीच की खींचतान किसी से छिपी नहीं है। डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के सत्ता में आने के बाद दोनों देशों के संबंधों में कड़वाहट और बढ़ी है। इन वजहों से इस मुद्दे पर भी चर्चा हो रही है कि मोहम्मद यूनुस की चीन यात्रा से बांग्लादेश के पड़ोसी भारत और अमेरिका के साथ संबंधों पर असर पड़ेगा।

आर्थिक और व्यापारिक क्षेत्र में उम्मीद
वहीं, विश्लेषकों का ये भी मानना है कि मुख्य सलाहकार के इस दौरे से बांग्लादेश को आर्थिक और व्यापारिक क्षेत्र में फायदा मिलने की संभावना ही ज़्यादा है। इस दौरे के दौरान विशेष रूप से व्यापार, निवेश और क्षेत्रीय विकास के क्षेत्रों में सहयोग को मजबूत करने के उद्देश्य से उच्च स्तरीय चर्चा की उम्मीद है। 
प्रोफेसर मोहम्मद यूनुस ने ऐसे समय में बांग्लादेश की बागडोर संभाली है जब देश की अर्थव्यवस्था कई किस्म के दबावों से जूझ रही है। ऐसे में आर्थिक स्थिति को सुधारना ही उनकी सरकार के लिए सबसे बड़ी चुनौती बनकर उभरा है। विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि देश की मौजूदा आर्थिक परिस्थिति में चीन जैसे बड़े और स्थिर आर्थिक साझेदार के सकारात्मक समर्थन की जरूरत है।
विदेश मंत्रालय के सलाहकार तौहीद अहमद ने बीते रविवार को पत्रकारों को बताया कि मुख्य सलाहकार के इस दौरे के दौरान चीन के साथ किसी समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर नहीं किए जाएंगे। लेकिन कुछ सहमति पत्रों (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर ज़रूर किए जा सकते हैं।तौहीद अहमद ने स्थानीय पत्रकारों से कहा था कि चीन के साथ आपसी संबंधों में बांग्लादेश वाणिज्य और निवेश को ही सबसे ज़्यादा अहमियत देगा।

चीन ने वर्ष 1975 में बांग्लादेश को मान्यता देकर राजनयिक संबंध कायम किया था। इस साल दोनों देशों के बीच राजनयिक संबंधों के 50 साल पूरे होने जा रहे हैं। ढाका में चीन के राजदूत याओ वेन के मुताबिक, राजनयिक संबंधों को 50 साल पूरे होने के संदर्भ में प्रोफ़ेसर यूनुस का चीन दौरा मील का पत्थर साबित होगा।

भारत को अकड़ दिकान के बाद अब बांग्‍लादेश की मोहम्‍मद यूनुस सरकार ने ब्रिटेन की कीर स्टारमर सरकार पर निशाना साधा है। इसकी वजह हैं ब्रिटेन की श्रम मंत्री ट्यूलिप सिद्दीक, जो बांग्लादेश की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना की भतीजी हैं। बांग्‍लादेश ने ब्रिटिश प्रधानमंत्री कीर स्‍टार्मर से मांग की है कि वो ट्यूलिप सिद्दीक को हटाएं। बांग्लादेश में अंतरिम सरकार के सलाहकार मोहम्मद यूनुश ने ब्रिटिश मंत्री ट्यूलिप सिद्दीक और उनके परिवार की संपत्तियों की जांच की मांग की। उन्होंने दावा किया कि ट्यूलिप ने अपनी चाची और पूर्व बांग्लादेश की पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना के कार्यकाल के दौरान संपत्तियां हासिल की थी। मोहम्मद युनूस ने बांग्लादेश को संपत्तियां लौटाने की मांग की।

एक साक्षात्कार में उन्होंने शेख हसीना के पीएम पद से हटने के बाद भी सिद्दीक और उनके परिवार द्वार संपत्तियों के इस्सेमाल पर निंदा की। साक्षात्कार में मोहम्मद युनूस ने कहा, "यह एक सीधी डकैती के बारे में है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने पिछली सरकार पर फर्जी तरीके से धन का गबन करने का आरोप लगाया।" बता दें कि सिद्दीक ब्रिटेन लेबर कैबिनेट के सदस्य हैं, जो ट्रेजरी और सिटी मंत्री के आर्थिक सचिव के रूप में कार्य कर रहे हैं। 

यूनुस ने द संडे टाइम्स को बताया कि वह चाहते हैं कि ब्रिटेन का भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक आयोग (एसीसी) शेख हसीना की भतीजी की संपत्तियों की जांच करे। हसीना की अवामी लीग के सहयोगियों द्वारा ब्रिटेन में खरीदी गई संपत्तियां बांग्लादेश को वापस कर दी जानी चाहिए। यूनुस ने अखबार से कहा, “अंतरिम सरकार की यही मंशा है। उन्हें कैसे वापस लाया जाए।”

शेख हसीना की भतीजी पर क्‍या है आरोप?
संडे टाइम्स ने खुलासा किया था कि दो बांग्लादेशी बिजनेसमैन ने साल 2005 में शेख हसीना की सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले वकील मोइन गनी को ब्रिटेन के हैम्पस्टेड में एक फ्लैट गिफ्ट किया था। गनी ने इसे 2009 में सिद्दीक की बहन अजमीना को गिफ्ट कर दिया। बाद में खुद यूके की मंत्री ट्यूलिप सिद्दीक उसमें रहने लगी। उनके पास ब्रिटेन के किंग्स क्रॉस में एक फ्लैट भी है जो उन्हें 2004 में अब्दुल मोतालिफ ने दिया था। उनका संबंध भी शेख हसीना की आवामी लीग पार्टी से है। उन्‍होंने यह घर किराए पर दिया हुआ है। दावा किया गया कि सिद्दीक की मां रेहाना लंदन में 1.4 मिलियन पाउंड यानी 15 करोड़ रुपये के घर में रह रही थी। यह घर बांग्लादेश के एक बिजनेसमैन सलमान एफ रहमान के परिवार का था। वो भी हसीना सरकार में मंत्री रह चुके हैं।

शेख हसीना की भतीजी हैं सिद्दीक
बता दें कि ट्यूलिप सिद्दीक पूर्व बांग्लादेशी पीएम शेख हसीना की भतीजी हैं और लेबर पार्टी की श्रम मंत्री है। सिद्दीक ट्रेजरी की आर्थिक सचिव हैं और वे ब्रिटेन में वित्तीय बाजारों में भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ चलाए जाने वाले अभियानों में शामिल रही हैं।

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: Riding on a brilliant performance by the bowlers, Bengal outclassed Madhya Pradesh by 11 runs in the Elite Group C match to register their first victory of the Ranji Trophy season on Saturday. 

Bengal, who bagged six points from the win, currently have 14 points from five games. 

Chasing 338 to win on the fourth and final day, Madhya Pradesh were bowled out for 326. Shahbaz Ahmed (4-48), Mohammad Shami (3-102), Rohit Kumar (2-47) and Md Kaif (1-50) were superb with the ball for Bengal. 

Earlier, after posting 228 in their first innings, Bengal bundled out MP for 167. In their second innings, Bengal scored 276 to hand a challenging target to the home side.

Shahbaz was awarded the player of the match for his all-round performance. 

Bengal will next face Haryana, followed by Punjab at home in their final two group-stage matches.

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk:  India star pacer Mohammad Shami made a remarkable return to competitive cricket for Bengal while all-rounder Shahbaz Ahmed played a fighting knock of 92 against Madhya Pradesh on Day 1 in the Ranji Trophy Elite Group C match in Indore on Wednesday. 

Shami, who was out of competitive action since India’s ODI World Cup final in Ahmedabad last November, bowled 10 overs including a maiden while giving away 34 runs. 

While other Bengal batters found the going tough, Shahbaz hit 16 fours and 1 six in his 80-ball innings while skipper Anustup Majumdar (44) also impressed as Bengal scored 228 in their first innings. 

For MP, Aryan Pandey and Kulwant Khejroliya bagged four wickets each. 

In reply, MP, were 103/1 at stumps on the opening day. Md Kaif bagged the only wicket for Bengal. Rohit Kumar, who made his debut for Bengal, received his cap from Shami.

In what was Sunil Chhetri's 151st and last dance in Indian colours, victory may have eluded him at the full-time whistle, but emotions couldn't. After a lap around the 58,921 fans at the Salt Lake Stadium, the captain, leader, legend, let out his farewell tears when the Indian players and team officials gave him a guard of honour to the tunnel. In a warm gesture, each one of Kuwait's players and officials also paid their respects with handshakes and hugs with the Indian skipper.
  

  
As far as the match is concerned, it was far from a drab affair, with a host of chances at both ends, particularly in the first half. But some top-notch defending and fine saves reduced the contest to a goalless one.
  

  
Igor Stimac handed out a full India debut to left-back Jay Gupta, while Edmund Lalrindika came on in the last seven minutes in Gupta's place to make his debut too.
  

  
With the draw, India remain in second place with five points (Qatar will play Afghanistan later in the day), but importantly for Kuwait, they stay alive with four points. Kuwait made the earliest inroad in the fifth minute when left-winger Mohammad Abdulah shouldered his way into the box and came one-on-one with Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, but the Indian custodian stood strong, sticking his leg out to make a vital save early on.
  

  
India also responded with frantic pace on the left courtesy of Liston Colaco, who raced his way past the Kuwait right-back and put in a low cross, but Hasan Alanezi stabbed the ball clear for the visitors. India had their first shot from the resulting Anirudh Thapa corner, with an unmarked Anwar Ali heading it inches over the bar.
  

  
In the 25th minute, both teams had their heart-in-the-mouth moments in the space of a few seconds. First, it was Eid Alrashidi breaking the offside trap to stray clear on goal before dinking the ball over an onrushing Gurpreet. It landed just wide of the goal net. Immediately after, Jay Gupta burst forward and put an inviting low cross from the left. But Alanezi was on hand again to clear the danger for Kuwait at full stretch.
  

  
Slowly and steadily, India grew in confidence and began stringing attacks patiently, mostly utilising the speed of their wingers. Lallianzuala Chhangte got the better of left-back Meshari Alenezi on a couple of occasions and swung in dangerous crosses from the right, but Kuwait actively hacked them clear. Stimac's men were quicker to the second balls as well, winning the ball in the final third and making Kuwait sweat at the back.
  

  
On a couple of occasions, Liston also tried his luck from distance, first smashing the side-netting, before skying it wayward from an audacious 40-yard attempt.
  

  
At half-time, Stimac made two changes, sacrificing midfielder Thapa to bring on striker Rahim Ali, while Brandon Fernandes replaced Sahal Abdul Samad in the middle.
  

  
The start to the second half was as wild as the first. Both goalkeepers were tested to the fullest in and came out on top. Faisal Alharbi's stinging volley from barely six yards out was met with a stunning reflex save from Gurpreet, who dipped his entire 196-centimetre figure to palm it out. A few minutes later, he had to stretch to the top corner to push out Yousef Alsulaiman's effort.
  

  
Sandwiched between Gurpreet's heroics was Sulaiman Abdulghafoor's one-on-one save for Kuwait. He made himself big to deny Rahim, who had latched on to a great through ball.
  

  
India struggled to maintain their first-half intensity and the tempo shifted towards Kuwait for a while. Substitute Ali Matar got plenty of space near the edge of the box, but he hesitated to shoot early and by the time he did, Rahul Bheke had thrown his body to make a solid block.

The Blue Tigers sprang to some life in injury time, but it was not enough. केरल के राज्यपाल ने कहा, पुलिस को कार्रवाई करने से रोका गया है। यह पांचवी घटना है। जिस रॉड में झंडे को लगाया गया था, उसका इस्तेमाल गाड़ियों को तोड़ने के लिए किया जाता है। कार में बहुत सारी खरोंच भी है। यह सब उसके (पिनरई विजयन) अनुसार किया गया है। उसी ने यह साजिश रची है। ये सभी लोग सीएम के निर्देश के अनुसार काम कर रहे हैं। मैंने किसी को डराने की कोशिश नहीं की। इसमें कोई सवाल नहीं कि मैं किसी भी चीज से डरूंगा।

राज्यपाल ने कहा, एसएफआई कार्यकर्ता सीएम के निर्देश पर मुझे शारीरिक रूप से चोट पहुंचाने के लिए आए थे। खान ने कहा, जब मुख्यमंत्री इस साजिश का हिस्सा हैं, तो यह पुलिस क्या कर सकती है।" उन्होंने कहा कि वह अपराधियों को सड़क पर शासन करने की अनुमति नहीं देंगे।

राज्यपाल के काफिले पर हुआ था हमला
दरअसल, सोमवार को आरिफ मोहम्मद खान दिल्ली जाने के लिए तिरुवनंतपुरम एयरपोर्ट के लिए निकले थे। एयरपोर्ट के रास्ते में ही उनके काफिले पर हमला हुआ। इस दौरान राज्यपाल खान को अपना वाहन रोकते और प्रदर्शनकारियों को चुनौती देने के लिए कार से बाहर निकलते देख सुरक्षा अधिकारी हैरान रह गए। इसके बाद उन्होंने अपना आपा खोते हुए पुलिस अधिकारियों से पूछा, "क्या मुझे यही सुरक्षा कवर दिया गया है?" एक पुलिस अधिकारी को खान को शांत करने में कड़ी मेहनत करनी पड़ी, जबकि अन्य ने एसएफआई कार्यकर्ताओं का पीछा किया, जो राज्यपाल के काफिले के नजदीक आ चुके थे।

बता दें कि केरल में राज्यपाल आरिफ मोहम्मद खान और मुख्यमंत्री पिनाराई विजयन की लड़ाई पुरानी है। दोनों एक-दूसरे पर कई बार सार्वजनिक रूप से हमलावर हो चुके हैं। एक-दूसरे पर जमकर जुबानी हमले बोलते रहते हैं। लेकिन यह जंग उस समय एक अलग ही मोड़ पर पहुंच गई जब राज्यपाल ने सीएम पर बड़ा आरोप लगाया।

 KKNB : From an Indian perspective, the final was disappointing, but that’s what cricket is all about.

Australia played better than India, you can't complain about that. It was just one bad day at the office.

Australia won the toss and they knew that dew would be the key factor. They restricted India to 240 and chased really well. 

What swung the game in Australia’s favour was Pat Cummins’ captaincy. The way he brought Glenn Maxwell in to the attack to get the wicket of Rohit Sharma with a brilliant catch from Travis Head was very smart. Adam Zampa was great too, as was Cummins himself in dismissing Virat Kohli. 

They outplayed India and were very solid in their planning. 

Another big factor was Australia’s fielding, I think they saved 30 to 40 runs. From ball one, they were saving a lot of singles and boundaries. There was Travis’s catch and some excellent work in the deep from David Warner and Marnus Labuschagne.

I think Cummins showed real temperament in his captaincy. He changed his bowlers knowing he could put pressure on each India batter even though they were all in such good form. His tactics made all the difference and his planning and execution was perfect.

If you look at Australia’s innings, they were 47 for three, but India couldn’t put the pressure on because they were only defending 241 and then Travis Head played the best knock of the World Cup to change the direction of the game with his positive batting.

India looked very good from a bowling point of view but were left disappointed because they didn’t understand the wicket. 

It was very dry and they couldn’t keep pressure on with the bat because Australia bowled a lot of short balls and deliveries into the wicket which meant India couldn’t rotate the strike. Rohit’s wicket was a turning point and there were not enough runs on the board, especially when you’re used to making totals of up to 400. 

Credit goes to Travis and Marnus, the way they played when the pressure started to come back onto Australia showed they know how to win an ICC trophy. 

Glenn Maxwell’s double century against Afghanistan gave them the belief they could win the World Cup because when one player performs that well, everyone else wants to do the same for their country. Travis believed he could do it in the final and he did.

Reflecting on the entire World Cup, I think it was played in a great spirit. We saw lots of runs and wickets to both seam and spin. 

Afghanistan and the Netherlands both really impressed me and New Zealand did well too. We saw a lot of great individual performances from Bas de Leede and Paul van Meekeren of the Netherlands, to Rachin Ravindra of New Zealand and Mohammad Wasim of Pakistan, who looked very promising. 

From an Indian perspective, I was very impressed with KL Rahul but Mohammed Shami was my player of the tournament. The way he bowled against New Zealand and throughout the whole World Cup, he just went bang, bang, bang.

I thought Rohit Sharma’s captaincy was fantastic too. He looked very solid in his planning, decision making, approach and execution. He looked like a proper leader. 

Like MS Dhoni before him, he brought a team together and they played excellently. I don’t know if Rohit will play in the next 50-over World Cup, he might play in the T20 World Cup, but he really wanted to win the World Cup for the whole country. But God planned something else.

It’s very disappointing because they did so well in every department before the final. 

There were still some great moments, not least Virat scoring his 50th century in front of his idol, Sachin Tendulkar. 

We will see the Indian team doing well again because they know how to reach the latter stages of tournaments now. It just takes a bit of time to understand how to manage those pressure situations, especially when you’re at home. 

Sometimes when there’s a lot of pressure you can lose your focus, and I think that’s a lesson they will learn from this.

Despite the disappointment, there’s no doubt that this event has truly captured the hearts of the nation. New records have been set in stadium attendances, broadcast viewership and digital engagements, making this truly the biggest ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup ever.

In four years’ time, all eyes will be on hosts South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia, and it will be great to see new teams come through like we’ve seen with Afghanistan in the recent years. 

It might be Ireland or another team from Europe who really steps up, or perhaps one of the Asia Cup teams like Nepal. It will be exciting to see 14 teams and how it all shapes up.
