बिहार में पूर्णिया की अमौर सीट अचानक से हाई प्रोफाइल सीट बन गई है। इसकी वजह बनें हैं, राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य साबिर अली। बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के बीच जनता दल (यूनाइटेड) ने शनिवार को एक बड़ा राजनीतिक कदम उठाते हुए राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य साबिर अली को अमौर विधानसभा सीट से अपना उम्मीदवार घोषित कर दिया। दिलचस्प बात यह है कि यही साबिर अली वर्ष 2014 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने पर पार्टी से निष्कासित कर दिए गए थे।

  


आखिरी समय में जेडीयू का बड़ा फैसला
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने पर 11 वर्ष पहले जनता दल यूनाइटेड (जद(यू)) से निष्कासित किए गए राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य साबिर अली की फिर से पार्टी में वापसी हो गई है। साबिर अली को पार्टी ने शनिवार को अमौर विधानसभा सीट से अपना उम्मीदवार घोषित किया। जेडीयू ने आखिरी समय में बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए पूर्णिया की अमौर सीट पर कैंडिडेट बदल दिया। पूर्णिया की अमौर सीट से पार्टी ने नामांकन की अंतिम तारीख से ठीक एक दिन पहले अपने घोषित प्रत्याशी सबा ज़फर का टिकट काट दिया है। जेडीयू ने अमौर से अपना प्रत्याशी बदल दिया। 

नीतीश कुमार के बेहद करीबी रहे साबिर
कभी नीतीश कुमार के बेहद करीबी माने जाने वाले, राज्यसभा में जेडीयू का चेहरा रहे साबिर अली आज फिर उसी पार्टी में लौट आए हैं, जहां से उन्होंने सियासत की शुरुआत की थी। राजनीति में उनका आगमन 2000 के दशक में हुआ और नीतीश कुमार के नेतृत्व से प्रभावित होकर उन्होंने जेडीयू जॉइन की।

बिहार के पूर्वी चंपारण में जन्मे साबिर अली को 2014 में ही पीएम मोदी की तारीफ करने के चलते जदयू ने उन्हें पार्टी से निकाल दिया। जेडीयू से निकाले जाने के बाद वे लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (लोजपा) में चले गए और फिर वहां से भाजपा की ओर रुख किया। लेकिन उन पर लगे पुराने दाग साबिर अली पर भारी पड़े और फिर उन्हें बीजेपी ने भी कोई बड़ी जिम्मेदारी नहीं दी। दरअसल, कुछ भाजपा नेताओं ने सार्वजनिक रूप से उनके बयानबाज़ी पर सवाल उठाए। कुछ रिपोर्ट्स में कहा गया कि उन्हें इंडियन मुजाहिदीन के यासीन भटकल से जोड़ने के आरोप लगे। 2014 में ही भाजपा उनकी एंट्री रोक दी गई। इन घटनाओं ने साबिर अली को सियासत के निचले पायदान पर ला दिया और वे कुछ समय के लिए गुमनामी में चले गए।

अम्बिकापुर- श्री साई बाबा आदर्श स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय के खिलाड़ियों ने टेबल टेनिस प्रतियोगिता में शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए खिताब पर कब्जा जमाया है। शासकीय कालिदास महाविद्यालय प्रतापुर में परिक्षेत्र स्तरीय टेबल टेनिस प्रतियोगिता आयोजित हुई. जिसमें पुरूष वर्ग की आठ और महिला वर्ग की सात टीमों ने सहभागिता की।
  
साई कॉलेज की पुरूष टीम ने शासकीय लरंगसाय महाविद्यालय रामानुजगंज से लीग मैच, शासकीय कालिदास महाविद्यालय प्रतापपुर से सेमीफाइनल खेला, जिसमें जीत दर्ज कर फाइनल में प्रवेश किया। फाइनल में शासकीय लाहिड़ी महाविद्यालय चिरमिरी से मुकाबला हुआ जिसमें साई कॉलेज की टीम विजेता रही। इसी तरह महिला वर्ग में साई कॉलेज की टीम शासकीय रामानुज सिंहदेव महाविद्यालय बैकुण्ठपुर से लीग मैच, शासकीय लाहिड़ी महाविद्यालय चिरमिरी से सेमीफाइनल में विजेता रही। फाइनल में शासकीय नवीन महाविद्यालय रघुनाथ नगर से मुकाबला हुआ जिसमें साई कॉलेज की टीम उप विजेता रही। टीम के कोच तिलक राज टोप्पो ने खिलाड़ियों का हौसला अफजाई किया।

   लखनऊ। बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले चरण में उत्तर प्रदेश से 16 वरिष्ठ IAS अधिकारियों की तैनाती आब्जर्वर के रूप में की गई है। निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देश पर ये अधिकारी बिहार जाकर चुनावी प्रक्रिया की निगरानी करेंगे। इनकी जिम्मेदारी होगी कि मतदान निष्पक्ष, शांतिपूर्ण और पारदर्शी ढंग से संपन्न हो।
  
  

   सूत्रों के अनुसार, ये अधिकारी 16 अक्टूबर को बिहार में रिपोर्ट करेंगे। इनका कार्य मतदान केंद्रों की तैयारियों, मतदाता सूची, मतदान सामग्री और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करना रहेगा। इन 16 अधिकारियों में अजय कुमार शुक्ला, बलकार सिंह, चैत्रा वी, ओम प्रकाश, सेल्वा कुमारी जे, अमित सिंह बंसल, भानु चन्द्र गोस्वामी, प्रांजल यादव, उदय भानु त्रिपाठी, अनामिका सिंह, भवानी सिंह खंगारोत, गौरी शंकर प्रियदर्शी, जीएस नवीन कुमार और राज शेखर शामिल हैं।

अम्बिकापुर- श्री साई बाबा डे बोर्डिंग स्कूल में भारत स्काउट्स एवं गाइड्स छत्तीसगढ़ जिला संघ सरगुजा के तत्वधान में प्रथम सोपान एवं द्वितीय सोपान प्रशिक्षण एवं जाँच शिविर आयोजित हुआ। ध्वजारोहण से शिविर का प्रारम्भ हुआ।
प्रबंध समिति के अध्यक्ष विजय कुमार इंगोले, प्राचार्य प्राची गोयल ने शिविरार्थियों को प्रेरित किया। भारत स्काउट्स एवं गाइड्स सरगुजा जिला संगठन आयुक्त योगेश विश्वकर्मा की उपस्थिति में शिविर को गति मिली।
इस दौरान कैडेट को स्काउट्स एवं गाइड्स नियम बताये गये। प्रतिज्ञा, प्रार्थना, गणवेश की जानकारी सभी को दी गयी। टोली विधि, सेवा कार्य, सैल्यूट, तालिया, निनाद से अवगत कराया गया। कैडेटों को बिना बर्तन के भोजन बनाना, हाइक आदि का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। दोनों दिन कैडेटों ने कैम्प फायर के दौरान रंगारंग प्रस्तुति दी।
शिविर के दूसरे दिन नये स्काउट्स गाइड्स को प्रबंध समिति की सदस्य रेखा इंगोले, अलका इंगोले के हाथों दीक्षा दिलाया गया। समापन संध्या पर सरगुजा पुलिस के सायबर सेल के द्वारा सभी स्काउट गाइड को साइबर क्राइम की जानकारी एवं प्रशिक्षण भी दिया गया। समापन समारोह के अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में सरगुजा पुलिस विभाग से अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक अमोलक सिंह ढिल्लों ने कैडेटों को प्रेरित किया। प्रबंध समिति के अध्यक्ष विजय कुमार इंगोले, साइबर सेल से अनुज जायसवाल, विक्की गुप्ता, अतुल गुप्ता ने प्रशिक्षित स्काउट्स,गाइड्स की टोलियो को पुरूस्कृत किया।
इस प्रशिक्षण शिविर में प्रशिक्षक के रूप में सीनियर रोवर रवि यादव, राकेश दास, रोवर आकाश मुंडा, विशाल पांडेय ने सहयोग किया। शिविर के संचालन में स्काउट्स प्रभारी अभिषेक चौधरी, गाइड्स प्रभारी दीक्षा कुजूर, भानु शंकर झा, सुखलाल राम, स्वाति सिंह, रजनी तिवारी, उद्देश मंडल, सायमा कशिश, आयुषी सिंह ने सहयोग किया।

अम्बिकापुर- श्री साई बाबा आदर्श स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय के खिलाड़ियों ने टेबल टेनिस प्रतियोगिता में शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए खिताब पर कब्जा जमाया है। शासकीय कालिदास महाविद्यालय प्रतापुर में परिक्षेत्र स्तरीय टेबल टेनिस प्रतियोगिता आयोजित हुई. जिसमें पुरूष वर्ग की आठ और महिला वर्ग की सात टीमों ने सहभागिता की।
  
साई कॉलेज की पुरूष टीम ने शासकीय लरंगसाय महाविद्यालय रामानुजगंज से लीग मैच, शासकीय कालिदास महाविद्यालय प्रतापपुर से सेमीफाइनल खेला, जिसमें जीत दर्ज कर फाइनल में प्रवेश किया। फाइनल में शासकीय लाहिड़ी महाविद्यालय चिरमिरी से मुकाबला हुआ जिसमें साई कॉलेज की टीम विजेता रही। इसी तरह महिला वर्ग में साई कॉलेज की टीम शासकीय रामानुज सिंहदेव महाविद्यालय बैकुण्ठपुर से लीग मैच, शासकीय लाहिड़ी महाविद्यालय चिरमिरी से सेमीफाइनल में विजेता रही। फाइनल में शासकीय नवीन महाविद्यालय रघुनाथ नगर से मुकाबला हुआ जिसमें साई कॉलेज की टीम उप विजेता रही। टीम के कोच तिलक राज टोप्पो ने खिलाड़ियों का हौसला अफजाई किया।
  
खिलाड़ियों के खिताबी जीत पर महाविद्यालय शासी निकाय के अध्यक्ष विजय कुमार इंगोले, सचिव अजय कुमार इंगोले और प्राचार्य डॉ. राजेश श्रीवास्तव ने बधाई दी है।

   लखनऊ। बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले चरण में उत्तर प्रदेश से 16 वरिष्ठ IAS अधिकारियों की तैनाती आब्जर्वर के रूप में की गई है। निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देश पर ये अधिकारी बिहार जाकर चुनावी प्रक्रिया की निगरानी करेंगे। इनकी जिम्मेदारी होगी कि मतदान निष्पक्ष, शांतिपूर्ण और पारदर्शी ढंग से संपन्न हो।
  
  

   सूत्रों के अनुसार, ये अधिकारी 16 अक्टूबर को बिहार में रिपोर्ट करेंगे। इनका कार्य मतदान केंद्रों की तैयारियों, मतदाता सूची, मतदान सामग्री और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करना रहेगा। इन 16 अधिकारियों में अजय कुमार शुक्ला, बलकार सिंह, चैत्रा वी, ओम प्रकाश, सेल्वा कुमारी जे, अमित सिंह बंसल, भानु चन्द्र गोस्वामी, प्रांजल यादव, उदय भानु त्रिपाठी, अनामिका सिंह, भवानी सिंह खंगारोत, गौरी शंकर प्रियदर्शी, जीएस नवीन कुमार और राज शेखर शामिल हैं।
  
  

   दूसरे चरण के चुनाव के लिए भी प्रदेश के 15 IAS अधिकारियों को आब्जर्वर के रूप में बिहार भेजा जा रहा है। इन्हें 19 अक्टूबर को रिपोर्ट करना होगा। पहले चरण का मतदान 6 नवंबर और दूसरे चरण का मतदान 11 नवंबर को निर्धारित है।
