मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस में फंसे साउथ के सुपरस्टार महेश बाबू, ईडी ने समन भेजकर 27 अप्रैल को किया तलब

साउथ सुपरस्टार महेश बाबू को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने समन भेजा है। उन्हें 27 अप्रैल को हैदराबाद स्थित ईडी के ऑफिस में पेश होने का समन मिला है। महेश बाबू ने यह समन हैदराबाद स्थित रियल एस्टेट फर्म साई सूर्या डेवलपर्स और सुराना ग्रुप से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले मे भेजा गया है। महेश बाबू ग्रीन मीडोज के ब्रांड एंबेसडर थे। कुछ समय पहले ही इन दोनों कंपनियों और उससे जुड़े कई निवेशकों के खिलाफ छापेमारी की गई थी। ईडी ने हैदराबाद के सिकंदराबाद, जुबली हिल्स और बोवेनपल्ली इलाकों में छापेमारी की थी।

ग्रीन मीडोज प्रोजेक्ट के लिए महेश बाबू को कंपनी ने ब्रांड एंबेसडर बनाया था। इसके लिए एक्टर को 5.9 करोड़ रुपए मिले हैं. 123 तेलुगू की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, इन पैसों में से 3.4 करोड़ रुपए चेक के ज़रिए और 2.5 करोड़ रुपए कैस के तौर पर एक्टर को मिला है।ईडी के अधिकारियों को संदेह है कि नकद वाला हिस्सा धोखाधड़ी के जरिए जमा किए गए कैश का हिस्सा है।

ईडी ने भाग्यनगर प्रॉपर्टीज लिमिटेड के निदेशक नरेंद्र सुराना, साई सूर्या डेवलपर्स के मालिक के सतीश चंद्र गुप्ता और अन्य के लोगों के खिलाफ तेलंगाना पुलिस द्वारा दर्ज एफआईआर के आधार पर अपनी मनी-लॉन्ड्रिंग जांच शुरू की थी। 32 वर्षीय एक सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर ने सतीश चंद्र गुप्ता और उनकी कंपनी, हैदराबाद के वेंगल राव नगर स्थित एक प्रमुख रियल एस्टेट फर्म के खिलाफ स्थानीय पुलिस में धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज कराया है। मधुरा नगर पुलिस स्टेशन में दर्ज शिकायत के अनुसार, नक्का विष्णु वर्धन ने कई अन्य लोगों के साथ मिलकर अप्रैल 2021 में साई सूर्या डेवलपर्स के ग्रीन मीडोज वेंचर (शादनगर में 14 एकड़ जमीन) में तीन करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि का निवेश किया। 

इन कंपनियों ने कथित तौर पर अनऑथराइज्ड लेआउट के जरिए एक ही जमीन को की कई बार बिक्री करके और गलत रजिस्ट्रेशन से खरीदारों से करोड़ों रुपये एडवांस में वसूली की।साई सूर्या प्रॉजेक्ट्स को लेकर एक्टर के एंडोर्समेंट ने कथित तौर पर कई लोगों को निवेश करने के लिए प्रभावित किया, जो इस वेंचर के पीछे चल रही बड़ी धोखाधड़ी से पूरी तरह अनजान थे। हालांकि एक्टर इस स्कैम का हिस्सा नहीं हो सकते हैं, लेकिन ईडी डेवलपर्स से उन्हें मिली रकम की जांच कर रहा है।

फिल्म अभिनेता मनोज कुमार का निधन, पीएम मोदी ने जताया दुख

सिनेमा के दिग्गज एक्टर और फिल्म डायरेक्टर मनोज कुमार का निधन हो गया है। दिग्गज एक्टर ने 87 साल की उम्र में आखिरी सांस ली। मनोज कुमार का निधन मुंबई के कोकिलाबेन धीरूभाई अंबानी अस्पताल हुआ। मनोज कुमार को खासतौर पर उनकी देशभक्ति के लिए जाना जाता था। इसके अलावा उन्हें ‘भारत कुमार’ के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।

मनोज कुमार के बेटे कुणाल गोस्वामी ने बताया, उन्हें लंबे समय से स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियां थीं। यह भगवान की कृपा है कि उन्होंने शांतिपूर्वक इस दुनिया को अलविदा कह दिया। उनका अंतिम संस्कार कल होगा।
मनोज कुमार काफी समय से लिवर सिरोसिस से जूझ रहे थे। उनकी हालत बिगड़ने के बाद उन्हें 21 फरवरी, 2025 को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था।

पीएम मोदी ने दी श्रद्धांजलि
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मनोज कुमार को श्रद्धांजलि दी है। पीएम ने 'एक्स' पर लिखा: 'महान अभिनेता और फिल्म निर्माता श्री मनोज कुमार जी के निधन से बहुत दुख हुआ। वह भारतीय सिनेमा के प्रतीक थे, जिन्हें विशेष रूप से उनकी देशभक्ति के उत्साह के लिए याद किया जाता था, जो उनकी फिल्मों में भी झलकता था। मनोज जी के कार्यों ने राष्ट्रीय गौरव की भावना को प्रज्वलित किया और यह पीढ़ियों को प्रेरित करता रहेगा। दुख की इस घड़ी में मेरी संवेदनाएं उनके परिवार और प्रशंसकों के साथ हैं। ओम शांति।'

हिंदी सिनेमा में अपने लिए एक अलग पहचान बनाई
24 जुलाई, 1937 को अमृतसर (पंजाब) में हरिकृष्ण गोस्वामी के रूप में जन्मे मनोज कुमार ने हिंदी सिनेमा में अपने लिए एक अलग पहचान बनाई। 'शहीद', 'उपकार' और 'रंग दे बसंती' जैसी फिल्मों में उनकी प्रतिष्ठित भूमिकाएं देशभक्ति की भावनाओं से गहराई से जुड़ी थीं। अपने पूरे करियर के दौरान मनोज कुमार राष्ट्रीय गौरव और एकता की भावना पर आधारित फिल्मों में अपने अभिनय और निर्देशन दोनों के लिए जाने जाते थे। 

इन पुरस्कारों से हुए सम्मानित
मनोज कुमार को 7 फिल्म फेयर पुरस्कार मिले थे। पहला फिल्म फेयर 1968 में फिल्म उपकार के लिए मिला था। उपकार ने बेस्ट फिल्म, बेस्ट डायरेक्टर, बेस्ट स्टोरी और बेस्ट डायलॉग के लिए चार फिल्म फेयर जीते। 1992 में उन्हें पद्मश्री से सम्मानित किया गया। 2016 में उन्हें दादा साहेब फाल्के अवॉर्ड से नवाजा गया।

Anmol Solanki’s Journey: A Tale of Resilience and Stardom

నటి జత్వాని కేసులో నిందితుడు విద్యాసాగర్ బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై ఈ నెల 5న హైకోర్టులో సుదీర్ఘంగా వాదనలు జరిగాయి. ఇరుపక్షాల వాదనలు ముగియడంతో బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై తీర్పును న్యాయస్థానం రిజర్వు చేసింది. సోమవారం (9వ తేదీ) తీర్పు వెల్లడించనున్నట్లు పేర్కొంది.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ (Andhra Pradesh)లో సంచలనం సృష్టించిన ముంబై నటి జత్వాని కేసు (Mumbai Actor Jethwani Case)లో ఆరోపణలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న ప్రధాన నిందితుడు, వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ నేత (YSRCP Leader) కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్(Vidyasagar) బెయిల్‌ (Bail)పై సోమవారం హైకోర్టు (High Court) తీర్పు ఇవ్వనుంది. ఈ కేసులో బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేయాలని నిందితుడు కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశాడు. జత్వానీ, పోలీసుల తరుపున న్యాయవాది నర్రా శ్రీనివాస్, పీపీ లక్ష్మీ నారాయణ కోర్టులో వాదనలు వినిపించారు. బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేస్తే నిందితుడు కేసును ప్రభావితం చేస్తారని తెలిపారు. అలాగే నిందితుడు తరుపున సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది నిరంజన్ రెడ్డి వాదనలు వినిపించారు. నిందితుడు ఇప్పటికే 76 రోజులుగా జైలులో ఉన్నాడని కోర్టుకు తెలిపారు. ఇరుపక్షాల వాదనలు పూర్తి అయ్యాయి. దీంతో ఈ కేసుపై తీర్పును హైకోర్టు సోమవారం నాటికి వాయిదా వేసింది.

విద్యాసాగర్ హైకోర్టులో దాఖలు చేసిన బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై ఈ నెల 5న సుదీర్ఘంగా వాదనలు జరిగాయి. వరుసగా మంగళ, బుధవారాల్లో హైకోర్టులో బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై వాదనలు జరిగాయి. ఇరుపక్షాల వాదనలు ముగియడంతో బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై తీర్పును న్యాయస్థానం రిజర్వు చేసింది. సోమవారం బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై హైకోర్టు తీర్పు వెలువరించనుంది.

కాగా ఏపీలో సంచలనంగా మారిన ముంబై నటి కాదంబరి జత్వానీని వేధించిన కేసులో వైసీపీ నేత కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్‌ను విజయవాడ పోలీసులు అరెస్టు చేశారు. ఉత్తరాఖండ్‌లోని డెహ్రాడూన్‌లో ఆయన్ను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. కాదంబరి కేసు వ్యవహారం వెలుగులోకి వచ్చాక విద్యాసాగర్‌ అజ్ఞాతంలోకి వెళ్లిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. కొన్నిరోజులు ముంబైలో, మరికొన్ని రోజులు ఢిల్లీలో తలదాచుకున్నారని పోలీసులు గుర్తించారు. చివరకు డెహ్రాడూన్‌లోని ఓ రిసార్ట్‌ వద్ద అరెస్టు చేశారు. అక్కడి మూడో అదనపు చీఫ్‌ జ్యుడిషియల్‌ మేజిస్ట్రేట్‌ కోర్టులో హాజరుపర్చిన తర్వాత ట్రాన్సిట్‌ వారెంట్‌పై విజయవాడకు తీసుకువచ్చారు.

తనపై తప్పుడు కేసు నమోదుచేసి మానసికంగా వేధించారని కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్‌తో పాటు ఐపీఎస్‌ అధికారులు పీఎస్‌ఆర్‌ ఆంజనేయులు, కాంతిరాణా, విశాల్‌గున్నీ, పలువురు పోలీసు అధికారులపై జెత్వానీ ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. దీనిపై పోలీసులు వివిధ సెక్షన్ల కింద ఈ నెల 13న కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. ఇందులో కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్‌ను ప్రధాన నిందితుడిగా పేర్కొన్నారు. జెత్వానీ విజయవాడకు వచ్చి వాంగ్మూలం ఇచ్చినప్పటి నుంచి విద్యాసాగర్‌ పరారీలో ఉన్నారు. తాను నమోదు చేయించిన కేసుకు సంబంధించిన వివరాలు మీడియాలో ప్రసారం కాకుండా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్‌ దాఖలు చేశారు. కాగా కాదంబరి వ్యవహారం వెలుగులోకి వచ్చాక ఉన్నతాధికారులు విచారణాధికారిని నియమించారు. ఎన్టీఆర్‌ పోలీసు కమిషనరేట్‌లోని ఏసీపీ స్రవంతిరాయ్‌కు బాధ్యతలు అప్పగించారు. ఆమె కాదంబరితో పాటు తండ్రి నరేంద్రకుమార్‌ జెత్వానీ, తల్లి ఆశా జెత్వానీ నుంచి వాంగ్మూలం తీసుకున్నారు. 100 పేజీలతో విచారణ నివేదికను రూపొందించి ప్రభుత్వానికి పంపారు. కాదంబరి మొత్తం నాలుగుసార్లు పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదులు చేశారు. మూడుసార్లు పోలీసు కమిషనర్‌కు, నాలుగోసారి ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. ఈ కేసులో ఐపీఎస్‌ అధికారులు పీఎస్‌ఆర్‌ ఆంజనేయులు, కాంతిరాణా, విశాల్‌గున్నీని ప్రభుత్వం సస్పెండ్‌ చేసింది. అజ్ఞాతంలోకి వెళ్లిన విద్యాసాగర్‌ను పట్టుకోవడానికి పోలీసులు రెండు ప్రత్యేక బృందాలను నియమించారు. ఎట్టకేలకు అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు.

ఈ వ్యవహారంలో ప్రమేయం ఉన్న ముగ్గురు సీనియర్ ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులను ప్రభుత్వం సస్పెండ్ చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. మాజీ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ చీఫ్ పీఎస్ఆర్ ఆంజనేయులు, కాంతి రాణా టాటా, విశాల్ గన్నీలపై సస్పెన్షన్ వేటు పడింది. ఈ మేరకు ముగ్గురి సస్పెన్షన్ ఫైల్‌పై ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు సంతకం చేశారు. అధికార దుర్వినియోగ ఆరోపణలు రావడంతో ప్రభుత్వం ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఇప్పటికే ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం సీఐ సత్యనారాయణ, ఏసీపీ హనుమంతరావులను డీజీపీ సస్పెండ్ చేశారు. డీజీపీ ఇచ్చిన నివేదిక ఆధారంగా ముగ్గురు ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులపై కూడా వేటు పడింది. ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన ఉత్తర్వులను ప్రభుత్వం విడుదల చేసింది. జీవో నంబర్ 1590, 1591,1592 విడుదల చేసింది. కాన్ఫిడెన్షియల్ అని వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో ప్రభుత్వం పేర్కొంది

मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस में फंसे साउथ के सुपरस्टार महेश बाबू, ईडी ने समन भेजकर 27 अप्रैल को किया तलब

साउथ सुपरस्टार महेश बाबू को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने समन भेजा है। उन्हें 27 अप्रैल को हैदराबाद स्थित ईडी के ऑफिस में पेश होने का समन मिला है। महेश बाबू ने यह समन हैदराबाद स्थित रियल एस्टेट फर्म साई सूर्या डेवलपर्स और सुराना ग्रुप से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले मे भेजा गया है। महेश बाबू ग्रीन मीडोज के ब्रांड एंबेसडर थे। कुछ समय पहले ही इन दोनों कंपनियों और उससे जुड़े कई निवेशकों के खिलाफ छापेमारी की गई थी। ईडी ने हैदराबाद के सिकंदराबाद, जुबली हिल्स और बोवेनपल्ली इलाकों में छापेमारी की थी।

ग्रीन मीडोज प्रोजेक्ट के लिए महेश बाबू को कंपनी ने ब्रांड एंबेसडर बनाया था। इसके लिए एक्टर को 5.9 करोड़ रुपए मिले हैं. 123 तेलुगू की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, इन पैसों में से 3.4 करोड़ रुपए चेक के ज़रिए और 2.5 करोड़ रुपए कैस के तौर पर एक्टर को मिला है।ईडी के अधिकारियों को संदेह है कि नकद वाला हिस्सा धोखाधड़ी के जरिए जमा किए गए कैश का हिस्सा है।

ईडी ने भाग्यनगर प्रॉपर्टीज लिमिटेड के निदेशक नरेंद्र सुराना, साई सूर्या डेवलपर्स के मालिक के सतीश चंद्र गुप्ता और अन्य के लोगों के खिलाफ तेलंगाना पुलिस द्वारा दर्ज एफआईआर के आधार पर अपनी मनी-लॉन्ड्रिंग जांच शुरू की थी। 32 वर्षीय एक सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर ने सतीश चंद्र गुप्ता और उनकी कंपनी, हैदराबाद के वेंगल राव नगर स्थित एक प्रमुख रियल एस्टेट फर्म के खिलाफ स्थानीय पुलिस में धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज कराया है। मधुरा नगर पुलिस स्टेशन में दर्ज शिकायत के अनुसार, नक्का विष्णु वर्धन ने कई अन्य लोगों के साथ मिलकर अप्रैल 2021 में साई सूर्या डेवलपर्स के ग्रीन मीडोज वेंचर (शादनगर में 14 एकड़ जमीन) में तीन करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि का निवेश किया। 

इन कंपनियों ने कथित तौर पर अनऑथराइज्ड लेआउट के जरिए एक ही जमीन को की कई बार बिक्री करके और गलत रजिस्ट्रेशन से खरीदारों से करोड़ों रुपये एडवांस में वसूली की।साई सूर्या प्रॉजेक्ट्स को लेकर एक्टर के एंडोर्समेंट ने कथित तौर पर कई लोगों को निवेश करने के लिए प्रभावित किया, जो इस वेंचर के पीछे चल रही बड़ी धोखाधड़ी से पूरी तरह अनजान थे। हालांकि एक्टर इस स्कैम का हिस्सा नहीं हो सकते हैं, लेकिन ईडी डेवलपर्स से उन्हें मिली रकम की जांच कर रहा है।

फिल्म अभिनेता मनोज कुमार का निधन, पीएम मोदी ने जताया दुख

सिनेमा के दिग्गज एक्टर और फिल्म डायरेक्टर मनोज कुमार का निधन हो गया है। दिग्गज एक्टर ने 87 साल की उम्र में आखिरी सांस ली। मनोज कुमार का निधन मुंबई के कोकिलाबेन धीरूभाई अंबानी अस्पताल हुआ। मनोज कुमार को खासतौर पर उनकी देशभक्ति के लिए जाना जाता था। इसके अलावा उन्हें ‘भारत कुमार’ के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।

मनोज कुमार के बेटे कुणाल गोस्वामी ने बताया, उन्हें लंबे समय से स्वास्थ्य संबंधी परेशानियां थीं। यह भगवान की कृपा है कि उन्होंने शांतिपूर्वक इस दुनिया को अलविदा कह दिया। उनका अंतिम संस्कार कल होगा।
मनोज कुमार काफी समय से लिवर सिरोसिस से जूझ रहे थे। उनकी हालत बिगड़ने के बाद उन्हें 21 फरवरी, 2025 को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था।

पीएम मोदी ने दी श्रद्धांजलि
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मनोज कुमार को श्रद्धांजलि दी है। पीएम ने 'एक्स' पर लिखा: 'महान अभिनेता और फिल्म निर्माता श्री मनोज कुमार जी के निधन से बहुत दुख हुआ। वह भारतीय सिनेमा के प्रतीक थे, जिन्हें विशेष रूप से उनकी देशभक्ति के उत्साह के लिए याद किया जाता था, जो उनकी फिल्मों में भी झलकता था। मनोज जी के कार्यों ने राष्ट्रीय गौरव की भावना को प्रज्वलित किया और यह पीढ़ियों को प्रेरित करता रहेगा। दुख की इस घड़ी में मेरी संवेदनाएं उनके परिवार और प्रशंसकों के साथ हैं। ओम शांति।'

24 जुलाई, 1937 को अमृतसर (पंजाब) में हरिकृष्ण गोस्वामी के रूप में जन्मे मनोज कुमार ने हिंदी सिनेमा में अपने लिए एक अलग पहचान बनाई। 'शहीद', 'उपकार' और 'रंग दे बसंती' जैसी फिल्मों में उनकी प्रतिष्ठित भूमिकाएं देशभक्ति की भावनाओं से गहराई से जुड़ी थीं। अपने पूरे करियर के दौरान मनोज कुमार राष्ट्रीय गौरव और एकता की भावना पर आधारित फिल्मों में अपने अभिनय और निर्देशन दोनों के लिए जाने जाते थे।

Anmol Solanki’s Journey: A Tale of Resilience and Stardom

నటి జత్వాని కేసులో నిందితుడు విద్యాసాగర్ బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై ఈ నెల 5న హైకోర్టులో సుదీర్ఘంగా వాదనలు జరిగాయి. ఇరుపక్షాల వాదనలు ముగియడంతో బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై తీర్పును న్యాయస్థానం రిజర్వు చేసింది. సోమవారం (9వ తేదీ) తీర్పు వెల్లడించనున్నట్లు పేర్కొంది.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ (Andhra Pradesh)లో సంచలనం సృష్టించిన ముంబై నటి జత్వాని కేసు (Mumbai Actor Jethwani Case)లో ఆరోపణలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న ప్రధాన నిందితుడు, వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ నేత (YSRCP Leader) కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్(Vidyasagar) బెయిల్‌ (Bail)పై సోమవారం హైకోర్టు (High Court) తీర్పు ఇవ్వనుంది. ఈ కేసులో బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేయాలని నిందితుడు కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశాడు. జత్వానీ, పోలీసుల తరుపున న్యాయవాది నర్రా శ్రీనివాస్, పీపీ లక్ష్మీ నారాయణ కోర్టులో వాదనలు వినిపించారు. బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేస్తే నిందితుడు కేసును ప్రభావితం చేస్తారని తెలిపారు. అలాగే నిందితుడు తరుపున సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది నిరంజన్ రెడ్డి వాదనలు వినిపించారు. నిందితుడు ఇప్పటికే 76 రోజులుగా జైలులో ఉన్నాడని కోర్టుకు తెలిపారు. ఇరుపక్షాల వాదనలు పూర్తి అయ్యాయి. దీంతో ఈ కేసుపై తీర్పును హైకోర్టు సోమవారం నాటికి వాయిదా వేసింది.

విద్యాసాగర్ హైకోర్టులో దాఖలు చేసిన బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై ఈ నెల 5న సుదీర్ఘంగా వాదనలు జరిగాయి. వరుసగా మంగళ, బుధవారాల్లో హైకోర్టులో బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై వాదనలు జరిగాయి. ఇరుపక్షాల వాదనలు ముగియడంతో బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై తీర్పును న్యాయస్థానం రిజర్వు చేసింది. సోమవారం బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై హైకోర్టు తీర్పు వెలువరించనుంది.

కాగా ఏపీలో సంచలనంగా మారిన ముంబై నటి కాదంబరి జత్వానీని వేధించిన కేసులో వైసీపీ నేత కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్‌ను విజయవాడ పోలీసులు అరెస్టు చేశారు. ఉత్తరాఖండ్‌లోని డెహ్రాడూన్‌లో ఆయన్ను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. కాదంబరి కేసు వ్యవహారం వెలుగులోకి వచ్చాక విద్యాసాగర్‌ అజ్ఞాతంలోకి వెళ్లిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. కొన్నిరోజులు ముంబైలో, మరికొన్ని రోజులు ఢిల్లీలో తలదాచుకున్నారని పోలీసులు గుర్తించారు. చివరకు డెహ్రాడూన్‌లోని ఓ రిసార్ట్‌ వద్ద అరెస్టు చేశారు. అక్కడి మూడో అదనపు చీఫ్‌ జ్యుడిషియల్‌ మేజిస్ట్రేట్‌ కోర్టులో హాజరుపర్చిన తర్వాత ట్రాన్సిట్‌ వారెంట్‌పై విజయవాడకు తీసుకువచ్చారు.

తనపై తప్పుడు కేసు నమోదుచేసి మానసికంగా వేధించారని కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్‌తో పాటు ఐపీఎస్‌ అధికారులు పీఎస్‌ఆర్‌ ఆంజనేయులు, కాంతిరాణా, విశాల్‌గున్నీ, పలువురు పోలీసు అధికారులపై జెత్వానీ ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. దీనిపై పోలీసులు వివిధ సెక్షన్ల కింద ఈ నెల 13న కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. ఇందులో కుక్కల విద్యాసాగర్‌ను ప్రధాన నిందితుడిగా పేర్కొన్నారు. జెత్వానీ విజయవాడకు వచ్చి వాంగ్మూలం ఇచ్చినప్పటి నుంచి విద్యాసాగర్‌ పరారీలో ఉన్నారు. తాను నమోదు చేయించిన కేసుకు సంబంధించిన వివరాలు మీడియాలో ప్రసారం కాకుండా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్‌ దాఖలు చేశారు. కాగా కాదంబరి వ్యవహారం వెలుగులోకి వచ్చాక ఉన్నతాధికారులు విచారణాధికారిని నియమించారు. ఎన్టీఆర్‌ పోలీసు కమిషనరేట్‌లోని ఏసీపీ స్రవంతిరాయ్‌కు బాధ్యతలు అప్పగించారు. ఆమె కాదంబరితో పాటు తండ్రి నరేంద్రకుమార్‌ జెత్వానీ, తల్లి ఆశా జెత్వానీ నుంచి వాంగ్మూలం తీసుకున్నారు. 100 పేజీలతో విచారణ నివేదికను రూపొందించి ప్రభుత్వానికి పంపారు. కాదంబరి మొత్తం నాలుగుసార్లు పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదులు చేశారు. మూడుసార్లు పోలీసు కమిషనర్‌కు, నాలుగోసారి ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. ఈ కేసులో ఐపీఎస్‌ అధికారులు పీఎస్‌ఆర్‌ ఆంజనేయులు, కాంతిరాణా, విశాల్‌గున్నీని ప్రభుత్వం సస్పెండ్‌ చేసింది. అజ్ఞాతంలోకి వెళ్లిన విద్యాసాగర్‌ను పట్టుకోవడానికి పోలీసులు రెండు ప్రత్యేక బృందాలను నియమించారు. ఎట్టకేలకు అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు.

ఈ వ్యవహారంలో ప్రమేయం ఉన్న ముగ్గురు సీనియర్ ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులను ప్రభుత్వం సస్పెండ్ చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. మాజీ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ చీఫ్ పీఎస్ఆర్ ఆంజనేయులు, కాంతి రాణా టాటా, విశాల్ గన్నీలపై సస్పెన్షన్ వేటు పడింది. ఈ మేరకు ముగ్గురి సస్పెన్షన్ ఫైల్‌పై ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు సంతకం చేశారు. అధికార దుర్వినియోగ ఆరోపణలు రావడంతో ప్రభుత్వం ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఇప్పటికే ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం సీఐ సత్యనారాయణ, ఏసీపీ హనుమంతరావులను డీజీపీ సస్పెండ్ చేశారు. డీజీపీ ఇచ్చిన నివేదిక ఆధారంగా ముగ్గురు ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులపై కూడా వేటు పడింది. ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన ఉత్తర్వులను ప్రభుత్వం విడుదల చేసింది. జీవో నంబర్ 1590, 1591,1592 విడుదల చేసింది. కాన్ఫిడెన్షియల్ అని వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో ప్రభుత్వం పేర్కొంది
