*కార్మికులకు అద్దె గృహాల స్కీం.. మరో 3 కోట్ల కొత్త ఇళ్లు*


 
 
  ప్రధాన మంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజన(pmay) కింద గ్రామీణ, పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో మూడు కోట్ల అదనపు ఇళ్లు నిర్మిస్తామని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి నిర్మలా సీతారామన్(Nirmala Sitharaman) బడ్జెట్ 2024(budget 2024) సందర్భంగా ప్రకటించారు. ఈ క్రమంలో పీఎం ఆవాస్ యోజనపై ప్రభుత్వం పెద్ద దృష్టి పెట్టిందని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అన్నారు. ప్రధాన మంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజన(pmay) కింద గ్రామీణ, పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో మూడు కోట్ల అదనపు ఇళ్లు నిర్మిస్తామని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి నిర్మలా సీతారామన్(Nirmala Sitharaman) బడ్జెట్ 2024(budget 2024) సందర్భంగా ప్రకటించారు. ఈ క్రమంలో పీఎం ఆవాస్ యోజనపై ప్రభుత్వం పెద్ద దృష్టి పెట్టిందని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అన్నారు. ఈ పథకం కింద మరో 3 కోట్ల ఇళ్లు కొత్తగా నిర్మించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ఇది సిమెంట్ రంగానికి సానుకూల వార్త. దీంతోపాటు పరిశ్రమ కార్మికులకు అద్దె ఇళ్ల పథకాన్ని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి ప్రకటించారు. దీనిని పబ్లిక్ ప్రైవేట్ భాగస్వామ్యం (PPP మోడ్) ద్వారా నిర్మిస్తారు. దీనిలో కార్మికుల కోసం అద్దె గృహాలలో డార్మిటరీ తరహా వసతి ఉంటుందని చెప్పారు. 
  

  

  

  14 పెద్ద నగరాలు ఈ క్రమంలో 30 లక్షల కంటే ఎక్కువ జనాభా ఉన్న 14 పెద్ద నగరాలను అభివృద్ధి చేస్తామని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అన్నారు. ప్రధానమంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజన కింద రూ.10 లక్షల కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో కోటి ఇళ్లకు అర్బన్ హౌసింగ్ ప్లాన్ చేయనున్నట్లు నిర్మలా సీతారామన్ స్పష్టం చేశారు. దీంతోపాటు అర్బన్ హౌసింగ్ కోసం రూ.2 లక్షల కోట్లు అందుబాటులోకి తెస్తామని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి చెప్పారు. PMAY అర్బన్ హౌసింగ్ 2.0 కింద రూ. 10 లక్షల కోట్ల బడ్జెట్‌తో ప్రజల గృహ అవసరాలను తీర్చనున్నట్లు ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అన్నారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 2 లక్షల కోట్ల విలువైన సహాయాన్ని అందిస్తుందని, ఈ హౌసింగ్ ప్రాజెక్టులకు రాయితీ ధరలను అందజేస్తుందని ఆమె తెలిపారు. వాస్తవానికి ప్రధానమంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజన కింద ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 10 లక్షల కోట్ల పెట్టుబడి పెడుతుంది. దీని ద్వారా ఒక కోటి పేద, మధ్యతరగతి కుటుంబాలకు ఇళ్లను అందిస్తుంది. వచ్చే ఐదేళ్లలో రూ. 2.2 లక్షల కోట్ల కేంద్ర సహాయం కూడా చేర్చబడుతుంది. ప్రధానమంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజన భారత ప్రభుత్వంచే నిర్వహించబడుతుంది. ఈ పథకం కింద గృహాలు ఉన్నవారు, పేద తరగతి నుంచి వచ్చిన వారు ఈ ప్రయోజనాలను పొందుతారు.

इनकम टैक्स देने वालों के लिए राहत का ऐलान, न्यू इनकम टैक्स रीजीम में बड़ा बदलाव*

बजट 2024 को पेश करते हुए वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने मिडिल क्लास को वो सौगात ही है। निर्मला सीतारमण ने पर्सनल इनकम टैक्स को लेकर बहुत बड़ा ऐलान किया है। सरकार ने न्यू टैक्स रिजीम में जहां एक तरफ स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन की लिमिट को बदला है। उन्होंने अपने बजट भाषण में नई टैक्स रीजीम चुनने वाले सैलरीड क्लास वालों के लिए स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन बढ़ा कर 75000 रुपये करने का ऐलान किया है।हालांकि सरकार से ओल्ड टैक्स रिजीम में भी छूट बढ़ाने की उम्मीद की जा रही थी, लेकिन इसको बदलने से सरकार ने दूरी बनाए रखी है। न्यू टैक्स रिजीम में स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन की लिमिट को 50,000 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 75,000 रुपए कर दिया गया है। *3 लाख तक अब कोई टैक्स नहीं* वेतनभोगी कर्मचारियों के लिए मानक कटौती 50,000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 75,000 रुपये की गई – नई टैक्स व्यवस्था में वेतनभोगी कर्मचारी आयकर में 17,500 रुपये बचाएंगे – नई टैक्स व्यवस्था में सबसे कम स्लैब 2.5 लाख रुपये से बढ़ाकर 3 लाख रुपये किया गया – नई टैक्स व्यवस्था में 3-7 लाख रुपये के स्लैब पर 5% टैक्स – नई टैक्स व्यवस्था में 7-10 लाख रुपये के स्लैब पर 10% कर – नई टैक्स व्यवस्था में 10-12 लाख रुपये के स्लैब पर 15% टैक्स – नई कर व्यवस्था में 12-15 लाख रुपये के स्लैब पर 20% टैक्स – नई कर व्यवस्था में 15 लाख रुपये से अधिक के स्लैब पर 30% टैक्स *3 लाख तक अब कोई टैक्स नहीं* सरकार ने न्यू टैक्स रिजीम में टैक्स स्लैब को भी आसान बनाया है। अब नई टैक्स स्लैब में 3 लाख रुपए तक की इनकम पर शून्य टैक्स की दर लगेगी। ये पहले की तरह है। वहीं अब 3 से 7 लाख रुपए तक की इनकम पर 5 प्रतिशत की दर से टैक्स लगेगा। पहले ये टैक्स स्लैब 3 से 6 लाख रुपए का था। इसी तरह सरकार ने 6 से 9 लाख रुपए की इनकम टैक्स स्लैब को 7 से 10 लाख रुपए कर दिया है। इस पर टैक्स की दर 10 प्रतिशत होगी। वहीं 10 से 12 लाख रुपए की इनकम पर 15 प्रतिशत, 12 से 15 लाख रुपए की इनकम पर 20 प्रतिशत और 15 लाख रुपए से अधिक की इनकम पर 30 प्रतिशत की दर से टैक्स वसूला जाएगा। *पेंशनधारकों को मिलेगा फायदा* नई टैक्स रिजीम में स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन की लिमिट बढ़ाने के साथ ही सरकार ने पेंशनधारकों को एक्स्ट्रा बेनेफिट भी दिया है। अब पेंशन भोगियों को पारिवारिक पैंशन पर 25,000 रुपए तक कर छूट मिलेगी. पहले ये लिमिट 15,000 रुपए थी।

कर्नाटक सरकार का कन्नड़ लोगों को निजी नौकरियों में 50-75% तक का आरक्षण देने वाला बिल गले की फांस बनता जा रहा है।कर्नाटक में कांग्रेस सरकार की ओर से प्राइवेट सेक्टर में कन्नड़ भाषियों को आरक्षण दिए जाने से जुड़ा विधायक लाने के फैसले पर उद्योग जगत के कई दिग्गजों नेगहरी आपत्ति जताई, साथ ही इसे फासीवादी और अदूरदर्शी कदम करार दिया। वहीं विवाद के बीच सीएम सिद्दारमैया ने आरक्षण से जुड़ा एक पोस्ट डिलीट कर दिया। अब नया ट्वीट कर सफाई दी है।

  


कर्नाटक में कन्नड़ों को निजी कंपनियों में नौकरी के लिए आरक्षण देने वाले विधेयक पर गहराते विवाद में खुद मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया मुश्किलों में घिर गए हैं। दरअसल, उन्होंने पहले एक ट्वीट कर निजी उद्योगों में ‘सी और डी’ श्रेणी के 100 प्रतिशत पदों को कन्नडिगा (कन्नड़भाषी) लोगों के लिए आरक्षित करने की बात कही। इस पर जब विवाद बढ़ा तो उन्होंने इसे डिलीट कर नया ट्वीट किया। इसमें उन्होंने लिखा, 'सोमवार को हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में राज्य के निजी उद्योगों और अन्य संगठनों में कन्नड़ लोगों के लिए प्रशासनिक पदों के लिए 50% और गैर-प्रशासनिक पदों के लिए 75% आरक्षण तय करने वाले विधेयक को मंजूरी दे दी गई। हमारी सरकार की इच्छा है कि कन्नड़ लोगों को उनकी ही धरती पर नौकरियों से वंचित न होना पड़े और उन्हें मातृभूमि में आरामदायक जीवन जीने का अवसर मिले। हम कन्नड़ समर्थक सरकार हैं। हमारी प्राथमिकता कन्नड़ लोगों के कल्याण का ध्यान रखना है।'

इससे पहले सीएम सिद्धारमैया ने माइक्रोब्लॉगिंग साइट एक्स पर अपने पोस्ट में लिखा था, "कल कैबिनेट बैठक में राज्य के सभी निजी उद्योगों में 'सी और डी' ग्रेड के पदों पर 100 प्रतिशत कन्नड़ लोगों की भर्ती अनिवार्य करने के विधेयक को मंजूरी दी गई।" उन्होंने कहा था कि उनकी सरकार की इच्छा है कि कन्नड़ भाषी स्थानीय लोगों को अपने राज्य में आरामदेह जीवन जीने का मौका दिया जाए। उन्हें अपनी 'कन्नड़ भूमि' में नौकरियों से वंचित न किया जाए। बाद में सीएम ने वह पोस्ट हटा दी।

बता दें कि उद्योग जगत ने इस विधेयक की मुखर आलोचना की है। इंफोसिस के पूर्व मुख्य वित्त अधिकारी टीवी। मोहनदास पाई ने विधेयक की आलोचना करते हुए इसे फासीवादी करार दिया। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया एक्स पर अपने पोस्ट में कहा, “इस विधेयक को रद्द कर दिया जाना चाहिएष यह पक्षपातपूर्ण, प्रतिगामी और संविधान के खिलाफ है। यह अविश्वसनीय है कि कांग्रेस इस तरह का कोई विधेयक लेकर आई है। सरकारी अफसर प्राइवेट सेक्टर की भर्ती समितियों में बैठेंगे? लोगों को अब भाषा की भी परीक्षा देनी होगी?”

फार्मा कंपनी बायोकॉन की एमडी किरण मजूमदार शॉ ने कहा, “एक प्रौद्योगिकी केंद्र के रूप में हमें कुशल प्रतिभा की दरकार होती है और हमारा मकसद हमेशा स्थानीय लोगों को रोजगार देना होता है। हमें इस कदम से प्रौद्योगिकी क्षेत्र में अपनी अग्रणी स्थिति को प्रभावित नहीं करना चाहिए।” एसोचैम की कर्नाटक इकाई के सह अध्यक्ष आरके मिश्रा ने भी आलोचना करते हुए कहा, “कर्नाटक सरकार का एक और प्रतिभावान कदम।”

प्रमुख कारोबारियों के बाद अब आईटी कंपनी संगठन नेशनल असोसिएशन फॉर सॉफ्टवेयर एंड सर्विसेस कंपनीस (एनएएसएससीओएम) ने भी इस निर्णय अपनी चिंताएँ जाहिर की हैं। एनएएसएससीओएम ने कर्नाटक सरकार से इस बिल को वापस लेने की माँग की है और कहा कि अगर ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो उन्हें राज्य से बाहर जाने का कदम उठाना पड़ सकता है।
एनएसएससीओएम ने एक पत्र जारी करके इस नए बिल को लेकर समस्याएँ बताई हैं। इस पत्र में एनएएसएससीओएम ने कहा, “टेक सेक्टर कर्नाटक की अर्थव्यवस्था और समाज के विकास में बड़ा कारक रहा है। टेक सेक्टर राज्य की GDP में लगभग 25% योगदान देता है और प्रदेश के रफ़्तार से तरक्की में बड़ा सहायक रहा है जिससे राज्य की प्रति व्यक्ति आय देश के औसत से ऊँची हो गई है। राज्य में देश के 30% GCC (ग्लोबल कैपेसिटी सेंटर) और 11,000 स्टार्टअप हैं।

బీఆర్ఎస్ అధినేత కేసీఆర్‌పై తెలంగాణ డిప్యూటీ సీఎం మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క (Bhatti Vikramarka) తీవ్రస్థాయిలో విరుచుకుపడ్డారు. అధికారం దూరం అయినా ఆ పార్టీ నేతల వ్యవహార శైలి మారలేదని వివరించారు. ఇప్పటికీ ఆ పార్టీ నేతలు వాట్సాప్ యూనివర్సిటీలో జీవిస్తున్నారని మండిపడ్డారు. గతంలో సారు కారు 16 అన్నారు.. అలా అని జీరోకి వచ్చారని ఎద్దేవా చేశారు. కేసీఆర్ సహా బీఆర్ఎస్ నేతలంతా ఊహాల్లోంచి బయటకు రావాలని కోరారు. బయటకు వస్తే వాస్తవ పరిస్థితి ఏంటో తెలుస్తోందని సూచించారు.

  

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో తమ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కూల్చే కుట్ర జరుగుతోందని డిప్యూటీ సీఎం భట్టి విక్రమార్క సంచలన ఆరోపణలు చేశారు. ఆ కుట్ర బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలకు తెలుసు అని వివరించారు. ఆ కుట్రను సహించలేక వారంతా కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీలో చేరుతున్నారని వెల్లడించారు. ఇప్పటికే ఆరుగురు ఎమ్మెల్యేలు చేరారని, మరింత మంది వస్తారని పేర్కొన్నారు. తమ ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టే సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలు చూసి ఎమ్మెల్యేలు వస్తున్నారని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

  

 ఎమ్మెల్యేల పార్టీ మార్పు గురించి బీఆర్ఎస్ నేతలు సుద్దులు చెబుతున్నారు.. గతంలో ఏం జరిగిందని ప్రశ్నించారు. తమ పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలను.. సీఎల్పీని విలీనం చేయలేదా అని నిలదీశారు.

Hospice India initiative eye examination camp, happy common man

 
 
  
  
 *Khabar kolkata:* Thinking about the poor people of the area, Hospice India organized a free eye treatment camp in Garia near Kolkata. MLA Ferdousi Begum of Sonarpur North Assembly Constituency and Councilor Jayant Sengupta of Ward No. 3 of Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality attended this camp on Sunday.
  

  
The camp starts from 9 am and lasts till 3:30 pm. After eye examination of 164 patients, 29 were decided to undergo cataract surgery. Rotary Dakshin Barasat Eye Hospital and Ramakrishna Diagnostic Center Private Limited promised to provide glasses to 92 people.
  
Why this thought? Najma Roy, editor of Hospice India, said, 'There are no health centers in the vast areas like Panchpota, Katipota, Nadudiara, Gangajoara, Khiyadah, which are near the Garia railway station. We are trying in various ways to deliver health services to the poor people of the area. That journey started with the pre-opening ceremony of the eye camp like salt before lighting the lamp.' MLA Ferdowsi Begum appreciated this initiative of Hospice India.

  बॉलीवुड क्वीन और बीजेपी उम्मीदवार कंगना रनौत ने मंडी लोकसभा सीट से जीत हासिल कर ली है।इसी के साथ कंगना का राजनीतिक सफर का भी आगाज हो गया है।मंडी लोकसभा सीट के लिए कंगना रनौत की सीधी टक्कर कांग्रेस टिकट से चुनाव लड़ रहे विक्रमादित्य सिंह से थी। लेकिन मंडी की जनता ने कंगना रनौत पर भरोसा दिखाया।लोकसभा 2024 नतीजों की बात करें तो कंगना रनौत को 5 लाख 37 हजार 022 वोट मिले तो वहीं विक्रमादित्य सिंह को 4 लाख 62 हजार 267 वोटों से संतुष्ट होना पड़ा। अब सावल उठ रहे हैं कि बॉलीबुड की “क्वीन” सियासत के “राजा” को शिकस्त देने में कैसे कामयाब हो गई?
  

  
राजनीति की दुनिया के लिए नई कंगना के लिए पहली ही बार में लोकसभा चुनाव जीतना इतना आसान नहीं था।  उन्हें जयराम जैसे अनुभवी का साथ मिला तो जीत पक्की हो गई। हिमाचल में छह सीटों पर उपचुनाव भी हुए, लेकिन जयराम ठाकुर कुछ एक हलकों में जाने के अलावा, मंडी लोकसभा क्षेत्र में पूरी तरह डटे रहे। उनके विधानसभा क्षेत्र सराज से कंगना रनौत को 14698 वोटों की लीड मिली। वह हर कदम पर कंगना रनौत के साथ रहे। कंगना की जहां भी रैली और जनसभा होती थी, जयराम ठाकुर उनके साथ साए ही तरह चले। जयराम ठाकुर ने मंडी सीट पर जो मेहनत की, उसका परिणाम सभी के सामने है।
  

  
*कंगना को कहां कहां लीड मिली?*
  
पूर्व सीएम जयराम ठाकुर के इलाके सराज से कंगना को 14698 वोटों की बढ़त मिली। कंगना को सबसे अधिक लीड जोगिंद्र नगर से मिली। यहां से भाजपा विधायक प्रकाश राणा ने उन्हें 19, 402 मतों की लीड दिलवाई। इसके बाद, दूसरे नंबर पर मंडी सदर रहा। यहां से अनिल शर्मा कंगना को 15515 वोटों की लीड दिलाने में कामयाब रहे। पूर्व सीएम जयराम ठाकुर के इलाके सराज से कंगना को 14, 698 वोटों की बढ़त मिली. कंगना रनौत को अपने गृहक्षेत्र सरकाघाट से 13647 वोटों की बढ़त हासिल हुई। अहम बात  यह है कि सरकाघाट से भाजपा विधायक दिलीप ठाकुर प्रचार के दौरान साए की तरह साथ रहे। यहां से लीड दिलाने में उनकी भूमिका ज्यादा है। कंगना को केवल रामपुर, किन्नौर  और लाहौल स्पीति से लीड नहीं मिली। इन तीनों इलाकों पर कांग्रेस का कब्जा था।रामपुर से विक्रमादित्य सिंह को 21437 वोटों की लीड मिली।
  

  
*कहां चूके विक्रमादित्य?*
  
सुक्खू सरकार में विक्रमादित्य लोकनिर्माण मंत्री हैं। ऐसे में सासंदी की अपेक्षा एक हार का कारण हो सकता है। कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता सुप्रिया श्रीनेत द्वारा कंगना पर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी विवाद ने भी  कहीं न कहीं कंगना को ही सपोर्ट किया। क्योंकि इसके बाद कंगना व बीजेपी ने कांग्रेस को महिला सम्मान को लेकर जमकर घेरा था।

*కార్మికులకు అద్దె గృహాల స్కీం.. మరో 3 కోట్ల కొత్త ఇళ్లు*


 
 
  ప్రధాన మంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజన(pmay) కింద గ్రామీణ, పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో మూడు కోట్ల అదనపు ఇళ్లు నిర్మిస్తామని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి నిర్మలా సీతారామన్(Nirmala Sitharaman) బడ్జెట్ 2024(budget 2024) సందర్భంగా ప్రకటించారు. ఈ క్రమంలో పీఎం ఆవాస్ యోజనపై ప్రభుత్వం పెద్ద దృష్టి పెట్టిందని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అన్నారు. ప్రధాన మంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజన(pmay) కింద గ్రామీణ, పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో మూడు కోట్ల అదనపు ఇళ్లు నిర్మిస్తామని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి నిర్మలా సీతారామన్(Nirmala Sitharaman) బడ్జెట్ 2024(budget 2024) సందర్భంగా ప్రకటించారు. ఈ క్రమంలో పీఎం ఆవాస్ యోజనపై ప్రభుత్వం పెద్ద దృష్టి పెట్టిందని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అన్నారు. ఈ పథకం కింద మరో 3 కోట్ల ఇళ్లు కొత్తగా నిర్మించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ఇది సిమెంట్ రంగానికి సానుకూల వార్త. దీంతోపాటు పరిశ్రమ కార్మికులకు అద్దె ఇళ్ల పథకాన్ని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి ప్రకటించారు. దీనిని పబ్లిక్ ప్రైవేట్ భాగస్వామ్యం (PPP మోడ్) ద్వారా నిర్మిస్తారు. దీనిలో కార్మికుల కోసం అద్దె గృహాలలో డార్మిటరీ తరహా వసతి ఉంటుందని చెప్పారు. 
  

  

  

  14 పెద్ద నగరాలు ఈ క్రమంలో 30 లక్షల కంటే ఎక్కువ జనాభా ఉన్న 14 పెద్ద నగరాలను అభివృద్ధి చేస్తామని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అన్నారు. ప్రధానమంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజన కింద రూ.10 లక్షల కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో కోటి ఇళ్లకు అర్బన్ హౌసింగ్ ప్లాన్ చేయనున్నట్లు నిర్మలా సీతారామన్ స్పష్టం చేశారు. దీంతోపాటు అర్బన్ హౌసింగ్ కోసం రూ.2 లక్షల కోట్లు అందుబాటులోకి తెస్తామని ఆర్థిక మంత్రి చెప్పారు. PMAY అర్బన్ హౌసింగ్ 2.0 కింద రూ. 10 లక్షల కోట్ల బడ్జెట్‌తో ప్రజల గృహ అవసరాలను తీర్చనున్నట్లు ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అన్నారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 2 లక్షల కోట్ల విలువైన సహాయాన్ని అందిస్తుందని, ఈ హౌసింగ్ ప్రాజెక్టులకు రాయితీ ధరలను అందజేస్తుందని ఆమె తెలిపారు. వాస్తవానికి ప్రధానమంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజన కింద ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 10 లక్షల కోట్ల పెట్టుబడి పెడుతుంది. దీని ద్వారా ఒక కోటి పేద, మధ్యతరగతి కుటుంబాలకు ఇళ్లను అందిస్తుంది. వచ్చే ఐదేళ్లలో రూ. 2.2 లక్షల కోట్ల కేంద్ర సహాయం కూడా చేర్చబడుతుంది. ప్రధానమంత్రి ఆవాస్ యోజన భారత ప్రభుత్వంచే నిర్వహించబడుతుంది. ఈ పథకం కింద గృహాలు ఉన్నవారు, పేద తరగతి నుంచి వచ్చిన వారు ఈ ప్రయోజనాలను పొందుతారు.

इनकम टैक्स देने वालों के लिए राहत का ऐलान, न्यू इनकम टैक्स रीजीम में बड़ा बदलाव*

बजट 2024 को पेश करते हुए वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने मिडिल क्लास को वो सौगात ही है। निर्मला सीतारमण ने पर्सनल इनकम टैक्स को लेकर बहुत बड़ा ऐलान किया है। सरकार ने न्यू टैक्स रिजीम में जहां एक तरफ स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन की लिमिट को बदला है। उन्होंने अपने बजट भाषण में नई टैक्स रीजीम चुनने वाले सैलरीड क्लास वालों के लिए स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन बढ़ा कर 75000 रुपये करने का ऐलान किया है।हालांकि सरकार से ओल्ड टैक्स रिजीम में भी छूट बढ़ाने की उम्मीद की जा रही थी, लेकिन इसको बदलने से सरकार ने दूरी बनाए रखी है। न्यू टैक्स रिजीम में स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन की लिमिट को 50,000 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 75,000 रुपए कर दिया गया है। *3 लाख तक अब कोई टैक्स नहीं* वेतनभोगी कर्मचारियों के लिए मानक कटौती 50,000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 75,000 रुपये की गई – नई टैक्स व्यवस्था में वेतनभोगी कर्मचारी आयकर में 17,500 रुपये बचाएंगे – नई टैक्स व्यवस्था में सबसे कम स्लैब 2.5 लाख रुपये से बढ़ाकर 3 लाख रुपये किया गया – नई टैक्स व्यवस्था में 3-7 लाख रुपये के स्लैब पर 5% टैक्स – नई टैक्स व्यवस्था में 7-10 लाख रुपये के स्लैब पर 10% कर – नई टैक्स व्यवस्था में 10-12 लाख रुपये के स्लैब पर 15% टैक्स – नई कर व्यवस्था में 12-15 लाख रुपये के स्लैब पर 20% टैक्स – नई कर व्यवस्था में 15 लाख रुपये से अधिक के स्लैब पर 30% टैक्स *3 लाख तक अब कोई टैक्स नहीं* सरकार ने न्यू टैक्स रिजीम में टैक्स स्लैब को भी आसान बनाया है। अब नई टैक्स स्लैब में 3 लाख रुपए तक की इनकम पर शून्य टैक्स की दर लगेगी। ये पहले की तरह है। वहीं अब 3 से 7 लाख रुपए तक की इनकम पर 5 प्रतिशत की दर से टैक्स लगेगा। पहले ये टैक्स स्लैब 3 से 6 लाख रुपए का था। इसी तरह सरकार ने 6 से 9 लाख रुपए की इनकम टैक्स स्लैब को 7 से 10 लाख रुपए कर दिया है। इस पर टैक्स की दर 10 प्रतिशत होगी। वहीं 10 से 12 लाख रुपए की इनकम पर 15 प्रतिशत, 12 से 15 लाख रुपए की इनकम पर 20 प्रतिशत और 15 लाख रुपए से अधिक की इनकम पर 30 प्रतिशत की दर से टैक्स वसूला जाएगा। *पेंशनधारकों को मिलेगा फायदा* नई टैक्स रिजीम में स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन की लिमिट बढ़ाने के साथ ही सरकार ने पेंशनधारकों को एक्स्ट्रा बेनेफिट भी दिया है। अब पेंशन भोगियों को पारिवारिक पैंशन पर 25,000 रुपए तक कर छूट मिलेगी. पहले ये लिमिट 15,000 रुपए थी।

प्राइवेट जॉब्स में 100 फीसदी आरक्षण पर बवाल, घिरे तो सिद्धारमैया ने डिलीट की पोस्ट, अब नया ट्वीट कर दी सफाई

कर्नाटक सरकार का कन्नड़ लोगों को निजी नौकरियों में 50-75% तक का आरक्षण देने वाला बिल गले की फांस बनता जा रहा है।कर्नाटक में कांग्रेस सरकार की ओर से प्राइवेट सेक्टर में कन्नड़ भाषियों को आरक्षण दिए जाने से जुड़ा विधायक लाने के फैसले पर उद्योग जगत के कई दिग्गजों नेगहरी आपत्ति जताई, साथ ही इसे फासीवादी और अदूरदर्शी कदम करार दिया। वहीं विवाद के बीच सीएम सिद्दारमैया ने आरक्षण से जुड़ा एक पोस्ट डिलीट कर दिया। अब नया ट्वीट कर सफाई दी है।

  


कर्नाटक में कन्नड़ों को निजी कंपनियों में नौकरी के लिए आरक्षण देने वाले विधेयक पर गहराते विवाद में खुद मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया मुश्किलों में घिर गए हैं। दरअसल, उन्होंने पहले एक ट्वीट कर निजी उद्योगों में ‘सी और डी’ श्रेणी के 100 प्रतिशत पदों को कन्नडिगा (कन्नड़भाषी) लोगों के लिए आरक्षित करने की बात कही। इस पर जब विवाद बढ़ा तो उन्होंने इसे डिलीट कर नया ट्वीट किया। इसमें उन्होंने लिखा, 'सोमवार को हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में राज्य के निजी उद्योगों और अन्य संगठनों में कन्नड़ लोगों के लिए प्रशासनिक पदों के लिए 50% और गैर-प्रशासनिक पदों के लिए 75% आरक्षण तय करने वाले विधेयक को मंजूरी दे दी गई। हमारी सरकार की इच्छा है कि कन्नड़ लोगों को उनकी ही धरती पर नौकरियों से वंचित न होना पड़े और उन्हें मातृभूमि में आरामदायक जीवन जीने का अवसर मिले। हम कन्नड़ समर्थक सरकार हैं। हमारी प्राथमिकता कन्नड़ लोगों के कल्याण का ध्यान रखना है।'

इससे पहले सीएम सिद्धारमैया ने माइक्रोब्लॉगिंग साइट एक्स पर अपने पोस्ट में लिखा था, "कल कैबिनेट बैठक में राज्य के सभी निजी उद्योगों में 'सी और डी' ग्रेड के पदों पर 100 प्रतिशत कन्नड़ लोगों की भर्ती अनिवार्य करने के विधेयक को मंजूरी दी गई।" उन्होंने कहा था कि उनकी सरकार की इच्छा है कि कन्नड़ भाषी स्थानीय लोगों को अपने राज्य में आरामदेह जीवन जीने का मौका दिया जाए। उन्हें अपनी 'कन्नड़ भूमि' में नौकरियों से वंचित न किया जाए। बाद में सीएम ने वह पोस्ट हटा दी।

बता दें कि उद्योग जगत ने इस विधेयक की मुखर आलोचना की है। इंफोसिस के पूर्व मुख्य वित्त अधिकारी टीवी। मोहनदास पाई ने विधेयक की आलोचना करते हुए इसे फासीवादी करार दिया। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया एक्स पर अपने पोस्ट में कहा, “इस विधेयक को रद्द कर दिया जाना चाहिएष यह पक्षपातपूर्ण, प्रतिगामी और संविधान के खिलाफ है। यह अविश्वसनीय है कि कांग्रेस इस तरह का कोई विधेयक लेकर आई है। सरकारी अफसर प्राइवेट सेक्टर की भर्ती समितियों में बैठेंगे? लोगों को अब भाषा की भी परीक्षा देनी होगी?”

फार्मा कंपनी बायोकॉन की एमडी किरण मजूमदार शॉ ने कहा, “एक प्रौद्योगिकी केंद्र के रूप में हमें कुशल प्रतिभा की दरकार होती है और हमारा मकसद हमेशा स्थानीय लोगों को रोजगार देना होता है। हमें इस कदम से प्रौद्योगिकी क्षेत्र में अपनी अग्रणी स्थिति को प्रभावित नहीं करना चाहिए।” एसोचैम की कर्नाटक इकाई के सह अध्यक्ष आरके मिश्रा ने भी आलोचना करते हुए कहा, “कर्नाटक सरकार का एक और प्रतिभावान कदम।”

प्रमुख कारोबारियों के बाद अब आईटी कंपनी संगठन नेशनल असोसिएशन फॉर सॉफ्टवेयर एंड सर्विसेस कंपनीस (एनएएसएससीओएम) ने भी इस निर्णय अपनी चिंताएँ जाहिर की हैं। एनएएसएससीओएम ने कर्नाटक सरकार से इस बिल को वापस लेने की माँग की है और कहा कि अगर ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो उन्हें राज्य से बाहर जाने का कदम उठाना पड़ सकता है।

Hospice India initiative eye examination camp, happy common man

 
 
  
  
 *Khabar kolkata:* Thinking about the poor people of the area, Hospice India organized a free eye treatment camp in Garia near Kolkata. MLA Ferdousi Begum of Sonarpur North Assembly Constituency and Councilor Jayant Sengupta of Ward No. 3 of Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality attended this camp on Sunday.
  

  
The camp starts from 9 am and lasts till 3:30 pm. After eye examination of 164 patients, 29 were decided to undergo cataract surgery. Rotary Dakshin Barasat Eye Hospital and Ramakrishna Diagnostic Center Private Limited promised to provide glasses to 92 people.
  
Why this thought? Najma Roy, editor of Hospice India, said, 'There are no health centers in the vast areas like Panchpota, Katipota, Nadudiara, Gangajoara, Khiyadah, which are near the Garia railway station. We are trying in various ways to deliver health services to the poor people of the area. That journey started with the pre-opening ceremony of the eye camp like salt before lighting the lamp.' MLA Ferdowsi Begum appreciated this initiative of Hospice India.
  

  
Dr. Shubojit Roy, on behalf of Hospice India, said, 'No one lives forever. But to relieve their pain before death, that is our main task. Hospice care aims to provide comprehensive services at the critical time of life with the help of modern medical science.   बॉलीवुड क्वीन और बीजेपी उम्मीदवार कंगना रनौत ने मंडी लोकसभा सीट से जीत हासिल कर ली है।इसी के साथ कंगना का राजनीतिक सफर का भी आगाज हो गया है।मंडी लोकसभा सीट के लिए कंगना रनौत की सीधी टक्कर कांग्रेस टिकट से चुनाव लड़ रहे विक्रमादित्य सिंह से थी। लेकिन मंडी की जनता ने कंगना रनौत पर भरोसा दिखाया।लोकसभा 2024 नतीजों की बात करें तो कंगना रनौत को 5 लाख 37 हजार 022 वोट मिले तो वहीं विक्रमादित्य सिंह को 4 लाख 62 हजार 267 वोटों से संतुष्ट होना पड़ा। अब सावल उठ रहे हैं कि बॉलीबुड की “क्वीन” सियासत के “राजा” को शिकस्त देने में कैसे कामयाब हो गई?
  

  
राजनीति की दुनिया के लिए नई कंगना के लिए पहली ही बार में लोकसभा चुनाव जीतना इतना आसान नहीं था।  उन्हें जयराम जैसे अनुभवी का साथ मिला तो जीत पक्की हो गई। हिमाचल में छह सीटों पर उपचुनाव भी हुए, लेकिन जयराम ठाकुर कुछ एक हलकों में जाने के अलावा, मंडी लोकसभा क्षेत्र में पूरी तरह डटे रहे। उनके विधानसभा क्षेत्र सराज से कंगना रनौत को 14698 वोटों की लीड मिली। वह हर कदम पर कंगना रनौत के साथ रहे। कंगना की जहां भी रैली और जनसभा होती थी, जयराम ठाकुर उनके साथ साए ही तरह चले। जयराम ठाकुर ने मंडी सीट पर जो मेहनत की, उसका परिणाम सभी के सामने है।
  

  
*कंगना को कहां कहां लीड मिली?*
  
पूर्व सीएम जयराम ठाकुर के इलाके सराज से कंगना को 14698 वोटों की बढ़त मिली। कंगना को सबसे अधिक लीड जोगिंद्र नगर से मिली। यहां से भाजपा विधायक प्रकाश राणा ने उन्हें 19, 402 मतों की लीड दिलवाई। इसके बाद, दूसरे नंबर पर मंडी सदर रहा। यहां से अनिल शर्मा कंगना को 15515 वोटों की लीड दिलाने में कामयाब रहे। पूर्व सीएम जयराम ठाकुर के इलाके सराज से कंगना को 14, 698 वोटों की बढ़त मिली. कंगना रनौत को अपने गृहक्षेत्र सरकाघाट से 13647 वोटों की बढ़त हासिल हुई। अहम बात  यह है कि सरकाघाट से भाजपा विधायक दिलीप ठाकुर प्रचार के दौरान साए की तरह साथ रहे। यहां से लीड दिलाने में उनकी भूमिका ज्यादा है। कंगना को केवल रामपुर, किन्नौर  और लाहौल स्पीति से लीड नहीं मिली। इन तीनों इलाकों पर कांग्रेस का कब्जा था।रामपुर से विक्रमादित्य सिंह को 21437 वोटों की लीड मिली।

सुक्खू सरकार में विक्रमादित्य लोकनिर्माण मंत्री हैं। ऐसे में सासंदी की अपेक्षा एक हार का कारण हो सकता है। कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता सुप्रिया श्रीनेत द्वारा कंगना पर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी विवाद ने भी  कहीं न कहीं कंगना को ही सपोर्ट किया। क्योंकि इसके बाद कंगना व बीजेपी ने कांग्रेस को महिला सम्मान को लेकर जमकर घेरा था।
