देश के उत्तर और पूर्वी भारत के अधिकांश राज्‍यों में पारा लगातार गिर रहा है। इस वजह से ठंड में इजाफा हुआ है। देश के इन हिस्सों में ठंड और घने कोहरे का असर साफ दिखने लगा है। सुबह और रात के वक्त विजिबिलिटी काफी कम हो रही है, जिससे आम जनजीवन के साथ-साथ सड़क, रेल और हवाई यात्रा भी प्रभावित हो रही है। मौसम विभाग ने आने वाले दिनों को लेकर सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी है।

  

पहाड़ से लेकर मैदान तक ठंड से कांपे लोग
जम्‍मू-कश्‍मीर, हिमाचल प्रदेश और उत्‍तराखंड के ऊंचाई वाले कई इलाकों में बर्फबारी भी हुई है। भारतीय मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने पर्वतीय राज्‍यों में पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के प्रभाव के चलते बारिश और भारी हिमपात का पूर्वानुमान जताया है। पर्वतीय राज्‍यों में हुई बर्फबारी का असर मैदानी हिस्‍सों में दिख रहा है। पंजाब से लेकर हरियाणा, दिल्‍ली-एनसीआर, उत्‍तर प्रदेश, बिहार, झारखंड, ओडिशा, पश्चिम बंगाल जैसे राज्‍यों में कड़ाके की ठंड और घने कोहरे की वजह से सामान्‍य जनजीवन पर विपरीत असर पड़ा है।

अभी कुछ दिन छाए रहेंगे बादल
मौसम विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार आने वाले दिनों में हालात में ज्यादा राहत की संभावना नहीं है। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, पहाड़ों पर एक सक्रिय पश्चिमी विक्षोभ पहुंच रहा है, जिससे 20 से 22 दिसंबर के बीच अच्छी बर्फबारी होगी। इसका असर मैदानी इलाकों में बादलों और कोहरे के रूप में दिखेगा।

इन राज्यों में छाया रहेगा घना कोहरा
मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, पंजाब में 20 दिसंबर की सुबह घना से बहुत घना कोहरा बने रहने की संभावना है। वहीं उत्तराखंड, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़, पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश, उत्तर मध्य प्रदेश और बिहार में 21 दिसंबर तक सुबह के समय कोहरे की स्थिति रह सकती है। पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश में यह असर 22 दिसंबर तक देखने को मिल सकता है। कुछ इलाकों में 24 और 25 दिसंबर को भी कोहरा परेशान कर सकता है।

रेल और फ्लाइट पर कोहरे का असर
कोहरे का बुरा असर रेल सेवाओं पर भी देखने को मिला, जहां अब तक 32 ट्रेनें अपने निर्धारित समय से देरी से चल रही हैं। घने कोहरे की वजह से उड़ानों का संचालन गंभीर रूप से प्रभावित हुआ है। 15 से अधिक फ्लाइट्स रद्द हुई हैं। 30 से ज्यादा फ्लाइट्स देरी से उड़ रही हैं। जबकि कई उड़ानों को रीशेड्यूल करना पड़ा है।

उत्तर भारत जलमग्न है। पहाड़ से लेकर मैदान तक हाहाकार मचा हुआ है। दिल्ली, पंजाब और कश्मीर में बाढ़ की स्थिति गंभीर है। जून से जारी इस बारिश ने पूरे देश में हजारों लोगों की जान ले ली है। जम्मू-कश्मीर और उत्तराखंड में पिछले कुछ दिनों से बादल फटने से आई सिलसिलेवार बाढ़ में कई लोगों की मौत हो गई है और कई अन्य लापता हैं। वहीं अब पंजाब में बाढ़ का तांडव देखने को मिल रहा है।

  

कश्मीर में बाढ़ और बारिश के चलत अब तक 50 लोगों की मौत
जम्मू-कश्मीर में पिछले एक पखवाड़े में भारी बारिश और अचानक आई बाढ़ के कारण 50 से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। इस स्थिति के कारण जम्मू-श्रीनगर राजमार्ग लगातार आठवें दिन भी बंद है। इस बीच, सोमवार को राजौरी और सांबा जिलों में लगातार बारिश के बाद ज़मीन धंसने की ख़बरें आईं, जिसके बाद अधिकारियों को 19 परिवारों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर पहुंचाना पड़ा। डोडा में बारिश और अचानक आई बाढ़ के कारण 500 घर क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए हैं।

पंजाब में 30 लोगों की मौत
पंजाब के सभी 23 जिलों में बाढ़ से हाहाकार मचा हुआ है। यहां बाढ़ और बारिश से जुड़े हादसों में 30 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, राज्य के 23 जिलों के कुल 3.5 लाख लोग बारिश और अचानक आई बाढ़ से प्रभावित हुए हैं। गुरदासपुर सबसे ज़्यादा प्रभावित है, जहां 324 गांव प्रभावित हुए हैं, इसके बाद अमृतसर (135 गांव) और होशियारपुर (119 गांव) का स्थान है। आलम यह है कि लोगों को बचाने के लिए एनडीआरएफ और सेना तक मैदान में हैं। हालांकि, स्थितियां अभी सुधरती नहीं दिख रही। राज्य में 3 सितंबर को भारी वर्षा का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। इसके अलावा पूरे हफ्ते हल्की से मध्यम बारिश जारी रहेगी।

उत्तराखंड में बादल फटने से 10 लोगों की मौत
उत्तराखंड में लगातार हो रही बारिश और बादल फटने की घटनाओं में कम से कम 10 लोगों की मौत हो गई है। इस घटना में 69 लोग लापता हैं, जहां अगस्त में बादल फटने की कई घटनाएं हुईं, जिससे भूस्खलन और अचानक बाढ़ आई, जिससे घर तबाह हो गए और लोग व जानवर मलबे में दब गए। मौसम विभाग ने आज राज्य में रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है।

हिमाचल में हाहाकार
हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंडी में बारिश और भूस्खलन से तबाही मचाई है। मंडी जिले के सुंदरनगर में भारी भूस्खलन हुआ है। भूस्खलन की चपेट में आने से दो मकान जमींदोज हो गए और छह लोगों की मौत हो गई।  वहीं, प्रदेश के चार जिलों कांगड़ा, मंडी, सिरमौर और किन्नौर के कुछ स्थानों पर बुधवार को भारी बारिश का ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है। ऊना और बिलासपुर के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। अन्य जिलों में भी बारिश के आसार हैं। आठ सितंबर तक मौसम खराब बना रहने का पूर्वानुमान है। मौसम विभाग की चेतावनी के मद्देनजर शिमला, सोलन, सिरमौर, कांगड़ा, बिलासपुर और कुल्लू में बुधवार को भी शिक्षण संस्थानों में छुट्टी कर दी गई है।
वहीं, हिमाचल प्रदेश में कुल 1,337 सड़कें अवरुद्ध हैं। इनमें से 282 मंडी में, 255 शिमला में, 239 चंबा में, 205 कुल्लू में और 140 सिरमौर जिले में हैं। राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र (एसईओसी) के अनुसार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 3 (मंडी-धर्मपुर मार्ग), राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 305 (औट-सैंज), राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 5 (पुराना हिंदुस्तान-तिब्बत मार्ग) और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 707 (हाटकोटी से पांवटा) भी अवरुद्ध हैं।

दिल्ली में डरा रही यमुना
इधर, दिल्ली में यमुना नदी का बढ़ता जलस्तर चिंता का विषय बना हुआ है। दिल्ली में लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण यमुना नदी खतरे के निशान को पार कर रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर पहुँच गई है। मंगलवार को दिल्ली के पुराने रेलवे पुल (ओआरबी) पर जलस्तर 206.03 मीटर दर्ज किया गया, जिससे यातायात बंद कर दिया गया है। बारिश और बाढ़ की चेतावनी के कारण कश्मीरी गेट के पास मोनेस्ट्री मार्केट, वासुदेव घाट और यमुना बाजार जैसे इलाकों से लोगों को निकाला गया है।

औसत से लगभग तीन गुना ज्यादा बारिश
मौसम विभाग ने अगस्त के अंत में केवल 72 घंटों में 300-350 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की, जो इस अवधि के औसत से लगभग तीन गुना ज्यादा है। अधिकारियों और मौसम वैज्ञानिकों ने इसे चार दशकों से भी ज्यादा समय में उत्तर भारत में आई सबसे भीषण बाढ़ बताया है।

*CAB pays tribute to victims of Pahalgam terror attack*

Khabar kolkata News report : In a gesture of respect and solidarity, the Cricket Association of Bengal paid tribute to the victims of the terror attack in Pahalgam before the IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings at the iconic Eden Gardens on Saturday.

To honour those who lost their lives, a minute’s silence was observed before the start of play.

The customary Eden bell, which has been rung for several years before the start of a match, was not done so on Saturday to pay tribute to the victims.

Present for the occasion were CAB President Snehasish Ganguly, CAB Secretary Naresh Ojha, CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, CAB Vice President Amalendu Biswas, CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with other CAB officials and members. Also present was former Australia cricketer Brad Haddin.

पंजाब में किसानों पर एक्शन, पुलिस शंभू बॉर्डर से खदेड़ा, जानें क्या है पूरा मामला?

शंभू और खनौरी बॉर्डर पर 13 माह से चल रहे किसानों के धरने को पंजाब सरकार ने बुधवार रात पुलिस की मदद से हटा दिया। पंजाब पुलिस ने देर रात एक्शन में किसानों को धरना स्थल से उठा दिया। पुलिस ने बुलडोजर चलाकर खनौरी और शंभू बॉर्डर पर बने मंच ढहा दिए और टेंट भी उखाड़ दिए। इस तरह से 13 महीने बाद शंभू बॉर्डर खुल गया है। पंजाब के बाद हरियाणा ने भी अपनी-अपनी ओर से रास्तों को खोलना शुरू कर दिया है। अब जब शंभू और खनौरी बॉर्डर से किसानों को हटा दिया गया है, ऐसे में सवाल है कि आखिर इस कार्रवाई के पीछे क्या-क्या वजहें हैं?

  


किसान नेता बुधवार को केंद्र के साथ सातवें दौर की बैठक के लिए चंडीगढ़ पहुंचे थे। केंद्र सरकार और किसान संगठनों की बुधवार काे चंडीगढ़ में हुई बैठक बेनतीजा रही। बैठक खत्म होने के बाद खनौरी व शंभू बॉर्डर लौट रहे किसान नेताओं जगजीत सिंह डल्लेवाल, सरवण सिंह पंधेर समेत 300 से अधिक किसानों को हिरासत में ले लिया। पुलिस कार्रवाई के दौरान किसानों व पुलिस के बीच जमकर हाथापाई भी हुई, जिमसें कुछ किसान नेताओं की पगड़ियां उतर गईं। सरकार ने शंभू और खनौरी बॉर्डर पर करीब 5000 पुलिसकर्मी तैनात कर दिए हैं। वहीं, बॉर्डर एरिया में इंटरनेट सेवाएं भी बंद कर दी गई हैं। पुलिस कार्रवाई के विरोध में प्रदेश में अलग-अलग जगहों पर किसान सड़कों पर उतर आए। विपक्ष समेत सभी किसान नेताओं ने पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई का विरोध किया है।

  

कांग्रेस का आप पर हमला
कांग्रेस समेत विपक्षी दलों ने किसान नेताओं की हिरासत की निंदा की और आम आदमी पार्टी पर जमकर निशाना साधा। साथ ही कांग्रेस ने आप के नेतृत्व वाली पंजाब सरकार का “कायरतापूर्ण कृत्य” बताया। किसान यूनियन नेताओं के खिलाफ पंजाब पुलिस के एक्शन को लेकर कांग्रेस ने राज्य सरकार को घेर लिया है। वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता प्रताप सिंह बाजवा ने कहा कि पंजाब के इतिहास में ऐसा कभी नहीं हुआ है कि सरकार ने बैठक के बहाने नेताओं को बुलाकर गिरफ्तार किया हो। बाजवा ने कहा, पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान ने पंजाब के पूरे कृषि समुदाय की पीठ में छुरा घोंपा है। पंजाबी इसे कभी नहीं भूलेंगे और इस शर्मनाक कृत्य के लिए उन्हें कभी माफ नहीं करेंगे।

हरभजन सिंह ने कहा कि नशे के खात्मे के लिए नशा तस्करों पर सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। जो लोग नशे की तस्करी कर रहे हैं, उन्हें पकड़कर सजा दी जानी चाहिए। जो नशा बेच रहे हैं, उन पर भी कड़ी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए और उन्हें यह सीखना चाहिए कि नशा लोगों की सेहत के लिए बेहद खतरनाक है। उन्होंने कहा कि हालांकि, वह किसी का घर तोड़ने के पक्ष में नहीं हैं।

  

सरकारी जमीन पर अवैध कब्जे पर दिया सुझाव
हरभजन सिंह ने साफ तौर से कहा कि अगर किसी व्यक्ति का घर पहले से बना हुआ है और वह किसी छत के नीचे रह रहा है, तो सबसे पहले यह देखा जाना चाहिए कि वह घर किस तरीके से बना है। अगर घर अवैध तरीके से बना है, तो उस पर कानून के तहत कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए, लेकिन घरों को नष्ट करना सही तरीका नहीं है। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि अगर किसी ने सरकारी जमीन पर कब्जा कर रखा है, तो सरकार को अपनी जमीन जरूर वापस लेनी चाहिए। हालांकि, यदि किसी ने घर बना लिया है, तो सरकार को उसे कहीं और स्थानांतरित करने का उचित इंतजाम करना चाहिए।

नशे के खिलाफ काम करने की अपील
पंजाब सरकार नशे के खिलाफ ‘युद्ध नशेयां विरुद्ध’ मुहिम चला रही है। हरभजन सिंह ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा नशे के खिलाफ मुहीम चलाई जा रही है। नशा एक बहुत ही खतरनाक चीज है। यह लोगों को समझना चाहिए कि नशे से उनकी जिंदगी के साथ-साथ उनका शरीर भी खराब हो रहा है। नशा पूरे के पूरे परिवार को ही खत्म कर देता है। हम सभी पंजाबियों की जिम्मेदारी है कि एक मूव को शुरू किया जाए और हर एक पंजाबी को नशे के खिलाफ काम करना चाहिए।

देश के उत्तर और पूर्वी भारत के अधिकांश राज्‍यों में पारा लगातार गिर रहा है। इस वजह से ठंड में इजाफा हुआ है। देश के इन हिस्सों में ठंड और घने कोहरे का असर साफ दिखने लगा है। सुबह और रात के वक्त विजिबिलिटी काफी कम हो रही है, जिससे आम जनजीवन के साथ-साथ सड़क, रेल और हवाई यात्रा भी प्रभावित हो रही है। मौसम विभाग ने आने वाले दिनों को लेकर सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी है।

  

पहाड़ से लेकर मैदान तक ठंड से कांपे लोग
जम्‍मू-कश्‍मीर, हिमाचल प्रदेश और उत्‍तराखंड के ऊंचाई वाले कई इलाकों में बर्फबारी भी हुई है। भारतीय मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने पर्वतीय राज्‍यों में पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के प्रभाव के चलते बारिश और भारी हिमपात का पूर्वानुमान जताया है। पर्वतीय राज्‍यों में हुई बर्फबारी का असर मैदानी हिस्‍सों में दिख रहा है। पंजाब से लेकर हरियाणा, दिल्‍ली-एनसीआर, उत्‍तर प्रदेश, बिहार, झारखंड, ओडिशा, पश्चिम बंगाल जैसे राज्‍यों में कड़ाके की ठंड और घने कोहरे की वजह से सामान्‍य जनजीवन पर विपरीत असर पड़ा है।

अभी कुछ दिन छाए रहेंगे बादल
मौसम विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार आने वाले दिनों में हालात में ज्यादा राहत की संभावना नहीं है। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, पहाड़ों पर एक सक्रिय पश्चिमी विक्षोभ पहुंच रहा है, जिससे 20 से 22 दिसंबर के बीच अच्छी बर्फबारी होगी। इसका असर मैदानी इलाकों में बादलों और कोहरे के रूप में दिखेगा।

इन राज्यों में छाया रहेगा घना कोहरा
मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, पंजाब में 20 दिसंबर की सुबह घना से बहुत घना कोहरा बने रहने की संभावना है। वहीं उत्तराखंड, हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़, पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश, उत्तर मध्य प्रदेश और बिहार में 21 दिसंबर तक सुबह के समय कोहरे की स्थिति रह सकती है। पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश में यह असर 22 दिसंबर तक देखने को मिल सकता है। कुछ इलाकों में 24 और 25 दिसंबर को भी कोहरा परेशान कर सकता है।

रेल और फ्लाइट पर कोहरे का असर
कोहरे का बुरा असर रेल सेवाओं पर भी देखने को मिला, जहां अब तक 32 ट्रेनें अपने निर्धारित समय से देरी से चल रही हैं। घने कोहरे की वजह से उड़ानों का संचालन गंभीर रूप से प्रभावित हुआ है। 15 से अधिक फ्लाइट्स रद्द हुई हैं। 30 से ज्यादा फ्लाइट्स देरी से उड़ रही हैं। जबकि कई उड़ानों को रीशेड्यूल करना पड़ा है।

उत्तर भारत जलमग्न है। पहाड़ से लेकर मैदान तक हाहाकार मचा हुआ है। दिल्ली, पंजाब और कश्मीर में बाढ़ की स्थिति गंभीर है। जून से जारी इस बारिश ने पूरे देश में हजारों लोगों की जान ले ली है। जम्मू-कश्मीर और उत्तराखंड में पिछले कुछ दिनों से बादल फटने से आई सिलसिलेवार बाढ़ में कई लोगों की मौत हो गई है और कई अन्य लापता हैं। वहीं अब पंजाब में बाढ़ का तांडव देखने को मिल रहा है।

  

कश्मीर में बाढ़ और बारिश के चलत अब तक 50 लोगों की मौत
जम्मू-कश्मीर में पिछले एक पखवाड़े में भारी बारिश और अचानक आई बाढ़ के कारण 50 से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। इस स्थिति के कारण जम्मू-श्रीनगर राजमार्ग लगातार आठवें दिन भी बंद है। इस बीच, सोमवार को राजौरी और सांबा जिलों में लगातार बारिश के बाद ज़मीन धंसने की ख़बरें आईं, जिसके बाद अधिकारियों को 19 परिवारों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर पहुंचाना पड़ा। डोडा में बारिश और अचानक आई बाढ़ के कारण 500 घर क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए हैं।

पंजाब में 30 लोगों की मौत
पंजाब के सभी 23 जिलों में बाढ़ से हाहाकार मचा हुआ है। यहां बाढ़ और बारिश से जुड़े हादसों में 30 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, राज्य के 23 जिलों के कुल 3.5 लाख लोग बारिश और अचानक आई बाढ़ से प्रभावित हुए हैं। गुरदासपुर सबसे ज़्यादा प्रभावित है, जहां 324 गांव प्रभावित हुए हैं, इसके बाद अमृतसर (135 गांव) और होशियारपुर (119 गांव) का स्थान है। आलम यह है कि लोगों को बचाने के लिए एनडीआरएफ और सेना तक मैदान में हैं। हालांकि, स्थितियां अभी सुधरती नहीं दिख रही। राज्य में 3 सितंबर को भारी वर्षा का अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। इसके अलावा पूरे हफ्ते हल्की से मध्यम बारिश जारी रहेगी।

उत्तराखंड में बादल फटने से 10 लोगों की मौत
उत्तराखंड में लगातार हो रही बारिश और बादल फटने की घटनाओं में कम से कम 10 लोगों की मौत हो गई है। इस घटना में 69 लोग लापता हैं, जहां अगस्त में बादल फटने की कई घटनाएं हुईं, जिससे भूस्खलन और अचानक बाढ़ आई, जिससे घर तबाह हो गए और लोग व जानवर मलबे में दब गए। मौसम विभाग ने आज राज्य में रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है।

हिमाचल में हाहाकार
हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंडी में बारिश और भूस्खलन से तबाही मचाई है। मंडी जिले के सुंदरनगर में भारी भूस्खलन हुआ है। भूस्खलन की चपेट में आने से दो मकान जमींदोज हो गए और छह लोगों की मौत हो गई।  वहीं, प्रदेश के चार जिलों कांगड़ा, मंडी, सिरमौर और किन्नौर के कुछ स्थानों पर बुधवार को भारी बारिश का ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है। ऊना और बिलासपुर के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। अन्य जिलों में भी बारिश के आसार हैं। आठ सितंबर तक मौसम खराब बना रहने का पूर्वानुमान है। मौसम विभाग की चेतावनी के मद्देनजर शिमला, सोलन, सिरमौर, कांगड़ा, बिलासपुर और कुल्लू में बुधवार को भी शिक्षण संस्थानों में छुट्टी कर दी गई है।
वहीं, हिमाचल प्रदेश में कुल 1,337 सड़कें अवरुद्ध हैं। इनमें से 282 मंडी में, 255 शिमला में, 239 चंबा में, 205 कुल्लू में और 140 सिरमौर जिले में हैं। राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र (एसईओसी) के अनुसार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 3 (मंडी-धर्मपुर मार्ग), राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 305 (औट-सैंज), राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 5 (पुराना हिंदुस्तान-तिब्बत मार्ग) और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 707 (हाटकोटी से पांवटा) भी अवरुद्ध हैं।

दिल्ली में डरा रही यमुना
इधर, दिल्ली में यमुना नदी का बढ़ता जलस्तर चिंता का विषय बना हुआ है। दिल्ली में लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण यमुना नदी खतरे के निशान को पार कर रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर पहुँच गई है। मंगलवार को दिल्ली के पुराने रेलवे पुल (ओआरबी) पर जलस्तर 206.03 मीटर दर्ज किया गया, जिससे यातायात बंद कर दिया गया है। बारिश और बाढ़ की चेतावनी के कारण कश्मीरी गेट के पास मोनेस्ट्री मार्केट, वासुदेव घाट और यमुना बाजार जैसे इलाकों से लोगों को निकाला गया है।

औसत से लगभग तीन गुना ज्यादा बारिश
मौसम विभाग ने अगस्त के अंत में केवल 72 घंटों में 300-350 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की, जो इस अवधि के औसत से लगभग तीन गुना ज्यादा है। अधिकारियों और मौसम वैज्ञानिकों ने इसे चार दशकों से भी ज्यादा समय में उत्तर भारत में आई सबसे भीषण बाढ़ बताया है।

Khabar kolkata News report : In a gesture of respect and solidarity, the Cricket Association of Bengal paid tribute to the victims of the terror attack in Pahalgam before the IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Punjab Kings at the iconic Eden Gardens on Saturday.

The customary Eden bell, which has been rung for several years before the start of a match, was not done so on Saturday to pay tribute to the victims.

Present for the occasion were CAB President Snehasish Ganguly, CAB Secretary Naresh Ojha, CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, CAB Vice President Amalendu Biswas, CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with other CAB officials and members. Also present was former Australia cricketer Brad Haddin.

पंजाब में किसानों पर एक्शन, पुलिस शंभू बॉर्डर से खदेड़ा, जानें क्या है पूरा मामला?

शंभू और खनौरी बॉर्डर पर 13 माह से चल रहे किसानों के धरने को पंजाब सरकार ने बुधवार रात पुलिस की मदद से हटा दिया। पंजाब पुलिस ने देर रात एक्शन में किसानों को धरना स्थल से उठा दिया। पुलिस ने बुलडोजर चलाकर खनौरी और शंभू बॉर्डर पर बने मंच ढहा दिए और टेंट भी उखाड़ दिए। इस तरह से 13 महीने बाद शंभू बॉर्डर खुल गया है। पंजाब के बाद हरियाणा ने भी अपनी-अपनी ओर से रास्तों को खोलना शुरू कर दिया है। अब जब शंभू और खनौरी बॉर्डर से किसानों को हटा दिया गया है, ऐसे में सवाल है कि आखिर इस कार्रवाई के पीछे क्या-क्या वजहें हैं?

  


किसान नेता बुधवार को केंद्र के साथ सातवें दौर की बैठक के लिए चंडीगढ़ पहुंचे थे। केंद्र सरकार और किसान संगठनों की बुधवार काे चंडीगढ़ में हुई बैठक बेनतीजा रही। बैठक खत्म होने के बाद खनौरी व शंभू बॉर्डर लौट रहे किसान नेताओं जगजीत सिंह डल्लेवाल, सरवण सिंह पंधेर समेत 300 से अधिक किसानों को हिरासत में ले लिया। पुलिस कार्रवाई के दौरान किसानों व पुलिस के बीच जमकर हाथापाई भी हुई, जिमसें कुछ किसान नेताओं की पगड़ियां उतर गईं। सरकार ने शंभू और खनौरी बॉर्डर पर करीब 5000 पुलिसकर्मी तैनात कर दिए हैं। वहीं, बॉर्डर एरिया में इंटरनेट सेवाएं भी बंद कर दी गई हैं। पुलिस कार्रवाई के विरोध में प्रदेश में अलग-अलग जगहों पर किसान सड़कों पर उतर आए। विपक्ष समेत सभी किसान नेताओं ने पुलिस की इस कार्रवाई का विरोध किया है।

  

कांग्रेस का आप पर हमला
कांग्रेस समेत विपक्षी दलों ने किसान नेताओं की हिरासत की निंदा की और आम आदमी पार्टी पर जमकर निशाना साधा। साथ ही कांग्रेस ने आप के नेतृत्व वाली पंजाब सरकार का “कायरतापूर्ण कृत्य” बताया। किसान यूनियन नेताओं के खिलाफ पंजाब पुलिस के एक्शन को लेकर कांग्रेस ने राज्य सरकार को घेर लिया है। वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता प्रताप सिंह बाजवा ने कहा कि पंजाब के इतिहास में ऐसा कभी नहीं हुआ है कि सरकार ने बैठक के बहाने नेताओं को बुलाकर गिरफ्तार किया हो। बाजवा ने कहा, पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान ने पंजाब के पूरे कृषि समुदाय की पीठ में छुरा घोंपा है। पंजाबी इसे कभी नहीं भूलेंगे और इस शर्मनाक कृत्य के लिए उन्हें कभी माफ नहीं करेंगे।

बीजेपी ने भी आप को घेरा
जहां एक तरफ कांग्रेस ने आम आदमी पार्टी को घेरने का काम किया है। वहीं, दूसरी तरफ बीजेपी ने भी आप पर हमला किया है। बीजेपी नेता और केंद्रीय मंत्री रवनीत सिंह बिट्टू ने आरोप लगाया कि पंजाब की आप सरकार केंद्र और किसानों के बीच बातचीत को ”बर्बाद” करने की कोशिश कर रही है। उन्होंने आगे कहा, किसान नेताओं पर पंजाब पुलिस के लिए गए एक्शन को जान कर वो हैरान हैं। केंद्र सरकार किसानों के मुद्दों को लेकर गंभीर है और पंजाब सरकार की अचानक कार्रवाई का मकसद बातचीत को विफल करना है। मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान ने किसानों को धोखा दिया है। पिछले तीन दिनों से पंजाब में डेरा डाले हुए अरविंद केजरीवाल ने किसानों के खिलाफ साजिश रची है।

पंजाब में भगवंत मान सरकार का ड्रग्स माफियाओं और अपराधियों के खिलाफ एक्शन जारी है। पुलिस अपराधियों को सबक सिखाने के लिए बुलडोजर चला रही है। इस बीच आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के राज्यसभा सांसद और पूर्व क्रिकेटर हरभजन सिंह ने अपनी ही पार्टी की सरकार के एक्शन पर सवाल उठाया है। हरभजन सिंह ने पंजाब सरकार की मुहिम को लेकर पार्टी विचारधारा से अलग बयान दिया है। हरभजन सिंह ने कहा कि कोई नशा बेचता है तो उसका घर गिरा दिया, मैं इस बात के हक में नहीं हूं।

  


हरभजन किसी का घर तोड़ने के पक्ष में नहीं
हरभजन सिंह ने कहा कि नशे के खात्मे के लिए नशा तस्करों पर सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। जो लोग नशे की तस्करी कर रहे हैं, उन्हें पकड़कर सजा दी जानी चाहिए। जो नशा बेच रहे हैं, उन पर भी कड़ी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए और उन्हें यह सीखना चाहिए कि नशा लोगों की सेहत के लिए बेहद खतरनाक है। उन्होंने कहा कि हालांकि, वह किसी का घर तोड़ने के पक्ष में नहीं हैं।

  

सरकारी जमीन पर अवैध कब्जे पर दिया सुझाव
हरभजन सिंह ने साफ तौर से कहा कि अगर किसी व्यक्ति का घर पहले से बना हुआ है और वह किसी छत के नीचे रह रहा है, तो सबसे पहले यह देखा जाना चाहिए कि वह घर किस तरीके से बना है। अगर घर अवैध तरीके से बना है, तो उस पर कानून के तहत कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए, लेकिन घरों को नष्ट करना सही तरीका नहीं है। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि अगर किसी ने सरकारी जमीन पर कब्जा कर रखा है, तो सरकार को अपनी जमीन जरूर वापस लेनी चाहिए। हालांकि, यदि किसी ने घर बना लिया है, तो सरकार को उसे कहीं और स्थानांतरित करने का उचित इंतजाम करना चाहिए।

नशे के खिलाफ काम करने की अपील
पंजाब सरकार नशे के खिलाफ ‘युद्ध नशेयां विरुद्ध’ मुहिम चला रही है। हरभजन सिंह ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा नशे के खिलाफ मुहीम चलाई जा रही है। नशा एक बहुत ही खतरनाक चीज है। यह लोगों को समझना चाहिए कि नशे से उनकी जिंदगी के साथ-साथ उनका शरीर भी खराब हो रहा है। नशा पूरे के पूरे परिवार को ही खत्म कर देता है। हम सभी पंजाबियों की जिम्मेदारी है कि एक मूव को शुरू किया जाए और हर एक पंजाबी को नशे के खिलाफ काम करना चाहिए।
