मध्य प्रदेश की राजधानी भोपाल से एक हैरान करने वाला मामला सामने आया है। यहाँ एक नेताजी ने अपने नाबालिग बेटे से वोट डलवा दिया। हालाँकि, वो वोट नेताजी का ही था, बेटे ने केवल बटन दबाई है, लेकिन कानून के मुताबिक ये जुर्म है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, नेताजी का नाम विनय मेहर है, जो भोपाल की जिला पंचायत में सदस्य भी हैं। लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए तीसरा चरण की वोटिंग होने के बाद भोपाल में एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुआ। इस वीडियो में भाजपा नेता विनय मैहर पोलिंग बूथ के भीतर अपने बेटे के साथ मौजूद नज़र आ रहे हैं और उनका बेटा वोट डाल रहा है। उनके बेटे की उम्र तो 18 वर्ष से कम है, यानी वह वोटिंग के लिए पात्र ही नहीं है। इसके बाद पता चला कि वीडियो नेताजी ने खुद सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट किया है। जब पत्रकारों ने उनसे पूछा कि नेताजी ऐसा क्यों किया, तो उन्होंने बड़े आराम से जवाब दिया कि बेटा जिद कर रहा था इसलिए उससे वोट डलवा दिया। मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस ने इसका वीडियो अपने एक्स हैंडल से पोस्ट किया है और कार्रवाई की मांग की है। वहीं, भोपाल कलेक्टर कौशलेंद्र विक्रम सिंह ने बैरसिया SDM और SDOP को जांच सौंपी है। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि जांच के बाद संबंधित के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कराई जाएगी। वहीं, इस मामले में पीठासीन अधिकारी को भी सस्पेंड किया जाएगा। बैरसिया SDM आशुतोष गोस्वामी ने बताया कि बैरसिया विधानसभा के खितवास स्थित मतदान क्रमांक-71 में मतदान हुआ है। कलेक्टर के आदेश के बाद जांच शुरू कर दी गई है, जल्द ही रिपोर्ट सौंपी जाएगी।

सरकार ने 11 मार्च को सीएए पर अधिसूचना जारी किया था। नागरिकता (संशोधन) कानून, 2024 की अधिसूचना जारी होने के बाद पहली बार नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण किया गया।बुधवार को पहली बार 300 लोगों को भारतीय नागरिकता दे दी गई। मंत्रालय ने 14 शरणार्थियों को सर्टिफिकेट भी सौंप दिए हैं।ये शरणार्थी पिछले कई साल से भारत की नागरिकता पाने की जद्दोजहद में लगे हुए थे।

गृह मंत्रालय ने सभी को ऑनलाइन माध्यम से प्रमाण पत्र उपलब्ध कराए। हालांकि प्रतीकात्मक तौर पर सर्टिफिकेट सौंपने के लिए 14 लोगों को दिल्ली भी बुलाया गया। केंद्रीय गृह सचिव अजय कुमार भल्ला ने 14 आवेदकों को प्रमाण पत्र सौंपने के साथ ही उन्हें बधाई दी।

केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय के एक प्रवक्ता ने एक बयान में कहा कि जनगणना संचालन निदेशक की अध्यक्षता में अधिकार प्राप्त समिति ने उचित जांच के बाद 14 आवेदकों को नागरिकता देने का फैसला किया है। इसके बाद जनगणना संचालन निदेशक ने इन आवेदकों को प्रमाण पत्र दिए। 

नागरिकता संशोधन कानून (सीएए) इस साल 11 मार्च को देश में लागू हो गया था। नागरिकता संशोधन विधेयक 2019 को संसद द्वारा पारित किया गया था। बाद में इस विधेयक को राष्ट्रपति का अनुमोदन मिल गया था। सीएए के जरिए पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश और अफगानिस्तान से आए हिंदू, सिख, जैन, बौद्ध, पारसी और ईसाई समुदायों से संबंधित अल्पसंख्यकों को भारतीय नागरिकता लेने में आसानी होगी। 

सीएए के तहत भारतीय नागरिकता पाने के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया जा सकता है, इसके लिए सबसे पहले भारत में आने की तारीख बतानी होगी। दस्तावेजों के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, पहचान पत्र, तीनों पड़ोसी मुल्कों का कोई भी सरकारी प्रमाण पत्र चाहे वो लाइसेंस हो या शैक्षणिक। इसके अलावा आवेदक को एक पात्रता प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा, जो यह पुष्टि करे कि आवेदक हिंदू, सिख, बौद्ध, पारसी, ईसाई या जैन समुदाय का हो। शर्त यह है कि आवेदन लेने वाला 31 दिसंबर 2014 से पहले भारत का शरणार्थी बन चुका हो।

চীনের বড় ধাক্কা, চাবাহার বন্দর নিয়ে ইরানের সাথে ১০ বছরের চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর ভারতের

এ এন আই: ইরান ও ভারতের মধ্যে একটি বড় চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে। এর মাধ্যমে মধ্যপ্রাচ্যে ভারত ভাল সাফল্য পাবে। কেন্দ্রীয় বন্দর, জাহাজ ও জলপথ মন্ত্রী সর্বানন্দ সোনোয়াল, ইন্ডিয়া পোর্টস গ্লোবাল লিমিটেড এবং ইরানের উপস্থিতিতে ভারত ও ইরানের মধ্যে একটি 10 বছরের চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে।চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর করেছে বন্দর ও সমুদ্র সংস্থা। বন্দরটি ভারতকে পাকিস্তানের গোয়াদর বন্দর এবং চীনের বেল্ট অ্যান্ড রোড প্রকল্পের মোকাবিলায় সাহায্য করবে। চাবাহার বন্দরের মাধ্যমে ভারত পাকিস্তানকে বাইপাস করে আফগানিস্তান ও মধ্য এশিয়ায় পৌঁছাতে পারবে। অনুষ্ঠানে বক্তৃতাকালে সোনোয়াল বলেন, “এই চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরের মাধ্যমে আমরা চাবাহারে ভারতের দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সম্পৃক্ততার ভিত্তি স্থাপন করেছি।" তিনি বলেন, এই চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরের ফলে চাবাহার বন্দরের কার্যক্ষমতা ও দৃশ্যমানতার ওপর বহুগুণ প্রভাব পড়বে। তার মতে, চাবাহার শুধু ভারতের নিকটতম ইরানি বন্দরই নয়, এটি সামুদ্রিক দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকেও একটি চমৎকার বন্দর। সোনোয়াল তার ইরানি প্রতিপক্ষের সঙ্গেও বৈঠক করেছেন। শক্তি সমৃদ্ধ ইরানের দক্ষিণ উপকূলে সিস্তান-বেলুচিস্তান প্রদেশে অবস্থিত, চাবাহার বন্দর সংযোগ এবং বাণিজ্যভারত ও ইরান সম্পর্ক জোরদার করার জন্য তৈরি হচ্ছে। বন্দরটিকে আফগানিস্তান, মধ্য এশিয়া এবং বৃহত্তর ইউরেশীয় অঞ্চলের সাথে ভারতের মূল সংযোগের সংযোগ হিসাবে দেখা হয়, যা এটিকে পাকিস্তানের গোয়াদর বন্দরের পাশাপাশি চীনের বেল্ট অ্যান্ড রোড ইনিশিয়েটিভ বজায় রাখতে সহায়তা করবে। চাবাহারকে ইন্টারন্যাশনাল নর্থ সাউথ ট্রান্সপোর্ট করিডোর (INSTC) এর সাথে সংযুক্ত করার পরিকল্পনা করা হয়েছে যা ভারতকে সংযুক্ত করবেইরানের মাধ্যমে রাশিয়ার সাথে সংযোগ স্থাপন করা যাক এই বন্দরটি ভারতকে আফগানিস্তান এবং মধ্য এশিয়ায় পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম করবে। এর জন্য এখন আর পাকিস্তানের প্রয়োজন হবে না। পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রক এপ্রিল মাসে বঙ্গোপসাগরের মায়ানমারের সিটওয়ে বন্দরের কার্যক্রম গ্রহণের জন্য ইন্ডিয়া পোর্টস গ্লোবালের একটি প্রস্তাব অনুমোদন করেছে। বিশেষজ্ঞরা বলছেন, সোনোয়াল একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্বাচনী প্রচারণার সময় ভ্রমণ করছেন।যা গত কয়েক বছর ধরে যে চুক্তির কাজ চলছে তার গুরুত্ব বোঝায়। এই চুক্তি ভারতকে সেই বন্দর পরিচালনা করতে সক্ষম করবে যার জন্য এটি সম্প্রসারণের জন্য তহবিল পরিচালনা করেছে। এই চুক্তি এমন এক সময়ে করা হচ্ছে যখন পশ্চিম এশিয়ায় সংকটময় পরিস্থিতি বিরাজ করছে।

मध्य प्रदेश की राजधानी भोपाल से एक हैरान करने वाला मामला सामने आया है। यहाँ एक नेताजी ने अपने नाबालिग बेटे से वोट डलवा दिया। हालाँकि, वो वोट नेताजी का ही था, बेटे ने केवल बटन दबाई है, लेकिन कानून के मुताबिक ये जुर्म है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, नेताजी का नाम विनय मेहर है, जो भोपाल की जिला पंचायत में सदस्य भी हैं। लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए तीसरा चरण की वोटिंग होने के बाद भोपाल में एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुआ। इस वीडियो में भाजपा नेता विनय मैहर पोलिंग बूथ के भीतर अपने बेटे के साथ मौजूद नज़र आ रहे हैं और उनका बेटा वोट डाल रहा है। उनके बेटे की उम्र तो 18 वर्ष से कम है, यानी वह वोटिंग के लिए पात्र ही नहीं है। इसके बाद पता चला कि वीडियो नेताजी ने खुद सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट किया है। जब पत्रकारों ने उनसे पूछा कि नेताजी ऐसा क्यों किया, तो उन्होंने बड़े आराम से जवाब दिया कि बेटा जिद कर रहा था इसलिए उससे वोट डलवा दिया। मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस ने इसका वीडियो अपने एक्स हैंडल से पोस्ट किया है और कार्रवाई की मांग की है। वहीं, भोपाल कलेक्टर कौशलेंद्र विक्रम सिंह ने बैरसिया SDM और SDOP को जांच सौंपी है। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि जांच के बाद संबंधित के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कराई जाएगी। वहीं, इस मामले में पीठासीन अधिकारी को भी सस्पेंड किया जाएगा। बैरसिया SDM आशुतोष गोस्वामी ने बताया कि बैरसिया विधानसभा के खितवास स्थित मतदान क्रमांक-71 में मतदान हुआ है। कलेक्टर के आदेश के बाद जांच शुरू कर दी गई है, जल्द ही रिपोर्ट सौंपी जाएगी।

सरकार ने 11 मार्च को सीएए पर अधिसूचना जारी किया था। नागरिकता (संशोधन) कानून, 2024 की अधिसूचना जारी होने के बाद पहली बार नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण किया गया।बुधवार को पहली बार 300 लोगों को भारतीय नागरिकता दे दी गई। मंत्रालय ने 14 शरणार्थियों को सर्टिफिकेट भी सौंप दिए हैं।ये शरणार्थी पिछले कई साल से भारत की नागरिकता पाने की जद्दोजहद में लगे हुए थे।

गृह मंत्रालय ने सभी को ऑनलाइन माध्यम से प्रमाण पत्र उपलब्ध कराए। हालांकि प्रतीकात्मक तौर पर सर्टिफिकेट सौंपने के लिए 14 लोगों को दिल्ली भी बुलाया गया। केंद्रीय गृह सचिव अजय कुमार भल्ला ने 14 आवेदकों को प्रमाण पत्र सौंपने के साथ ही उन्हें बधाई दी।

केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय के एक प्रवक्ता ने एक बयान में कहा कि जनगणना संचालन निदेशक की अध्यक्षता में अधिकार प्राप्त समिति ने उचित जांच के बाद 14 आवेदकों को नागरिकता देने का फैसला किया है। इसके बाद जनगणना संचालन निदेशक ने इन आवेदकों को प्रमाण पत्र दिए। 

नागरिकता संशोधन कानून (सीएए) इस साल 11 मार्च को देश में लागू हो गया था। नागरिकता संशोधन विधेयक 2019 को संसद द्वारा पारित किया गया था। बाद में इस विधेयक को राष्ट्रपति का अनुमोदन मिल गया था। सीएए के जरिए पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश और अफगानिस्तान से आए हिंदू, सिख, जैन, बौद्ध, पारसी और ईसाई समुदायों से संबंधित अल्पसंख्यकों को भारतीय नागरिकता लेने में आसानी होगी। 

सीएए के तहत भारतीय नागरिकता पाने के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया जा सकता है, इसके लिए सबसे पहले भारत में आने की तारीख बतानी होगी। दस्तावेजों के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, पहचान पत्र, तीनों पड़ोसी मुल्कों का कोई भी सरकारी प्रमाण पत्र चाहे वो लाइसेंस हो या शैक्षणिक। इसके अलावा आवेदक को एक पात्रता प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा, जो यह पुष्टि करे कि आवेदक हिंदू, सिख, बौद्ध, पारसी, ईसाई या जैन समुदाय का हो। शर्त यह है कि आवेदन लेने वाला 31 दिसंबर 2014 से पहले भारत का शरणार्थी बन चुका हो।

চীনের বড় ধাক্কা, চাবাহার বন্দর নিয়ে ইরানের সাথে ১০ বছরের চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর ভারতের

এ এন আই: ইরান ও ভারতের মধ্যে একটি বড় চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে। এর মাধ্যমে মধ্যপ্রাচ্যে ভারত ভাল সাফল্য পাবে। কেন্দ্রীয় বন্দর, জাহাজ ও জলপথ মন্ত্রী সর্বানন্দ সোনোয়াল, ইন্ডিয়া পোর্টস গ্লোবাল লিমিটেড এবং ইরানের উপস্থিতিতে ভারত ও ইরানের মধ্যে একটি 10 বছরের চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে।চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর করেছে বন্দর ও সমুদ্র সংস্থা। বন্দরটি ভারতকে পাকিস্তানের গোয়াদর বন্দর এবং চীনের বেল্ট অ্যান্ড রোড প্রকল্পের মোকাবিলায় সাহায্য করবে। চাবাহার বন্দরের মাধ্যমে ভারত পাকিস্তানকে বাইপাস করে আফগানিস্তান ও মধ্য এশিয়ায় পৌঁছাতে পারবে। অনুষ্ঠানে বক্তৃতাকালে সোনোয়াল বলেন, “এই চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরের মাধ্যমে আমরা চাবাহারে ভারতের দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সম্পৃক্ততার ভিত্তি স্থাপন করেছি।" তিনি বলেন, এই চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরের ফলে চাবাহার বন্দরের কার্যক্ষমতা ও দৃশ্যমানতার ওপর বহুগুণ প্রভাব পড়বে। তার মতে, চাবাহার শুধু ভারতের নিকটতম ইরানি বন্দরই নয়, এটি সামুদ্রিক দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকেও একটি চমৎকার বন্দর। সোনোয়াল তার ইরানি প্রতিপক্ষের সঙ্গেও বৈঠক করেছেন। শক্তি সমৃদ্ধ ইরানের দক্ষিণ উপকূলে সিস্তান-বেলুচিস্তান প্রদেশে অবস্থিত, চাবাহার বন্দর সংযোগ এবং বাণিজ্যভারত ও ইরান সম্পর্ক জোরদার করার জন্য তৈরি হচ্ছে। বন্দরটিকে আফগানিস্তান, মধ্য এশিয়া এবং বৃহত্তর ইউরেশীয় অঞ্চলের সাথে ভারতের মূল সংযোগের সংযোগ হিসাবে দেখা হয়, যা এটিকে পাকিস্তানের গোয়াদর বন্দরের পাশাপাশি চীনের বেল্ট অ্যান্ড রোড ইনিশিয়েটিভ বজায় রাখতে সহায়তা করবে। চাবাহারকে ইন্টারন্যাশনাল নর্থ সাউথ ট্রান্সপোর্ট করিডোর (INSTC) এর সাথে সংযুক্ত করার পরিকল্পনা করা হয়েছে যা ভারতকে সংযুক্ত করবেইরানের মাধ্যমে রাশিয়ার সাথে সংযোগ স্থাপন করা যাক এই বন্দরটি ভারতকে আফগানিস্তান এবং মধ্য এশিয়ায় পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম করবে। এর জন্য এখন আর পাকিস্তানের প্রয়োজন হবে না। পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রক এপ্রিল মাসে বঙ্গোপসাগরের মায়ানমারের সিটওয়ে বন্দরের কার্যক্রম গ্রহণের জন্য ইন্ডিয়া পোর্টস গ্লোবালের একটি প্রস্তাব অনুমোদন করেছে। বিশেষজ্ঞরা বলছেন, সোনোয়াল একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্বাচনী প্রচারণার সময় ভ্রমণ করছেন।যা গত কয়েক বছর ধরে যে চুক্তির কাজ চলছে তার গুরুত্ব বোঝায়। এই চুক্তি ভারতকে সেই বন্দর পরিচালনা করতে সক্ষম করবে যার জন্য এটি সম্প্রসারণের জন্য তহবিল পরিচালনা করেছে। এই চুক্তি এমন এক সময়ে করা হচ্ছে যখন পশ্চিম এশিয়ায় সংকটময় পরিস্থিতি বিরাজ করছে।
