खत्म होगा टोल प्लाजा और फास्ट टैग का झंझट, आ रहा है नया सिस्टम, सरकार ऐसे वसूलेगी टैक्स

बीते कुछ सालों में भारत सरकार ने तकनीक के क्षेत्र के काफी उन्नति की है। इसी क्रम में केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने बड़ी घोषणा की है। गडकरी के मुताबिक जल्द ही देश में नेशनल हाईवे पर टोल कलेक्शन के लिए सैटेलाइट बेस्ड सिस्टम को लॉन्च किया जाएगा। यानी सरकार जल्द ही टोल सिस्टल को खत्म करने का प्लान बना रही है। बता दें कि बीते साल दिसंबर महीने में ही सड़क परिवहन मंत्री ने एलान किया था कि एनएचएआई मार्च 2024 से हाईवे पर टोल कलेक्शन के नए सिस्टम को रोल आउट करेगी।

केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा है कि टोल बैरियर्स को सैटेलाइट बेस्ड टोल कलेक्शन सिस्टम से बदल दिया जाएगा, जो वाहनों से शुल्क काटने के लिए जीपीएस और कैमरे का उपयोग करेगा। गडकरी ने कहा है कि नया टोल कलेक्शन जल्द लागू हो सकता है। हालांकि अभी कोई डेडलाइन सामने नहीं आई है। वर्तमान में इसकी व्यवहार्यता का परीक्षण करने के लिए जीपीएस बेस्ड टोल कलेक्शन का एक पायलट रन चल रहा है। 

ऐसे काम करेगा सिस्टम

नई टोल संग्रह प्रणाली सीधे उपयोगकर्ता के बैंक खाते से शुल्क काट लेगी। टोल की राशि इस बात पर निर्भर करेगी कि वाहन ने कितनी दूरी तय की है। ये सारी जानकारी जीपीएस के जरिए जुटाई जाएगी। वर्तमान में वाहन द्वारा तय की गई दूरी की परवाह किए बिना हर प्लाजा पर टोल शुल्क तय है।

सैटेलाइट बेस्ड टोल से क्या होगा फायदा?

टोल सिस्टम खत्म होने के बाद सबसे बड़ी सुविधा ये होगी कि आपको किसी भी हाल में कार को रोकना नहीं होगा, यानी टोल आने पर भी आप रफ्तार कम नहीं करेंगे और आगे बढ़ जाएंगे। इससे आपका टाइम बचेगा। इसका दूसरा सबसे बड़ा फायदा समय के साथ पेट्रोल-डीजल के खर्च में बचत है। आप लंबे सफर में ईंधन के खर्च में अच्छी खासी बचत कर पाएंगे।

जितनी दूरी उतना टोल

फास्टैग आधारित मौजूदा टोल सिस्टम में हाईवे का इस्तेमाल करने पर आपको कम दूरी के लिए भी पूरे टोल का भुगतान करना पड़ता है। हालांकि, सैटेलाइट टोल सिस्टम में आप जितनी दूरी तय करेंगे आपसे उतनी ही दूरी के लिए टोल जाएगा। यानी आप अतरिक्त टोल टैक्स के भुगतान से बच सकेंगे। हालांकि, सरकार कितनी दूरी के लिए कितना टोल टैक्स लगाएगी इसका खुलासा सैटेलाइट टोल सिस्टम के लागू होने के बाद होगा।

अभी कैसे वसूलते हैं टोल?

राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर टोल प्लाजा वर्तमान में फास्टैग (आरएफआईडी तकनीक) के माध्यम से टोल शुल्क काटते हैं। इसे 15 फरवरी, 2021 से अनिवार्य टोल संग्रह प्रणाली के रूप में लागू किया गया था। आरएफआईडी-सक्षम बैरियर से लैस टोल प्लाजा पर टोल शुल्क काटा जाता है। बैरियर पर लगे कैमरे वाहनों की फास्टैग आईडी को पढ़ते हैं और पिछले टोल प्लाजा से दूरी के आधार पर शुल्क लेते हैं। टोल शुल्क का भुगतान भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) को किया जाता है।

बॉलीवुड से एक बार फिर गमगीन करने वाली खबर सामने आ रही है।मशहूर आर्ट डायरेक्टर नितिन देसाई ने खुदकुशी कर ली है। नितिन ने मुंबई से लगभग 80किमी दूर कर्जत इलाके में बने एनडी स्टूडियो में फांसी लगाकर खुदकुशी की है। रिपोर्ट्स की माने तो नितिन आर्थिक तंगी से जूझ रहे थे।

नितिन देसाई की बॉडी स्टूडियो में मिलने के बाद वहां के स्टाफ ने पुलिस को इस बात की सूचना दी। अब पुलिस उसके अनुसार आगे की कार्रवाई कर रही है।खबरों के अनुसार आत्महत्या के दो दिन पहले तक वह स्टूडियो में थे। कल तक उन्होंने अपनी टीम को आगामी प्रोजेक्ट के बारे में जानकारी भी दी थी, लेकिन आज सुबह से उन्होंने किसी का फोन नहीं उठाया तो कर्मचारियों ने इसकी जानकारी एनडी स्टूडियो के अधिकारियों को दी। इसके बाद उन्होंने दरवाजा तोड़ा और पुलिस को इसकी सूचना दी।

एडवर्टाइजिंग एजेंसी ने लगाया था धोखाखड़ी का आरोप

कुछ दिन पहले उनपर एक एडवर्टाइजिंग एजेंसी ने धोखाखड़ी का आरोप लगाया था।एक एजेंसी ने उन पर 3 महीने तक काम करवाने के बाद पैसा नहीं देने का आरोप लगाया था। रिपोर्ट्स की माने तो ये रकम करीब 51 लाख रुपए थी। हालांकि नितिन ने इन आरोपों को गलत ठहराया था।

चाण्क्य और तमस जैसे धारावाहिकों से शुरू किया था करियर

बता दें कि नितिन देसाई मशहूर कला निर्देशक होने के साथ-साथ निर्माता, निर्देशक और अभिनेता भी थे। नितिन देसाई मराठी और हिंदी सिनेमा का एक बड़ा नाम थे। नितिन देसाई ने चाण्क्य और तमस जैसे धारावाहिकों से अपने करियर की शुरुआत की थी और उन्हें पहली बार '1942 ए लव स्टोरी' में उनके काम के लिए नोटिस किया गया। नितिन ने कई बेहतरीन फिल्में इंडस्ट्री को दी हैं। इनमें से कुछ हम दिल दे चुके सनम, लगान, जोधा अकबर और प्रेम रतन धन पायो शामिल हैं। नितिन ने इस फिल्मों के सेट डिजाइन किए थे। इन सभी फिल्मों में भव्य सेट दिखाए गए थे जिसकी हर बार तारीफ की जाती है।

चार बार जीता नेशनल अवॉर्ड

नितिन देसाई ने कला निर्देशन के लिए चार राष्ट्रीय फिल्म पुरस्कारों भी जीते हैं। उन्हें बेस्ट आर्ट डायरेक्शन के लिए इन पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया गया था। इनमें साल 1999 में उन्हें डॉ. आम्बेडकर राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार भी शामिल है। इसके साथ ही उन्हें ‘हम दिल दे चुके सनम’, ‘लगान’ और ‘देवदास’ के लिए सम्मानित किया गया था। आखिरी बार उन्होंने ‘पानीपत’ फिल्म के लिए काम किया।

केंद्रीय परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने सोमवार को कश्मीर के सोनमर्ग में ज़ोजिला सुरंग के लिए चल रहे काम का जायजा लिया। इस दौरान गडकरी ने सुरंग को ऐतिहासिक बताया और कहा कि यह परियोजना एक सपने को पूरा करने जैसी है जो कश्मीर घाटी को कन्याकुमारी से जोड़ती है। इस सुरंग के बनने से जम्मू-कश्मीर में पर्यटन 2-3 गुना बढ़ जाएगा और रोजगार के अवसर भी बढ़ेंगे।

जोजिला सुरंग उस क्षेत्र के लिए एक गेम-चेंजर साबित होगी

गडकरी ने 11,500 फीट से अधिक की ऊंचाई पर काम का निरीक्षण करने के बाद संवाददाताओं से कहा, यह भारत की एक ऐतिहासिक और महत्वपूर्ण सुरंग है। सुरंग की लंबाई एशिया में सबसे अधिक मानी जाती है। सर्दियों के दौरान श्रीनगर-लद्दाख राजमार्ग के बंद होने से केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में नागरिक आबादी और सेना दोनों के जीवन पर बुरा असर पड़ता है।जोजिला सुरंग उस क्षेत्र के लिए एक गेम-चेंजर साबित होगी, जो जून 2020 से सेना और चीनी सेना के बीच लंबे समय से गतिरोध का सामना कर रहा है।

इस साल अक्टूबर में होगा उद्घाटन

नितिन गडकरी ने बताया कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में 25 हजार करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 19 टनलों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इसके अंतर्गत 2680 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 6.5 किमी लंबाई के जेड-मोड़ टनल एवं एप्रोच रोड का निर्माण कार्य प्रगति पर है। यह 2-लेन टनल कश्मीर के गांदरबल जिले में गगनगीर और सोनमर्ग के बीच पहाड़ी थजीवास ग्लेशियर के नीचे बन रही है। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने यह भी घोषणा की कि जेड-मोड़ सुरंग जो गगनगीर को सोनमर्ग से जोड़ती है और मध्य कश्मीर के गांदरबल जिले में रिसॉर्ट को सभी मौसम में कनेक्टिविटी प्रदान करती है। इसका उद्घाटन इस साल अक्टूबर में किया जाएगा। 

जोजिला टनल का 28% काम पूरा हुआ

केन्द्रीय मंत्री ने बताया कि जोजिला टनल परियोजना के अंतर्गत 13,153 मीटर की एक मुख्य जोजिला टनल के साथ 810 मीटर कुल लंबाई की 4 पुलिया, 4,821 मीटर कुल लंबाई की 4 नीलग्रार टनल, 2,350 मीटर कुल लंबाई के 8 कट और कवर और 500 मीटर, 391 मीटर और 220 मीटर कुल लंबाई के 3 वर्टिकल वेंटिलेशन शाफ्ट प्रस्तावित है। अब तक जोजिला टनल का 28% काम पूरा हुआ है।

खत्म होगा टोल प्लाजा और फास्ट टैग का झंझट, आ रहा है नया सिस्टम, सरकार ऐसे वसूलेगी टैक्स

बीते कुछ सालों में भारत सरकार ने तकनीक के क्षेत्र के काफी उन्नति की है। इसी क्रम में केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने बड़ी घोषणा की है। गडकरी के मुताबिक जल्द ही देश में नेशनल हाईवे पर टोल कलेक्शन के लिए सैटेलाइट बेस्ड सिस्टम को लॉन्च किया जाएगा। यानी सरकार जल्द ही टोल सिस्टल को खत्म करने का प्लान बना रही है। बता दें कि बीते साल दिसंबर महीने में ही सड़क परिवहन मंत्री ने एलान किया था कि एनएचएआई मार्च 2024 से हाईवे पर टोल कलेक्शन के नए सिस्टम को रोल आउट करेगी।

केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा है कि टोल बैरियर्स को सैटेलाइट बेस्ड टोल कलेक्शन सिस्टम से बदल दिया जाएगा, जो वाहनों से शुल्क काटने के लिए जीपीएस और कैमरे का उपयोग करेगा। गडकरी ने कहा है कि नया टोल कलेक्शन जल्द लागू हो सकता है। हालांकि अभी कोई डेडलाइन सामने नहीं आई है। वर्तमान में इसकी व्यवहार्यता का परीक्षण करने के लिए जीपीएस बेस्ड टोल कलेक्शन का एक पायलट रन चल रहा है। 

ऐसे काम करेगा सिस्टम

नई टोल संग्रह प्रणाली सीधे उपयोगकर्ता के बैंक खाते से शुल्क काट लेगी। टोल की राशि इस बात पर निर्भर करेगी कि वाहन ने कितनी दूरी तय की है। ये सारी जानकारी जीपीएस के जरिए जुटाई जाएगी। वर्तमान में वाहन द्वारा तय की गई दूरी की परवाह किए बिना हर प्लाजा पर टोल शुल्क तय है।

सैटेलाइट बेस्ड टोल से क्या होगा फायदा?

टोल सिस्टम खत्म होने के बाद सबसे बड़ी सुविधा ये होगी कि आपको किसी भी हाल में कार को रोकना नहीं होगा, यानी टोल आने पर भी आप रफ्तार कम नहीं करेंगे और आगे बढ़ जाएंगे। इससे आपका टाइम बचेगा। इसका दूसरा सबसे बड़ा फायदा समय के साथ पेट्रोल-डीजल के खर्च में बचत है। आप लंबे सफर में ईंधन के खर्च में अच्छी खासी बचत कर पाएंगे।

जितनी दूरी उतना टोल

फास्टैग आधारित मौजूदा टोल सिस्टम में हाईवे का इस्तेमाल करने पर आपको कम दूरी के लिए भी पूरे टोल का भुगतान करना पड़ता है। हालांकि, सैटेलाइट टोल सिस्टम में आप जितनी दूरी तय करेंगे आपसे उतनी ही दूरी के लिए टोल जाएगा। यानी आप अतरिक्त टोल टैक्स के भुगतान से बच सकेंगे। हालांकि, सरकार कितनी दूरी के लिए कितना टोल टैक्स लगाएगी इसका खुलासा सैटेलाइट टोल सिस्टम के लागू होने के बाद होगा।

अभी कैसे वसूलते हैं टोल?

राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर टोल प्लाजा वर्तमान में फास्टैग (आरएफआईडी तकनीक) के माध्यम से टोल शुल्क काटते हैं। इसे 15 फरवरी, 2021 से अनिवार्य टोल संग्रह प्रणाली के रूप में लागू किया गया था। आरएफआईडी-सक्षम बैरियर से लैस टोल प्लाजा पर टोल शुल्क काटा जाता है। बैरियर पर लगे कैमरे वाहनों की फास्टैग आईडी को पढ़ते हैं और पिछले टोल प्लाजा से दूरी के आधार पर शुल्क लेते हैं। टोल शुल्क का भुगतान भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) को किया जाता है।

नितिन देसाई की बॉडी स्टूडियो में मिलने के बाद वहां के स्टाफ ने पुलिस को इस बात की सूचना दी। अब पुलिस उसके अनुसार आगे की कार्रवाई कर रही है।खबरों के अनुसार आत्महत्या के दो दिन पहले तक वह स्टूडियो में थे। कल तक उन्होंने अपनी टीम को आगामी प्रोजेक्ट के बारे में जानकारी भी दी थी, लेकिन आज सुबह से उन्होंने किसी का फोन नहीं उठाया तो कर्मचारियों ने इसकी जानकारी एनडी स्टूडियो के अधिकारियों को दी। इसके बाद उन्होंने दरवाजा तोड़ा और पुलिस को इसकी सूचना दी।

एडवर्टाइजिंग एजेंसी ने लगाया था धोखाखड़ी का आरोप

कुछ दिन पहले उनपर एक एडवर्टाइजिंग एजेंसी ने धोखाखड़ी का आरोप लगाया था।एक एजेंसी ने उन पर 3 महीने तक काम करवाने के बाद पैसा नहीं देने का आरोप लगाया था। रिपोर्ट्स की माने तो ये रकम करीब 51 लाख रुपए थी। हालांकि नितिन ने इन आरोपों को गलत ठहराया था।

चाण्क्य और तमस जैसे धारावाहिकों से शुरू किया था करियर

बता दें कि नितिन देसाई मशहूर कला निर्देशक होने के साथ-साथ निर्माता, निर्देशक और अभिनेता भी थे। नितिन देसाई मराठी और हिंदी सिनेमा का एक बड़ा नाम थे। नितिन देसाई ने चाण्क्य और तमस जैसे धारावाहिकों से अपने करियर की शुरुआत की थी और उन्हें पहली बार '1942 ए लव स्टोरी' में उनके काम के लिए नोटिस किया गया। नितिन ने कई बेहतरीन फिल्में इंडस्ट्री को दी हैं। इनमें से कुछ हम दिल दे चुके सनम, लगान, जोधा अकबर और प्रेम रतन धन पायो शामिल हैं। नितिन ने इस फिल्मों के सेट डिजाइन किए थे। इन सभी फिल्मों में भव्य सेट दिखाए गए थे जिसकी हर बार तारीफ की जाती है।

चार बार जीता नेशनल अवॉर्ड

नितिन देसाई ने कला निर्देशन के लिए चार राष्ट्रीय फिल्म पुरस्कारों भी जीते हैं। उन्हें बेस्ट आर्ट डायरेक्शन के लिए इन पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया गया था। इनमें साल 1999 में उन्हें डॉ. आम्बेडकर राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार भी शामिल है। इसके साथ ही उन्हें ‘हम दिल दे चुके सनम’, ‘लगान’ और ‘देवदास’ के लिए सम्मानित किया गया था। आखिरी बार उन्होंने ‘पानीपत’ फिल्म के लिए काम किया।

కేంద్రమంత్రికి ఛైర్మన్ సుబ్బారెడ్డి స్వామివారి తీర్థప్రసాదాలను అందజేశారు. దర్శన అనంతరం ఆలయం వెలుపల మీడియాతో గడ్కరీ మాట్లాడారు. దేశం సర్వతోముఖాభివృద్ధి చెందాలని, ప్రజలందరూ సుఖసంతోషాలతో ఉండాలని శ్రీవారిని కోరినట్లు చెప్పారు. ప్రజాసేవ చేసే శక్తిని తనకు ప్రసాదించామని ప్రార్థించినట్లు గడ్కరీ తెలిపారు..

नितिन गडकरी ने लिया जोजिला सुरंग का जायज़ा, बोले- 2-3 गुना बढ़ जाएगा पर्यटन, बढ़ेंगे रोजगार के अवसर

केंद्रीय परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने सोमवार को कश्मीर के सोनमर्ग में ज़ोजिला सुरंग के लिए चल रहे काम का जायजा लिया। इस दौरान गडकरी ने सुरंग को ऐतिहासिक बताया और कहा कि यह परियोजना एक सपने को पूरा करने जैसी है जो कश्मीर घाटी को कन्याकुमारी से जोड़ती है। इस सुरंग के बनने से जम्मू-कश्मीर में पर्यटन 2-3 गुना बढ़ जाएगा और रोजगार के अवसर भी बढ़ेंगे।

जोजिला सुरंग उस क्षेत्र के लिए एक गेम-चेंजर साबित होगी

गडकरी ने 11,500 फीट से अधिक की ऊंचाई पर काम का निरीक्षण करने के बाद संवाददाताओं से कहा, यह भारत की एक ऐतिहासिक और महत्वपूर्ण सुरंग है। सुरंग की लंबाई एशिया में सबसे अधिक मानी जाती है। सर्दियों के दौरान श्रीनगर-लद्दाख राजमार्ग के बंद होने से केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में नागरिक आबादी और सेना दोनों के जीवन पर बुरा असर पड़ता है।जोजिला सुरंग उस क्षेत्र के लिए एक गेम-चेंजर साबित होगी, जो जून 2020 से सेना और चीनी सेना के बीच लंबे समय से गतिरोध का सामना कर रहा है।

इस साल अक्टूबर में होगा उद्घाटन

नितिन गडकरी ने बताया कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में 25 हजार करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 19 टनलों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इसके अंतर्गत 2680 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 6.5 किमी लंबाई के जेड-मोड़ टनल एवं एप्रोच रोड का निर्माण कार्य प्रगति पर है। यह 2-लेन टनल कश्मीर के गांदरबल जिले में गगनगीर और सोनमर्ग के बीच पहाड़ी थजीवास ग्लेशियर के नीचे बन रही है। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने यह भी घोषणा की कि जेड-मोड़ सुरंग जो गगनगीर को सोनमर्ग से जोड़ती है और मध्य कश्मीर के गांदरबल जिले में रिसॉर्ट को सभी मौसम में कनेक्टिविटी प्रदान करती है। इसका उद्घाटन इस साल अक्टूबर में किया जाएगा। 

जोजिला टनल का 28% काम पूरा हुआ

केन्द्रीय मंत्री ने बताया कि जोजिला टनल परियोजना के अंतर्गत 13,153 मीटर की एक मुख्य जोजिला टनल के साथ 810 मीटर कुल लंबाई की 4 पुलिया, 4,821 मीटर कुल लंबाई की 4 नीलग्रार टनल, 2,350 मीटर कुल लंबाई के 8 कट और कवर और 500 मीटर, 391 मीटर और 220 मीटर कुल लंबाई के 3 वर्टिकल वेंटिलेशन शाफ्ट प्रस्तावित है। अब तक जोजिला टनल का 28% काम पूरा हुआ है।
