सैयद फैज-ए-इलाही मस्जिद और उससे सटे कब्रिस्तान के पास सरकारी जमीन पर कथित तौर पर किए गए अवैध निर्माण को हटाने के लिए जैसे ही बुलडोजर गरजा, इलाके के लोग सड़कों पर उतर आए और देखते ही देखते विरोध ने हिंसक रूप ले लिया। फैज-ए-इलाही मस्जिद के पास दिल्ली नगर निगम (एमसीडी) के अमले और पुलिसकर्मियों पर उग्र भीड़ ने पथराव कर दिया, जिसमें एसएचओ समेत पांच पुलिसकर्मी घायल हो गए।

पुरानी दिल्ली के तुर्कमान गेट के पास पुलिस पर हुए हमले मामले में 30 लोगों की पहचान कर ली गई है। पुलिसकर्मियों द्वारा पहने गए बॉडी कैमरा की मदद से 30 और आरोपियों को पहचान लिया गया है। पुलिस इन सभी को हिरासत में लेने के लिए रेड करेगी।

दरगाह फैज इलाही पर एमसीडी के एक्शन से पहले यूपी, रामपुर के सांसद मोहिबुल्लाह नदवी ने तुर्कमान गेट इलाके में पहुंचकर स्थानीय लोगों के साथ बैठक की। मध्य रेंज के संयुक्त आयुक्त मधुर वर्मा ने बताया कि कुछ लोगों के बुलाने पर सपा सांसद मोहिबुल्लाह नदवी मंगलवार देर रात करीब 11.15 बजे तुर्कमान गेट पर आए थे। पुलिस सूत्रों के मुताबिक, वो दिल्ली पुलिस के आला अधिकारियों के अनुरोध के बावजूद घटनास्थल के आसपास ही बने रहे।

पुलिस ने बताया कि उपद्रव तब शुरू हुआ जब सोशल मीडिया पर एक पोस्ट साझा की गई कि अतिक्रमण हटाने के अभियान के दौरान तुर्कमान गेट के सामने मस्जिद को गिराया जा रहा है। इसके बाद 30 से 35 उपद्रवियों ने एमसीडी के खिलाफ नारे लगाने शुरू किए और पथराव कर दिया। उपद्रव के बीच भी सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो साझा किए गए। पुलिस सोशल मीडिया के जरिये भीड़ को उकसाने वालों की तलाश कर रही है।

यूट्यूबर सलमान की तलाश में जुटी पुलिस
इसके अलावा, दिल्ली पुलिस यूट्यूबर सलमान की तलाश में भी जुटी हुई है। आरोप है कि सलमान ने सोशल मीडिया के जरिए माहौल बिगाड़ने की कोशिश की। उसने इलाके के लोगों को इकट्ठा किया। जांच में ये भी सामने आया है कि इलाके के कुछ प्रभावशाली लोगों ने अपने-अपने व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप्स के जरिए लोगों को जमा होने के लिए उकसाया। इनका मकसद माहौल खराब करना और प्रशासन के काम में बाधा डालना था।

  सुल्तानपुर,रायबरेली सांसद व लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी के विरुद्ध सुल्तानपुर के MP/MLA कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई। राहुल के अधिवक्ता काशी प्रसाद शुक्ला ने गवाह राम चंद्र दुबे से जिराह पूरी किया। वहीं वादी के अधिवक्ता ने गवाही पूरी होने की बात कोर्ट पर कहा। कोर्ट ने अग्रिम कार्रवाई के लिए 19 जनवरी की तिथि नियत की है। 
  उधर वादी विजय मिश्रा के अधिवक्ता संतोष पांडेय ने कहा कि 313 के तहत कोर्ट अब राहुल गांधी को तलब करेगी। भाजपा नेता विजय मिश्रा,जो कोतवाली देहात थाना के हनुमानगंज निवासी हैं,अक्टूबर 2018 में राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर किया था। 
  मिश्रा ने आरोप लगाया था कि अगस्त 2018 में कर्नाटक चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने तत्कालीन भाजपा अध्यक्ष अमित शाह पर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी की थी। इस मामले में पिछले पांच वर्षों से अदालती कार्यवाही चल रही है। 
  राहुल गांधी के पेश न होने पर दिसंबर 2023 में तत्कालीन जज ने उनके खिलाफ वारंट जारी किया था। इसके बाद, 20 फरवरी 2024 को राहुल गांधी ने कोर्ट में आत्मसमर्पण किया, जहां विशेष मजिस्ट्रेट ने उन्हें 25-25 हजार रुपये के दो मुचलकों पर जमानत दी थी। 26 जुलाई 2024 को राहुल गांधी ने कोर्ट में अपना बयान दर्ज कराते हुए खुद को निर्दोष बताया और इसे राजनीतिक साजिश करार दिया था। 
  राहुल गांधी के बयान के बाद, कोर्ट ने वादी पक्ष को साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया था। तब से लगातार गवाह पेश किए जा रहे हैं। अब तक केवल एक गवाह से जिरह पूरी हो पाई है, जबकि दूसरे गवाह से जिरह जारी है। अक्सर हड़ताल और गवाहों की अनुपस्थिति के कारण कार्यवाही में देरी हो रही है।
  वादी विजय मिश्रा के अधिवक्ता संतोष पांडेय ने बताया कि हमारी तरफ से आज गवाह राम चंद्र दुबे को पेश किया गया। उनसे डिफेन्स काऊंसिल ने जिराह की कार्रवाई पूरी की गई। अब फाइल 313 में 19 जनवरी को कोर्ट ने नियत किया है। 19 तारीख को राहुल गांधी को व्यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित होना पड़ेगा उनका 313 का बयान रिकॉर्ड होगा।
  काशी प्रसाद शुक्ला ने बताया आज साक्षय के लिए एमपी/एमएलए कोर्ट में मुकदमा लगा था। साक्षी राम चंद्र दुबे का क्रॉस एग्जामिनेशन पूरा हुआ है। परिवादी विजय मिश्रा की ओर से अवगत कराया गया कि अब उन्हें कोई साक्षय नहीं देना है। मामले में 19 जनवरी की तिथि अग्रिम कार्रवाई के लिए सुनिश्चित की गई है।

पुलिस ने बताया कि उपद्रव तब शुरू हुआ जब सोशल मीडिया पर एक पोस्ट साझा की गई कि अतिक्रमण हटाने के अभियान के दौरान तुर्कमान गेट के सामने मस्जिद को गिराया जा रहा है। इसके बाद 30 से 35 उपद्रवियों ने एमसीडी के खिलाफ नारे लगाने शुरू किए और पथराव कर दिया। उपद्रव के बीच भी सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो साझा किए गए। पुलिस सोशल मीडिया के जरिये भीड़ को उकसाने वालों की तलाश कर रही है।

  सुल्तानपुर,रायबरेली सांसद व लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी के विरुद्ध सुल्तानपुर के MP/MLA कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई। राहुल के अधिवक्ता काशी प्रसाद शुक्ला ने गवाह राम चंद्र दुबे से जिराह पूरी किया। वहीं वादी के अधिवक्ता ने गवाही पूरी होने की बात कोर्ट पर कहा। कोर्ट ने अग्रिम कार्रवाई के लिए 19 जनवरी की तिथि नियत की है। 
  उधर वादी विजय मिश्रा के अधिवक्ता संतोष पांडेय ने कहा कि 313 के तहत कोर्ट अब राहुल गांधी को तलब करेगी। भाजपा नेता विजय मिश्रा,जो कोतवाली देहात थाना के हनुमानगंज निवासी हैं,अक्टूबर 2018 में राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर किया था। 
  मिश्रा ने आरोप लगाया था कि अगस्त 2018 में कर्नाटक चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने तत्कालीन भाजपा अध्यक्ष अमित शाह पर आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी की थी। इस मामले में पिछले पांच वर्षों से अदालती कार्यवाही चल रही है। 
  राहुल गांधी के पेश न होने पर दिसंबर 2023 में तत्कालीन जज ने उनके खिलाफ वारंट जारी किया था। इसके बाद, 20 फरवरी 2024 को राहुल गांधी ने कोर्ट में आत्मसमर्पण किया, जहां विशेष मजिस्ट्रेट ने उन्हें 25-25 हजार रुपये के दो मुचलकों पर जमानत दी थी। 26 जुलाई 2024 को राहुल गांधी ने कोर्ट में अपना बयान दर्ज कराते हुए खुद को निर्दोष बताया और इसे राजनीतिक साजिश करार दिया था। 
  राहुल गांधी के बयान के बाद, कोर्ट ने वादी पक्ष को साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया था। तब से लगातार गवाह पेश किए जा रहे हैं। अब तक केवल एक गवाह से जिरह पूरी हो पाई है, जबकि दूसरे गवाह से जिरह जारी है। अक्सर हड़ताल और गवाहों की अनुपस्थिति के कारण कार्यवाही में देरी हो रही है।
  वादी विजय मिश्रा के अधिवक्ता संतोष पांडेय ने बताया कि हमारी तरफ से आज गवाह राम चंद्र दुबे को पेश किया गया। उनसे डिफेन्स काऊंसिल ने जिराह की कार्रवाई पूरी की गई। अब फाइल 313 में 19 जनवरी को कोर्ट ने नियत किया है। 19 तारीख को राहुल गांधी को व्यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित होना पड़ेगा उनका 313 का बयान रिकॉर्ड होगा।
  काशी प्रसाद शुक्ला ने बताया आज साक्षय के लिए एमपी/एमएलए कोर्ट में मुकदमा लगा था। साक्षी राम चंद्र दुबे का क्रॉस एग्जामिनेशन पूरा हुआ है। परिवादी विजय मिश्रा की ओर से अवगत कराया गया कि अब उन्हें कोई साक्षय नहीं देना है। मामले में 19 जनवरी की तिथि अग्रिम कार्रवाई के लिए सुनिश्चित की गई है।
