★  बाणसागर परियोजना समझौता, 1973 के तहत् सोन नदी बेसिन अंतर्गत पूर्ववर्ती बिहार राज्य को आवंटित 7.75 MAF जल का बिहार एवं झारखण्ड राज्य के बीच हुए बँटवारे पर राज्य सरकार की सहमति के साथ एकरारनामा प्रारूप पर सहमति प्रदान की गई।

★ राजेन्द्र आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान II (RIMS 2) की स्थापना हेतु 41,89,41,26,604/- (इकतालीस अरब नवासी करोड़ इकतालीस लाख छबीस हजार छः सौ चार) रूपये पर प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति, योजना का कार्यान्वयन हेतु JAGRITI PMU का गठन एवं वित्त नियमावली के नियम-235 के प्रावधानों को शिथिल करते हुए वित्त नियमावली के नियम-245 के अन्तर्गत IIM Ranchi को Centre of Excellence के रूप में तथा XISS Ranchi को Impact Assessment हेतु मनोनयन के आधार पर कार्य आवंटित करने की घटनोत्तर स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ राजकीय श्रावणी मेला-2026 के मद्देनजर विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण हेतु दिनांक-30.07.2026 से दिनांक-28.08.2026 तक 28 (अठाईस) अस्थायी मेला ओ०पी० एवं 19 (उन्नीस) अस्थायी यातायात ओ०पी० के गठन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ सरायकेला-खरसावाँ जिलान्तर्गत सरायकेला अंचल के मौजा-कोलाबिरा, थाना सं0-147 के खाता सं0-112, प्लॉट सं0-850 में अंतर्निहित कुल रकबा 0.18 एकड़ अनाबाद झारखण्ड (बिहार) सरकार के खाते की भूमि, किस्म-पुरानी परती औद्योगिक प्रयोजनार्थ मेसर्स फ्लिटगार्ड फिल्टर प्रा० लि० के साथ 30 (तीस) वर्षों के लिए सशुल्क लीज बंदोबस्ती की स्वीकृति दी गई।

तमिलनाडु गैस हादसा: झारखंड के 42 श्रमिक सुरक्षित लौटे, मृतका का शव आज रांची पहुंचेगा
रांची:- मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमन्त सोरेन के निर्देश पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए श्रम विभाग एवं राज्य प्रवासी श्रमिक नियंत्रण कक्ष द्वारा तमिलनाडु गैस रिसाव हादसा में प्रभावित झारखण्ड के सभी 42 श्रमिकों की सुरक्षित झारखण्ड वापसी सुनिश्चित कर ली गई है। सभी श्रमिक ट्रेन से झारखण्ड के लिए रवाना हो चुके हैं। 

  


मालूम को कि तमिलनाडु के तिरुवल्लूर जिले में स्थित सेंट पीटर्स एंड पॉल सीफूड्स एक्सपोर्ट्स फैसिलिटी में 21 जून 2026 को हुई अमोनिया गैस रिसाव की दुःखद औद्योगिक दुर्घटना का संज्ञान लेते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कड़े निर्देश जारी किए थे। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों और राज्य प्रवासी श्रमिक नियंत्रण कक्ष को स्पष्ट आदेश दिया था कि प्रभावित झारखण्ड के सभी प्रवासी श्रमिकों की सुरक्षित और सकुशल गृह वापसी के लिए तत्काल हर संभव कदम उठाए जाएँ। मुख्यमंत्री के आदेश का पालन करते हुए श्रम, नियोजन, प्रशिक्षण एवं कौशल विकास विभाग के सचिव व श्रमायुक्त के मार्गदर्शन में नियंत्रण कक्ष ने तिरुवल्लूर जिला प्रशासन, तमिलनाडु श्रम विभाग, रेलवे बोर्ड, दक्षिण रेलवे तथा अस्पताल प्रशासन के साथ चौबीसों घंटे समन्वय स्थापित कर रेस्क्यू और राहत अभियान चलाया।

इस औद्योगिक हादसे में झारखण्ड के कुल 42 प्रवासी श्रमिकों को सुरक्षित रेस्क्यू किया गया, जिन्होंने अपने गृह राज्य लौटने की इच्छा व्यक्त की। झारखण्ड सरकार के विशेष अनुरोध और सतत समन्वय के बाद, रेलवे प्रशासन द्वारा ट्रेन अलप्पुझा–धनबाद एक्सप्रेस में झारखण्ड के श्रमिकों के लिए एक विशेष स्लीपर कोच स्वीकृत किया गया। इसके बाद मंगलवार को सभी 42 श्रमिक चेन्नई सेंट्रल रेलवे स्टेशन से सकुशल झारखण्ड के लिए प्रस्थान कर चुके हैं। यात्रा के दौरान इन श्रमिकों के लिए पैंट्री कार के माध्यम से भोजन-पानी तथा सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से पर्याप्त रेलवे सुरक्षा बल की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कराई गई है।

इस हादसे में धनबाद निवासी श्रमिक सुश्री प्रीति देवी का उपचार के दौरान चेन्नई के राजीव गांधी सरकारी सामान्य अस्पताल में दुःखद निधन हो गया था। झारखण्ड सरकार की पहल पर मृतका के परिजनों के तमिलनाडु आगमन, शव की पहचान, पोस्टमार्टम एवं अन्य वैधानिक औपचारिकताओं को शीघ्रता से पूर्ण कराया गया। तमिलनाडु सरकार के सहयोग से मृतका का पार्थिव शरीर मंगवार शाम हवाई मार्ग से बिरसा मुंडा हवाई अड्डा, रांची पहुँचेगा। झारखण्ड सरकार द्वारा एयरपोर्ट पर एम्बुलेंस की मुस्तैद व्यवस्था की गई है, जिसके माध्यम से पार्थिव शरीर को ससम्मान उनके गृह जिला धनबाद भेजा जाएगा।

अयोध्या में राम मंदिर चढ़ावा चोरी मामले में आज, रविवार को भी एक्शन हुआ। चढ़ावा चोरी के सभी आठ आरोपियों के घर रविवार को सुबह पुलिस ने एक साथ दबिश दी। टीमें एक साथ सभी के घर पहुंची। पुलिस ने चंदा चोरी के 8 आरोपियों के ठिकानों पर चढ़ावा चोरी के मामले में छापेमारी की और सबूत जुटाए। इस मामले में घरवालों से पूछताछ शुरू की। साथ ही पड़ोसियों से बातचीत करके जानकारी जुटाई। छापेमारी के दौरान 79.85 लाख रुपये बरामद किए गए हैं।

10 जगहों पर छापेमारी कर रही है पुलिस
राम मंदिर के चढ़ावा गबन मामले पर पुलिस एक साथ 10 स्थान पर कर रही है छापेमारी। पुलिस ने आठों आरोपियों रामशंकर यादव उर्फ टिन्नू यादव, सुभाष श्रीवास्तव, अनुकल्प मिश्रा, लवकुश मिश्रा, करुणेश पांडेय, मनीष यादव, अविनाश शुक्ल और रमाशंकर मिश्र को जेल भेज दिया है। अब पुलिस परिजनों से पूछताछ कर सबूत जुटा रही है।

एसआईटी कर रही चंदा चोरी की जांच
6 जून को राम मंदिर चंदा चोरी का मामला सामने आया था। इसके बाद सरकार ने मंदिर ट्रस्ट की सिफारिश पर एसआईटी का गठन किया था। एसआईटी कई दिनों तक अयोध्या में रहकर राम मंदिर चंदा चोरी के मामले में जांच की थी। इसके बाद सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंप दी थी। बीते गुरुवार ट्रस्ट के सदस्य कृष्ण मोहन ने आठों आरोपियों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी।

टिन्नू के पास ही रहती थी दान पात्र और गणना कक्ष की चाबी
'चंदा चोरी' के किरदारों की बात करें तो इसमें रामशंकर यादव उर्फ टिन्नू, अनुकल्प मिश्रा, लवकुश मिश्रा और सुभाष चंद्र श्रीवास्तव जैसे कई नाम शामिल हैं। रामशंकर यादव उर्फ टिन्नू, चंपत राय का बेहद करीबी थी। मंदिर की हर व्यवस्था में उसका दखल था। चंदे की गिनती प्रक्रिया की देखरेख टिन्नू के हवाले थी। गणना कक्ष और दान पात्रों की चाबी टिन्नू के पास रहती थी। टिन्नू पहले ऑटो चलाता था और उसके पास करोड़ों की संपत्ति है।

अनुकल्प मिश्रा पर बैंक ले जाते वक्त पैसे चोरी का आरोप
आरोपी अनुकल्प मिश्रा की बात करें तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी काउंटिंग रूम में चढ़ावा गिनने की थी। अनुकल्प मिश्रा ने कथित रूप से काउंटिंग रूम से पैसे चुराकर बाथरूम में छिपाए थे। उसने बैंक ले जाते वक्त पैसे की चोरी की थी। उसने चोरी की रकम से लाखों की संपत्ति बनाई। अनुकल्प मिश्रा, आरोपी लवकुश मिश्रा का रिश्तेदार है। अनिल मिश्रा ने अनुकल्प को नौकरी पर रखा था।

लवकुश के घर से बरामद हो चुके हैं 12 लाख
वहीं, लवकुश मिश्रा की जिम्मेदारी चढ़ावे और कैश की गिनती की थी। लवकुश मिश्रा पर आरोप है कि उसने चढ़ावे से करोड़ों की नकदी और गहने की चोरी की। लवकुश ने चुराई गई रकम से करोड़ों की संपत्ति बनाई। अपने रिश्तेदार को गिनती के काम में लगाया। लवकुश के घर से 12 लाख रुपये पहले ही बरामद हो चुके हैं। अनिल मिश्रा की सिफारिश पर उसे नौकरी मिली थी।

कैश काउंटिंग स्टाफ का प्रभारी था सुभाष
इसके अलावा, आरोपी सुभाष चंद्र श्रीवास्तव की जिम्मेदारी कैश काउंटिंग स्टाफ के प्रभारी के रूप में थी। सुभाष पर आरोप है कि वह भी चढ़ावे की चोरी में शामिल है। उसने निगरानी में लापरवाही की। सुभाष, अनिल मिश्रा का करीबी बताया जाता है।

★ भारत के नियंत्रक-महालेखापरीक्षक (CAG) द्वारा मार्च, 2023 को समाप्त अवधि के लिए तैयार किए गए राज्य राजस्व प्रतिवेदन (झारखंड सरकार, वर्ष 2026 की प्रतिवेदन संख्या-4, निष्पादन एवं अनुपालन लेखा परीक्षा-राजस्व) को झारखंड विधानसभा के पटल पर आगामी सत्र में उपस्थापन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

  


★ राज्य के चिकित्सा महाविद्यालयों एवं अस्पतालों/चिकित्सीय संस्थानों में इन्टर्नशिप कर रहे विदेशी आयुर्विज्ञान स्नातकों (Foreign Medical Graduates) को राष्ट्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान आयोग, नई दिल्ली के दिशा-निर्देशों के आलोक में राज्य चिकित्सा परिषद (State Medical Council) में निबंधन के क्रम में वृत्तिका की सुविधा देने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ डॉ० शशिकान्त प्रसाद, चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र, कराईकेला, बन्दगाँव, चाईबासा को सेवा से बर्खास्त करने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ W.P. (S) No. 1172/2023 कृष्ण चन्द्र चौधरी बनाम झारखण्ड सरकार एवं अन्य में पारित न्यायादेश से उद्भूत Cont. Case (Civil) No.-117/2025 कृष्ण चन्द्र चौधरी बनाम झारखण्ड सरकार एवं अन्य में दिनांक 07.04.2026 को पारित न्यायादेश के अनुपालन में श्री कृष्ण चन्द्र चौधरी, तत्कालीन संयुक्त नियंत्रक, विधिक माप विज्ञान, राँची अतिरिक्त प्रभार नियंत्रक, विधिक माप विज्ञान, राँची सम्प्रति निलंबित को तत्समय उप कृषि निदेशक-सह-संयुक्त नियंत्रक, माप एवं तौल, राँची के साथ-साथ अपने कार्यों के अतिरिक्त संयुक्त कृषि निदेशक सह नियंत्रक, माप एवं तौल, राँची का अतिरिक्त प्रभार का दायित्व निर्वहन के फलस्वरूप झारखण्ड सेवा संहिता के नियम-103 के अंतर्गत निम्नतर पद में निर्धारित वेतन का 20 प्रतिशत Officiating Pay के रूप में अतिरिक्त वेतन निर्धारित करते हुए बकाया वेतन भुगतान की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ राज्य के प्रखण्ड/अंचलों में पदस्थापित झारखण्ड प्रशासनिक सेवा के मूल कोटि के पदाधिकारियों के युक्तिसंगत (Rational) पदस्थापन करने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ झारखण्ड राज्य में मनरेगा अन्तर्गत रोजगार सृजन में आदिम जनजाति समूहों (PVTG - Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups) को एक वित्तीय वर्ष में 100 दिनों के रोजगार के प्रावधान के अतिरिक्त 50 दिनों का रोजगार प्रदान किए जाने की स्वीकृति दी गई। साथ ही वीबी-जी रामजी (VB-G RAM G) पर विस्तृत विचार-विमर्श किया गया। सम्यक विचारोपरांत इस पर मंत्रिपरिषद द्वारा सैद्धांतिक सहमति प्रदान की गई।

★ पथ प्रमंडल, चतरा अन्तर्गत "सिमरिया टण्डवा पथ (MDR-072) के कि०मी० 0.00 से कि०मी० 26.85 तक (कुल लं०-26.85 कि०मी०) के राईडिंग क्वालिटी में सुधार (IRQP) कार्य" हेतु रू० 33,76,45,200/- (तैंतीस करोड़ छिहत्तर लाख पैंतालीस हजार दो सौ रूपये) मात्र के लिए की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई।

★  बाणसागर परियोजना समझौता, 1973 के तहत् सोन नदी बेसिन अंतर्गत पूर्ववर्ती बिहार राज्य को आवंटित 7.75 MAF जल का बिहार एवं झारखण्ड राज्य के बीच हुए बँटवारे पर राज्य सरकार की सहमति के साथ एकरारनामा प्रारूप पर सहमति प्रदान की गई।

★ राजेन्द्र आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान II (RIMS 2) की स्थापना हेतु 41,89,41,26,604/- (इकतालीस अरब नवासी करोड़ इकतालीस लाख छबीस हजार छः सौ चार) रूपये पर प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति, योजना का कार्यान्वयन हेतु JAGRITI PMU का गठन एवं वित्त नियमावली के नियम-235 के प्रावधानों को शिथिल करते हुए वित्त नियमावली के नियम-245 के अन्तर्गत IIM Ranchi को Centre of Excellence के रूप में तथा XISS Ranchi को Impact Assessment हेतु मनोनयन के आधार पर कार्य आवंटित करने की घटनोत्तर स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ राजकीय श्रावणी मेला-2026 के मद्देनजर विधि-व्यवस्था संधारण हेतु दिनांक-30.07.2026 से दिनांक-28.08.2026 तक 28 (अठाईस) अस्थायी मेला ओ०पी० एवं 19 (उन्नीस) अस्थायी यातायात ओ०पी० के गठन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ सरायकेला-खरसावाँ जिलान्तर्गत सरायकेला अंचल के मौजा-कोलाबिरा, थाना सं0-147 के खाता सं0-112, प्लॉट सं0-850 में अंतर्निहित कुल रकबा 0.18 एकड़ अनाबाद झारखण्ड (बिहार) सरकार के खाते की भूमि, किस्म-पुरानी परती औद्योगिक प्रयोजनार्थ मेसर्स फ्लिटगार्ड फिल्टर प्रा० लि० के साथ 30 (तीस) वर्षों के लिए सशुल्क लीज बंदोबस्ती की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ पथ प्रमण्डल, साहेबगंज अन्तर्गत "SH-18 ADB पथ गोपलांडीह से RCD पथ भोगनाडीह तक (कुल लंबाई-3.725 कि०मी०) निर्माण कार्य (भू-अर्जन एवं वृक्षारोपण सहित)" हेतु रू० 88,84,62,500/- (अट्ठासी करोड़ चौरासी लाख बासठ हजार पांच सौ रूपये) मात्र की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ पथ प्रमण्डल, दुमका अन्तर्गत 'गोविन्दपुर-साहेबगंज ADB पथ (SH-18) के कि०मी० 139.00 से कि०मी० 190.930 (कुल लंबाई-51.930 कि०मी०) पथ के दो लेन विथ पेव्ड सोल्डर सहित (2- lane with paved shoulder) में चौड़ीकरण एवं मजबूतीकरण / पुनर्निर्माण कार्य (Utility Shifting सहित) हेतु रू० 221,40,21,000/- (दो सौ इक्कीस करोड़ चालीस लाख इक्कीस हजार रू०) मात्र के लिए प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ पथ प्रमंडल, रांची अन्तर्गत "बिरसा चौक-धुर्वा गोलचक्कर- प्रोजेक्ट बिल्डिंग-चाली नौक पथ के धुर्वा गोलचक्कर (चैनेज- 2.730 कि०मी०) से पुलिस हेडक्वार्टर (चैनेज-5.427 कि०मी०) पथांश (कुल लम्बाई- 2.697 कि०मी०) का चौड़ीकरण/मजबूतीकरण एवं पुनर्निर्माण कार्य (Geometric and Aesthetic Improvement, Cycle Track निर्माण कार्य, युटिलिटी शिफ्टींग, R&R, Horticulture (with 1 (one) year maintenance), Amenities and Beautification, Environmental Management Plan (EMP) एवं वृक्षारोपण सहित)" हेतु रू० 36,30,33,200/- (छत्तीस करोड़ तीस लाख तैंतीस हजार दो सौ रू०) मात्र की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई।

★  झारखंड निजी विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 2024 के तहत पेमिया ऋषिकेश विश्वविद्यालय, चंदनकियारी, बोकारो की स्थापना हेतु Letter of intent (LoI) प्रदान किए जाने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ W. P.(S) No.3340/2021 अखिलेश कुमार बनाम झारखंड राज्य एवं अन्य में माननीय झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय, रांची द्वारा दिनांक-01.08.2024 को पारित न्यायाधीश के अनुपालन में वादी श्री अखिलेश कुमार को झारखंड सचिवालय सेवा के तहत सहायक प्रशाखा पदाधिकारी से प्रशाखा पदाधिकारी कोटि (वेतनमान मैट्रिक्स लेवल-8) प्रशाखा पदाधिकारी से अवर सचिव कोटि (वेतनमान मैट्रिक्स लेवल-11) तथा अवर सचिव से उप सचिव कोटि (वेतनमान मैट्रिक्स लेवल-12) में भूतलक्षी प्रभाव से प्रोन्नति दिए जाने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ "झारखण्ड राज्य समाहरणालय लिपिकीय सम्वर्ग (भर्ती, प्रोन्नति एवं अन्य सेवा शर्तें) नियमावली-2026" के गठन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ "झारखण्ड राज्य निम्नवर्गीय लिपिक-सह-कम्प्यूटर संचालक सेवा सम्वर्ग (भर्ती, प्रोन्नति एवं अन्य सेवा शर्ते) नियमावली-2026" के गठन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ झारखंड सरकार के अधीन नवनियुक्त सरकारी सेवकों द्वारा नियुक्ति-पत्र प्राप्ति एवं पदभार ग्रहण के समय "निष्ठा एवं गोपनीयता की शपथ/प्रतिज्ञान" को अनिवार्य किये जाने तथा उसके प्रारूप की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, झारखण्ड की अध्यक्षता में दिनांक 08-09 जुलाई, 2026 को नई दिल्ली में National Stakeholders Consultation-2026 के आयोजन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★  माननीय झारखण्ड उच्च न्यायालय अन्तर्गत दायर वाद संख्या- WPS No. 4726/2025, राम दुलारी देवी बनाम झारखण्ड राज्य एवं अन्य में पारित आदेश के अनुपालन के क्रम में स्व० जगदेव सदा की सेवा नियमित एवं सम्पुष्ट करते हुए उन्हें अनुमान्य ACP/MACP का लाभ प्रदान किये जाने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ माननीय झारखण्ड उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा अवमाननावाद (सिविल) संख्या-310/2025 तथा W.P.(S) No.-1874/2022 रविन्द्र नाथ एवं अन्य बनाम झारखण्ड राज्य एवं अन्य में पारित न्यायादेशों के आलोक में तत्कालीन खान पर्षद, हजारीबाग के सेवानिवृत्त कर्मियों के बकाया पेंशन भुगतान हेतु हजारीबाग नगर निगम एवं रामगढ़ नगर परिषद् को राशि आवंटन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

★विधि विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-1425/ जे० दिनांक-25.06.2026 द्वारा अधिसूचित The Jharkhand Law Officer (Engagement) Rules, 2026 पर घटनोत्तर स्वीकृति दी गई।

★ विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति के गठन हेतु कार्मिक, प्रशासनिक सुधार तथा राजभाषा विभाग के संकल्प संख्या-6147 दिनांक-07.11.2003 द्वारा निरूपित नीति निर्देशक सिद्धांत तथा उसकी कार्य प्रणाली में संशोधन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

रांची:- मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमन्त सोरेन के निर्देश पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए श्रम विभाग एवं राज्य प्रवासी श्रमिक नियंत्रण कक्ष द्वारा तमिलनाडु गैस रिसाव हादसा में प्रभावित झारखण्ड के सभी 42 श्रमिकों की सुरक्षित झारखण्ड वापसी सुनिश्चित कर ली गई है। सभी श्रमिक ट्रेन से झारखण्ड के लिए रवाना हो चुके हैं। 

  


मालूम को कि तमिलनाडु के तिरुवल्लूर जिले में स्थित सेंट पीटर्स एंड पॉल सीफूड्स एक्सपोर्ट्स फैसिलिटी में 21 जून 2026 को हुई अमोनिया गैस रिसाव की दुःखद औद्योगिक दुर्घटना का संज्ञान लेते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कड़े निर्देश जारी किए थे। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों और राज्य प्रवासी श्रमिक नियंत्रण कक्ष को स्पष्ट आदेश दिया था कि प्रभावित झारखण्ड के सभी प्रवासी श्रमिकों की सुरक्षित और सकुशल गृह वापसी के लिए तत्काल हर संभव कदम उठाए जाएँ। मुख्यमंत्री के आदेश का पालन करते हुए श्रम, नियोजन, प्रशिक्षण एवं कौशल विकास विभाग के सचिव व श्रमायुक्त के मार्गदर्शन में नियंत्रण कक्ष ने तिरुवल्लूर जिला प्रशासन, तमिलनाडु श्रम विभाग, रेलवे बोर्ड, दक्षिण रेलवे तथा अस्पताल प्रशासन के साथ चौबीसों घंटे समन्वय स्थापित कर रेस्क्यू और राहत अभियान चलाया।

सभी 42 प्रवासी श्रमिकों की सुरक्षित ट्रेन से रवानगी

इस औद्योगिक हादसे में झारखण्ड के कुल 42 प्रवासी श्रमिकों को सुरक्षित रेस्क्यू किया गया, जिन्होंने अपने गृह राज्य लौटने की इच्छा व्यक्त की। झारखण्ड सरकार के विशेष अनुरोध और सतत समन्वय के बाद, रेलवे प्रशासन द्वारा ट्रेन अलप्पुझा–धनबाद एक्सप्रेस में झारखण्ड के श्रमिकों के लिए एक विशेष स्लीपर कोच स्वीकृत किया गया। इसके बाद मंगलवार को सभी 42 श्रमिक चेन्नई सेंट्रल रेलवे स्टेशन से सकुशल झारखण्ड के लिए प्रस्थान कर चुके हैं। यात्रा के दौरान इन श्रमिकों के लिए पैंट्री कार के माध्यम से भोजन-पानी तथा सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से पर्याप्त रेलवे सुरक्षा बल की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कराई गई है।

मृतका सुश्री प्रीति देवी का पार्थिव शरीर हवाई मार्ग से लाया जा रहा है रांची

इस हादसे में धनबाद निवासी श्रमिक सुश्री प्रीति देवी का उपचार के दौरान चेन्नई के राजीव गांधी सरकारी सामान्य अस्पताल में दुःखद निधन हो गया था। झारखण्ड सरकार की पहल पर मृतका के परिजनों के तमिलनाडु आगमन, शव की पहचान, पोस्टमार्टम एवं अन्य वैधानिक औपचारिकताओं को शीघ्रता से पूर्ण कराया गया। तमिलनाडु सरकार के सहयोग से मृतका का पार्थिव शरीर मंगवार शाम हवाई मार्ग से बिरसा मुंडा हवाई अड्डा, रांची पहुँचेगा। झारखण्ड सरकार द्वारा एयरपोर्ट पर एम्बुलेंस की मुस्तैद व्यवस्था की गई है, जिसके माध्यम से पार्थिव शरीर को ससम्मान उनके गृह जिला धनबाद भेजा जाएगा।

मुआवजा और वैधानिक लाभ दिलाने की कार्रवाई जारी*

झारखण्ड सरकार पीड़ित परिवारों के साथ इस दुःख की घड़ी में मजबूती से खड़ी है। राज्य प्रवासी श्रमिक नियंत्रण कक्ष द्वारा नियोक्ता (Employer) और संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ निरंतर समन्वय किया जा रहा है, ताकि मृतका के परिजनों को नियमानुसार देय उचित मुआवजा और अन्य सभी वैधानिक लाभ जल्द से जल्द उपलब्ध कराए जा सकें।

राम मंदिर चंदा चोरी मामले में छापेमारी, 8 आरोपियों के घर हुई दबिश, अब तक 79.85 लाख बरामद

अयोध्या में राम मंदिर चढ़ावा चोरी मामले में आज, रविवार को भी एक्शन हुआ। चढ़ावा चोरी के सभी आठ आरोपियों के घर रविवार को सुबह पुलिस ने एक साथ दबिश दी। टीमें एक साथ सभी के घर पहुंची। पुलिस ने चंदा चोरी के 8 आरोपियों के ठिकानों पर चढ़ावा चोरी के मामले में छापेमारी की और सबूत जुटाए। इस मामले में घरवालों से पूछताछ शुरू की। साथ ही पड़ोसियों से बातचीत करके जानकारी जुटाई। छापेमारी के दौरान 79.85 लाख रुपये बरामद किए गए हैं।

10 जगहों पर छापेमारी कर रही है पुलिस
राम मंदिर के चढ़ावा गबन मामले पर पुलिस एक साथ 10 स्थान पर कर रही है छापेमारी। पुलिस ने आठों आरोपियों रामशंकर यादव उर्फ टिन्नू यादव, सुभाष श्रीवास्तव, अनुकल्प मिश्रा, लवकुश मिश्रा, करुणेश पांडेय, मनीष यादव, अविनाश शुक्ल और रमाशंकर मिश्र को जेल भेज दिया है। अब पुलिस परिजनों से पूछताछ कर सबूत जुटा रही है।

एसआईटी कर रही चंदा चोरी की जांच
6 जून को राम मंदिर चंदा चोरी का मामला सामने आया था। इसके बाद सरकार ने मंदिर ट्रस्ट की सिफारिश पर एसआईटी का गठन किया था। एसआईटी कई दिनों तक अयोध्या में रहकर राम मंदिर चंदा चोरी के मामले में जांच की थी। इसके बाद सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंप दी थी। बीते गुरुवार ट्रस्ट के सदस्य कृष्ण मोहन ने आठों आरोपियों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी।

टिन्नू के पास ही रहती थी दान पात्र और गणना कक्ष की चाबी
'चंदा चोरी' के किरदारों की बात करें तो इसमें रामशंकर यादव उर्फ टिन्नू, अनुकल्प मिश्रा, लवकुश मिश्रा और सुभाष चंद्र श्रीवास्तव जैसे कई नाम शामिल हैं। रामशंकर यादव उर्फ टिन्नू, चंपत राय का बेहद करीबी थी। मंदिर की हर व्यवस्था में उसका दखल था। चंदे की गिनती प्रक्रिया की देखरेख टिन्नू के हवाले थी। गणना कक्ष और दान पात्रों की चाबी टिन्नू के पास रहती थी। टिन्नू पहले ऑटो चलाता था और उसके पास करोड़ों की संपत्ति है।

अनुकल्प मिश्रा पर बैंक ले जाते वक्त पैसे चोरी का आरोप
आरोपी अनुकल्प मिश्रा की बात करें तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी काउंटिंग रूम में चढ़ावा गिनने की थी। अनुकल्प मिश्रा ने कथित रूप से काउंटिंग रूम से पैसे चुराकर बाथरूम में छिपाए थे। उसने बैंक ले जाते वक्त पैसे की चोरी की थी। उसने चोरी की रकम से लाखों की संपत्ति बनाई। अनुकल्प मिश्रा, आरोपी लवकुश मिश्रा का रिश्तेदार है। अनिल मिश्रा ने अनुकल्प को नौकरी पर रखा था।

लवकुश के घर से बरामद हो चुके हैं 12 लाख
वहीं, लवकुश मिश्रा की जिम्मेदारी चढ़ावे और कैश की गिनती की थी। लवकुश मिश्रा पर आरोप है कि उसने चढ़ावे से करोड़ों की नकदी और गहने की चोरी की। लवकुश ने चुराई गई रकम से करोड़ों की संपत्ति बनाई। अपने रिश्तेदार को गिनती के काम में लगाया। लवकुश के घर से 12 लाख रुपये पहले ही बरामद हो चुके हैं। अनिल मिश्रा की सिफारिश पर उसे नौकरी मिली थी।

कैश काउंटिंग स्टाफ का प्रभारी था सुभाष
इसके अलावा, आरोपी सुभाष चंद्र श्रीवास्तव की जिम्मेदारी कैश काउंटिंग स्टाफ के प्रभारी के रूप में थी। सुभाष पर आरोप है कि वह भी चढ़ावे की चोरी में शामिल है। उसने निगरानी में लापरवाही की। सुभाष, अनिल मिश्रा का करीबी बताया जाता है।
