 लॉन्ग-टर्म पार्टनरशिप और समयबद्ध कार्यान्वयन:

 राज्य के समग्र विकास के लिए सरकार शॉर्ट-टर्म योजनाओं के बजाय 'लॉन्ग-टर्म पार्टनरशिप' पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को कड़े निर्देश दिए कि सभी योजनाओं को एक निश्चित समय सीमा (Time Limit) के भीतर धरातल पर उतारा जाए।

 मुख्यमंत्री ने जियाडा (JIADA) के नियमों में आदिवासी समूह के लिए 25% रियायत के प्रावधान का उल्लेख करते हुए विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि इस बात पर पुनर्विचार किया जाए कि इसे बढ़ाकर 50% तक कैसे किया जा सकता है, ताकि राज्य की आत्मा यानी हमारे आदिवासी समाज को विकास के मुख्य रास्ते से जोड़ा जा सके।

 संवाद की कमी को दूर करने का प्रयास:

उन्होंने स्वीकार किया कि अतीत में बेहतर कम्युनिकेशन की कमी के कारण झारखंड की क्षमताएं दुनिया के सामने पूरी तरह नहीं आ पाईं। सरकार अब इस गैप को खत्म कर देश-विदेश के निवेशकों के साथ निरंतर संवाद बनाए रखेगी।

 संवाद की कमी को दूर करने का प्रयास:

उन्होंने स्वीकार किया कि अतीत में बेहतर कम्युनिकेशन की कमी के कारण झारखंड की क्षमताएं दुनिया के सामने पूरी तरह नहीं आ पाईं। सरकार अब इस गैप को खत्म कर देश-विदेश के निवेशकों के साथ निरंतर संवाद बनाए रखेगी।
