हजारीबाग। उपायुक्त, हजारीबाग के निर्देश पर अवैध शराब के निर्माण, संचय, बिक्री, और परिवहन के विरुद्ध चलाए जा रहे सघन अभियान के तहत उत्पाद विभाग को एक बड़ी सफलता मिली है। सहायक आयुक्त उत्पाद, हजारीबाग के मार्गदर्शन में की गई छापेमारी मेंकरीब 1800 लीटर अवैध विदेशी शराब बरामद की गई है।
गुप्त सूचना पर कार्रवाई
उत्पाद विभाग को टाटीझरिया थाना अंतर्गत ग्राम डहरभंगा में अवैध शराब के बड़े जखीरे की गुप्त सूचना मिली थी। इसी सूचना के आधार पर कल रात्रि लगभग 8 बजे, उत्पाद कर्मियों और सशस्त्र गृह रक्षा वाहिनी के जवानों की टीम ने संयुक्त छापेमारी की।200 कार्टन 'इम्पीरियल ब्लू' जब्त
छापामारी दल ने ग्राम डहरभंगा निवासी श्यामलाल साव के एक पुराने घर में तलाशी ली। तलाशी के दौरान, घर से भारी मात्रा में करीब 200 कार्टन अवैध विदेशी शराब बरामद हुई। यह शराब Imperial Blue Whisky ब्रांड की है, जिस पर स्पष्ट रूप से "For sale in MP only" (केवल मध्य प्रदेश में बिक्री हेतु) अंकित है।
बरामद की गई अवैध विदेशी शराब की कुल मात्रा लगभग 1800 लीटर है।
अभियुक्त पर मामला दर्ज
इस अवैध कारोबार में संलिप्त मुख्य अभियुक्त सुनील साव के विरुद्ध अलग-अलग धाराओं के तहत अभियोग (केस) दर्ज किया जा रहा है। उत्पाद विभाग ने शराब के कारोबार से जुड़े अन्य लोगों की पहचान के लिए जांच तेज कर दी है।
छापामारी दल का नेतृत्व अवर निरीक्षक उत्पाद कृष्णा प्रजापति ने अन्य उत्पाद कर्मियों और सशस्त्र गृह रक्षा वाहिनी के सहयोग से किया। उत्पाद टीम ने बताया कि अवैध शराब के खिलाफ यह अभियान आगे भी जारी रहेगा।

हजारीबाग की जर्जर सड़कों के निर्माण की मांग - मरहेता–पौंता, केसुरा मोड़–सरौनी मार्ग सहित दर्जनों खराब सड़कों के निर्माण में हो रही देरी को लेकर विधायक ने सरकार के समक्ष जनता की पीड़ा रखी और तत्काल पुनर्निर्माण की माँग की।
सिंचाई क्षमता में कमी—पुराने डैम उपयोगहीन - कटकमदाग प्रखंड स्थित गोंदा डैम सहित अनेक पुराने जलाशयों की उपेक्षा से सिंचाई क्षमता घट गई है। विधायक ने इन डैमों की मरम्मत, क्षमता-वृद्धि और पुनर्जीवन पर ठोस निर्णय लेने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।
मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामीण पशुधन योजना में अनियमितताएँ - विधायक ने बताया कि लाभार्थियों को योजना का पूरा लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है। बिचौलियों की सक्रियता, व्यवस्थित अवरोध तथा विभाग द्वारा स्वतंत्र क्रय पर रोक के कारण गरीब परिवारों को योजनाओं का वास्तविक लाभ नहीं पहुँच पा रहा है।

37 करोड़ के पॉलिटेक्निक भवन को लेकर बड़ा मुद्दा - विधायक ने सदन एवं परिसर दोनों में यह मुद्दा जोरदार तरीके से उठाया कि हजारीबाग के सिलवार में 37 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बना विशाल पॉलिटेक्निक भवन वर्ष 2015 से तैयार है, फिर भी आज तक बंद पड़ा है। भवन की छतें टूट रही हैं, दीवारें जर्जर हो रहीं हैं और इसका सीधा नुकसान हजारीबाग की बेटियों के भविष्य को हो रहा है। विधायक ने सरकार से अनुरोध किया कि इस भवन को बालिका महाविद्यालय के रूप में तुरंत शुरू किया जाए।

उपायुक्त सह जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री की अध्यक्षता में आज दिनांक 12 दिसंबर 2025 को समाहरणालय के ब्लॉक-ए स्थित सभागार में JAC द्वारा आयोजित होने वाली वार्षिक माध्यमिक (मैट्रिक) एवं इण्टरमीडिएट (10+2) परीक्षा-2026 के लिए जिला स्तर पर परीक्षा केन्द्रों तथा उत्तर पुस्तिका मूल्यांकन केन्द्रों के चयन हेतु जिला चयन समिति की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में उपायुक्त श्री भजन्त्री ने निर्देश दिया कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों का चयन पूर्णतः निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी किसी भी प्रकार की नकल या अनियमितता की कोई गुंजाइश न रहे। उन्होंने कहा कि परीक्षा केन्द्र ऐसे विद्यालयों में बनाए जाएँ जहाँ पर्याप्त संख्या में कक्ष, CCTV कैमरे, पर्याप्त प्रकाश व्यवस्था, पेयजल एवं शौचालय की सुविधा उपलब्ध हो। साथ ही, परीक्षा केन्द्रों तक पहुँचने के लिए सुगम यातायात व्यवस्था एवं सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम सुनिश्चित किए जाएँ।

बैठक में विभिन्न प्रस्तावित परीक्षा केन्द्रों की सूची पर विचार किया गया। परीक्षार्थीयों कोई असुविधा ना हो इसके लिए कुछ परीक्षा केदो में बदलाव का निर्णय लिया गया है।

हजारीबाग। उपायुक्त, हजारीबाग के निर्देश पर अवैध शराब के निर्माण, संचय, बिक्री, और परिवहन के विरुद्ध चलाए जा रहे सघन अभियान के तहत उत्पाद विभाग को एक बड़ी सफलता मिली है। सहायक आयुक्त उत्पाद, हजारीबाग के मार्गदर्शन में की गई छापेमारी मेंकरीब 1800 लीटर अवैध विदेशी शराब बरामद की गई है।
गुप्त सूचना पर कार्रवाई
उत्पाद विभाग को टाटीझरिया थाना अंतर्गत ग्राम डहरभंगा में अवैध शराब के बड़े जखीरे की गुप्त सूचना मिली थी। इसी सूचना के आधार पर कल रात्रि लगभग 8 बजे, उत्पाद कर्मियों और सशस्त्र गृह रक्षा वाहिनी के जवानों की टीम ने संयुक्त छापेमारी की।200 कार्टन 'इम्पीरियल ब्लू' जब्त
छापामारी दल ने ग्राम डहरभंगा निवासी श्यामलाल साव के एक पुराने घर में तलाशी ली। तलाशी के दौरान, घर से भारी मात्रा में करीब 200 कार्टन अवैध विदेशी शराब बरामद हुई। यह शराब Imperial Blue Whisky ब्रांड की है, जिस पर स्पष्ट रूप से "For sale in MP only" (केवल मध्य प्रदेश में बिक्री हेतु) अंकित है।
बरामद की गई अवैध विदेशी शराब की कुल मात्रा लगभग 1800 लीटर है।
अभियुक्त पर मामला दर्ज
इस अवैध कारोबार में संलिप्त मुख्य अभियुक्त सुनील साव के विरुद्ध अलग-अलग धाराओं के तहत अभियोग (केस) दर्ज किया जा रहा है। उत्पाद विभाग ने शराब के कारोबार से जुड़े अन्य लोगों की पहचान के लिए जांच तेज कर दी है।
छापामारी दल का नेतृत्व अवर निरीक्षक उत्पाद कृष्णा प्रजापति ने अन्य उत्पाद कर्मियों और सशस्त्र गृह रक्षा वाहिनी के सहयोग से किया। उत्पाद टीम ने बताया कि अवैध शराब के खिलाफ यह अभियान आगे भी जारी रहेगा।
 

 विधायक प्रदीप प्रसाद ने शीतकालीन सत्र में उठाए जनहित के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे, हजारीबाग़ और राज्यव्यापी समस्याओं पर सरकार से की कार्रवाई की मांग
हजारीबाग़ विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विधायक प्रदीप प्रसाद ने झारखंड विधानसभा के शीतकालीन सत्र के दौरान जनहित से जुड़े अनेक महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों को सदन में अत्यंत गंभीरता और दृढ़ता के साथ उठाया। विधायक ने कहा कि जनता की प्रत्येक समस्या को सदन में मुखरता से रखना उनका कर्तव्य है, और इस सत्र में राज्य व्यवस्था की कई कमियों एवं अनदेखियों पर सरकार का ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया गया।
राज्य सूचना आयोग में अनियमितताओं पर सवाल - विधायक ने सूचना आयोग में लंबित नियुक्तियों, पारदर्शिता की कमी और गंभीर प्रशासनिक अनियमितताओं का मामला सदन में उठाते हुए आयोग की कार्यप्रणाली में सुधार और शीघ्र नियुक्तियों की मांग की।
झारखंड पुलिस आधुनिकीकरण की धीमी प्रगति - उन्होंने थानों में CCTV लगाने की सुस्त रफ्तार, रिसेप्शन कक्ष निर्माण की स्थिति और पुलिस बल में लंबित नियुक्तियों को लेकर सरकार से जवाब माँगा। विधायक ने कहा कि सुरक्षा प्रणाली में सुधार के बिना राज्य में कानून-व्यवस्था मजबूत नहीं हो सकती।
कोयला साइडिंग से उत्पन्न प्रदूषण—बिरहोर जनजाति प्रभावित - कटकमसांडी एवं बानादाग स्थित एनटीपीसी कोल साइडिंग से फैले प्रदूषण के कारण बिरहोर जनजाति में श्वास एवं चर्म रोग बढ़ रहे हैं। ट्रकों की अव्यवस्थित पार्किंग से सड़कें क्षतिग्रस्त हो रही हैं। विधायक ने दोनों साइडिंगों में नियमावली के कड़ाई से पालन और प्रभावित परिवारों को मुआवजा दिलाने की मांग की।
सरकारी अस्पतालों की अव्यवस्थाओं पर गंभीर प्रश्न - उन्होंने चिकित्सकीय स्टाफ की कमी, आउटसोर्सिंग कंपनियों की अनियमितताएँ, OPD की ऑनलाइन प्रणाली से हो रही परेशानियाँ और कोयला परिवहन क्षेत्रों में प्रदूषणजनित स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं पर सरकार से त्वरित सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई की मांग की।
पेयजल परियोजना में L&T द्वारा लापरवाही का मुद्दा - हजारीबाग नगर निगम क्षेत्र में L&T द्वारा संचालित पेयजल परियोजना में पाइपलाइन बिछाने के बाद सड़कों का उचित पुनर्निर्माण न होने से शहर की सड़कें अत्यंत जर्जर स्थिति में पहुँच गई हैं। विधायक ने इस पर कठोर कार्रवाई की मांग की।
हजारीबाग की जर्जर सड़कों के निर्माण की मांग - मरहेता–पौंता, केसुरा मोड़–सरौनी मार्ग सहित दर्जनों खराब सड़कों के निर्माण में हो रही देरी को लेकर विधायक ने सरकार के समक्ष जनता की पीड़ा रखी और तत्काल पुनर्निर्माण की माँग की।
सिंचाई क्षमता में कमी—पुराने डैम उपयोगहीन - कटकमदाग प्रखंड स्थित गोंदा डैम सहित अनेक पुराने जलाशयों की उपेक्षा से सिंचाई क्षमता घट गई है। विधायक ने इन डैमों की मरम्मत, क्षमता-वृद्धि और पुनर्जीवन पर ठोस निर्णय लेने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।
मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामीण पशुधन योजना में अनियमितताएँ - विधायक ने बताया कि लाभार्थियों को योजना का पूरा लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है। बिचौलियों की सक्रियता, व्यवस्थित अवरोध तथा विभाग द्वारा स्वतंत्र क्रय पर रोक के कारण गरीब परिवारों को योजनाओं का वास्तविक लाभ नहीं पहुँच पा रहा है।
विधानसभा परिसर में प्रदर्शन - सत्र के दौरान विधायक प्रदीप प्रसाद ने झारखंड के हित और वर्तमान सरकार के अनदेखी रवैये के खिलाफ शांतिपूर्वक विरोध प्रदर्शन भी किया, जिससे जनसमस्याओं को राज्य सरकार तक प्रभावी रूप से पहुंचाया जा सके।
37 करोड़ के पॉलिटेक्निक भवन को लेकर बड़ा मुद्दा - विधायक ने सदन एवं परिसर दोनों में यह मुद्दा जोरदार तरीके से उठाया कि हजारीबाग के सिलवार में 37 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बना विशाल पॉलिटेक्निक भवन वर्ष 2015 से तैयार है, फिर भी आज तक बंद पड़ा है। भवन की छतें टूट रही हैं, दीवारें जर्जर हो रहीं हैं और इसका सीधा नुकसान हजारीबाग की बेटियों के भविष्य को हो रहा है। विधायक ने सरकार से अनुरोध किया कि इस भवन को बालिका महाविद्यालय के रूप में तुरंत शुरू किया जाए।
 विधायक प्रदीप प्रसाद ने कहा कि जनता के हक और अधिकारों के लिए वे सड़क से लेकर सदन तक निरंतर संघर्षरत रहेंगे। हर सरकारी योजना का लाभ समय पर जनता तक पहुँचे और हजारीबाग की आवश्यक बुनियादी सुविधाओं में तेजी से सुधार हो, इसी संकल्प के साथ वे निरंतर कार्य कर रहे हैं।

वार्षिक माध्यमिक एवं इण्टरमीडिएट परीक्षा-2026 हेतु परीक्षा केन्द्रों एवं मूल्यांकन केन्द्रों का चयन करने के लिए जिला चयन समिति की बैठक
उपायुक्त सह जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री की अध्यक्षता में आज दिनांक 12 दिसंबर 2025 को समाहरणालय के ब्लॉक-ए स्थित सभागार में JAC द्वारा आयोजित होने वाली वार्षिक माध्यमिक (मैट्रिक) एवं इण्टरमीडिएट (10+2) परीक्षा-2026 के लिए जिला स्तर पर परीक्षा केन्द्रों तथा उत्तर पुस्तिका मूल्यांकन केन्द्रों के चयन हेतु जिला चयन समिति की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई।

  


बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, राँची, श्री सौरभ कुमार भुवनिया, पुलिस अधीक्षक (नगर), राँची श्री पारस राणा, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, राँची, श्री विनय कुमार, सांसद प्रतिनिधि, विधायक प्रतिनिधि एवं सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

बैठक में उपायुक्त श्री भजन्त्री ने निर्देश दिया कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों का चयन पूर्णतः निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी किसी भी प्रकार की नकल या अनियमितता की कोई गुंजाइश न रहे। उन्होंने कहा कि परीक्षा केन्द्र ऐसे विद्यालयों में बनाए जाएँ जहाँ पर्याप्त संख्या में कक्ष, CCTV कैमरे, पर्याप्त प्रकाश व्यवस्था, पेयजल एवं शौचालय की सुविधा उपलब्ध हो। साथ ही, परीक्षा केन्द्रों तक पहुँचने के लिए सुगम यातायात व्यवस्था एवं सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम सुनिश्चित किए जाएँ।

बैठक में विभिन्न प्रस्तावित परीक्षा केन्द्रों की सूची पर विचार किया गया। परीक्षार्थीयों कोई असुविधा ना हो इसके लिए कुछ परीक्षा केदो में बदलाव का निर्णय लिया गया है। 

उपस्थित सभी पदाधिकारियों ने सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लिया कि परीक्षा-2026 को पूरी तरह पारदर्शी एवं शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से सम्पन्न कराना जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।

संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र में गुरुवार को नौवें दिन की कार्यवाही जारी है। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के सांसद अनुराग ठाकुर ने गुरुवार को तृणमूल कांग्रेस के सांसद पर गंभीर आरोप लगाया। भाजपा सांसद अनुराग ठाकुर ने स्पीकर ओम बिरला को शिकायत करते हुए कहा, टीएमसी सांसद सदन में ई-सिगरेट पी रहे हैं। इस पर स्पीकर ने उन्हें आश्वस्त किया कि किसी भी तरह के नियमों के उल्लंघन को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। सदन के नियमों के मुताबिक समुचित जांच कराई जाएगी।

  


अनुराग ठाकुर ने प्रश्नकाल के दौरान यह आरोप लगाते हुए अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला से पूछा कि क्या सदन में ई-सिगरेट की अनुमति है। बिरला के मना करने पर ठाकुर ने कहा कि तृणमूल के एक सांसद (जिनका उन्होंने नाम नहीं लिया) पिछले कई दिनों से सदन में ई-सिगरेट पी रहे हैं।
