पत्र के अनुसार, स्टांप एवं पंजीकरण विभाग के ऑनलाइन पोर्टल को NIC द्वारा संचालित मेघराज क्लाउड सर्वर से नेशनल गवर्नमेंट क्लाउड (NGC) पर ट्रांसफर किया जा रहा है। इस तकनीकी प्रक्रिया के चलते इन चार दिनों के दौरान ऑनलाइन लेखपत्र पंजीकरण और उससे संबंधित सभी आवेदन कार्य अस्थायी रूप से बाधित रहेंगे।

  आजमगढ़ ।तहबरपुर थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम बसही जरमजेपुर गांव में अपने घर के बरामदे में चारपाई पर सो रहे बुजुर्ग की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई। बताया जा रहा है रात के किसी पहर उनको गोली मारी गई होगी। तड़के इसका पता चलने पर अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां डॉक्टर ने मृत घोषित कर दिया। घटना की सूचना तड़के जैसे ही पुलिस को पहुंची मौके पर एसपी डॉ अनिल कुमार फील्ड यूनिट और फोरेंसिक टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंच गए मामले में एसएसपी ने जांच पड़ताल की और बताया कि रामजीत अपने भाइयों के परिवार के साथ ही रहते थे उनके कोई बच्चे नहीं है घटना के समय वह अकेले बरामदे में सो रहे थे पुलिस मामले की जांच पड़ताल कर रही जल्द ही मामले का खुलासा कर आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी की जाएगी।
 

12 राज्यों में आज से शुरू हो रहा SIR, 3 बार घर-घर जाएंगे बीएलओ

देश के 12 राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों में मतदाता सूचियों का विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर) मंगलवार से शुरू होगा। बिहार के बाद यह एसआईआर का दूसरा दौर है। इनमें नौ राज्य जबकि तीन केंद्रशासित प्रदेश हैं। एसआईआर का दूसरा चरण 4 दिसंबर तक चलेगा। चुनाव आयोग 9 दिसंबर को मसौदा सूची जारी करेगा और अंतिम मतदाता सूची 7 फरवरी, 2026 को प्रकाशित की जाएगी। 

इन राज्यों में होगा वोटर आईडी सत्यापन
देश में 12 राज्यों में वोटर आईडी के सत्यापन का काम शुरू हो रहा है। दूसरे चरण के दौरान अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप, लक्षद्वीप, छत्तीसगढ़, गोवा, गुजरात, केरल, मध्य प्रदेश, पुदुचेरी, राजस्थान, उत्तर प्रदेश, तमिलनाडु और पश्चिम बंगाल में एसआईआर होना है। इनमें से चार राज्यों तमिलनाडु, पुदुचेरी, केरल और पश्चिम बंगाल में अगले साल विधानसभा के चुनाव होने वाले हैं। 

12 राज्यों में 51 करोड़ वोटरों का डेटा संग्रह
खास बात ये है कि इस प्रक्रिया में सिर्फ आधार कार्ड मान्य नहीं है। आज से वोटर्स के घर-घर जाकर एनुमरेशन फार्म बांटने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। फार्म बांटने और इकट्ठे करने का काम चार दिसंबर तक चलेगा। दूसरे चरण की एसआईआर प्रक्रिया में 12 राज्यों में 51 करोड़ वोटरों को एनुमरेशन फार्म बांटे जाएंगे।

बीएलओ 3 बार वोटर्स के पते पर जाएंगे
2002 में किए गए एसआईआर के आधार पर लोगों की जानकारी को वेरिफाई किया जाएगा। वोटर्स इसके लिए ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भी भर सकते हैं। बीएलओ 4 नवंबर से 4 दिसंबर के बीच वोटर्स के पतों पर जाकर उनसे गणना फॉर्म की दो प्रतियां भरवाएंगे। वोटर्स से साइन करवाकर एक फॉर्म वह अपने पास रखेंगे। बीएलओ को गणना प्रपत्र वितरण और इन्हें संलग्न करने के लिए करीब 3 बार वोटर्स के पते पर जाना होगा।

नई वोटर लिस्ट बनाई जाएगी
इस दौरान जो भी नए युवा वोटर होंगे। वह भी अपना नाम वोटर लिस्ट में जुड़वा सकेंगे। इन राज्यों की पुरानी वोटर लिस्ट की जगह नई वोटर लिस्ट बनाई जाएगी, जिसमें मृत वोटरों के नाम हटाने समेत, डुप्लिकेट, लापता और बांग्लादेशी, म्यांमार और अन्य बाहरी लोगों के नाम हटा दिए जाएंगे।

  आजमगढ़ ।तहबरपुर थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम बसही जरमजेपुर गांव में अपने घर के बरामदे में चारपाई पर सो रहे बुजुर्ग की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई। बताया जा रहा है रात के किसी पहर उनको गोली मारी गई होगी। तड़के इसका पता चलने पर अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां डॉक्टर ने मृत घोषित कर दिया। घटना की सूचना तड़के जैसे ही पुलिस को पहुंची मौके पर एसपी डॉ अनिल कुमार फील्ड यूनिट और फोरेंसिक टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंच गए मामले में एसएसपी ने जांच पड़ताल की और बताया कि रामजीत अपने भाइयों के परिवार के साथ ही रहते थे उनके कोई बच्चे नहीं है घटना के समय वह अकेले बरामदे में सो रहे थे पुलिस मामले की जांच पड़ताल कर रही जल्द ही मामले का खुलासा कर आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी की जाएगी।
 

12 राज्यों में आज से शुरू हो रहा SIR, 3 बार घर-घर जाएंगे बीएलओ

देश के 12 राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों में मतदाता सूचियों का विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर) मंगलवार से शुरू होगा। बिहार के बाद यह एसआईआर का दूसरा दौर है। इनमें नौ राज्य जबकि तीन केंद्रशासित प्रदेश हैं। एसआईआर का दूसरा चरण 4 दिसंबर तक चलेगा। चुनाव आयोग 9 दिसंबर को मसौदा सूची जारी करेगा और अंतिम मतदाता सूची 7 फरवरी, 2026 को प्रकाशित की जाएगी। 

इन राज्यों में होगा वोटर आईडी सत्यापन
देश में 12 राज्यों में वोटर आईडी के सत्यापन का काम शुरू हो रहा है। दूसरे चरण के दौरान अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप, लक्षद्वीप, छत्तीसगढ़, गोवा, गुजरात, केरल, मध्य प्रदेश, पुदुचेरी, राजस्थान, उत्तर प्रदेश, तमिलनाडु और पश्चिम बंगाल में एसआईआर होना है। इनमें से चार राज्यों तमिलनाडु, पुदुचेरी, केरल और पश्चिम बंगाल में अगले साल विधानसभा के चुनाव होने वाले हैं। 

12 राज्यों में 51 करोड़ वोटरों का डेटा संग्रह
खास बात ये है कि इस प्रक्रिया में सिर्फ आधार कार्ड मान्य नहीं है। आज से वोटर्स के घर-घर जाकर एनुमरेशन फार्म बांटने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। फार्म बांटने और इकट्ठे करने का काम चार दिसंबर तक चलेगा। दूसरे चरण की एसआईआर प्रक्रिया में 12 राज्यों में 51 करोड़ वोटरों को एनुमरेशन फार्म बांटे जाएंगे।

बीएलओ 3 बार वोटर्स के पते पर जाएंगे
2002 में किए गए एसआईआर के आधार पर लोगों की जानकारी को वेरिफाई किया जाएगा। वोटर्स इसके लिए ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भी भर सकते हैं। बीएलओ 4 नवंबर से 4 दिसंबर के बीच वोटर्स के पतों पर जाकर उनसे गणना फॉर्म की दो प्रतियां भरवाएंगे। वोटर्स से साइन करवाकर एक फॉर्म वह अपने पास रखेंगे। बीएलओ को गणना प्रपत्र वितरण और इन्हें संलग्न करने के लिए करीब 3 बार वोटर्स के पते पर जाना होगा।

नई वोटर लिस्ट बनाई जाएगी
इस दौरान जो भी नए युवा वोटर होंगे। वह भी अपना नाम वोटर लिस्ट में जुड़वा सकेंगे। इन राज्यों की पुरानी वोटर लिस्ट की जगह नई वोटर लिस्ट बनाई जाएगी, जिसमें मृत वोटरों के नाम हटाने समेत, डुप्लिकेट, लापता और बांग्लादेशी, म्यांमार और अन्य बाहरी लोगों के नाम हटा दिए जाएंगे।

Entrepreneur from Pune embarks on ‘Mission Bharat’, a Solo-Motorbike Expedition of over 7500kms to Empower Communities Across India


Deepak Bharadia, Founder and Managing Director of Meine Bharat Pvt. Ltd., has embarked upon a remarkable Solo-Motorbike expedition – ‘Mission Bharat’, aimed at promoting sustainable development via Citizen participation in making India ‘Holistically Viksit’.
The expedition was flagged off by the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta ji, from Kargil on 24th Oct’25, marking the beginning of a 7,500 km journey that is taking Deepak from the rugged terrains of Kargil to the southern tip of Kanyakumari, and further to Pune via the coastal route of India. 

Deepak has so far crossed around 1,500 kms covering Kargil, Drass, Sonamarg, Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar, Wagah Border, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Kurukshetra, Panipat & Delhi. The journey further will be down south upto Kanyakumari after which he will move through the Coastal route via Kerala, Karnataka, Goa & Maharashtra before ending in Pune on 30th Nov’25.

Mission Bharat is a pioneering initiative that seeks to explore, engage, and empower rural and urban areas, focusing on themes such as sustainable livelihoods, healthcare, education, and environmental conservation. Through this expedition, Deepak is interacting with diverse communities, organizations, and stakeholders, documenting best practices and success stories along the way..

The mission is built on the principles of citizen participation and community-driven initiatives, with the goal of contributing to India's growth story & making our Bharat Holistically Viksit from all aspects than just GDP & Per-Capita numbers, It is highlighting the importance of collective action in driving positive change.

राजद कांग्रेस की पहचान विनाश से..., सहरसा में विपक्ष पर खूब बरसे पीएम मोदी

बिहार में पहले चरण के लिए 6 नवंबर को मतदान होने वाला है। पहले चरण की वोटिंग से पहले प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बीजेपी की कमान संभाल रखी है। पीएम मोदी लगातार बिहार का दौरा कर रहे हैं। सोमवार को सहरसा में पीएम ने एक जनसभा को संबोधित किया। इस दौरान पीएम ने जनता से एनडीए को एक बार फिर मौका देने की अपील की साथ ही विरोधियों पर जमकर निशाना साधा।

नौजवानों से पीएम मोदी की खास अपील
पीएम मोदी ने जनसभी को संबोधित करते हुए कहा, बिहार में पहले चरण के मतदान के लिए अब सिर्फ दो दिन बाकी हैं। 6 नवंबर की सुबह सहरसा और मधेपुरा मतदान करेगा। मैंने जब जीवन में पहली बार मतदान किया था तो मेरे मन में एक इच्छा थी कि मेरा मत विफल नहीं होना चाहिए। मेरे वोट से सरकार बने, यह मैंने तब सोचा था जब मैंने पहली बार मतदान किया था। मैं आपको भी कहता हूं कि आप अपना जो पहला वोट डालेंगे, वो सरकार बनाने वाला वोट होना चाहिए और एनडीए की सरकार बनने वाली है। आपका वोट एनडीए की सरकार को मजबूती देने वाला है। इसलिए सभी नौजवान बेटे-बेटी जो पहली बार मतदान कर रहे हैं, उन्हें मेरा विशेष आग्रह है कि इस बार आपका वोट एनडीए की सरकार बनाने वाला वोट होना चाहिए। जो जंगलराज वाले हैं, उनको ऐसा पराजय देना है कि वो बिहार का कभी बुरा सोच भी ना सके।

बिहार की विकास रफ्तार को और तेज करना है- पीएम मोदी
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा कि पिछले कुछ वर्षों में बिहार ने विकास की रफ्तार पकड़ ली है। अब इस रफ्तार को और तेज करने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा, हमें मिलकर बिहार को और आगे बढ़ाना है। इसलिए फिर एक बार एनडीए की सरकार बननी चाहिए, ताकि बिहार में फिर से सुशासन की सरकार जारी रहे।

आरडेडी-कांग्रेस की पहचान विनाश से
पीएम मोदी ने आरजेडी कांग्रेस पर भी जमकर हमला बोला। उन्होंने कहा, राजद और कांग्रेस का विकास से दूर-दूर तक का कोई नाता नहीं है। एनडीए की पहचान विकास से है और राजद कांग्रेस की पहचान विनाश से है। कोसी महासेतु रेल पुल का शिलान्यास साल 2003 में पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने किया था लेकिन इसके बाद 2004 में राजद के समर्थन वाली, दिल्ली में मनमोहन सिंह की कांग्रेस की सरकार बन गई और उसके बाद यहां 2005 में नीतीश कुमार के नेतृत्व में सरकार बनी। बिहार के लोगों ने हर गली-मोहल्ले से राजद को नकार दिया। इसके कारण राजद वालों का पारा, उनका अहंकार सातवें आसमान पर पहुंच गया। वो बिहार के लोगों से इतने नाराज हुए कि वे बिहार को बर्बाद करने पर तुल गए। 

बिहार की भलाई की योजनाओं पर ताला लगा दिया- पीएम मोदी
पीएम मोदी ने आगे कहा कि दिल्ली में उनकी सरकार थी, दिल्ली में सरकार उनके समर्थन पर चल रही थी इसलिए इन्होंने दिल्ली सरकार में बैठकर मनमोहन सिंह और सोनिया गांधी के बगल में बैठकर बिहार से और नीतीश कुमार की सरकार से बदला लेना शुरू कर दिया और उन्होंने जितने भी बिहार के लोगों की भलाई की योजनाएं थीं, उन पर ताला लगा दिया।

कांग्रेस ने आरजेडी को भी डुबोने का फैसला लिया-पीएम मोदी
पीएम ने कहा, कांग्रेस नहीं चाहती थी कि आरजेडी का कोई नेता मुख्यमंत्री बने। इसे लेकर कांग्रेस नेताओं की ओर से कई महीनों से ऐसा माहौल बनाया जा रहा था, लेकिन राजद ने नामांकन की अंतिम तारीख खत्म होने के पहले कांग्रेस की कनपटी पर कट्टा रख कर मुख्यमंत्री के चेहरे का ऐलान कर लिया। इससे कांग्रेस के नेताओं में नाराजगी है। उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार में कांग्रेस की लुटिया पहले से ही डूब चुकी है। अब कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने आरजेडी को भी डुबोने का फैसला ले लिया है। पार्टी के नेताओं ने राजद की लुटिया डूबने की सुपारी ले ली है।

अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने दावा किया है कि पाकिस्तान परमाणु परीक्षण कर रहा है।अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने खुलासा किया है कि पाकिस्तान उन देशों में शामिल है जो सक्रिय रूप से परमाणु हथियारों का परीक्षण कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ देशों की यही प्रवृत्ति दर्शाती है कि अमेरिका के लिए भी अपने परमाणु परीक्षण को फिर से शुरू करना जरूरी हो गया है।

पाकिस्तान सहित कई देश परमाणु परीक्षण कर रहे-ट्रंप
रविवार को सीबीएस न्यूज़ को दिए 60 मिनट के साक्षात्कार में, ट्रंप ने कहा कि रूस, चीन, उत्तर कोरिया और पाकिस्तान सहित कई देश परमाणु परीक्षण कर रहे हैं। लेकिन वो इसके बारे में बात नहीं करते हैं, लेकिन हम एक खुला समाज हैं, हम इसपर बात करते हैं। और हमें इसपर बात करनी होगी नहीं तो आप लोग (मीडिया) इसपर रिपोर्ट करेंगे। इसीलिए वो टेस्ट करते हैं, बार बार टेस्ट करते हैं। निश्चित तौर पर उत्तर कोरिया टेस्ट कर रहा है। पाकिस्तान न्यूक्लियर टेस्ट कर रहा है।

हमारे पास दुनिया को 150 बार उड़ाने के लिए परमाणु हथियार-ट्रंप
सीबीएस चैनल के खास कार्यक्रम '60 मिनट्स' को दिए गये एक इंटरव्यू के दौरान डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कहा कि अमेरिका अपने विशाल परमाणु भंडार के बावजूद एकमात्र ऐसा देश नहीं हो सकता जो परीक्षण न करे। मैंने राष्ट्रपति पुतिन और राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग, दोनों के साथ इस पर चर्चा की है। हमारे पास दुनिया को 150 बार उड़ाने के लिए पर्याप्त परमाणु हथियार हैं। रूस के पास बहुत सारे परमाणु हथियार हैं और चीन के पास भी बहुत सारे होंगे।" उन्होंने आगे कहा कि "अमेरिका अकेला ऐसा देश नहीं होना चाहिए जो परीक्षणों से परहेज करे।

रूस ने अपने सबसे घातक मिसाइल का किया परीक्षण
यह बयान उस वक्त आया है जब ट्रंप ने पहले ही रक्षा विभाग को निर्देश दिया है कि वे तुरंत परमाणु परीक्षण शुरू करें। अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने करीब 30 सालों के बाद अमेरिका को फिर से परमाणु हथियारों की रेस में उस वक्त उतारा है, जब रूस ने अपनी सबसे घातक मिसाइल का परीक्षण किया है। ये परमाणु ऊर्जा से चलने वाली मिसाइल है, जो 15 घंटे से ज्यादा वक्त तक उड़ान भर सकती है।
