दिल्ली की राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने कांग्रेस पार्टी की वरिष्ठ नेता सोनिया गांधी को नोटिस जारी किया है। अदालत ने कांग्रेस की पूर्व अध्यक्ष के खिलाफ कथित रूप से बिना भारतीय नागरिकता लिए वोटर लिस्ट में नाम शामिल कराने के मामले में नोटिस जारी किया है। कोर्ट ने सोनिया गांधी के अलावा दिल्ली पुलिस से भी जवाब मांगा है। 

राउज़ एवेन्यू सेशंस कोर्ट ने पूर्व कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष और राज्यसभा सांसद सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कराने की मांग वाली एक याचिका पर नोटिस जारी किया है। दिल्ली के राउज़ एवेन्यू सेशंस कोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर की गई है, जिसमें मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट के उस आदेश को चुनौती दी गई है, जिसमें कांग्रेस की वरिष्ठ नेता सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने की मांग को खारिज कर दिया गया था। आरोप है कि सोनिया गांधी ने वर्ष 1980 में कथित रूप से अपने नाम को मतदाता सूची में शामिल कराया था। यह याचिका अधिवक्ता विकस त्रिपाठी ने दायर की है। 

नागरिकता मिलने से पहले मतदाता सूची में नाम!
वकील विकास त्रिपाठी ने कोर्ट में रिवीजन पिटीशन दायर कर आरोप लगाया है कि सोनिया गांधी को 30 अप्रैल 1983 को भारत की नागरिकता मिली, लेकिन इसके तीन साल पहले यानी 1980 की मतदाता सूची में उनका नाम पहले से मौजूद था। याचिकाकर्ता का कहना है कि मतदाता सूची में नाम केवल उन्हीं का शामिल हो सकता है, जिनके पास भारतीय नागरिकता हो, इसलिए 1980 की लिस्ट में एंट्री अपने आप में संदेह पैदा करती है। 

फर्जी कागज के इस्तेमाल का अंदेशा
सवाल उठाया गया है कि जब वह भारतीय नागरिक नहीं थीं, तब 1980 की मतदाता सूची में उनका नाम कैसे जोड़ा गया। याचिकाकर्ता ने पूछा है कि 1980 में उनका नाम जोड़ने के लिए कौन से दस्तावेज दिए गए थे और क्या कोई गलत या फर्जी कागज इस्तेमाल किए गए थे।

सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग
दरअसल पिछले दिनों SIR को लेकर जारी विवाद के बीच ऐसे दावा किया गया कि सोनिया गांधी का नाम भारतीय नागरिक बनने से पहले कथित रूप से मतदाता सूची यानी इलेक्टोरल रोल में दर्ज था। याचिकाकर्ता ने अदालत से मांग की है कि इस पूरे मामले की गंभीरता से जांच कराई जाए और अगर आरोप सही पाए जाते हैं तो सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए।

देश की सबसे बड़ी एयरलाइन इंडिगो को यात्रियों को पिछले कुछ समय से दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। करीब एक हफ्ते में इसकी 4,500 से ज्यादा फ्लाइट्स कैंसिल हो चुकी है। इस बीच प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने इंडिगो संकट पर बड़ा बयान दिया है। पीएम मोदी ने कहा है कि नियम-कानून बनाने का मकसद सिस्टम को बेहतर करना होना चाहिए, न कि आम नागरिकों को परेशान करना।





पीएम मोदी ने एनडीए सांसदों की बैठक के दौरान इंडिगो संकट पर ये बात कही।संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र के दौरान आज संसद परिसर में राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन (एनडीए) में शामिल दलों के सांसदों की बैठक हुई। 





सांसदों से सभी क्षेत्रों में सुधार का आह्वान

एनडीए संसदीय दल की बैठक के बाद केंद्रीय मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा, आज की बैठक में बिहार चुनावों में एनडीए की जीत के लिए सभी एनडीए नेताओं ने पीएम मोदी को बधाई दी। पीएम मोदी ने सभी एनडीए सांसदों को अपने-अपने निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए काम करने का मार्गदर्शन दिया। उन्होंने जनता के जीवन को आसान बनाने और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी क्षेत्रों में सुधार करने पर जोर दिया कि उन्हें कोई समस्या न हो।

बड़े एयरपोर्ट्स का जायजा लेंगे बड़े अधिकारी

इधर, इंडिगो एयरलाइन की वजह से हवाई अड्डों पर यात्रियों को हो रही भारी दिक्कतों को देखते हुए नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने एक बड़ा कदम उठाया है। मंत्रालय के डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी, डायरेक्टर और ज्वाइंट सेक्रेटरी जैसे बड़े अधिकारियों को आदेश दिया गया है कि वे जल्द ही देश के बड़े हवाई अड्डों पर जाकर जमीनी हकीकत का जायजा लें। ये अधिकारी मुंबई, बेंगलुरु, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, चेन्नई, अहमदाबाद, पुणे, गुवाहाटी, गोवा और तिरुवनंतपुरम जैसे हवाई अड्डों का दौरा करेंगे। इसका मकसद यह समझना है कि यात्रियों को किस तरह की परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

  लखनऊ । उत्तर प्रदेश के भूतत्व एवं खनिकर्म विभाग ने प्रदेशभर में अवैध खनन और ओवरलोडिंग के खिलाफ विशेष अभियान चलाया। अभियान के दौरान पिछले तीन दिनों में 5000 से अधिक खनिज परिवहन करने वाले वाहनों की जांच की गई। इनमें से करीब 400 वाहनों में नियमों का उल्लंघन पाया गया, जिन पर विभाग ने 1.5 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का अर्थदंड लगाया है। साथ ही इस दौरान 7 एफआईआर भी दर्ज कराई गई हैं।

भूतत्व एवं खनिकर्म विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा संचालित विशेष प्रवर्तन अभियान की समीक्षा करते हुए सचिव एवं निदेशक माला श्रीवास्तव ने अन्तर्राज्यीय सीमावर्ती जिलों को कड़े एवं स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि अन्य राज्यों से उपखनिजों का परिवहन केवल आईएसटीपी (ISTP) के साथ ही सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होने सम्बन्धित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि किसी भी दशा में ओवरलोडिंग न होने दी जाए।Source Point पर लोडिंग मानकों का पूर्ण अनुपालन कराया जाए।अवैध परिवहन एवं ओवरलोडिंग की रोकथाम हेतु स्थापित आई ओ टी आधारित पी टी जेड एवं ए एन पी आर कैमरा युक्त चेकगेट्स को 24×7 सक्रिय रखा जाए।

उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये हैं कि शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप कठोर, सतत एवं प्रभावी प्रवर्तन ही विभाग की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।बताया गया कि प्रदेश में अवैध खनन, अवैध परिवहन एवं ओवरलोडिंग पर पूर्ण नियंत्रण के उद्देश्य से भूतत्व एवं खनिकर्म विभाग द्वारा संचालित विशेष अभियान के तहत विगत तीन दिनों में 5000 से अधिक उपखनिज परिवहन करने वाले वाहनों की जांच की गई।जांच में अधिकांश वाहन आवश्यक परिवहन प्रपत्रों के साथ पाए गए, लगभग 400 वाहनों पर अवैध परिवहन/ओवरलोडिंग पाए जाने पर कड़ी कार्यवाही करते हुए रू1.5 करोड़ से अधिक का अर्थदण्ड अधिरोपित किया गया।

अभियान के दौरान 07 एफआईआर भी दर्ज कराई गई हैं।सोनभद्र मे 54,मीरजापुर मे 23,जालौन मे 32, बलिया मे 21,गोरखपुर 15 वाहनों पर व शेष अन्य जनपदों के 255 वाहनों, कुल लगभग 400 वाहनों पर नियमानुसार अर्थदण्ड अधिरोपित किया गया। इस अभियान के सफल संचालन हेतु विशेष सचिव/अपर निदेशक अरुण कुमार द्वारा सभी टीमों को निर्देश दिया गया कि अवैध खनन एवं परिवहन पर प्रभावी प्रवर्तन लगातार एवं कठोरता से संचालित रहे और किसी भी स्तर पर शिथिलता न बरती जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री  हेमन्त सोरेन की अध्यक्षता में आज (08 दिसंबर 2025) झारखंड मंत्रालय में आयोजित मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में राज्य के विकास, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, और किसान कल्याण से संबंधित 28 महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयों को स्वीकृति दी गई।

 किसान कल्याण एवं धान खरीद पर बड़ा फैसला
किसानों से किए गए वादे को पूरा करने की दिशा में सरकार ने सबसे बड़ा फैसला लिया है:

धान अधिप्राप्ति योजना: खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2025-26 एवं आगामी वर्षों के लिए 'झारखण्ड राज्य धान अधिप्राप्ति योजना' को स्वीकृति दी गई।

बोनस और MSP: धान के लिए निर्धारित न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) के अतिरिक्त राज्य सरकार द्वारा किसानों को बोनस की राशि को स्वीकृति दी गई। इसके लिए ₹48.60 करोड़ स्वीकृत किए गए।

अंतिम दर: न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य और बोनस दोनों मिलाकर ₹2,450 प्रति क्विंटल धान अधिप्राप्ति की दर निर्धारित किए जाने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

 प्रमुख सड़क एवं फ्लाईओवर परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति
बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत करने के लिए बड़ी राशि की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई:

रांची फ्लाईओवर: सिरमटोली चौक-राजेंद्र चौक-मेकॉन गोलचक्कर (2.34 किमी) पर चार लेन फ्लाईओवर/एलिवेटेड रोड सह आरओबी निर्माण कार्य के लिए ₹470.12 करोड़ की पुनरीक्षित प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति।

गुमला पथ: बांकुटोली-कुरकुरा बानो पथ (33.568 किमी) के चौड़ीकरण और मजबूतीकरण हेतु ₹140.51 करोड़ की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति।

गोड्डा पथ: घाटबंका से देवडांड़ वाया संदमारा (17.808 किमी) के चौड़ीकरण हेतु ₹127.54 करोड़ की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति।

साहेबगंज पथ: दिग्धी मोड़ से मालिन रिसौड़ मोड़ (8.176 किमी) के चौड़ीकरण हेतु ₹61.57 करोड़ की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति।

डालटनगंज सेतु: डालटनगंज से चैनपुर पथ में नॉर्थ कोयल नदी पर उच्चस्तरीय सेतु निर्माण हेतु ₹64.06 करोड़ की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति।

 शिक्षा एवं नियुक्ति
शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में और कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुपालन में महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय:

नए डिग्री कॉलेज:

नीलाम्बर पीताम्बर विश्वविद्यालय के अंतर्गत बालूमाथ, लातेहार में डिग्री महाविद्यालय के निर्माण हेतु ₹38.82 करोड़ की स्वीकृति।

विनोबाभावे विश्वविद्यालय के अंतर्गत सिमरिया, चतरा में डिग्री महाविद्यालय के निर्माण हेतु ₹34.62 करोड़ की स्वीकृति।

संस्कृत महाविद्यालय: सम्बद्धता प्राप्त उपशास्त्री (इंटर) और शास्त्री स्तर (स्नातक) के संस्कृत महाविद्यालयों के शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों को पंचम, छठा एवं सप्तम पुनरीक्षित वेतनमान की स्वीकृति।

RIMS प्रोन्नति: रिम्स, रांची के अधीन कार्यरत सरकारी सह-प्राध्यापकों को प्राध्यापक के पद पर दिनांक 01.07.2019 के प्रभाव से प्रोन्नति।

होमियोपैथिक इंटर्नी: राजकीय होमियोपैथिक चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, गोड्डा के इंटर्नी छात्र-छात्राओं के मासिक वृत्तिका (स्टाइपेंड) राशि में वृद्धि।

प्रोत्साहन योजना: "मुख्यमंत्री अनुसूचित जनजाति/अनुसूचित जाति सिविल सेवा प्रोत्साहन योजना" में संशोधन को स्वीकृति।

 प्रशासनिक एवं अन्य निर्णय
अवकाश: वर्ष 2026 में झारखंड सरकार के सरकारी कार्यालयों, उपक्रमों तथा बैंकों में सार्वजनिक एवं अन्य अवकाश घोषित करने की स्वीकृति।

बांध सुरक्षा: केंद्र सरकार के बांध सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2021 के तहत राज्य में State Committee on Dam Safety (SCDS) के पुनर्गठन की स्वीकृति।

गिद्ध संरक्षण: गिद्ध संरक्षण एवं प्रजनन केंद्र, मुटा के संचालन हेतु प्रधान मुख्य वन संरक्षक और Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS) के बीच MoU का अनुमोदन।

NTPC को लीज: बादम कोयला खनन परियोजना हेतु NTPC Ltd. के साथ हजारीबाग के बड़कागांव अंचल की कुल 94.535 एकड़ गैरमजरूआ खास एवं आम भूमि की 30 वर्षों के लिए सःशुल्क लीज बंदोबस्ती को स्वीकृति।

इंडिगो में जारी परिचालन संकट अभी भी जारी है। इंडिगो की फ्लाइट में रुकावट सातवें दिन भी जारी है। दिल्ली और मुंबई हवाई अड्डों पर सोमवार को भी इंडिगो की उड़ानें रद्द हो रही हैं और उनमें देरी हो रही है। दिल्ली के इंदिरा गांधी अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर इंडिगो ने कुल 134 फ्लाइट्स कैंसिल रद कर दी है। इंडिगो के अनुसार, 75 फ्लाइट जाने वाली और 59 फ्लाइट आने वाली रद की गई है।

इंडिगो की कई उड़ानें रद्द
दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट से सोमवार को 134 उड़ानें रद्द हुईं। वहीं मुंबई से 9 फ्लाइट्स कैंसिल हुई हैं। मुंबई से चंडीगढ़, नागपुर, बैंगलुरु, हैदराबाद, गोवा और दरभंगा की उड़ानें रद्द कर दी गईं। वहीं दिल्ली से बनारस, इंदौर, हैदराबाद, विजयवाड़ा और जम्मू की फ्लाइट कैंसिल हुई।

यात्रियों के लिए एक एडवाइजरी जारी
हालात को देखते हुए दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट ने सोमवार को सुबह साढ़े छह बजे यात्रियों के लिए एक एडवाइजरी जारी की और एडवाइजरी में बताया कि उड़ानों में देरी हो सकती है। एयरपोर्ट प्रबंधन ने कहा कि घर से निकलने से पहले फ्लाइट का स्टेटस चेक जरूर करें ताकि एयरपोर्ट पर परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े। 

इंडिगो संकट की जांच कर रही सरकार
बीते करीब एक सप्ताह में इंडिगो की करीब चार हजार उड़ानें रद्द हो चुकी हैं, जिससे देश का हवाई यातायात बुरी तरह से प्रभावित हुआ है। सरकार के दखल के बावजूद अभी तक हालात सामान्य नहीं हो सके हैं। इंडिगो में जारी संकट की सरकार द्वारा जांच की जा रही है। सरकार द्वारा गठित चार सदस्यीय समिति इस बात की भी जांच कर रही है कि क्या इंडिगो ने अक्तूबर तक समय बर्बाद किया और एफडीटीएल नियमों को लागू करने में छूट प्राप्त करने की कोशिश की? सरकार का मानना है कि देश की सबसे बड़ी विमानन कंपनी इंडिगो ने एफडीटीएल नियमों को लागू करने की कोई योजना नहीं बनाई, जिसके चलते परिचालन संकट पैदा हुआ। 

डीजीसीए को जवाब देने के लिए इंडिगो ने मांगा समय
इंडिगो एयरलाइन ने डीजीसीए के नोटिस का जवाब देने के लिए और समय देने की मांग की है। डीजीसीए ने शनिवार 6 दिसंबर को इंडिगो को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया था, जिसमें इंडिगो के परिचालन संकट पर जवाब मांगा गया था। डीजीसीए ने इंडिगो के सीईओ पीटर एल्बर्स और सीओओ और अकाउंटेबल मैनेजर पोर्केरास को जारी नोटिस में कहा कि बड़े पैमाने पर परिचालन योजना बनाने की असफलता और संसाधन प्रबंधन की चूक दिखाई देती है। नोटिस में कहा गया कि इंडिगो में जारी संकट का मुख्य कारण नए एफडीटीएल नियमों को लागू करने के लिए सही इंतजाम न करना है, ऐसे में एयरलाइन के खिलाफ कार्रवाई क्यों न की जाए

दिल्ली की राउज़ एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने कांग्रेस पार्टी की वरिष्ठ नेता सोनिया गांधी को नोटिस जारी किया है। अदालत ने कांग्रेस की पूर्व अध्यक्ष के खिलाफ कथित रूप से बिना भारतीय नागरिकता लिए वोटर लिस्ट में नाम शामिल कराने के मामले में नोटिस जारी किया है। कोर्ट ने सोनिया गांधी के अलावा दिल्ली पुलिस से भी जवाब मांगा है। 

राउज़ एवेन्यू सेशंस कोर्ट ने पूर्व कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष और राज्यसभा सांसद सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कराने की मांग वाली एक याचिका पर नोटिस जारी किया है। दिल्ली के राउज़ एवेन्यू सेशंस कोर्ट में एक याचिका दायर की गई है, जिसमें मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट के उस आदेश को चुनौती दी गई है, जिसमें कांग्रेस की वरिष्ठ नेता सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने की मांग को खारिज कर दिया गया था। आरोप है कि सोनिया गांधी ने वर्ष 1980 में कथित रूप से अपने नाम को मतदाता सूची में शामिल कराया था। यह याचिका अधिवक्ता विकस त्रिपाठी ने दायर की है। 

नागरिकता मिलने से पहले मतदाता सूची में नाम!
वकील विकास त्रिपाठी ने कोर्ट में रिवीजन पिटीशन दायर कर आरोप लगाया है कि सोनिया गांधी को 30 अप्रैल 1983 को भारत की नागरिकता मिली, लेकिन इसके तीन साल पहले यानी 1980 की मतदाता सूची में उनका नाम पहले से मौजूद था। याचिकाकर्ता का कहना है कि मतदाता सूची में नाम केवल उन्हीं का शामिल हो सकता है, जिनके पास भारतीय नागरिकता हो, इसलिए 1980 की लिस्ट में एंट्री अपने आप में संदेह पैदा करती है। 

फर्जी कागज के इस्तेमाल का अंदेशा
सवाल उठाया गया है कि जब वह भारतीय नागरिक नहीं थीं, तब 1980 की मतदाता सूची में उनका नाम कैसे जोड़ा गया। याचिकाकर्ता ने पूछा है कि 1980 में उनका नाम जोड़ने के लिए कौन से दस्तावेज दिए गए थे और क्या कोई गलत या फर्जी कागज इस्तेमाल किए गए थे।

सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग
दरअसल पिछले दिनों SIR को लेकर जारी विवाद के बीच ऐसे दावा किया गया कि सोनिया गांधी का नाम भारतीय नागरिक बनने से पहले कथित रूप से मतदाता सूची यानी इलेक्टोरल रोल में दर्ज था। याचिकाकर्ता ने अदालत से मांग की है कि इस पूरे मामले की गंभीरता से जांच कराई जाए और अगर आरोप सही पाए जाते हैं तो सोनिया गांधी के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए।

देश की सबसे बड़ी एयरलाइन इंडिगो को यात्रियों को पिछले कुछ समय से दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। करीब एक हफ्ते में इसकी 4,500 से ज्यादा फ्लाइट्स कैंसिल हो चुकी है। इस बीच प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने इंडिगो संकट पर बड़ा बयान दिया है। पीएम मोदी ने कहा है कि नियम-कानून बनाने का मकसद सिस्टम को बेहतर करना होना चाहिए, न कि आम नागरिकों को परेशान करना।





पीएम मोदी ने एनडीए सांसदों की बैठक के दौरान इंडिगो संकट पर ये बात कही।संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र के दौरान आज संसद परिसर में राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन (एनडीए) में शामिल दलों के सांसदों की बैठक हुई। 





सांसदों से सभी क्षेत्रों में सुधार का आह्वान

एनडीए संसदीय दल की बैठक के बाद केंद्रीय मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा, आज की बैठक में बिहार चुनावों में एनडीए की जीत के लिए सभी एनडीए नेताओं ने पीएम मोदी को बधाई दी। पीएम मोदी ने सभी एनडीए सांसदों को अपने-अपने निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए काम करने का मार्गदर्शन दिया। उन्होंने जनता के जीवन को आसान बनाने और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी क्षेत्रों में सुधार करने पर जोर दिया कि उन्हें कोई समस्या न हो।

बड़े एयरपोर्ट्स का जायजा लेंगे बड़े अधिकारी

इधर, इंडिगो एयरलाइन की वजह से हवाई अड्डों पर यात्रियों को हो रही भारी दिक्कतों को देखते हुए नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने एक बड़ा कदम उठाया है। मंत्रालय के डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी, डायरेक्टर और ज्वाइंट सेक्रेटरी जैसे बड़े अधिकारियों को आदेश दिया गया है कि वे जल्द ही देश के बड़े हवाई अड्डों पर जाकर जमीनी हकीकत का जायजा लें। ये अधिकारी मुंबई, बेंगलुरु, हैदराबाद, कोलकाता, चेन्नई, अहमदाबाद, पुणे, गुवाहाटी, गोवा और तिरुवनंतपुरम जैसे हवाई अड्डों का दौरा करेंगे। इसका मकसद यह समझना है कि यात्रियों को किस तरह की परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

  लखनऊ । उत्तर प्रदेश के भूतत्व एवं खनिकर्म विभाग ने प्रदेशभर में अवैध खनन और ओवरलोडिंग के खिलाफ विशेष अभियान चलाया। अभियान के दौरान पिछले तीन दिनों में 5000 से अधिक खनिज परिवहन करने वाले वाहनों की जांच की गई। इनमें से करीब 400 वाहनों में नियमों का उल्लंघन पाया गया, जिन पर विभाग ने 1.5 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का अर्थदंड लगाया है। साथ ही इस दौरान 7 एफआईआर भी दर्ज कराई गई हैं।

भूतत्व एवं खनिकर्म विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा संचालित विशेष प्रवर्तन अभियान की समीक्षा करते हुए सचिव एवं निदेशक माला श्रीवास्तव ने अन्तर्राज्यीय सीमावर्ती जिलों को कड़े एवं स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि अन्य राज्यों से उपखनिजों का परिवहन केवल आईएसटीपी (ISTP) के साथ ही सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होने सम्बन्धित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि किसी भी दशा में ओवरलोडिंग न होने दी जाए।Source Point पर लोडिंग मानकों का पूर्ण अनुपालन कराया जाए।अवैध परिवहन एवं ओवरलोडिंग की रोकथाम हेतु स्थापित आई ओ टी आधारित पी टी जेड एवं ए एन पी आर कैमरा युक्त चेकगेट्स को 24×7 सक्रिय रखा जाए।

उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये हैं कि शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप कठोर, सतत एवं प्रभावी प्रवर्तन ही विभाग की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।बताया गया कि प्रदेश में अवैध खनन, अवैध परिवहन एवं ओवरलोडिंग पर पूर्ण नियंत्रण के उद्देश्य से भूतत्व एवं खनिकर्म विभाग द्वारा संचालित विशेष अभियान के तहत विगत तीन दिनों में 5000 से अधिक उपखनिज परिवहन करने वाले वाहनों की जांच की गई।जांच में अधिकांश वाहन आवश्यक परिवहन प्रपत्रों के साथ पाए गए, लगभग 400 वाहनों पर अवैध परिवहन/ओवरलोडिंग पाए जाने पर कड़ी कार्यवाही करते हुए रू1.5 करोड़ से अधिक का अर्थदण्ड अधिरोपित किया गया।

मुख्यमंत्री  हेमन्त सोरेन की अध्यक्षता में आज (08 दिसंबर 2025) झारखंड मंत्रालय में आयोजित मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में राज्य के विकास, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, और किसान कल्याण से संबंधित 28 महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयों को स्वीकृति दी गई।

 किसान कल्याण एवं धान खरीद पर बड़ा फैसला
किसानों से किए गए वादे को पूरा करने की दिशा में सरकार ने सबसे बड़ा फैसला लिया है:

धान अधिप्राप्ति योजना: खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2025-26 एवं आगामी वर्षों के लिए 'झारखण्ड राज्य धान अधिप्राप्ति योजना' को स्वीकृति दी गई।

बोनस और MSP: धान के लिए निर्धारित न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) के अतिरिक्त राज्य सरकार द्वारा किसानों को बोनस की राशि को स्वीकृति दी गई। इसके लिए ₹48.60 करोड़ स्वीकृत किए गए।

अंतिम दर: न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य और बोनस दोनों मिलाकर ₹2,450 प्रति क्विंटल धान अधिप्राप्ति की दर निर्धारित किए जाने की स्वीकृति दी गई।

 प्रमुख सड़क एवं फ्लाईओवर परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति
बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत करने के लिए बड़ी राशि की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई:

रांची फ्लाईओवर: सिरमटोली चौक-राजेंद्र चौक-मेकॉन गोलचक्कर (2.34 किमी) पर चार लेन फ्लाईओवर/एलिवेटेड रोड सह आरओबी निर्माण कार्य के लिए ₹470.12 करोड़ की पुनरीक्षित प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति।

गुमला पथ: बांकुटोली-कुरकुरा बानो पथ (33.568 किमी) के चौड़ीकरण और मजबूतीकरण हेतु ₹140.51 करोड़ की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति।

गोड्डा पथ: घाटबंका से देवडांड़ वाया संदमारा (17.808 किमी) के चौड़ीकरण हेतु ₹127.54 करोड़ की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति।

साहेबगंज पथ: दिग्धी मोड़ से मालिन रिसौड़ मोड़ (8.176 किमी) के चौड़ीकरण हेतु ₹61.57 करोड़ की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति।

डालटनगंज सेतु: डालटनगंज से चैनपुर पथ में नॉर्थ कोयल नदी पर उच्चस्तरीय सेतु निर्माण हेतु ₹64.06 करोड़ की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति।

 शिक्षा एवं नियुक्ति
शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में और कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुपालन में महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय:

नए डिग्री कॉलेज:

नीलाम्बर पीताम्बर विश्वविद्यालय के अंतर्गत बालूमाथ, लातेहार में डिग्री महाविद्यालय के निर्माण हेतु ₹38.82 करोड़ की स्वीकृति।

विनोबाभावे विश्वविद्यालय के अंतर्गत सिमरिया, चतरा में डिग्री महाविद्यालय के निर्माण हेतु ₹34.62 करोड़ की स्वीकृति।

संस्कृत महाविद्यालय: सम्बद्धता प्राप्त उपशास्त्री (इंटर) और शास्त्री स्तर (स्नातक) के संस्कृत महाविद्यालयों के शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों को पंचम, छठा एवं सप्तम पुनरीक्षित वेतनमान की स्वीकृति।

RIMS प्रोन्नति: रिम्स, रांची के अधीन कार्यरत सरकारी सह-प्राध्यापकों को प्राध्यापक के पद पर दिनांक 01.07.2019 के प्रभाव से प्रोन्नति।

होमियोपैथिक इंटर्नी: राजकीय होमियोपैथिक चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, गोड्डा के इंटर्नी छात्र-छात्राओं के मासिक वृत्तिका (स्टाइपेंड) राशि में वृद्धि।

प्रोत्साहन योजना: "मुख्यमंत्री अनुसूचित जनजाति/अनुसूचित जाति सिविल सेवा प्रोत्साहन योजना" में संशोधन को स्वीकृति।

 प्रशासनिक एवं अन्य निर्णय
अवकाश: वर्ष 2026 में झारखंड सरकार के सरकारी कार्यालयों, उपक्रमों तथा बैंकों में सार्वजनिक एवं अन्य अवकाश घोषित करने की स्वीकृति।

बांध सुरक्षा: केंद्र सरकार के बांध सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2021 के तहत राज्य में State Committee on Dam Safety (SCDS) के पुनर्गठन की स्वीकृति।

गिद्ध संरक्षण: गिद्ध संरक्षण एवं प्रजनन केंद्र, मुटा के संचालन हेतु प्रधान मुख्य वन संरक्षक और Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS) के बीच MoU का अनुमोदन।

नहीं थम रहा इंडिगो का संकट, फ्लाइट रद्द होने का सिलसिला जारी, 350 से ज्यादा उड़ानें प्रभावित

इंडिगो में जारी परिचालन संकट अभी भी जारी है। इंडिगो की फ्लाइट में रुकावट सातवें दिन भी जारी है। दिल्ली और मुंबई हवाई अड्डों पर सोमवार को भी इंडिगो की उड़ानें रद्द हो रही हैं और उनमें देरी हो रही है। दिल्ली के इंदिरा गांधी अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर इंडिगो ने कुल 134 फ्लाइट्स कैंसिल रद कर दी है। इंडिगो के अनुसार, 75 फ्लाइट जाने वाली और 59 फ्लाइट आने वाली रद की गई है।

इंडिगो की कई उड़ानें रद्द
दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट से सोमवार को 134 उड़ानें रद्द हुईं। वहीं मुंबई से 9 फ्लाइट्स कैंसिल हुई हैं। मुंबई से चंडीगढ़, नागपुर, बैंगलुरु, हैदराबाद, गोवा और दरभंगा की उड़ानें रद्द कर दी गईं। वहीं दिल्ली से बनारस, इंदौर, हैदराबाद, विजयवाड़ा और जम्मू की फ्लाइट कैंसिल हुई।

यात्रियों के लिए एक एडवाइजरी जारी
हालात को देखते हुए दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट ने सोमवार को सुबह साढ़े छह बजे यात्रियों के लिए एक एडवाइजरी जारी की और एडवाइजरी में बताया कि उड़ानों में देरी हो सकती है। एयरपोर्ट प्रबंधन ने कहा कि घर से निकलने से पहले फ्लाइट का स्टेटस चेक जरूर करें ताकि एयरपोर्ट पर परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े। 

इंडिगो संकट की जांच कर रही सरकार
बीते करीब एक सप्ताह में इंडिगो की करीब चार हजार उड़ानें रद्द हो चुकी हैं, जिससे देश का हवाई यातायात बुरी तरह से प्रभावित हुआ है। सरकार के दखल के बावजूद अभी तक हालात सामान्य नहीं हो सके हैं। इंडिगो में जारी संकट की सरकार द्वारा जांच की जा रही है। सरकार द्वारा गठित चार सदस्यीय समिति इस बात की भी जांच कर रही है कि क्या इंडिगो ने अक्तूबर तक समय बर्बाद किया और एफडीटीएल नियमों को लागू करने में छूट प्राप्त करने की कोशिश की? सरकार का मानना है कि देश की सबसे बड़ी विमानन कंपनी इंडिगो ने एफडीटीएल नियमों को लागू करने की कोई योजना नहीं बनाई, जिसके चलते परिचालन संकट पैदा हुआ। 

डीजीसीए को जवाब देने के लिए इंडिगो ने मांगा समय
इंडिगो एयरलाइन ने डीजीसीए के नोटिस का जवाब देने के लिए और समय देने की मांग की है। डीजीसीए ने शनिवार 6 दिसंबर को इंडिगो को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया था, जिसमें इंडिगो के परिचालन संकट पर जवाब मांगा गया था। डीजीसीए ने इंडिगो के सीईओ पीटर एल्बर्स और सीओओ और अकाउंटेबल मैनेजर पोर्केरास को जारी नोटिस में कहा कि बड़े पैमाने पर परिचालन योजना बनाने की असफलता और संसाधन प्रबंधन की चूक दिखाई देती है। नोटिस में कहा गया कि इंडिगो में जारी संकट का मुख्य कारण नए एफडीटीएल नियमों को लागू करने के लिए सही इंतजाम न करना है, ऐसे में एयरलाइन के खिलाफ कार्रवाई क्यों न की जाए
