राहुल गांधी ने रायबरेली में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह को लेकर विवादित बयान दिया है। राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि एक तरफ प्रधानमंत्री लोगों से अपील करते हैं कि सोना मत खरीदो, पेट्रोल-डीजल कम इस्तेमाल करो और दूसरी तरफ खुद महंगी विदेश यात्राओं पर निकल जाते हैं। राहुल गांधी ने आपत्तिजनक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए कहा कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह गद्दार हैं।

कांग्रेस सांसद ने आगे कहा, नरेंद्र मोदी ने हिंदुस्तान के आर्थिक सिस्टम को बेच दिया है। फिर से बोलता हूं, नरेंद्र मोदी ने हिंदुस्तान के आर्थिक सिस्टम को बेच दिया है। उसने अडानी को, अंबानी को और अमेरिका को हिंदुस्तान का आर्थिक सिस्टम पकड़ा दिया है। अब आर्थिक तूफान आ रहा है और नरेंद्र मोदी और हिंदुस्तान की सरकार आपको नहीं बचा पाएगी। देखना, दो-तीन महीने में आपको पता लग जाएगा। कैसा जबरदस्त झटका लगने वाला है। और आप याद रखना, नरेंद्र मोदी कहेंगे, आपसे कहेंगे, रोएंगे, जैसे कोविड के समय रोया था। जैसे नोटबंदी के समय रोया था। रोएंगे और कहेंगे मेरी गलती नहीं है। और मैं आपको बता रहा हूं कि गलती सिर्फ नरेंद्र मोदी, अमित शाह और आरएसएस की है। क्योंकि इन्होंने संविधान को खत्म किया है।

बीजेपी ने किया पलटवार
राहुल गांधी के बयान पर बीजेपी ने भी पलटवार किया है। बीजेपी प्रवक्ता प्रदीप भंडारी ने कहा है कि राहुल गांधी ने 140 करोड़ देशवासियों को गद्दार कहा है। राहुल का बयान पाकिस्तान जैसी है। राहुल गांधी का रिमोट कंट्रोल देश विरोधी तत्वों के हाथों में है। कांग्रेस नेता हर वक्त देशविरोधी बातें करते हैं। राहुल गांधी की भाषा माओवादी, मुस्लिम लीग और अर्बन नक्सल जैसी है।

राहुल मानसिक संतुलन खो बैठे हैं- राकेश त्रिपाठी

खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि 20 मई 2026 की शाम, आकाश प्रेमियों और खगोल विज्ञान में रुचि रखने वाले लोगों के लिए अत्यंत विशेष रहने वाली है। इस दिन पश्चिमी आकाश में चंद्रमा और सौरमंडल के सबसे बड़े ग्रह बृहस्पति (Jupiter) की मनमोहक खगोलीय युति (Conjunction) देखने को मिलेगी। यह दृश्य सूर्यास्त के बाद से लेकर लगभग रात 10 बजे तक स्पष्ट रूप से देखा जा सकेगा, जिसके बाद दोनों खगोलीय पिंड पश्चिमी क्षितिज के नीचे चले जाएंगे। यह खगोलीय घटना बिना किसी दूरबीन के भी खुली आँखों से आसानी से देखी जा सकेगी।
  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह के अनुसार, 20 मई की शाम पश्चिम दिशा में एक चमकीले अर्धचंद्राकार चंद्रमा के पास बृहस्पति ग्रह दिखाई देगा। दोनों खगोलीय पिंड आकाश में एक-दूसरे के अत्यंत निकट प्रतीत होंगे, जिससे यह दृश्य अत्यंत आकर्षक लगेगा। खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि खगोल वैज्ञानिक दृष्टि से यह केवल दृष्टि-रेखा (Line of Sight) का प्रभाव होता है लेकिन वास्तव में चंद्रमा और बृहस्पति के बीच करोड़ों किलोमीटर की दूरी बनी रहती है।
  

  
 *क्या होती है युति?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि खगोल विज्ञान में “युति” उस स्थिति को कहा जाता है जब पृथ्वी से देखने पर दो खगोलीय पिंड आकाश में एक-दूसरे के बहुत पास दिखाई देते हैं। इस घटना में चंद्रमा और बृहस्पति एक ही खगोलीय देशांतर (Celestial Longitude) अथवा लगभग समान राइट एसेन्शन (Right Ascension) के आसपास दिखाई देंगे। वैज्ञानिक रूप से इसे ही युति (Conjunction)  कहा जाता है। 
  

  
 *कितना होगा इस दौरान मैग्नीट्यूड?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि इस दौरान चंद्रमा का औसत प्रत्यक्ष मैग्नीट्यूड लगभग माइनस 8.5 तथा बृहस्पति का मैग्नीट्यूड लगभग माइनस 1.78 के क़रीब रहेगा। खगोल विज्ञान में मैग्नीट्यूड किसी खगोलीय पिंड की चमक मापने की इकाई है। जितना अधिक ऋणात्मक (Negative) मैग्नीट्यूड का मान होता है, कोई भी खगोलीय पिण्ड उतना ही अधिक चमकीला दिखाई देता है। इसी कारण चंद्रमा अत्यधिक चमकीला और बृहस्पति उसके पास एक उज्ज्वल तारे जैसा दिखाई देगा। 
  

  
 *कितना होगा कोणीय अंतर (Angular Separation) ?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि खगोलीय गणनाओं के अनुसार 20 मई 2026 को चंद्रमा और बृहस्पति लगभग 3 डिग्री के कोणीय अंतर (Angular Separation) पर दिखाई देंगे। यह दूरी इतनी कम होगी कि दोनों को एक साथ साधारण आंखों से आसानी से देखा जा सकेगा। हालांकि यह दूरी इतनी कम नहीं होगी कि दोनों एक ही दूरबीन फ्रेम में उच्च आवर्धन पर दिखाई दें, लेकिन सामान्य दूरबीन और बाइनोक्युलर से यह दृश्य अत्यंत सुंदर दिखाई देगा।
  

  
 *किस दिशा में और किस तारामण्डल में देखें?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि यह खगोलीय युति पश्चिमी आकाश में मिथुन (Gemini) तारामंडल के क्षेत्र में दिखाई देगी। इसी क्षेत्र में प्रसिद्ध तारे कैस्टर (Castor) और पोलक्स (Pollux) भी मौजूद हैं। जिस शानदार खगोलीय मिथुन तारामंडल क्षेत्र में इस नज़ारे जिसमें बृहस्पति ग्रह और चंद्रमा की युति होगी, और उसी मिथुन तारामंडल क्षेत्र में नीचे की तरफ ही आप शुक्र ग्रह को भी अपनी साधारण आंखों से ही देख सकते हैं ,और इसके बाद धीरे धीरे आगामी आने वाले दिनों में बृहस्पति ग्रह और शुक्र ग्रह भी एक-दूसरे के निकट आते दिखाई देंगे,और अगले माह 9 जून 2026 को बृहस्पति ग्रह और शुक्र ग्रह की भी युति मिथुन तारामंडल में ही घटित होगी उस दौरान बुद्ध ग्रह भी मिथुन तारामंडल में दिखाई देगा इसलिए यह पूरा महीना और आगामी दिनों में ग्रहों ,उपग्रहों नक्षत्रों आदि के खगोलीय अवलोकन के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हो रहा है। 
  

  
 *कैसे देखें इस शानदार खगोलीय नज़ारे को?।* 
  

  
वीर बहादुर सिंह नक्षत्रशाला (तारामण्डल) गोरखपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश, भारत के खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि इस शानदार खगोलीय घटना को देखने के लिए आपको किसी विशेष खगोलीय उपकरण की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। यदि मौसम साफ हो और पश्चिम दिशा का क्षितिज खुला हो, तो शहरों से भी यह दृश्य आसानी से देखा जा सकेगा। लेकिन ग्रामीण इलाकों में यह दृश्य और भी अधिक स्पष्ट रूप में नज़र आयेगा। वैसे तो सूर्यास्त के बाद से ही आप इस युति को देखना शुरू कर सकते हैं लेकिन और भी अधिक बेहतर परिणाम हेतु सूर्यास्त के लगभग 30 से 40 मिनट बाद आकाश पर्याप्त अंधकारमय होने लगेगा और तभी यह युति सबसे बेहतर दिखाई देगी। ख़ासकर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों या कम प्रकाश प्रदूषण वाले स्थानों से यह दृश्य और अधिक स्पष्ट तथा आकर्षक दिखाई देगा। खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह का कहना है कि बृहस्पति सौरमंडल का सबसे बड़ा ग्रह है और इसका व्यास पृथ्वी से लगभग 11 गुना अधिक है। इसके चार प्रमुख उपग्रह, आयो (Io), यूरोपा (Europa), गैनीमीड (Ganymede) और कैलिस्टो (Callisto) जोकि छोटी दूरबीन से देखे जा सकते हैं। लेकिन यदि आप कोई अच्छी सी बाइनोक्युलर या छोटी दूरबीन का उपयोग करे तो वह बृहस्पति के पास इन उपग्रहों को छोटे प्रकाश बिंदुओं के रूप में देख सकते हैं और इस युति का भी विशेष आनंद भी उठा सकते हैं।
  

  
 *क्या होता है अर्थ शाइन और इस दौरान कैसे देखें ?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि अर्थशाइन (Earthshine) वह हल्की रोशनी होती है जो पृथ्वी से परावर्तित होकर चंद्रमा के अंधेरे भाग पर पड़ती है, जिससे चंद्रमा का धुंधला हिस्सा भी दिखाई देता है। इसे “चंद्रमा पर पृथ्वी की चमक” या अर्थ शाइन भी कहा जाता है। और 20 मई 2026 को दिखाई देने वाला चंद्रमा लगभग 4 दिन पुराना बढ़ता हुआ (Waxing Crescent) चंद्रमा होगा और इसकी प्रकाशित सतह लगभग 20 से 23 प्रतिशत के आसपास रहेगी। इसलिए चंद्रमा एक सुंदर पतले अर्धचंद्र के रूप में दिखाई देगा, इसी दौरान चंद्रमा पर आप अर्थ शाइन को भी देख सकते हैं जो इस दृश्य को और भी आकर्षक बनाएगा। 
  

  
 *क्या होगा, पृथ्वी पर इसका असर?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि खगोल विज्ञान में ऐसी युतियाँ केवल सुंदर दृश्य ही नहीं होतीं, बल्कि खगोल वैज्ञानिक अध्ययन के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण होती हैं। इन घटनाओं की सहायता से ग्रहों की स्थिति, कक्षीय गति और खगोलीय यांत्रिकी (Celestial Mechanics) को समझने में मदद मिलती है। प्राचीन भारतीय खगोलविद भी ग्रहों और चंद्रमा की युतियों का विस्तृत अध्ययन करते थे और कैलेंडर (पंचांग) निर्माण में उनका उपयोग किया जाता था।

आवारा कुत्तों पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला, डॉग लवर्स की याचिका की खारिज, नहीं बदला अपना पुराना आदेश

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आवारा कुत्‍तों पर अपने पूर्व के फैसलों को बदलने की मांग को खारिज कर दिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आवारा कुत्तों के बढ़ते खतरे और उनसे जुड़ी सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा चिंताओं को लेकर सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए अपने 25 नवंबर के आदेश में बदलाव करने से साफ इनकार कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने साफ कहा कि वह जमीनी सच्चाइयों से आंखें बंद नहीं की जा सकती। अदालत ने सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता बताते हुए कहा कि सरकारों की जिम्मेदारी है कि नागरिकों को भयमुक्त वातावरण उपलब्ध कराया जाए।

  

नसबंदी के बाद पुरानी जगहों पर छोड़ने का निर्देश देने से इनकार
स्टिस विक्रम नाथ, जस्टिस संदीप मेहता और जस्टिस एनवी अंजारिया की पीठ ने सुनवाई की। अदालत ने शैक्षणिक संस्थानों, बस स्टैंडों, रेलवे स्टेशनों, खेल परिसरों, अस्पतालों आदि जगहों से आवारा कुत्तों को हटाने के अपने पूर्व के निर्देशों को बदलने से इनकार कर दिया और कुत्तों को नसबंदी के बाद वापस पुरानी जगहों पर छोड़ने का निर्देश देने से इनकार कर दिया।

कुत्तों के काटने की घटना लगातार जारी
जस्टिस विक्रम नाथ की पीठ ने फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा, कुत्तों के काटने की घटना लगातार जारी है और यह दिखाता है कि संबंधित अथॉरिटी की लापरवाही है। डॉग बाइट की समस्या चिंता में डालने वाली है। राजस्थान के गंगानगर, सीकर, उदयपुर और भीलवाड़ा से हमें चौंकाने वाले आंकड़े मिले हैं। तमिलनाडु समेत दूसरे राज्यों से भी ऐसे ही आंकड़े सामने आए हैं। दिल्ली के IGI एयरपोर्ट में भी जनवरी से अब तक 31 डॉग बाइट की घटनाएं हुई हैं। विदेशी पर्यटकों को भी कुत्तों ने काटा है। देश भर में रैबीज से मौत की कई घटनाएं हुई हैं।

राइट टू लाइफ को लेकर राज्य सरकारों पर सख्त
शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा, "Animal Birth Control" नियमों को सही तरीके से लागू करने में गंभीर लापरवाही हुई है, जिसकी वजह से समस्या बढ़ी। राज्य और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों का यह दायित्व है कि लोगों के जीवन की रक्षा करें। राइट टू लाइफ की रक्षा करना राज्य और यूटी की जिम्मेदारी है।सुप्रीम कोर्ट की बेंच ने कहा कि यदि राज्य सरकारों और स्थानीय निकायों ने समय रहते दूरदर्शिता के साथ काम किया होता, तो आज स्थिति इतनी गंभीर नहीं होती। अदालत ने यह भी संकेत दिया कि सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर लोगों की सुरक्षा सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है और इस मुद्दे पर लापरवाही स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती।

गाइडलाइंस का कड़ाई से पालन करने का निर्देश
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को Animal Birth Control (ABC) गाइडलाइंस का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया है। अदालत ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि निर्देशों का पालन नहीं किया गया तो संबंधित राज्यों के खिलाफ अवमानना कार्यवाही शुरू की जा सकती है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि आवारा कुत्तों की समस्या से निपटने के लिए प्रभावी, व्यवस्थित और वैज्ञानिक कदम उठाना बेहद जरूरी है। अदालत ने निर्देश दिया कि देश के हर जिले में कम से कम एक ABC सेंटर स्थापित किया जाए, जहां प्रशिक्षित पशु चिकित्सकों और आवश्यक सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित हो। अदालत ने माना कि मौजूदा व्यवस्था कई स्थानों पर बेहद कमजोर है और इसका सीधा असर आम नागरिकों की सुरक्षा पर पड़ रहा है।

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने शराब नीति मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांता शर्मा को निशाना बनाने के लिए कथित तौर पर चलाए गए एक सुनियोजित सोशल मीडिया अभियान के संबंध में अरविंद केजरीवाल, मनीष सिसोदिया और अन्य को नोटिस जारी किया है।

  

चार हफ्ते में मांगा जवाब
दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट की डिवीजन बेंच ने 'आप' के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल, पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया और पार्टी के अन्य वरिष्ठ नेताओं को आपराधिक अवमानना के मामले में कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया है। अदालत ने अवमानना मामले में सभी नेताओं को अपना जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए चार सप्ताह का समय दिया है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 4 अगस्त को होगी।

आप नेताओं पर अवमानना करने के आरोप
आम आदमी पार्टी के नेताओं पर जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांता शर्मा के खिलाफ कथित तौर पर 'मानहानिकारक और अपमानजनक' टिप्पणियां करने का आरोप है। सुनवाई जस्टिस नवीन चावला और जस्टिस रविंदर डुडेजा की बेंच के पास है। जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांता शर्मा ने केजरीवाल समेत आम आदमी पार्टी के अन्य नेताओं के खिलाफ आपराधिक अवमानना की कार्यवाही शुरू करने के आदेश दिए थे। न्यायमूर्ति स्वर्णकांता शर्मा ने कहा था कि वे आबकारी नीति मामले के कुछ बरी किए गए आरोपियों द्वारा सोशल मीडिया पर उनके और अदालत के खिलाफ की गई अत्यंत अपमानजनक, मानहानिकारक और घृणित टिप्पणियों पर चुप नहीं रह सकती हैं।

कई सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट पर आपत्ति
जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांत शर्मा ने जोर देकर कहा था कि दिल्ली के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ने कानूनी उपायों को अपनाने के बजाय सोशल मीडिया पर उनके खिलाफ बदनामी का एक "सोचा-समझा अभियान" चलाया, और यह साफ किया कि सभी आरोपियों को बरी करने के खिलाफ सीबीआई की याचिका पर अब कोई दूसरी बेंच सुनवाई करेगी। जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांत शर्मा ने उन लोगों के कई सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट पर आपत्ति जताई, जिन पर अवमानना का आरोप है। इन पोस्ट में उन पर "राजनीतिक निष्ठा" और "जुड़ाव" रखने का आरोप लगाया गया था और कथित तौर पर वाराणसी के एक शिक्षण संस्थान में दिए गए उनके भाषण का एक गुमराह करने वाला "एडिट किया हुआ" वीडियो पोस्ट करके उन्हें निशाना बनाया गया था।

राहुल गांधी के बयान पर बीजेपी ने भी पलटवार किया है। बीजेपी प्रवक्ता प्रदीप भंडारी ने कहा है कि राहुल गांधी ने 140 करोड़ देशवासियों को गद्दार कहा है। राहुल का बयान पाकिस्तान जैसी है। राहुल गांधी का रिमोट कंट्रोल देश विरोधी तत्वों के हाथों में है। कांग्रेस नेता हर वक्त देशविरोधी बातें करते हैं। राहुल गांधी की भाषा माओवादी, मुस्लिम लीग और अर्बन नक्सल जैसी है।

खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया सूर्यास्त के बाद पश्चिमी आकाश में बनेगा अद्भुत नज़ारा, रात लगभग 10 बजे तक रहेगा दृश्य।
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि 20 मई 2026 की शाम, आकाश प्रेमियों और खगोल विज्ञान में रुचि रखने वाले लोगों के लिए अत्यंत विशेष रहने वाली है। इस दिन पश्चिमी आकाश में चंद्रमा और सौरमंडल के सबसे बड़े ग्रह बृहस्पति (Jupiter) की मनमोहक खगोलीय युति (Conjunction) देखने को मिलेगी। यह दृश्य सूर्यास्त के बाद से लेकर लगभग रात 10 बजे तक स्पष्ट रूप से देखा जा सकेगा, जिसके बाद दोनों खगोलीय पिंड पश्चिमी क्षितिज के नीचे चले जाएंगे। यह खगोलीय घटना बिना किसी दूरबीन के भी खुली आँखों से आसानी से देखी जा सकेगी।
  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह के अनुसार, 20 मई की शाम पश्चिम दिशा में एक चमकीले अर्धचंद्राकार चंद्रमा के पास बृहस्पति ग्रह दिखाई देगा। दोनों खगोलीय पिंड आकाश में एक-दूसरे के अत्यंत निकट प्रतीत होंगे, जिससे यह दृश्य अत्यंत आकर्षक लगेगा। खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि खगोल वैज्ञानिक दृष्टि से यह केवल दृष्टि-रेखा (Line of Sight) का प्रभाव होता है लेकिन वास्तव में चंद्रमा और बृहस्पति के बीच करोड़ों किलोमीटर की दूरी बनी रहती है।
  

  
 *क्या होती है युति?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि खगोल विज्ञान में “युति” उस स्थिति को कहा जाता है जब पृथ्वी से देखने पर दो खगोलीय पिंड आकाश में एक-दूसरे के बहुत पास दिखाई देते हैं। इस घटना में चंद्रमा और बृहस्पति एक ही खगोलीय देशांतर (Celestial Longitude) अथवा लगभग समान राइट एसेन्शन (Right Ascension) के आसपास दिखाई देंगे। वैज्ञानिक रूप से इसे ही युति (Conjunction)  कहा जाता है। 
  

  
 *कितना होगा इस दौरान मैग्नीट्यूड?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि इस दौरान चंद्रमा का औसत प्रत्यक्ष मैग्नीट्यूड लगभग माइनस 8.5 तथा बृहस्पति का मैग्नीट्यूड लगभग माइनस 1.78 के क़रीब रहेगा। खगोल विज्ञान में मैग्नीट्यूड किसी खगोलीय पिंड की चमक मापने की इकाई है। जितना अधिक ऋणात्मक (Negative) मैग्नीट्यूड का मान होता है, कोई भी खगोलीय पिण्ड उतना ही अधिक चमकीला दिखाई देता है। इसी कारण चंद्रमा अत्यधिक चमकीला और बृहस्पति उसके पास एक उज्ज्वल तारे जैसा दिखाई देगा। 
  

  
 *कितना होगा कोणीय अंतर (Angular Separation) ?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि खगोलीय गणनाओं के अनुसार 20 मई 2026 को चंद्रमा और बृहस्पति लगभग 3 डिग्री के कोणीय अंतर (Angular Separation) पर दिखाई देंगे। यह दूरी इतनी कम होगी कि दोनों को एक साथ साधारण आंखों से आसानी से देखा जा सकेगा। हालांकि यह दूरी इतनी कम नहीं होगी कि दोनों एक ही दूरबीन फ्रेम में उच्च आवर्धन पर दिखाई दें, लेकिन सामान्य दूरबीन और बाइनोक्युलर से यह दृश्य अत्यंत सुंदर दिखाई देगा।
  

  
 *किस दिशा में और किस तारामण्डल में देखें?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि यह खगोलीय युति पश्चिमी आकाश में मिथुन (Gemini) तारामंडल के क्षेत्र में दिखाई देगी। इसी क्षेत्र में प्रसिद्ध तारे कैस्टर (Castor) और पोलक्स (Pollux) भी मौजूद हैं। जिस शानदार खगोलीय मिथुन तारामंडल क्षेत्र में इस नज़ारे जिसमें बृहस्पति ग्रह और चंद्रमा की युति होगी, और उसी मिथुन तारामंडल क्षेत्र में नीचे की तरफ ही आप शुक्र ग्रह को भी अपनी साधारण आंखों से ही देख सकते हैं ,और इसके बाद धीरे धीरे आगामी आने वाले दिनों में बृहस्पति ग्रह और शुक्र ग्रह भी एक-दूसरे के निकट आते दिखाई देंगे,और अगले माह 9 जून 2026 को बृहस्पति ग्रह और शुक्र ग्रह की भी युति मिथुन तारामंडल में ही घटित होगी उस दौरान बुद्ध ग्रह भी मिथुन तारामंडल में दिखाई देगा इसलिए यह पूरा महीना और आगामी दिनों में ग्रहों ,उपग्रहों नक्षत्रों आदि के खगोलीय अवलोकन के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हो रहा है। 
  

  
 *कैसे देखें इस शानदार खगोलीय नज़ारे को?।* 
  

  
वीर बहादुर सिंह नक्षत्रशाला (तारामण्डल) गोरखपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश, भारत के खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि इस शानदार खगोलीय घटना को देखने के लिए आपको किसी विशेष खगोलीय उपकरण की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। यदि मौसम साफ हो और पश्चिम दिशा का क्षितिज खुला हो, तो शहरों से भी यह दृश्य आसानी से देखा जा सकेगा। लेकिन ग्रामीण इलाकों में यह दृश्य और भी अधिक स्पष्ट रूप में नज़र आयेगा। वैसे तो सूर्यास्त के बाद से ही आप इस युति को देखना शुरू कर सकते हैं लेकिन और भी अधिक बेहतर परिणाम हेतु सूर्यास्त के लगभग 30 से 40 मिनट बाद आकाश पर्याप्त अंधकारमय होने लगेगा और तभी यह युति सबसे बेहतर दिखाई देगी। ख़ासकर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों या कम प्रकाश प्रदूषण वाले स्थानों से यह दृश्य और अधिक स्पष्ट तथा आकर्षक दिखाई देगा। खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह का कहना है कि बृहस्पति सौरमंडल का सबसे बड़ा ग्रह है और इसका व्यास पृथ्वी से लगभग 11 गुना अधिक है। इसके चार प्रमुख उपग्रह, आयो (Io), यूरोपा (Europa), गैनीमीड (Ganymede) और कैलिस्टो (Callisto) जोकि छोटी दूरबीन से देखे जा सकते हैं। लेकिन यदि आप कोई अच्छी सी बाइनोक्युलर या छोटी दूरबीन का उपयोग करे तो वह बृहस्पति के पास इन उपग्रहों को छोटे प्रकाश बिंदुओं के रूप में देख सकते हैं और इस युति का भी विशेष आनंद भी उठा सकते हैं।
  

  
 *क्या होता है अर्थ शाइन और इस दौरान कैसे देखें ?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि अर्थशाइन (Earthshine) वह हल्की रोशनी होती है जो पृथ्वी से परावर्तित होकर चंद्रमा के अंधेरे भाग पर पड़ती है, जिससे चंद्रमा का धुंधला हिस्सा भी दिखाई देता है। इसे “चंद्रमा पर पृथ्वी की चमक” या अर्थ शाइन भी कहा जाता है। और 20 मई 2026 को दिखाई देने वाला चंद्रमा लगभग 4 दिन पुराना बढ़ता हुआ (Waxing Crescent) चंद्रमा होगा और इसकी प्रकाशित सतह लगभग 20 से 23 प्रतिशत के आसपास रहेगी। इसलिए चंद्रमा एक सुंदर पतले अर्धचंद्र के रूप में दिखाई देगा, इसी दौरान चंद्रमा पर आप अर्थ शाइन को भी देख सकते हैं जो इस दृश्य को और भी आकर्षक बनाएगा। 
  

  
 *क्या होगा, पृथ्वी पर इसका असर?।* 
  

  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि खगोल विज्ञान में ऐसी युतियाँ केवल सुंदर दृश्य ही नहीं होतीं, बल्कि खगोल वैज्ञानिक अध्ययन के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण होती हैं। इन घटनाओं की सहायता से ग्रहों की स्थिति, कक्षीय गति और खगोलीय यांत्रिकी (Celestial Mechanics) को समझने में मदद मिलती है। प्राचीन भारतीय खगोलविद भी ग्रहों और चंद्रमा की युतियों का विस्तृत अध्ययन करते थे और कैलेंडर (पंचांग) निर्माण में उनका उपयोग किया जाता था।
  
खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि इस प्रकार की घटनाएँ लोगों में विज्ञान और अंतरिक्ष के प्रति जिज्ञासा उत्पन्न करती हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि बच्चों और युवाओं को ऐसी घटनाओं का अवलोकन अवश्य करना चाहिए, क्योंकि यह उन्हें प्रत्यक्ष रूप से ब्रह्मांड की गतिशीलता को समझने का अवसर प्रदान करता है। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की है कि वे 20 मई 2026 की शाम पश्चिम दिशा में खुला स्थान चुनकर इस अद्भुत खगोलीय दृश्य का आनंद लें। वैज्ञानिक दृष्टि से यह घटना पूर्णतः प्राकृतिक और सुरक्षित है। इसका पृथ्वी पर किसी प्रकार का नकारात्मक प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता है ,यह केवल ग्रहों और चंद्रमा की नियमित कक्षीय गति का परिणाम है। अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान के अनुसार पृथ्वी, चंद्रमा और ग्रह निरंतर सूर्य की परिक्रमा करते रहते हैं, और समय-समय पर उनकी स्थिति ऐसी बनती है कि वे पृथ्वी से देखने पर एक-दूसरे के निकट दिखाई देते हैं। इस प्रकार 20 मई 2026 की शाम खगोलीय घटनाओं के प्रेमियों के लिए एक यादगार अवसर बनने जा रही है, जब आकाश में चंद्रमा और बृहस्पति की चमकदार युति पश्चिमी क्षितिज को अद्भुत सौंदर्य से भर देगी।
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
 

आवारा कुत्तों पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला, डॉग लवर्स की याचिका की खारिज, नहीं बदला अपना पुराना आदेश

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आवारा कुत्‍तों पर अपने पूर्व के फैसलों को बदलने की मांग को खारिज कर दिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आवारा कुत्तों के बढ़ते खतरे और उनसे जुड़ी सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा चिंताओं को लेकर सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए अपने 25 नवंबर के आदेश में बदलाव करने से साफ इनकार कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने साफ कहा कि वह जमीनी सच्चाइयों से आंखें बंद नहीं की जा सकती। अदालत ने सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता बताते हुए कहा कि सरकारों की जिम्मेदारी है कि नागरिकों को भयमुक्त वातावरण उपलब्ध कराया जाए।

  

नसबंदी के बाद पुरानी जगहों पर छोड़ने का निर्देश देने से इनकार
स्टिस विक्रम नाथ, जस्टिस संदीप मेहता और जस्टिस एनवी अंजारिया की पीठ ने सुनवाई की। अदालत ने शैक्षणिक संस्थानों, बस स्टैंडों, रेलवे स्टेशनों, खेल परिसरों, अस्पतालों आदि जगहों से आवारा कुत्तों को हटाने के अपने पूर्व के निर्देशों को बदलने से इनकार कर दिया और कुत्तों को नसबंदी के बाद वापस पुरानी जगहों पर छोड़ने का निर्देश देने से इनकार कर दिया।

कुत्तों के काटने की घटना लगातार जारी
जस्टिस विक्रम नाथ की पीठ ने फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा, कुत्तों के काटने की घटना लगातार जारी है और यह दिखाता है कि संबंधित अथॉरिटी की लापरवाही है। डॉग बाइट की समस्या चिंता में डालने वाली है। राजस्थान के गंगानगर, सीकर, उदयपुर और भीलवाड़ा से हमें चौंकाने वाले आंकड़े मिले हैं। तमिलनाडु समेत दूसरे राज्यों से भी ऐसे ही आंकड़े सामने आए हैं। दिल्ली के IGI एयरपोर्ट में भी जनवरी से अब तक 31 डॉग बाइट की घटनाएं हुई हैं। विदेशी पर्यटकों को भी कुत्तों ने काटा है। देश भर में रैबीज से मौत की कई घटनाएं हुई हैं।

राइट टू लाइफ को लेकर राज्य सरकारों पर सख्त
शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा, "Animal Birth Control" नियमों को सही तरीके से लागू करने में गंभीर लापरवाही हुई है, जिसकी वजह से समस्या बढ़ी। राज्य और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों का यह दायित्व है कि लोगों के जीवन की रक्षा करें। राइट टू लाइफ की रक्षा करना राज्य और यूटी की जिम्मेदारी है।सुप्रीम कोर्ट की बेंच ने कहा कि यदि राज्य सरकारों और स्थानीय निकायों ने समय रहते दूरदर्शिता के साथ काम किया होता, तो आज स्थिति इतनी गंभीर नहीं होती। अदालत ने यह भी संकेत दिया कि सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर लोगों की सुरक्षा सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है और इस मुद्दे पर लापरवाही स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती।

गाइडलाइंस का कड़ाई से पालन करने का निर्देश
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को Animal Birth Control (ABC) गाइडलाइंस का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया है। अदालत ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि निर्देशों का पालन नहीं किया गया तो संबंधित राज्यों के खिलाफ अवमानना कार्यवाही शुरू की जा सकती है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि आवारा कुत्तों की समस्या से निपटने के लिए प्रभावी, व्यवस्थित और वैज्ञानिक कदम उठाना बेहद जरूरी है। अदालत ने निर्देश दिया कि देश के हर जिले में कम से कम एक ABC सेंटर स्थापित किया जाए, जहां प्रशिक्षित पशु चिकित्सकों और आवश्यक सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित हो। अदालत ने माना कि मौजूदा व्यवस्था कई स्थानों पर बेहद कमजोर है और इसका सीधा असर आम नागरिकों की सुरक्षा पर पड़ रहा है।

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने शराब नीति मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांता शर्मा को निशाना बनाने के लिए कथित तौर पर चलाए गए एक सुनियोजित सोशल मीडिया अभियान के संबंध में अरविंद केजरीवाल, मनीष सिसोदिया और अन्य को नोटिस जारी किया है।

  

चार हफ्ते में मांगा जवाब
दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट की डिवीजन बेंच ने 'आप' के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल, पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया और पार्टी के अन्य वरिष्ठ नेताओं को आपराधिक अवमानना के मामले में कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया है। अदालत ने अवमानना मामले में सभी नेताओं को अपना जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए चार सप्ताह का समय दिया है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई 4 अगस्त को होगी।

आप नेताओं पर अवमानना करने के आरोप
आम आदमी पार्टी के नेताओं पर जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांता शर्मा के खिलाफ कथित तौर पर 'मानहानिकारक और अपमानजनक' टिप्पणियां करने का आरोप है। सुनवाई जस्टिस नवीन चावला और जस्टिस रविंदर डुडेजा की बेंच के पास है। जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांता शर्मा ने केजरीवाल समेत आम आदमी पार्टी के अन्य नेताओं के खिलाफ आपराधिक अवमानना की कार्यवाही शुरू करने के आदेश दिए थे। न्यायमूर्ति स्वर्णकांता शर्मा ने कहा था कि वे आबकारी नीति मामले के कुछ बरी किए गए आरोपियों द्वारा सोशल मीडिया पर उनके और अदालत के खिलाफ की गई अत्यंत अपमानजनक, मानहानिकारक और घृणित टिप्पणियों पर चुप नहीं रह सकती हैं।

कई सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट पर आपत्ति
जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांत शर्मा ने जोर देकर कहा था कि दिल्ली के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ने कानूनी उपायों को अपनाने के बजाय सोशल मीडिया पर उनके खिलाफ बदनामी का एक "सोचा-समझा अभियान" चलाया, और यह साफ किया कि सभी आरोपियों को बरी करने के खिलाफ सीबीआई की याचिका पर अब कोई दूसरी बेंच सुनवाई करेगी। जस्टिस स्वर्ण कांत शर्मा ने उन लोगों के कई सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट पर आपत्ति जताई, जिन पर अवमानना का आरोप है। इन पोस्ट में उन पर "राजनीतिक निष्ठा" और "जुड़ाव" रखने का आरोप लगाया गया था और कथित तौर पर वाराणसी के एक शिक्षण संस्थान में दिए गए उनके भाषण का एक गुमराह करने वाला "एडिट किया हुआ" वीडियो पोस्ट करके उन्हें निशाना बनाया गया था।
