झारखंड के पश्चिमी सिंहभूम जिले के सारंडा वन क्षेत्र में गुरुवार सुबह सुरक्षाबलों और प्रतिबंधित माओवादी संगठन के बीच जबरदस्त मुठभेड़ हुई। इस ऑपरेशन में कई शीर्ष इनामी माओवादियों के मारे जाने की प्रारंभिक सूचना है। इस मुठभेड़ में एक करोड़ के इनामी नक्सली अनल दा के मारे जाने की खबर है।
 
मुठभेड़ छोटानागरा थाना क्षेत्र के घने और दुर्गम जंगलों में तब हुई, जब नक्सलियों की मौजूदगी की गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर सुरक्षाबलों ने संयुक्त अभियान शुरू किया था। सुरक्षाबलों को खुफिया जानकारी मिली थी कि इलाके में नक्सली बड़ी घटना की साजिश रच रहे हैं, जिसके बाद घेराबंदी शुरू की गई।

नक्सल गतिविधियों की जानकारी के बाद ऑपरेशन
जानकारी के अनुसार, सीआरपीएफ और झारखंड पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को सारंडा के जंगलों में नक्सलियों की गतिविधियों की सूचना मिली थी। इसके बाद कोबरा बटालियन, झारखंड जगुआर और जिला पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने इलाके में सर्च ऑपरेशन शुरू किया। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान जैसे ही सुरक्षाबल नक्सलियों के नजदीक पहुंचे, नक्सलियों ने खुद को घिरा हुआ देख अंधाधुंध फायरिंग शुरू कर दी।

भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद
इसके बाद सुरक्षाबलों ने जवाबी कार्रवाई शुरु की। सुरक्षाबलों को भारी पड़ता देख कुछ माओवादी भागने में सफल हो गए और कुछ को गोली लग गई है। एनकाउंटर के बाद चलाए गए सर्च अभियान में भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद किए गए हैं, जिनमें एके-47, इंसास राइफल, एसएलआर और सैकड़ों कारतूस शामिल हैं। स्थानीय ग्रामीणों की मदद से शवों की पहचान की जा रही है। पुलिस फरार नक्सलियों की तलाश में जुटी है।

कई बड़े नक्सलियों के मारे जाने की सूचना
सूत्रों के हवाले से खबर है कि इस मुठभेड़ में 1 करोड़ रुपये के इनामी एक शीर्ष माओवादी कमांडर को भी ढेर कर दिया गया है। हालांकि, पुलिस प्रशासन ने अभी तक मारे गए नक्सलियों की संख्या और उनकी पहचान की आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की है। कोल्हान प्रमंडल के डीआईजी अनुरंजन किस्पोट्टा ने मुठभेड़ की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया कि सुरक्षाबलों का ऑपरेशन फिलहाल जारी है। क्षेत्र की विषम भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए सावधानी बरती जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऑपरेशन समाप्त होने के बाद ही विस्तृत जानकारी साझा की जाएगी। मुठभेड़ के बाद सारंडा के पूरे जंगली क्षेत्र में हाई अलर्ट घोषित कर दिया गया है।

कौन होगा 'नगर मित्र' और क्या होगी जिम्मेदारी?
नगर मित्र कोई बाहरी व्यक्ति नहीं, बल्कि उसी वार्ड का निवासी होगा। उनकी भूमिका केवल निगरानी तक सीमित नहीं रहकर नेतृत्व की होगी:
 
निगरानी: अपने घर के आसपास के 10 घरों (दोनों तरफ 5-5 घर) की सड़क और गली की नियमित निगरानी करेंगे।
 
जागरूकता: लोगों को गीला और सूखा कचरा अलग करने तथा 'डोर-टू-डोर' कचरा संग्रहण गाड़ियों का उपयोग करने के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।
 
सेतु की भूमिका: सफाई संबंधी किसी भी समस्या की जानकारी तुरंत निगम को देंगे ताकि त्वरित समाधान हो सके।

नगर मित्र का चयन सफाई इंस्पेक्टर और सिटी मैनेजर की देखरेख में होगा। चयन से पहले संबंधित व्यक्ति के पड़ोसियों से फीडबैक लिया जाएगा ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि चुना गया व्यक्ति वाकई स्वच्छता के प्रति संवेदनशील और जागरूक है।

गणतंत्र दिवस से पहले दिल्ली पुलिस सुरक्षा को लेकर सतर्क हो गई है। 26 जनवरी को होने वाले 77वें गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह से पहले दिल्ली पुलिस ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर सख्ती बढ़ा दी है। इसी के तहत अलर्ट करते हुए पोस्टर जारी किया है। इस पोस्टर में अल कायदा के आतंकवादी का तस्वीर जारी की है। 

दिल्ली के एक आतंकवादी की तस्वीर भी जारी
गणतंत्र दिवस से पहले दिल्ली पुलिस जो पोस्टर जारी किया है, उसमें 6 आतंकवादियों को दिखाया गया है। इन पोस्टरों में पहली बार दिल्ली के एक आतंकवादी की तस्वीर लगाई गई है। यह आतंकवादी मोहम्मद रेहान है, जो अल-कायदा इन द इंडियन सबकॉन्टिनेंट (AQIS) से जुड़ा हुआ है। पुलिस और खुफिया एजेंसियां उसे काफी समय से ढूंढ रही हैं। दिल्ली पुलिस के मुताबिक, मोहम्मद रेहान एक वांटेड आतंकवादी है।

खुफिया एजेंसियों से मिले खतरे के इनपुट्स
दिल्ली पुलिस के अनुसार, खुफिया एजेंसियों से मिले कई आतंकी खतरे के इनपुट्स को देखते हुए कर्तव्य पथ और पूरे नई दिल्ली जिले में अत्याधुनिक तकनीक आधारित बहुस्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था लागू की गई है।

गणतंत्र दिवस के लिए सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के तहत दिल्ली पुलिस एकीकृत चेहरा पहचान प्रणाली (एफआरएस) से लैस ‘स्मार्ट चश्मे’ का उपयोग करेगी। एक अधिकारी ने बुधवार को कहा कि कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) से लैस ये उपकरण अपराधियों और संदिग्धों के पुलिस डेटाबेस से जुड़े होंगे, जिससे जमीनी स्तर पर तैनात कर्मियों को उनकी तुरंत पहचान करने में मदद मिलेगी।

ऊंची इमारतों पर स्नाइपर टीमों की तैनाती
गणतंत्र दिवस के दिन करीब 10 हजार पुलिसकर्मी तैनात रहेंगे और अब तक जमीन पर 9 बार ब्रीफिंग और रिहर्सल की जा चुकी है। सुरक्षा के तहत एंटी-ड्रोन यूनिट्स को हवाई निगरानी के लिए तैनात किया गया है, वहीं ऊंची इमारतों पर स्नाइपर टीमों की भी तैनाती की गई है। किसी भी संभावित खतरे को रोकने के लिए होटल, गेस्ट हाउस, किरायेदारों और घरेलू सहायकों का व्यापक सत्यापन अभियान भी चलाया जा रहा है।

झारखंड के स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में बड़ी क्रांति: सभी 245 ब्लॉकों में खुलेंगे 'पब्लिक हेल्थ यूनिट', 203 करोड़ की योजना मंजूर
रांची, 21 जनवरी 2026: मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमन्त सोरेन के नेतृत्व में झारखंड सरकार ने राज्य की स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली को गांव-गांव तक मजबूत करने के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक निर्णय लिया है। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. इरफान अंसारी ने घोषणा की है कि राज्य के सभी जिलों के विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में कुल 203 करोड़ 35 लाख रुपये की लागत से 245 ब्लॉक पब्लिक हेल्थ यूनिट (BPHU) स्थापित किए जाएंगे।


					

						

						

					

					

क्या है ब्लॉक पब्लिक हेल्थ यूनिट (BPHU)?
यह इकाई ब्लॉक स्तर पर एक आधुनिक स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा कवच के रूप में कार्य करेगी। इसके तहत तीन प्रमुख स्तंभ होंगे:

ब्लॉक पब्लिक हेल्थ प्रयोगशाला (BPHL): जहां बीमारियों की सटीक और त्वरित जांच होगी।

ब्लॉक हेल्थ मैनेजमेंट इंफॉर्मेशन सिस्टम (HMIS) सेल: जो स्वास्थ्य संबंधी डेटा का प्रबंधन करेगा।

समन्वय केंद्र: जो सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (CHC) या अनुमंडलीय अस्पताल के साथ मिलकर काम करेगा।

झारखंड के पश्चिमी सिंहभूम जिले के सारंडा वन क्षेत्र में गुरुवार सुबह सुरक्षाबलों और प्रतिबंधित माओवादी संगठन के बीच जबरदस्त मुठभेड़ हुई। इस ऑपरेशन में कई शीर्ष इनामी माओवादियों के मारे जाने की प्रारंभिक सूचना है। इस मुठभेड़ में एक करोड़ के इनामी नक्सली अनल दा के मारे जाने की खबर है।
 
मुठभेड़ छोटानागरा थाना क्षेत्र के घने और दुर्गम जंगलों में तब हुई, जब नक्सलियों की मौजूदगी की गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर सुरक्षाबलों ने संयुक्त अभियान शुरू किया था। सुरक्षाबलों को खुफिया जानकारी मिली थी कि इलाके में नक्सली बड़ी घटना की साजिश रच रहे हैं, जिसके बाद घेराबंदी शुरू की गई।

नक्सल गतिविधियों की जानकारी के बाद ऑपरेशन
जानकारी के अनुसार, सीआरपीएफ और झारखंड पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को सारंडा के जंगलों में नक्सलियों की गतिविधियों की सूचना मिली थी। इसके बाद कोबरा बटालियन, झारखंड जगुआर और जिला पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने इलाके में सर्च ऑपरेशन शुरू किया। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान जैसे ही सुरक्षाबल नक्सलियों के नजदीक पहुंचे, नक्सलियों ने खुद को घिरा हुआ देख अंधाधुंध फायरिंग शुरू कर दी।

भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद
इसके बाद सुरक्षाबलों ने जवाबी कार्रवाई शुरु की। सुरक्षाबलों को भारी पड़ता देख कुछ माओवादी भागने में सफल हो गए और कुछ को गोली लग गई है। एनकाउंटर के बाद चलाए गए सर्च अभियान में भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद किए गए हैं, जिनमें एके-47, इंसास राइफल, एसएलआर और सैकड़ों कारतूस शामिल हैं। स्थानीय ग्रामीणों की मदद से शवों की पहचान की जा रही है। पुलिस फरार नक्सलियों की तलाश में जुटी है।

कई बड़े नक्सलियों के मारे जाने की सूचना
सूत्रों के हवाले से खबर है कि इस मुठभेड़ में 1 करोड़ रुपये के इनामी एक शीर्ष माओवादी कमांडर को भी ढेर कर दिया गया है। हालांकि, पुलिस प्रशासन ने अभी तक मारे गए नक्सलियों की संख्या और उनकी पहचान की आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की है। कोल्हान प्रमंडल के डीआईजी अनुरंजन किस्पोट्टा ने मुठभेड़ की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया कि सुरक्षाबलों का ऑपरेशन फिलहाल जारी है। क्षेत्र की विषम भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए सावधानी बरती जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऑपरेशन समाप्त होने के बाद ही विस्तृत जानकारी साझा की जाएगी। मुठभेड़ के बाद सारंडा के पूरे जंगली क्षेत्र में हाई अलर्ट घोषित कर दिया गया है।

पटना: शहर को स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण की रैंकिंग में शीर्ष पर लाने के लिए पटना नगर निगम ने एक अनूठी पहल ‘नगर मित्र’ की शुरुआत की है। इस योजना के तहत शहर के प्रत्येक वार्ड से एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक को ‘नगर मित्र’ के रूप में चुना जाएगा, जो स्वच्छता अभियान को जन-आंदोलन का रूप देने में मदद करेंगे।
 
कौन होगा 'नगर मित्र' और क्या होगी जिम्मेदारी?
नगर मित्र कोई बाहरी व्यक्ति नहीं, बल्कि उसी वार्ड का निवासी होगा। उनकी भूमिका केवल निगरानी तक सीमित नहीं रहकर नेतृत्व की होगी:
 
निगरानी: अपने घर के आसपास के 10 घरों (दोनों तरफ 5-5 घर) की सड़क और गली की नियमित निगरानी करेंगे।
 
जागरूकता: लोगों को गीला और सूखा कचरा अलग करने तथा 'डोर-टू-डोर' कचरा संग्रहण गाड़ियों का उपयोग करने के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे।
 
सेतु की भूमिका: सफाई संबंधी किसी भी समस्या की जानकारी तुरंत निगम को देंगे ताकि त्वरित समाधान हो सके।
 
प्रोत्साहन: सड़क, गली या नालियों में कचरा फेंकने वालों को टोकना और उन्हें स्वच्छ आदतों के प्रति जागरूक करना।

चयन प्रक्रिया: पारदर्शिता पर जोर
नगर मित्र का चयन सफाई इंस्पेक्टर और सिटी मैनेजर की देखरेख में होगा। चयन से पहले संबंधित व्यक्ति के पड़ोसियों से फीडबैक लिया जाएगा ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि चुना गया व्यक्ति वाकई स्वच्छता के प्रति संवेदनशील और जागरूक है।
 
'नगर शत्रु' अभियान में अब तक 2000 चिह्नित
नगर निगम का 'नगर शत्रु' पकड़ने का अभियान भी समानांतर रूप से जारी है। अब तक विभिन्न अंचलों से लगभग 2000 लोगों को चिह्नित किया गया है:

गणतंत्र दिवस से पहले दिल्ली पुलिस सुरक्षा को लेकर सतर्क हो गई है। 26 जनवरी को होने वाले 77वें गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह से पहले दिल्ली पुलिस ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को लेकर सख्ती बढ़ा दी है। इसी के तहत अलर्ट करते हुए पोस्टर जारी किया है। इस पोस्टर में अल कायदा के आतंकवादी का तस्वीर जारी की है। 

दिल्ली के एक आतंकवादी की तस्वीर भी जारी
गणतंत्र दिवस से पहले दिल्ली पुलिस जो पोस्टर जारी किया है, उसमें 6 आतंकवादियों को दिखाया गया है। इन पोस्टरों में पहली बार दिल्ली के एक आतंकवादी की तस्वीर लगाई गई है। यह आतंकवादी मोहम्मद रेहान है, जो अल-कायदा इन द इंडियन सबकॉन्टिनेंट (AQIS) से जुड़ा हुआ है। पुलिस और खुफिया एजेंसियां उसे काफी समय से ढूंढ रही हैं। दिल्ली पुलिस के मुताबिक, मोहम्मद रेहान एक वांटेड आतंकवादी है।

खुफिया एजेंसियों से मिले खतरे के इनपुट्स
दिल्ली पुलिस के अनुसार, खुफिया एजेंसियों से मिले कई आतंकी खतरे के इनपुट्स को देखते हुए कर्तव्य पथ और पूरे नई दिल्ली जिले में अत्याधुनिक तकनीक आधारित बहुस्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था लागू की गई है।

चेहरा पहचानने वाली एडवांस्ड तकनीक
गणतंत्र दिवस के लिए सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के तहत दिल्ली पुलिस एकीकृत चेहरा पहचान प्रणाली (एफआरएस) से लैस ‘स्मार्ट चश्मे’ का उपयोग करेगी। एक अधिकारी ने बुधवार को कहा कि कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) से लैस ये उपकरण अपराधियों और संदिग्धों के पुलिस डेटाबेस से जुड़े होंगे, जिससे जमीनी स्तर पर तैनात कर्मियों को उनकी तुरंत पहचान करने में मदद मिलेगी।

ऊंची इमारतों पर स्नाइपर टीमों की तैनाती
गणतंत्र दिवस के दिन करीब 10 हजार पुलिसकर्मी तैनात रहेंगे और अब तक जमीन पर 9 बार ब्रीफिंग और रिहर्सल की जा चुकी है। सुरक्षा के तहत एंटी-ड्रोन यूनिट्स को हवाई निगरानी के लिए तैनात किया गया है, वहीं ऊंची इमारतों पर स्नाइपर टीमों की भी तैनाती की गई है। किसी भी संभावित खतरे को रोकने के लिए होटल, गेस्ट हाउस, किरायेदारों और घरेलू सहायकों का व्यापक सत्यापन अभियान भी चलाया जा रहा है।

झारखंड के स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में बड़ी क्रांति: सभी 245 ब्लॉकों में खुलेंगे 'पब्लिक हेल्थ यूनिट', 203 करोड़ की योजना मंजूर
रांची, 21 जनवरी 2026: मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमन्त सोरेन के नेतृत्व में झारखंड सरकार ने राज्य की स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली को गांव-गांव तक मजबूत करने के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक निर्णय लिया है। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. इरफान अंसारी ने घोषणा की है कि राज्य के सभी जिलों के विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में कुल 203 करोड़ 35 लाख रुपये की लागत से 245 ब्लॉक पब्लिक हेल्थ यूनिट (BPHU) स्थापित किए जाएंगे।


					

						

						

					

					

क्या है ब्लॉक पब्लिक हेल्थ यूनिट (BPHU)?
यह इकाई ब्लॉक स्तर पर एक आधुनिक स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा कवच के रूप में कार्य करेगी। इसके तहत तीन प्रमुख स्तंभ होंगे:

ब्लॉक पब्लिक हेल्थ प्रयोगशाला (BPHL): जहां बीमारियों की सटीक और त्वरित जांच होगी।

ब्लॉक हेल्थ मैनेजमेंट इंफॉर्मेशन सिस्टम (HMIS) सेल: जो स्वास्थ्य संबंधी डेटा का प्रबंधन करेगा।

समन्वय केंद्र: जो सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (CHC) या अनुमंडलीय अस्पताल के साथ मिलकर काम करेगा।

"बीमारी से पहले होगा नियंत्रण" - डॉ. इरफान अंसारी
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. इरफान अंसारी ने इस पहल को राज्य के लिए मील का पत्थर बताते हुए कहा:

"हमारा उद्देश्य हर ब्लॉक तक गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवाएं पहुंचाना है। BPHU के माध्यम से किसी भी महामारी या बीमारी को फैलने से पहले ही नियंत्रित किया जा सकेगा। विशेष रूप से हमारे आदिवासी और दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों के लिए यह वरदान साबित होगा। अब झारखंड देश के अग्रणी सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य मॉडल के रूप में उभरेगा।"

त्वरित कार्रवाई: ब्लॉक स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य जोखिमों की समय पर पहचान और वैज्ञानिक आधार पर तुरंत इलाज।

विकेन्द्रीकृत प्रणाली: अब स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं और निगरानी के लिए जिला मुख्यालय पर निर्भरता कम होगी।

वंचितों को प्राथमिकता: दुर्गम और आदिवासी क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों को अब आधुनिक जांच और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए शहर नहीं भागना पड़ेगा।

फंडिंग और कार्यान्वयन
यह विशाल नेटवर्क प्रधानमंत्री आयुष्मान भारत हेल्थ इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर मिशन (PM-ABHIM) और 15वें वित्त आयोग के सहयोग से तैयार किया जा रहा है। कुल 245 इकाइयों की स्थापना से झारखंड का सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य ढांचा न केवल आधुनिक होगा, बल्कि भविष्य की चुनौतियों (जैसे नई महामारियां) से लड़ने के लिए पूरी तरह सक्षम बनेगा।
