  उत्तर प्रदेश स्थापना दिवस पर भारत की सांस्कतिक और राजनीतिक चेतना को नया रूप देने वाले समारोह के विकसित उत्तर प्रदेश विकसित भारत की परिकल्पना को साकार करने के लिए प्रदेशभर में आज मानाएं जाने वाले यूपी दिवस समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। यह आयोजन जिले के पंडित रामनरेश त्रिपाठी सभागार में किया गया। 
  कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन प्रभारी मंत्री ओमप्रकाश राजभर के साथ सदर विधायक राजप्रसाद उपाध्याय "राजबाबू" समेत अमेठी जिलाध्यक्ष सतीश मिश्रा मौजूद रहे।
  कार्यक्रम के दौरान मंत्री ने स्वयं सहायता समूह/संघ के स्टॉल पर पहुंचकर चाय की चुस्की ली और महिलाओं के कार्यों की सराहना की। इसके बाद प्रभारी मंत्री ने अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक कर जनपद में संचालित योजनाओं की प्रगति की जानकारी ली। पंडित रमेश त्रिपाठी सभागार में यूपी दिवस के अवसर पर सांस्कृतिक व विभागीय कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए, जिनमें जनप्रतिनिधि,अधिकारी व बड़ी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहे।
  76वां साल उत्तर प्रदेश देश के सबसे बड़े राज्य यूपी ने अपने स्थापना के 76 वर्ष पूरे कर लिए। 24 जनवरी 1950 को अस्तित्व में आए उत्तर प्रदेश का स्थापना दिवस पूरे प्रदेश में उत्साह और भव्य आयोजनों के साथ मनाया जा रहा है। 
  इस अवसर पर जिलें में सांस्कृतिक, विकासात्मक और जनभागीदारी से जुड़े कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए। उत्तर प्रदेश दिवस केवल सरकारी कार्यक्रम न रहकर जन-उत्सव बन गया है,जिसमें प्रदेश के हर नागरिक की भागीदारी शामिल होती है।

समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त दिनेश यादव ने कहा कि शिक्षा मानव मूल्यों के विकास का सर्वोत्तम साधन है। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से नकारात्मकता को त्यागने और नई सकारात्मक ऊर्जा के साथ कार्य करने की अपील की।
"यह कार्यक्रम 'District Education Innovation Challenge' के मानकों पर जिले के प्रदर्शन को बेहतर बनाने के लिए तैयार किया गया है। जब शिक्षक सकारात्मक सोच के साथ बच्चों के भविष्य निर्माण में जुटेंगे, तभी जिले का वास्तविक विकास होगा।"


क्या है इस कार्ययोजना के मुख्य स्तंभ?
जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कैसर रजा ने कार्यक्रम की विस्तृत रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत की। उन्होंने बताया कि इस मिशन के तहत 'मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया' (SOP) तैयार की गई है, जिसमें 9 मुख्य गतिविधियों पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है:


मिशन रेड अलर्ट: बच्चों का शत-प्रतिशत नामांकन और छीजन (Dropout) रोकना।


गढ़वा स्पीक्स: छात्रों में मंच पर बोलने का आत्मविश्वास और अभिव्यक्ति की क्षमता विकसित करना।


स्मार्ट क्लास फॉर ए स्मार्टर माइंड: तकनीक आधारित आधुनिक शिक्षा।


इग्नाइट इनोवेशन: विज्ञान और नवाचार के प्रति रुचि जगाना।


ग्रीन स्कूल क्लीन स्कूल: पर्यावरण संरक्षण और स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूकता। इसके अलावा परख, पीएम पोषण, डेस्टिनेशन और 'फ्रॉम एजुकेशन टू प्रोस्पेरिटी' जैसी गतिविधियां भी शामिल हैं।


बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वाले स्कूल होंगे सम्मानित
इस योजना के तहत जिला स्तर पर एक कार्यदल का गठन किया गया है जो नियमित रूप से विद्यालयों का मूल्यांकन करेगा। प्रत्येक प्रभाग (Primary to Higher Secondary) में टॉप करने वाले विद्यालयों को जिला स्तर पर सम्मानित कर प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा।

कार्यक्रम में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी संजय कुमार, जिला परिषद उपाध्यक्ष सत्यनारायण यादव, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक अनुराग मिंज, डालसा सचिव एनआर लकड़ा सहित सभी प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी, प्रधानाचार्य और बड़ी संख्या में शिक्षक उपस्थित रहे। अधिकारियों ने सीआरपी, बीआरपी और बीपीएम को उनके नए दायित्वों से अवगत कराते हुए इस मिशन को सफल बनाने की अपील की।

झारखंड के पश्चिमी सिंहभूम जिले के सारंडा वन क्षेत्र में गुरुवार सुबह सुरक्षाबलों और प्रतिबंधित माओवादी संगठन के बीच जबरदस्त मुठभेड़ हुई। इस ऑपरेशन में कई शीर्ष इनामी माओवादियों के मारे जाने की प्रारंभिक सूचना है। इस मुठभेड़ में एक करोड़ के इनामी नक्सली अनल दा के मारे जाने की खबर है।
 
मुठभेड़ छोटानागरा थाना क्षेत्र के घने और दुर्गम जंगलों में तब हुई, जब नक्सलियों की मौजूदगी की गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर सुरक्षाबलों ने संयुक्त अभियान शुरू किया था। सुरक्षाबलों को खुफिया जानकारी मिली थी कि इलाके में नक्सली बड़ी घटना की साजिश रच रहे हैं, जिसके बाद घेराबंदी शुरू की गई।


नक्सल गतिविधियों की जानकारी के बाद ऑपरेशन
जानकारी के अनुसार, सीआरपीएफ और झारखंड पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को सारंडा के जंगलों में नक्सलियों की गतिविधियों की सूचना मिली थी। इसके बाद कोबरा बटालियन, झारखंड जगुआर और जिला पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने इलाके में सर्च ऑपरेशन शुरू किया। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान जैसे ही सुरक्षाबल नक्सलियों के नजदीक पहुंचे, नक्सलियों ने खुद को घिरा हुआ देख अंधाधुंध फायरिंग शुरू कर दी।


भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद
इसके बाद सुरक्षाबलों ने जवाबी कार्रवाई शुरु की। सुरक्षाबलों को भारी पड़ता देख कुछ माओवादी भागने में सफल हो गए और कुछ को गोली लग गई है। एनकाउंटर के बाद चलाए गए सर्च अभियान में भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद किए गए हैं, जिनमें एके-47, इंसास राइफल, एसएलआर और सैकड़ों कारतूस शामिल हैं। स्थानीय ग्रामीणों की मदद से शवों की पहचान की जा रही है। पुलिस फरार नक्सलियों की तलाश में जुटी है।


कई बड़े नक्सलियों के मारे जाने की सूचना
सूत्रों के हवाले से खबर है कि इस मुठभेड़ में 1 करोड़ रुपये के इनामी एक शीर्ष माओवादी कमांडर को भी ढेर कर दिया गया है। हालांकि, पुलिस प्रशासन ने अभी तक मारे गए नक्सलियों की संख्या और उनकी पहचान की आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की है। कोल्हान प्रमंडल के डीआईजी अनुरंजन किस्पोट्टा ने मुठभेड़ की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया कि सुरक्षाबलों का ऑपरेशन फिलहाल जारी है। क्षेत्र की विषम भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए सावधानी बरती जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऑपरेशन समाप्त होने के बाद ही विस्तृत जानकारी साझा की जाएगी। मुठभेड़ के बाद सारंडा के पूरे जंगली क्षेत्र में हाई अलर्ट घोषित कर दिया गया है।

  उत्तर प्रदेश स्थापना दिवस पर भारत की सांस्कतिक और राजनीतिक चेतना को नया रूप देने वाले समारोह के विकसित उत्तर प्रदेश विकसित भारत की परिकल्पना को साकार करने के लिए प्रदेशभर में आज मानाएं जाने वाले यूपी दिवस समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। यह आयोजन जिले के पंडित रामनरेश त्रिपाठी सभागार में किया गया। 
  कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन प्रभारी मंत्री ओमप्रकाश राजभर के साथ सदर विधायक राजप्रसाद उपाध्याय "राजबाबू" समेत अमेठी जिलाध्यक्ष सतीश मिश्रा मौजूद रहे।
  कार्यक्रम के दौरान मंत्री ने स्वयं सहायता समूह/संघ के स्टॉल पर पहुंचकर चाय की चुस्की ली और महिलाओं के कार्यों की सराहना की। इसके बाद प्रभारी मंत्री ने अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक कर जनपद में संचालित योजनाओं की प्रगति की जानकारी ली। पंडित रमेश त्रिपाठी सभागार में यूपी दिवस के अवसर पर सांस्कृतिक व विभागीय कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए, जिनमें जनप्रतिनिधि,अधिकारी व बड़ी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहे।
  76वां साल उत्तर प्रदेश देश के सबसे बड़े राज्य यूपी ने अपने स्थापना के 76 वर्ष पूरे कर लिए। 24 जनवरी 1950 को अस्तित्व में आए उत्तर प्रदेश का स्थापना दिवस पूरे प्रदेश में उत्साह और भव्य आयोजनों के साथ मनाया जा रहा है। 
  इस अवसर पर जिलें में सांस्कृतिक, विकासात्मक और जनभागीदारी से जुड़े कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए गए। उत्तर प्रदेश दिवस केवल सरकारी कार्यक्रम न रहकर जन-उत्सव बन गया है,जिसमें प्रदेश के हर नागरिक की भागीदारी शामिल होती है।

समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त दिनेश यादव ने कहा कि शिक्षा मानव मूल्यों के विकास का सर्वोत्तम साधन है। उन्होंने शिक्षकों से नकारात्मकता को त्यागने और नई सकारात्मक ऊर्जा के साथ कार्य करने की अपील की।

जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कैसर रजा ने कार्यक्रम की विस्तृत रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत की। उन्होंने बताया कि इस मिशन के तहत 'मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया' (SOP) तैयार की गई है, जिसमें 9 मुख्य गतिविधियों पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है:


मिशन रेड अलर्ट: बच्चों का शत-प्रतिशत नामांकन और छीजन (Dropout) रोकना।


गढ़वा स्पीक्स: छात्रों में मंच पर बोलने का आत्मविश्वास और अभिव्यक्ति की क्षमता विकसित करना।


स्मार्ट क्लास फॉर ए स्मार्टर माइंड: तकनीक आधारित आधुनिक शिक्षा।


इग्नाइट इनोवेशन: विज्ञान और नवाचार के प्रति रुचि जगाना।


ग्रीन स्कूल क्लीन स्कूल: पर्यावरण संरक्षण और स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूकता। इसके अलावा परख, पीएम पोषण, डेस्टिनेशन और 'फ्रॉम एजुकेशन टू प्रोस्पेरिटी' जैसी गतिविधियां भी शामिल हैं।

इस योजना के तहत जिला स्तर पर एक कार्यदल का गठन किया गया है जो नियमित रूप से विद्यालयों का मूल्यांकन करेगा। प्रत्येक प्रभाग (Primary to Higher Secondary) में टॉप करने वाले विद्यालयों को जिला स्तर पर सम्मानित कर प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा।

झारखंड के पश्चिमी सिंहभूम जिले के सारंडा वन क्षेत्र में गुरुवार सुबह सुरक्षाबलों और प्रतिबंधित माओवादी संगठन के बीच जबरदस्त मुठभेड़ हुई। इस ऑपरेशन में कई शीर्ष इनामी माओवादियों के मारे जाने की प्रारंभिक सूचना है। इस मुठभेड़ में एक करोड़ के इनामी नक्सली अनल दा के मारे जाने की खबर है।
 
मुठभेड़ छोटानागरा थाना क्षेत्र के घने और दुर्गम जंगलों में तब हुई, जब नक्सलियों की मौजूदगी की गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर सुरक्षाबलों ने संयुक्त अभियान शुरू किया था। सुरक्षाबलों को खुफिया जानकारी मिली थी कि इलाके में नक्सली बड़ी घटना की साजिश रच रहे हैं, जिसके बाद घेराबंदी शुरू की गई।


नक्सल गतिविधियों की जानकारी के बाद ऑपरेशन
जानकारी के अनुसार, सीआरपीएफ और झारखंड पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को सारंडा के जंगलों में नक्सलियों की गतिविधियों की सूचना मिली थी। इसके बाद कोबरा बटालियन, झारखंड जगुआर और जिला पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने इलाके में सर्च ऑपरेशन शुरू किया। तलाशी अभियान के दौरान जैसे ही सुरक्षाबल नक्सलियों के नजदीक पहुंचे, नक्सलियों ने खुद को घिरा हुआ देख अंधाधुंध फायरिंग शुरू कर दी।


भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद
इसके बाद सुरक्षाबलों ने जवाबी कार्रवाई शुरु की। सुरक्षाबलों को भारी पड़ता देख कुछ माओवादी भागने में सफल हो गए और कुछ को गोली लग गई है। एनकाउंटर के बाद चलाए गए सर्च अभियान में भारी मात्रा में हथियार बरामद किए गए हैं, जिनमें एके-47, इंसास राइफल, एसएलआर और सैकड़ों कारतूस शामिल हैं। स्थानीय ग्रामीणों की मदद से शवों की पहचान की जा रही है। पुलिस फरार नक्सलियों की तलाश में जुटी है।


कई बड़े नक्सलियों के मारे जाने की सूचना
सूत्रों के हवाले से खबर है कि इस मुठभेड़ में 1 करोड़ रुपये के इनामी एक शीर्ष माओवादी कमांडर को भी ढेर कर दिया गया है। हालांकि, पुलिस प्रशासन ने अभी तक मारे गए नक्सलियों की संख्या और उनकी पहचान की आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की है। कोल्हान प्रमंडल के डीआईजी अनुरंजन किस्पोट्टा ने मुठभेड़ की पुष्टि करते हुए बताया कि सुरक्षाबलों का ऑपरेशन फिलहाल जारी है। क्षेत्र की विषम भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए सावधानी बरती जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऑपरेशन समाप्त होने के बाद ही विस्तृत जानकारी साझा की जाएगी। मुठभेड़ के बाद सारंडा के पूरे जंगली क्षेत्र में हाई अलर्ट घोषित कर दिया गया है।
