खगोलविद अमर पाल सिंह ने बताया कि चन्द्रमा और शनि ग्रह अपने निकटतम उपगमन के दौरान रात्रि के पूर्वी आकाश में नज़र आएंगे और धीरे धीरे दक्षिणी क्षितिज की ओर जाते दिखाई देंगे। इसके बाद दक्षिणी क्षितिज पर नीचे की ओर चले जाएंगे।
