  प्रशिक्षक व शिक्षक डॉ. आनंद रंजन (प्रशिक्षक, HOD & Professor – Community Medicine) डॉ. राजीव,डॉ. पायल,डॉ. फौलीसा,डॉ. अनीता,डॉ. राकेश प्रशिक्षण में ICD‑10 की संरचना, कोडिंग प्रणाली, डायग्नोसिस और प्रक्रिया कोडिंग, और नैदानिक स्थिति अनुसार मानक वर्गीकरण पर गहराई से चर्चा की गई। ICD‑10 कोड्स का इतिहास और उपयोग व्याख्यान के माध्यम से स्पष्ट किया गया — जैसे कि A00.0 से Z99.9 तक कोड की स्कोप संभवता; साथ ही मानक उपयोग और परीक्षण अभ्यासन शामिल थे प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य चिकित्सा अभिलेखों में रोग निदान की सटीकता सुनिश्चित करना और ICD‑10 को अपनाने की क्षमता को बढ़ाना था।

लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश की बेटियों ने एक बार फिर अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंच पर देश और प्रदेश का नाम रोशन किया है। डॉ. शकुंतला मिश्रा राष्ट्रीय पुनर्वास विश्वविद्यालय, लखनऊ की छात्राएँ स्वाति और कनक सिंह ने युगांडा की राजधानी कैंपाला में 1 से 6 जुलाई 2025 तक आयोजित 'Uganda Para Badminton International Tournament' में अद्भुत प्रदर्शन करते हुए स्वर्ण, रजत और कांस्य पदक जीतकर प्रदेश और देश को गौरवांवित किया है।
  

  
प्रदेश के पिछड़ा वर्ग कल्याण एवं दिव्यांगजन सशक्तिकरण राज्यमंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार)  नरेन्द्र कश्यप ने इन दोनों छात्राओं को शुभकामनाएँ देते हुए कहा कि योगी सरकार द्वारा दिव्यांगजनों को समाज की मुख्यधारा में लाने हेतु किए जा रहे प्रयास आज साकार रूप ले रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वाति और कनक सिंह की यह उपलब्धि केवल व्यक्तिगत नहीं है, बल्कि यह उत्तर प्रदेश के दिव्यांगजन सशक्तिकरण मॉडल की सफलता की मिसाल है। उन्होंने कहा कि इन बेटियों ने यह प्रमाणित किया है कि यदि अवसर, संसाधन और संबल मिलें तो कोई भी शारीरिक सीमा प्रतिभा की उड़ान को रोक नहीं सकती।
  

  
उल्लेखनीय है कि स्वाति ने महिला एकल SU-5 वर्ग में रजत पदक, महिला युगल SL‑3-SU‑5 में स्वर्ण पदक तथा मिक्स्ड डबल्स में कांस्य पदक हासिल किया, वहीं कनक सिंह ने महिला एकल SL-4 वर्ग और महिला युगल में कांस्य पदक प्राप्त किए। विश्व बैडमिंटन फेडरेशन द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त इस अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में 50 से अधिक देशों के पैरा-बैडमिंटन खिलाड़ी शामिल हुए थे, जिसमें भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए इन छात्राओं ने अपनी उत्कृष्टता का प्रदर्शन किया।
  

  
विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर संजय सिंह ने इस उपलब्धि को विश्वविद्यालय की अकादमिक और पुनर्वास व्यवस्था की सफलता बताते हुए कहा कि स्वाति और कनक सिंह ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पदक जीतकर यह सिद्ध किया है कि हमारी छात्राएँ किसी भी मंच पर अपनी छाप छोड़ने में सक्षम हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह प्रेरणादायक क्षण पूरे प्रदेश की बेटियों और दिव्यांगजनों को नई दिशा देगा।
  

  
क्रीड़ा एवं योग प्रकोष्ठ के निदेशक प्रोफेसर पाण्डेय राजीवनयन ने कहा कि यह सफलता विश्वविद्यालय की पुनर्वास नीतियों और खेल प्रशिक्षण की गुणवत्ता का प्रमाण है। कोच इरशाद अहमद ने भावुक होकर कहा कि इन दोनों खिलाड़ियों ने यह संदेश दिया है कि सच्ची लगन, मेहनत और आत्मविश्वास से कोई भी चुनौती बड़ी नहीं होती। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सफलता पूरे समाज के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत है और वे भविष्य में और भी ऊँचाइयाँ छुएंगी, ऐसा विश्वास है।

New Delhi | June 14, 2025 In a compelling evening of dialogue, reflection, and healing, SAMVAAD: From Ideas to Impact returned with its second edition at India International Centre, New Delhi, carrying forward its powerful mission “Mental Health Matters: Navigating Emotions in a Fast-Moving World.”
Organized by Ewisdomsphere, and led by curator Saumya D Tewari, this SAMVAAD edition created a sanctuary for meaningful, stigma-free conversations around emotional burnout, trauma, grief, mental well-being and cybersecurity in the modern Indian context.
Reflections That Stirred the Soul- Sustainability 
The evening opened with a heartfelt invocation by Poonam Rajput, upcycling artist and sustainable art coach, she said “When we upcycle, cloth passed down through generations, we’re not just saving material—we’re safeguarding memories,” urging people to “upcycle their emotions too.”
Mohit Vashistha, Transformation and Life Coach, delivered the keynote address at SAMVAAD, leaving a deep impact on the audience. He illuminated the power of overcoming limiting beliefs, using SWOT analysis for personal growth, and reminded everyone that the ultimate goal of life is happiness—not achievement, but alignment with inner peace.
An insightful student-led video presentation by Aparna and Amritha, Research students from IIPR, Bangalore, titled “Good Intentions, Bad Logic: Why We Avoid Therapy,” captivated the audience. The duo unpacked how our daily thought errors and mental shortcuts—often done with the best intentions—end up delaying much-needed emotional care. 
Mansi Gupta, Life Coach (Industry- Emerson) grounded the audience in empathy and leadership, remarking, “Even leaders are human. Don’t just ask ‘How are you?’—ask ‘How do you feel today?’”
Dr. Suchitra Prasad, Happiness Coach & NLP expert, echoed that self-care is not selfishness, especially for women, and introduced tools like ‘disassociation’ and ‘shake-off’ to reframe overwhelming emotions. 



Jatin Sharma, legal expert, emphasized: “Make law your friend. Stop fearing mental health as a social stigma—the road is long, but healing through the system is possible.” 
Prof. Dinesh C. Sharma discussed how bio-musicology could revolutionize India’s public health frameworks. “Sound is medicine,” he stated. Dr. Priya Bhatnagar highlighted that emotional shutdown among leadership is rampant—often going unnoticed until burnout strikes.
On the expressive arts front, Simmi Kapoor explained how slow hand movements in embroidery and dance help people meet their own emotions “a rarity in today’s fast-paced world.”
Praveen Tiwari, master of hand-woven textiles, touched hearts with his simple truth: “Weaving fabric weaves peace.” His students, he shared, find joy and placement—not just in industry, but in life.
Dr. Shambhavi Das, music therapist, introduced the idea of music as a ‘safe inner space’, particularly for those resisting traditional therapy.
Voices from the community also resonated powerfully. Rajat and Radhika from Bezubaan Saathi Animal Trust shared how caring for distressed animals helps people reduce anxiety, fear, and isolation. Roopal Mishra’s legal research exposed how emotionally shut-down states often precede criminal behaviour—including among judges and legal professionals themselves. 
Aparna Jha, a student from DU, delivered a moving personal narrative on surviving anxiety and stigma: “Mental illness is not a choice. Seeking help is.”
Reflections that need our attention- Cybersecurity 
Bluewater IT Solutions, SAMVAAD’s official IT Channel Partner, emphasized how securing one’s digital space is integral to mental peace. Mr. Dheeraj Tewari, cybersecurity expert, represented Bluewater and said, “Your digital space is your mental space. Cybersecurity is self-care,” while announcing two key initiatives:
CYBER Connect – a support platform to combat cyber threats, through training programs
BW Tech Talks – an upcoming awareness portal that will simplify cyber knowledge for the common user, by industry leaders.

SAMVAAD also acknowledged the chief guest Dr. Debabrata Biswas, Founder of Mala Smriti Home, for turning his mother’s dream into a living legacy—an orphanage in Noida that offers not just shelter, but love, dignity, and hope. भारतीय लेखिका, वकील और एक्टिविस्ट बानू मुश्ताक ने अपनी किताब 'हार्ट लैंप' के लिए इंटरनेशनल बुकर प्राइज जीता है। बानू मुश्ताक को उनकी कन्नड़ कहानी संग्रह हार्ट लैंप के लिए साल 2025 का प्रतिष्ठित बुकर प्राइज मिला है। मंगलवार को लंदन के टेट मॉडर्न में आयोजित एक समारोह में उनको यह पुरस्कार सौंपा गया। यह पहली बार है जब किसी कन्नड़ रचना को यह प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार मिला है। बानू मुश्ताक और उनकी अनुवादक दीपा भास्थी ने 50,000 पाउंड (लगभग57 लाख रुपये) का यह पुरस्कार आपस में बांटा। इस जीत को कन्नड़ साहित्य और भारतीय क्षेत्रीय साहित्य के लिए बड़ी उपलब्धि माना जा रहा है।

12 कहानियों का संग्रह
12 लघु कहानियों का विजेता संग्रह दक्षिण भारत के पितृसत्तात्मक समुदायों में रोजमर्रा की महिलाओं के लचीलेपन, प्रतिरोध, बुद्धि और बहनचारे का वर्णन करता है, जिसे मौखिक कहानी कहने की समृद्ध परंपरा के माध्यम से जीवंत रूप दिया गया है। छह विश्वव्यापी शीर्षकों में से शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए, मुश्ताक के काम ने परिवार और सामुदायिक तनावों को चित्रित करने की अपनी मजाकिया, विशद, बोलचाल, मार्मिक और तीखी शैली के लिए पुरस्कार पैनल को आकर्षित किया। मुश्ताक ने कहा कि यह पुस्तक इस विश्वास से पैदा हुई है कि कोई भी कहानी कभी छोटी नहीं होती मानवीय अनुभव के ताने-बाने में हर धागा पूरे का वजन रखता है।

कौन हैं बानू मुश्ताक?
76 वर्षीय बानू मुश्ताक कर्नाटक के हासन जिले की रहने वाली हैं। उन्होंने छह दशकों तक लेखन, पत्रकारिता और सामाजिक कार्यों में योगदान दिया है। उनकी कहानियां दक्षिण भारत की मुस्लिम महिलाओं और लड़कियों के रोजमर्रा के जीवन, उनकी चुनौतियों और संघर्षों को बयां करती हैं। 1970 के दशक में उन्होंने कन्नड़ साहित्य के बंडाया आंदोलन से जुड़कर लेखन शुरू किया, जो जाति, वर्ग और लैंगिक भेदभाव के खिलाफ आवाज उठाता था। उनकी पहली कहानी 1974 में प्रजामाता पत्रिका में छपी थी। इसके बाद उन्होंने छह कहानी संग्रह, एक उपन्यास, निबंध और कविताएं लिखीं। उनकी प्रमुख रचनाओं में हेज्जे मूडिदा हादी (1990), बेंकी माले (1999), एडेया हनाते (2004), सफीरा (2006) और हसेना और अन्य कहानियां (2015) शामिल हैं।

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : A total of 802 cricketers were drafted in the mega men’s draft of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.

The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Royal Tigers, Murshidabad Kings and Rashmi Medinipur Wizards.  

CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Secretary Naresh Ojha, Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with India cricket legend Sourav Ganguly, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami were present for the draft. Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players, former office bearers and Apex Council Members were also present.

लखनऊ। उत्तर प्रदेश की बेटियों ने एक बार फिर अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंच पर देश और प्रदेश का नाम रोशन किया है। डॉ. शकुंतला मिश्रा राष्ट्रीय पुनर्वास विश्वविद्यालय, लखनऊ की छात्राएँ स्वाति और कनक सिंह ने युगांडा की राजधानी कैंपाला में 1 से 6 जुलाई 2025 तक आयोजित 'Uganda Para Badminton International Tournament' में अद्भुत प्रदर्शन करते हुए स्वर्ण, रजत और कांस्य पदक जीतकर प्रदेश और देश को गौरवांवित किया है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि स्वाति ने महिला एकल SU-5 वर्ग में रजत पदक, महिला युगल SL‑3-SU‑5 में स्वर्ण पदक तथा मिक्स्ड डबल्स में कांस्य पदक हासिल किया, वहीं कनक सिंह ने महिला एकल SL-4 वर्ग और महिला युगल में कांस्य पदक प्राप्त किए। विश्व बैडमिंटन फेडरेशन द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त इस अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में 50 से अधिक देशों के पैरा-बैडमिंटन खिलाड़ी शामिल हुए थे, जिसमें भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए इन छात्राओं ने अपनी उत्कृष्टता का प्रदर्शन किया।

The duo unpacked how our daily thought errors and mental shortcuts—often done with the best intentions—end up delaying much-needed emotional care. 
Mansi Gupta, Life Coach (Industry- Emerson) grounded the audience in empathy and leadership, remarking, “Even leaders are human. Don’t just ask ‘How are you?’—ask ‘How do you feel today?’”
Dr. Suchitra Prasad, Happiness Coach & NLP expert, echoed that self-care is not selfishness, especially for women, and introduced tools like ‘disassociation’ and ‘shake-off’ to reframe overwhelming emotions. 



Jatin Sharma, legal expert, emphasized: “Make law your friend. Stop fearing mental health as a social stigma—the road is long, but healing through the system is possible.” 
Prof. Dinesh C. Sharma discussed how bio-musicology could revolutionize India’s public health frameworks. “Sound is medicine,” he stated. Dr. Priya Bhatnagar highlighted that emotional shutdown among leadership is rampant—often going unnoticed until burnout strikes.
On the expressive arts front, Simmi Kapoor explained how slow hand movements in embroidery and dance help people meet their own emotions “a rarity in today’s fast-paced world.”
Praveen Tiwari, master of hand-woven textiles, touched hearts with his simple truth: “Weaving fabric weaves peace.” His students, he shared, find joy and placement—not just in industry, but in life.
Dr. Shambhavi Das, music therapist, introduced the idea of music as a ‘safe inner space’, particularly for those resisting traditional therapy.
Voices from the community also resonated powerfully. Rajat and Radhika from Bezubaan Saathi Animal Trust shared how caring for distressed animals helps people reduce anxiety, fear, and isolation. Roopal Mishra’s legal research exposed how emotionally shut-down states often precede criminal behaviour—including among judges and legal professionals themselves. 
Aparna Jha, a student from DU, delivered a moving personal narrative on surviving anxiety and stigma: “Mental illness is not a choice. Seeking help is.”
Reflections that need our attention- Cybersecurity 
Bluewater IT Solutions, SAMVAAD’s official IT Channel Partner, emphasized how securing one’s digital space is integral to mental peace. Mr. Dheeraj Tewari, cybersecurity expert, represented Bluewater and said, “Your digital space is your mental space. Cybersecurity is self-care,” while announcing two key initiatives:
CYBER Connect – a support platform to combat cyber threats, through training programs
BW Tech Talks – an upcoming awareness portal that will simplify cyber knowledge for the common user, by industry leaders.
The session was further enriched by insights from Furious Warrior (OT Security), a valued training partner of SAMVAAD. Ms. Rachna Sharma, founder, shared a compelling message:
“Cybersecurity is not just about systems. It’s about safeguarding minds, families, and futures. In an era where phishing, impersonation, and online fraud are daily threats, cyber-awareness is emotional armour.”
The collaboration was a significant bridge between mental and digital health. The event was seamlessly covered by Manthan Rajput, SAMVAAD’s official production partner, whose creative lens and storytelling brought every moment of the confluence to life.
Abhinav Mishra from WARME Foundation shared holistic wellness tools like music, movement, and mindful conversations. The VOYCE initiative, through founder Anika Singh, shared powerful WHO-backed mental health videos, affirming that spreading awareness is the need of the hour to build a more emotionally informed society. 
Fitness Coach Siddharth, brought attention to the often-overlooked connection between physical fitness and mental well-being, stating that “a strong body nurtures a strong mind.” 
SAMVAAD also acknowledged the chief guest Dr. Debabrata Biswas, Founder of Mala Smriti Home, for turning his mother’s dream into a living legacy—an orphanage in Noida that offers not just shelter, but love, dignity, and hope. Having worked silently for over a decade, his service reminds that creating peace for others is the highest form of mental strength.
Hosted gracefully by Saumya Tewari, the evening concluded with a collective promise: “This is not just an event—it’s a movement. And we’re just getting started.”

भारत की लेखिका बानू मुश्ताक़ को मिला साल 2025 का बुकर सम्मान, कन्नड़ साहित्य के लिए बड़ी उपलब्धि

भारतीय लेखिका, वकील और एक्टिविस्ट बानू मुश्ताक ने अपनी किताब 'हार्ट लैंप' के लिए इंटरनेशनल बुकर प्राइज जीता है। बानू मुश्ताक को उनकी कन्नड़ कहानी संग्रह हार्ट लैंप के लिए साल 2025 का प्रतिष्ठित बुकर प्राइज मिला है। मंगलवार को लंदन के टेट मॉडर्न में आयोजित एक समारोह में उनको यह पुरस्कार सौंपा गया। यह पहली बार है जब किसी कन्नड़ रचना को यह प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार मिला है। बानू मुश्ताक और उनकी अनुवादक दीपा भास्थी ने 50,000 पाउंड (लगभग57 लाख रुपये) का यह पुरस्कार आपस में बांटा। इस जीत को कन्नड़ साहित्य और भारतीय क्षेत्रीय साहित्य के लिए बड़ी उपलब्धि माना जा रहा है।

12 कहानियों का संग्रह
12 लघु कहानियों का विजेता संग्रह दक्षिण भारत के पितृसत्तात्मक समुदायों में रोजमर्रा की महिलाओं के लचीलेपन, प्रतिरोध, बुद्धि और बहनचारे का वर्णन करता है, जिसे मौखिक कहानी कहने की समृद्ध परंपरा के माध्यम से जीवंत रूप दिया गया है। छह विश्वव्यापी शीर्षकों में से शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए, मुश्ताक के काम ने परिवार और सामुदायिक तनावों को चित्रित करने की अपनी मजाकिया, विशद, बोलचाल, मार्मिक और तीखी शैली के लिए पुरस्कार पैनल को आकर्षित किया। मुश्ताक ने कहा कि यह पुस्तक इस विश्वास से पैदा हुई है कि कोई भी कहानी कभी छोटी नहीं होती मानवीय अनुभव के ताने-बाने में हर धागा पूरे का वजन रखता है।

कौन हैं बानू मुश्ताक?
76 वर्षीय बानू मुश्ताक कर्नाटक के हासन जिले की रहने वाली हैं। उन्होंने छह दशकों तक लेखन, पत्रकारिता और सामाजिक कार्यों में योगदान दिया है। उनकी कहानियां दक्षिण भारत की मुस्लिम महिलाओं और लड़कियों के रोजमर्रा के जीवन, उनकी चुनौतियों और संघर्षों को बयां करती हैं। 1970 के दशक में उन्होंने कन्नड़ साहित्य के बंडाया आंदोलन से जुड़कर लेखन शुरू किया, जो जाति, वर्ग और लैंगिक भेदभाव के खिलाफ आवाज उठाता था। उनकी पहली कहानी 1974 में प्रजामाता पत्रिका में छपी थी। इसके बाद उन्होंने छह कहानी संग्रह, एक उपन्यास, निबंध और कविताएं लिखीं। उनकी प्रमुख रचनाओं में हेज्जे मूडिदा हादी (1990), बेंकी माले (1999), एडेया हनाते (2004), सफीरा (2006) और हसेना और अन्य कहानियां (2015) शामिल हैं।

 Khabar kolkata sports Desk : A total of 802 cricketers were drafted in the mega men’s draft of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 at a glitzy ceremony at a city hotel on Monday.

The players were picked by the eight franchisees namely Sobisco Smashers Malda, Adamas Howrah Warriors, ServoTech Siliguri Strikers, Harbour Diamonds, Shrachi Rarh Tigers, Lux-Shyam Kolkata Royal Tigers, Murshidabad Kings and Rashmi Medinipur Wizards.  

CAB Office bearers led by President Snehasish Ganguly, Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Secretary Naresh Ojha, Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty, Joint Secretary Debabrata Das along with India cricket legend Sourav Ganguly, women’s cricket icon Jhulan Goswami were present for the draft. Chairpersons of various CAB committees, former international players, former office bearers and Apex Council Members were also present.

Also present were Bengal Pro T20 League committee members - Deep Chatterjee, Subhradeep Ganguly, Lopamudra Banerjee, Keya Ray, Surajit Lahiri, Ambarish Mitra, Soumendu Chatterjee, Joydeep Mukherjee, along with other CAB members.  

Speaking about the draft, CAB President Mr Ganguly said: “I welcome to all the current office bearers, former office bearers, international players and all the franchises for the men’s draft of the second season of the Bengal Pro T20 League. 

“I hope you will all witness an exciting draft process in the next few hours. I am sure we will have an even more successful Bengal Pro T20 League season this time,” Mr Ganguly added.
