पटनाः मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने आज प्रगति यात्रा के क्रम में दरभंगा जिले को लगभग 1500 करोड़ रुपये की योजनाओं की सौगात दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने 186 योजनाओं से संबंधित शिलापट्टों का अनावरण कर उद्घाटन एवं शिलान्यास किया। इसके तहत 935.28 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 89 योजनाओं का उद्घाटन एवं 561.75 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 97 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास शामिल है। 
पंचायत सरकार भवन, सिमरी के प्रांगण में पंजाब नेशनल बैंक की शाखा तथा आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र का फीता काटकर मुख्यमंत्री ने शुभारंभ किया। पंचायत सरकार भवन सिमरी के प्रांगण में स्थित हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस सेंटर का मुख्यमंत्री ने निरीक्षण कर चिकित्सीय परामर्श कक्ष, प्रसव पूर्व जांच आदि का जायजा लिया। ग्राम पंचायत सरकार भवन सिमरी का भी मुख्यमंत्री ने निरीक्षण कर न्यायालय कक्ष, पुस्तकालय आदि की जानकारी ली। मुख्यमंत्री ने बिहार राज्य शैक्षणिक आधारभूत संरचना विकास निगम लिमिटेड द्वारा मध्य विद्यालय सिमरी के प्रांगण में कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय सिंहवाड़ा का रिमोट के माध्यम से उद्घाटन किया। कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय के छात्राओं द्वारा लिए जा रहे जूडो कराटे (आत्म) प्रशिक्षण को मुख्यमंत्री ने देखा एवं उसके बारे में अधिकारियों से जानकारी ली। आत्म प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रही बच्चियों से मुख्यमंत्री ने बातचीत करते हुए उनकी प्रशंसा की और उन्हें बधाई दी। प्लस टू उच्च विद्यालय सिमरी के परिसर में दरभंगा जिला अंतर्गत विभिन्न विकासात्मक योजनाओं का मुख्यमंत्री ने रिमोट के माध्यम से उद्घाटन एवं शिलान्यास किया। उद्घाटन एवं शिलान्यास किए गए विकासात्मक योजनाओं से संबंधित पुस्तिका को जिलाधिकारी ने मुख्यमंत्री को भेंट किया। 
मुख्यमंत्री ने उच्च विद्यालय सिमरी परिसर में जीविका दीदियों एवं विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा लगाए गए स्टॉल का अवलोकन किया। अवलोकन के क्रम में मुख्यमंत्री ने सतत् जीविकोपार्जन योजना अंतर्गत कुल 2391 परिवारों को 9 करोड़ 87 लाख 86 हजार रुपये का सांकेतिक चेक, 23384 जीविका स्वयं सहायता समूह एवं समूह से संबंधित कुल 93536 जीविका दीदियों को बैंक से क्रेडिट लिंकेज के रूप में प्राप्त वित्तीय सुविधा का 284 करोड़ 79 लाख रुपये का सांकेतिक चेक प्रदान किया। साथ ही जीविका भवन की चाबी, सतत् जीविकोपार्जन योजना अंतर्गत संपोषित वाहन की चाबी, बिहार लघु उद्यमी योजना अंतर्गत प्रदत्त राशि का सांकेतिक चेक, आयुष्मान वय वंदना कार्ड, सतत् जीविकोपार्जन योजना अंतर्गत मनरेगा द्वारा निर्मित बकरी शेड की चाबी, मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना के तहत निर्मित आवास की चाबी, अंतर्जातीय विवाह प्रोत्साहन अनुदान योजना का सांकेतिक चेक लाभुकों को मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदान किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने जीविका दीदियों से बातचीत करते हुए कहा कि आप सभी बहुत अच्छा काम कर रही हैं। हम जहां भी जाते हैं वहां स्वयं सहायता समूह से जुड़ी जीविका दीदियों से जरूर बातचीत करते हैं। स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़कर जीविका दीदियां काफी मेहनत कर रही हैं। इससे उनकी आमदनी बढ़ रही है। साथ ही परिवार और समाज में उनका मान-सम्मान भी बढ़ा है। महिलाएं जहां पहले घर से बाहर निकलने में शर्माती थीं वहीं अब निःसंकोच न सिर्फ घरों से बाहर निकल रही हैं बल्कि कई प्रकार के कारोबार से जुड़कर अपने परिवार के भरण-पोषण में अहम भूमिका निभा रही हैं। स्वयं सहयता समूहों से जुड़ी महिलाओं का जीविका नाम हमने ही दिया। हमारे इस काम से प्रेरित होकर उस समय की केंद्र सरकार ने इसका नाम आजीविका किया। इसको आप सब भूलियेगा मत। मनरेगा योजना अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत सिमरी के प्लस टू वासुदेव उच्च विद्यालय के प्रांगण में 9.95 लाख रुपये की लागत से निर्मित खेल मैदान का भी रिमोट के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री ने उद्घाटन किया। दरभंगा के दिल्ली मोड़ स्थित न्यू बस स्टैंड को प्रस्तावित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय/अंतर्राज्यीय बस पड़ाव स्थल के रुप में विकसित करने एवं दरभंगा बस स्टैंड को दरभंगा हवाई अड्डा के सिविल इनक्लेव से जोड़ने संबंधी प्रस्ताव के मद्देनजर मुख्यमंत्री ने स्थल निरीक्षण किया। अधिकारियों ने प्रस्तावित दरभंगा बस स्टैंड के भवन प्रारूप एवं मैप के माध्यम से पार्किंग, यात्रियों की सामान रखने की सुविधा, चार्जिंग प्वाइंट, कार्यालय भवन आदि की विस्तृत जानकारी मुख्यमंत्री को दी। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री प्रखंड परिवहन योजना का सांकेतिक चेक एवं वाहन की चाबी लाभुकों को मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदान किया। मुख्यमंत्री के समक्ष प्रस्तावित दरभंगा बस पड़ाव के संदर्भ में तैयार किए गए लघु फिल्म प्रदर्शित की गई। मुख्यमंत्री ने हराही, दिग्धी, गंगा सागर तालाब का निरीक्षण किया। 
निरीक्षण के क्रम में अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि तीनों तालाबों को इंटर कनेक्ट करवाएं। ये तीनों तालाब आसपास ही स्थित है। इसके चारो तरफ सीढ़ीनुमा घाट का निर्माण कराएं ताकि सहूलियत पूर्वक लोगों की पहुंच पानी तक हो सके। इसके पश्चात् दरभंगा के दोनार चौक स्थित रेलवे गुमटी पर जाम की समस्या के मद्देनजर मुख्यमंत्री ने स्थल निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान अधिकारियों ने दरभंगा जिला अंतर्गत राज्य उच्च पथ संख्या-56 पर दरभंगा-लहेरियासराय रेलवे स्टेशन के बीच लेबल क्रॉसिंग संख्या-25 एस०पी०एल० के बदले पहुंच पथ सहित आर०ओ०बी० का 134.67 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्माण के संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री को जानकारी दी।
