ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर नहीं होगा संसद का विशेष सत्र, मानसून सेशन में ही होगी चर्चा?

संसद के मानसून सत्र की तारीख सामने आ गई है। संसद का मानसून सत्र 21 जुलाई से शुरू होकर 12 अगस्त तक चलेगा। केंद्रीय संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने बुधवार को यह जानकारी दी। माना जा रहा है कि इस सत्र के दौरान पाकिस्तान से लेकर ऑपरेशन सिंदूर और राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा पर चर्चा होने की उम्मीद है। दरअसल, ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद लगातार विपक्ष सरकार से संसद का विशेष सत्र बुलाने की मांग कर रहा है। ऐसे में माना जा रहा है कि आने वाले मॉनसून सत्र में ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर चर्चा हो सकती है।

केंद्रीय संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने बुधवार को बताया कि मानसून सत्र 21 जुलाई से शुरू हो कर 12 अगस्त तक चलेगा। रिजिजू ने बताया कि सत्र के दौरान ऑपरेशन सिन्दूर पर चर्चा होगी. केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा, हर सत्र खास होता है और हम ऑपरेशन सिन्दूर सहित सभी मुद्दों पर चर्चा करेंगे। उन्होंने आगे कहा, सरकार चाहती है कि सभी को साथ लिया जाए– हमने विपक्ष से संपर्क किया है और उम्मीद है कि हर कोई एकजुट रुख अपनाएगा। किरेन रिजिजू ने बताया कि संसद सत्र की तारीखें कैबिनेट कमेटी ऑन पार्लियामेंट्री अफेयर्स की बैठक में तय की गईं, जिसकी अध्यक्षता रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने की।

विपक्ष लगातार यह मांग कर रहा है कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में हाल ही में हुई आतंकी घटनाओं और 'ऑपरेशन सिंदूर' पर संसद में विस्तार से चर्चा होनी चाहिए। 16 दलों ने पीएम मोदी को मंगलवार को पत्र लिखे थे. वहीं, दूसरी तरफ सरकार ने इसी बीच मानसून सत्र की तारीख का ऐलान कर दिया है। इसी के साथ यह भी बता दिया गया है कि विपक्ष की लगातार मांग के बाद भी ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर विशेष सत्र नहीं होगा। 

हालांकि, अब मानसून सत्र की तारीख का ऐलान कर दिया गया है। ऐसे में संसदीय कार्य मंत्री के इस बयान को एक राजनीतिक 'सिग्नल' के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है कि सरकार इस पर बहस के लिए पीछे नहीं हटेगी।

राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) की कर्नाटक के बेंगलुरु में बड़ी बैठक होली के बाद होने जा रही है। आरएसएस की सर्वोच्च निर्णायक संस्था अखिल भारतीय प्रतिनिधि सभा (एबीपीएस) की वार्षिक बैठक तीन दिनों तक चलेगी। इस बैठक में आरएसएस के 100 साल के कार्य विस्तार की समीक्षा के साथ-साथ आगामी 100 सालों के लिए विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों, आयोजन और अभियानों की रूपरेखा तैयार की जाएगी। यही नहीं संघ की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी की बैठक में आगामी राज्यों के चुनाव का फुलप्रूफ प्लान तैयार किया जा सकता है। इसके अलावा मुख्य एजेंडे में एनआरसी शामिल होने की संभावना है। सूत्रों ने बताया कि एबीपीएस पूरे भारत में एनआरसी के लागू करने पर चर्चा कर सकती है। साथ ही, कुछ राज्यों में इसे कैसे लागू किया जाए, इस पर भी विचार-विमर्श हो सकता है।

2019 में केन्द्र की मोदी सरकार ने संसद के दोनों सदनों से नागरिकता संशोधन बिल पास करवाया था। जिसके बाद पूरे देश में एनआरसी को लेकर विरोध शुरू हो गया था। इसके बाद विरोध को थामने के लिए खुद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को आगे आना पड़ा था।प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 22 दिसंबर, 2019 को दिल्ली की एक जनसभा में कहा था कि उनकी सरकार ने सत्ता में वापसी के बाद से राष्ट्रीय नागरिक रजिस्टर (एनआरसी) पर कोई चर्चा नहीं की है। तब से लेकर अब तक इस मुद्दे पर बात नहीं हुई है। हालांकि, यह मुद्दा अब राष्ट्रीय राजनीतिक चर्चा में फिर से उभरता दिख रहा है।

संघ के एक पदाधिकारी ने कहा, 'घुसपैठ के कारण देश के कई राज्यों की जनसांख्यिकी बदल गई है। झारखंड में मुसलमानों की तुलना में ईसाई आबादी भी घट रही है। बांग्लादेश से आने वाले लोगों के कारण अरुणाचल प्रदेश जैसे रणनीतिक रूप से संवेदनशील राज्यों की जनसांख्यिकी भी तेजी से बदल रही है। हम सभी जानते हैं कि असम और पश्चिम बंगाल में क्या हुआ है। गैरकानूनी अप्रवासियों की पहचान करना और उन्हें वापस भेजना केंद्र सरकार का कर्तव्य है।'संघ पदाधिकारी के अनुसार, एबीपीएस इस बात पर चर्चा करेगा कि एनआरसी को कैसे लागू किया जाए ताकि किसी भी 'भारतीय नागरिक' को खतरा महसूस न हो। 

अखिल भारतीय प्रतिनिधि सभा का शिखर सम्मेलन आरएसएस की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बैठक है। इसमें सरसंघचालक मोहन भागवत और दूसरे नंबर के नेता दत्तात्रेय होसबले समेत सभी शीर्ष नेता उपस्थित रहेंगे। साथ ही, भाजपा अध्यक्ष और पार्टी के अन्य वरिष्ठ नेता भी बैठक में शामिल हो सकते हैं। चर्चा किए गए मुद्दे और लिए गए फैसले न केवल अगले वर्ष के लिए संघ को दिशा देते हैं बल्कि सरकार को यह भी संकेत देते हैं कि वह नीतिगत स्तर पर क्या लागू करना चाहता है।

भाजपा समेत ये संगठन होंगे शामिल
आरएसएस के अखिल भारतीय प्रतिनिधि सभा में संघ के 45 प्रांत के साथ-साथ सभी क्षेत्र के क्षेत्र प्रमुख, प्रांत प्रमुख मौजूद रहते हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त संघ के सभी 32 सहयोगी संगठनों के पदाधिकारी भी मौजूद रहेंगे, जिसमें विश्व हिंदू परिषद, भारतीय मजदूर संघ, भारतीय किसान संघ, अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद, भारतीय जनता पार्टी, राष्ट्र सेविका समिति, जैसे सभी संगठन के पदाधिकारी मौजूद रहेंगे। प्रतिवर्ष ये बैठक मार्च में होती है और हर 3 साल बाद यह बैठक चुनावी वर्ष के रूप में मानी जाती है। हर तीसरे वर्ष नागपुर में बैठक संपन्न होती है। पिछले वर्ष यह बैठक नागपुर में हुई थी और इस वर्ष यह बैठक बेंगलुरु में हो रही है।

बिहार-बंगाल चुनाव पर होगी चर्चा
इस बैठक से पहले आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत का बिहार दौरा काफी अहम माना जा रहा है। आरएसएस के विश्वसनीय सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, इस बैठक में बिहार चुनाव के संबंध में भी चर्चा होगी। बिहार चुनाव से संबंधित सभी सहयोगी संगठनों को कार्य करने का दिशा निर्देश भी तय किया जाएगा। बिहार प्रवास से पहले आरएसएस के सरसंचालक मोहन भागवत पूर्वी भारत के प्रवास पर थे। 10 दिन का बंगाल प्रवास, 5 दिन का असम प्रवास, चार दिन का अरुणाचल का प्रवास, अब बिहार का प्रवास। 2026 के मार्च-अप्रैल के महीने में बंगाल का भी चुनाव होने की संभावना है। उस संबंध में भी इस बैठक में चर्चा होने की पूरी संभावना बताई जा रही है।

● Problems in conceiving: If you’ve been trying for a year (or six months if you’re over 35) without success, consulting a fertility doctor is necessary.  
● Multiple miscarriages: Experiencing recurrent miscarriages is emotionally draining, and exhausting and indicates an underlying condition that needs attention and care.
● Other health clues: Female fertility issues like PCOS, endometriosis, or even unexplained weight gain can quietly impact your fertility.
 
Dr. Bajaj emphasizes, “Both partners need to be involved. Fertility issues are not limited to women. Men can go through issues like low sperm count or motility issues, which we can address with the right guidance.”

The Comic Street Awards 2024 debuted at the prestigious India Joy Digital Entertainment Festival at the Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC). The ICA proudly hosted a panel discussion at Comic Street featuring prominent figures such as Sanjay Gupta (Raj Comics by Sanjay Gupta), Preeti Vyas (Amar Chitra Katha), Ajay Krishna (Forbidden Verse), and Ajitesh Sharma (Cinemics). The panel delved into various aspects of storytelling, industry evolution, and comic industry opportunities, offering invaluable insights and fostering engaging discussions among industry pioneers and enthusiasts.
Ajitesh Sharma, president of ICA, interacted with Prashant Varma, the visionary director of the highly acclaimed movie Hanu-Man, on Comics IP & Cinema.  SB News Bureau: In an unprecedented move showing what pro-people leaders look like, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee set an example on Saturday and made a surprise visit at the Swasthya Bhavan agitation site to talk to protesting junior doctors and assured them of government action. Issuing an appeal to agitating doctors to withdraw their strike as their 'Didi' and "elder sister", she said she supports their demands for justice. 

The development comes 2 days after doctors had refused to hold dialogue with her at Nabanna, where the CM waited for 2 hours due to an impasse over livestreaming the discussion. While the government offered an option to record the meeting as legal limitations did not allow for livestreaming a discussion on a sub-judice matter, the doctors rejected the offer and continued the deadlock. 

"I am not here as the Chief Minister but as your Didi as your elder sister. I urge you to return to work. I support your movement for justice," she told the agitating doctors on Saturday, reiterating her demands for justice for the RG Kar victim and capital punishment for the perpetrators.

"Despite safety concerns, I have come here because I support your movement. You couldn't sleep amid rain and storm last night. Even I couldn't sleep. I feel your pain. Even I couldn't sleep for 34 days because your safety matters to us." she added.

Pledging her support to the cause, Mamata Banerjee assured protesting doctors that she would look into all their demands. "We have already initiated the renovation work of the state-run hospitals and will revamp the health infrastructure...We will form new Rogi Kalyan Samitis...No culprit is my friend and will not be spared if found guilty," she added.

The Chief Minister also said no action would be taken against the protesting doctors. "It is my earnest request to you. Discuss among yourselves and make a decision. Please return to work. You are like my brother and sisters and I have sympathy for you. I will not take any action against you. This is not UP. They had implemented ESMA and stopped all sorts of strikes and rallies. But be rest assured, I will not do anything of this sort. I am against taking any action against the doctors. I know that you do noble work. The seniors [doctors] need you. Think about my proposal,"If I can come to this protest site to stand by you, I can also ensure justice and listen to your demands."

दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी अनुसंधान नेशनल रिसर्च फाउंडेशन, म.प्र. विज्ञान एवं परिषद, भोपाल एवं जनभागीदारी समिति शा. माधव विज्ञान महाविद्यालय उज्जैन द्वारा "A Conventional Discussion on Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Beyond" विषय पर आयोजित की गई। रसायन शास्त्र विषय में अनुसंधान एवं नवाचार को बढ़ावा देने तथा राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के सफल क्रियान्वयन की दिशा में संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया है।

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर नहीं होगा संसद का विशेष सत्र, मानसून सेशन में ही होगी चर्चा?

संसद के मानसून सत्र की तारीख सामने आ गई है। संसद का मानसून सत्र 21 जुलाई से शुरू होकर 12 अगस्त तक चलेगा। केंद्रीय संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने बुधवार को यह जानकारी दी। माना जा रहा है कि इस सत्र के दौरान पाकिस्तान से लेकर ऑपरेशन सिंदूर और राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा पर चर्चा होने की उम्मीद है। दरअसल, ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद लगातार विपक्ष सरकार से संसद का विशेष सत्र बुलाने की मांग कर रहा है। ऐसे में माना जा रहा है कि आने वाले मॉनसून सत्र में ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर चर्चा हो सकती है।

केंद्रीय संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने बुधवार को बताया कि मानसून सत्र 21 जुलाई से शुरू हो कर 12 अगस्त तक चलेगा। रिजिजू ने बताया कि सत्र के दौरान ऑपरेशन सिन्दूर पर चर्चा होगी. केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा, हर सत्र खास होता है और हम ऑपरेशन सिन्दूर सहित सभी मुद्दों पर चर्चा करेंगे। उन्होंने आगे कहा, सरकार चाहती है कि सभी को साथ लिया जाए– हमने विपक्ष से संपर्क किया है और उम्मीद है कि हर कोई एकजुट रुख अपनाएगा। किरेन रिजिजू ने बताया कि संसद सत्र की तारीखें कैबिनेट कमेटी ऑन पार्लियामेंट्री अफेयर्स की बैठक में तय की गईं, जिसकी अध्यक्षता रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने की।

विपक्ष लगातार यह मांग कर रहा है कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में हाल ही में हुई आतंकी घटनाओं और 'ऑपरेशन सिंदूर' पर संसद में विस्तार से चर्चा होनी चाहिए। 16 दलों ने पीएम मोदी को मंगलवार को पत्र लिखे थे. वहीं, दूसरी तरफ सरकार ने इसी बीच मानसून सत्र की तारीख का ऐलान कर दिया है। इसी के साथ यह भी बता दिया गया है कि विपक्ष की लगातार मांग के बाद भी ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर विशेष सत्र नहीं होगा। 

हालांकि, अब मानसून सत्र की तारीख का ऐलान कर दिया गया है। ऐसे में संसदीय कार्य मंत्री के इस बयान को एक राजनीतिक 'सिग्नल' के तौर पर देखा जा रहा है कि सरकार इस पर बहस के लिए पीछे नहीं हटेगी।

आरएसएस में होगा NRC पर मंथन, पांच साल से मोदी सरकार की चुप्पी का क्या?

राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) की कर्नाटक के बेंगलुरु में बड़ी बैठक होली के बाद होने जा रही है। आरएसएस की सर्वोच्च निर्णायक संस्था अखिल भारतीय प्रतिनिधि सभा (एबीपीएस) की वार्षिक बैठक तीन दिनों तक चलेगी। इस बैठक में आरएसएस के 100 साल के कार्य विस्तार की समीक्षा के साथ-साथ आगामी 100 सालों के लिए विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों, आयोजन और अभियानों की रूपरेखा तैयार की जाएगी। यही नहीं संघ की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी की बैठक में आगामी राज्यों के चुनाव का फुलप्रूफ प्लान तैयार किया जा सकता है। इसके अलावा मुख्य एजेंडे में एनआरसी शामिल होने की संभावना है। सूत्रों ने बताया कि एबीपीएस पूरे भारत में एनआरसी के लागू करने पर चर्चा कर सकती है। साथ ही, कुछ राज्यों में इसे कैसे लागू किया जाए, इस पर भी विचार-विमर्श हो सकता है।

2019 में केन्द्र की मोदी सरकार ने संसद के दोनों सदनों से नागरिकता संशोधन बिल पास करवाया था। जिसके बाद पूरे देश में एनआरसी को लेकर विरोध शुरू हो गया था। इसके बाद विरोध को थामने के लिए खुद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को आगे आना पड़ा था।प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 22 दिसंबर, 2019 को दिल्ली की एक जनसभा में कहा था कि उनकी सरकार ने सत्ता में वापसी के बाद से राष्ट्रीय नागरिक रजिस्टर (एनआरसी) पर कोई चर्चा नहीं की है। तब से लेकर अब तक इस मुद्दे पर बात नहीं हुई है। हालांकि, यह मुद्दा अब राष्ट्रीय राजनीतिक चर्चा में फिर से उभरता दिख रहा है।

संघ के एक पदाधिकारी ने कहा, 'घुसपैठ के कारण देश के कई राज्यों की जनसांख्यिकी बदल गई है। झारखंड में मुसलमानों की तुलना में ईसाई आबादी भी घट रही है। बांग्लादेश से आने वाले लोगों के कारण अरुणाचल प्रदेश जैसे रणनीतिक रूप से संवेदनशील राज्यों की जनसांख्यिकी भी तेजी से बदल रही है। हम सभी जानते हैं कि असम और पश्चिम बंगाल में क्या हुआ है। गैरकानूनी अप्रवासियों की पहचान करना और उन्हें वापस भेजना केंद्र सरकार का कर्तव्य है।'संघ पदाधिकारी के अनुसार, एबीपीएस इस बात पर चर्चा करेगा कि एनआरसी को कैसे लागू किया जाए ताकि किसी भी 'भारतीय नागरिक' को खतरा महसूस न हो। 

अखिल भारतीय प्रतिनिधि सभा का शिखर सम्मेलन आरएसएस की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बैठक है। इसमें सरसंघचालक मोहन भागवत और दूसरे नंबर के नेता दत्तात्रेय होसबले समेत सभी शीर्ष नेता उपस्थित रहेंगे। साथ ही, भाजपा अध्यक्ष और पार्टी के अन्य वरिष्ठ नेता भी बैठक में शामिल हो सकते हैं। चर्चा किए गए मुद्दे और लिए गए फैसले न केवल अगले वर्ष के लिए संघ को दिशा देते हैं बल्कि सरकार को यह भी संकेत देते हैं कि वह नीतिगत स्तर पर क्या लागू करना चाहता है।

भाजपा समेत ये संगठन होंगे शामिल
आरएसएस के अखिल भारतीय प्रतिनिधि सभा में संघ के 45 प्रांत के साथ-साथ सभी क्षेत्र के क्षेत्र प्रमुख, प्रांत प्रमुख मौजूद रहते हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त संघ के सभी 32 सहयोगी संगठनों के पदाधिकारी भी मौजूद रहेंगे, जिसमें विश्व हिंदू परिषद, भारतीय मजदूर संघ, भारतीय किसान संघ, अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद, भारतीय जनता पार्टी, राष्ट्र सेविका समिति, जैसे सभी संगठन के पदाधिकारी मौजूद रहेंगे। प्रतिवर्ष ये बैठक मार्च में होती है और हर 3 साल बाद यह बैठक चुनावी वर्ष के रूप में मानी जाती है। हर तीसरे वर्ष नागपुर में बैठक संपन्न होती है। पिछले वर्ष यह बैठक नागपुर में हुई थी और इस वर्ष यह बैठक बेंगलुरु में हो रही है।

बिहार-बंगाल चुनाव पर होगी चर्चा
इस बैठक से पहले आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत का बिहार दौरा काफी अहम माना जा रहा है। आरएसएस के विश्वसनीय सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, इस बैठक में बिहार चुनाव के संबंध में भी चर्चा होगी। बिहार चुनाव से संबंधित सभी सहयोगी संगठनों को कार्य करने का दिशा निर्देश भी तय किया जाएगा। बिहार प्रवास से पहले आरएसएस के सरसंचालक मोहन भागवत पूर्वी भारत के प्रवास पर थे। 10 दिन का बंगाल प्रवास, 5 दिन का असम प्रवास, चार दिन का अरुणाचल का प्रवास, अब बिहार का प्रवास। 2026 के मार्च-अप्रैल के महीने में बंगाल का भी चुनाव होने की संभावना है। उस संबंध में भी इस बैठक में चर्चा होने की पूरी संभावना बताई जा रही है।

● Other health clues: Female fertility issues like PCOS, endometriosis, or even unexplained weight gain can quietly impact your fertility.

Comic Street – An exciting new initiative by TVAGA and ICA at Indiajoy
The Comic Street Awards 2024 debuted at the prestigious India Joy Digital Entertainment Festival at the Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC). A collaboration between the Telangana VFX, Animation, and Gaming Association (TVAGA) and the Indian Comics Association (ICA), the awards celebrated exceptional talent in the Indian comics industry, marking a new chapter in the legacy of India Joy. The awards were presented by former beauty queen and Bollywood actress Ruhi Singh, whose presence added a touch of glamour and star power to the event. In recognition of her contributions to the creative industry, Himanshu Singhal, PR & Industry Head of ICA, presented a memento to Ruhi Singh.
The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to the legendary cartoonist Abid Surti for his immense contributions to the Indian comics landscape. A true pioneer, Abid Surti is the creative genius behind Bahadur, India’s first-ever superhero, and has significantly shaped the Indian comics industry.
The ICA proudly hosted a panel discussion at Comic Street featuring prominent figures such as Sanjay Gupta (Raj Comics by Sanjay Gupta), Preeti Vyas (Amar Chitra Katha), Ajay Krishna (Forbidden Verse), and Ajitesh Sharma (Cinemics). The panel delved into various aspects of storytelling, industry evolution, and comic industry opportunities, offering invaluable insights and fostering engaging discussions among industry pioneers and enthusiasts.
Ajitesh Sharma, president of ICA, interacted with Prashant Varma, the visionary director of the highly acclaimed movie Hanu-Man, on Comics IP & Cinema. Adding to the event's excitement, two new comic titles were launched: Chandrakanta, an Indian epic adapted into Comics by Cinemics, and Soul Contract, an Indian manga by Cosmics. These latest releases generated a buzz and showcased the vibrant creativity and innovation within the Indian comics industry.
 
An ICA Pavilion exhibiting Indian Comics was set up at Comics Street, and Ravi Tanwer, Anadi Abhilash, Mohamad Shabaz, Himanshu Singhal, Vasu Gupta, Saahil Sharma, Varun Malhotra, and Neelesh Makwane from ICA led the initiative. Moreover, ICA promoted the upcoming Comics Creator Championship, set to take place during Waves 2025, further engaging the community and encouraging creators to showcase their talent in this Create in India Challenge.
The event underscores India Joy’s commitment to fostering a thriving ecosystem for the AVGC sector.  SB News Bureau: In an unprecedented move showing what pro-people leaders look like, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee set an example on Saturday and made a surprise visit at the Swasthya Bhavan agitation site to talk to protesting junior doctors and assured them of government action. Issuing an appeal to agitating doctors to withdraw their strike as their 'Didi' and "elder sister", she said she supports their demands for justice. 

The development comes 2 days after doctors had refused to hold dialogue with her at Nabanna, where the CM waited for 2 hours due to an impasse over livestreaming the discussion. While the government offered an option to record the meeting as legal limitations did not allow for livestreaming a discussion on a sub-judice matter, the doctors rejected the offer and continued the deadlock. 

"I am not here as the Chief Minister but as your Didi as your elder sister. I urge you to return to work. I support your movement for justice," she told the agitating doctors on Saturday, reiterating her demands for justice for the RG Kar victim and capital punishment for the perpetrators.

"Despite safety concerns, I have come here because I support your movement. You couldn't sleep amid rain and storm last night. Even I couldn't sleep. I feel your pain. Even I couldn't sleep for 34 days because your safety matters to us." she added.

Pledging her support to the cause, Mamata Banerjee assured protesting doctors that she would look into all their demands. "We have already initiated the renovation work of the state-run hospitals and will revamp the health infrastructure...We will form new Rogi Kalyan Samitis...No culprit is my friend and will not be spared if found guilty," she added.

The Chief Minister also said no action would be taken against the protesting doctors. "It is my earnest request to you. Discuss among yourselves and make a decision. Please return to work. You are like my brother and sisters and I have sympathy for you. I will not take any action against you. This is not UP. They had implemented ESMA and stopped all sorts of strikes and rallies. But be rest assured, I will not do anything of this sort. I am against taking any action against the doctors. I know that you do noble work. The seniors [doctors] need you. Think about my proposal,"If I can come to this protest site to stand by you, I can also ensure justice and listen to your demands."

এসবি নিউজ ব্যুরো: জলপাইগুড়ির ডুয়ার্সের জঙ্গলের যাবতীয় বিষয় খতিয়ে দেখতে ফ্রান্সের এক প্রতিনিধি দল ঘুরলেন জঙ্গলে। মঙ্গলবার ফ্রান্সের রাষ্ট্রদূত থিয়ারি ম্যাথিউয়ের নেতৃত্বে ৫ সদস্যের এক প্রতিনিধি দল গরুমারায় এসেছিলেন। তাঁরা জানান,ডুয়ার্সের গরুমারা জঙ্গল কীভাবে পরিচালিত হচ্ছে? জঙ্গলের বন ও বুনোরা কেমন আছে? বন দপ্তরের সঙ্গে জঙ্গল লাগোয়া এলাকার বাসিন্দাদের সম্পর্কই বা কেমন? এইসব যাবতীয় বিষয় খতিয়ে দেখতেই তাদের এই সফর।ফ্রান্সের এই প্রতিনিধি দল ডুয়ার্সের মূর্তি ও জলঢাকা নদী দেখার পাশাপাশি সেখানে থাকা কুনকিদের পর্যবেক্ষণ ও তাদের সারাদিনের বিভিন্ন কাজকর্ম সম্পর্কে বন দপ্তরের আধিকারিক ও মাহুতদের কাছ থেকে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করেন। ফ্রান্সের এই দলের সঙ্গে উত্তরবঙ্গ বন্যপ্রাণী বিভাগের বনপাল ভাস্কর জেভি, গরুমারা ও জলপাইগুড়ি বনবিভাগের দুই ডিএফও দ্বিজপ্রতীম সেন, বিকাশ ভি, গরুমারা সাউথ রেঞ্জের রেঞ্জার সুদীপ দে ছাড়াও বন দপ্তরের অন্যান্য আধিকারিকরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন। মেদলার পর, গরুমারা যাত্রা প্রসাদ নজর মিনার হয়ে এই প্রতিনিধি দলটি বিকেলে চলে আসে গরুমারার ধূপঝোরা এলিফ্যান্ট ক্যাম্পে। সেখানে বন দপ্তরের আধিকারিকরা এই প্রতিনিধি দলকে কুনকি হাতির পিঠে চাপিয়ে জঙ্গলের আনাচে-কানাচে ঘোরান। এখান থেকে ফিরে তাঁরা স্থানীয় আদিবাসী নৃত্যগোষ্ঠীর নৃত্যও উপভোগ করেন। সেইসাথে কথা বলেন জয়েন্ট ফরেস্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট কমিটির সদস্যদের সঙ্গেও। ভবিষ্যতে গরুমারার উন্নয়নে তাঁরা সহযোগিতা করবেন বলে আশ্বাস দিয়েছেন বলে বনদপ্তর সূত্রে জানা গিয়েছে।
