बिहार में मुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी की नई टीम तैयार हो गई। पटना के गांधी मैदान में सम्राट चौधरी सरकार के मंत्रिमंडल का विस्तार संपन्न हुआ।एनडीए सरकार के मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार में कुल 32 नेताओं ने मंत्री पद की शपथ ली। इस मौके पर इस पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी, केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह, रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार, भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष नितिन नवीन सहित एनडीए के कई वरिष्ठ नेता शामिल हुए।

वहीं, शपथ ग्रहण से पहले पीएम मोदी का एयरपोर्ट से गांधी मैदान तक मेगा रोड शो होगा। बुधवार शाम अमित शाह पटना पहुंचे। अमित शाह हवाई अड्डे से एक होटल पहुंचे, जहां उन्होंने पार्टी और NDA के कई नेताओं से मुलाकात की। इसके बाद वह रात में वहीं ठहरे। रास्ते में, अमित शाह ने पटना हवाई अड्डे से एक किलोमीटर दूर राजबंसी नगर इलाके में स्थित पंचरूपी हनुमान मंदिर पहुंचे। आज को होने वाले समारोह के लिए पटना पहुंचने वालों में भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष नितिन नवीन भी शामिल हैं। नितिन नवीन पिछले वर्ष दिसंबर में पार्टी का शीर्ष पद संभालने तक राज्य मंत्रिमंडल में मंत्री थे।

The true mettle of Samarpit SPI was tested during the COVID-19 pandemic. While the world retreated, the organization stepped forward. By coordinating oxygen cylinder logistics, distributing life-saving medicines, and providing relief packages to vulnerable families, Samarpit SPI transitioned from a local initiative to a critical lifeline. This period of intense service solidified their reputation for "real solutions for real needs."

The Intellectual Evolution: Merging Sociology with Service
As the movement gained momentum, it attracted a new wave of intellectually driven youth, including several UPSC aspirants. A pivotal moment in the organization’s history was the addition of Kumari Prachi, a Master’s graduate in Sociology. Her academic expertise in governance and social structures provided the framework necessary to transition the group into a formal entity. 

Under her guidance, the movement was officially registered as a Trust-based NGO in February 2026, ensuring the longevity and scalability of their impact.

भारत के कई राज्यों में इस समय भीषण गर्मी पड़ रही है। सूरज की तपिश ने अपना रौद्र रूप दिखाना शुरू कर दिया है। दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश, राजस्थान, बिहार और झारखंड समेत कई राज्य भीषण गर्मी और उमस की चपेट में हैं। बिहार में फिलहाल गर्मी से राहत के संकेत नहीं हैं।

बिहार में मौसम की दोहरी मार पड़ने वाली है। 20 अप्रैल को जहां दोपहर में भीषण धूप और गर्म हवाएं हीटस्ट्रोक का खतरा बढ़ाएंगी, वहीं 23 अप्रैल के लिए विभाग ने 50-70 किमी/घंटा की रफ्तार वाली आंधी और बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया है। विशेष रूप से सीमांचल के इलाकों में लोगों को सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी गई है।

43 डिग्री तक पहुंचा पारा
दक्षिण बिहार में जहां हीट वेव और भीषण गर्मी से लोग परेशान है तो उत्तर बिहार के पूर्वी इलाके में वर्ष भी दर्ज की जा रही है। दक्षिण बिहार के अधिकार सभी जिलों में भीषण गर्मी के लोग परेशान हैं और 43 डिग्री तक पारा पहुंच चुका है। जानकारी के अनुसार, रविवार को नौ जिलों में 40 डिग्री से ऊपर तापमान दर्ज किए गए। हालांकि उत्तर बिहार के 6 जिलों में हल्की से लेकर मध्य मास्टर की वर्षा भी दर्ज की गई।

डिहरी सबसे गर्म
बिहार की राजधानी पटना में उमस भरी गर्मी ने लोगों का हाल बेहाल कर रखा है। सोमवार को यहां अधिकतम तापमान 40 डिग्री और न्यूनतम 26 डिग्री रहने का अनुमान है। आसमान में बादलों की आवाजाही के बावजूद उमस कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। बीते रविवार को रोहतास जिले का डिहरी राज्य का सबसे गर्म इलाका रहा, जहां पारा 43 डिग्री दर्ज किया गया।

48 घंटे तक राहत की कोई उम्मीद नहीं
पटना मौसम केंद्र ने बिहार के तापमान की प्रवृत्ति को लेकर विशेष बुलेटिन जारी किया है। इसमें अगले 48 घंटे तक राहत की कोई उम्मीद नहीं दिख रही। अगले 3-4 दिनों तक राज्य के अधिकतम तापमान में किसी बड़े बदलाव की संभावना नहीं है। कैमूर, रोहतास, औरंगाबाद और गया जिलों में पारा सामान्य से अधिक रहेगा, जिससे लू जैसी स्थिति बनी रहेगी। उत्तर बिहार के पूर्वी चंपारण, शिवहर, सीतामढ़ी, मधुबनी और अररिया में गरज के साथ छींटे पड़ने की उम्मीद है। मौसम विभाग ने भीषण गर्मी को देखते हुए लोगों को दोपहर के समय अनावश्यक बाहर न निकले। हाइड्रेटेड रहने की सलाह दी गई है, दक्षिण बिहार के जिलों में विशेष सतर्कता बरतने को कहा गया है।

बिहार का अगला सीएम कौन होगा, इसका फैसला अब से कुछ घंटे बाद हो जाएगा। आज नीतीश कुमार मुख्यमंत्री के तौर पर आखिरी कैबिनेट मीटिंग करेंगे, इसके बाद वो पद से इस्तीफा दे देंगे। इसके साथ ही 20 साल के नीतीश युग का अंत हो जाएगा।

  

इस्तीफे से पहले निपटाएंगे कुछ अहम काम
मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार आज इस्तीफा देने से पहले कुछ अहम काम भी निपटाएंगे। सबसे पहले वो अंबेडकर जयंती के मद्देनजर सुबह 10.30 बजे बाबा साहेब भीम राव अंबेडकर की प्रतिमा पर जाकर माल्यार्पण करेंगे। इसके बाद वो सुबह 10.45 बजे सचिवालय के लिए निकल जाएंगे। वहां पर नीतीश कुमार अपने कैबिनेट की आखिरी बैठक करेंगे। इसके बाद सुबह 11.30 बजे नीतीश कुमार सभी विधायकों और विधानपार्षदों के साथ ग्रुप फोटोग्राफी में रहेगे।

फिक्स है आज का सारा प्रोग्राम
कैबिनेट बैठक के बाद सियासी गतिविधियां और तेज हो जाएंगी। जेडीयू और भाजपा दोनों अपने-अपने विधायक दल की बैठक करेंगे, जहां आगे की रणनीति और नेतृत्व को लेकर चर्चा होगी। दोपहर 3:10 बजे नीतीश कुमार लोकभवन से प्रस्थान करेंगे और 3:15 बजे राज्यपाल से मुलाकात कर अपना इस्तीफा सौंपेंगे। इसके बाद साढ़े 3 बजे वो फिर से 1 अणे मुख्यमंत्री आवास लौटेंगे। थोड़ी देर आराम करने के बाद नीतीश 3.50 बजे विधानसभा के सेंट्रल हॉल में जाएंगे और 4 बजे से वहीं एनडीए के विधानमंडल दल की बैठक में हिस्सा लेंगे।

शाम 4 बजे एनडीए विधानमंडल दल की बैठक
बिहार विधानसभा ते सेन्ट्रल गॉल में एनडीए के विधानमंडल दल की बैठक होगी। इसमें बीजेपी और जदयू अपने-अपने नेता का नाम लेकर पहुंचेंगे। वहीं बैठक में एनडीए के सहयोगी दल लोजपा रामविलास, हिंदुस्तानी अवाम मोर्चा और राष्ट्रीय लोक मोर्चा के विधायक भी मौजूद रहेंगे। यहां बतौर मुख्यमंत्री और उपमुख्यमंत्री के लिए नेताओं का नाम रखा जाएगा। जिसमें नई सरकार आकार ले लेगी।

शपथ ग्रहण समारोह 15 अप्रैल को
बिहार का नया सीएम 15 अप्रैल को मिल जाएगा। सुबह 11 बजे लोक भवन में शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का आयोजन किया गया है। इसमें सीएम और डिप्टी सीएम समेत 21 मंत्री शपथ ले सकते हैं। पहली बार भाजपा बड़े भाई की भूमिका में रहेगा। नए मुख्यमंत्री की रेस में सम्राट चौधरी का नाम पहले नंबर पर है। हाल के राजनीतिक घटनाक्रम पर गौर करें तो उनके नाम पर मुहर लग सकती है। सोमवार शाम में सम्राट चौधरी के आवास पर सुरक्षा भी बढ़ा दी गई।

बिहार में 1 अप्रैल यानी आज से बिजली बिल के नियमों में बड़ा बदलाव होने जा रहा है। राज्य सरकार ने स्मार्ट प्रीपेड मीटर वाले उपभोक्ताओं के लिए टाइम ऑफ डे (ToD) टैरिफ लागू कर दिया। नए नियम के तहत अब बिजली का बिल इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि आप दिन के किस समय कितनी बिजली का उपयोग कर रहे हैं।

  

दिन में सस्ती और रात को महंगी
नए नियमों के हिसाब से रात 11 से सुबह 9 बजे तक बिजली की दरें सामान्य रहेंगी। सुबह 9 से शाम 5 बजे तक तय दर से 20% कम यानी बिजली खपत की राशि सिर्फ 80 प्रतिशत ही देनी होगी। यानी अगर आप इस समय ज्यादा बिजली इस्तेमाल करते हैं, तो आपका बिल कम आएगा। वहीं शाम को 5 बजे से रात में 11 बजे तक यदि 200 रुपये की बिजली का उपयोग किया गया तो 20 फीसदी ज्यादा चार्ज देना होगा।

आज से लागू हो रही नई व्यवस्था 
नए नियम आज यानी 1 अप्रैल 2026 से लागू होने जा रहे हैं। इस नई व्यवस्था का सीधा असर राज्य के करीब 87 लाख से अधिक स्मार्ट प्रीपेड मीटर उपभोक्ताओं पर पड़ेगा। माना जा रहा है कि इस बदलाव से लोगों के बिजली उपयोग के पैटर्न में भी परिवर्तन आएगा। नई व्यवस्था का मकसद लोगों को यह समझाना है कि अगर वे सही समय पर बिजली इस्तेमाल करें, तो खर्च और कम किया जा सकता है।

बचत के लिए ऐसे करें यूज
आसान शब्दों में समझें तो टाइम ऑफ डे टैरिफ एक ऐसा सिस्टम है, जिसमें आप तय कर सकते हैं कि कब बिजली इस्तेमाल करके ज्यादा बचत करें। अगर भारी डिवाइस जैसे वॉशिंग मशीन, गीजर या एसी दिन में चलाए जाएं, तो बिल कम आएगा। वहीं शाम के समय कम इस्तेमाल करना बेहतर रहेगा। इससे न सिर्फ आपकी जेब बचेगी, बल्कि पूरे राज्य में बिजली की खपत भी संतुलित रहेगी।

इनकम टैक्स सिस्टम में बड़ा फेरबदल
आज से नया इनकम टैक्स सिस्टम प्रभावी हो गया है। करदाताओं की सुविधा के लिए अब 'फाइनेंशियल ईयर' और 'असेसमेंट ईयर' जैसे तकनीकी शब्दों की जगह सिर्फ 'टैक्स वर्ष' शब्द का इस्तेमाल होगा। इस कदम का उद्देश्य टैक्स भरने की जटिल प्रक्रिया को सरल और सुगम बनाना है।

भारत के कई राज्यों में इस समय भीषण गर्मी पड़ रही है। सूरज की तपिश ने अपना रौद्र रूप दिखाना शुरू कर दिया है। दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश, राजस्थान, बिहार और झारखंड समेत कई राज्य भीषण गर्मी और उमस की चपेट में हैं। बिहार में फिलहाल गर्मी से राहत के संकेत नहीं हैं।

बिहार में मौसम की दोहरी मार पड़ने वाली है। 20 अप्रैल को जहां दोपहर में भीषण धूप और गर्म हवाएं हीटस्ट्रोक का खतरा बढ़ाएंगी, वहीं 23 अप्रैल के लिए विभाग ने 50-70 किमी/घंटा की रफ्तार वाली आंधी और बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया है। विशेष रूप से सीमांचल के इलाकों में लोगों को सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी गई है।

43 डिग्री तक पहुंचा पारा
दक्षिण बिहार में जहां हीट वेव और भीषण गर्मी से लोग परेशान है तो उत्तर बिहार के पूर्वी इलाके में वर्ष भी दर्ज की जा रही है। दक्षिण बिहार के अधिकार सभी जिलों में भीषण गर्मी के लोग परेशान हैं और 43 डिग्री तक पारा पहुंच चुका है। जानकारी के अनुसार, रविवार को नौ जिलों में 40 डिग्री से ऊपर तापमान दर्ज किए गए। हालांकि उत्तर बिहार के 6 जिलों में हल्की से लेकर मध्य मास्टर की वर्षा भी दर्ज की गई।

डिहरी सबसे गर्म
बिहार की राजधानी पटना में उमस भरी गर्मी ने लोगों का हाल बेहाल कर रखा है। सोमवार को यहां अधिकतम तापमान 40 डिग्री और न्यूनतम 26 डिग्री रहने का अनुमान है। आसमान में बादलों की आवाजाही के बावजूद उमस कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। बीते रविवार को रोहतास जिले का डिहरी राज्य का सबसे गर्म इलाका रहा, जहां पारा 43 डिग्री दर्ज किया गया।

48 घंटे तक राहत की कोई उम्मीद नहीं
पटना मौसम केंद्र ने बिहार के तापमान की प्रवृत्ति को लेकर विशेष बुलेटिन जारी किया है। इसमें अगले 48 घंटे तक राहत की कोई उम्मीद नहीं दिख रही। अगले 3-4 दिनों तक राज्य के अधिकतम तापमान में किसी बड़े बदलाव की संभावना नहीं है। कैमूर, रोहतास, औरंगाबाद और गया जिलों में पारा सामान्य से अधिक रहेगा, जिससे लू जैसी स्थिति बनी रहेगी। उत्तर बिहार के पूर्वी चंपारण, शिवहर, सीतामढ़ी, मधुबनी और अररिया में गरज के साथ छींटे पड़ने की उम्मीद है। मौसम विभाग ने भीषण गर्मी को देखते हुए लोगों को दोपहर के समय अनावश्यक बाहर न निकले। हाइड्रेटेड रहने की सलाह दी गई है, दक्षिण बिहार के जिलों में विशेष सतर्कता बरतने को कहा गया है।

बिहार का अगला सीएम कौन होगा, इसका फैसला अब से कुछ घंटे बाद हो जाएगा। आज नीतीश कुमार मुख्यमंत्री के तौर पर आखिरी कैबिनेट मीटिंग करेंगे, इसके बाद वो पद से इस्तीफा दे देंगे। इसके साथ ही 20 साल के नीतीश युग का अंत हो जाएगा।

  

इस्तीफे से पहले निपटाएंगे कुछ अहम काम
मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार आज इस्तीफा देने से पहले कुछ अहम काम भी निपटाएंगे। सबसे पहले वो अंबेडकर जयंती के मद्देनजर सुबह 10.30 बजे बाबा साहेब भीम राव अंबेडकर की प्रतिमा पर जाकर माल्यार्पण करेंगे। इसके बाद वो सुबह 10.45 बजे सचिवालय के लिए निकल जाएंगे। वहां पर नीतीश कुमार अपने कैबिनेट की आखिरी बैठक करेंगे। इसके बाद सुबह 11.30 बजे नीतीश कुमार सभी विधायकों और विधानपार्षदों के साथ ग्रुप फोटोग्राफी में रहेगे।

फिक्स है आज का सारा प्रोग्राम
कैबिनेट बैठक के बाद सियासी गतिविधियां और तेज हो जाएंगी। जेडीयू और भाजपा दोनों अपने-अपने विधायक दल की बैठक करेंगे, जहां आगे की रणनीति और नेतृत्व को लेकर चर्चा होगी। दोपहर 3:10 बजे नीतीश कुमार लोकभवन से प्रस्थान करेंगे और 3:15 बजे राज्यपाल से मुलाकात कर अपना इस्तीफा सौंपेंगे। इसके बाद साढ़े 3 बजे वो फिर से 1 अणे मुख्यमंत्री आवास लौटेंगे। थोड़ी देर आराम करने के बाद नीतीश 3.50 बजे विधानसभा के सेंट्रल हॉल में जाएंगे और 4 बजे से वहीं एनडीए के विधानमंडल दल की बैठक में हिस्सा लेंगे।

बिहार विधानसभा ते सेन्ट्रल गॉल में एनडीए के विधानमंडल दल की बैठक होगी। इसमें बीजेपी और जदयू अपने-अपने नेता का नाम लेकर पहुंचेंगे। वहीं बैठक में एनडीए के सहयोगी दल लोजपा रामविलास, हिंदुस्तानी अवाम मोर्चा और राष्ट्रीय लोक मोर्चा के विधायक भी मौजूद रहेंगे। यहां बतौर मुख्यमंत्री और उपमुख्यमंत्री के लिए नेताओं का नाम रखा जाएगा। जिसमें नई सरकार आकार ले लेगी।

शपथ ग्रहण समारोह 15 अप्रैल को
बिहार का नया सीएम 15 अप्रैल को मिल जाएगा। सुबह 11 बजे लोक भवन में शपथ ग्रहण समारोह का आयोजन किया गया है। इसमें सीएम और डिप्टी सीएम समेत 21 मंत्री शपथ ले सकते हैं। पहली बार भाजपा बड़े भाई की भूमिका में रहेगा। नए मुख्यमंत्री की रेस में सम्राट चौधरी का नाम पहले नंबर पर है। हाल के राजनीतिक घटनाक्रम पर गौर करें तो उनके नाम पर मुहर लग सकती है। सोमवार शाम में सम्राट चौधरी के आवास पर सुरक्षा भी बढ़ा दी गई।

बिहार में आज से बदल गया बिजली बिल सिस्टम, दिन में सस्ती और रात में होगा महंगा

बिहार में 1 अप्रैल यानी आज से बिजली बिल के नियमों में बड़ा बदलाव होने जा रहा है। राज्य सरकार ने स्मार्ट प्रीपेड मीटर वाले उपभोक्ताओं के लिए टाइम ऑफ डे (ToD) टैरिफ लागू कर दिया। नए नियम के तहत अब बिजली का बिल इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि आप दिन के किस समय कितनी बिजली का उपयोग कर रहे हैं।

  

दिन में सस्ती और रात को महंगी
नए नियमों के हिसाब से रात 11 से सुबह 9 बजे तक बिजली की दरें सामान्य रहेंगी। सुबह 9 से शाम 5 बजे तक तय दर से 20% कम यानी बिजली खपत की राशि सिर्फ 80 प्रतिशत ही देनी होगी। यानी अगर आप इस समय ज्यादा बिजली इस्तेमाल करते हैं, तो आपका बिल कम आएगा। वहीं शाम को 5 बजे से रात में 11 बजे तक यदि 200 रुपये की बिजली का उपयोग किया गया तो 20 फीसदी ज्यादा चार्ज देना होगा।

आज से लागू हो रही नई व्यवस्था 
नए नियम आज यानी 1 अप्रैल 2026 से लागू होने जा रहे हैं। इस नई व्यवस्था का सीधा असर राज्य के करीब 87 लाख से अधिक स्मार्ट प्रीपेड मीटर उपभोक्ताओं पर पड़ेगा। माना जा रहा है कि इस बदलाव से लोगों के बिजली उपयोग के पैटर्न में भी परिवर्तन आएगा। नई व्यवस्था का मकसद लोगों को यह समझाना है कि अगर वे सही समय पर बिजली इस्तेमाल करें, तो खर्च और कम किया जा सकता है।

बचत के लिए ऐसे करें यूज
आसान शब्दों में समझें तो टाइम ऑफ डे टैरिफ एक ऐसा सिस्टम है, जिसमें आप तय कर सकते हैं कि कब बिजली इस्तेमाल करके ज्यादा बचत करें। अगर भारी डिवाइस जैसे वॉशिंग मशीन, गीजर या एसी दिन में चलाए जाएं, तो बिल कम आएगा। वहीं शाम के समय कम इस्तेमाल करना बेहतर रहेगा। इससे न सिर्फ आपकी जेब बचेगी, बल्कि पूरे राज्य में बिजली की खपत भी संतुलित रहेगी।

इनकम टैक्स सिस्टम में बड़ा फेरबदल
आज से नया इनकम टैक्स सिस्टम प्रभावी हो गया है। करदाताओं की सुविधा के लिए अब 'फाइनेंशियल ईयर' और 'असेसमेंट ईयर' जैसे तकनीकी शब्दों की जगह सिर्फ 'टैक्स वर्ष' शब्द का इस्तेमाल होगा। इस कदम का उद्देश्य टैक्स भरने की जटिल प्रक्रिया को सरल और सुगम बनाना है।
