सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मुंबई लोकल ट्रेन बम धमाकों के मामले में सभी 12 आरोपियों को बरी करने के बांबे हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर रोक लगा दी है। महाराष्ट्र सरकार की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आरोपियों को नोटिस जारी किया है। हाईकोर्ट ने 21 जुलाई को सभी 12 आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया था। इसके खिलाफ महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की। हालांकि उन 12 आरोपियों को अभी वापस जेल नहीं भेजा जाएगा।

बीते दिनों बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने मुंबई लोकल ट्रेन में किए गए सात बम धमाकों के मामले में सभी 12 आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया था। इस फैसले के खिलाफ महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था। इस याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज सुनवाई की। 

महाराष्ट्र की ओर से पेश सॉलिसिटर जनरल (एसजी) तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि हम फैसले के बाद रिहा हुए आरोपियों को सरेंडर करने का निर्देश देने का अनुरोध नहीं कर रहे। हम चाहते हैं कि फैसले पर रोक लगाई जाए। हाईकोर्ट के कुछ कमेंट MCOCA के अन्य मुकदमों को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं।

इस पर जस्टिस एमएम सुंदरेश और जस्टिस एनके सिंह की बेंच ने कहा कि हमें सूचित किया गया है कि सभी आरोपियों को रिहा कर दिया गया है। एसजी की दलीलों को ध्यान में रखते हुए हम इस हद तक फैसले पर रोक लगाई जाती है कि फैसले को मिसाल नहीं माना जाएगा।

हाईकोर्ट ने सभी 12 आरोपियों को बरी किया था
हाईकोर्ट ने 21 जुलाई को विशेष टाडा कोर्ट द्वारा दोषी साबित सभी 12 आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया था। निचली अदालत ने इनमें से पांच आरोपियों को मौत की सजा और सात को उम्रकैद की सजा दी थी। हाईकोर्ट ने सभी को बेकसूर करार देते हुए तत्काल जेल से रिहा करने का आदेश दिया था। अदालत ने कहा था, 'जो भी सबूत जांच एजेंसी की ओर से पेश किए गए थे, उनमें कोई ठोस तथ्य नहीं था। इसी आधार पर सभी आरोपियों को संदेह का लाभ देते हुए बरी किया जाता है।” 

11 मिनट में सात बम धमाके
मुंबई लोकल ट्रेन में 11 जुलाई 2006 में हुए 11 मिनट के भीतर सात बम धमाके हुए थे। मुंबई की लोकल ट्रेनों 11 जुलाई 2006 को हुए सिलसिलेवार बम धमाके में 19 साल बाद हाईकोर्ट का फैसला था। इन धमाकों में 187 लोगों की मौत हुई थी।

अमेरिका के सैन फ्रांसिस्को से मुंबई जाने वाली एयर इंडिया की एक फ्लाइट के इंजन में तकनीकी खराबी आ गई। जिसके बाद मंगलवार तड़के सुबह कोलकाता एयरपोर्ट पर यात्रियों को विमान से नीचे उतारना पड़ा। विमान के एक इंजन के खराबी की वजह से यह विमान कोलकाता से मुंबई के लिए उड़ान नहीं भर सका। कोलकाता से मुंबई के लिए एयर इंडिया दूसरी फ्लाइट का इंतेजाम करना पड़ा।

  


एअर इंडिया की फ्लाइट AI180 निर्धारित समय के अनुसार सैन फ्रांसिस्को एयरपोर्ट से रवाना हुई। हालांकि, कोलकाता एयरपोर्ट पर सुबह 12:45 बजे पहुंचने पर इसके बाएं इंजन में तकनीकी खराबी आ गई। चार घंटे से अधिक समय बाद सुबह 5:20 बजे एक बताया गया कि सभी यात्रियों को विमान से उतरना होगा। 

कोलकाता में तकनीकी जांच में खराबी का पता चला
सैन फ्रांसिस्को से शुरू हुई यह लंबी दूरी की उड़ान सुचारू रूप से कोलकाता पहुंची, जहां यह नियमित रूप से ईंधन भरवाने और तकनीकी जांच के लिए रुकती है। हालांकि, कोलकाता हवाई अड्डे पर तकनीकी टीम ने विमान के इंजन में एक गंभीर खराबी का पता लगाया। प्रारंभिक जांच में पता चला कि इंजन में ओवरहीटिंग और संभावित मेकैनिकल गड़बड़ी है। इसके कारण पायलट ने उड़ान रद्द करने का फैसला लिया। सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता देते हुए सभी 240 यात्रियों और चालक दल के 14 सदस्यों को तुरंत विमान से सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला गया।

दिल्ली आ रहे प्लेन में आई तकनीकी खराबी
इससे पहले सोमवार को एयर इंडिया के एक और विमान में तकनीकी खराबी आ गई थी जिस वजह से जहाज को वापस लौटना पड़ा। दिल्ली के लिए एयर इंडिया के ड्रीमलाइनर बोइंग विमान के उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही देर में उसमें तकनीकी समस्या आ गई जिसकी वजह उसे वापस हॉन्गकॉन्ग लौटना पड़ा। एयरलाइन की ओर से इस मामले में एक बयान जारी किया गया जिसमें उसने बताया कि फ्लाइट संख्या AI 315 ने हॉन्गकॉन्ग में सेफ लैंडिंग की, सभी यात्री सकुशल उतर गए भी। बाद में फ्लाइट का निरीक्षण किया गया।

अहमदाबाद हादसे के बाद डर का माहौल
घटना पांच दिन पहले अहमदाबाद के सरदार वल्लभभाई अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे से लंदन के गैटविक हवाई अड्डे के लिए उड़ान भरने वाले एअर इंडिया के विमान एआई-171 के उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही सेकंड बाद बीजे मेडिकल कॉलेज के छात्रावास भवन से टकराने के बाद हुई। दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हुए एअर इंडिया के विमान में 230 यात्री, 10 केबिन क्रू सदस्य और दो पायलट सहित 242 लोग सवार थे। ब्रिटिश नागरिक विश्वास कुमार रमेश को छोड़कर सभी की मौत हो गई थी।

महाराष्ट्र के ठाणे में लोकल ट्रेन में बड़ा हादसा हुआ है। ठाणे के मुंब्रा रेलवे स्टेशन के पास मुंब्रा-दिवा रेलवे लाइन पर सोमवार सुबह 9:30 बजे एक दुखद हादसा हुआ, जिसमें सीएसएमटी की ओर जा रही एक फास्ट लोकल ट्रेन से 10 से 12 यात्री ट्रैक पर गिर पड़े।खबरों की मानें तो इस घटना में 3 यात्रियों की मौत हो गई और कई लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हैं। सभी घायलों को नजदीकि अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया है।

पीटीआई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार ट्रेन से गिरने की वजह से 3 यात्रियों की मौत की आशंका है। ठाणे जीआरपी की वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी अर्चना दुसाने ने बताया कि घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही प्रशासन को अलर्ट किया गया। उन्होंने कहा-ट्रेन में क्षमता से ज्यादा भीड़ थी, इसलिए ये हादसा हुआ। ट्रेन खचाचच भरी थी। ट्रेन में पैर रखने की जगह नहीं थी। यात्री दरवाजे पर लटककर सफर कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान यह हादसा हुआ।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार यह हादसा मुंब्रा और दीवा रेलवे स्टेशन के बीच हुआ। पुष्पक एक्सप्रेस और कसारा ट्रेन एक-दूसरे को क्रॉस कर रही थीं, तभी ट्रेन में सवार कुछ यात्री नीचे गिर गए। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, दोनों ट्रेनों के फुटबोर्ड पर 8 यात्री लटके हुए थे। जब दोनों ट्रेनें एक-दूसरे के बगल से गुजरीं तो यात्रियों की आपस में टक्कर हो गई और वो ट्रेन से नीचे गिर गए।

हादसे के कारण सेंट्रल रेलवे की लोकल ट्रेन सेवाएं प्रभावित हुईं और मुंब्रा-दिवा खंड पर कुछ समय के लिए परिचालन धीमा रहा, जिससे यात्रियों को असुविधा हुई।

Enthusiastically talking about a dream to have a career in sales, this person was excited about the prospect of meeting people, knowing their problems, and providing tailored solutions. Unaware to them, a regional sales manager from a major pharmaceutical firm happened to overhear the conversation. Influenced by their passion and commitment in their words, the manager went up to the graduate and gave them his business card, inviting them in for an interview. No resume was required; it was the passion and commitment that got them the job.

This was the starting point of a successful career in sales, where the person rose through the ranks to senior levels in well-known companies like Times of India, Indian Express, The Hindu, India Today, and ZTV Network. In all these shifts, the emphasis remained on demonstrating their worth and love, instead of talking of a resume.

The central takeaway here is that the traditional resume may open doors, but it’s the authentic value you bring that will truly walk you through them. Research and preparation are key. Much like a business consultant, job seekers should approach potential employers by understanding their needs and positioning themselves as solution providers. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मुंबई लोकल ट्रेन बम धमाकों के मामले में सभी 12 आरोपियों को बरी करने के बांबे हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर रोक लगा दी है। महाराष्ट्र सरकार की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आरोपियों को नोटिस जारी किया है। हाईकोर्ट ने 21 जुलाई को सभी 12 आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया था। इसके खिलाफ महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की। हालांकि उन 12 आरोपियों को अभी वापस जेल नहीं भेजा जाएगा।

बीते दिनों बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने मुंबई लोकल ट्रेन में किए गए सात बम धमाकों के मामले में सभी 12 आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया था। इस फैसले के खिलाफ महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था। इस याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज सुनवाई की। 

महाराष्ट्र की ओर से पेश सॉलिसिटर जनरल (एसजी) तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि हम फैसले के बाद रिहा हुए आरोपियों को सरेंडर करने का निर्देश देने का अनुरोध नहीं कर रहे। हम चाहते हैं कि फैसले पर रोक लगाई जाए। हाईकोर्ट के कुछ कमेंट MCOCA के अन्य मुकदमों को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं।

इस पर जस्टिस एमएम सुंदरेश और जस्टिस एनके सिंह की बेंच ने कहा कि हमें सूचित किया गया है कि सभी आरोपियों को रिहा कर दिया गया है। एसजी की दलीलों को ध्यान में रखते हुए हम इस हद तक फैसले पर रोक लगाई जाती है कि फैसले को मिसाल नहीं माना जाएगा।

हाईकोर्ट ने सभी 12 आरोपियों को बरी किया था
हाईकोर्ट ने 21 जुलाई को विशेष टाडा कोर्ट द्वारा दोषी साबित सभी 12 आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया था। निचली अदालत ने इनमें से पांच आरोपियों को मौत की सजा और सात को उम्रकैद की सजा दी थी। हाईकोर्ट ने सभी को बेकसूर करार देते हुए तत्काल जेल से रिहा करने का आदेश दिया था। अदालत ने कहा था, 'जो भी सबूत जांच एजेंसी की ओर से पेश किए गए थे, उनमें कोई ठोस तथ्य नहीं था। इसी आधार पर सभी आरोपियों को संदेह का लाभ देते हुए बरी किया जाता है।” 

11 मिनट में सात बम धमाके
मुंबई लोकल ट्रेन में 11 जुलाई 2006 में हुए 11 मिनट के भीतर सात बम धमाके हुए थे। मुंबई की लोकल ट्रेनों 11 जुलाई 2006 को हुए सिलसिलेवार बम धमाके में 19 साल बाद हाईकोर्ट का फैसला था। इन धमाकों में 187 लोगों की मौत हुई थी।

अमेरिका के सैन फ्रांसिस्को से मुंबई जाने वाली एयर इंडिया की एक फ्लाइट के इंजन में तकनीकी खराबी आ गई। जिसके बाद मंगलवार तड़के सुबह कोलकाता एयरपोर्ट पर यात्रियों को विमान से नीचे उतारना पड़ा। विमान के एक इंजन के खराबी की वजह से यह विमान कोलकाता से मुंबई के लिए उड़ान नहीं भर सका। कोलकाता से मुंबई के लिए एयर इंडिया दूसरी फ्लाइट का इंतेजाम करना पड़ा।

  


एअर इंडिया की फ्लाइट AI180 निर्धारित समय के अनुसार सैन फ्रांसिस्को एयरपोर्ट से रवाना हुई। हालांकि, कोलकाता एयरपोर्ट पर सुबह 12:45 बजे पहुंचने पर इसके बाएं इंजन में तकनीकी खराबी आ गई। चार घंटे से अधिक समय बाद सुबह 5:20 बजे एक बताया गया कि सभी यात्रियों को विमान से उतरना होगा। 

कोलकाता में तकनीकी जांच में खराबी का पता चला
सैन फ्रांसिस्को से शुरू हुई यह लंबी दूरी की उड़ान सुचारू रूप से कोलकाता पहुंची, जहां यह नियमित रूप से ईंधन भरवाने और तकनीकी जांच के लिए रुकती है। हालांकि, कोलकाता हवाई अड्डे पर तकनीकी टीम ने विमान के इंजन में एक गंभीर खराबी का पता लगाया। प्रारंभिक जांच में पता चला कि इंजन में ओवरहीटिंग और संभावित मेकैनिकल गड़बड़ी है। इसके कारण पायलट ने उड़ान रद्द करने का फैसला लिया। सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता देते हुए सभी 240 यात्रियों और चालक दल के 14 सदस्यों को तुरंत विमान से सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला गया।

दिल्ली आ रहे प्लेन में आई तकनीकी खराबी
इससे पहले सोमवार को एयर इंडिया के एक और विमान में तकनीकी खराबी आ गई थी जिस वजह से जहाज को वापस लौटना पड़ा। दिल्ली के लिए एयर इंडिया के ड्रीमलाइनर बोइंग विमान के उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही देर में उसमें तकनीकी समस्या आ गई जिसकी वजह उसे वापस हॉन्गकॉन्ग लौटना पड़ा। एयरलाइन की ओर से इस मामले में एक बयान जारी किया गया जिसमें उसने बताया कि फ्लाइट संख्या AI 315 ने हॉन्गकॉन्ग में सेफ लैंडिंग की, सभी यात्री सकुशल उतर गए भी। बाद में फ्लाइट का निरीक्षण किया गया।

अहमदाबाद हादसे के बाद डर का माहौल
घटना पांच दिन पहले अहमदाबाद के सरदार वल्लभभाई अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे से लंदन के गैटविक हवाई अड्डे के लिए उड़ान भरने वाले एअर इंडिया के विमान एआई-171 के उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही सेकंड बाद बीजे मेडिकल कॉलेज के छात्रावास भवन से टकराने के बाद हुई। दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हुए एअर इंडिया के विमान में 230 यात्री, 10 केबिन क्रू सदस्य और दो पायलट सहित 242 लोग सवार थे। ब्रिटिश नागरिक विश्वास कुमार रमेश को छोड़कर सभी की मौत हो गई थी।

महाराष्ट्र के ठाणे में लोकल ट्रेन में बड़ा हादसा हुआ है। ठाणे के मुंब्रा रेलवे स्टेशन के पास मुंब्रा-दिवा रेलवे लाइन पर सोमवार सुबह 9:30 बजे एक दुखद हादसा हुआ, जिसमें सीएसएमटी की ओर जा रही एक फास्ट लोकल ट्रेन से 10 से 12 यात्री ट्रैक पर गिर पड़े।खबरों की मानें तो इस घटना में 3 यात्रियों की मौत हो गई और कई लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हैं। सभी घायलों को नजदीकि अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया है।

पीटीआई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार ट्रेन से गिरने की वजह से 3 यात्रियों की मौत की आशंका है। ठाणे जीआरपी की वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी अर्चना दुसाने ने बताया कि घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही प्रशासन को अलर्ट किया गया। उन्होंने कहा-ट्रेन में क्षमता से ज्यादा भीड़ थी, इसलिए ये हादसा हुआ। ट्रेन खचाचच भरी थी। ट्रेन में पैर रखने की जगह नहीं थी। यात्री दरवाजे पर लटककर सफर कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान यह हादसा हुआ।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार यह हादसा मुंब्रा और दीवा रेलवे स्टेशन के बीच हुआ। पुष्पक एक्सप्रेस और कसारा ट्रेन एक-दूसरे को क्रॉस कर रही थीं, तभी ट्रेन में सवार कुछ यात्री नीचे गिर गए। अधिकारियों के अनुसार, दोनों ट्रेनों के फुटबोर्ड पर 8 यात्री लटके हुए थे। जब दोनों ट्रेनें एक-दूसरे के बगल से गुजरीं तो यात्रियों की आपस में टक्कर हो गई और वो ट्रेन से नीचे गिर गए।

हादसे के कारण सेंट्रल रेलवे की लोकल ट्रेन सेवाएं प्रभावित हुईं और मुंब्रा-दिवा खंड पर कुछ समय के लिए परिचालन धीमा रहा, जिससे यात्रियों को असुविधा हुई।

Best Highway (Scenic + Driving Comfort): The Kerala to Goa coastal stretch, covering around 610 km in approx. 13 hours, stood out with its breathtaking views and smooth drive.

Best Night Drive: The Udaipur to Jaipur highway (around 395 km, 7.5 hours) offered great lighting, minimal traffic, and felt secure for overnight travel.

Worst Experience So Far: The Goa to Mumbai highway (approx. 590 km, 12 hours) was flagged by Rajveer for its poor condition and lack of lighting, making it extremely unsafe and highly accident-prone, especially for night drives.

It started at the age of 21, when a newly graduated student was commuting on a local train in Mumbai. Enthusiastically talking about a dream to have a career in sales, this person was excited about the prospect of meeting people, knowing their problems, and providing tailored solutions. Unaware to them, a regional sales manager from a major pharmaceutical firm happened to overhear the conversation. Influenced by their passion and commitment in their words, the manager went up to the graduate and gave them his business card, inviting them in for an interview. No resume was required; it was the passion and commitment that got them the job.

This was the starting point of a successful career in sales, where the person rose through the ranks to senior levels in well-known companies like Times of India, Indian Express, The Hindu, India Today, and ZTV Network. In all these shifts, the emphasis remained on demonstrating their worth and love, instead of talking of a resume.

The central takeaway here is that the traditional resume may open doors, but it’s the authentic value you bring that will truly walk you through them. Research and preparation are key. Much like a business consultant, job seekers should approach potential employers by understanding their needs and positioning themselves as solution providers.
