रांची में उत्पाद सिपाही परीक्षा को लेकर प्रशासन सख्त: 82 केंद्रों पर निषेधाज्ञा लागू, धारा-163 के तहत पाबंदियां जारी।

झारखण्ड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, राँची द्वारा आयोजित झारखण्ड उत्पाद सिपाही प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा-2023 के कदाचार मुक्त संचालनार्थ एवं विधि-व्यवस्था संधारणार्थ हेतु उपायुक्त-सह-जिला दण्डाधिकारी, राँची, श्री मंजूनाथ भजन्त्री एवं अपर जिला दण्डाधिकारी, विधि-व्यवस्था, राँची के आदेश द्वारा पुलिस बल एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारी के साथ दंडाधिकारी की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। फिर भी ऐसी आशंका है कि परीक्षा केन्द्रों पर असामाजिक तत्वों के द्वारा भीड लगाकर विधि-व्यवस्था भंग करने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं।

जिसको लेकर श्री कुमार रजत, अनुमंडल दंडाधिकारी, सदर, राँची द्वारा बि०एन०एस०एस० की धारा-163 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इन परीक्षा केन्द्रों के 200 मीटर की परिधि में निम्नलिखित निषेधाज्ञा जारी किया।

(1) पाँच या पाँच से अधिक व्यक्तियों का एक जगह जमा होना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों तथा सरकारी कार्यक्रम एवं शवयात्रा को छोड़कर)।

(2) किसी प्रकार का ध्वनि विस्तारक यंत्र का व्यवहार करना।

(3) किसी प्रकार का अस्त्र-शस्त्र, जैसे-बंदुक, राईफल, रिवाल्वर, बम, बारूद आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को छोड़कर)।

(4) किसी प्रकार का हरवे हथियार जैसे लाठी-डंडा, तीर-धनुष, गड़ासा-भाला आदि लेकर चलना (सरकारी कार्य में लगे पदाधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को छोडकर)

(5) किसी प्रकार की बैठक या आमसभा का आयोजन करना।

यह निषेधाज्ञा दिनांक 12.04.2026 के प्रातः 04.00 बजे से अपराह्न 09.30 बजे तक प्रभावी रहेगा।

       आजमगढ़।  फूलपुर तहसील क्षेत्र में स्थापित सुदनीपुर विद्युत उपकेंद्र से सरायमीर विद्युत उपकेंद्र की लाइन जोड़ने के प्रस्ताव का क्षेत्रीय लोगों ने विरोध शुरू कर दिया है। व्यापार मंडल अध्यक्ष अजय जायसवाल और प्रमुख समाजसेवी अंशुमान जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में एसडीएम अशोक कुमार को ज्ञापन सौंपा।

आजमगढ़। क्षेत्र में इन दिनों गेहूं की कटाई तेज़ी से चल रही है। पिछले वर्षों में कटाई के दौरान आग लगने की घटनाओं से किसानों को भारी नुकसान उठाना पड़ा है। इसको देखते हुए विद्युत विभाग सतर्क हो गया है और अगलगी की घटनाओं पर रोक लगाने के लिए किसानों को आवश्यक सावधानियां बरतने की सलाह दी है।
      
      
       अवर अभियंता देवेंद्र प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि जिन किसानों के खेतों के पास या खेत के अंदर ट्रांसफार्मर लगे हैं, वे उसके चारों ओर लगभग पांच फीट की परिधि में गेहूं की कटाई कर लें। इसी प्रकार जहां विद्युत पोल या डबल पोल लाइन सर्किट मौजूद हैं, वहां भी आसपास का गेहूं काटकर हटा देना चाहिए, ताकि शार्ट सर्किट या चिंगारी से आग लगने की आशंका कम हो सके।
      
      
       एक्सईएन फूलपुर हरीश प्रजापति ने किसानों से अपील की कि कटाई के दौरान बिजली के तारों और पोल से सुरक्षित दूरी बनाए रखें। यदि कहीं तार जर्जर अवस्था में हों, लटक रहे हों या कोई तकनीकी समस्या दिखाई दे, तो इसकी सूचना तुरंत संबंधित लाइनमैन या उपखंड कार्यालय को दें।
      
      
       उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि गंभीर स्थिति होने पर किसान विद्युत विभाग के कार्यालय में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराएं, जिससे समय रहते कार्रवाई कर समस्या का समाधान किया जा सके।

        आजमगढ़। वर्तमान समय में क्षेत्र में गेहूं की कटाई जोरों पर चल रही है। बीते वर्षों में अगलगी की कई घटनाओं के चलते फसलों के नुकसान की सूचनाएं मिलती रही हैं। इसको ध्यान में रखते हुए विद्युत विभाग भी सतर्क हो गया है और अपने स्तर से आवश्यक कदम उठा रहा है।
       
       
        अवर अभियंता देवेंद्र प्रताप सिंह ने प्रमुख रूप से कुछ बिंदुओं पर जानकारी देते हुए कहा जिन उपभोक्ताओं के खेतों के समीप या खेतों में ट्रांसफार्मर हैं वे लोग लगभग 5 फीट की परिधि में वहां का गेहूं काट दें।  जहां पर खेतों में पोल लगे हो वहां के आसपास का गेहूं काट दें। जहां पर डबल पोले लाइन सर्किट बनी हो वहां के आसपास के गेहूं को लगभग 5 फीट की परिधि में काट के हटा ले। जिससे की शार्ट सर्किट जैसी समस्या एवं गेहूं में आग लगे समस्या एवं किसी भी अप्रिय घटना दुर्घटना से बचा जा सके।
