मेक्सिको, कनाडा और चीन से आयात पर अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प द्वारा घोषित टैरिफ मंगलवार को लागू हो गए, जिससे इस मुद्दे पर कई दिनों से चल रही अटकलें खत्म हो गईं। टैरिफ, जो मूल रूप से पिछले महीने लागू होने वाले थे, पर 30 दिनों का विराम लगा, क्योंकि ट्रम्प ने देशों से अमेरिका में फेंटेनाइल दवा के प्रवाह को रोकने या ‘गंभीर रूप से सीमित’ करने के लिए कहा था। सोमवार को, रिपब्लिकन ने कहा कि टैरिफ के संबंध में कनाडा और मेक्सिको के साथ किसी समझौते के लिए ‘कोई जगह नहीं’ है, उन्होंने कहा कि योजना मंगलवार को निर्धारित समय पर लागू होगी।



प्रस्तावित योजना कनाडा और मेक्सिको से आयात पर 25 प्रतिशत टैरिफ लगाने की थी। चीन पर भी पहले से लागू 10 प्रतिशत के अतिरिक्त 10 प्रतिशत टैरिफ लगाया गया। मंगलवार आधी रात को टैरिफ लागू हुए, जिसके जवाब में तीनों देशों ने अपने-अपने जवाबी उपाय किए। मेक्सिको, कनाडा और चीन ने कैसे जवाबी कार्रवाई की ? 



कनाडा

निवर्तमान कनाडाई प्रधानमंत्री जस्टिन ट्रूडो ने मंगलवार से 30 बिलियन कनाडाई डॉलर मूल्य के अमेरिकी सामानों पर 25 प्रतिशत टैरिफ लगाने की घोषणा की। यही नहीं, 125 बिलियन कनाडाई डॉलर मूल्य के अमेरिकी सामानों पर शेष जवाबी टैरिफ 21 दिनों के भीतर लगाए जाएंगे। रॉयटर्स ने ट्रूडो के हवाले से कहा, "जब तक अमेरिकी व्यापार कार्रवाई वापस नहीं ली जाती, तब तक हमारे टैरिफ लागू रहेंगे और अगर अमेरिकी टैरिफ बंद नहीं होते हैं, तो हम कई गैर-टैरिफ उपायों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रांतों और क्षेत्रों के साथ सक्रिय और चल रही चर्चाओं में हैं।"



मेक्सिको

अमेरिका के दक्षिणी पड़ोसी ने सोमवार को घोषणा की कि अगर ट्रम्प अपनी टैरिफ योजनाओं के साथ आगे बढ़ते हैं, तो उसके पास बैकअप योजनाएँ हैं। बहुत अधिक विवरण दिए बिना, मेक्सिको की राष्ट्रपति क्लाउडिया शिनबाम ने कहा कि अगर मंगलवार को अमेरिका ने उस पर टैरिफ लगाया तो देश तैयार है।



चीन

चीन ने भी नए अमेरिकी टैरिफ के जवाब में कई कृषि उत्पादों पर टैरिफ लगाने की घोषणा की। चीन के वित्त मंत्रालय ने मंगलवार को कहा कि वह सोयाबीन और मकई से लेकर डेयरी और बीफ़ तक के कृषि उत्पादों पर 10 प्रतिशत से 15 प्रतिशत के बीच अतिरिक्त टैरिफ लगाएगा। समाचार एजेंसी रॉयटर्स की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, चीन में 10% प्रतिशोधी टैरिफ का सामना करने वाले अमेरिकी उत्पादों में सोयाबीन, ज्वार, सूअर का मांस, बीफ़, जलीय उत्पाद, फल, सब्जियाँ और डेयरी उत्पाद शामिल हैं।



चीनी वित्त मंत्रालय ने कहा कि चिकन, गेहूं, मक्का और कपास पर 15 प्रतिशत टैरिफ लगाया जाएगा। टैरिफ के साथ-साथ, चीन ने 25 अमेरिकी फर्मों पर निर्यात और निवेश प्रतिबंध भी लगाए हैं।

       आजमगढ़।  सीआरपीएफ में चयन होने के बाद फौज की ट्रेनिंग कर पहली बार फौजी की वर्दी में अपने गाँव आये फौजी की क्षेत्रीय लोगों द्वारा स्वागत किया गया। क्षेत्रीय लोगों ने फौजी बेटे की अगवानी में उसे पदयात्रा कराकर पूरे गांव मे जुलूस निकाला। गांव में हर घर के बाहर  माला पहनाकर उसका भव्य स्वागत किया गया। गांव वालों का इतना प्रेम देखकर फौजी के मित्र सुजीत जायसवाल आशू भी भावुक हो गये। आज़मगढ़ जिले के फूलपुर तहसील के ग्राम मोतीपैर गांव मे रहने वाले सतिराम गौतम के बेटे राजकुमार गौतम का फरवरी 2024 में केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल मेें हवलदार मंत्रालयिक पद के लिये चयन हुआ था। राजकुमार अपने गांव से ग्वालियर में फौज की ट्रेनिंग के लिए गए थे। 18 सप्ताह बाद जब ट्रेंनिग खत्म कर गांव का बेटा राजकुमार फौजी की ड्रेस में अपने गांव लौटा तो इस गांव मे लोगों के दिलों में देश भक्ति का एक अनोखा नजारा देखने को मिला। लोगो ने फौजी बेटे के गांव में पहली बार लौटने पर आतिशबाजी एवं देशभक्ति नारों के साथ पूरे गांव में जुलूस निकाला। इस दौरान गांव के लोग माला लेकर खड़े थे। जिनके द्वारा जगह जगह राजकुमार का स्वागत किया गया और लोगों ने उसे आशीर्वाद दिया। गांव वालों के दिलों में देशभक्ति का आपार प्रेम देख राजकुमार भी भावुक हो गए। एक गरीब परिवार के बेटे राजकुमार ने ये साबित कर दिया कि दुख की चट्टान हौसलों के आगे घुटने टेक देती है। राजकुमार के पिता सतिराम विदेश में नौकरी करते हैं। उनके 3 बेटे हैं जिसमें राजकुमार दूसरे नम्बर के हैं।  राजकुमार ने पढाई में बीएससी फाइनल किए हैं। गरीब परिवार की वजह से राजकुमार ने अपनी पढ़ाई के लिए आर्थिक तंगी का सामना भी किया फिर भी अपने आगे की पढ़ाई जारी रखी।12वीं पास करने के बाद  राजकुमार के मन में फौज में जाने का जूनून था। जिसको लेकर अपने काम के साथ साथ उसने रात रात भर पढाई की। कई बार असफल होने के बाद भी हार नहीं माने और लगातार प्रयास करने के बाद राजकुमार का चयन केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल में हवलदार मंत्रालयिक के लिए हो गया। इस मौके पर राजकुमार के बड़े भाई सुनील, मां उर्मिला देवी, सुजीत जायसवाल आशू, सलमान कुरैशी , शैलेश शर्मा,  गुलशन, अजय श्रीवास्तव, हरिहर आदि सैकड़ों लोग उपस्थित रहे ।

जर्मनी के म्यूनिख सिक्योरिटी कॉन्फ्रेंस में जब उनसे पूछा गया कि क्या वैश्विक स्तर पर लोकतंत्र खतरे में है, तो उन्होंने स्याही लगी इंडेक्स फिंगर दिखा दी। अपनी उंगली दिखाते हुए जयशंकर ने कहा, हमारे लिए, लोकतंत्र केवल एक सिद्धांत नहीं बल्कि एक डिलीवर किया गया वादा है। भारतीय विदेश ने इस दावे को खारिज करतो हुए कहा कि मैं लोकतंत्र को लेकर आशावान हूं। मैं अभी अपने राज्य के चुनाव में हिस्सा लेकर आया हूं। बीते साल हमारे देश में राष्ट्रीय चुनाव हुए और कुल मतदाताओं में से करीब दो तिहाई ने अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग किया।

जयशंकर ने कहा कि 'जो कहा जा रहा है कि दुनियाभर में लोकतंत्र खतरे में है, लेकिन मेरा ऐसा मानना नहीं है। लोकतंत्र अच्छे से काम कर रहा है और लोकतंत्र ने दुनिया को बहुत कुछ दिया है।' उन्होंने माना कि 'लोकतंत्र के लिए चुनौतियां भी हैं और अलग-अलग देशों में हालात अलग हैं, लेकिन कई देशों में लोकतंत्र अच्छे से काम कर रहा है। भारतीय विदेश मंत्री ने कहा कि भारत ने आजादी के बाद ही लोकतंत्र के मॉडल को अपनाया। पश्चिम के देश मानते हैं कि लोकतंत्र उनकी देन हैं, लेकिन वैश्विक दक्षिण के देश मानते हैं कि भारतीय समाज में लोकतंत्र अन्य देशों के मुकाबले ज्यादा गहरे तक बैठा हुआ है।

मेक्सिको, कनाडा और चीन से आयात पर अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प द्वारा घोषित टैरिफ मंगलवार को लागू हो गए, जिससे इस मुद्दे पर कई दिनों से चल रही अटकलें खत्म हो गईं। टैरिफ, जो मूल रूप से पिछले महीने लागू होने वाले थे, पर 30 दिनों का विराम लगा, क्योंकि ट्रम्प ने देशों से अमेरिका में फेंटेनाइल दवा के प्रवाह को रोकने या ‘गंभीर रूप से सीमित’ करने के लिए कहा था। सोमवार को, रिपब्लिकन ने कहा कि टैरिफ के संबंध में कनाडा और मेक्सिको के साथ किसी समझौते के लिए ‘कोई जगह नहीं’ है, उन्होंने कहा कि योजना मंगलवार को निर्धारित समय पर लागू होगी।



प्रस्तावित योजना कनाडा और मेक्सिको से आयात पर 25 प्रतिशत टैरिफ लगाने की थी। चीन पर भी पहले से लागू 10 प्रतिशत के अतिरिक्त 10 प्रतिशत टैरिफ लगाया गया। मंगलवार आधी रात को टैरिफ लागू हुए, जिसके जवाब में तीनों देशों ने अपने-अपने जवाबी उपाय किए। मेक्सिको, कनाडा और चीन ने कैसे जवाबी कार्रवाई की ? 



कनाडा

निवर्तमान कनाडाई प्रधानमंत्री जस्टिन ट्रूडो ने मंगलवार से 30 बिलियन कनाडाई डॉलर मूल्य के अमेरिकी सामानों पर 25 प्रतिशत टैरिफ लगाने की घोषणा की। यही नहीं, 125 बिलियन कनाडाई डॉलर मूल्य के अमेरिकी सामानों पर शेष जवाबी टैरिफ 21 दिनों के भीतर लगाए जाएंगे। रॉयटर्स ने ट्रूडो के हवाले से कहा, "जब तक अमेरिकी व्यापार कार्रवाई वापस नहीं ली जाती, तब तक हमारे टैरिफ लागू रहेंगे और अगर अमेरिकी टैरिफ बंद नहीं होते हैं, तो हम कई गैर-टैरिफ उपायों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रांतों और क्षेत्रों के साथ सक्रिय और चल रही चर्चाओं में हैं।"



मेक्सिको

अमेरिका के दक्षिणी पड़ोसी ने सोमवार को घोषणा की कि अगर ट्रम्प अपनी टैरिफ योजनाओं के साथ आगे बढ़ते हैं, तो उसके पास बैकअप योजनाएँ हैं। बहुत अधिक विवरण दिए बिना, मेक्सिको की राष्ट्रपति क्लाउडिया शिनबाम ने कहा कि अगर मंगलवार को अमेरिका ने उस पर टैरिफ लगाया तो देश तैयार है।



चीन

चीन ने भी नए अमेरिकी टैरिफ के जवाब में कई कृषि उत्पादों पर टैरिफ लगाने की घोषणा की। चीन के वित्त मंत्रालय ने मंगलवार को कहा कि वह सोयाबीन और मकई से लेकर डेयरी और बीफ़ तक के कृषि उत्पादों पर 10 प्रतिशत से 15 प्रतिशत के बीच अतिरिक्त टैरिफ लगाएगा। समाचार एजेंसी रॉयटर्स की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, चीन में 10% प्रतिशोधी टैरिफ का सामना करने वाले अमेरिकी उत्पादों में सोयाबीन, ज्वार, सूअर का मांस, बीफ़, जलीय उत्पाद, फल, सब्जियाँ और डेयरी उत्पाद शामिल हैं।



चीनी वित्त मंत्रालय ने कहा कि चिकन, गेहूं, मक्का और कपास पर 15 प्रतिशत टैरिफ लगाया जाएगा। टैरिफ के साथ-साथ, चीन ने 25 अमेरिकी फर्मों पर निर्यात और निवेश प्रतिबंध भी लगाए हैं।

       आजमगढ़।  सीआरपीएफ में चयन होने के बाद फौज की ट्रेनिंग कर पहली बार फौजी की वर्दी में अपने गाँव आये फौजी की क्षेत्रीय लोगों द्वारा स्वागत किया गया। क्षेत्रीय लोगों ने फौजी बेटे की अगवानी में उसे पदयात्रा कराकर पूरे गांव मे जुलूस निकाला। गांव में हर घर के बाहर  माला पहनाकर उसका भव्य स्वागत किया गया। गांव वालों का इतना प्रेम देखकर फौजी के मित्र सुजीत जायसवाल आशू भी भावुक हो गये। आज़मगढ़ जिले के फूलपुर तहसील के ग्राम मोतीपैर गांव मे रहने वाले सतिराम गौतम के बेटे राजकुमार गौतम का फरवरी 2024 में केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल मेें हवलदार मंत्रालयिक पद के लिये चयन हुआ था। राजकुमार अपने गांव से ग्वालियर में फौज की ट्रेनिंग के लिए गए थे। 18 सप्ताह बाद जब ट्रेंनिग खत्म कर गांव का बेटा राजकुमार फौजी की ड्रेस में अपने गांव लौटा तो इस गांव मे लोगों के दिलों में देश भक्ति का एक अनोखा नजारा देखने को मिला। लोगो ने फौजी बेटे के गांव में पहली बार लौटने पर आतिशबाजी एवं देशभक्ति नारों के साथ पूरे गांव में जुलूस निकाला। इस दौरान गांव के लोग माला लेकर खड़े थे। जिनके द्वारा जगह जगह राजकुमार का स्वागत किया गया और लोगों ने उसे आशीर्वाद दिया। गांव वालों के दिलों में देशभक्ति का आपार प्रेम देख राजकुमार भी भावुक हो गए। एक गरीब परिवार के बेटे राजकुमार ने ये साबित कर दिया कि दुख की चट्टान हौसलों के आगे घुटने टेक देती है। राजकुमार के पिता सतिराम विदेश में नौकरी करते हैं। उनके 3 बेटे हैं जिसमें राजकुमार दूसरे नम्बर के हैं।  राजकुमार ने पढाई में बीएससी फाइनल किए हैं। गरीब परिवार की वजह से राजकुमार ने अपनी पढ़ाई के लिए आर्थिक तंगी का सामना भी किया फिर भी अपने आगे की पढ़ाई जारी रखी।12वीं पास करने के बाद  राजकुमार के मन में फौज में जाने का जूनून था। जिसको लेकर अपने काम के साथ साथ उसने रात रात भर पढाई की। कई बार असफल होने के बाद भी हार नहीं माने और लगातार प्रयास करने के बाद राजकुमार का चयन केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल में हवलदार मंत्रालयिक के लिए हो गया। इस मौके पर राजकुमार के बड़े भाई सुनील, मां उर्मिला देवी, सुजीत जायसवाल आशू, सलमान कुरैशी , शैलेश शर्मा,  गुलशन, अजय श्रीवास्तव, हरिहर आदि सैकड़ों लोग उपस्थित रहे ।

आजमगढ़। सीआरपीएफ में चयन होने के बाद फौज की ट्रेनिंग कर पहली बार फौजी की वर्दी में अपने गाँव आये फौजी की क्षेत्रीय लोगों द्वारा स्वागत किया गया। क्षेत्रीय लोगों ने फौजी बेटे की अगवानी में उसे पदयात्रा कराकर पूरे गांव मे जुलूस निकाला। गांव में हर घर के बाहर  माला पहनाकर उसका भव्य स्वागत किया गया। गांव वालों का इतना प्रेम देखकर फौजी के मित्र सुजीत जायसवाल आशू भी भावुक हो गये। आज़मगढ़ जिले के फूलपुर तहसील के ग्राम मोतीपैर गांव मे रहने वाले सतिराम गौतम के बेटे राजकुमार गौतम का फरवरी 2024 में केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल मेें हवलदार मंत्रालयिक पद के लिये चयन हुआ था। राजकुमार अपने गांव से ग्वालियर में फौज की ट्रेनिंग के लिए गए थे। 18 सप्ताह बाद जब ट्रेंनिग खत्म कर गांव का बेटा राजकुमार फौजी की ड्रेस में अपने गांव लौटा तो इस गांव मे लोगों के दिलों में देश भक्ति का एक अनोखा नजारा देखने को मिला। लोगो ने फौजी बेटे के गांव में पहली बार लौटने पर आतिशबाजी एवं देशभक्ति नारों के साथ पूरे गांव में जुलूस निकाला। इस दौरान गांव के लोग माला लेकर खड़े थे। जिनके द्वारा जगह जगह राजकुमार का स्वागत किया गया और लोगों ने उसे आशीर्वाद दिया। गांव वालों के दिलों में देशभक्ति का आपार प्रेम देख राजकुमार भी भावुक हो गए। एक गरीब परिवार के बेटे राजकुमार ने ये साबित कर दिया कि दुख की चट्टान हौसलों के आगे घुटने टेक देती है। राजकुमार के पिता सतिराम विदेश में नौकरी करते हैं। उनके 3 बेटे हैं जिसमें राजकुमार दूसरे नम्बर के हैं।  राजकुमार ने पढाई में बीएससी फाइनल किए हैं। गरीब परिवार की वजह से राजकुमार ने अपनी पढ़ाई के लिए आर्थिक तंगी का सामना भी किया फिर भी अपने आगे की पढ़ाई जारी रखी।12वीं पास करने के बाद  राजकुमार के मन में फौज में जाने का जूनून था। जिसको लेकर अपने काम के साथ साथ उसने रात रात भर पढाई की। कई बार असफल होने के बाद भी हार नहीं माने और लगातार प्रयास करने के बाद राजकुमार का चयन केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल में हवलदार मंत्रालयिक के लिए हो गया। इस मौके पर राजकुमार के बड़े भाई सुनील, मां उर्मिला देवी, सुजीत जायसवाल आशू, सलमान कुरैशी , शैलेश शर्मा,  गुलशन, अजय श्रीवास्तव, हरिहर आदि सैकड़ों लोग उपस्थित रहे ।
      
     
    
   
   

  
  

 

एस जयशंकर ने पश्चिमी देशों को फिर दिखाया आईना, लोकतंत्र पर खतरे को लेकर दिया ये जवाब

विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर अपनी हाजिरजवाबी के लिए जाने जाते हैं। एक बार फिर विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने पूरी दुनिया को भारत की मजबूत लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था की झलक दिलाई। साथ ही ‘खतरे में लोकतंत्र’ का झंडा बुलंद करने वाले पश्चिमी देशों को आईना भी दिखाया। विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने शुक्रवार को म्यूनिख सिक्योरिटी कॉन्फ्रेंस में शामिल हुए। इस दौरान उन्होंने भारत समेत दुनियाभर के लोकतंत्र पर बात की। विदेश मंत्री ने पश्चिमी देशों पर कटाक्ष करते हुए कहा कि वे लोग लोकतंत्र को वेस्टर्न कैरेक्टरिस्टिक मानते हैं।

म्यूनिख सुरक्षा सम्मेलन में ‘लाइव टू वोट अनदर डे: फोर्टिफाइंग डेमोक्रेटिक रेजिलिएंस’ पर चर्चा के दौरान जब विदेश मंत्री जयशंकर से पूछा गया कि क्या विश्व स्तर पर लोकतंत्र संकट में है? इसके जवाब में उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे लगता है कि मैं इस पैनल में जितने भी लोग बैठे हैं, उसमें मैं सबसे आशावादी व्यक्ति हूं। यहां अधिकतर लोग निराशावादी दृष्टिकोण रखते हैं।

लोकतंत्र केवल सिद्धांत नहीं, डिलीवर किया गया एक वादा-जयशंकर
जर्मनी के म्यूनिख सिक्योरिटी कॉन्फ्रेंस में जब उनसे पूछा गया कि क्या वैश्विक स्तर पर लोकतंत्र खतरे में है, तो उन्होंने स्याही लगी इंडेक्स फिंगर दिखा दी। अपनी उंगली दिखाते हुए जयशंकर ने कहा, हमारे लिए, लोकतंत्र केवल एक सिद्धांत नहीं बल्कि एक डिलीवर किया गया वादा है। भारतीय विदेश ने इस दावे को खारिज करतो हुए कहा कि मैं लोकतंत्र को लेकर आशावान हूं। मैं अभी अपने राज्य के चुनाव में हिस्सा लेकर आया हूं। बीते साल हमारे देश में राष्ट्रीय चुनाव हुए और कुल मतदाताओं में से करीब दो तिहाई ने अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग किया।

जयशंकर ने कहा कि 'जो कहा जा रहा है कि दुनियाभर में लोकतंत्र खतरे में है, लेकिन मेरा ऐसा मानना नहीं है। लोकतंत्र अच्छे से काम कर रहा है और लोकतंत्र ने दुनिया को बहुत कुछ दिया है।' उन्होंने माना कि 'लोकतंत्र के लिए चुनौतियां भी हैं और अलग-अलग देशों में हालात अलग हैं, लेकिन कई देशों में लोकतंत्र अच्छे से काम कर रहा है। भारतीय विदेश मंत्री ने कहा कि भारत ने आजादी के बाद ही लोकतंत्र के मॉडल को अपनाया। पश्चिम के देश मानते हैं कि लोकतंत्र उनकी देन हैं, लेकिन वैश्विक दक्षिण के देश मानते हैं कि भारतीय समाज में लोकतंत्र अन्य देशों के मुकाबले ज्यादा गहरे तक बैठा हुआ है।
