विवाद के बाद बैकफुट पर पीसीबी, निकल गई सारी हेकड़ी, कराची में लहराया भारत का तिरंगा

पाकिस्तान की सारी हेकड़ी हवा हो गई और आखिरकार एक बार फिर भारत के आगे घुटनों पर आना पड़ा। पाकिस्तान में चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी शुरू होने से ठीक पहले कराची के नेशनल स्टेडियम में भारतीय तिरंगा लहराता दिखा। दरअसल, आईसीसी चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी 2025 के आगाज से पहले पीसीबी ने कराची के स्‍टेडियम में टूर्नामेंट में हिस्‍सा लेने वाले सभी देशों के राष्‍ट्रीय ध्‍वज तो लगाए, लेकिन भारत का राष्‍ट्रीय ध्‍वज नहीं लगाकर विवाद खड़ा कर दिया। इसे भूल कहें या पीसीबी ने जानबूझकर ऐसा किया, ये अलग बात है। सोशल मीडिया पर किरकिरी होने के बाद पीसीबी ने गलती सुधारते हुए अब कराची में भारत का राष्‍ट्रीय ध्‍वज लगा दिया है।

पहले गद्दाफी स्टेडियम का एक वीडियो वायरल हुआ था, जिसमें भारत को छोड़कर सभी भाग लेने वाले देशों के झंडे स्टेडियम की छत पर दिख रहे थे। पीसीबी ने कराची स्टेडियम में भारत का झंडा नहीं लगाया था। इसको लेकर सोशल मीडिया पर फैंस का आक्रोश फूट पड़ा था और लोगों का मानना था कि भले ही भारत वहां खेलने न गया हो, लेकिन नियम के तहत मेजबान देश को अपने स्टेडियम में आठों टीमों के झंडे लगाने थे। हालांकि, अब मामला ठीक दिख रहा है। सोशल मीडिया पर कुछ नई तस्वीरें सामने आई हैं जिसमें बताया गया है कि कराची के स्टेडियम में भारतीय तिरंगे को लगाया गया है।

पीसीबी ने विवाद को खारिज करते हुए कहा था कि आईसीसी चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी 2025 के लिए सिर्फ पाकिस्तान में खेलने वाले देशों के झंडे स्टेडियमों में लगाए गए हैं। पीसीबी के एक सूत्र ने न्यूज एजेंसी आईएएनएस को बताया, 'जैसा कि आप जानते हैं, भारत आईसीसी चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी 2025 के दौरान अपने मैच खेलने के लिए पाकिस्तान नहीं आ रहा है। कराची के नेशनल स्टेडियम, रावलपिंडी क्रिकेट स्टेडियम और लाहौर के गद्दाफी स्टेडियम में उन देशों के झंडे फहराए गए हैं जो इन स्थलों पर खेलने जा रहे हैं।'

बता दें कि पूरा मामला चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी 2025 के आयोजन से जुड़ा है। दरअसल, टूर्नामेंट पाकिस्तान में हो रहा है। भारतीय टीम सुरक्षा कारणों से पाकिस्तान नहीं गई। इसलिए भारत के मैच दुबई में हो रहे हैं। यह हाइब्रिड मॉडल आईसीसी ने अपनाया है। इस पूरे मामले में पीसीबी और बीसीसीआई के बीच पहले से ही तनाव चल रहा था।

ये खबर आम लोगों को खुश करने वाली है। देश के करोड़ों लोगों को सात द‍िन के अंदर दूसरा तोहफा म‍िला है। पहले सरकार ने बजट में बड़ी राहत देते हुए 12 लाख तक की आमदनी को टैक्‍स फ्री क‍िया। अब आरबीआई ने मेहरबानी दिखाई है। रिजर्व बैंक ने आखिरकार मौद्रिक नीति समिति (एमपीसी) की 12वीं बैठक में रेपो रेट घटा ही दिया। जैसे कि कयास लगाए जा रहे थे कि इस बार आरबीआई आम आदमी को सस्‍ते लोन का तोहफा देते हुए रेपो रेट में 0.25 फीसदी की कटौती कर ही देगा, वैसा ही हुआ।

रिजर्व बैंक की मौद्रिक नीति समिति (एमपीसी) की तरफ से शुक्रवार को ब्याज दर में 25 बेस‍िस प्‍वाइंट कटौती की घोषणा की गई। इसके साथ ही रेपो रेट घटकर 6.25% पर आ गया।आरबीआई के नए गवर्नर संजय मल्होत्रा ने अपने कार्यकाल की पहली एमपीसी मीट‍िंग में ब्‍याज दर कटौती का फैसला करके लोगों को खुश कर द‍िया है। पांच साल में यह पहला मौका है जब र‍िजर्व बैंक की तरफ से रेपो रेट में कटौती की गई है। इससे पहले मई 2020 में कोरोना महामारी के चलते देश में लॉकडाउन लगा था जब आरबीआई ने ब्याज दरों को घटाने का फैसला लिया था।

सस्ता होगा लोन
5 फरवरी को शुरू हुई तीन द‍िवसीय द्विमासिक समीक्षा के बाद केंद्रीय बैंक ने शुक्रवार को करोड़ों लोगों को राहत देते हुए रेपो रेट में कमी करने का फैसला क‍िया। रेपो रेट में कटौती होने के बाद उम्‍मीद है क‍ि बैंक होम लोन समेत अलग-अलग तरह के लोन पर ब्‍याज दर में कटौती करेंगे।सेंट्रल बैंक के इस फैसले के बाद बैंकों के लिए होमलोन, कारलोन, एजुकेशन लोन, कॉरपोरेट लोन से लेकर पर्सनल लोन के ब्याज दरों में कटौती करने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। 

कितनी रहेगी ग्रोथ रेट?
आरबीआई ने वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए जीडीपी ग्रोथ रेट 6.4 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान जताया है। जबकि पहले 6.6 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान जताया गया था। वित्त वर्ष 2025-26 में आरबीआई ने 6.7 फीसदी जीडीपी ग्रोथ रेट का अनुमान जताया है। आरबीआई गवर्नर ने कहा, अर्थव्यवस्था की मजबूती के लिए काम करते रहेंगे। साथ ही सभी इकोनॉमी के स्टेकहोल्डर्स के साथ कंसलटेशन का दौर जारी रहेगा। संजय मल्होत्रा ने कहा, वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था के हालात चुनौतीपूर्ण बने हुए हैं।  भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में मजबूती बनी हुई है लेकिन वैश्विक हालात का असर भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था पर भी पड़ा है।

महंगाई 4.8 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान
महंगाई को लेकर भी आरबीआई ने अपने अनुमान जारी किए हैं। मौजूदा वित्त वर्ष में महंगाई 4.8 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान है। वैसे चौथी तिमाही के महंगाई में 10 बेसिस प्वाइंट का इजाफा किया गया है। जिसे पिछले के 4.4 फीसदी से बढ़ाकर 4.5 फीसदी कर दिया है। वहीं वित्त वर्ष 2026 में महंगाई 4.2 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान लगाया गया है। जबकि पहली तिमाही में 4.6 फीसदी रह सकती है। इससे पहले इसमें 4.5 फीसदी का रहने अनुमान जताया जा रहा है। दूसरी तिमाही में 4 फीसदी, तीसरी तिमाही में 3.8 फीसदी और चौथी तिमाही में 4.2 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान जताया जा रहा है।

Wriddhiman, who will call time on his career after the Ranji match against Punjab, has been a stalwart for Bengal cricket.

ट्रंप की सख्ती के बाद कोलंबिया का यू-टर्न, प्रवासियों की वापसी के लिए राष्ट्रपति पेट्रो ने भेजा विमान

डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के अमेरिकी सत्ता में वापसी के बाद से ही अनधिकृत अप्रवासियों का मुद्दा फिर से चर्चा में है। अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप देश भर से अवैध प्रवासियों को ढूंढ-ढूंढ के बाहर निकाल रहे हैं।ट्रंप के इस कदम के खिलाफ, कोलंबिया ने अपना सिर उठाया और डिपोर्टेशन फ्लाइट्स की अनुमति अपने देश में नहीं दी। लेकिन, 24 घंटे के अंदर ही ट्रंप ने कोलंबिया के राष्ट्रपति गुस्तावो पेट्रो को घुटने टेकने पर मजबूर कर दिया।

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कोलंबिया पर टैरिफ और अन्य प्रतिबंध लगाने की धमकी दी थी, जिसके बाद कोलंबिया ने अमेरिकी शर्तों को मानते हुए निर्वासन उड़ानों को स्वीकार करने पर सहमति जता दी। कोलंबिया के राष्ट्रपति गुस्तावो पेट्रो ने अमेरिका से प्रवासियों को वापस लाने के लिए विशेष विमान भेजने का फैसला किया है। अमेरिका से जंजीरों में बांधकर अमानवीय तरीके प्रवासियों को भेजे जाने की तस्वीरे सामने आने और इस मुद्दे पर डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के साथ तनातनी के बाद कोलंबिया ने ये फैसला लिया है।कोलंबिया सरकार ने कहा है कि वह यह सुनिश्चित करेगी कि उनके नागरिकों को बेइजज्त करके अमेरिका से ना निकाला जाए। इस संबंध में कोलंबिया के राष्ट्रपति कार्यालय ने अपने बयान में 'सम्मानजनक वापसी' शब्द पर विशेष जोर दिया है।

कोलंबियाई राष्ट्रपति कार्यालय की ओर से जारी बयान में कहा गया कि गुस्तावो पेट्रो के निर्देशन में कोलंबिया सरकार ने डिपोर्टेशन फ्लाइट से देश में आने वाले अपने नागरिकों की सम्मानजनक वापसी की सुविधा के लिए राष्ट्रपति विमान उपलब्ध कराया है। पेट्रो ने अपने निर्वासित नागरिकों की सम्मानजनक वापसी चाहते हैं। अमेरिका से कोलंबियाई नागरिकों की वापसी के लिए एक विशेष टीम का गठन भी किया गया है। कोलंबियाई सरकार अमेरिका से बातचीत कर रही है ताकि निर्वासित लोगों के साथ सम्मानजनक व्यवहार सुनिश्चित हो सके। बयान से साफ है कि कोलंबियाई सरकार अपने नागरिकों के सम्मानजनक व्यवहार को लेकर बेहद गंभीर है।

इससे पहले कोलंबिया में पहले अपने निर्वासित नागरिकों को वापस लेने से मना कर दिया था। कोलंबिया के राष्ट्रपति गुस्तावो पेट्रो ने पूर्व में अमेरिका द्वारा अवैध प्रवासियों को निर्वासित करने के तरीके की आलोचना की थी और कहा कि उनकी सरकार अमेरिका से निर्वासित प्रवासियों को ले जाने वाली उड़ानों को तब तक स्वीकार नहीं करेगी, जब तक ट्रंप प्रशासन उनके साथ 'सम्मानजनक' व्यवहार करने वाला प्रोटोकॉल नहीं बनाता। एक्स पर लिखे संदेश में पेट्रो ने कहा, 'प्रवासी अपराधी नहीं है और उसके साथ सम्मान के साथ व्यवहार किया जाना चाहिए। इंसान इसका हकदार भी है। यही कारण है कि मैंने कोलंबियाई प्रवासियों को ले जा रहे अमेरिकी सैन्य विमानों को वापस कर दिया।

कोलंबिया की सरकार ने बदला फैसला
इससे नाराज होकर अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कोलंबिया के खिलाफ टैरिफ लगाने और अन्य जवाबी कदम उठाने का एलान कर दिया था। इसके कुछ ही घंटों बाद कोलंबिया ने भी अमेरिका पर आयात शुल्क बढ़ाए जाने का फैसला किया था। इससे दोनों मुल्कों में तनातनी बढ़ गई थी। हालांकि, अब कोलंबिया की सरकार ने यू-टर्न ले लिया है। माना जा रहा है कि इसी के चलते कोलंबिया की सरकार को अपना फैसला बदलना पड़ा। 

क्या हो सकते थे कोलंबिया पर गंभीर परिणाम?
अगर, कोलंबिया ने ट्रंप की शर्तें नहीं मानी होती, तो देश को गंभीर आर्थिक और राजनयिक नुकसान झेलना पड़ सकता था। 
1.टैरिफ का असर: कोलंबिया से अमेरिका को निर्यात किए जाने वाले सभी सामानों पर 25% टैरिफ लगने का खतरा था। यह टैरिफ एक सप्ताह में बढ़कर 50% तक हो सकता था। कोलंबिया की अर्थव्यवस्था, जो अपने 33% निर्यात के लिए अमेरिकी बाजार पर निर्भर है, इस टैरिफ से बुरी तरह प्रभावित होती। 

2.वीजा प्रतिबंध: कोलंबियाई सरकारी अधिकारियों और उनके सहयोगियों के वीज़ा रद्द हो सकते थे। इसका असर कोलंबिया की अंतरराष्ट्रीय गतिविधियों और राजनयिक संबंधों पर पड़ता। 

3.सख्त सीमा जांच: कोलंबियाई नागरिकों की अमेरिकी सीमा पर कड़ी जांच होती। इससे व्यापार, यात्रा और प्रवासियों के अधिकारों पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ता। 

4.आर्थिक प्रतिबंध: कोलंबिया की वित्तीय गतिविधियों, बैंकों और व्यापार पर कड़े प्रतिबंध लगाए जा सकते थे। इससे कोलंबिया की अर्थव्यवस्था को बड़ा झटका लगता। 

5.राजनयिक अलगाव: अमेरिका और कोलंबिया के बीच व्यापार और राजनयिक संबंध प्रभावित हो सकते थे। कोलंबिया, जो अमेरिका को अपना सबसे बड़ा व्यापारिक साझेदार मानता है, अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंच पर अलग-थलग पड़ सकता था।

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: CAB President Snehasish Ganguly and India legend Jhulan Goswami wished all the players good luck as the first ever CAB Under-16 Girl’s School Cricket Tournament featuring eight schools got underway at the Rajasthan Ground on Tuesday. 

"It is indeed a moment of great joy that women's cricket in Bengal is scaling higher. From junior to senior level, each and every team has impressed this season. The U-16 Girl's School Cricket Tournament for the first time will boost women's cricket. I wish all the players the best for the tournament. Jhulan is here to inspire all the girls. She is a legend, and all the youngsters look up to her as inspiration," Mr Ganguly said during the inauguration ceremony. 

Jhulan said, "I am happy to be here for the tournament. Just like Bengal Women’s cricket is showing huge improvement, this U-16 Girl's School tournament will also help create talent for the future. I wish all the players the best. This season, every Bengal Women’s team has performed well, and now the hope rests on our Under-19 and Under-23 team who have made the knockouts."

Also present for the ocassion were CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das; CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty; Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Sanjay Das, Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick along with former and senior Women's cricketers.

The One-Day League-cum-knockout tournament, featuring eight teams, has been divided into two groups. After the league stage, the top two teams from each group will progress into the semifinals with its winners facing each other in the summit clash.

अमेरिका को बर्दाश्त नहीं भारत-रूस की दोस्ती, जाते-जाते बाइडेन ने चलाया ऐसा चाबुक, बढ़ेगी टेंशन

अमेरिका रूस के खिलाफ यूक्रेन युद्ध की वजह से नए प्रतिबंधों का ऐलान किया। यूएस डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ स्टेट के मुताबिक अमेरिका ने रूस की 200 से ज्यादा कंपनियों और व्यक्तियों के साथ 180 से ज्यादा शिप्स पर बैन लगा दिया। इसके अलावा दो भारतीय कंपनी स्काईहार्ट मैनेजमेंट सर्विसेज और एविजन मैनेजमेंट सर्विसेज भी बैन लगाया गया है।

रूस और यूक्रेन का युद्ध रुकने का नाम ही नहीं ले रहा है। ऐसे में अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति जो बाइडेन ने रूस पर अब तक के सबसे कड़े प्रतिबंध लगाने की घोषणा की है। उनका उद्देश्य यह है कि रूस को मिल रहा राजस्व कम किया जाए, जिससे यूक्रेन से युद्ध में वह इसका इस्तेमाल न कर सके। इसीलिए उसने 200 से अधिक रूसी संस्थानों और लोगों पर बैन लगाए गए हैं। इनमें बीमा कंपनियां, व्यापारी और तेल टैंकर आदि शामिल हैं।

अमेरिकी ने रूस की तेल उत्पादक कंपनियों और तेल ले जाने वाले जहाजों पर प्रतिबंध लगाया है। अमेरिका ने आरोप लगाया कि रूस, भारत और चीन जैसे देशों को सस्ता क्रूड ऑयल बेचकर यूक्रेन के साथ युद्ध की फंडिंग कर रहा है। इसी खीज में अमेरिका ने रूसी तेल उत्पादकों के साथ-साथ रूसी तेल ले जाने वाले 183 जहाजों पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया। इस बैन की वजह से क्रूड ऑयल की सप्लाई में परेशानी आने लगी है।

क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतों में आई तेजी
अमेरिकी प्रतिबंधों के चलते क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतों में तेजी आ गई है, क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतें 3% तक का बढ़ गई। कच्चे तेल की कीमत अंतरराष्ट्रीय मार्केट में कच्चे तेल की कीमत 80 डॉलर प्रति बैरल को पार हो गई। अमेरिकी प्रतिबंधों के चलते भारत और चीन को रूस से ऑयल इंपोर्ट करने में दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। जिसके चलते सोमवार को ब्रेंट क्रूड का भाव 1.83 प्रतिशत चढ़कर 81.22 डॉलर प्रति बैरल पर पहुंच गया। इस तेजी के साथ की कच्चे तेल की कीमत चार महीने के हाई पर पहुंच गई है।

रूस ने की प्रतिबंधों की आलोचना
रूस के विदेश मंत्रालय ने अमेरिका के इन प्रतिबंधों की आलोचना की है। रूस ने कहा कि यह अमेरिका की रूसी अर्थव्‍यवस्‍था को नुकसान पहुंचाने की चाल है। उसने कहा कि अमेरिका के इस कदम से वैश्विक बाजार में खतरा बढ़ेगा। रूस ने कहा कि वह बड़े तेल और गैस प्राजेक्‍ट पर काम करना जारी रखेगा। अमेरिका ने जो नए प्रतिबंध लगाए हैं, उससे 143 टैंकर प्रभावित होंगे जो 53 करोड़ बैरल रूसी तेल पिछले साल लेकर गए थे।

भारत पर भी होगा असर
रूसी तेल सप्लाई में आने वाली दिक्कतों के बीच आने वाले दिनों में भारत को ऊंचे दामों पर खाड़ी के देशों से कच्चा तेल खरीदना पड़ सकता है। अगर ऐसा ही रहा तो भारत में पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में तेजी आ सकती है। कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में ये तेजी जारी रही तो आपको महंगाई का झटका झेलना पड़ सकता है। यानी आने वाले दिनों में आपको महंगे तेल की कीमतों से दो-चार होना पड़ सकता है। पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमत बढ़ने का सीधा असर सप्लाई चेन पर होगा। खाने-पीने से लेकर हर चीज महंगी होने लगेगी।

पाकिस्तान की सारी हेकड़ी हवा हो गई और आखिरकार एक बार फिर भारत के आगे घुटनों पर आना पड़ा। पाकिस्तान में चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी शुरू होने से ठीक पहले कराची के नेशनल स्टेडियम में भारतीय तिरंगा लहराता दिखा। दरअसल, आईसीसी चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी 2025 के आगाज से पहले पीसीबी ने कराची के स्‍टेडियम में टूर्नामेंट में हिस्‍सा लेने वाले सभी देशों के राष्‍ट्रीय ध्‍वज तो लगाए, लेकिन भारत का राष्‍ट्रीय ध्‍वज नहीं लगाकर विवाद खड़ा कर दिया। इसे भूल कहें या पीसीबी ने जानबूझकर ऐसा किया, ये अलग बात है। सोशल मीडिया पर किरकिरी होने के बाद पीसीबी ने गलती सुधारते हुए अब कराची में भारत का राष्‍ट्रीय ध्‍वज लगा दिया है।

पहले गद्दाफी स्टेडियम का एक वीडियो वायरल हुआ था, जिसमें भारत को छोड़कर सभी भाग लेने वाले देशों के झंडे स्टेडियम की छत पर दिख रहे थे। पीसीबी ने कराची स्टेडियम में भारत का झंडा नहीं लगाया था। इसको लेकर सोशल मीडिया पर फैंस का आक्रोश फूट पड़ा था और लोगों का मानना था कि भले ही भारत वहां खेलने न गया हो, लेकिन नियम के तहत मेजबान देश को अपने स्टेडियम में आठों टीमों के झंडे लगाने थे। हालांकि, अब मामला ठीक दिख रहा है। सोशल मीडिया पर कुछ नई तस्वीरें सामने आई हैं जिसमें बताया गया है कि कराची के स्टेडियम में भारतीय तिरंगे को लगाया गया है।

पीसीबी ने विवाद को खारिज करते हुए कहा था कि आईसीसी चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी 2025 के लिए सिर्फ पाकिस्तान में खेलने वाले देशों के झंडे स्टेडियमों में लगाए गए हैं। पीसीबी के एक सूत्र ने न्यूज एजेंसी आईएएनएस को बताया, 'जैसा कि आप जानते हैं, भारत आईसीसी चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी 2025 के दौरान अपने मैच खेलने के लिए पाकिस्तान नहीं आ रहा है। कराची के नेशनल स्टेडियम, रावलपिंडी क्रिकेट स्टेडियम और लाहौर के गद्दाफी स्टेडियम में उन देशों के झंडे फहराए गए हैं जो इन स्थलों पर खेलने जा रहे हैं।'

बता दें कि पूरा मामला चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी 2025 के आयोजन से जुड़ा है। दरअसल, टूर्नामेंट पाकिस्तान में हो रहा है। भारतीय टीम सुरक्षा कारणों से पाकिस्तान नहीं गई। इसलिए भारत के मैच दुबई में हो रहे हैं। यह हाइब्रिड मॉडल आईसीसी ने अपनाया है। इस पूरे मामले में पीसीबी और बीसीसीआई के बीच पहले से ही तनाव चल रहा था।

ये खबर आम लोगों को खुश करने वाली है। देश के करोड़ों लोगों को सात द‍िन के अंदर दूसरा तोहफा म‍िला है। पहले सरकार ने बजट में बड़ी राहत देते हुए 12 लाख तक की आमदनी को टैक्‍स फ्री क‍िया। अब आरबीआई ने मेहरबानी दिखाई है। रिजर्व बैंक ने आखिरकार मौद्रिक नीति समिति (एमपीसी) की 12वीं बैठक में रेपो रेट घटा ही दिया। जैसे कि कयास लगाए जा रहे थे कि इस बार आरबीआई आम आदमी को सस्‍ते लोन का तोहफा देते हुए रेपो रेट में 0.25 फीसदी की कटौती कर ही देगा, वैसा ही हुआ।

रिजर्व बैंक की मौद्रिक नीति समिति (एमपीसी) की तरफ से शुक्रवार को ब्याज दर में 25 बेस‍िस प्‍वाइंट कटौती की घोषणा की गई। इसके साथ ही रेपो रेट घटकर 6.25% पर आ गया।आरबीआई के नए गवर्नर संजय मल्होत्रा ने अपने कार्यकाल की पहली एमपीसी मीट‍िंग में ब्‍याज दर कटौती का फैसला करके लोगों को खुश कर द‍िया है। पांच साल में यह पहला मौका है जब र‍िजर्व बैंक की तरफ से रेपो रेट में कटौती की गई है। इससे पहले मई 2020 में कोरोना महामारी के चलते देश में लॉकडाउन लगा था जब आरबीआई ने ब्याज दरों को घटाने का फैसला लिया था।

सस्ता होगा लोन
5 फरवरी को शुरू हुई तीन द‍िवसीय द्विमासिक समीक्षा के बाद केंद्रीय बैंक ने शुक्रवार को करोड़ों लोगों को राहत देते हुए रेपो रेट में कमी करने का फैसला क‍िया। रेपो रेट में कटौती होने के बाद उम्‍मीद है क‍ि बैंक होम लोन समेत अलग-अलग तरह के लोन पर ब्‍याज दर में कटौती करेंगे।सेंट्रल बैंक के इस फैसले के बाद बैंकों के लिए होमलोन, कारलोन, एजुकेशन लोन, कॉरपोरेट लोन से लेकर पर्सनल लोन के ब्याज दरों में कटौती करने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। 

कितनी रहेगी ग्रोथ रेट?
आरबीआई ने वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए जीडीपी ग्रोथ रेट 6.4 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान जताया है। जबकि पहले 6.6 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान जताया गया था। वित्त वर्ष 2025-26 में आरबीआई ने 6.7 फीसदी जीडीपी ग्रोथ रेट का अनुमान जताया है। आरबीआई गवर्नर ने कहा, अर्थव्यवस्था की मजबूती के लिए काम करते रहेंगे। साथ ही सभी इकोनॉमी के स्टेकहोल्डर्स के साथ कंसलटेशन का दौर जारी रहेगा। संजय मल्होत्रा ने कहा, वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था के हालात चुनौतीपूर्ण बने हुए हैं।  भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में मजबूती बनी हुई है लेकिन वैश्विक हालात का असर भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था पर भी पड़ा है।

महंगाई 4.8 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान
महंगाई को लेकर भी आरबीआई ने अपने अनुमान जारी किए हैं। मौजूदा वित्त वर्ष में महंगाई 4.8 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान है। वैसे चौथी तिमाही के महंगाई में 10 बेसिस प्वाइंट का इजाफा किया गया है। जिसे पिछले के 4.4 फीसदी से बढ़ाकर 4.5 फीसदी कर दिया है। वहीं वित्त वर्ष 2026 में महंगाई 4.2 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान लगाया गया है। जबकि पहली तिमाही में 4.6 फीसदी रह सकती है। इससे पहले इसमें 4.5 फीसदी का रहने अनुमान जताया जा रहा है। दूसरी तिमाही में 4 फीसदी, तीसरी तिमाही में 3.8 फीसदी और चौथी तिमाही में 4.2 फीसदी रहने का अनुमान जताया जा रहा है।

डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के अमेरिकी सत्ता में वापसी के बाद से ही अनधिकृत अप्रवासियों का मुद्दा फिर से चर्चा में है। अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप देश भर से अवैध प्रवासियों को ढूंढ-ढूंढ के बाहर निकाल रहे हैं।ट्रंप के इस कदम के खिलाफ, कोलंबिया ने अपना सिर उठाया और डिपोर्टेशन फ्लाइट्स की अनुमति अपने देश में नहीं दी। लेकिन, 24 घंटे के अंदर ही ट्रंप ने कोलंबिया के राष्ट्रपति गुस्तावो पेट्रो को घुटने टेकने पर मजबूर कर दिया।

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कोलंबिया पर टैरिफ और अन्य प्रतिबंध लगाने की धमकी दी थी, जिसके बाद कोलंबिया ने अमेरिकी शर्तों को मानते हुए निर्वासन उड़ानों को स्वीकार करने पर सहमति जता दी। कोलंबिया के राष्ट्रपति गुस्तावो पेट्रो ने अमेरिका से प्रवासियों को वापस लाने के लिए विशेष विमान भेजने का फैसला किया है। अमेरिका से जंजीरों में बांधकर अमानवीय तरीके प्रवासियों को भेजे जाने की तस्वीरे सामने आने और इस मुद्दे पर डोनाल्ड ट्रंप के साथ तनातनी के बाद कोलंबिया ने ये फैसला लिया है।कोलंबिया सरकार ने कहा है कि वह यह सुनिश्चित करेगी कि उनके नागरिकों को बेइजज्त करके अमेरिका से ना निकाला जाए। इस संबंध में कोलंबिया के राष्ट्रपति कार्यालय ने अपने बयान में 'सम्मानजनक वापसी' शब्द पर विशेष जोर दिया है।

कोलंबियाई राष्ट्रपति कार्यालय की ओर से जारी बयान में कहा गया कि गुस्तावो पेट्रो के निर्देशन में कोलंबिया सरकार ने डिपोर्टेशन फ्लाइट से देश में आने वाले अपने नागरिकों की सम्मानजनक वापसी की सुविधा के लिए राष्ट्रपति विमान उपलब्ध कराया है। पेट्रो ने अपने निर्वासित नागरिकों की सम्मानजनक वापसी चाहते हैं। अमेरिका से कोलंबियाई नागरिकों की वापसी के लिए एक विशेष टीम का गठन भी किया गया है। कोलंबियाई सरकार अमेरिका से बातचीत कर रही है ताकि निर्वासित लोगों के साथ सम्मानजनक व्यवहार सुनिश्चित हो सके। बयान से साफ है कि कोलंबियाई सरकार अपने नागरिकों के सम्मानजनक व्यवहार को लेकर बेहद गंभीर है।

इससे पहले कोलंबिया में पहले अपने निर्वासित नागरिकों को वापस लेने से मना कर दिया था। कोलंबिया के राष्ट्रपति गुस्तावो पेट्रो ने पूर्व में अमेरिका द्वारा अवैध प्रवासियों को निर्वासित करने के तरीके की आलोचना की थी और कहा कि उनकी सरकार अमेरिका से निर्वासित प्रवासियों को ले जाने वाली उड़ानों को तब तक स्वीकार नहीं करेगी, जब तक ट्रंप प्रशासन उनके साथ 'सम्मानजनक' व्यवहार करने वाला प्रोटोकॉल नहीं बनाता। एक्स पर लिखे संदेश में पेट्रो ने कहा, 'प्रवासी अपराधी नहीं है और उसके साथ सम्मान के साथ व्यवहार किया जाना चाहिए। इंसान इसका हकदार भी है। यही कारण है कि मैंने कोलंबियाई प्रवासियों को ले जा रहे अमेरिकी सैन्य विमानों को वापस कर दिया।

कोलंबिया की सरकार ने बदला फैसला
इससे नाराज होकर अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने कोलंबिया के खिलाफ टैरिफ लगाने और अन्य जवाबी कदम उठाने का एलान कर दिया था। इसके कुछ ही घंटों बाद कोलंबिया ने भी अमेरिका पर आयात शुल्क बढ़ाए जाने का फैसला किया था। इससे दोनों मुल्कों में तनातनी बढ़ गई थी। हालांकि, अब कोलंबिया की सरकार ने यू-टर्न ले लिया है। माना जा रहा है कि इसी के चलते कोलंबिया की सरकार को अपना फैसला बदलना पड़ा। 

क्या हो सकते थे कोलंबिया पर गंभीर परिणाम?
अगर, कोलंबिया ने ट्रंप की शर्तें नहीं मानी होती, तो देश को गंभीर आर्थिक और राजनयिक नुकसान झेलना पड़ सकता था। 
1.टैरिफ का असर: कोलंबिया से अमेरिका को निर्यात किए जाने वाले सभी सामानों पर 25% टैरिफ लगने का खतरा था। यह टैरिफ एक सप्ताह में बढ़कर 50% तक हो सकता था। कोलंबिया की अर्थव्यवस्था, जो अपने 33% निर्यात के लिए अमेरिकी बाजार पर निर्भर है, इस टैरिफ से बुरी तरह प्रभावित होती।

Khabar kolkata sports Desk: CAB President Snehasish Ganguly and India legend Jhulan Goswami wished all the players good luck as the first ever CAB Under-16 Girl’s School Cricket Tournament featuring eight schools got underway at the Rajasthan Ground on Tuesday. 

"It is indeed a moment of great joy that women's cricket in Bengal is scaling higher. From junior to senior level, each and every team has impressed this season. The U-16 Girl's School Cricket Tournament for the first time will boost women's cricket. I wish all the players the best for the tournament. Jhulan is here to inspire all the girls. She is a legend, and all the youngsters look up to her as inspiration," Mr Ganguly said during the inauguration ceremony. 

Jhulan said, "I am happy to be here for the tournament. Just like Bengal Women’s cricket is showing huge improvement, this U-16 Girl's School tournament will also help create talent for the future. I wish all the players the best. This season, every Bengal Women’s team has performed well, and now the hope rests on our Under-19 and Under-23 team who have made the knockouts."

Also present for the ocassion were CAB Joint Secretary Debabrata Das; CAB Treasurer Prabir Chakrabarty; Tour, Fixture and Technical Committee Chairman Sanjay Das, Observers Committee Chairman Srimanta Kumar Mallick along with former and senior Women's cricketers.

The opening day will be a double-header clash with South Point High School taking on The Heritage School at the Rajasthan Ground, while Purwanchal Vidyamandir will face Rabindra Path Bhavan Academy at AIS Alampur Ground. 

The One-Day League-cum-knockout tournament, featuring eight teams, has been divided into two groups. After the league stage, the top two teams from each group will progress into the semifinals with its winners facing each other in the summit clash.

अमेरिका को बर्दाश्त नहीं भारत-रूस की दोस्ती, जाते-जाते बाइडेन ने चलाया ऐसा चाबुक, बढ़ेगी टेंशन

अमेरिका रूस के खिलाफ यूक्रेन युद्ध की वजह से नए प्रतिबंधों का ऐलान किया। यूएस डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ स्टेट के मुताबिक अमेरिका ने रूस की 200 से ज्यादा कंपनियों और व्यक्तियों के साथ 180 से ज्यादा शिप्स पर बैन लगा दिया। इसके अलावा दो भारतीय कंपनी स्काईहार्ट मैनेजमेंट सर्विसेज और एविजन मैनेजमेंट सर्विसेज भी बैन लगाया गया है।

रूस और यूक्रेन का युद्ध रुकने का नाम ही नहीं ले रहा है। ऐसे में अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति जो बाइडेन ने रूस पर अब तक के सबसे कड़े प्रतिबंध लगाने की घोषणा की है। उनका उद्देश्य यह है कि रूस को मिल रहा राजस्व कम किया जाए, जिससे यूक्रेन से युद्ध में वह इसका इस्तेमाल न कर सके। इसीलिए उसने 200 से अधिक रूसी संस्थानों और लोगों पर बैन लगाए गए हैं। इनमें बीमा कंपनियां, व्यापारी और तेल टैंकर आदि शामिल हैं।

अमेरिकी ने रूस की तेल उत्पादक कंपनियों और तेल ले जाने वाले जहाजों पर प्रतिबंध लगाया है। अमेरिका ने आरोप लगाया कि रूस, भारत और चीन जैसे देशों को सस्ता क्रूड ऑयल बेचकर यूक्रेन के साथ युद्ध की फंडिंग कर रहा है। इसी खीज में अमेरिका ने रूसी तेल उत्पादकों के साथ-साथ रूसी तेल ले जाने वाले 183 जहाजों पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया। इस बैन की वजह से क्रूड ऑयल की सप्लाई में परेशानी आने लगी है।

क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतों में आई तेजी
अमेरिकी प्रतिबंधों के चलते क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतों में तेजी आ गई है, क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतें 3% तक का बढ़ गई। कच्चे तेल की कीमत अंतरराष्ट्रीय मार्केट में कच्चे तेल की कीमत 80 डॉलर प्रति बैरल को पार हो गई। अमेरिकी प्रतिबंधों के चलते भारत और चीन को रूस से ऑयल इंपोर्ट करने में दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। जिसके चलते सोमवार को ब्रेंट क्रूड का भाव 1.83 प्रतिशत चढ़कर 81.22 डॉलर प्रति बैरल पर पहुंच गया। इस तेजी के साथ की कच्चे तेल की कीमत चार महीने के हाई पर पहुंच गई है।

रूस ने की प्रतिबंधों की आलोचना
रूस के विदेश मंत्रालय ने अमेरिका के इन प्रतिबंधों की आलोचना की है। रूस ने कहा कि यह अमेरिका की रूसी अर्थव्‍यवस्‍था को नुकसान पहुंचाने की चाल है। उसने कहा कि अमेरिका के इस कदम से वैश्विक बाजार में खतरा बढ़ेगा। रूस ने कहा कि वह बड़े तेल और गैस प्राजेक्‍ट पर काम करना जारी रखेगा। अमेरिका ने जो नए प्रतिबंध लगाए हैं, उससे 143 टैंकर प्रभावित होंगे जो 53 करोड़ बैरल रूसी तेल पिछले साल लेकर गए थे।

भारत पर भी होगा असर
रूसी तेल सप्लाई में आने वाली दिक्कतों के बीच आने वाले दिनों में भारत को ऊंचे दामों पर खाड़ी के देशों से कच्चा तेल खरीदना पड़ सकता है। अगर ऐसा ही रहा तो भारत में पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमतों में तेजी आ सकती है। कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में ये तेजी जारी रही तो आपको महंगाई का झटका झेलना पड़ सकता है। यानी आने वाले दिनों में आपको महंगे तेल की कीमतों से दो-चार होना पड़ सकता है। पेट्रोल-डीजल की कीमत बढ़ने का सीधा असर सप्लाई चेन पर होगा। खाने-पीने से लेकर हर चीज महंगी होने लगेगी।

Shami returned to domestic cricket after recovering from injury. He played Ranji, Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 and Vijay Hazare Trophy for Bengal. This time he returned to India's T20 team.

Shamir has no more problems with fitness. One of the best fast bowlers in the country is ready to take the field in international cricket. Due to fitness issues, Shami was eventually unable to travel to Australia to play the Border-Gaoskar Trophy. Despite recovering from an ankle injury and playing for Bengal in various domestic competitions including the Ranji Trophy, he had fitness issues. He was not in a condition to take the pressure of playing a five-day match. Apart from that, he got a slight knee injury while playing for Bengal.
