छत्तीसगढ़ के बस्तर अंचल में शनिवार को सुरक्षाबलों और नक्सलियों के बीच हुई मुठभेड़ों में अब तक 14 माओवादी ढेर कर दिए गए हैं। यह कार्रवाई सुकमा और बीजापुर जिलों में अलग-अलग स्थानों पर चल रहे दो बड़े एंटी-नक्सल ऑपरेशनों के दौरान हुई। 

गश्त पर निकले जवानों से आमना-सामना
सुकमा जिले के किस्टाराम एरिया में जवान गश्त पर निकले थे। तभी उनका नक्सलियों से सामना हो गया और गोलीबारी शुरू हो गई। दोनों तरफ से काफी देर तक गोलीबारी चली। इस दौरान जवानों ने कई नक्सलियों को मार गिराया। बताया जा रहा है कि इस मुठभेड़ में 14 से ज़्यादा नक्सली मारे गए हैं। मौके से कई शव बरामद किए गए हैं। अधिकारी ने साफ किया कि ऑपरेशन अभी खत्म नहीं हुआ है और पूरे इलाके की गहन सर्चिंग की जा रही है।

नक्सलियों की मौजूदगी की सूचना पर कार्रवाई
जानकारी के अनुसार, बीजापुर और सुकमा जिलों के दक्षिणी इलाकों में सशस्त्र नक्सलियों की मौजूदगी की पुख्ता सूचना मिलने के बाद सुरक्षा बलों ने तुरंत कार्रवाई शुरू की। अभियान के तहत दक्षिण बस्तर क्षेत्र में डीआरजी की विशेष टीमों को रवाना किया गया था। ऑपरेशन के दौरान बीजापुर जिले में सुबह लगभग 5 बजे से डीआरजी और नक्सलियों के बीच रुक-रुक कर मुठभेड़ जारी रही। वहीं, सुकमा जिले में भी सुबह लगभग 8 बजे सुरक्षा बलों और नक्सलियों के बीच रुक-रुक कर फायरिंग की स्थिति बनी हुई है।

प्रमुख सचिव, व्यावसायिक शिक्षा, कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमशीलता विभाग डॉ. हरिओम ने कहा कि विकसित उत्तर प्रदेश 2047 बनाने की दिशा में विभाग बड़े पैमाने पर आईटीआई प्रशिक्षण को आधुनिक स्वरूप दे रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि 212 आईटीआई को टाटा टेक्नोलॉजी के सहयोग से अपग्रेड किया गया है, जहां पिछले दो वर्षों में लगभग 24 हजार युवाओं को आधुनिक तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है। प्रदेश में प्रतिवर्ष 7 लाख प्रशिक्षार्थी आईटीआई के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं तथा कौशल विकास मिशन के माध्यम से लगभग 70 हजार युवाओं को प्रशिक्षित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि ड्रोन, एआई, ब्लॉकचेन तथा आईओटी जैसे उभरते क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षण देकर उत्तर प्रदेश देश और दुनिया में तकनीकी नेतृत्व की ओर बढ़ रहा है।

छत्तीसगढ़ के बस्तर अंचल में शनिवार को सुरक्षाबलों और नक्सलियों के बीच हुई मुठभेड़ों में अब तक 14 माओवादी ढेर कर दिए गए हैं। यह कार्रवाई सुकमा और बीजापुर जिलों में अलग-अलग स्थानों पर चल रहे दो बड़े एंटी-नक्सल ऑपरेशनों के दौरान हुई। 

गश्त पर निकले जवानों से आमना-सामना
सुकमा जिले के किस्टाराम एरिया में जवान गश्त पर निकले थे। तभी उनका नक्सलियों से सामना हो गया और गोलीबारी शुरू हो गई। दोनों तरफ से काफी देर तक गोलीबारी चली। इस दौरान जवानों ने कई नक्सलियों को मार गिराया। बताया जा रहा है कि इस मुठभेड़ में 14 से ज़्यादा नक्सली मारे गए हैं। मौके से कई शव बरामद किए गए हैं। अधिकारी ने साफ किया कि ऑपरेशन अभी खत्म नहीं हुआ है और पूरे इलाके की गहन सर्चिंग की जा रही है।

नक्सलियों की मौजूदगी की सूचना पर कार्रवाई
जानकारी के अनुसार, बीजापुर और सुकमा जिलों के दक्षिणी इलाकों में सशस्त्र नक्सलियों की मौजूदगी की पुख्ता सूचना मिलने के बाद सुरक्षा बलों ने तुरंत कार्रवाई शुरू की। अभियान के तहत दक्षिण बस्तर क्षेत्र में डीआरजी की विशेष टीमों को रवाना किया गया था। ऑपरेशन के दौरान बीजापुर जिले में सुबह लगभग 5 बजे से डीआरजी और नक्सलियों के बीच रुक-रुक कर मुठभेड़ जारी रही। वहीं, सुकमा जिले में भी सुबह लगभग 8 बजे सुरक्षा बलों और नक्सलियों के बीच रुक-रुक कर फायरिंग की स्थिति बनी हुई है।

लखनऊ। योजना भवन, लखनऊ में शुक्रवार को  व्यावसायिक शिक्षा, कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमशीलता विभाग तथा प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में विकसित उत्तर प्रदेश विजन डॉक्यूमेंट तैयार करने के उद्देश्य से राज्य स्तरीय विचार-मंथन सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) व्यावसायिक शिक्षा, कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमशीलता विभाग कपिल देव अग्रवाल ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। 
  
मंत्री अग्रवाल ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश को विकसित राज्य बनाने के लिए युवाओं को आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस, क्वांटम टेक्नोलॉजी, सेमीकंडक्टर, रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी, ग्रीन हाइड्रोजन और ड्रोन जैसे भविष्यगत क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षित करने की दिशा में बड़े पैमाने पर कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि युवाओं को केवल रोजगार पाने वाला नहीं बल्कि रोजगार देने वाला बनाना सरकार की प्राथमिकता है, इसी उद्देश्य से आईटीआई और पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थानों को बाज़ार की मांग के अनुरूप नए कोर्सों से सशक्त किया जा रहा है। मंत्री ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इन प्रयासों से भारत की 6 ट्रिलियन डॉलर अर्थव्यवस्था बनाने का लक्ष्य मजबूत होगा और उत्तर प्रदेश देश के विकसित भारत के सपने को पूरा करने में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण स्तम्भ बनेगा।
  
मुख्यमंत्री के सलाहकार अवनीश अवस्थी ने कहा कि विकसित भारत के विजन में विकसित उत्तर प्रदेश की केंद्रीय भूमिका है, इसलिए इस दिशा में कोई भी बजट कमी आड़े नहीं आने दी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मजबूत मानव पूंजी, उच्च स्तरीय तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण और विश्वस्तरीय कौशल विकास से ही प्रदेश को वैश्विक प्रतिस्पर्धा में अग्रणी बनाया जा सकता है।
  
मुख्यमंत्री के सलाहकार जे.एन. सिंह ने कहा कि आईटीआई और पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थान विकसित उत्तर प्रदेश 2047 की नींव हैं। इन संस्थानों की मान्यता और एफिलिएशन प्रक्रियाओं को सरल बनाया जाएगा, ताकि युवा वैश्विक तकनीकी माहौल के अनुरूप दक्ष बन सकें। उन्होंने कहा कि तकनीकी दक्षता, कौशल विकास और औद्योगिक तालमेल ही उत्तर प्रदेश को वैश्विक मंच पर अग्रणी बनाएगा।
  
अपर मुख्य सचिव, प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग, नरेन्द्र भूषण ने अपने संबोधन में बताया कि प्रदेश के पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थानों में प्रशिक्षण की गुणवत्ता सुधारने के लिए एकेडमिक कैलेंडर को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एकरूप किया गया है। साथ ही 121 पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थानों को टीटीएल के सहयोग से इंडस्ट्री 4.0 मॉडल के अनुरूप विकसित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि naukri.com के साथ एमओयू के माध्यम से बड़ी संख्या में युवाओं को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है तथा सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस की स्थापना कर बच्चों को स्किल आधारित शिक्षा से जोड़ा जा रहा है।
  
प्रमुख सचिव, व्यावसायिक शिक्षा, कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमशीलता विभाग डॉ. हरिओम ने कहा कि विकसित उत्तर प्रदेश 2047 बनाने की दिशा में विभाग बड़े पैमाने पर आईटीआई प्रशिक्षण को आधुनिक स्वरूप दे रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि 212 आईटीआई को टाटा टेक्नोलॉजी के सहयोग से अपग्रेड किया गया है, जहां पिछले दो वर्षों में लगभग 24 हजार युवाओं को आधुनिक तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है। प्रदेश में प्रतिवर्ष 7 लाख प्रशिक्षार्थी आईटीआई के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे हैं तथा कौशल विकास मिशन के माध्यम से लगभग 70 हजार युवाओं को प्रशिक्षित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि ड्रोन, एआई, ब्लॉकचेन तथा आईओटी जैसे उभरते क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षण देकर उत्तर प्रदेश देश और दुनिया में तकनीकी नेतृत्व की ओर बढ़ रहा है।
  
सम्मेलन के विभिन्न सत्रों में फ्रंटियर टेक्नोलॉजी, नवाचार, शिक्षा में गुणवत्ता, उद्यमिता संवर्द्धन और रोजगार सृजन पर विस्तृत चर्चा हुई। पैनल चर्चाओं में मिशन निदेशक पुलकित खरे ने भविष्य की कौशल आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप नए पाठ्यक्रम आरंभ करने, प्रयोगशालाओं और डिजिटल अधोसंरचना के उन्नयन पर अपने विचार रखे। निदेशक प्रशिक्षण अभिषेक सिंह ने एनएसक्यूएफ, राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति और क्रेडिट फ्रेमवर्क के अनुरूप पाठ्यक्रमों को संरेखित करने के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला।
