भारत के पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र से राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी यानी एनआईए ने यहां छह यूक्रेनी नागरिकों को हिरासत में लिया है। इन पर अवैध रूप से मिजोरम में प्रवेश करने और फिर पड़ोसी देश म्यांमार जाकर उग्रवादियों को लड़ाई की ट्रेनिंग देने का आरोप है।यूक्रेन की सरकार ने विदेश मंत्रालय के समक्ष अपने इन नागरिकों की गिरफ्तारी का विरोध दर्ज कराते हुए उनकी तत्काल रिहाई और आसान कॉन्सुलर पहुंच दिए जाने की मांग की है।

  


क्रेनी नागरिकों को मिजोरम में अवैध रूप से प्रवेश करने और वहां से म्यांमार की सीमा में दाखिल होने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इस मामले में यूक्रेनियों के अलावा एक अमेरिकी नागरिक को भी पकड़ा गया है। इन सभी को 16 मार्च को कोर्ट में पेश किया गया, जहां इन्हें 27 मार्च तक पुलिस रिमांड में भेज दिया है।

  

मिजोरम सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से बेहद संवेदनशील राज्य
जांच एजेंसियों का दावा है कि ये सभी विदेशी नागरिक मिजोरम पहुंचे थे, जो कि सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से बेहद संवेदनशील राज्य माना जाता है। यह राज्य म्यांमार के साथ लगभग 510 किलोमीटर लंबी सीमा साझा करता है। इस क्षेत्र में विदेशी नागरिकों के प्रवेश के लिए ‘रिस्ट्रिक्टेड एरिया परमिट’ (RAP) अनिवार्य होता है, लेकिन आरोप है कि इन लोगों ने बिना अनुमति के इस क्षेत्र में प्रवेश किया।

मिजोरम में बिना विशेष परमिट के घुसने का आरोप
यूक्रेनी विदेश मंत्रालय ने बयान जारी कर कहा, "13 मार्च 2026 को, भारत गणराज्य में यूक्रेन के छह नागरिकों को हिरासत में लिया गया। शुरुआती जानकारी के अनुसार, उन पर मिजोरम राज्य में बिना अनुमति के मौजूद होने का आरोप है—जिस राज्य में प्रवेश के लिए एक विशेष परमिट की आवश्यकता होती है—साथ ही उन पर भारत और म्यांमार के बीच की राज्य सीमा को कथित तौर पर अवैध रूप से पार करने का भी आरोप है। फिलहाल, भारत के संबंधित अधिकारी इस मामले में आवश्यक जांच-पड़ताल कर रहे हैं।"

लद्दाख में भड़की हिंसा के बाद हिरासत में लिए गए सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और इंजीनियर सोनम वांगचुक को केंद्र सरकार ने रिहा करने का फैसला किया है। सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम (NSA) के तहत उनकी हिरासत को तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द कर दिया है।सरकार ने अपनी प्राप्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह महत्वपूर्ण फैसला लिया है। इस फैसले से सोनम वांगचुक को अब तुरंत रिहाई मिल सकती है।

  


लद्दाख में शांति और स्थिरता को लेकर सरकार का फैसला
सरकार का कहना है कि यह फैसला लद्दाख में शांति और स्थिरता का माहौल मजबूत करने और सभी पक्षों के साथ रचनात्मक संवाद को आगे बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से लिया गया है। सरकार की तरफ से जारी बयान में कहा गया है कि सरकार लद्दाख में शांति, स्थिरता और आपसी विश्वास का वातावरण बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है, ताकि सभी हितधारकों के साथ सार्थक बातचीत संभव हो सके। इसी उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए और सभी पहलुओं पर विचार करने के बाद गृह मंत्रालय ने सोनम वांगचुक की हिरासत समाप्त करने का निर्णय लिया है। सरकार ने यह भी दोहराया कि लद्दाख की सुरक्षा और क्षेत्र की स्थिरता के लिए सभी जरूरी कदम उठाए जाते रहेंगे।

  

लेह में हिंसा भड़काने के आरोप में 26 सितंबर को हुए गिरफ्तार
24 सितंबर 2025 को लेह हिंसा भड़काने के आरोप में 26 सितंबर को राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम (NSA) के तहत वांगचुक को हिरासत में लिया था। तब से वे जोधपुर जेल में हैं। इस हिंसा में 4 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 150 से ज्यादा लोग घायल हो गए थे। करीब साढ़े पांच महीने हो चुके हैं। करीब 170 दिन बाद रिहा होंगे।

  मेरठ । देहरादून के मशहूर मोटो-ब्लॉगर और ‘बिग बॉस-17’ फेम अनुराग डोभाल (UK07 Rider) ने शनिवार रात दिल्ली-मेरठ एक्सप्रेसवे पर आत्महत्या की कोशिश कर सनसनी फैला दी। बताया जा रहा है कि अनुराग ने यह खौफनाक कदम उस समय उठाया जब वह इंस्टाग्राम पर लाइव थे और हजारों लोग उन्हें देख रहे थे।
  
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, अनुराग डोभाल शनिवार रात दिल्ली-मेरठ एक्सप्रेसवे पर कार चला रहे थे और इसी दौरान वह इंस्टाग्राम पर लाइव आ गए। लाइव वीडियो में वह काफी भावुक और मानसिक रूप से टूटे हुए नजर आए। उन्होंने कहा कि वह अब और सहन नहीं कर सकते।
  
लाइव वीडियो के दौरान ही उन्होंने हवा हवाई रेस्टोरेंट के सामने कार की रफ्तार करीब 150 किमी प्रति घंटा तक बढ़ा दी और “यह मेरी अंतिम यात्रा है” कहते हुए कार सीधे डिवाइडर में टकरा दी। तेज रफ्तार कार के डिवाइडर से टकराते ही वहां अफरा-तफरी मच गई। इस पूरे घटनाक्रम को हजारों लोग लाइव देख रहे थे, जिसके बाद सोशल मीडिया पर हड़कंप मच गया।
  
हादसे के तुरंत बाद मौके पर मौजूद राहगीरों और पुलिस ने घायल अनुराग को बाहर निकाला। वह लहूलुहान हालत में थे। उन्हें तुरंत मेरठ के सुभारती अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने प्राथमिक उपचार किया। बाद में उनके परिजन और करीबी उन्हें बेहतर इलाज के लिए दिल्ली ले गए। डॉक्टरों के अनुसार उनकी हालत फिलहाल गंभीर बनी हुई है।
  
पारिवारिक विवाद और इंटरकास्ट मैरिज बना तनाव का कारण
  
बताया जा रहा है कि अनुराग पिछले कई दिनों से गहरे मानसिक तनाव और पारिवारिक विवादों से गुजर रहे थे। उन्होंने कुछ समय पहले करीब दो घंटे का एक वीडियो भी सोशल मीडिया पर साझा किया था, जिसमें उन्होंने अपनी स्थिति के लिए अपने माता-पिता और भाई ‘कलम’ को जिम्मेदार ठहराया था।
  
अनुराग ने आरोप लगाया था कि उनकी पत्नी रितिका चौहान के साथ उनकी इंटरकास्ट मैरिज को परिवार ने कभी स्वीकार नहीं किया। उन्होंने बताया कि शादी से छह दिन पहले ही उनके माता-पिता ने साथ छोड़ दिया था और उन्हें रिश्तेदारों के सामने माफी मांगने के लिए मजबूर किया गया था।
  
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि उनकी पत्नी रितिका, जो इस समय गर्भवती हैं, वह भी उन्हें छोड़कर चली गई हैं। अनुराग ने अपने भाई पर संपत्ति हड़पने और सोशल मीडिया पर उन्हें एक्सपोज करने की धमकी देने जैसे गंभीर आरोप भी लगाए थे।

सुखोई-30 प्लेन क्रैश में स्क्वाड्रन लीडर अनुज और फ्लाइट लेफ्टिनेंट पुरवेश दुरागकर को अपनी जडान गंवानी पड़ी। भारतीय वायु सेना ने स्क्वाड्रन लीडर अनुज और फ्लाइट लेफ्टिनेंट पुरवेश दुरागकर के निधन पर गहरा शोक जताया है। सेना ने कहा गया कि भारतीय वायु सेना शोक संतप्त परिवार के प्रति अपनी संवेदना व्यक्त करते हैं और इस दुख की घड़ी में उनके साथ मजबूती से खड़ी है।

पहले इस विमान के लापता होने की सूचना आई थी। फाइटर जेट एक ट्रेनिंग मिशन पर था। अधिकारियों ने कहा था कि विमान ने असम के जोरहाट से उड़ान भरने के बाद रडार से संपर्क खो दिया था। बृहस्पतिवार शाम को जोरहाट हवाई अड्डे से उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही समय बाद असम के कार्बी आंगलोंग जिले के ऊपर से गुजरते समय रडार से संपर्क टूट गया था। यह फाइटर जेट जोरहाट से लगभग 60 किलोमीटर दूर कार्बी आंगलोंग इलाके में क्रैश हो गया।

भारत के पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र से राष्ट्रीय जांच एजेंसी यानी एनआईए ने यहां छह यूक्रेनी नागरिकों को हिरासत में लिया है। इन पर अवैध रूप से मिजोरम में प्रवेश करने और फिर पड़ोसी देश म्यांमार जाकर उग्रवादियों को लड़ाई की ट्रेनिंग देने का आरोप है।यूक्रेन की सरकार ने विदेश मंत्रालय के समक्ष अपने इन नागरिकों की गिरफ्तारी का विरोध दर्ज कराते हुए उनकी तत्काल रिहाई और आसान कॉन्सुलर पहुंच दिए जाने की मांग की है।

  


क्रेनी नागरिकों को मिजोरम में अवैध रूप से प्रवेश करने और वहां से म्यांमार की सीमा में दाखिल होने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इस मामले में यूक्रेनियों के अलावा एक अमेरिकी नागरिक को भी पकड़ा गया है। इन सभी को 16 मार्च को कोर्ट में पेश किया गया, जहां इन्हें 27 मार्च तक पुलिस रिमांड में भेज दिया है।

  

मिजोरम सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से बेहद संवेदनशील राज्य
जांच एजेंसियों का दावा है कि ये सभी विदेशी नागरिक मिजोरम पहुंचे थे, जो कि सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से बेहद संवेदनशील राज्य माना जाता है। यह राज्य म्यांमार के साथ लगभग 510 किलोमीटर लंबी सीमा साझा करता है। इस क्षेत्र में विदेशी नागरिकों के प्रवेश के लिए ‘रिस्ट्रिक्टेड एरिया परमिट’ (RAP) अनिवार्य होता है, लेकिन आरोप है कि इन लोगों ने बिना अनुमति के इस क्षेत्र में प्रवेश किया।

मिजोरम में बिना विशेष परमिट के घुसने का आरोप
यूक्रेनी विदेश मंत्रालय ने बयान जारी कर कहा, "13 मार्च 2026 को, भारत गणराज्य में यूक्रेन के छह नागरिकों को हिरासत में लिया गया। शुरुआती जानकारी के अनुसार, उन पर मिजोरम राज्य में बिना अनुमति के मौजूद होने का आरोप है—जिस राज्य में प्रवेश के लिए एक विशेष परमिट की आवश्यकता होती है—साथ ही उन पर भारत और म्यांमार के बीच की राज्य सीमा को कथित तौर पर अवैध रूप से पार करने का भी आरोप है। फिलहाल, भारत के संबंधित अधिकारी इस मामले में आवश्यक जांच-पड़ताल कर रहे हैं।"

सोनम वांगचुक की हिरासत तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द, 170 दिन बाद होंगे जेल से रिहा, NSA केस भी हटा

लद्दाख में भड़की हिंसा के बाद हिरासत में लिए गए सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और इंजीनियर सोनम वांगचुक को केंद्र सरकार ने रिहा करने का फैसला किया है। सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम (NSA) के तहत उनकी हिरासत को तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द कर दिया है।सरकार ने अपनी प्राप्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह महत्वपूर्ण फैसला लिया है। इस फैसले से सोनम वांगचुक को अब तुरंत रिहाई मिल सकती है।

  


लद्दाख में शांति और स्थिरता को लेकर सरकार का फैसला
सरकार का कहना है कि यह फैसला लद्दाख में शांति और स्थिरता का माहौल मजबूत करने और सभी पक्षों के साथ रचनात्मक संवाद को आगे बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से लिया गया है। सरकार की तरफ से जारी बयान में कहा गया है कि सरकार लद्दाख में शांति, स्थिरता और आपसी विश्वास का वातावरण बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है, ताकि सभी हितधारकों के साथ सार्थक बातचीत संभव हो सके। इसी उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए और सभी पहलुओं पर विचार करने के बाद गृह मंत्रालय ने सोनम वांगचुक की हिरासत समाप्त करने का निर्णय लिया है। सरकार ने यह भी दोहराया कि लद्दाख की सुरक्षा और क्षेत्र की स्थिरता के लिए सभी जरूरी कदम उठाए जाते रहेंगे।

  

लेह में हिंसा भड़काने के आरोप में 26 सितंबर को हुए गिरफ्तार
24 सितंबर 2025 को लेह हिंसा भड़काने के आरोप में 26 सितंबर को राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम (NSA) के तहत वांगचुक को हिरासत में लिया था। तब से वे जोधपुर जेल में हैं। इस हिंसा में 4 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 150 से ज्यादा लोग घायल हो गए थे। करीब साढ़े पांच महीने हो चुके हैं। करीब 170 दिन बाद रिहा होंगे।

कौन हैं सोनम वांगचुक?
सोनम वांगचुक लद्दाख के जाने-माने इंजीनियर, शिक्षाविद और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हैं। वे शिक्षा और पर्यावरण से जुड़े मुद्दों पर लंबे समय से सक्रिय रहे हैं। उन्होंने लद्दाख में शिक्षा सुधार और स्थानीय पर्यावरण संरक्षण को लेकर कई अभियान चलाए हैं। पिछले कुछ समय से वे लद्दाख से जुड़े राजनीतिक और संवैधानिक मुद्दों को लेकर भी मुखर रहे हैं। खास तौर पर लद्दाख के लिए संवैधानिक सुरक्षा, पर्यावरण संरक्षण और स्थानीय लोगों के अधिकारों को लेकर उन्होंने कई बार आंदोलन और प्रदर्शन किए थे।

इंस्टाग्राम लाइव पर मौत से टकराए ‘UK07 Rider’: 150 की स्पीड से कार डिवाइडर में ठोकी, हालत गंभीर


 
 
  मेरठ । देहरादून के मशहूर मोटो-ब्लॉगर और ‘बिग बॉस-17’ फेम अनुराग डोभाल (UK07 Rider) ने शनिवार रात दिल्ली-मेरठ एक्सप्रेसवे पर आत्महत्या की कोशिश कर सनसनी फैला दी। बताया जा रहा है कि अनुराग ने यह खौफनाक कदम उस समय उठाया जब वह इंस्टाग्राम पर लाइव थे और हजारों लोग उन्हें देख रहे थे।
  
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, अनुराग डोभाल शनिवार रात दिल्ली-मेरठ एक्सप्रेसवे पर कार चला रहे थे और इसी दौरान वह इंस्टाग्राम पर लाइव आ गए। लाइव वीडियो में वह काफी भावुक और मानसिक रूप से टूटे हुए नजर आए। उन्होंने कहा कि वह अब और सहन नहीं कर सकते।
  
लाइव वीडियो के दौरान ही उन्होंने हवा हवाई रेस्टोरेंट के सामने कार की रफ्तार करीब 150 किमी प्रति घंटा तक बढ़ा दी और “यह मेरी अंतिम यात्रा है” कहते हुए कार सीधे डिवाइडर में टकरा दी। तेज रफ्तार कार के डिवाइडर से टकराते ही वहां अफरा-तफरी मच गई। इस पूरे घटनाक्रम को हजारों लोग लाइव देख रहे थे, जिसके बाद सोशल मीडिया पर हड़कंप मच गया।
  
हादसे के तुरंत बाद मौके पर मौजूद राहगीरों और पुलिस ने घायल अनुराग को बाहर निकाला। वह लहूलुहान हालत में थे। उन्हें तुरंत मेरठ के सुभारती अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने प्राथमिक उपचार किया। बाद में उनके परिजन और करीबी उन्हें बेहतर इलाज के लिए दिल्ली ले गए। डॉक्टरों के अनुसार उनकी हालत फिलहाल गंभीर बनी हुई है।
  
पारिवारिक विवाद और इंटरकास्ट मैरिज बना तनाव का कारण
  
बताया जा रहा है कि अनुराग पिछले कई दिनों से गहरे मानसिक तनाव और पारिवारिक विवादों से गुजर रहे थे। उन्होंने कुछ समय पहले करीब दो घंटे का एक वीडियो भी सोशल मीडिया पर साझा किया था, जिसमें उन्होंने अपनी स्थिति के लिए अपने माता-पिता और भाई ‘कलम’ को जिम्मेदार ठहराया था।
  
अनुराग ने आरोप लगाया था कि उनकी पत्नी रितिका चौहान के साथ उनकी इंटरकास्ट मैरिज को परिवार ने कभी स्वीकार नहीं किया। उन्होंने बताया कि शादी से छह दिन पहले ही उनके माता-पिता ने साथ छोड़ दिया था और उन्हें रिश्तेदारों के सामने माफी मांगने के लिए मजबूर किया गया था।
  
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि उनकी पत्नी रितिका, जो इस समय गर्भवती हैं, वह भी उन्हें छोड़कर चली गई हैं। अनुराग ने अपने भाई पर संपत्ति हड़पने और सोशल मीडिया पर उन्हें एक्सपोज करने की धमकी देने जैसे गंभीर आरोप भी लगाए थे।
  
‘मेरी मौत के जिम्मेदार…’
  
हादसे से पहले जारी वीडियो में अनुराग ने कहा था कि उनकी मौत के लिए उनके माता-पिता, भाई कलम और श्रेया जिम्मेदार होंगे। उन्होंने भावुक होते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने अपनी मां की खुशी के लिए अपने प्यार तक को छोड़ दिया, लेकिन बदले में उन्हें सिर्फ मानसिक प्रताड़ना मिली।
  
पुलिस कर रही जांच
  
घटना के बाद पुलिस पूरे मामले की जांच में जुट गई है। पुलिस सीसीटीवी फुटेज, सोशल मीडिया वीडियो और अनुराग के बयानों की जांच कर रही है, ताकि घटना के पीछे की असली वजह सामने आ सके।
  
इस घटना के बाद सोशल मीडिया पर भी बड़ी चर्चा छिड़ गई है और उनके प्रशंसक उनकी सलामती की दुआ कर रहे हैं।

इंडियन एयर फोर्स का एक सुखोई-30 MKI फाइटर जेट गुरुवार की शाम को असम के कार्बी आंगलोंग जिले में क्रैश हो गया। इस फाइटर जेट में दो पायलट थे। इस हादसे में दोनों पायलटने जान गंवा दी।

  

दो जवान शहीद
सुखोई-30 प्लेन क्रैश में स्क्वाड्रन लीडर अनुज और फ्लाइट लेफ्टिनेंट पुरवेश दुरागकर को अपनी जडान गंवानी पड़ी। भारतीय वायु सेना ने स्क्वाड्रन लीडर अनुज और फ्लाइट लेफ्टिनेंट पुरवेश दुरागकर के निधन पर गहरा शोक जताया है। सेना ने कहा गया कि भारतीय वायु सेना शोक संतप्त परिवार के प्रति अपनी संवेदना व्यक्त करते हैं और इस दुख की घड़ी में उनके साथ मजबूती से खड़ी है।

ट्रेनिंग मिशन पर था फाइटर जेट
पहले इस विमान के लापता होने की सूचना आई थी। फाइटर जेट एक ट्रेनिंग मिशन पर था। अधिकारियों ने कहा था कि विमान ने असम के जोरहाट से उड़ान भरने के बाद रडार से संपर्क खो दिया था। बृहस्पतिवार शाम को जोरहाट हवाई अड्डे से उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही समय बाद असम के कार्बी आंगलोंग जिले के ऊपर से गुजरते समय रडार से संपर्क टूट गया था। यह फाइटर जेट जोरहाट से लगभग 60 किलोमीटर दूर कार्बी आंगलोंग इलाके में क्रैश हो गया।

सबसे दमदार लड़ाकू विमान माना जाता है सुखोई
भारतीय वायु सेना के पास 260 से अधिक Su-30MKI जेट विमानों का बेड़ा है। 2000 के दशक की शुरुआत में वायु सेना में शामिल किया गया सुखोई Su-30 MKI सबसे दमदार लड़ाकू विमानों में से एक माना जाता है।

पहले भी हो चुका है ऐसा हादसा
हालांकि यह पहली बार नहीं है जब सुखोई जेट क्रैश हुआ हो। इससे पहले सुखोई-30 एमकेआई एयरक्राफ्ट क्रैश हो चुका है। अगस्त 2019 में सुखोई-30 एमकेआई एक रूटीन ट्रेनिंग मिशन के दौरान असम में तेजपुर के पास धान के खेत में क्रैश हो गया था। उस दौरान दोनों पायलट सुरक्षित निकलने में कामयाब रहे और बाद में उनकी जान बचा ली गई थी। मई 2015 में सुखोई-30 एमकेआई एयरक्राफ्ट टेक-ऑफ के तुरंत बाद तेजपुर एयर फोर्स बेस से लगभग 36 किलोमीटर दूर दक्षिण में क्रैश हो गया था, जिसमें क्रैश होने से पहले दोनों पायलट सुरक्षित निकल गए थे।
