राज ठाकरे ने गंगाजल को लेकर ऐसा क्या बोला, मच गया बवाल

महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना के अध्यक्ष राज ठाकरे ने गंगाजल पर भड़काऊ बयान दिया। मनसे की 9 मार्च को 19वीं वर्षगांठ है। इस मौके पर पुणे के चिंचवड में रामकृष्ण मोरे ऑडिटोरियम में बड़ा समारोह आयोजित किया गया। इस दौरान अपने संबोधन में मनसे प्रमुख राज ठाकरे ने प्रयागराज महाकुंभ के पवित्र स्नान का मजाक उड़ाया। उन्होंने गंगाजल को लेकर भी आपत्तिजनक बातें कही है। राज ठाकरे के बयान पर बीजेपी और शिवसेना के दोनों गुटों ने तीखी प्रतिक्रिया दी है।

राज ठाकरे ने महाकुंभ के गंगा के प्रदूषित पानी को लेकर भड़काऊ बयान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कुंभ के पानी को गंदा बताया है। उन्होंने कहा कि वह इतना प्रदूषित है कि पीना तो छोड़िए, वह पानी पीने लायक भी नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ पदाधिकारी कुंभ मेले में गए थे। बाला नांदगांवकर वहां से एक छोटे बर्तन में पानी लेकर आये थे। मैंने कहा कि मैं हड्डी नहीं पीऊंगा। मैं सोशल मीडिया पर लोगों को बहुत लोगों को बकवास करते हुए देखता हूं।

ठाकरे ने कहा कि मैंने सोशल मीडिया पर गंगा नदी की स्थिति के कई वीडियो देखे हैं। जिनमें लोग नदी में नहाते हुए और शरीर खुजलाते हुए नजर आ रहे हैं। ऐसे में भला यह पानी पीने लायक कैसे हो सकता है? मनसे प्रमुख ने आगे कहा कि भारत में कोई भी नदी पूरी तरह स्वच्छ नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब राजीव गांधी प्रधानमंत्री थे तब से मैं सुनता आ रहा हूं कि गंगा जल्द ही साफ हो जाएगी। लेकिन यह बस एक मिथक बनकर रह गया है। अब इस भ्रम से बाहर आने का समय आ गया है।

ठाकरे ने नदी को मां कहने पर भी मजाक उड़ाया। उन्होंने कहा कि हम तो नदी को मां कहते हैं। मगर विदेशों में देखिए, नदियां कितनी साफ हैं। विदेशों में लोग नदी को तो अपनी मां नहीं मानते हैं। अंधविश्वास से थोड़ा मुक्त हो जाइए, बाहर निकलिये और सिर थोड़ा घुमाकर देखिये।

केंद्र सरकार ने 3 राज्यों के ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों को 15वें वित्त आयोग अनुदान किया जारी 
केंद्र सरकार ने देश के 3 राज्यों (पंजाब, उत्तराखंड और छत्तीसगढ़) के ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों के लिए वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के दौरान 15वें वित्त आयोग अनुदान जारी कर दिया है. पंजाब को इस बार 225 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक दिए गए हैं जबकि छत्तीसगढ़ को 244 करोड़ रुपये और उत्तराखंड को ग्रामीण शासन को मजबूत करने के लिए 93 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि दी गई है.

  


पंचायती राज संस्थाओं (Panchayati Raj Institutions, PRI) या ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों (Rural Local Bodies, RLB) को दिए जाने वाले ये अनुदान जमीनी स्तर पर लोकतंत्र को मजबूत करने में अपनी अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं.

स्थानीय निकायों के लिए पहली किस्त
पंजाब के ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों के लिए, 225.1707 करोड़ रुपये की अनटाइड ग्रांट की पहली किस्त जारी की गई है. ये फंड राज्य की पात्र 13,144 ग्राम पंचायतों, पात्र 146 ब्लॉक पंचायतों और सभी पात्र 22 जिला पंचायतों के लिए जारी की गई हैं.

जबकि छत्तीसगढ़ में ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों के लिए वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के दौरान 15वें वित्त आयोग अनुदान के जरिए 2024-25 के वित्तीय वर्ष में अनटाइड अनुदानों की दूसरी किस्त 237.1393 करोड़ रुपये के साथ-साथ वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के अनटाइड अनुदानों की पहली किस्त की रोकी गई राशि 6.9714 करोड़ रुपये भी जारी किए गए हैं.

ये धनराशि छत्तीसगढ़ की 11,548 पात्र ग्राम पंचायतों, सभी पात्र 146 ब्लॉक पंचायतों और सभी पात्र 27 जिला पंचायतों के लिए है. इसी तरह उत्तराखंड में भी ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों के लिए, वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए अनटाइड अनुदानों की पहली किस्त जारी की गई है.

उत्तराखंड को 93 करोड़ से अधिक की राशि
उत्तराखंड को इसके लिए 93.9643 करोड़ रुपये जारी की गई है. ये धनराशि राज्य की पात्र 7,769 ग्राम पंचायतों, सभी पात्र 995 ब्लॉक पंचायतों और सभी पात्र 13 जिला पंचायतों के लिए है.

भारत सरकार, पंचायती राज मंत्रालय और जल शक्ति मंत्रालय (पेयजल और स्वच्छता विभाग) के माध्यम से ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों के लिए राज्यों को 15वें वित्त आयोग अनुदान दिए जाने की सिफारिश करती है, जिसे बाद में वित्त मंत्रालय की ओर से जारी किया जाता है. आवंटित अनुदानों की सिफारिश की जाती है और इसे एक वित्तीय वर्ष में 2 किस्तों में जारी किया जाता है.

सैलरी और अन्य स्थापना लागतों को छोड़कर, संविधान की 11वीं अनुसूची में शामिल 29 विषयों के तहत स्थान-विशिष्ट महसूस की जाने वाली जरूरतों के लिए पंचायती राज संस्थाओं या ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों द्वारा अनबंधित अनुदानों का उपयोग किया जाएगा. इन तय अनुदानों का उपयोग स्वच्छता और ओडीएफ स्थिति के रखरखाव की बुनियादी सेवाओं के लिए किया जा सकता है, साथ ही विशेष रूप से घरेलू कचरे का प्रबंधन और उपचार, के साथ-साथ मानव मल और मल कीचड़ प्रबंधन के लिए करना है. इसके अलावा पेयजल की आपूर्ति, वर्षा जल संचयन (Rainwater Harvesting) और जल पुनर्चक्रण (Water Recycling) भी इसमें शामिल होना चाहिए.

Comic Street – An exciting new initiative by TVAGA and ICA at Indiajoy
The Comic Street Awards 2024 debuted at the prestigious India Joy Digital Entertainment Festival at the Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC). A collaboration between the Telangana VFX, Animation, and Gaming Association (TVAGA) and the Indian Comics Association (ICA), the awards celebrated exceptional talent in the Indian comics industry, marking a new chapter in the legacy of India Joy. The awards were presented by former beauty queen and Bollywood actress Ruhi Singh, whose presence added a touch of glamour and star power to the event. In recognition of her contributions to the creative industry, Himanshu Singhal, PR & Industry Head of ICA, presented a memento to Ruhi Singh.
The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to the legendary cartoonist Abid Surti for his immense contributions to the Indian comics landscape. A true pioneer, Abid Surti is the creative genius behind Bahadur, India’s first-ever superhero, and has significantly shaped the Indian comics industry.
The ICA proudly hosted a panel discussion at Comic Street featuring prominent figures such as Sanjay Gupta (Raj Comics by Sanjay Gupta), Preeti Vyas (Amar Chitra Katha), Ajay Krishna (Forbidden Verse), and Ajitesh Sharma (Cinemics). The panel delved into various aspects of storytelling, industry evolution, and comic industry opportunities, offering invaluable insights and fostering engaging discussions among industry pioneers and enthusiasts.
Ajitesh Sharma, president of ICA, interacted with Prashant Varma, the visionary director of the highly acclaimed movie Hanu-Man, on Comics IP & Cinema. Ajay Krishna, Executive Member of ICA, presented a special memento to Prashant Varma, acknowledging his remarkable contributions to storytelling, creativity, and the growing universe of Indian superheroes.
Adding to the event's excitement, two new comic titles were launched: Chandrakanta, an Indian epic adapted into Comics by Cinemics, and Soul Contract, an Indian manga by Cosmics. These latest releases generated a buzz and showcased the vibrant creativity and innovation within the Indian comics industry.
 
An ICA Pavilion exhibiting Indian Comics was set up at Comics Street, and Ravi Tanwer, Anadi Abhilash, Mohamad Shabaz, Himanshu Singhal, Vasu Gupta, Saahil Sharma, Varun Malhotra, and Neelesh Makwane from ICA led the initiative. Moreover, ICA promoted the upcoming Comics Creator Championship, set to take place during Waves 2025, further engaging the community and encouraging creators to showcase their talent in this Create in India Challenge.
The event underscores India Joy’s commitment to fostering a thriving ecosystem for the AVGC sector. Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao highlighted that the festival embodies the state’s vision to position Hyderabad as a global hub, attracting more than 25,000 attendees globally and showcasing India's potential as a global media and entertainment industry leader.

Dominant Bengal enter quarterfinals of Women's Under-19, T20 Trophy

 Khabar kolkata News Bureau:  Bengal stormed into the quarterfinals of the Women's Under-19, T20 Trophy after winning all their five group-stage matches.

Bengal sealed top spot in Group E with 20 points from 5 games after beating Arunachal Pradesh by a massive 142 runs on Tuesday. 

Batting first, Bengal posted a challenging 168/6 in 20 overs, thanks to Ipsita Mondal (52 off 47 balls), Sasti Mondal (36 off 27) and (Prativa Mandi (30 off 19).

In reply, Arunachal Pradesh were bundled out for just 26 in 13 overs. For Bengal, Monika Mal (4/2), Bidisha Dey (2/4), Rupal Tiwari (2/8) and Jahanbi Raj Paswan (2/9) were superb with the ball.

Additionally, in the Abrielle Miss and Mrs. India 2024 competition, Kumari Rupa was crowned Miss India, and Dr. Kavita won the title of Mrs. India. Dr. Amrita Swaraj and Shrishti were the first runners-up in the Miss and Mrs. categories, respectively. Anuradha Roy (Miss) and Dr. Lakshmi (Mrs.) were honored as the second runners-up.

హీరో రాజ్ తరుణ్ పై కేసు!
టాలీవుడ్ యంగ్ హీరో రాజ్‌తరుణ్‌ (Raj Tarun) పై అతని ప్రేయసి లావణ్య (lavanya)పోలీస్‌ స్టేషన్‌ను ఆశ్రయించడం హాట్‌ టాపిక్‌గా మారింది.

రాజ్‌ తరుణ్‌ తనను పెళ్లి చేసుకుంటానని నమ్మించి వదిలేసి వెళ్లిపోయాడని లావణ్య నార్సింగి పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ లో ఫిర్యాదు చేసింది.

తాము విడిపోవడానికి కారణం ఓ సినీ నటి కారణమని.. రాజ్‌ తరుణ్‌ను వదిలేకపోతే చంపేసి బాడీ కూడా మాయం చేస్తున్నారని సినీ నటితోపాటు ఆమె సోదరుడిపై ఫిర్యాదు చేసింది లావణ్య.

राज ठाकरे ने गंगाजल को लेकर ऐसा क्या बोला, मच गया बवाल

महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना के अध्यक्ष राज ठाकरे ने गंगाजल पर भड़काऊ बयान दिया। मनसे की 9 मार्च को 19वीं वर्षगांठ है। इस मौके पर पुणे के चिंचवड में रामकृष्ण मोरे ऑडिटोरियम में बड़ा समारोह आयोजित किया गया। इस दौरान अपने संबोधन में मनसे प्रमुख राज ठाकरे ने प्रयागराज महाकुंभ के पवित्र स्नान का मजाक उड़ाया। उन्होंने गंगाजल को लेकर भी आपत्तिजनक बातें कही है। राज ठाकरे के बयान पर बीजेपी और शिवसेना के दोनों गुटों ने तीखी प्रतिक्रिया दी है।

राज ठाकरे ने महाकुंभ के गंगा के प्रदूषित पानी को लेकर भड़काऊ बयान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि कुंभ के पानी को गंदा बताया है। उन्होंने कहा कि वह इतना प्रदूषित है कि पीना तो छोड़िए, वह पानी पीने लायक भी नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ पदाधिकारी कुंभ मेले में गए थे। बाला नांदगांवकर वहां से एक छोटे बर्तन में पानी लेकर आये थे। मैंने कहा कि मैं हड्डी नहीं पीऊंगा। मैं सोशल मीडिया पर लोगों को बहुत लोगों को बकवास करते हुए देखता हूं।

ठाकरे ने कहा कि मैंने सोशल मीडिया पर गंगा नदी की स्थिति के कई वीडियो देखे हैं। जिनमें लोग नदी में नहाते हुए और शरीर खुजलाते हुए नजर आ रहे हैं। ऐसे में भला यह पानी पीने लायक कैसे हो सकता है? मनसे प्रमुख ने आगे कहा कि भारत में कोई भी नदी पूरी तरह स्वच्छ नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि जब राजीव गांधी प्रधानमंत्री थे तब से मैं सुनता आ रहा हूं कि गंगा जल्द ही साफ हो जाएगी। लेकिन यह बस एक मिथक बनकर रह गया है। अब इस भ्रम से बाहर आने का समय आ गया है।

ठाकरे ने नदी को मां कहने पर भी मजाक उड़ाया। उन्होंने कहा कि हम तो नदी को मां कहते हैं। मगर विदेशों में देखिए, नदियां कितनी साफ हैं। विदेशों में लोग नदी को तो अपनी मां नहीं मानते हैं। अंधविश्वास से थोड़ा मुक्त हो जाइए, बाहर निकलिये और सिर थोड़ा घुमाकर देखिये।

केंद्र सरकार ने 3 राज्यों के ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों को 15वें वित्त आयोग अनुदान किया जारी 
केंद्र सरकार ने देश के 3 राज्यों (पंजाब, उत्तराखंड और छत्तीसगढ़) के ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों के लिए वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के दौरान 15वें वित्त आयोग अनुदान जारी कर दिया है. पंजाब को इस बार 225 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक दिए गए हैं जबकि छत्तीसगढ़ को 244 करोड़ रुपये और उत्तराखंड को ग्रामीण शासन को मजबूत करने के लिए 93 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि दी गई है.

  


पंचायती राज संस्थाओं (Panchayati Raj Institutions, PRI) या ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों (Rural Local Bodies, RLB) को दिए जाने वाले ये अनुदान जमीनी स्तर पर लोकतंत्र को मजबूत करने में अपनी अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं.

स्थानीय निकायों के लिए पहली किस्त
पंजाब के ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों के लिए, 225.1707 करोड़ रुपये की अनटाइड ग्रांट की पहली किस्त जारी की गई है. ये फंड राज्य की पात्र 13,144 ग्राम पंचायतों, पात्र 146 ब्लॉक पंचायतों और सभी पात्र 22 जिला पंचायतों के लिए जारी की गई हैं.

जबकि छत्तीसगढ़ में ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों के लिए वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के दौरान 15वें वित्त आयोग अनुदान के जरिए 2024-25 के वित्तीय वर्ष में अनटाइड अनुदानों की दूसरी किस्त 237.1393 करोड़ रुपये के साथ-साथ वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के अनटाइड अनुदानों की पहली किस्त की रोकी गई राशि 6.9714 करोड़ रुपये भी जारी किए गए हैं.

ये धनराशि छत्तीसगढ़ की 11,548 पात्र ग्राम पंचायतों, सभी पात्र 146 ब्लॉक पंचायतों और सभी पात्र 27 जिला पंचायतों के लिए है. इसी तरह उत्तराखंड में भी ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों के लिए, वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए अनटाइड अनुदानों की पहली किस्त जारी की गई है.

उत्तराखंड को 93 करोड़ से अधिक की राशि
उत्तराखंड को इसके लिए 93.9643 करोड़ रुपये जारी की गई है. ये धनराशि राज्य की पात्र 7,769 ग्राम पंचायतों, सभी पात्र 995 ब्लॉक पंचायतों और सभी पात्र 13 जिला पंचायतों के लिए है.

भारत सरकार, पंचायती राज मंत्रालय और जल शक्ति मंत्रालय (पेयजल और स्वच्छता विभाग) के माध्यम से ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों के लिए राज्यों को 15वें वित्त आयोग अनुदान दिए जाने की सिफारिश करती है, जिसे बाद में वित्त मंत्रालय की ओर से जारी किया जाता है. आवंटित अनुदानों की सिफारिश की जाती है और इसे एक वित्तीय वर्ष में 2 किस्तों में जारी किया जाता है.

सैलरी और अन्य स्थापना लागतों को छोड़कर, संविधान की 11वीं अनुसूची में शामिल 29 विषयों के तहत स्थान-विशिष्ट महसूस की जाने वाली जरूरतों के लिए पंचायती राज संस्थाओं या ग्रामीण स्थानीय निकायों द्वारा अनबंधित अनुदानों का उपयोग किया जाएगा. इन तय अनुदानों का उपयोग स्वच्छता और ओडीएफ स्थिति के रखरखाव की बुनियादी सेवाओं के लिए किया जा सकता है, साथ ही विशेष रूप से घरेलू कचरे का प्रबंधन और उपचार, के साथ-साथ मानव मल और मल कीचड़ प्रबंधन के लिए करना है. इसके अलावा पेयजल की आपूर्ति, वर्षा जल संचयन (Rainwater Harvesting) और जल पुनर्चक्रण (Water Recycling) भी इसमें शामिल होना चाहिए.

Comic Street – An exciting new initiative by TVAGA and ICA at Indiajoy
The Comic Street Awards 2024 debuted at the prestigious India Joy Digital Entertainment Festival at the Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC). A collaboration between the Telangana VFX, Animation, and Gaming Association (TVAGA) and the Indian Comics Association (ICA), the awards celebrated exceptional talent in the Indian comics industry, marking a new chapter in the legacy of India Joy. The awards were presented by former beauty queen and Bollywood actress Ruhi Singh, whose presence added a touch of glamour and star power to the event. In recognition of her contributions to the creative industry, Himanshu Singhal, PR & Industry Head of ICA, presented a memento to Ruhi Singh.
The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to the legendary cartoonist Abid Surti for his immense contributions to the Indian comics landscape. A true pioneer, Abid Surti is the creative genius behind Bahadur, India’s first-ever superhero, and has significantly shaped the Indian comics industry.
The ICA proudly hosted a panel discussion at Comic Street featuring prominent figures such as Sanjay Gupta (Raj Comics by Sanjay Gupta), Preeti Vyas (Amar Chitra Katha), Ajay Krishna (Forbidden Verse), and Ajitesh Sharma (Cinemics). The panel delved into various aspects of storytelling, industry evolution, and comic industry opportunities, offering invaluable insights and fostering engaging discussions among industry pioneers and enthusiasts.
Ajitesh Sharma, president of ICA, interacted with Prashant Varma, the visionary director of the highly acclaimed movie Hanu-Man, on Comics IP & Cinema. Ajay Krishna, Executive Member of ICA, presented a special memento to Prashant Varma, acknowledging his remarkable contributions to storytelling, creativity, and the growing universe of Indian superheroes.
Adding to the event's excitement, two new comic titles were launched: Chandrakanta, an Indian epic adapted into Comics by Cinemics, and Soul Contract, an Indian manga by Cosmics. These latest releases generated a buzz and showcased the vibrant creativity and innovation within the Indian comics industry.
 
An ICA Pavilion exhibiting Indian Comics was set up at Comics Street, and Ravi Tanwer, Anadi Abhilash, Mohamad Shabaz, Himanshu Singhal, Vasu Gupta, Saahil Sharma, Varun Malhotra, and Neelesh Makwane from ICA led the initiative. Moreover, ICA promoted the upcoming Comics Creator Championship, set to take place during Waves 2025, further engaging the community and encouraging creators to showcase their talent in this Create in India Challenge.
The event underscores India Joy’s commitment to fostering a thriving ecosystem for the AVGC sector. Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao highlighted that the festival embodies the state’s vision to position Hyderabad as a global hub, attracting more than 25,000 attendees globally and showcasing India's potential as a global media and entertainment industry leader.

 Khabar kolkata News Bureau:  Bengal stormed into the quarterfinals of the Women's Under-19, T20 Trophy after winning all their five group-stage matches.

Bengal sealed top spot in Group E with 20 points from 5 games after beating Arunachal Pradesh by a massive 142 runs on Tuesday. 

Batting first, Bengal posted a challenging 168/6 in 20 overs, thanks to Ipsita Mondal (52 off 47 balls), Sasti Mondal (36 off 27) and (Prativa Mandi (30 off 19).

In reply, Arunachal Pradesh were bundled out for just 26 in 13 overs. For Bengal, Monika Mal (4/2), Bidisha Dey (2/4), Rupal Tiwari (2/8) and Jahanbi Raj Paswan (2/9) were superb with the ball.

In the International Kids Fashion Show, Shubhani Pandey and Piyush Pallavi were crowned winners, while Angelina Raj secured the first runner-up position, followed by Pragati Kumari as the second runner-up. Additionally, in the Abrielle Miss and Mrs. India 2024 competition, Kumari Rupa was crowned Miss India, and Dr. Kavita won the title of Mrs. India. Dr. Amrita Swaraj and Shrishti were the first runners-up in the Miss and Mrs. categories, respectively. Anuradha Roy (Miss) and Dr. Lakshmi (Mrs.) were honored as the second runners-up.

The training was initiated on 13 June 2024 and focused on the Advanced Digital Training & Business Leadership Mentorship Program.

It was managed successfully by Makes360’s team. 100+ students became a part of the training that went on for one month. హీరో రాజ్ తరుణ్ పై కేసు!
టాలీవుడ్ యంగ్ హీరో రాజ్‌తరుణ్‌ (Raj Tarun) పై అతని ప్రేయసి లావణ్య (lavanya)పోలీస్‌ స్టేషన్‌ను ఆశ్రయించడం హాట్‌ టాపిక్‌గా మారింది.

రాజ్‌ తరుణ్‌ తనను పెళ్లి చేసుకుంటానని నమ్మించి వదిలేసి వెళ్లిపోయాడని లావణ్య నార్సింగి పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ లో ఫిర్యాదు చేసింది.

గతంలో తనను డ్రగ్స్‌ కేసులో కావాలనే ఇరికించారని లావణ్య ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేసింది. ఈ కేసులో అరెస్టై 45 రోజులు జైల్లో ఉన్నానని.. ఆ సమయంలో రాజ్‌ తరుణ్‌ తనకెలాంటి సాయం చేయలేదని పేర్కొంది లావణ్య.
