In today’s busy world, convenience foods have become a trusted ally. Ready-to-eat meals, 
frozen dinners, packaged snacks, and fast-food options are designed to fit into our fast-paced lives. But behind their appeal lies a hidden threat, excessive sodium, which is a major driver of 
hypertension, or high blood pressure. Hypertension is often called the ‘silent killer’ because it can develop without warning signs, quietly
damaging the heart, brain and kidneys. What many people do not realise is the extent to which convenience foods contribute to this growing health issue.Manufacturers pack processed foods with large amounts of sodium to enhance flavour, preserve freshness and extend shelf life. While salt makes these foods taste good and seem 
more satisfying, it comes at a serious cost to our health. More than 70 per cent of the sodium.we consume is not from the salt we sprinkle on our meals, it is already hidden inside the foods we buy. This means even those who think they are eating ‘normally’ may unknowingly consume 
two or three times above the recommended daily limit of sodium, setting the stage for high blood pressure to develop.
How Sodium Quietly Raises Blood Pressure Excessive sodium intake causes the body to retain water, which increases the volume of blood flowing through blood vessels. This added volume puts extra strain on the heart and arteries, forcing them to work harder and harder. Over time, the walls of the blood vessels stiffen and narrow, leading to persistently high blood pressure. Left unchecked, hypertension increases the 
risk of heart attacks, strokes, kidney disease, and other serious conditions. What's alarming is that many people may be undermining their health without any clear symptoms, one salty meal

झारखंड कैबिनेट के बड़े फैसले: निजी शिक्षण शुल्क, शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति और जेल नियमावली में बदलाव




रांची: मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन की अध्यक्षता में आज झारखंड मंत्रालय में हुई मंत्रिपरिषद की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में कई अहम निर्णय लिए गए। इन फैसलों में निजी शिक्षण संस्थानों में शुल्क निर्धारण, सरकारी माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति, राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर (एनसीसी) कैडेटों के भोजन भत्ते में वृद्धि और नई जेल नियमावली का गठन प्रमुख हैं।

कैबिनेट ने Jharkhand Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Bill, 2025 को स्वीकृति प्रदान की है। इस विधेयक के लागू होने से राज्य के निजी व्यावसायिक शिक्षण संस्थानों में शुल्क निर्धारण को विनियमित किया जा सकेगा, जिससे छात्रों और अभिभावकों को राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है।

इसके अतिरिक्त, मंत्रिपरिषद ने झारखण्ड सरकारी माध्यमिक (Secondary, Class 9-12) आचार्य, प्रधानाचार्य एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों की नियुक्ति एवं सेवाशर्त्त नियमावली, 2025 को भी मंजूरी दे दी है। इस नियमावली के आने से राज्य के सरकारी माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों और अन्य कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति और उनकी सेवा शर्तों को लेकर स्पष्ट नियम बन सकेंगे।

युवाओं को प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से, राज्य सरकार ने झारखण्ड राज्य के राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर (एन.सी.सी.) के कैडेटो के शिविरों के दौरान भोजन भत्ता में वृद्धि करने का भी निर्णय लिया है। इससे एनसीसी कैडेटों को शिविरों में बेहतर भोजन सुविधा मिल सकेगी।

मंत्रिपरिषद ने एक महत्वपूर्ण अनुशासनात्मक मामले में श्री कानु राम नाग, झा०प्र०से० (द्वितीय बैच) के विरुद्ध विभागीय कार्रवाई में दिए गए दंड "सेवा से हटाया जाना, जो सरकार के अधीन आगामी नियोजन के लिए निरर्हता नहीं होगी," को यथावत रखने की स्वीकृति दी है।

आधारभूत संरचना को मजबूत करने की दिशा में, कैबिनेट ने मधुपुर शहरी जलापूर्ति योजना के लिए कुल ₹ 76,63,95,178/- के पुनरीक्षित तकनीकी स्वीकृति प्राप्त प्राक्कलन पर पुनरीक्षित प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति प्रदान की है। इसके साथ ही, विश्व बैंक संपोषित झारखण्ड म्युनिसिपल डेवलपमेंट प्रोजेक्ट (JMDP) के अंतर्गत राजस्व वृद्धि के लिए सलाहकार चयन योजना की लागत राशि ₹ 10,70,70,160/- (GST सहित) पर भी पुनरीक्षित प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई है।

न्यायालय के आदेशों का अनुपालन करते हुए, मंत्रिपरिषद ने माननीय झारखण्ड उच्च न्यायालय के विभिन्न वादों में पारित न्यायादेश के अनुपालन में संबंधित छह (06) सेवानिवृत्त लिपिकों की सेवा नियमित करते हुए उन्हें अनुमान्य वित्तीय लाभ प्रदान करने की स्वीकृति दी है। इसी क्रम में, उच्च न्यायालय के अन्य मामलों में पारित आदेशों के अनुपालन में श्री सुनील कुमार (पिता श्री शिव शंकर प्रसाद) एवं श्री सुनील कुमार (पिता श्री हनुमान सिंह) की सेवा भी नियमित करने की स्वीकृति दी गई है।

राज्य के अति विशिष्ट व्यक्तियों (VIP/VVIPs) के सरकारी उड़ान कार्यक्रम को सुचारू रूप से जारी रखने के लिए, मंत्रिपरिषद ने वित्त नियमावली के नियम-235 को शिथिल करते हुए नियम-245 के तहत मनोनयन के आधार पर M/s Redbird Airways Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi से ली जा रही विमान सेवा को समान दर एवं शर्तों के साथ छह (06) माह तक विस्तारित करने की स्वीकृति दी है।

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में कनेक्टिविटी को बेहतर बनाने के उद्देश्य से, गिरिडीह जिलान्तर्गत "बड़कीटांड-तीनपलली-डोकीडीह-गिरनिया मोड़ पथ (कुल लंबाई-11.065 कि०मी०)" को ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग से पथ निर्माण विभाग को हस्तांतरित करते हुए पुनर्निर्माण कार्य के लिए ₹ 55,20,63,400/- की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को और सुलभ बनाने के लिए, आयुष्मान भारत मुख्यमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजनान्तर्गत 70 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वाले वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को आयुष्मान वय वंदना योजना से आच्छादित करने की स्वीकृति दी गई है। इसके अतिरिक्त, हजारीबाग, दुमका और पलामू के चिकित्सा महाविद्यालयों में लिफ्टों के वार्षिक रख-रखाव एवं संचालन (AMC) के लिए Schindler India Pvt. Ltd. के मनोनयन को स्वीकृति दी गई है।

राज्य में व्यापार की सुगमता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए, मंत्रिपरिषद ने कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 में संशोधन हेतु कारखाना (झारखण्ड) संशोधन विधेयक, 2025 को स्वीकृति दी है।

केन्द्र प्रायोजित मिशन सक्षम आंगनबाड़ी एवं पोषण 2.0 के तहत पूरक पोषाहार कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत लाभार्थियों को Take Home Ration (THR) के निर्बाध वितरण को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए वर्तमान आपूर्तिकर्ता से आपूर्ति की अवधि 31 मई 2025 तक विस्तारित करने के प्रस्ताव को भी स्वीकृति दी गई है।

धनबाद में एक महत्वपूर्ण अवसंरचना परियोजना के तहत, NH-32 पर स्थित रेलवे अंडर ब्रिज (RUB) के चौड़ीकरण कार्य की निविदा में निगोशिएटेड राशि को स्वीकृति प्रदान करने के लिए निविदा प्रक्रिया में छूट दी गई है।

शराब के खुदरा बिक्री को विनियमित करने के लिए, मंत्रिपरिषद ने "झारखंड उत्पाद (मदिरा की खुदरा बिक्री हेतु दुकानों की बंदोबस्ती एवं संचालन) नियमावली, 2025 " के गठन को स्वीकृति दी है।

एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रशासनिक सुधार के तहत, संप्रति लागू बिहार कारा हस्तक (झारखण्ड सरकार द्वारा अंगीकृत) को निरस्त करते हुए नये झारखण्ड कारा हस्तक-2025 (Jharkhand Jail Manual-2025) के प्रारूप को मंत्रिपरिषद् की स्वीकृति दी गई है। यह नई जेल नियमावली राज्य की जेलों के संचालन और कैदियों के प्रबंधन में महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव लाएगी।

आज की मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में लिए गए ये महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय राज्य के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में विकास और सुधार की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित होंगे।

पेरिस ओलंपिक में दो ओलंपिक पदक जीतने वाली भारत की महिला निशानेबाज मनु भाकर और विश्व शतरंज चैंपियनशिप के विजेता भारतीय ग्रैंडमास्टर डी गुकेश सहित चार खिलाड़ियों को खेल रत्न पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया। राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने शुक्रवार को राष्ट्रपति भवन में खेल पुरस्कार विजेताओं को सम्मानित किया। इस दौरान पुरुष हॉकी टीम के कप्तान हरमनप्रीत सिंह और पैरा एथलीट प्रवीण कुमार को अवॉर्ड दिया गया।

मेजर ध्यान चंद खेल रत्न अवॉर्ड जिसे खेल रत्न अवॉर्ड के नाम से भी जाना जाता है भारत का सबसे बड़ा खेल अवॉर्ड है। यह अवॉर्ड इस बार चार खिलाड़ियों डी गुकेश, मनु भाकर, हरमनप्रीत सिंह और प्रवीण कुमार को दिया गया है। मनु ने पेरिस ओलंपिक में दो ब्रॉन्ज मेडल जीते थे। मनु ने सिंगल वुमेंस 10 मीटर एयर पिस्टल इवेंट में जीता था। वहीं दूसरा मेडल मिक्स्ड 10 मीटर एयर पिस्टल इवेंट में जीता था।
पेरिस ओलंपिक में हरमनप्रीत सिंह की कप्तानी में हॉकी टीम ने भी ब्रॉन्ज जीता था। जबकि पैरा-एथलीट प्रवीण कुमार ने पेरिस पैरालंपिक में गोल्ड मेडल जीता था। डी गुकेश हाल ही में शतरंज के वर्ल्ड चैंपियन बने थे।

खेल मंत्रालय द्वारा राष्ट्रीय खेल पुरस्कार 2024 का एलान गुरुवार को कर दिया गया है। युवा एवं खेल मंत्रालय ने उन एथलीटों की सूची जारी कर दी है, जिन्हें खेल रत्न से सम्मानित किया जाएगा। राष्ट्रपति द्रोपदी मुर्मू 17 जनवरी को राष्ट्रपति भवन में विजेताओं को सम्मानित करेंगी। समितियों द्वारा की गई सिफारिश के आधार पर मनु भाकर, डी गुकेश, हरमनप्रीत सिंह और पैरा एथलीट प्रवीण कुमार को सरकार ने खेल रत्न से सम्मानित करने का निर्णय लिया है। बता दें कि कुछ दिन पहले मनु भाकर का नाम खेल रत्न पुरस्कार मिलने वाले एथलीटों की अनुशंसित सूची में शामिल ना होने से विवाद खड़ा हो गया था। हालांकि बाद में मनु ने खुद माना था कि शायद उन्हीं के पक्ष से गलती हो गई थी।

राज्यसभा में कांग्रेस सांसद अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट के नीचे कथित तौर पर नोटों की गड्डियां मिलने के मामले में आज जमकर हंगामा हुआ। सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने सदन को बताया कि सुरक्षा अधिकारियों ने कांग्रेस नेता अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट पर नकदी की गड्डी पाई है। राज्यसभा में नोटों की गड्डी मिलने के मामले ने तूल पकड़ता दिख रहा है। बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने इसे गंभीर मुद्दा बताते हुए जांच की मांग की। उधर, अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने भी इस मामले में सफाई दी। उन्होंने कहा, ये नोटों की गड्डी मेरी नहीं है। मैं संसद में सिर्फ 500 रुपये लेकर पहुंचता हूं।

क्या बोले सिंघवी?
राज्यसभा के सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ के बयान पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कांग्रेस नेता अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने कहा कि वे यह सुनकर वो "हैरान" हैं। उन्होंने कहा, मैं जब भी राज्यसभा जाता हूं तो 500 रुपये का एक नोट साथ लेकर जाता हूं। अगर सुरक्षा एजेंसियों में कोई कमी है तो उसे भी पूरी तरह उजागर किया जाना चाहिए। मैंने इसके बारे में कभी नहीं सुना। मैं कल दोपहर 12.57 बजे सदन के अंदर पहुंचा। सदन से दोपहर 1 बजे उठा। दोपहर 1 से 1:30 बजे तक मैं अयोध्या प्रसाद के साथ कैंटीन में बैठा और लंच किया। दोपहर 1:30 बजे मैं संसद से चला गया। इसलिए कल सदन में मेरा कुल ठहराव 3 मिनट का था और कैंटीन में मेरा ठहराव 30 मिनट का था, 3 मिनट में ये कैसे हुआ।
तेलंगाना से राज्यसभा सांसद अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने कहा कि अगर इस तरह से सांसदों की सीट पर कुछ भी रखा जाने लगा, तो शायद उनकी सीट को लॉक रखना जरूरी हो जाएगा। इस बात की जरूरत पड़ जाएगी कि सांसद के बैठने की जगह को कांच के एनक्लोजर से बंद कर दिया जाए और उस एनक्लोजर की चाबी सांसद के पास ही रहने दी जाए।

इससे पहले सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने आज सदन में बताया कि कांग्रेस के अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट के पास राज्यसभा कक्ष में 500 रुपये के नोटों की गड्डी पाई गई। सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने सदन को सूचित किया कि 5 दिसंबर, 2024 को सदन के स्थगित होने के बाद, कक्ष की नियमित तोड़फोड़ विरोधी जांच के दौरान, सदस्य अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट पर नोटों की एक गड्डी पाई गई थी। उन्होंने कहा कि मामले की जांच चल रही है।

मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने जताई आपत्ति
राज्यसभा में सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने जैसे ही नोट मिलने की बात कही, विपक्षी सांसदों ने हंगामा शुरू कर दिया। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने कहा,'जब तक मामले की जांच चल रही है और सब कुछ स्पष्ट नहीं हो जाता, तब तक आपको (सभापति) उनका (अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी) नाम नहीं बोलना था।

दोनों पक्षों को निंदा करनी चाहिए-नड्डा
इस मसले पर केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा ने कहा कि मैं चाहता हूं कि जांच होनी चाहिए और डिटेल आनी चाहिए। यह सदन की गरिमा पर कुठाराघात है। मुझे विश्वास है कि सही जांच होगी।मुझे उम्मीद थी कि हमारे विपक्ष के नेता भी विस्तृत जांच की मांग करेंगे। विपक्ष को हमेशा सद्बुद्धि रखनी चाहिए।स्वस्थ मन और स्वस्थ भावना के साथ विवरण सामने आना चाहिए। दोनों पक्षों को इसकी निंदा करनी चाहिए।

राज्यसभा में कांग्रेस सांसद की सीट के नीचे नोटों की गड्डी मिलने का दावा किया गया है। इसको लेकर सदन में जोरदार हंगामा हो रहा है। राज्यसभा के सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने कांग्रेस सासंद अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट के नीचे से नोटों की गद्दी मिलने का दावा किया। उन्होंने कहा कि कल सिक्योंरिटी चेक के दौरान सिंघवी की सीट के नीचे से नोट की गड्डी मिली। धनखड़ ने कहा कि सीट नंबर 222 से नोटों की गड्डी बरामद हुई। नोट मिलने का मामला बेहद गंभीर है।

सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने सदन को सूचित किया कि 5 दिसंबर, 2024 को सदन के स्थगित होने के बाद, कक्ष की नियमित तोड़फोड़ विरोधी जांच के दौरान, सदस्य अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट पर नोटों की एक गड्डी पाई गई थी। उन्होंने कहा कि मामले की जांच चल रही है। इस घोषणा से सदन में हंगामा शुरू हो गया।  केंद्रीय मंत्री पीयूष गोयल और विपक्ष के नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे के बीच विपक्षी सदस्यों के आचरण को लेकर बहस हुई।

इस मसले पर केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा ने कहा कि किसी पर तीव्रता दिखाओ और किसी मुद्दे पर मिट्टी डालो। मैं सोच रहा था एलओपी बड़े सीनियर नेता हैं और वह कहेंगे कि मामले की जांच होनी चाहिए। लेकिन ऐसा नहीं कहा उन्होंने। मैं चाहता हूं कि जांच होनी चाहिए और डिटेल आनी चाहिए। 

इससे पहले सदन में विपक्ष के नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने कहा कि सभापति को इस मामले की जांच करनी चाहिए।मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने कहा, जब तक जांच पूरी नहीं हो जाती है, हमें किसी भी सदस्य का नाम नहीं लेना चाहिए। इस पर सभापति ने कहा कि वे इस भावना की सराहना करते हैं। लेकिन सदन में बहस के दौरान लगभग हर दिन इसका उल्लंघन होता है।

What many people do not realise is the extent to which convenience foods contribute to this growing health issue.Manufacturers pack processed foods with large amounts of sodium to enhance flavour, preserve freshness and extend shelf life. While salt makes these foods taste good and seem

झारखंड कैबिनेट के बड़े फैसले: निजी शिक्षण शुल्क, शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति और जेल नियमावली में बदलाव




रांची: मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन की अध्यक्षता में आज झारखंड मंत्रालय में हुई मंत्रिपरिषद की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में कई अहम निर्णय लिए गए। इन फैसलों में निजी शिक्षण संस्थानों में शुल्क निर्धारण, सरकारी माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति, राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर (एनसीसी) कैडेटों के भोजन भत्ते में वृद्धि और नई जेल नियमावली का गठन प्रमुख हैं।

कैबिनेट ने Jharkhand Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Bill, 2025 को स्वीकृति प्रदान की है। इस विधेयक के लागू होने से राज्य के निजी व्यावसायिक शिक्षण संस्थानों में शुल्क निर्धारण को विनियमित किया जा सकेगा, जिससे छात्रों और अभिभावकों को राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है।

इसके अतिरिक्त, मंत्रिपरिषद ने झारखण्ड सरकारी माध्यमिक (Secondary, Class 9-12) आचार्य, प्रधानाचार्य एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों की नियुक्ति एवं सेवाशर्त्त नियमावली, 2025 को भी मंजूरी दे दी है। इस नियमावली के आने से राज्य के सरकारी माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों और अन्य कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति और उनकी सेवा शर्तों को लेकर स्पष्ट नियम बन सकेंगे।

युवाओं को प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से, राज्य सरकार ने झारखण्ड राज्य के राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर (एन.सी.सी.) के कैडेटो के शिविरों के दौरान भोजन भत्ता में वृद्धि करने का भी निर्णय लिया है। इससे एनसीसी कैडेटों को शिविरों में बेहतर भोजन सुविधा मिल सकेगी।

मंत्रिपरिषद ने एक महत्वपूर्ण अनुशासनात्मक मामले में श्री कानु राम नाग, झा०प्र०से० (द्वितीय बैच) के विरुद्ध विभागीय कार्रवाई में दिए गए दंड "सेवा से हटाया जाना, जो सरकार के अधीन आगामी नियोजन के लिए निरर्हता नहीं होगी," को यथावत रखने की स्वीकृति दी है।

आधारभूत संरचना को मजबूत करने की दिशा में, कैबिनेट ने मधुपुर शहरी जलापूर्ति योजना के लिए कुल ₹ 76,63,95,178/- के पुनरीक्षित तकनीकी स्वीकृति प्राप्त प्राक्कलन पर पुनरीक्षित प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति प्रदान की है। इसके साथ ही, विश्व बैंक संपोषित झारखण्ड म्युनिसिपल डेवलपमेंट प्रोजेक्ट (JMDP) के अंतर्गत राजस्व वृद्धि के लिए सलाहकार चयन योजना की लागत राशि ₹ 10,70,70,160/- (GST सहित) पर भी पुनरीक्षित प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति दी गई है।

न्यायालय के आदेशों का अनुपालन करते हुए, मंत्रिपरिषद ने माननीय झारखण्ड उच्च न्यायालय के विभिन्न वादों में पारित न्यायादेश के अनुपालन में संबंधित छह (06) सेवानिवृत्त लिपिकों की सेवा नियमित करते हुए उन्हें अनुमान्य वित्तीय लाभ प्रदान करने की स्वीकृति दी है। इसी क्रम में, उच्च न्यायालय के अन्य मामलों में पारित आदेशों के अनुपालन में श्री सुनील कुमार (पिता श्री शिव शंकर प्रसाद) एवं श्री सुनील कुमार (पिता श्री हनुमान सिंह) की सेवा भी नियमित करने की स्वीकृति दी गई है।

राज्य के अति विशिष्ट व्यक्तियों (VIP/VVIPs) के सरकारी उड़ान कार्यक्रम को सुचारू रूप से जारी रखने के लिए, मंत्रिपरिषद ने वित्त नियमावली के नियम-235 को शिथिल करते हुए नियम-245 के तहत मनोनयन के आधार पर M/s Redbird Airways Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi से ली जा रही विमान सेवा को समान दर एवं शर्तों के साथ छह (06) माह तक विस्तारित करने की स्वीकृति दी है।

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में कनेक्टिविटी को बेहतर बनाने के उद्देश्य से, गिरिडीह जिलान्तर्गत "बड़कीटांड-तीनपलली-डोकीडीह-गिरनिया मोड़ पथ (कुल लंबाई-11.065 कि०मी०)" को ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग से पथ निर्माण विभाग को हस्तांतरित करते हुए पुनर्निर्माण कार्य के लिए ₹ 55,20,63,400/- की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को और सुलभ बनाने के लिए, आयुष्मान भारत मुख्यमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजनान्तर्गत 70 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वाले वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को आयुष्मान वय वंदना योजना से आच्छादित करने की स्वीकृति दी गई है। इसके अतिरिक्त, हजारीबाग, दुमका और पलामू के चिकित्सा महाविद्यालयों में लिफ्टों के वार्षिक रख-रखाव एवं संचालन (AMC) के लिए Schindler India Pvt. Ltd. के मनोनयन को स्वीकृति दी गई है।

राज्य में व्यापार की सुगमता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए, मंत्रिपरिषद ने कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 में संशोधन हेतु कारखाना (झारखण्ड) संशोधन विधेयक, 2025 को स्वीकृति दी है।

केन्द्र प्रायोजित मिशन सक्षम आंगनबाड़ी एवं पोषण 2.0 के तहत पूरक पोषाहार कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत लाभार्थियों को Take Home Ration (THR) के निर्बाध वितरण को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए वर्तमान आपूर्तिकर्ता से आपूर्ति की अवधि 31 मई 2025 तक विस्तारित करने के प्रस्ताव को भी स्वीकृति दी गई है।

धनबाद में एक महत्वपूर्ण अवसंरचना परियोजना के तहत, NH-32 पर स्थित रेलवे अंडर ब्रिज (RUB) के चौड़ीकरण कार्य की निविदा में निगोशिएटेड राशि को स्वीकृति प्रदान करने के लिए निविदा प्रक्रिया में छूट दी गई है।

शराब के खुदरा बिक्री को विनियमित करने के लिए, मंत्रिपरिषद ने "झारखंड उत्पाद (मदिरा की खुदरा बिक्री हेतु दुकानों की बंदोबस्ती एवं संचालन) नियमावली, 2025 " के गठन को स्वीकृति दी है।

एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रशासनिक सुधार के तहत, संप्रति लागू बिहार कारा हस्तक (झारखण्ड सरकार द्वारा अंगीकृत) को निरस्त करते हुए नये झारखण्ड कारा हस्तक-2025 (Jharkhand Jail Manual-2025) के प्रारूप को मंत्रिपरिषद् की स्वीकृति दी गई है। यह नई जेल नियमावली राज्य की जेलों के संचालन और कैदियों के प्रबंधन में महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव लाएगी।

आज की मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में लिए गए ये महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय राज्य के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में विकास और सुधार की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित होंगे।

खेल मंत्रालय द्वारा राष्ट्रीय खेल पुरस्कार 2024 का एलान गुरुवार को कर दिया गया है। युवा एवं खेल मंत्रालय ने उन एथलीटों की सूची जारी कर दी है, जिन्हें खेल रत्न से सम्मानित किया जाएगा। राष्ट्रपति द्रोपदी मुर्मू 17 जनवरी को राष्ट्रपति भवन में विजेताओं को सम्मानित करेंगी। समितियों द्वारा की गई सिफारिश के आधार पर मनु भाकर, डी गुकेश, हरमनप्रीत सिंह और पैरा एथलीट प्रवीण कुमार को सरकार ने खेल रत्न से सम्मानित करने का निर्णय लिया है। बता दें कि कुछ दिन पहले मनु भाकर का नाम खेल रत्न पुरस्कार मिलने वाले एथलीटों की अनुशंसित सूची में शामिल ना होने से विवाद खड़ा हो गया था। हालांकि बाद में मनु ने खुद माना था कि शायद उन्हीं के पक्ष से गलती हो गई थी।

राज्यसभा में कांग्रेस सांसद अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट के नीचे कथित तौर पर नोटों की गड्डियां मिलने के मामले में आज जमकर हंगामा हुआ। सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने सदन को बताया कि सुरक्षा अधिकारियों ने कांग्रेस नेता अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट पर नकदी की गड्डी पाई है। राज्यसभा में नोटों की गड्डी मिलने के मामले ने तूल पकड़ता दिख रहा है। बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने इसे गंभीर मुद्दा बताते हुए जांच की मांग की। उधर, अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने भी इस मामले में सफाई दी। उन्होंने कहा, ये नोटों की गड्डी मेरी नहीं है। मैं संसद में सिर्फ 500 रुपये लेकर पहुंचता हूं।

क्या बोले सिंघवी?
राज्यसभा के सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ के बयान पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कांग्रेस नेता अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने कहा कि वे यह सुनकर वो "हैरान" हैं। उन्होंने कहा, मैं जब भी राज्यसभा जाता हूं तो 500 रुपये का एक नोट साथ लेकर जाता हूं। अगर सुरक्षा एजेंसियों में कोई कमी है तो उसे भी पूरी तरह उजागर किया जाना चाहिए। मैंने इसके बारे में कभी नहीं सुना। मैं कल दोपहर 12.57 बजे सदन के अंदर पहुंचा। सदन से दोपहर 1 बजे उठा। दोपहर 1 से 1:30 बजे तक मैं अयोध्या प्रसाद के साथ कैंटीन में बैठा और लंच किया। दोपहर 1:30 बजे मैं संसद से चला गया। इसलिए कल सदन में मेरा कुल ठहराव 3 मिनट का था और कैंटीन में मेरा ठहराव 30 मिनट का था, 3 मिनट में ये कैसे हुआ।
तेलंगाना से राज्यसभा सांसद अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने कहा कि अगर इस तरह से सांसदों की सीट पर कुछ भी रखा जाने लगा, तो शायद उनकी सीट को लॉक रखना जरूरी हो जाएगा। इस बात की जरूरत पड़ जाएगी कि सांसद के बैठने की जगह को कांच के एनक्लोजर से बंद कर दिया जाए और उस एनक्लोजर की चाबी सांसद के पास ही रहने दी जाए।

सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने क्या कहा
इससे पहले सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने आज सदन में बताया कि कांग्रेस के अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट के पास राज्यसभा कक्ष में 500 रुपये के नोटों की गड्डी पाई गई। सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने सदन को सूचित किया कि 5 दिसंबर, 2024 को सदन के स्थगित होने के बाद, कक्ष की नियमित तोड़फोड़ विरोधी जांच के दौरान, सदस्य अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट पर नोटों की एक गड्डी पाई गई थी। उन्होंने कहा कि मामले की जांच चल रही है।

मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने जताई आपत्ति
राज्यसभा में सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने जैसे ही नोट मिलने की बात कही, विपक्षी सांसदों ने हंगामा शुरू कर दिया। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने कहा,'जब तक मामले की जांच चल रही है और सब कुछ स्पष्ट नहीं हो जाता, तब तक आपको (सभापति) उनका (अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी) नाम नहीं बोलना था।

दोनों पक्षों को निंदा करनी चाहिए-नड्डा
इस मसले पर केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा ने कहा कि मैं चाहता हूं कि जांच होनी चाहिए और डिटेल आनी चाहिए। यह सदन की गरिमा पर कुठाराघात है। मुझे विश्वास है कि सही जांच होगी।मुझे उम्मीद थी कि हमारे विपक्ष के नेता भी विस्तृत जांच की मांग करेंगे। विपक्ष को हमेशा सद्बुद्धि रखनी चाहिए।स्वस्थ मन और स्वस्थ भावना के साथ विवरण सामने आना चाहिए। दोनों पक्षों को इसकी निंदा करनी चाहिए।

सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने सदन को सूचित किया कि 5 दिसंबर, 2024 को सदन के स्थगित होने के बाद, कक्ष की नियमित तोड़फोड़ विरोधी जांच के दौरान, सदस्य अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी की सीट पर नोटों की एक गड्डी पाई गई थी। उन्होंने कहा कि मामले की जांच चल रही है। इस घोषणा से सदन में हंगामा शुरू हो गया।  केंद्रीय मंत्री पीयूष गोयल और विपक्ष के नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे के बीच विपक्षी सदस्यों के आचरण को लेकर बहस हुई।

इस मसले पर केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा ने कहा कि किसी पर तीव्रता दिखाओ और किसी मुद्दे पर मिट्टी डालो। मैं सोच रहा था एलओपी बड़े सीनियर नेता हैं और वह कहेंगे कि मामले की जांच होनी चाहिए। लेकिन ऐसा नहीं कहा उन्होंने। मैं चाहता हूं कि जांच होनी चाहिए और डिटेल आनी चाहिए। 

इससे पहले सदन में विपक्ष के नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने कहा कि सभापति को इस मामले की जांच करनी चाहिए।मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने कहा, जब तक जांच पूरी नहीं हो जाती है, हमें किसी भी सदस्य का नाम नहीं लेना चाहिए। इस पर सभापति ने कहा कि वे इस भावना की सराहना करते हैं। लेकिन सदन में बहस के दौरान लगभग हर दिन इसका उल्लंघन होता है।
