कार्बन-न्यूट्रल भविष्य की ओर बड़ा कदम

मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने राज्य के युवाओं के कौशल विकास पर जोर देते हुए टाटा स्टील को प्रस्ताव दिया कि वे राज्य के ITI संस्थानों को गोद लें ताकि शिक्षा को बाजार और रोजगार उन्मुख बनाया जा सके। टाटा स्टील ने इस प्रस्ताव पर अपनी सैद्धांतिक सहमति दे दी है।

वर्ल्ड इकोनॉमिक फोरम (WEF) की बैठक के दूसरे दिन झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री श्री हेमन्त सोरेन ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय नीति निर्माताओं और निवेशकों के बीच राज्य की स्वच्छ ऊर्जा और भविष्य-उन्मुख नीतियों को मजबूती से रखा। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि वैश्विक जलवायु लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने में राज्यों की भूमिका सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है।

  


वैश्विक मंच पर इंटर-मिनिस्टीरियल डायलॉग

दावोस में झारखंड का ऐतिहासिक 'ग्रीन स्टील' समझौता: टाटा स्टील निवेश करेगी ₹11,100 करोड़; कार्बन उत्सर्जन में होगी 80% तक की कमी।


  


दावोस/रांची: स्विट्जरलैंड के दावोस में आयोजित विश्व आर्थिक मंच (WEF) 2026 के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन और टाटा स्टील के एमडी एवं सीईओ टी. वी. नरेंद्रन के बीच एक ऐतिहासिक 'लेटर ऑफ इंटेंट' (LoI) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए। यह समझौता झारखंड को ₹11,100 करोड़ के भारी निवेश के माध्यम से अगली पीढ़ी के औद्योगिक ढांचे और हरित विनिर्माण (Green Manufacturing) के वैश्विक केंद्र के रूप में स्थापित करेगा।

कार्बन-न्यूट्रल भविष्य की ओर बड़ा कदम
इस निवेश का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा HISARNA और EASyMelt जैसी क्रांतिकारी तकनीकें हैं। ₹7,000 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाला HISARNA प्लांट कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड उत्सर्जन को 80% तक कम करने की क्षमता रखता है। यह तकनीक स्वदेशी कोयले और निम्न श्रेणी के अयस्क का उपयोग कर आयात पर निर्भरता खत्म करेगी। टाटा स्टील 2030 तक जमशेदपुर में इसका कमर्शियल प्लांट स्थापित करेगी।

ITI संस्थानों को गोद लेगी टाटा स्टील
मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने राज्य के युवाओं के कौशल विकास पर जोर देते हुए टाटा स्टील को प्रस्ताव दिया कि वे राज्य के ITI संस्थानों को गोद लें ताकि शिक्षा को बाजार और रोजगार उन्मुख बनाया जा सके। टाटा स्टील ने इस प्रस्ताव पर अपनी सैद्धांतिक सहमति दे दी है।

इंडस्ट्रियल टूरिज्म और औद्योगिक विस्तार
समझौते के तहत केवल विनिर्माण ही नहीं, बल्कि झारखंड की समृद्ध औद्योगिक विरासत को दुनिया को दिखाने के लिए 'औद्योगिक पर्यटन' (Industrial Tourism) पर भी एक अलग एमओयू हुआ है। इसके अतिरिक्त:

टिनप्लेट विस्तार: ₹2,600 करोड़ का निवेश।

कॉम्बी मिल: ₹1,500 करोड़ का निवेश।

प्रकृति और प्रगति का सामंजस्य
