संविधान रत्न अवार्ड समारोह: 23 नवंबर को कांस्टीट्यूशन क्लब में
नई दिल्ली, 24 नवंबर - संविधान रत्न अवार्ड समारोह का आयोजन 23 नवंबर को कांस्टीट्यूशन क्लब, नई दिल्ली में किया गया। इस अवसर पर देश के प्रबुद्ध लोगों को सम्मानित किया गया, जिनमें दिल्ली पुलिस के अधिकारी, जज, एडवोकेट्स, ब्यूरोक्रेट्स और विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्ति शामिल हैं।

इस समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि भारत के 37वें मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस केजी बालाकृष्णन, भारतीय जनता पार्टी के वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष श्री श्याम जाजू, आईपीएल गवर्निंग काउंसिल के मेंबर वीसीसीआई के प्रेसिडेंट (पूर्व) डॉक्टर सी के खन्ना, वैद्य सत्य प्रकाश आर्य संस्थापक नदी वैद्य कायाकल्प, डिस्टिक जज बनारस अनिल यादव के साथ-साथ काफी मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में मौजूद रहे।

भारत मंच संस्था के चेयरपर्सन डॉक्टर एम ए खान ने कहा कि संविधान सर्वोपरि है, भारत का संविधान भारत की आत्मा है और इस संविधान का पालन सबको करना चाहिए, पूर्ण रूप से करना चाहिए। यह कार्यक्रम अपने आप में बहुत बेहतरीन कार्यक्रम है।

Mr Rakesh Shah, Past Chairman and Chairman Trade Promotions Committee ,EEPC India explained in FY 2023-24, Pune’s total exports amounted to INR 109148Cr which is around 20% of Maharashtra’s total exports during that period. Also, Pune district secured the highest amount of investment with INR 16651.48Cr - these factors have made Pune a very strategic location for conducting the Sub-contracting Show.
Shri Rohinton Engineer, Dy Regional Chairman (WR), EEPC India while delivering the Vote of thanks elaborated subcontracting is an important area of engineering industry providing significant operational and strategic advantages to engineering manufacturers including improvement in efficiency and quality. Book Presented to Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh by Himalayan University Vice-Chancellor


Itanagar, November 5, 2025: In a significant literary and academic event, Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran, Vice-Chancellor of Himalayan University, Itanagar, presented a newly published book to the Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt. General (Retd.) Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik, PVSM, UYSM, YSM (Retd.), at Raj Bhavan, Itanagar.The presentation took place in the presence of Mr. Minto Eta, Deputy Director (RUSA), Department of Higher Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh; Mr. Vijay Tripathi, Registrar, Himalayan University; and Mr. Kido Bagra, Deputy Registrar, Himalayan University.
The book, co-authored by Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran and Dr. Suresh Kumar Madhusudhanan, Managing Director, Seagull Group of Companies, reflects an insightful contribution to contemporary academic and social discourse. The publication has been recently featured in academic circles for its multidisciplinary relevance and its emphasis on human values, governance, and education-driven social transformation.
The Hon’ble Governor commended the authors for their scholarly initiative and their efforts toward fostering a culture of research and knowledge dissemination in Arunachal Pradesh. He appreciated Himalayan University’s continued commitment to higher education, innovation, and youth development in the region.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. (Dr.) Prakash Divakaran Divakaran expressed gratitude to the Hon’ble Governor for his encouragement and visionary guidance toward strengthening academic excellence and societal engagement through research and publication.
