बिहार में पूर्णिया की अमौर सीट अचानक से हाई प्रोफाइल सीट बन गई है। इसकी वजह बनें हैं, राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य साबिर अली। बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के बीच जनता दल (यूनाइटेड) ने शनिवार को एक बड़ा राजनीतिक कदम उठाते हुए राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य साबिर अली को अमौर विधानसभा सीट से अपना उम्मीदवार घोषित कर दिया। दिलचस्प बात यह है कि यही साबिर अली वर्ष 2014 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने पर पार्टी से निष्कासित कर दिए गए थे।

  


आखिरी समय में जेडीयू का बड़ा फैसला
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने पर 11 वर्ष पहले जनता दल यूनाइटेड (जद(यू)) से निष्कासित किए गए राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य साबिर अली की फिर से पार्टी में वापसी हो गई है। साबिर अली को पार्टी ने शनिवार को अमौर विधानसभा सीट से अपना उम्मीदवार घोषित किया। जेडीयू ने आखिरी समय में बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए पूर्णिया की अमौर सीट पर कैंडिडेट बदल दिया। पूर्णिया की अमौर सीट से पार्टी ने नामांकन की अंतिम तारीख से ठीक एक दिन पहले अपने घोषित प्रत्याशी सबा ज़फर का टिकट काट दिया है। जेडीयू ने अमौर से अपना प्रत्याशी बदल दिया। 

नीतीश कुमार के बेहद करीबी रहे साबिर
कभी नीतीश कुमार के बेहद करीबी माने जाने वाले, राज्यसभा में जेडीयू का चेहरा रहे साबिर अली आज फिर उसी पार्टी में लौट आए हैं, जहां से उन्होंने सियासत की शुरुआत की थी। राजनीति में उनका आगमन 2000 के दशक में हुआ और नीतीश कुमार के नेतृत्व से प्रभावित होकर उन्होंने जेडीयू जॉइन की। 

2008 में जेडीयू से पहुंचे राज्यसभा
जेडीयू ने उनकी मेहनत और प्रभाव को देखा और 2008 में उन्हें राज्यसभा भेजा गया। वहां वे 2008 से 2014 तक जेडीयू के चेहरे बने रहे। राज्यसभा में जेडीयू की आवाज बनकर उन्होंने पार्टी के मुद्दों को मजबूती से उठाया। साबिर अली मुस्लिम समुदाय में लोकप्रिय थे। सीमांचल और पूर्वी चंपारण में उनकी अच्छी पकड़ थी। लोग उन्हें एक मेहनती और प्रभावशाली नेता के रूप में जानने लगे। लेकिन, साबिर अली के चढ़ाव के बाद उतार का दौर भी आया।

पीएम मोदी की तारीफ के बाद सियासी पतन
बिहार के पूर्वी चंपारण में जन्मे साबिर अली को 2014 में ही पीएम मोदी की तारीफ करने के चलते जदयू ने उन्हें पार्टी से निकाल दिया। जेडीयू से निकाले जाने के बाद वे लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (लोजपा) में चले गए और फिर वहां से भाजपा की ओर रुख किया। लेकिन उन पर लगे पुराने दाग साबिर अली पर भारी पड़े और फिर उन्हें बीजेपी ने भी कोई बड़ी जिम्मेदारी नहीं दी। दरअसल, कुछ भाजपा नेताओं ने सार्वजनिक रूप से उनके बयानबाज़ी पर सवाल उठाए। कुछ रिपोर्ट्स में कहा गया कि उन्हें इंडियन मुजाहिदीन के यासीन भटकल से जोड़ने के आरोप लगे। 2014 में ही भाजपा उनकी एंट्री रोक दी गई। इन घटनाओं ने साबिर अली को सियासत के निचले पायदान पर ला दिया और वे कुछ समय के लिए गुमनामी में चले गए।

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर आज का दिन भी बड़ा दिन बन गया है। सत्ताधारी और एनडीए की प्रमुख पार्टी जनता दल यूनाइटेड (जेडीयू) ने अपने उम्मीदवारों की पहली लिस्ट जारी कर दी है। इस लिस्ट में कुल 57 उम्मीदवारों के नाम हैं। इस लिस्ट में मंत्री श्रवण कुमार, विजय कुमार चौधरी, महेश्वर हजारी समेत कई दिग्गज नेताओं के नाम शामिल हैं। जदयू के टिकट से अपना नामांकन दाखिल कर चुके अनंत सिंह का भी नाम इस लिस्ट में है।

जातीय संतुलन को साधने की कोशिश
बिहार में पहले चरण की नामांकन की प्रक्रिया में अब 3 दिन ही बचे हैं, ऐसे में राजनीतिक दलों की ओर से उम्मीदवारों के नामों के ऐलान का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया है। इसी क्रम में राज्य में सत्तारुढ़ जनता दल यूनाइटेड ने अपनी पहली लिस्ट जारी कर दी है। पार्टी ने टिकट वितरण में सामाजिक और जातीय संतुलन को साधने की कोशिश की है। लिस्ट में कुशवाहा और कोइरी, अति पिछड़ा और अनुसूचित जाति (एससी) समुदाय के प्रतिनिधित्व को प्राथमिकता दी गई है। जेडीयू की पहली लिस्ट में कुशवाहा और कोइरी समाज से 23, दलित समाज से 12 और अति पिछड़ा समाज से 9 उम्मीदवारों को टिकट दिया गया है। वहीं जेडीयू की पहली लिस्ट में सवर्ण समाज को भी साधने की पूरी कोशिश की गयी है।

पहली बार 4 महिलाओं को टिकट
जेडीयू की ओर से जारी लिस्ट में पहली बार 4 महिलाओं को शामिल किया गया है। मधेपुरा से कविता शाहा, गायघाट से कोमल सिंह, समस्तीपुर से अश्वमेघ देवी और विभूतिपुर सीट से रवीना कुशवाहा को उतारा गया है।

पहली लिस्ट में इनके नाम
जनता दल यूनाइटेड के उम्मीदवारों की पहली लिस्ट इस तरह से है। आलमनगर से नरेंद्र नारायण यादव, बिहारीगंज से निरंजन कुमार मेहता, सिंहेश्वर से रमेश ऋषिदेव, मधेपुरा से कविता साहा, सोनबरसा से रत्नेश सदा, महिषी से गुंजेश्वर साह, कुशेश्वरस्थान से अतिरेक कुमार, बेनीपुर से विनय कुमार चौधरी, दरभंगा ग्रामीण से ईश्वर मंडल, बहादुरपुर से मदन सहनी, गायघाट से कोमल सिंह, मीनापुर से अजय कुशवाहा, सकरा से आदित्य कुमार, कांटी से अजीत कुमार, कुचायकोट से अमरेंद्र कुमार पांडेय, भोरे से सुनील कुमार, हथुआ से रामसेवक सिंह, बरौली से मंजीत सिंह, जीरादेई से भीष्म कुशवाहा, रघुनाथपुर से विकास कुमार सिंह को जदयू ने टिकट दिया है।

इनको भी मिला टिकट
वहीं बड़हरिया से इंद्रदेव पटेल, महाराजगंज से हेमनारायण साह, एकमा से धूमल सिंह, मांझी से रणधीर सिंह, परसा से छोटे लाल राय, वैशाली से सिद्धार्थ पटेल, राजापाकर से महेंद्र राम, महनार से उमेश कुशवाहा और मोकामा से अनंत सिंह को टिकट मिला है। इनमें उमेश कुशवाहा और अनंत सिंह ने अपना नॉमिनेशन भी फाइल कर दिया है।

बीजेपी की पहली लिस्ट जारी, 71 नामों का ऐलान, नंदकिशोर यादव का टिकट कटा

बिहार चुनाव को लेकर भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने उम्मीदवारों की पहली लिस्ट जारी कर दी गयी है। बीजेपी ने 71 उम्मीदवारों के नामों का लान किया है। बीजेपी की पहली उम्मीदवारों की सूची में सम्राट चौधरी के अलावा रामकृपाल यादव, संजीव चौरसिया, विजय सिन्हा, श्रेयसी सिंह और मंगल पांडे जैसे बड़े नाम शामिल हैं। लिस्ट की सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात विधानसभा सभा अध्यक्ष नंद किशोर यादव का टिकट कटना है। बीजेपी ने पहली लिस्ट में कुल में नौ विधायकों के टिकट काटे हैं। इस सूची में कुल 9 महिला उम्मीदवार भी शामिल हैं।

  


रामकृपाल यादव को दानापुर से टिकट
बीजेपी उम्मीदवारों की पहली सूची में रामकृपाल यादव को भी टिकट मिला है। पूर्व सांसद रामकृपाल यादव को दानापुर से टिकट दिया गया है। बीजेपी उम्मीवारों की पहली सूची के अनुसार सम्राट चौधरी को तारापुर से टिकट मिला है। वहीं नीरज बबलू छातापुर से चुनाव लड़ेंगे। वहीं आरा से संजय टाइगर को टिकट दिया गया है।

पटना साहिब से नंदकिशोर यादव का टिकट कटा
बीजेपी ने पटना की 2 बड़ी सीटों पर इस बार बड़ा बदलाव किया है। पार्टी पटना की कुम्हारर सिटी से इस बार अरुण कुमार सिन्हा की जगह संजय गुप्ता को टिकट दिया गया है। वहीं पटना साहिब से नंदकिशोर यादव का टिकट कट गया है। नंदकिशोर यादव की जगह इस बार रत्नेश कुशवाहा को पटना साहिब से टिकट दिया गया है।

इन दिग्गजों पर भरोसा
पार्टी ने अपने कई कद्दावर मंत्रियों और वरिष्ठ नेताओं को उनकी वर्तमान सीटों से दोबारा मैदान में उतारा है। मंत्री नितिन नबीन को पटना की बांकीपुर सीट से उम्मीदवार बनाया गया है। वहीं, मंत्री मंगल पाण्डेय को सिवान से टिकट दिया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, संजय सरावगी को दरभंगा सीट से चुनावी जंग में उतारा गया है। इसके अलावा, पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री रेणु देवी को बेतिया विधानसभा सीट से एक बार फिर टिकट दिया गया है।

उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए विपक्ष ने भी उम्मीदवार की घोषणा कर दी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पूर्व न्यायाधीश जस्टिस बी सुदर्शन रेड्डी उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए विपक्ष के उम्मीदवार होंगे। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने इनके नाम का एलान किया। इससे पहले विपक्षी गठबंधन 'इंडिया' के नेताओं ने उपराष्ट्रपति पद के उम्मीदवार के नाम पर फैसला लेने और उसकी घोषणा करने के लिए 10 राजाजी मार्ग पर बैठक की थी। बैठक के बाद विपक्ष ने उनके नाम का एलान किया। रेड्डी 21 अगस्त को नामांकन करेंगे। पूर्व न्यायाधीश जस्टिस बी. सुदर्शन रेड्डी का मुकाबला राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन के उम्मीदवार सीपी राधाकृष्णन से होगा।

कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने कहा, उपराष्ट्रपति पद का यह चुनाव एक वैचारिक लड़ाई है और सभी विपक्षी दल इस पर सहमत हैं और यही कारण है कि हमने बी सुदर्शन रेड्डी को संयुक्त उम्मीदवार के रूप में नामित किया है। खरगे ने कहा कि बी सुदर्शन रेड्डी भारत के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित और प्रगतिशील न्यायविदों में से एक हैं। उनका एक लंबा और प्रतिष्ठित कानूनी करियर रहा है। वे आंध्र प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश, गौहाटी उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश और सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश के रूप में काम कर चुके हैं। वे सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक न्याय के एक निरंतर और साहसी समर्थक रहे हैं। वे एक गरीब हितैषी व्यक्ति हैं। यदि आप उनके कई फैसले पढ़ेंगे, तो आपको पता चलेगा कि उन्होंने कैसे गरीबों का पक्ष लिया और संविधान व मौलिक अधिकारों की रक्षा की।

जस्टिस बी. सुदर्शन रेड्डी का जन्म 8 जुलाई, 1946 को अकुला मायलाराम गांव, पूर्व इब्राहिमपट्टनम तालुका, रंगारेड्डी (आंध्र प्रदेश) में हुआ था। उनका नाता वर्तमान में कंदुकुर राजस्व मंडल के तहत आने वाले गांव के एक कृषक परिवार से रहा। उन्होंने हैदराबाद में पढ़ाई की और 1971 में उस्मानिया विश्वविद्यालय, हैदराबाद से कानून की डिग्री प्राप्त की। 

1988 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सरकारी वकील
बी. सुदर्शन रेड्डी 1971 को में हैदराबाद में आंध्र प्रदेश बार काउंसिल में अधिवक्ता के रूप में रजिस्टर्ड हुए थे। उन्होंने आंध्र प्रदेश उच्च हाई कोर्ट में रिट और सिविल मामलों में प्रैक्टिस की है। उन्होंने 1988-90 के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सरकारी वकील के रूप में काम किया। उन्होंने 1990 के दौरान 6 महीने की अवधि के लिए केंद्र सरकार के अतिरिक्त स्थायी वकील के रूप में भी काम किया।

एनडीए ने सीपी राधाकृष्णन को बनाया उम्मीदवार
वहीं, एनडीए की तरफ से महाराष्ट्र के राज्यपाल सीपी राधाकृष्णन को अपना उम्मीदवार घोषित किया है। वो तमिलनाडु से आते हैं और आरएसएस से पुराना नाता रहा है। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने भी खरगे सहित विपक्षी नेताओं से संपर्क कर सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लेने के लिए समर्थन मांगा था। 

9 सितंबर को होना है उपराष्ट्रपति पद का चुनाव
यह पूरा घटनाक्रम 9 सितंबर को होने वाले उपराष्ट्रपति पद के चुनाव को लेकर हो रहा है, जो पिछले महीने स्वास्थ्य कारणों का हवाला देते हुए जगदीप धनखड़ के पद से इस्तीफा देने के बाद जरूरी हो गया था। नामांकन दाखिल करने की आखिरी तारीख 21 अगस्त है।

एनडीए ने उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए महाराष्ट्र के राज्यपाल सीपी राधाकृष्णन को उम्मीदवार बनाया है। एनडीए के बाद विपक्ष भी उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए उम्मीदवार की जल्द ही घोषणा कर सकता है। विपक्षी ब्लॉक तमिलनाडु के राज्‍यसभा सांसद तिरुची शिवा को उपराष्ट्रपति पद का उम्मीदवार बना सकता है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, साउथ इंडिया की सियासत को देखते हुए विपक्ष यह फैसला ले सकता है। रुचि शिवा भी तमिलनाडु के हैं। जहां के सीपी राधाकृष्णन को एनडीए ने अपना उम्मीदवार घोषित किया है। अगर ऐसा होता है तो यह पक्की बात है कि देश के अगले उपराष्ट्रपति दक्षिण भारत से होंगे।

  


डीएमके का महत्‍वपूर्ण रणनीत‍िकार
विपक्ष से उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए राज्यसभा सांसद तिरुचि एन शिवा के नाम की चर्चा चल रही है। विपक्ष के कई दलों की इस नाम पर सहमति भी बन गई है, लेकिन अभी नाम की घोषणा नहीं की गई है। राज्‍यसभा सांसद तिरुची शिवा डीएमके के सीनियर लीडर हैं। उन्‍हें डीएमके का महत्‍वपूर्ण रणनीत‍िकार माना जाता है। संसद में पार्टी की रीत‍ि नीत‍ि वही तय करते हैं। वह लंबे समय से राज्य और केंद्र दोनों स्तर पर पार्टी के रणनीतिक चेहरा रहे हैं। केंद्र और राज्य स्तर पर कई महत्वपूर्ण समितियों और विषयों में भूमिका निभाई है। विशेष रूप से सोशल जस्‍ट‍िस, फेडरल स्‍ट्रक्‍चर और स्‍टेट राइट्स इश्यू पर उन्‍होंने बहुत काम क‍िया है।

तिरुचि एन. शिवा का सियासी सफर
तिरुचि इस पार्टी से 1996, 2002, 2007,2014 और 2020 में लोकसभा के सदस्य भी रहे हैं। वे एक वक्ता और लेखक भी हैं। तिरुचि छात्र राजनीति के दौरान 1976 में आपातकाल के दौरान जेल भी गए थे। करीब 1 साल जेल में रहने के बाद वो रिहा हुए थे। इसके बाद वे डीएमके जिला छात्र शाखा के संगठन कर्ता के रूप में कार्य करने लगे। 1982 और 1992 के बीच तिरुचि डीएमके युवा शाखा के उप सचिव के रूप में कार्य किया है। इसके बाद 1992 से 2007 के बीच सचिव के रूप में अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाई। तिरुचि डीएमके के प्रचार सचिव और उप महासचिव भी रहे हैं।

तमिलनाडु विधानसभा चुनाव के लिहाज से भी जरूरी
तमिलनाडु में अगले साल विधानसभा चुनाव है। एनडीए द्वारा सीपी राधाकृष्णन का नाम आगे बढ़ाने के पीछे भी इस चुनाव को बड़ा कारण बताया जा रहा है। भाजपा सीपी राधाकृष्णन को तमिलनाडु के विधानसभा चुनाव में भुनाएगा। ऐसे में विपक्षी खेमा भी तमिलनाडु के वरीय नेता पर अपना दांव लगा सकती है।

बीजेपी के नेतृत्व वाले एनडीए ने उपराष्ट्रपति चुनाव के लिए सीपी राधाकृष्णन को अपना उम्मीदवार घोषित किया है. वे फिलहाल महाराष्ट्र के राज्यपाल है। रविवार को NDA की बैठक में उनके नाम पर मुहर लगी। बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की मौजूदगी में हुई बैठक के बाद इसकी आधिकारिक घोषणा की। राधाकृष्णन चार दशक से अधिक समय से राजनीति और सामाजिक जीवन में सक्रिय रहे हैं और उन्हें तमिलनाडु की राजनीति का सम्मानित चेहरा माना जाता है।

  


प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की राजनीति के सधे हुए खिलाड़ी माने जाते हैं। मोदी की खासियत यह है कि वे चुनावी मुकाबले को सिर्फ आंकड़ों का खेल नहीं मानते। राधाकृष्णन का नाम घोषित कर वे एक तीर से तीन निशाना साधा है। एनडीए ने राधाकृष्णन का नाम घोषित कर उद्धव ठाकरे और तमिलनाडु के मुख्‍यमंत्री एमके स्‍टाल‍िन को अपने पाले में कर ही लिया है। साथ ही राहुल गांधी के सामने आगे भी विकल्प नहीं छोड़ने का काम किया है।

बिहार में पूर्णिया की अमौर सीट अचानक से हाई प्रोफाइल सीट बन गई है। इसकी वजह बनें हैं, राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य साबिर अली। बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के बीच जनता दल (यूनाइटेड) ने शनिवार को एक बड़ा राजनीतिक कदम उठाते हुए राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य साबिर अली को अमौर विधानसभा सीट से अपना उम्मीदवार घोषित कर दिया। दिलचस्प बात यह है कि यही साबिर अली वर्ष 2014 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने पर पार्टी से निष्कासित कर दिए गए थे।

  


आखिरी समय में जेडीयू का बड़ा फैसला
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करने पर 11 वर्ष पहले जनता दल यूनाइटेड (जद(यू)) से निष्कासित किए गए राज्यसभा के पूर्व सदस्य साबिर अली की फिर से पार्टी में वापसी हो गई है। साबिर अली को पार्टी ने शनिवार को अमौर विधानसभा सीट से अपना उम्मीदवार घोषित किया। जेडीयू ने आखिरी समय में बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए पूर्णिया की अमौर सीट पर कैंडिडेट बदल दिया। पूर्णिया की अमौर सीट से पार्टी ने नामांकन की अंतिम तारीख से ठीक एक दिन पहले अपने घोषित प्रत्याशी सबा ज़फर का टिकट काट दिया है। जेडीयू ने अमौर से अपना प्रत्याशी बदल दिया। 

नीतीश कुमार के बेहद करीबी रहे साबिर
कभी नीतीश कुमार के बेहद करीबी माने जाने वाले, राज्यसभा में जेडीयू का चेहरा रहे साबिर अली आज फिर उसी पार्टी में लौट आए हैं, जहां से उन्होंने सियासत की शुरुआत की थी। राजनीति में उनका आगमन 2000 के दशक में हुआ और नीतीश कुमार के नेतृत्व से प्रभावित होकर उन्होंने जेडीयू जॉइन की। 

2008 में जेडीयू से पहुंचे राज्यसभा
जेडीयू ने उनकी मेहनत और प्रभाव को देखा और 2008 में उन्हें राज्यसभा भेजा गया। वहां वे 2008 से 2014 तक जेडीयू के चेहरे बने रहे। राज्यसभा में जेडीयू की आवाज बनकर उन्होंने पार्टी के मुद्दों को मजबूती से उठाया। साबिर अली मुस्लिम समुदाय में लोकप्रिय थे। सीमांचल और पूर्वी चंपारण में उनकी अच्छी पकड़ थी। लोग उन्हें एक मेहनती और प्रभावशाली नेता के रूप में जानने लगे। लेकिन, साबिर अली के चढ़ाव के बाद उतार का दौर भी आया।

पीएम मोदी की तारीफ के बाद सियासी पतन
बिहार के पूर्वी चंपारण में जन्मे साबिर अली को 2014 में ही पीएम मोदी की तारीफ करने के चलते जदयू ने उन्हें पार्टी से निकाल दिया। जेडीयू से निकाले जाने के बाद वे लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (लोजपा) में चले गए और फिर वहां से भाजपा की ओर रुख किया। लेकिन उन पर लगे पुराने दाग साबिर अली पर भारी पड़े और फिर उन्हें बीजेपी ने भी कोई बड़ी जिम्मेदारी नहीं दी। दरअसल, कुछ भाजपा नेताओं ने सार्वजनिक रूप से उनके बयानबाज़ी पर सवाल उठाए। कुछ रिपोर्ट्स में कहा गया कि उन्हें इंडियन मुजाहिदीन के यासीन भटकल से जोड़ने के आरोप लगे। 2014 में ही भाजपा उनकी एंट्री रोक दी गई। इन घटनाओं ने साबिर अली को सियासत के निचले पायदान पर ला दिया और वे कुछ समय के लिए गुमनामी में चले गए।

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर आज का दिन भी बड़ा दिन बन गया है। सत्ताधारी और एनडीए की प्रमुख पार्टी जनता दल यूनाइटेड (जेडीयू) ने अपने उम्मीदवारों की पहली लिस्ट जारी कर दी है। इस लिस्ट में कुल 57 उम्मीदवारों के नाम हैं। इस लिस्ट में मंत्री श्रवण कुमार, विजय कुमार चौधरी, महेश्वर हजारी समेत कई दिग्गज नेताओं के नाम शामिल हैं। जदयू के टिकट से अपना नामांकन दाखिल कर चुके अनंत सिंह का भी नाम इस लिस्ट में है।

जातीय संतुलन को साधने की कोशिश
बिहार में पहले चरण की नामांकन की प्रक्रिया में अब 3 दिन ही बचे हैं, ऐसे में राजनीतिक दलों की ओर से उम्मीदवारों के नामों के ऐलान का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया है। इसी क्रम में राज्य में सत्तारुढ़ जनता दल यूनाइटेड ने अपनी पहली लिस्ट जारी कर दी है। पार्टी ने टिकट वितरण में सामाजिक और जातीय संतुलन को साधने की कोशिश की है। लिस्ट में कुशवाहा और कोइरी, अति पिछड़ा और अनुसूचित जाति (एससी) समुदाय के प्रतिनिधित्व को प्राथमिकता दी गई है। जेडीयू की पहली लिस्ट में कुशवाहा और कोइरी समाज से 23, दलित समाज से 12 और अति पिछड़ा समाज से 9 उम्मीदवारों को टिकट दिया गया है। वहीं जेडीयू की पहली लिस्ट में सवर्ण समाज को भी साधने की पूरी कोशिश की गयी है।

पहली बार 4 महिलाओं को टिकट
जेडीयू की ओर से जारी लिस्ट में पहली बार 4 महिलाओं को शामिल किया गया है। मधेपुरा से कविता शाहा, गायघाट से कोमल सिंह, समस्तीपुर से अश्वमेघ देवी और विभूतिपुर सीट से रवीना कुशवाहा को उतारा गया है।

पहली लिस्ट में इनके नाम
जनता दल यूनाइटेड के उम्मीदवारों की पहली लिस्ट इस तरह से है। आलमनगर से नरेंद्र नारायण यादव, बिहारीगंज से निरंजन कुमार मेहता, सिंहेश्वर से रमेश ऋषिदेव, मधेपुरा से कविता साहा, सोनबरसा से रत्नेश सदा, महिषी से गुंजेश्वर साह, कुशेश्वरस्थान से अतिरेक कुमार, बेनीपुर से विनय कुमार चौधरी, दरभंगा ग्रामीण से ईश्वर मंडल, बहादुरपुर से मदन सहनी, गायघाट से कोमल सिंह, मीनापुर से अजय कुशवाहा, सकरा से आदित्य कुमार, कांटी से अजीत कुमार, कुचायकोट से अमरेंद्र कुमार पांडेय, भोरे से सुनील कुमार, हथुआ से रामसेवक सिंह, बरौली से मंजीत सिंह, जीरादेई से भीष्म कुशवाहा, रघुनाथपुर से विकास कुमार सिंह को जदयू ने टिकट दिया है।

इनको भी मिला टिकट
वहीं बड़हरिया से इंद्रदेव पटेल, महाराजगंज से हेमनारायण साह, एकमा से धूमल सिंह, मांझी से रणधीर सिंह, परसा से छोटे लाल राय, वैशाली से सिद्धार्थ पटेल, राजापाकर से महेंद्र राम, महनार से उमेश कुशवाहा और मोकामा से अनंत सिंह को टिकट मिला है। इनमें उमेश कुशवाहा और अनंत सिंह ने अपना नॉमिनेशन भी फाइल कर दिया है।

बीजेपी की पहली लिस्ट जारी, 71 नामों का ऐलान, नंदकिशोर यादव का टिकट कटा

बिहार चुनाव को लेकर भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने उम्मीदवारों की पहली लिस्ट जारी कर दी गयी है। बीजेपी ने 71 उम्मीदवारों के नामों का लान किया है। बीजेपी की पहली उम्मीदवारों की सूची में सम्राट चौधरी के अलावा रामकृपाल यादव, संजीव चौरसिया, विजय सिन्हा, श्रेयसी सिंह और मंगल पांडे जैसे बड़े नाम शामिल हैं। लिस्ट की सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात विधानसभा सभा अध्यक्ष नंद किशोर यादव का टिकट कटना है। बीजेपी ने पहली लिस्ट में कुल में नौ विधायकों के टिकट काटे हैं। इस सूची में कुल 9 महिला उम्मीदवार भी शामिल हैं।

  


रामकृपाल यादव को दानापुर से टिकट
बीजेपी उम्मीदवारों की पहली सूची में रामकृपाल यादव को भी टिकट मिला है। पूर्व सांसद रामकृपाल यादव को दानापुर से टिकट दिया गया है। बीजेपी उम्मीवारों की पहली सूची के अनुसार सम्राट चौधरी को तारापुर से टिकट मिला है। वहीं नीरज बबलू छातापुर से चुनाव लड़ेंगे। वहीं आरा से संजय टाइगर को टिकट दिया गया है।

पटना साहिब से नंदकिशोर यादव का टिकट कटा
बीजेपी ने पटना की 2 बड़ी सीटों पर इस बार बड़ा बदलाव किया है। पार्टी पटना की कुम्हारर सिटी से इस बार अरुण कुमार सिन्हा की जगह संजय गुप्ता को टिकट दिया गया है। वहीं पटना साहिब से नंदकिशोर यादव का टिकट कट गया है। नंदकिशोर यादव की जगह इस बार रत्नेश कुशवाहा को पटना साहिब से टिकट दिया गया है।

इन दिग्गजों पर भरोसा
पार्टी ने अपने कई कद्दावर मंत्रियों और वरिष्ठ नेताओं को उनकी वर्तमान सीटों से दोबारा मैदान में उतारा है। मंत्री नितिन नबीन को पटना की बांकीपुर सीट से उम्मीदवार बनाया गया है। वहीं, मंत्री मंगल पाण्डेय को सिवान से टिकट दिया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त, संजय सरावगी को दरभंगा सीट से चुनावी जंग में उतारा गया है। इसके अलावा, पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री रेणु देवी को बेतिया विधानसभा सीट से एक बार फिर टिकट दिया गया है।

1988 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सरकारी वकील
बी. सुदर्शन रेड्डी 1971 को में हैदराबाद में आंध्र प्रदेश बार काउंसिल में अधिवक्ता के रूप में रजिस्टर्ड हुए थे। उन्होंने आंध्र प्रदेश उच्च हाई कोर्ट में रिट और सिविल मामलों में प्रैक्टिस की है। उन्होंने 1988-90 के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सरकारी वकील के रूप में काम किया। उन्होंने 1990 के दौरान 6 महीने की अवधि के लिए केंद्र सरकार के अतिरिक्त स्थायी वकील के रूप में भी काम किया।

विपक्ष से उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए राज्यसभा सांसद तिरुचि एन शिवा के नाम की चर्चा चल रही है। विपक्ष के कई दलों की इस नाम पर सहमति भी बन गई है, लेकिन अभी नाम की घोषणा नहीं की गई है। राज्‍यसभा सांसद तिरुची शिवा डीएमके के सीनियर लीडर हैं। उन्‍हें डीएमके का महत्‍वपूर्ण रणनीत‍िकार माना जाता है। संसद में पार्टी की रीत‍ि नीत‍ि वही तय करते हैं। वह लंबे समय से राज्य और केंद्र दोनों स्तर पर पार्टी के रणनीतिक चेहरा रहे हैं। केंद्र और राज्य स्तर पर कई महत्वपूर्ण समितियों और विषयों में भूमिका निभाई है। विशेष रूप से सोशल जस्‍ट‍िस, फेडरल स्‍ट्रक्‍चर और स्‍टेट राइट्स इश्यू पर उन्‍होंने बहुत काम क‍िया है।

तिरुचि इस पार्टी से 1996, 2002, 2007,2014 और 2020 में लोकसभा के सदस्य भी रहे हैं। वे एक वक्ता और लेखक भी हैं। तिरुचि छात्र राजनीति के दौरान 1976 में आपातकाल के दौरान जेल भी गए थे। करीब 1 साल जेल में रहने के बाद वो रिहा हुए थे। इसके बाद वे डीएमके जिला छात्र शाखा के संगठन कर्ता के रूप में कार्य करने लगे। 1982 और 1992 के बीच तिरुचि डीएमके युवा शाखा के उप सचिव के रूप में कार्य किया है। इसके बाद 1992 से 2007 के बीच सचिव के रूप में अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाई। तिरुचि डीएमके के प्रचार सचिव और उप महासचिव भी रहे हैं।

तमिलनाडु विधानसभा चुनाव के लिहाज से भी जरूरी
तमिलनाडु में अगले साल विधानसभा चुनाव है। एनडीए द्वारा सीपी राधाकृष्णन का नाम आगे बढ़ाने के पीछे भी इस चुनाव को बड़ा कारण बताया जा रहा है। भाजपा सीपी राधाकृष्णन को तमिलनाडु के विधानसभा चुनाव में भुनाएगा। ऐसे में विपक्षी खेमा भी तमिलनाडु के वरीय नेता पर अपना दांव लगा सकती है।

दरअसल, एनडीए की ओर से उपराष्ट्रपति पद के उम्मीदवार सीपी राधाकृष्णन फिलहाल महाराष्ट्र के राज्यपाल हैं। ऐसे में उद्धव ठाकरे के ल‍िए मुश्क‍िल ये है क‍ि अगर वे राधाकृष्णन को समर्थन नहीं देते हैं, तो यह सीधा मैसेज जाएगा कि उन्होंने अपने ही राज्यपाल के खिलाफ जाकर वोट किया। 

द्रमुक के सामने धर्मसंकट जैसी स्थिति
वहीं, सीपी राधाकृष्णन तमिलनाडु के हैं। तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन भी असमंजस में हैं। अब स्टालिन अगर उन्हें समर्थन देते हैं तो डीएमके के वोटरों में सवाल उठेगा कि आखिर स्टालिन ने एक आरएसएस विचारधारा वाले नेता का समर्थन क्यों किया. और अगर विरोध करते हैं, तो यह आरोप लगेगा कि उन्होंने तमिलनाडु के सपूत को ही नकार दिया. यानी स्टालिन के लिए भी यह चुनाव ‘हां’ या ‘ना’ दोनों में फंसा हुआ है।

साफ है महाराष्ट्र के राज्यपाल सीपी राधाकृष्णन को राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन (NDA) की ओर से उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए उम्मीदवार घोषित किया जाना भाजपा की एक सोची-समझी रणनीति का हिस्सा है। इसमें जटिल चुनावी गणित और गहरी क्षेत्रीय रणनीति समाहित है। सीपी राधाकृष्णन के नाम का एलान सिर्फ व्यक्तिगत रूप से उनकी वफादारी का इनाम नहीं है, बल्कि यह तमिलनाडु और दक्षिणी राज्यों में अपनी पैठ बढ़ाने के लिए भाजपा के नए प्रयास का संकेत है। यहां भाजपा को अपनी पकड़ बनाने के लिए संघर्ष करना पड़ा है।

पहले भी जब यूपीए ने राष्ट्रपति पद के लिए प्रतिभा पाटिल को अपना उम्मीदवार बनाया था, तब शिवसेना ने एनडीए का हिस्सा होने के बावजूद उनका समर्थन किया था, क्योंकि वह महाराष्ट्र से थीं। इसी तरह जब यूपीए ने प्रणब मुखर्जी को नामित किया, तो एनडीए में होने के बावजूद शिवसेना और जदयू दोनों ने अपना समर्थन दिया। ऐसे ही जब एनडीए ने रामनाथ कोविंद का नाम प्रस्तावित किया तो जदयू ने विपक्ष में होने के बावजूद उनका समर्थन किया, क्योंकि वे बिहार के राज्यपाल थे। उपराष्ट्रपति पद के लिए पिछले चुनाव में जब एनडीए ने जगदीप धनखड़ को चुना था, तो तृणमूल कांग्रेस ने मतदान से परहेज किया था।

हमले के बाद कोलंबियाई राजधानी का सभी अस्पतालों को अलर्ट कर दिया गया था, ताकि अगर उन्हें रेफर करने की जरुरत पड़े तो वे सुरक्षित रहें। बोगोटा के मेयर ने पुष्टि की कि संदिग्ध हमलावर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। कोलंबियाई सरकार ने उरीबे पर शनिवार के हमले की निंदा करते हुए एक बयान साझा किया।
