बंगाल में 15 साल बाद ममता का राज खत्म
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों में इस बार बड़ा राजनीतिक बदलाव देखने को मिला है। पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा ने सत्ता का शिखर छू लिया। ममता बनर्जी की टीएमसी को एकतरफा हराकर भाजपा ने सबसे मुश्किल किला यानी बंगाल फतह कर लिया। बंगाल में भाजपा ने 206 सीटें जीती हैं। जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस 100 का आंकड़ा भी नहीं छू सकी, पार्टी 80 सीट पर जीत दर्ज की।

तमिलनाडु के नतीजों ने किया हैरान
सबसे अधिस हैरानी तमिलनाडु में हुई। तमिलनाडु की सियासत में पहली बार किस्मत आजमा रहे थलापति विजय ने अपनी पार्टी टीवीके को जबरदस्त जीत दिलाई। चुनावी राजनीति में शानदार आगाज से विजय ने तमिलनाडु की सियासत में लंबे समय से दबदबा रखने वाले द्रमुक और अन्नाद्रमुक को बहुत पीछे छोड़ दिया है। अपने पहले ही चुनाव में उन्होंने राज्य के राजनीतिक समीकरण को हिलाकर रख दिया है। विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने 100 सीटों का आंकड़ा पार करते हुए 108 सीटों पर कब्जा जमाया है। मगर 234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी 118 सीटें हासिल करने से चूक गई। सरकार बनाने के लिए टीवीके को कम से कम 10 सीटों की दरकार होगी।

असम में तीसरी बार भाजपा सरकार
असम में भी हिमंता सरकार की वापसी हुई है। भाजपा लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनाएगी। BJP ने यहां अकेले ही 82 सीटें जीतीं, जो बहुमत के आंकड़े से 18 ज्यादा है। असम में 126 सीटों पर चुनाव हुआ। भाजपा ने 89 पर चुनाव लड़ा और 82 सीटें जीतीं। मौजूदा भाजपा सरकार का कोई भी मंत्री चुनाव नहीं हारा। ऐसा देश में पहली बार हुआ। उसकी जीत का स्ट्राइक रेट सबसे ज्यादा 92.1% रहा।

10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी
केरलम में 10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी हुई है। केरलम में कांग्रेस ने 114 में से 63 सीटें अपने नाम की है। हालांकि सीएम पिनाराई विजयन अपनी सीट धरमदम से जीत गए, लेकिन राज्य में एलडीएफ की करारी हार हुई। एलडीएफ सरकार के 21 में से 13 मंत्री चुनाव हारे हैं। इनमें स्वास्थ्य मंत्री वीना जॉर्ज, परिवहन मंत्री के बी गणेश कुमार, उद्योग मंत्री पी राजीव, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री आर बिंदु, खेल मंत्री वी अब्दुरहीमान और देवस्वोम मंत्री वी एन वासवन शामिल हैं।

पुडुचेरी में रंगासामी पांचवीं बार सीएम बनेंगे

असम में कुल 2.5 करोड़ मतदाता हैं, जिनमें 1.25 करोड़ पुरुष, 1.25 करोड़ महिलाएं और 343 थर्ड जेंडर मतदाता शामिल हैं। 126 सीटों पर 722 उम्मीदवार चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। वहीं, केरल में 140 सीटों के लिए 883 उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं। राज्य में कुल 2.71 करोड़ मतदाता हैं, जिनमें 1.32 करोड़ पुरुष, 1.39 करोड़ महिलाएं और 273 थर्ड जेंडर वोटर्स शामिल हैं। पुदुचेरी में 30 विधानसभा सीटों पर मतदान होगा, जिनमें 5 सीटें अनुसूचित जाति के लिए आरक्षित हैं। पुदुचेरी में कुल 9.50 लाख मतदाताओं में करीब 4.46 लाख पुरुष, 5.03 लाख महिलाएं और 139 थर्ड जेंडर मतदाता शामिल हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री सरमा ने तुरंत इन दावों को खारिज कर दिया और उन्हें पूरी तरह झूठा बताया। इसके साथ ही उनकी पत्नी ने भी मोर्चा संभाला और पवन खेड़ा के खिलाफ पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई। जिसके बाद हिमंत बिस्‍वा सरमा की पत्‍नी पर 3 विदेशी पासपोर्ट रखने के आरोप लगाने वाले पवन खेड़ा से पूछताछ के लिए असम पुलिस की टीम पहुंची। मुख्‍यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्‍वा सरमा ने पवन खेड़ा के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई के संकेत सोमवार को ही दे दिये थे।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी वायुसेना के विशेष विमान से डिब्रूगढ़ जिले में मोरान बाईपास पर बनी आपात लैंडिंग सुविधा पर उतरे। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की लैंडिंग के साथ ही हाइवे पर स्थित यह पट्टी वायुसेना के रणनीतिक नेटवर्क का हिस्सा बन गई। पीएम मोदी ने भारतीय वायुसेना के सी-130जे सुपर हरक्यूलिस से लैंड किया।

राफेल-सुखोई का भी दिका दम
इसी के साथ भारतीय वायुसेना के सुखोई Su-30MKI ने डिब्रूगढ़ के मोरन बाईपास पर इमरजेंसी लैंडिंग फैसिलिटी (ELF) से उड़ान भरी। राफेल, C-130J सुपर हरक्यूलिस ट्रांसपोर्ट एयरक्राफ्ट, डोर्नियर सर्विलांस विमान एडवांस्ड लाइट हेलीकॉप्टर (ALH) ये सभी जेट हाईवे स्ट्रिप पर सफलतापूर्वक उतरे और उड़े। इसके अलावा हेलीकॉप्टरों से घायलों को निकालने (कैजुअल्टी इवैक्यूएशन) की भी प्रैक्टिस की गई। यह सुविधा युद्ध के साथ-साथ मानवीय सहायता मिशनों में भी काम आएगी।

पूर्वोत्तर भारत का पहला आपातकालीन लैंडिंग केंद्र
बता दें कि यह पूर्वोत्तर भारत का पहला आपातकालीन लैंडिंग केंद्र है। यहां वे फाइटर जेट, ट्रांसपोर्ट विमान और हेलीकॉप्टरों का हवाई प्रदर्शन देखेंगे। भारतीय वायुसेना के साथ समन्वय में तैयार किया गया यह ईएलएफ आपात स्थिति में सैन्य और नागरिक विमानों की लैंडिंग और टेक-ऑफ में सक्षम है।

क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है ये आपातकालीन लैंडिंग केंद्र

Sports Desk:  Asia’s oldest football tournament, the IndianOil Durand Cup, will be back with its 134th Edition and for the first time in its storied history, be hosted in as many as five states with Manipur’s capital Imphal, making a comeback after a two-year gap. The Durand Cup Organising Committee also announced the dates for this year’s tournament to be between July 22- August 23, 2025.

Kokrajhar in Assam will extend their status as Durand Cup hosts for the third consecutive year while Jamshedpur in Jharkhand and Shillong in Meghalaya were added as hosts last year. The century-old tournament shifted its home base to Kolkata – the Mecca of Indian Football, and the capital of West Bengal, from Delhi back in 2019, and, will also continue to hold that status for a sixth consecutive edition.

Since its transition to the East, the Durand Cup has reinstated itself as the country’s premiere competition, growing from 16 teams to 24 teams, including participation from all the Indian Super League (ISL) teams.

Organised by the Eastern Command of the Indian Army on behalf of the three Services, the tournament is unique in the sense that it pits Services teams against India’s best football clubs and over the past couple of editions, has also seen foreign participation with Army teams from neighbouring nations.

The Indian Army’s stated vision of expanding the reach of the historic tournament throughout the East and North-East is also now fully reflected with the choice of host cities this year.

A total of six venues, two in Kolkata (Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan and Kishore Bharti Krirangan) and one each in Imphal (Khuman Lampak stadium), Ranchi (Morhabadi Stadium) or Jamshedpur (JRD Tata Sports Complex), Shillong (Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium) and Kokrajhar (SAI Stadium) have been earmarked for the 134th IndianOil Durand Cup edition.

मणिपुर में सेना का बड़ा एक्शन, 10 उग्रवादी ढेर, हथियारों का जखीरा बरामद*

मणिपुर के चांदेल में भारतीय सेना ने उग्रवादियों के खिलाफ एक बड़े ऑपरेशन को अंजाम दिया है। चंदेल जिले में बुधवार को असम राइफल्स की एक यूनिट ने मुठभेड़ में कम से कम 10 उग्रवादियों को मार गिराया।भारतीय सेना की पूर्वी कमान ने बताया कि खुफिया जानकारी मिलने के बाद शुरू किया गया ऑपरेशन अभी भी जारी है।

इंडियन आर्मी ने एक्स पर इस एक्शन की जानकारी दी है। सेना के मुताबिक, मणिपुर के चांदेल जिले के खेंगजॉय तहसील के न्यू समतल गांव के पास उग्रवादियों की गतिविधियों का पता चला था। भारत-म्यांमार सीमा के पास सशस्त्र कैडरों यानी उग्रवादियों की गतिविधियों की खुफिया जानकारी पर एक्शन लिया गया। स्पीयर कॉर्प्स के तहत असम राइफल्स यूनिट ने 14 मई को एक अभियान शुरू किया।जैसे ही सेना के जवानों ने ऑपरेशन शुरू किया, उग्रवादियों ने उन पर गोलियां चलाई। जिसका सेना ने करारा जवाब दिया।

सेना ने बताया कि सुरक्षाबलों ने तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया दी और जवाबी कार्रवाई के दौरान हुई गोलीबारी में 10 कैडरों को मार गिराया गया। मौके से बड़ी मात्रा में हथियार और गोला-बारूद भी बरामद किए गए हैं।इस ऑपरेशन को कैलिब्रेटेड यानी योजनाबद्ध और सटीक बताया गया है।

सूत्रों के अनुसार, इलाके में और भी उग्रवादी छिपे होने की आशंका के मद्देनजर सर्च ऑपरेशन अभी भी चलाया जा रहा है। ऑपरेशन के दौरान किसी भी जवान के हताहत होने की खबर नहीं है। यह कार्रवाई मणिपुर में जारी अशांति के बीच सुरक्षाबलों की ओर से एक अहम सफलता मानी जा रही है।

असम की हिमंता बिस्वा सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। सरकार ने राज्य के गोमांस पर बैन लगाया दिया है।असम के किसी भी होटल या रेस्टोरेंट में अब बीफ नहीं परोसा जा सकेगा। यही नहीं, किसी भी तरह के पब्लिक फंक्शन में भी बीफ की डिशेज नहीं सर्व की जा सकेंगी। सीएम हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा ने बुधवार को इस बाबत प्रतिबंधों की घोषणा की।

  


सरमा ने दिल्ली में एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान बताया कि 'पहले हमारा फैसला मंदिरों के पास गोमांस खाने पर रोक लगाने का था, लेकिन अब हमने इसे पूरे राज्य में लागू कर दिया है। यानी आप किसी भी सामुदायिक स्थान, सार्वजनिक स्थान, होटल या रेस्तरां में गोमांस नहीं खा सकेंगे।'

  

सीएम हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा ने कहा कि असम में गो-हत्या रोकने के लिए हम 3 साल पहले कानून लाए थे. इस कानून से हमें गो-हत्या के खिलाफ काफी सफलता मिली है. अब हमने फैसला लिया है कि राज्य में किसी होटल, रेस्टोरेंट या सार्वजनिक स्थान पर बीफ नहीं परोसा जाएगा. पहले हमारा फैसला था कि किसी मंदिर के 5 किलोमीटर दायरे तक गोमांस नहीं परोसा जाएगा। सरमा ने कहा, 'हमने फैसला किया है कि किसी भी रेस्तरां या होटल में गोमांस नहीं परोसा जाएगा। इसलिए आज से हमने होटलों, रेस्तरां और सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर गोमांस की खपत को पूरी तरह से बंद करने का फैसला किया है।

हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा के इस फैसले के बाद सरकार में मंत्री पीजूष हजारिका ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर एक पोस्ट किया है। इसमें उन्होंने असम कांग्रेस को चैलेंज किया है। हजारिका ने कहा,मैं असम कांग्रेस को चुनौती देता हूं कि वो गोमांस प्रतिबंध का स्वागत करे या फिर पाकिस्तान जाकर बस जाए।

असम सरकार का ये फैसला उस वक्त आया है जब राज्य में गोमांस को लेकर सियासत तेज है। दरअसल, कांग्रेस सांसद रकीबुल हुसैन ने आरोप लगाया था कि नगांव जिले के सामगुरी विधानसभा क्षेत्र में बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं की ओर से बीफ पार्टी का आयोजन किया गया था। उन्होंने कहा था कि इसका मकसद मुस्लिम मतदाताओं को रिझाना था। सामगुरी सीट पर उपचुनाव के लिए 13 नवंबर को मतदान हुआ था। 23 नवंबर को रिजल्ट आने के बाद कांग्रेस की हार पर सांसद रकीबुल हुसैन ने भाजपा पर बीफ बांटने का आरोप लगाया था।

सरमा ने इन आरोपों पर कहा था कि रकीबुल हुसैन ने एक अच्छी बात कही है कि बीफ खाना गलत बात है।सीएम ने सोमवार को कहा था, मैं रकीबुल हुसैन से जानना चाहता हूं कि बीफ पर प्रतिबंध लगाना चाहिए, क्योंकि उन्होंने खुद इस बात को स्वीकार किया कि बीफ खाना गलत है, तो ऐसी स्थिति में इस पर तुरंत प्रतिबंध लगाया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा, मैं अब रकीबुल हुसैन के बयान को लेकर प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष भूपेन बोरा को पत्र लिखूंगा और उनसे पुछूंगा कि क्या वो भी रकीबुल हुसैन की तरह बीफ पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की वकालत करते हैं।

पश्चिम बंगाल से लेकर असम, केरल और तमिलनाडु सहित पांच राज्यों के चुनाव के नतीजे आ चुके हैं। पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु और केरलम में सरकारें बदल गईं। असम और पुडुचेरी में एनडीए ने वापसी की। बंगाल में टीएमसी को हराकर भाजपा पहली बार सत्ता में आई। पार्टी दस साल में 3 सीटों से 206 सीटों पर पहुंच गई है। तमिलनाडु में एक्टर थलपति विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने सबसे ज्यादा सीटें लाकर चौंका दिया। 59 साल में पहली बार राज्य में ऐसी सरकार बनने जा रही है, जिसमें डीएमके या एआईएडीएमके नहीं होगी।

  

बंगाल में 15 साल बाद ममता का राज खत्म
पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों में इस बार बड़ा राजनीतिक बदलाव देखने को मिला है। पश्चिम बंगाल में भाजपा ने सत्ता का शिखर छू लिया। ममता बनर्जी की टीएमसी को एकतरफा हराकर भाजपा ने सबसे मुश्किल किला यानी बंगाल फतह कर लिया। बंगाल में भाजपा ने 206 सीटें जीती हैं। जबकि तृणमूल कांग्रेस 100 का आंकड़ा भी नहीं छू सकी, पार्टी 80 सीट पर जीत दर्ज की।

तमिलनाडु के नतीजों ने किया हैरान
सबसे अधिस हैरानी तमिलनाडु में हुई। तमिलनाडु की सियासत में पहली बार किस्मत आजमा रहे थलापति विजय ने अपनी पार्टी टीवीके को जबरदस्त जीत दिलाई। चुनावी राजनीति में शानदार आगाज से विजय ने तमिलनाडु की सियासत में लंबे समय से दबदबा रखने वाले द्रमुक और अन्नाद्रमुक को बहुत पीछे छोड़ दिया है। अपने पहले ही चुनाव में उन्होंने राज्य के राजनीतिक समीकरण को हिलाकर रख दिया है। विजय की पार्टी टीवीके ने 100 सीटों का आंकड़ा पार करते हुए 108 सीटों पर कब्जा जमाया है। मगर 234 सदस्यीय विधानसभा में बहुमत के लिए जरूरी 118 सीटें हासिल करने से चूक गई। सरकार बनाने के लिए टीवीके को कम से कम 10 सीटों की दरकार होगी।

असम में तीसरी बार भाजपा सरकार
असम में भी हिमंता सरकार की वापसी हुई है। भाजपा लगातार तीसरी बार सरकार बनाएगी। BJP ने यहां अकेले ही 82 सीटें जीतीं, जो बहुमत के आंकड़े से 18 ज्यादा है। असम में 126 सीटों पर चुनाव हुआ। भाजपा ने 89 पर चुनाव लड़ा और 82 सीटें जीतीं। मौजूदा भाजपा सरकार का कोई भी मंत्री चुनाव नहीं हारा। ऐसा देश में पहली बार हुआ। उसकी जीत का स्ट्राइक रेट सबसे ज्यादा 92.1% रहा।

10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी
केरलम में 10 साल बाद कांग्रेस सरकार की वापसी हुई है। केरलम में कांग्रेस ने 114 में से 63 सीटें अपने नाम की है। हालांकि सीएम पिनाराई विजयन अपनी सीट धरमदम से जीत गए, लेकिन राज्य में एलडीएफ की करारी हार हुई। एलडीएफ सरकार के 21 में से 13 मंत्री चुनाव हारे हैं। इनमें स्वास्थ्य मंत्री वीना जॉर्ज, परिवहन मंत्री के बी गणेश कुमार, उद्योग मंत्री पी राजीव, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री आर बिंदु, खेल मंत्री वी अब्दुरहीमान और देवस्वोम मंत्री वी एन वासवन शामिल हैं।

पुडुचेरी में रंगासामी पांचवीं बार सीएम बनेंगे

आज देश के दो राज्यों और एक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए मतदान है। आज असम, केरल और केंद्र शासित प्रदेश पुदुचेरी में विधानसभा चुनाव है। असम की 126, केरल की 140 और पुदुचेरी की 30 सीटों पर उम्मीदवारों अपनी किस्मत आज ईवीएम में कैद हो जाएगी।

  

असम में कुल 2.5 करोड़ मतदाता हैं, जिनमें 1.25 करोड़ पुरुष, 1.25 करोड़ महिलाएं और 343 थर्ड जेंडर मतदाता शामिल हैं। 126 सीटों पर 722 उम्मीदवार चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। वहीं, केरल में 140 सीटों के लिए 883 उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं। राज्य में कुल 2.71 करोड़ मतदाता हैं, जिनमें 1.32 करोड़ पुरुष, 1.39 करोड़ महिलाएं और 273 थर्ड जेंडर वोटर्स शामिल हैं। पुदुचेरी में 30 विधानसभा सीटों पर मतदान होगा, जिनमें 5 सीटें अनुसूचित जाति के लिए आरक्षित हैं। पुदुचेरी में कुल 9.50 लाख मतदाताओं में करीब 4.46 लाख पुरुष, 5.03 लाख महिलाएं और 139 थर्ड जेंडर मतदाता शामिल हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री सरमा ने तुरंत इन दावों को खारिज कर दिया और उन्हें पूरी तरह झूठा बताया। इसके साथ ही उनकी पत्नी ने भी मोर्चा संभाला और पवन खेड़ा के खिलाफ पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई। जिसके बाद हिमंत बिस्‍वा सरमा की पत्‍नी पर 3 विदेशी पासपोर्ट रखने के आरोप लगाने वाले पवन खेड़ा से पूछताछ के लिए असम पुलिस की टीम पहुंची। मुख्‍यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्‍वा सरमा ने पवन खेड़ा के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई के संकेत सोमवार को ही दे दिये थे।

असम पुलिस की पवन खेड़ा के घर पर छापेमारी को लेकर कांग्रेस का रिएक्शन सामने आया है. कांग्रेस महासचिव जयराम रमेश ने कहा कि जनहित में बुनियादी सवाल पूछने पर मेरे सहयोगी पवन खेड़ा को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए पुलिस अधिकारियों की पूरी फौज तैनात करना यह साबित करता है कि असम के मुख्यमंत्री परेशान, हताश और डरे हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह उचित प्रक्रिया नहीं है, बल्कि एक तरह की बदले की कार्रवाई है, एक दबंग जो राज्य मशीनरी का इस्तेमाल करके विपक्ष की आवाज़ को दबा रहा है, जो उसके कई काले कारनामों को उजागर कर रहा है। जो लोग डराते-धमकाते हैं, वे असल में डरे हुए होते हैं और उनके पास छिपाने के लिए बहुत कुछ होता है। यह इस बात का भी प्रमाण है कि मुख्यमंत्री को आसन्न हार का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

पवन खेड़ा ने सीएम हिमंत की पत्‍नी पर लगाए बड़े आरोप
पवन खेड़ा ने कुछ दिन पहले दिल्ली और गुवाहाटी में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर गंभीर आरोप लगाए थे। उन्होंने दावा किया कि सीएम हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा की पत्नी रिनिकी भुयान शर्मा के पास तीन अलग-अलग देशों के पासपोर्ट हैं। पवन खेड़ा के मुताबिक, असम के सीएम हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा की पत्नी के पास UAE, मिस्र और एंटीगुआ और बारबुडा के पासपोर्ट हैं। दुबई में उनकी प्रॉपर्टी हैं और व्योमिंग (अमेरिका) में उनकी एक कंपनी है।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज असम में देश को बड़ी सौगात दी। डिब्रूगढ़ के नेशनल हाईवे पर नॉर्थईस्ट की पहली इमरजेंसी लैंडिंग फैसिलिटी का पीएम मोदी ने उद्घाटन किया है। पीएम मोदी खुद भी लॉकहीड सी-130 हरक्यूलस विमान से हाइवे पर उतरे हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी वायुसेना के विशेष विमान से डिब्रूगढ़ जिले में मोरान बाईपास पर बनी आपात लैंडिंग सुविधा पर उतरे। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की लैंडिंग के साथ ही हाइवे पर स्थित यह पट्टी वायुसेना के रणनीतिक नेटवर्क का हिस्सा बन गई। पीएम मोदी ने भारतीय वायुसेना के सी-130जे सुपर हरक्यूलिस से लैंड किया।

राफेल-सुखोई का भी दिका दम
इसी के साथ भारतीय वायुसेना के सुखोई Su-30MKI ने डिब्रूगढ़ के मोरन बाईपास पर इमरजेंसी लैंडिंग फैसिलिटी (ELF) से उड़ान भरी। राफेल, C-130J सुपर हरक्यूलिस ट्रांसपोर्ट एयरक्राफ्ट, डोर्नियर सर्विलांस विमान एडवांस्ड लाइट हेलीकॉप्टर (ALH) ये सभी जेट हाईवे स्ट्रिप पर सफलतापूर्वक उतरे और उड़े। इसके अलावा हेलीकॉप्टरों से घायलों को निकालने (कैजुअल्टी इवैक्यूएशन) की भी प्रैक्टिस की गई। यह सुविधा युद्ध के साथ-साथ मानवीय सहायता मिशनों में भी काम आएगी।

पूर्वोत्तर भारत का पहला आपातकालीन लैंडिंग केंद्र
बता दें कि यह पूर्वोत्तर भारत का पहला आपातकालीन लैंडिंग केंद्र है। यहां वे फाइटर जेट, ट्रांसपोर्ट विमान और हेलीकॉप्टरों का हवाई प्रदर्शन देखेंगे। भारतीय वायुसेना के साथ समन्वय में तैयार किया गया यह ईएलएफ आपात स्थिति में सैन्य और नागरिक विमानों की लैंडिंग और टेक-ऑफ में सक्षम है।

क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है ये आपातकालीन लैंडिंग केंद्र
यह इमरजेंसी रिस्पॉन्स के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण एसेट के रूप में कार्य करेगी। इससे पूर्वोत्तर में प्राकृतिक आपदाओं या स्ट्रेटेजिक आवश्यकताओं के दौरान बचाव और राहत कार्यों की त्वरित तैनाती संभव हो सकेगी। दोहरे उपयोग वाले इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर के रूप में परिकल्पित यह ELF, 40 टन तक के लड़ाकू विमानों और 74 टन के अधिकतम टेक-ऑफ वजन वाले परिवहन विमानों के संचालन में सक्षम है।

असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने एक बार फिर कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई पर गंभीर आरोप लगाया है। सरमा ने शनिवार को कहा कि 'गौरव गोगोई सौ प्रतिशत पाकिस्तान का एजेंट है। उसे बाहरी शक्तियों द्वारा देश में प्लांट किया गया है। सरमा ने कहा, जिस दिन मैं सबूत दिखाऊंगा, हर कोई मान जाएगा कि वह सौ प्रतिशत पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। बता दें कि सरमा गोगोई के उनकी ब्रिटिश पत्नी के माध्यम से पाकिस्तानी संबंधों का आरोप लगाते रहे हैं।

  


सरमा ने गोगोई को चुनौती दी
मीडिया से बातचीत में सरमा ने कहा, गौरव गोगोई पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। वह पूरी तरह से पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। अगर उनमें हिम्मत है, तो मेरे खिलाफ मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर करें। मेरे पास सबूत हैं — वह 100 प्रतिशत पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं। उन्हें हमारे देश में किसी विदेशी शक्ति द्वारा भेजा गया है। वह एक ‘प्लांटेड’ व्यक्ति हैं। मैं यह तथ्य के साथ कह रहा हूं। एक मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में मैं कह रहा हूं कि वह पूरी तरह पाकिस्तानी एजेंट हैं।

  

गोगोई की पत्नी पर भी लगा चुके हैं आरोप
असम सीएम ने इससे पहले आरोप लगाया था कि कांग्रेस सांसद गौरव गोगोई की पत्नी भारत में रहते हुए पाकिस्तान स्थित एक एनजीओ से वेतन लेती हैं। उनकी पत्नी और बच्चे भारतीय नागरिक नहीं हैं। साथ ही गोगोई से सवाल किया था कि क्या आप 15 दिनों के लिए पाकिस्तान गए थे।

Sports Desk:  Asia’s oldest football tournament, the IndianOil Durand Cup, will be back with its 134th Edition and for the first time in its storied history, be hosted in as many as five states with Manipur’s capital Imphal, making a comeback after a two-year gap. The Durand Cup Organising Committee also announced the dates for this year’s tournament to be between July 22- August 23, 2025.

Kokrajhar in Assam will extend their status as Durand Cup hosts for the third consecutive year while Jamshedpur in Jharkhand and Shillong in Meghalaya were added as hosts last year. The century-old tournament shifted its home base to Kolkata – the Mecca of Indian Football, and the capital of West Bengal, from Delhi back in 2019, and, will also continue to hold that status for a sixth consecutive edition.

Since its transition to the East, the Durand Cup has reinstated itself as the country’s premiere competition, growing from 16 teams to 24 teams, including participation from all the Indian Super League (ISL) teams.

Organised by the Eastern Command of the Indian Army on behalf of the three Services, the tournament is unique in the sense that it pits Services teams against India’s best football clubs and over the past couple of editions, has also seen foreign participation with Army teams from neighbouring nations.

The Indian Army’s stated vision of expanding the reach of the historic tournament throughout the East and North-East is also now fully reflected with the choice of host cities this year.

A total of six venues, two in Kolkata (Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan and Kishore Bharti Krirangan) and one each in Imphal (Khuman Lampak stadium), Ranchi (Morhabadi Stadium) or Jamshedpur (JRD Tata Sports Complex), Shillong (Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium) and Kokrajhar (SAI Stadium) have been earmarked for the 134th IndianOil Durand Cup edition.

मणिपुर में सेना का बड़ा एक्शन, 10 उग्रवादी ढेर, हथियारों का जखीरा बरामद*

मणिपुर के चांदेल में भारतीय सेना ने उग्रवादियों के खिलाफ एक बड़े ऑपरेशन को अंजाम दिया है। चंदेल जिले में बुधवार को असम राइफल्स की एक यूनिट ने मुठभेड़ में कम से कम 10 उग्रवादियों को मार गिराया।भारतीय सेना की पूर्वी कमान ने बताया कि खुफिया जानकारी मिलने के बाद शुरू किया गया ऑपरेशन अभी भी जारी है।

इंडियन आर्मी ने एक्स पर इस एक्शन की जानकारी दी है। सेना के मुताबिक, मणिपुर के चांदेल जिले के खेंगजॉय तहसील के न्यू समतल गांव के पास उग्रवादियों की गतिविधियों का पता चला था। भारत-म्यांमार सीमा के पास सशस्त्र कैडरों यानी उग्रवादियों की गतिविधियों की खुफिया जानकारी पर एक्शन लिया गया। स्पीयर कॉर्प्स के तहत असम राइफल्स यूनिट ने 14 मई को एक अभियान शुरू किया।जैसे ही सेना के जवानों ने ऑपरेशन शुरू किया, उग्रवादियों ने उन पर गोलियां चलाई। जिसका सेना ने करारा जवाब दिया।

सेना ने बताया कि सुरक्षाबलों ने तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया दी और जवाबी कार्रवाई के दौरान हुई गोलीबारी में 10 कैडरों को मार गिराया गया। मौके से बड़ी मात्रा में हथियार और गोला-बारूद भी बरामद किए गए हैं।इस ऑपरेशन को कैलिब्रेटेड यानी योजनाबद्ध और सटीक बताया गया है।

सूत्रों के अनुसार, इलाके में और भी उग्रवादी छिपे होने की आशंका के मद्देनजर सर्च ऑपरेशन अभी भी चलाया जा रहा है। ऑपरेशन के दौरान किसी भी जवान के हताहत होने की खबर नहीं है। यह कार्रवाई मणिपुर में जारी अशांति के बीच सुरक्षाबलों की ओर से एक अहम सफलता मानी जा रही है।

असम में गोमांस पर बैन:होटल-रेस्टोरेंट या किसी भी सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर नहीं परोसा जाएगा बीफ

असम की हिमंता बिस्वा सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। सरकार ने राज्य के गोमांस पर बैन लगाया दिया है।असम के किसी भी होटल या रेस्टोरेंट में अब बीफ नहीं परोसा जा सकेगा। यही नहीं, किसी भी तरह के पब्लिक फंक्शन में भी बीफ की डिशेज नहीं सर्व की जा सकेंगी। सीएम हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा ने बुधवार को इस बाबत प्रतिबंधों की घोषणा की।

  


सरमा ने दिल्ली में एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान बताया कि 'पहले हमारा फैसला मंदिरों के पास गोमांस खाने पर रोक लगाने का था, लेकिन अब हमने इसे पूरे राज्य में लागू कर दिया है। यानी आप किसी भी सामुदायिक स्थान, सार्वजनिक स्थान, होटल या रेस्तरां में गोमांस नहीं खा सकेंगे।'

  

सीएम हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा ने कहा कि असम में गो-हत्या रोकने के लिए हम 3 साल पहले कानून लाए थे. इस कानून से हमें गो-हत्या के खिलाफ काफी सफलता मिली है. अब हमने फैसला लिया है कि राज्य में किसी होटल, रेस्टोरेंट या सार्वजनिक स्थान पर बीफ नहीं परोसा जाएगा. पहले हमारा फैसला था कि किसी मंदिर के 5 किलोमीटर दायरे तक गोमांस नहीं परोसा जाएगा। सरमा ने कहा, 'हमने फैसला किया है कि किसी भी रेस्तरां या होटल में गोमांस नहीं परोसा जाएगा। इसलिए आज से हमने होटलों, रेस्तरां और सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर गोमांस की खपत को पूरी तरह से बंद करने का फैसला किया है।

हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा के इस फैसले के बाद सरकार में मंत्री पीजूष हजारिका ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर एक पोस्ट किया है। इसमें उन्होंने असम कांग्रेस को चैलेंज किया है। हजारिका ने कहा,मैं असम कांग्रेस को चुनौती देता हूं कि वो गोमांस प्रतिबंध का स्वागत करे या फिर पाकिस्तान जाकर बस जाए।

असम सरकार का ये फैसला उस वक्त आया है जब राज्य में गोमांस को लेकर सियासत तेज है। दरअसल, कांग्रेस सांसद रकीबुल हुसैन ने आरोप लगाया था कि नगांव जिले के सामगुरी विधानसभा क्षेत्र में बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं की ओर से बीफ पार्टी का आयोजन किया गया था। उन्होंने कहा था कि इसका मकसद मुस्लिम मतदाताओं को रिझाना था। सामगुरी सीट पर उपचुनाव के लिए 13 नवंबर को मतदान हुआ था। 23 नवंबर को रिजल्ट आने के बाद कांग्रेस की हार पर सांसद रकीबुल हुसैन ने भाजपा पर बीफ बांटने का आरोप लगाया था।

सरमा ने इन आरोपों पर कहा था कि रकीबुल हुसैन ने एक अच्छी बात कही है कि बीफ खाना गलत बात है।सीएम ने सोमवार को कहा था, मैं रकीबुल हुसैन से जानना चाहता हूं कि बीफ पर प्रतिबंध लगाना चाहिए, क्योंकि उन्होंने खुद इस बात को स्वीकार किया कि बीफ खाना गलत है, तो ऐसी स्थिति में इस पर तुरंत प्रतिबंध लगाया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा, मैं अब रकीबुल हुसैन के बयान को लेकर प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष भूपेन बोरा को पत्र लिखूंगा और उनसे पुछूंगा कि क्या वो भी रकीबुल हुसैन की तरह बीफ पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की वकालत करते हैं।
