प्रधानमंत्री मोदी फ्रांस दौरे के दौरान फ्रांस के दूसरे सबसे बड़े शहर और बंदरगाह मार्सिले का भी पहुंचे। मार्सिले एक ऐसा शहर जो नेपोलियन बोनापार्ट और फुटबॉलर जिनेदिन जिदान जैसी हस्तियों का घर है। यहां दुनियाभर से पर्यटक घूमने आते हैं और इस शहर की खूबसूरती का आनंद लेते हैं। वैसे, इस शहर से भारत का भी एक पुराना नाता रहा है। इस दौरान मोदी ने एक्स पर मार्सिले में 115 साल पुरानी घटना का जिक्र कर विनायक दामोदर सावरकर को भी याद किया।

फ्रांस के मार्सिले शहर में पीएम मोदी ने स्वतंत्रता सेनानी वीडी सावरकर की स्मृति में श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। मार्सिले में उन्होंने विनायक दामोदर सावरकर को याद किया। पीएम मोदी ने वीर सावरकर की तारीफ भी की। 
पीएम मोदी ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर एक पोस्ट किया और लिखा, "भारत की स्वतंत्रता की खोज में इस शहर का विशेष महत्व है। यहीं पर महान वीर सावरकर ने साहसपूर्वक भागने का प्रयास किया था। मैं मार्सिले के लोगों और उस समय के फ्रांसीसी कार्यकर्ताओं को भी धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूं जिन्होंने मांग की थी कि उन्हें ब्रिटिश हिरासत में न सौंपा जाए। वीर सावरकर की बहादुरी आज भी पीढ़ियों को प्रेरित करती है!"

मार्सिले से सावरकर के जुड़ाव की क्या है कहानी?
भारत में ब्रिटिश औपनिवेशिक शासन के दौरान, सावरकर को गिरफ्तार कर मुकदमे के लिए ब्रिटिश जहाज मोरिया से भारत लाया जा रहा था, तब उन्होंने 8 जुलाई, 1910 को कैद से भागने का प्रयास किया था। कहा जाता है सावरकर जहाज के पोर्टहोल से निकलकर तैरते हुए किनारे पहुंच गए थे, लेकिन बाद में उन्हें फ्रांसीसी अधिकारियों ने पकड़ लिया और उन्हें ब्रिटिश जहाज अधिकारियों की हिरासत में वापस सौंप दिया था। इसके बाद उन्हें काला पानी की सजा हुई।

मार्सिले शहर का भारत के लिए महत्व
मार्सिले में शहीद सैनिकों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करने के बाद प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने शहर में भारत के नए महावाणिज्य दूतावास का उद्घाटन किया है। मार्सिले दक्षिणी फ्रांस में है और यह देश का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा शहर होने के साथ बंदरगाह भी लिए है, जिससे व्यापार का बड़ा केंद्र है। मार्सिले भूमध्य सागर के तट पर भारत-फ्रांस के लिए एक व्यापारिक गेटवे का काम करता है। यह भारत-मध्य पूर्व-यूरोप इकॉनोमिक कॉरिडोर के प्रमुख एंट्री प्वाइंट में से एक है।

अमेरिका से 104 अवैध अप्रवासियों की वापसी हो चुकी है। उनको लेकर आए सैन्य विमान की लैंडिंग पंजाब के अमृतसर में हुई। निर्वासित लोगों में से 30 पंजाब से, 33-33 हरियाणा और गुजरात से, तीन-तीन महाराष्ट्र और उत्तर प्रदेश, दो चंडीगढ़ से हैं। निर्वासित किए गए लोगों में 19 महिलाएं और चार वर्षीय एक बच्चा, पांच व सात वर्षीय दो लड़कियों सहित 13 नाबालिग शामिल हैं। इस बीच प्लेन के देश की राजधानी दिल्ली की जगह अमृतसर में लैंडिंग को लेकर सवाल उठने लगे हैं।

कांग्रेस ने निर्वासित भारतीयों को ले जा रहे अमेरिकी सैन्य विमान को दिल्ली के बजाय अमृतसर में उतरने की अनुमति देने के केंद्र सरकार के फैसले पर सवाल उठाया है। कांग्रेस ने कहा कि शहर को 'धारणा' और 'नैरेटिव' को ध्यान में रखते हुए चुना गया था।

“बदनाम करने वाले नैरेटिव”
कांग्रेस के जालंधर कैंट विधायक परगट सिंह ने कहा कि पंजाब की तुलना में गुजरात सहित अन्य राज्यों से अधिक निर्वासित लोग हैं। परगट सिंह ने सोशल मीडिया प्लोट कहा कि जब पंजाब अंतरराष्ट्रीय उड़ानों की मांग करता है, तो पंजाब को आर्थिक लाभ से वंचित करने के लिए केवल दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट को अनुमति दी जाती है। लेकिन जब बदनाम करने वाले नैरेटिव की बात आती है, तो एक अमेरिकी निर्वासन विमान पंजाब में उतरता है। भले ही उसमें अधिककर निर्वासित गुजरात और हरियाणा से हों।

लोकसभा में इस पर चर्चा की मांग
वहीं, अमृतसर से सांसद और कांग्रेस नेता गुरजीत औजला ने विमान को अमृतसर में उतारे जाने पर सवाल खड़े किए हैं। उन्होंने लोकसभा में इस पर चर्चा की मांग का नोटिस देते हुए पूछा कि प्लेन को दिल्ली में क्यों नहीं उतारा गया? उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार पर हमला बोलते हुए एक्स पर लिखा, शर्मनाक और अस्वीकार्य! मोदी सरकार ने भारतीय अप्रवासियों को बेड़ियों में जकड़े हुए विदेशी सैन्य विमान से वापस भेजने की अनुमति दी। कोई विरोध क्यों नहीं? वाणिज्यिक उड़ान क्यों नहीं? विमान दिल्ली में क्यों नहीं उतरा? यह हमारे लोगों और हमारी संप्रभुता का अपमान है। सरकार को जवाब देना चाहिए!’

आप ने भी घेरा
इस बीच, आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) ने सवाल किया है कि विमान की लैंडिंग अमृतसर में क्यों कराई गई। देश के किसी अन्य राज्य में विमान को क्यों नहीं उतारा गया। आप पंजाब के अध्यक्ष अमन अरोड़ा ने सवाल किया कि विमान अमृतसर में क्यों उतरा, देश के किसी अन्य हवाई अड्डे पर क्यों नहीं। उन्होंने कहा, जब निर्वासित लोग पूरे देश से हैं, तो विमान को उतारने के लिए अमृतसर को क्यों चुना गया? यह सवाल हर किसी के दिमाग में है। अमन अरोड़ा ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने पंजाब के साथ हमेशा सौतेला व्यवहार किया है। पंजाब की तुलना में अन्य राज्यों के लोग (निर्वासित) अधिक हैं. इस विमान को उतारने के लिए अमृतसर को चुनना एक सवालिया निशान खड़ा करता है।

क्या महाकुंभ में भगदड़ के दौरान हुई मौतों का आंकड़ा छुपा रही सरकार, क्यों उठ रहे सवाल?

मौनी अमावस्या पर शाही स्नान से पहले महाकुंभ में मची भगदड़ को लेकर घमासान मचा हुआ है। महाकुंभ में मौनी अमावस्या के दिन हुई भगदड़ के दौरान हुई मौतों पर सवाल उठाए जा रहे हैं। सरकार और प्रशासन ने मौनी अमावस्या के दिन हुई भगदड़ के आंकड़े जारी कर दिए हैं, लेकिन इसको लेकर कई तरह के सवाल और कई तरह के दावे किए जा रहे हैं। सरकार की ओर से जारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, इस भगदड़ में 30 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 60 लोग घायल हुए थे। हालांकि, विपक्ष का दावा है कि सरकार मृतकों और घायलों के आंकड़े छिपा रही है। महाकुंभ में हुई भगदड़ में हजारों जानें गईं हैं।

मौतों के सही आंकड़े जारी करने की मांग
विपक्षी दल मौतों का आंकड़ा छुपानी का आरोप लगा रहे हैं। संसद के चालू बजट सत्र में भी इसको लेकर हंगामा जारी है। मंगलवार को राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण पर धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पर बोलते हुए समाजवादी पार्टी के प्रमुख और सांसद अखिलेश यादव ने महाकुंभ भगदड़ में हुई मौतों के सही आंकड़े जारी करने की मांग की। समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने इसको लेकर सरकार को घेरा है। बड़े आरोप लगाते हुए यादव ने कहा कि सरकार ने सबूत मिटाने के लिए जेसीबी का इस्तेमाल किया। उन्होंने कहा कि लोग तीर्थयात्रा के लिए महाकुंभ में पहुंचे, लेकिन अपने प्रियजनों के शवों के साथ लौट आए। उन्होंने कहा, महाकुंभ त्रासदी के लिए जिम्मेदार लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई हो और सच्चाई छिपाने वालों को सजा मिले।अगर कोई दोषी नहीं था तो आंकड़े क्यों दबाए गए, छिपाए गए और मिटाए गए? 

खड़गे ने हज़ारों मौतों का किया दावा
इससे पहले संसद के बजट सत्र के तीसरे तीन प्रयागराज कुंभ में हुई भगदड़ के मुद्दे पर जोरदार हंगामा हुआ है। दोनों ही सदनों में विपक्षी सांसदों ने इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की मांग की। विपक्ष ने इस मुद्दे पर सांकेतिक तौर पर सदन का बहिष्कार भी किया। कांग्रेस सांसद मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने राज्यसभा में राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण पर चर्चा पर भाषण की शुरुआत करते हुए कहा, अपनी बात आरंभ करने से पहले मैं महाकुंभ में दिवंगत लोगों को श्रद्धांजलि देता हूं जिन्होंने हज़ारों की संख्या में वहां पर अपनी जान दी है, कुंभ में। खड़गे के इस बयान के बाद सदन में सत्ता पक्ष के सांसदों ने शोर मचाना शुरू कर दिया। इस पर मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने कहा, ये मेरा अंदाज है। ये गलत है तो आप बताइए। अगर ये सच नहीं है तो आप बताइए, क्या सच है।

विपक्षी दलों ने सरकार को घेरा
वहीं, समाजवादी पार्टी की राज्यसभा सांसद जया बच्चन ने संसद परिसर में पत्रकारों से कहा है कि सबसे ज़्यादा दूषित पानी इस वक्त कहां है- कुंभ में है। उसके लिए कोई सफाई नहीं दे रहे हैं। लाश जो पानी में डाल दिए गए हैं, उससे पानी दूषित हुआ है।
तृणमूल कांग्रेस की सागरिका घोष ने कहा, कुंभ मेले में क्या हुआ था, हम इसका सच चाहते हैं। सबूत सामने आ रहे हैं कि वहां दूसरी भगदड़ भी हुई थी। खोजी पत्रकार बता रहे हैं कि वहां 30 नहीं बल्कि बहुत ज़्यादा लोगों की मौत हुई। हम इस सरकार से जवाब चाहते हैं। सभी विपक्षी सदस्यों ने नियम 267 के तहत नोटिस दिया कि हम कुंभ मेले में हुए हादसे पर चर्चा चाहते हैं। सरकार क्यों नहीं बता रही है कि कितने लोग मारे गए हैं। यह अपराध है।
आरजेडी के सांसद मनोज झा ने भी इस मुद्दे पर सराकर पर हमला बोला है। संसद परिसर में पत्रकारों से बातचीन में मनोज झा ने कहा, सिर्फ़ हमारी बात नहीं है पूरा देश परेशान है, अपने लोगों को ढूंढ रहा है, कुंभ इनसे पहले भी था, कुंभ इनके बाद भी होगा। लोग जवाबदेही चाहते हैं। इतनी जानें जाएं और सदन को अनभिज्ञ रखा जाए, यानी देश को अनभिज्ञ रखने की।

क्यों उठ रहे सवाल?
महाकुंभ में 28 जनवरी को मौनी अमावस्या के अमृत स्नान से पहले रात करीब 2 बजे भगदड़ मची थी। इसमें कई लोग घायल हुए और भीड़ में दबने के कारण कई लोगों की मौत हो गई। इस घटना के करीब 17 घंटे बाद यूपी सरकार की ओर से आंकड़े जारी किए गए, जिसमें 30 मौतों और 60 लोगों के घायल होने की बात कही गई। इसमें 25 मृतकों की शिनाख्त होने की भी बात कही गई। हालांकि, इन आंकड़ों के बाद पुलिस की ओर से करीब 24 लावारिश लाशों की शिनाख्त के लिए तस्वीरें जारी की गईं। ये तस्वीरें ही सरकारी आंकड़ों पर सवाल खड़े कर रही हैं।
वहीं, भगदड़ के बाद सामने आई कई मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स में दावा किया गया था कि महाकुंभ में संगम नोज के अलावा दूसरी जगह भी भगदड़ मची थी, लेकिन उसे छिपा लिया गया। इस भगदड़ में भी कई मौतों का दावा किया जा रहा है। 

100 करोड़ लोगों की व्यवस्था का था दावा
महाकुंभ की तैयारी के वक्त यूपी की सरकार ने 100 करोड़ लोगों को स्नान कराने की व्यवस्था करने की बात कही थी। यूपी सरकार के मंत्री हर राज्यों में जाकर आमंत्रण पत्र बांट रहे थे, लेकिन मौनी अमावस्या के आसपास स्थिति पूरी तरह चरमरा गई। अखिलेश यादव के मुताबिक पहली बार मौनी अमावस्या के दिन ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में साधु और संन्यासी स्नान नहीं कर पाए। शंकराचार्य अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद ने भी इसको लेकर सवाल उठाया। शंकराचार्य का कहना है कि जब 100 करोड़ लोगों की व्यवस्था थी, तब 10-20 करोड़ भी क्यों नहीं संभाल पाए?

वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने शनिवार को लोकसभा में बजट पेश किया। इस बजट में मध्य वर्ग को बड़ी राहत दी गई है। भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में सुस्ती और विकास दर पर उठ रहे सवालों के बीच इस बजट में अलग अलग वर्ग को राहत देने की कोशिश दिखाई दे रही है। इन सबके बीच देश की वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने एक ऐसा भी ऐलान किया है, जो डोनाल्ड ट्रंप को काफी खुश कर सकता है। जी हां, सरकार ने कुछ कस्टम ड्यूटी कम की है। जिसका असर अमेरिका से होने वाले निर्यात पर पड़ता हुआ दिखाई दे सकता है।

ग्लोबल ट्रेड रिसर्च इनिशिएटिव (जीटीआरआई) ने रविवार को कहा कि मोटरसाइकिल और स्वाद बढ़ाने वाले कृत्रिम तत्व जैसे प्रोडक्ट्स पर बजट में कस्टम ड्यूटी घटाई गई है। इससे अमेरिकी निर्यात को लाभ होगा। जीटीआरआई ने कहा कि डोनाल्ड ट्रंप प्रशासन द्वारा भारत की‘टैरिफ किंग’के रूप में आलोचना करने के बाद देश के बजट ने कई उत्पादों पर महत्वपूर्ण शुल्क कटौती की गई है। इनमें से कई प्रोडक्ट्स अमेरिकी एक्सपोर्ट को फायदा पहुंचाने वाले हैं। जीटीआरआई ने बयान में कहा,‘‘टेक्नोलॉजी, व्हीकल, इंडस्ट्रीयल रॉ मटेरियल और स्क्रैप के आयात पर शुल्क कटौती के साथ भारत व्यापार को सुविधाजनक बनाने की दिशा में कदम उठाता दिख रहा है। 

बदलेगा ट्रंप का नजरिया?
डोनाल्ड ट्रंप हमेशा भारत की टैरिफ किंग के तौर पर आलोचना करते हैं, लेकिन बजट ने कई उत्पादों पर महत्वपूर्ण शुल्क कटौती से अमेरिकी  निर्यात को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। उम्मीद की जा रही है कि बजट में इस ऐलान के बाद ट्रंप का नजरिया बदलेगा।
बता दें कि अप्रैल-नवंबर, 2024-25 के दौरान अमेरिका 82.52 अरब डॉलर व्यापार के साथ भारत का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा व्यापारिक साझेदार था। इसके पहले 2021-24 के दौरान अमेरिका भारत का सबसे बड़ा व्यापारिक साझेदार था।

इन चीजों से शुल्क घटी 
फ्रोजेन मछली पेस्ट (सुरीमी) और जलीय चारे के लिए मछली हाइड्रोलाइजेट पर शुल्क घटाकर पांच प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है. इन पर अभी तक लागू शुल्क क्रमश: 30 प्रतिशत और 15 प्रतिशत था.  रसायन क्षेत्र में, पिरिमिडीन और पिपरेजीन यौगिकों पर शुल्क को मौजूदा 10 प्रतिशत से घटाकर 7.5 प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है. इनका उपयोग खाद्य और पेय पदार्थों को एक निश्चित स्वाद देने के लिए किया जाता है. इसी तरह कम कैलोरी वाले यौगिक सोर्बिटोल पर शुल्क मौजूदा 30 प्रतिशत से घटाकर 20 प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है. इसके अलावा, प्रमुख खनिजों (लिथियम, कोबाल्ट, सीसा, जस्ता, तांबा) और कोबाल्ट पाउडर के अपशिष्ट और स्क्रैप पर सीमा शुल्क खत्म कर दिया गया है. मंत्रालय ने कहा कि इन उपायों से आयात निर्भरता कम होगी, उत्पादन लागत कम होगी और प्रमुख उद्योगों में भारत की वैश्विक प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता बढ़ेगी

मार्सिले से सावरकर के जुड़ाव की क्या है कहानी?
भारत में ब्रिटिश औपनिवेशिक शासन के दौरान, सावरकर को गिरफ्तार कर मुकदमे के लिए ब्रिटिश जहाज मोरिया से भारत लाया जा रहा था, तब उन्होंने 8 जुलाई, 1910 को कैद से भागने का प्रयास किया था। कहा जाता है सावरकर जहाज के पोर्टहोल से निकलकर तैरते हुए किनारे पहुंच गए थे, लेकिन बाद में उन्हें फ्रांसीसी अधिकारियों ने पकड़ लिया और उन्हें ब्रिटिश जहाज अधिकारियों की हिरासत में वापस सौंप दिया था। इसके बाद उन्हें काला पानी की सजा हुई।

अमेरिका से 104 अवैध अप्रवासियों की वापसी हो चुकी है। उनको लेकर आए सैन्य विमान की लैंडिंग पंजाब के अमृतसर में हुई। निर्वासित लोगों में से 30 पंजाब से, 33-33 हरियाणा और गुजरात से, तीन-तीन महाराष्ट्र और उत्तर प्रदेश, दो चंडीगढ़ से हैं। निर्वासित किए गए लोगों में 19 महिलाएं और चार वर्षीय एक बच्चा, पांच व सात वर्षीय दो लड़कियों सहित 13 नाबालिग शामिल हैं। इस बीच प्लेन के देश की राजधानी दिल्ली की जगह अमृतसर में लैंडिंग को लेकर सवाल उठने लगे हैं।

कांग्रेस ने निर्वासित भारतीयों को ले जा रहे अमेरिकी सैन्य विमान को दिल्ली के बजाय अमृतसर में उतरने की अनुमति देने के केंद्र सरकार के फैसले पर सवाल उठाया है। कांग्रेस ने कहा कि शहर को 'धारणा' और 'नैरेटिव' को ध्यान में रखते हुए चुना गया था।

“बदनाम करने वाले नैरेटिव”
कांग्रेस के जालंधर कैंट विधायक परगट सिंह ने कहा कि पंजाब की तुलना में गुजरात सहित अन्य राज्यों से अधिक निर्वासित लोग हैं। परगट सिंह ने सोशल मीडिया प्लोट कहा कि जब पंजाब अंतरराष्ट्रीय उड़ानों की मांग करता है, तो पंजाब को आर्थिक लाभ से वंचित करने के लिए केवल दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट को अनुमति दी जाती है। लेकिन जब बदनाम करने वाले नैरेटिव की बात आती है, तो एक अमेरिकी निर्वासन विमान पंजाब में उतरता है। भले ही उसमें अधिककर निर्वासित गुजरात और हरियाणा से हों।

लोकसभा में इस पर चर्चा की मांग
वहीं, अमृतसर से सांसद और कांग्रेस नेता गुरजीत औजला ने विमान को अमृतसर में उतारे जाने पर सवाल खड़े किए हैं। उन्होंने लोकसभा में इस पर चर्चा की मांग का नोटिस देते हुए पूछा कि प्लेन को दिल्ली में क्यों नहीं उतारा गया? उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार पर हमला बोलते हुए एक्स पर लिखा, शर्मनाक और अस्वीकार्य! मोदी सरकार ने भारतीय अप्रवासियों को बेड़ियों में जकड़े हुए विदेशी सैन्य विमान से वापस भेजने की अनुमति दी। कोई विरोध क्यों नहीं? वाणिज्यिक उड़ान क्यों नहीं? विमान दिल्ली में क्यों नहीं उतरा? यह हमारे लोगों और हमारी संप्रभुता का अपमान है। सरकार को जवाब देना चाहिए!’

आप ने भी घेरा
इस बीच, आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) ने सवाल किया है कि विमान की लैंडिंग अमृतसर में क्यों कराई गई। देश के किसी अन्य राज्य में विमान को क्यों नहीं उतारा गया। आप पंजाब के अध्यक्ष अमन अरोड़ा ने सवाल किया कि विमान अमृतसर में क्यों उतरा, देश के किसी अन्य हवाई अड्डे पर क्यों नहीं। उन्होंने कहा, जब निर्वासित लोग पूरे देश से हैं, तो विमान को उतारने के लिए अमृतसर को क्यों चुना गया? यह सवाल हर किसी के दिमाग में है। अमन अरोड़ा ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने पंजाब के साथ हमेशा सौतेला व्यवहार किया है। पंजाब की तुलना में अन्य राज्यों के लोग (निर्वासित) अधिक हैं. इस विमान को उतारने के लिए अमृतसर को चुनना एक सवालिया निशान खड़ा करता है।

मौनी अमावस्या पर शाही स्नान से पहले महाकुंभ में मची भगदड़ को लेकर घमासान मचा हुआ है। महाकुंभ में मौनी अमावस्या के दिन हुई भगदड़ के दौरान हुई मौतों पर सवाल उठाए जा रहे हैं। सरकार और प्रशासन ने मौनी अमावस्या के दिन हुई भगदड़ के आंकड़े जारी कर दिए हैं, लेकिन इसको लेकर कई तरह के सवाल और कई तरह के दावे किए जा रहे हैं। सरकार की ओर से जारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, इस भगदड़ में 30 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 60 लोग घायल हुए थे। हालांकि, विपक्ष का दावा है कि सरकार मृतकों और घायलों के आंकड़े छिपा रही है। महाकुंभ में हुई भगदड़ में हजारों जानें गईं हैं।

मौतों के सही आंकड़े जारी करने की मांग
विपक्षी दल मौतों का आंकड़ा छुपानी का आरोप लगा रहे हैं। संसद के चालू बजट सत्र में भी इसको लेकर हंगामा जारी है। मंगलवार को राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण पर धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पर बोलते हुए समाजवादी पार्टी के प्रमुख और सांसद अखिलेश यादव ने महाकुंभ भगदड़ में हुई मौतों के सही आंकड़े जारी करने की मांग की। समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने इसको लेकर सरकार को घेरा है। बड़े आरोप लगाते हुए यादव ने कहा कि सरकार ने सबूत मिटाने के लिए जेसीबी का इस्तेमाल किया। उन्होंने कहा कि लोग तीर्थयात्रा के लिए महाकुंभ में पहुंचे, लेकिन अपने प्रियजनों के शवों के साथ लौट आए। उन्होंने कहा, महाकुंभ त्रासदी के लिए जिम्मेदार लोगों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई हो और सच्चाई छिपाने वालों को सजा मिले।अगर कोई दोषी नहीं था तो आंकड़े क्यों दबाए गए, छिपाए गए और मिटाए गए? 

खड़गे ने हज़ारों मौतों का किया दावा
इससे पहले संसद के बजट सत्र के तीसरे तीन प्रयागराज कुंभ में हुई भगदड़ के मुद्दे पर जोरदार हंगामा हुआ है। दोनों ही सदनों में विपक्षी सांसदों ने इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा की मांग की। विपक्ष ने इस मुद्दे पर सांकेतिक तौर पर सदन का बहिष्कार भी किया। कांग्रेस सांसद मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने राज्यसभा में राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण पर चर्चा पर भाषण की शुरुआत करते हुए कहा, अपनी बात आरंभ करने से पहले मैं महाकुंभ में दिवंगत लोगों को श्रद्धांजलि देता हूं जिन्होंने हज़ारों की संख्या में वहां पर अपनी जान दी है, कुंभ में। खड़गे के इस बयान के बाद सदन में सत्ता पक्ष के सांसदों ने शोर मचाना शुरू कर दिया। इस पर मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने कहा, ये मेरा अंदाज है। ये गलत है तो आप बताइए। अगर ये सच नहीं है तो आप बताइए, क्या सच है।

विपक्षी दलों ने सरकार को घेरा
वहीं, समाजवादी पार्टी की राज्यसभा सांसद जया बच्चन ने संसद परिसर में पत्रकारों से कहा है कि सबसे ज़्यादा दूषित पानी इस वक्त कहां है- कुंभ में है। उसके लिए कोई सफाई नहीं दे रहे हैं। लाश जो पानी में डाल दिए गए हैं, उससे पानी दूषित हुआ है।
तृणमूल कांग्रेस की सागरिका घोष ने कहा, कुंभ मेले में क्या हुआ था, हम इसका सच चाहते हैं। सबूत सामने आ रहे हैं कि वहां दूसरी भगदड़ भी हुई थी। खोजी पत्रकार बता रहे हैं कि वहां 30 नहीं बल्कि बहुत ज़्यादा लोगों की मौत हुई। हम इस सरकार से जवाब चाहते हैं। सभी विपक्षी सदस्यों ने नियम 267 के तहत नोटिस दिया कि हम कुंभ मेले में हुए हादसे पर चर्चा चाहते हैं। सरकार क्यों नहीं बता रही है कि कितने लोग मारे गए हैं। यह अपराध है।
आरजेडी के सांसद मनोज झा ने भी इस मुद्दे पर सराकर पर हमला बोला है। संसद परिसर में पत्रकारों से बातचीन में मनोज झा ने कहा, सिर्फ़ हमारी बात नहीं है पूरा देश परेशान है, अपने लोगों को ढूंढ रहा है, कुंभ इनसे पहले भी था, कुंभ इनके बाद भी होगा। लोग जवाबदेही चाहते हैं। इतनी जानें जाएं और सदन को अनभिज्ञ रखा जाए, यानी देश को अनभिज्ञ रखने की।

क्यों उठ रहे सवाल?
महाकुंभ में 28 जनवरी को मौनी अमावस्या के अमृत स्नान से पहले रात करीब 2 बजे भगदड़ मची थी। इसमें कई लोग घायल हुए और भीड़ में दबने के कारण कई लोगों की मौत हो गई। इस घटना के करीब 17 घंटे बाद यूपी सरकार की ओर से आंकड़े जारी किए गए, जिसमें 30 मौतों और 60 लोगों के घायल होने की बात कही गई। इसमें 25 मृतकों की शिनाख्त होने की भी बात कही गई। हालांकि, इन आंकड़ों के बाद पुलिस की ओर से करीब 24 लावारिश लाशों की शिनाख्त के लिए तस्वीरें जारी की गईं। ये तस्वीरें ही सरकारी आंकड़ों पर सवाल खड़े कर रही हैं।
वहीं, भगदड़ के बाद सामने आई कई मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स में दावा किया गया था कि महाकुंभ में संगम नोज के अलावा दूसरी जगह भी भगदड़ मची थी, लेकिन उसे छिपा लिया गया। इस भगदड़ में भी कई मौतों का दावा किया जा रहा है। 

100 करोड़ लोगों की व्यवस्था का था दावा
महाकुंभ की तैयारी के वक्त यूपी की सरकार ने 100 करोड़ लोगों को स्नान कराने की व्यवस्था करने की बात कही थी। यूपी सरकार के मंत्री हर राज्यों में जाकर आमंत्रण पत्र बांट रहे थे, लेकिन मौनी अमावस्या के आसपास स्थिति पूरी तरह चरमरा गई। अखिलेश यादव के मुताबिक पहली बार मौनी अमावस्या के दिन ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में साधु और संन्यासी स्नान नहीं कर पाए। शंकराचार्य अविमुक्तेश्वरानंद ने भी इसको लेकर सवाल उठाया। शंकराचार्य का कहना है कि जब 100 करोड़ लोगों की व्यवस्था थी, तब 10-20 करोड़ भी क्यों नहीं संभाल पाए?

भारत के बजट से अमेरिका को क्या होगा फायदा? ट्रंप के 'टैरिफ वॉर' के बीच सीतारमण का जवाब

वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने शनिवार को लोकसभा में बजट पेश किया। इस बजट में मध्य वर्ग को बड़ी राहत दी गई है। भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में सुस्ती और विकास दर पर उठ रहे सवालों के बीच इस बजट में अलग अलग वर्ग को राहत देने की कोशिश दिखाई दे रही है। इन सबके बीच देश की वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने एक ऐसा भी ऐलान किया है, जो डोनाल्ड ट्रंप को काफी खुश कर सकता है। जी हां, सरकार ने कुछ कस्टम ड्यूटी कम की है। जिसका असर अमेरिका से होने वाले निर्यात पर पड़ता हुआ दिखाई दे सकता है।

ग्लोबल ट्रेड रिसर्च इनिशिएटिव (जीटीआरआई) ने रविवार को कहा कि मोटरसाइकिल और स्वाद बढ़ाने वाले कृत्रिम तत्व जैसे प्रोडक्ट्स पर बजट में कस्टम ड्यूटी घटाई गई है। इससे अमेरिकी निर्यात को लाभ होगा। जीटीआरआई ने कहा कि डोनाल्ड ट्रंप प्रशासन द्वारा भारत की‘टैरिफ किंग’के रूप में आलोचना करने के बाद देश के बजट ने कई उत्पादों पर महत्वपूर्ण शुल्क कटौती की गई है। इनमें से कई प्रोडक्ट्स अमेरिकी एक्सपोर्ट को फायदा पहुंचाने वाले हैं। जीटीआरआई ने बयान में कहा,‘‘टेक्नोलॉजी, व्हीकल, इंडस्ट्रीयल रॉ मटेरियल और स्क्रैप के आयात पर शुल्क कटौती के साथ भारत व्यापार को सुविधाजनक बनाने की दिशा में कदम उठाता दिख रहा है। 

बदलेगा ट्रंप का नजरिया?
डोनाल्ड ट्रंप हमेशा भारत की टैरिफ किंग के तौर पर आलोचना करते हैं, लेकिन बजट ने कई उत्पादों पर महत्वपूर्ण शुल्क कटौती से अमेरिकी  निर्यात को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। उम्मीद की जा रही है कि बजट में इस ऐलान के बाद ट्रंप का नजरिया बदलेगा।
बता दें कि अप्रैल-नवंबर, 2024-25 के दौरान अमेरिका 82.52 अरब डॉलर व्यापार के साथ भारत का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा व्यापारिक साझेदार था। इसके पहले 2021-24 के दौरान अमेरिका भारत का सबसे बड़ा व्यापारिक साझेदार था।

इन चीजों से शुल्क घटी 
फ्रोजेन मछली पेस्ट (सुरीमी) और जलीय चारे के लिए मछली हाइड्रोलाइजेट पर शुल्क घटाकर पांच प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है. इन पर अभी तक लागू शुल्क क्रमश: 30 प्रतिशत और 15 प्रतिशत था.  रसायन क्षेत्र में, पिरिमिडीन और पिपरेजीन यौगिकों पर शुल्क को मौजूदा 10 प्रतिशत से घटाकर 7.5 प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है. इनका उपयोग खाद्य और पेय पदार्थों को एक निश्चित स्वाद देने के लिए किया जाता है. इसी तरह कम कैलोरी वाले यौगिक सोर्बिटोल पर शुल्क मौजूदा 30 प्रतिशत से घटाकर 20 प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है. इसके अलावा, प्रमुख खनिजों (लिथियम, कोबाल्ट, सीसा, जस्ता, तांबा) और कोबाल्ट पाउडर के अपशिष्ट और स्क्रैप पर सीमा शुल्क खत्म कर दिया गया है. मंत्रालय ने कहा कि इन उपायों से आयात निर्भरता कम होगी, उत्पादन लागत कम होगी और प्रमुख उद्योगों में भारत की वैश्विक प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता बढ़ेगी
