सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कांग्रेस के खिलाफ एक जनहित याचिका दायर की दई है। चुनाव आयोग पर आरोप लगाने को लेकर लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी और कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका (पीआईएल) दायर की गई है। याचिकाकर्ता सतीश कुमार अग्रवाल ने चुनाव आयोग के खिलाफ गंभीर आरोप लगाने को लेकर कांग्रेस की मान्यता रद्द कराने को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पीआईएल डाली है। याचिका में कांग्रेस का राजनीतिक दल के रूप में पंजीकरण रद्द करने की मांग की गई है।

  


संवैधानिक संस्था की गरिमा को ठेस पहुंचाने का आरोप
सतीश कुमार अग्रवाल द्वारा दायर इस याचिका में आरोप लगाया गया है कि कांग्रेस नेताओं ने चुनाव आयोग पर निराधार आरोप लगाकर एक संवैधानिक संस्था की गरिमा को ठेस पहुंचाने का काम किया है। याचिकाकर्ता ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट से कांग्रेस की राजनीतिक पार्टी के रूप में मान्यता रद्द करने की मांग की है। याचिका में भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 32 के तहत रिट ऑफ मंडमस (परमादेश) जारी करने की अपील की गई है, जिसमें केंद्र सरकार (प्रतिवादी नंबर 1) को कांग्रेस का पंजीकरण रद्द करने का निर्देश देने की मांग की गई है।

दुष्प्रचार की एसआईटी जांच की मांग
याचिकाकर्ता का आरोप है कि पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे और सांसद राहुल गांधी के आरोप बेहद गंभीर और गैर जिम्मेदाराना हैं। इन दोनों ने एक संवैधानिक संस्था की साख को ठेस पहुंचाने की कोशिश की है और ऐसे में न सिर्फ पार्टी की मान्यता रद्द हो बल्कि इनके दुष्प्रचार की जांच एसआईटी से कराई जाए।

संविधान के प्रति वफादारी की शपथ तोड़ने का आरोप

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) में रहते हुए दो मुख्यमंत्रियों की गिरफ्तारी करने वाले भारतीय राजस्व सेवा (आईआरएस) के अधिकारी कपिल राज ने सरकारी सेवा से इस्तीफा दे दिया है। वित्त मंत्रालय ने बृहस्पतिवार को इसकी जानकारी दी। वित्त मंत्रालय की ओर से जारी एक आदेश में कहा गया, भारत के राष्ट्रपति ने कपिल राज के भारतीय राजस्व सेवा से इस्तीफे को स्वीकार कर लिया है जो 17 जुलाई से प्रभावी होगा।

लगभग 15 वर्ष की सेवा शेष थी
कपिल राज 2009 बैच के आईआरएस अधिकारी हैं और 45 वर्ष के हैं। अधिकारी से जुड़े सूत्रों ने बताया कि उन्होंने 'व्यक्तिगत कारणों' से इस्तीफा दिया है। सरकारी सेवा से सेवानिवृत्ति की उम्र 60 वर्ष होने के चलते उनके पास अभी लगभग 15 वर्ष की सेवा शेष थी। राज ने ईडी में लगभग आठ वर्षों तक सेवाएं दीं और हाल ही में उन्होंने एजेंसी में अपना प्रतिनियुक्ति कार्यकाल पूरा किया था। इस्तीफे से पहले वह दिल्ली में जीएसटी इंटेलिजेंस विंग में अतिरिक्त आयुक्त पद पर तैनात थे।

ईडी में रहते हुए कपिल राज की सबसे चर्चित कार्रवाइयां
कपिल राज ईडी में रहते हुए कई अहम कार्रवाइयां की हैं। उनके सबसे चर्चित मामलों में से एक दिल्ली के (पूर्व) मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी रही। केजरीवाल को मार्च 2024 में दिल्ली शराब नीति घोटाले में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। यह भारत में पहली बार था, जब किसी सिटिंग मुख्यमंत्री को ईडी ने गिरफ़्तार किया हो। 
कपिल राज ने इसके अलावा जनवरी 2024 में झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन को भूमि घोटाले और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के मामले में गिरफ़्तार किया था। कपिल राज ने रांची जोन के हाई इंटेंसिटी यूनिट (HIU-2) का नेतृत्व करते हुए भ्रष्टाचार के कई बड़े मामलों में कार्रवाई की। इनमें अवैध खनन, जमीन हस्तांतरण घोटाले और कैश फॉर एमएलए जैसे मामले प्रमुख थे।

नीरव मोदी और मेहुल चौकसी समेत कई बड़े मामलों की जांच की
कपिल राज इससे पहले मुंबई जोन में तैनात थे और इस दौरान उन्होंने नीरव मोदी, मेहुल चौकसी, डीएचएफएल और इकबाल मिर्ची से जुड़े कई बड़े मामलों की जांच की थी। उनकी तेज़तर्रार और सख्त छवि ने उन्हें ईडी के भीतर एक प्रभावशाली अधिकारी के रूप में स्थापित किया।
कपिल राज का कार्यकाल दिसंबर 2024 तक बढ़ाया गया था। अप्रैल 2025 में उन्हें ई़़डी से हटाकर जीएसटी इंटेलिजेंस मुख्यालय भेज दिया गया।

बाबा बर्फानी के दर्शन की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे लाखों श्रद्धालुओं के लिए आज का दिन बेहद खास है। अमरनाथ यात्रा की शुरूआत हो चुकी है। यात्रा के लिए तीर्थयात्रियों का पहला जत्था आज बुधवार को जम्मू से रवाना हो गया। बाबा बर्फानी का पहला दर्शन 3 जुलाई को होगा। इसके लिए आज यानी 2 जुलाई को अमरनाथ यात्रियों का पहला जत्था रवाना हो गया है। जम्मू कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा ने तीर्थयात्रियों के पहले जत्थे को हरी झंडी दिखाई।

पवित्र अमरनाथ यात्रा का शुभारंभ आज जम्मू-कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा द्वारा तीर्थयात्रियों के पहले जत्थे को हरी झंडी दिखाकर किया गया। भगवती नगर आधार शिविर से पहला जत्था रवाना हुआ। इस दौरान भक्त हर-हर महादेव का उद्घोष कर रहे थे। 

इस दौरान जम्मू-कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा ने कहा, श्री अमरनाथ जी श्राइन बोर्ड ने यात्रा के लिए बेहतरीन व्यवस्थाएं की हैं। जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस और सुरक्षा बलों ने भी कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की है। देशभर से बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु यहां आए हुए हैं। लोगों में खासा उत्साह है। भोलेनाथ के भक्त सभी आतंकी हमलों को दरकिनार कर भारी संख्या में यहां पहुंचे हैं। मुझे उम्मीद है कि इस साल की यात्रा पिछली यात्राओं से भी बेहतर होगी।

नौ अगस्त को होगा यात्रा का समापन 
कश्मीर में 3,880 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर स्थित अमरनाथ गुफा मंदिर के लिए 38 दिवसीय तीर्थयात्रा तीन जुलाई को घाटी से दो रास्तों से शुरू होगी - अनंतनाग जिले में पारंपरिक 48 किलोमीटर लंबे नुनवान-पहलगाम मार्ग और गांदरबल जिले में छोटा (14 किलोमीटर) लेकिन अधिक खड़ी चढ़ाई वाला बालटाल मार्ग। यात्रा का समापन नौ अगस्त को होगा।

जम्मू-कश्मीर में सुरक्षा कड़ी
अमरनाथ यात्रा के लिए पूरे जम्मू-कश्मीर में सुरक्षा कड़ी है। खासकर जम्मू-श्रीनगर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की गई है। केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (सीआरपीएफ) की 180 कंपनियों के साथ बहुस्तरीय सुरक्षा और निगरानी के लिए जैमर और प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग किया जा रहा है। लखनपुर से बनिहाल तक 50,000 से अधिक तीर्थयात्रियों के लिए 106 आवास केंद्रों में भोजन और ठहरने की व्यवस्था की गई है।

माओवाद के समूल नाश और बस्तर के समग्र विकास के लिए देश के बुद्धिजीवियों का आह्वान
रायपुर- बस्तर क्षेत्र में माओवादी हिंसा के उन्मूलन की मांग को लेकर आज रायपुर में एक महत्त्वपूर्ण प्रेस वार्ता आयोजित की गई। इस वार्ता को प्रो. एस.के. पांडे (पूर्व कुलपति), अनुराग पांडे (सेवानिवृत्त IAS), बी. गोपा कुमार (पूर्व उप-सॉलिसिटर जनरल) और शैलेन्द्र शुक्ला (पूर्व निदेशक, क्रेडा) ने संबोधित किया।
इन चार वक्ताओं द्वारा अपने वक्तव्य में बस्तर के नागरिकों की दशकों पुरानी पीड़ा, माओवादी हिंसा का वास्तविक स्वरूप, और तथाकथित 'बुद्धिजीवी' वर्ग द्वारा माओवाद के वैचारिक महिमामंडन पर गहरी चिंता व्यक्त की गई।
प्रो. एस.के. पांडे ने कहा कि बस्तर पिछले चार दशकों से माओवादी हिंसा की चपेट में है, जिसमें हजारों निर्दोष आदिवासी नागरिक, सुरक्षाकर्मी, शिक्षक, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता और ग्राम प्रतिनिधि मारे जा चुके हैं। South Asia Terrorism Portal के आँकड़ों का हवाला देते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि केवल छत्तीसगढ़ में माओवादी हिंसा से 1000 से अधिक आम नागरिकों की जान जा चुकी है, जिनमें बहुसंख्यक बस्तर के आदिवासी हैं।
अनुराग पांडे ने कहा कि ‘शांति वार्ता’ की बात तभी स्वीकार्य हो सकती है जब माओवादी हिंसा और हथियारों का त्याग करें। इसके साथ ही जो संगठन और व्यक्ति माओवादियों के फ्रंटल समूहों के रूप में कार्य कर रहे हैं, उनकी पहचान कर उन पर भी वैधानिक कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि सलवा जुडूम को बार-बार निशाने पर लेना माओवादी आतंक को नैतिक छूट देने का प्रयास है, जबकि बस्तर की जनता स्वयं इस हिंसा का सबसे बड़ा शिकार है।
प्रेस को सम्बोधित करते हुए बी. गोपा कुमार ने कहा कि जो लोग ‘शांति’ की बात कर रहे हैं, उन्हें पहले यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि माओवादी हिंसा पूरी तरह बंद हो। अन्यथा यह सब केवल रणनीतिक प्रचार (propaganda) का हिस्सा मात्र है। उन्होंने कहा कि 2004 की वार्ताओं के बाद जिस प्रकार 2010 में ताड़मेटला में नरसंहार हुआ, वह एक ऐतिहासिक चेतावनी है, जिसे नहीं भूलना चाहिए।

छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट का नया रोस्टर जारी, 9 जून से होगा लागू
बिलासपुर- छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट का नया रोस्टर जारी किया गया है, जो 9 जून से प्रभावी होगा. मुख्य न्यायाधीश समेत चार डिवीजन बेंच गठित किए गए हैं, जो विभिन्न प्रकार के मामलों की सुनवाई करेंगे.

नारकोटिक दवाओं की अवैध बिक्री का अड्डा बनता जा रहा है पचपेड़वा का यह क्लीनिक
बलरामपुर जनपद के विकासखंड पचपेड़वा के अंतर्गत आने वाली ग्राम पंचायत हरैय्या चंदरसी में स्थित एक क्लीनिक इन दिनों चर्चाओं में है। जानकारी के अनुसार, इस क्लीनिक को डॉक्टर गिरिजेश पांडे द्वारा संचालित किया जा रहा है, लेकिन न तो इसका कोई विधिवत रजिस्ट्रेशन है और न ही चिकित्सा मानकों का पालन किया जा रहा है।

स्थानीय लोगों ने आरोप लगाया है कि यहां मरीजों का इलाज मनमाने तरीके से किया जा रहा है, जिससे उनकी जान को खतरा हो सकता है।
सबसे गंभीर बात यह है कि इस क्लीनिक में नारकोटिक (मादक) दवाओं की भी अवैध बिक्री की जा रही है। इन दवाओं का उपयोग नशे के रूप में भी किया जा सकता है, जिससे युवाओं में इसकी लत लगने का खतरा बढ़ गया है। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि डॉक्टर पांडे के पास न तो फार्मेसी लाइसेंस है और न ही नारकोटिक दवाओं के स्टॉक की कोई वैध अनुमति।

स्थानीय प्रशासन की लापरवाही के चलते यह क्लीनिक अब तक बेधड़क संचालित हो रहा है। ग्रामीणों ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग और जिला प्रशासन से इस क्लीनिक की तत्काल जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की मांग की है। यदि समय रहते इस पर रोक नहीं लगाई गई तो यह लोगों की जान पर भारी पड़ सकता है और समाज में नशाखोरी की समस्या को और बढ़ा सकता है।

प्रशासन को चाहिए कि तुरंत संज्ञान लेकर जांच शुरू करे और दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए।

कपिल राज 2009 बैच के आईआरएस अधिकारी हैं और 45 वर्ष के हैं। अधिकारी से जुड़े सूत्रों ने बताया कि उन्होंने 'व्यक्तिगत कारणों' से इस्तीफा दिया है। सरकारी सेवा से सेवानिवृत्ति की उम्र 60 वर्ष होने के चलते उनके पास अभी लगभग 15 वर्ष की सेवा शेष थी। राज ने ईडी में लगभग आठ वर्षों तक सेवाएं दीं और हाल ही में उन्होंने एजेंसी में अपना प्रतिनियुक्ति कार्यकाल पूरा किया था। इस्तीफे से पहले वह दिल्ली में जीएसटी इंटेलिजेंस विंग में अतिरिक्त आयुक्त पद पर तैनात थे।

ईडी में रहते हुए कपिल राज की सबसे चर्चित कार्रवाइयां
कपिल राज ईडी में रहते हुए कई अहम कार्रवाइयां की हैं। उनके सबसे चर्चित मामलों में से एक दिल्ली के (पूर्व) मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी रही। केजरीवाल को मार्च 2024 में दिल्ली शराब नीति घोटाले में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। यह भारत में पहली बार था, जब किसी सिटिंग मुख्यमंत्री को ईडी ने गिरफ़्तार किया हो। 
कपिल राज ने इसके अलावा जनवरी 2024 में झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन को भूमि घोटाले और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के मामले में गिरफ़्तार किया था। कपिल राज ने रांची जोन के हाई इंटेंसिटी यूनिट (HIU-2) का नेतृत्व करते हुए भ्रष्टाचार के कई बड़े मामलों में कार्रवाई की। इनमें अवैध खनन, जमीन हस्तांतरण घोटाले और कैश फॉर एमएलए जैसे मामले प्रमुख थे।

बाबा बर्फानी के दर्शन की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे लाखों श्रद्धालुओं के लिए आज का दिन बेहद खास है। अमरनाथ यात्रा की शुरूआत हो चुकी है। यात्रा के लिए तीर्थयात्रियों का पहला जत्था आज बुधवार को जम्मू से रवाना हो गया। बाबा बर्फानी का पहला दर्शन 3 जुलाई को होगा। इसके लिए आज यानी 2 जुलाई को अमरनाथ यात्रियों का पहला जत्था रवाना हो गया है। जम्मू कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा ने तीर्थयात्रियों के पहले जत्थे को हरी झंडी दिखाई।

पवित्र अमरनाथ यात्रा का शुभारंभ आज जम्मू-कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा द्वारा तीर्थयात्रियों के पहले जत्थे को हरी झंडी दिखाकर किया गया। भगवती नगर आधार शिविर से पहला जत्था रवाना हुआ। इस दौरान भक्त हर-हर महादेव का उद्घोष कर रहे थे। 

इस दौरान जम्मू-कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा ने कहा, श्री अमरनाथ जी श्राइन बोर्ड ने यात्रा के लिए बेहतरीन व्यवस्थाएं की हैं। जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस और सुरक्षा बलों ने भी कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की है। देशभर से बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु यहां आए हुए हैं। लोगों में खासा उत्साह है। भोलेनाथ के भक्त सभी आतंकी हमलों को दरकिनार कर भारी संख्या में यहां पहुंचे हैं। मुझे उम्मीद है कि इस साल की यात्रा पिछली यात्राओं से भी बेहतर होगी।

नौ अगस्त को होगा यात्रा का समापन 
कश्मीर में 3,880 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर स्थित अमरनाथ गुफा मंदिर के लिए 38 दिवसीय तीर्थयात्रा तीन जुलाई को घाटी से दो रास्तों से शुरू होगी - अनंतनाग जिले में पारंपरिक 48 किलोमीटर लंबे नुनवान-पहलगाम मार्ग और गांदरबल जिले में छोटा (14 किलोमीटर) लेकिन अधिक खड़ी चढ़ाई वाला बालटाल मार्ग। यात्रा का समापन नौ अगस्त को होगा।

जम्मू-कश्मीर में सुरक्षा कड़ी
अमरनाथ यात्रा के लिए पूरे जम्मू-कश्मीर में सुरक्षा कड़ी है। खासकर जम्मू-श्रीनगर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर कड़ी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की गई है। केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (सीआरपीएफ) की 180 कंपनियों के साथ बहुस्तरीय सुरक्षा और निगरानी के लिए जैमर और प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग किया जा रहा है। लखनपुर से बनिहाल तक 50,000 से अधिक तीर्थयात्रियों के लिए 106 आवास केंद्रों में भोजन और ठहरने की व्यवस्था की गई है।

माओवाद के समूल नाश और बस्तर के समग्र विकास के लिए देश के बुद्धिजीवियों का आह्वान
रायपुर- बस्तर क्षेत्र में माओवादी हिंसा के उन्मूलन की मांग को लेकर आज रायपुर में एक महत्त्वपूर्ण प्रेस वार्ता आयोजित की गई। इस वार्ता को प्रो. एस.के. पांडे (पूर्व कुलपति), अनुराग पांडे (सेवानिवृत्त IAS), बी. गोपा कुमार (पूर्व उप-सॉलिसिटर जनरल) और शैलेन्द्र शुक्ला (पूर्व निदेशक, क्रेडा) ने संबोधित किया।
इन चार वक्ताओं द्वारा अपने वक्तव्य में बस्तर के नागरिकों की दशकों पुरानी पीड़ा, माओवादी हिंसा का वास्तविक स्वरूप, और तथाकथित 'बुद्धिजीवी' वर्ग द्वारा माओवाद के वैचारिक महिमामंडन पर गहरी चिंता व्यक्त की गई।
प्रो. एस.के. पांडे ने कहा कि बस्तर पिछले चार दशकों से माओवादी हिंसा की चपेट में है, जिसमें हजारों निर्दोष आदिवासी नागरिक, सुरक्षाकर्मी, शिक्षक, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता और ग्राम प्रतिनिधि मारे जा चुके हैं। South Asia Terrorism Portal के आँकड़ों का हवाला देते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि केवल छत्तीसगढ़ में माओवादी हिंसा से 1000 से अधिक आम नागरिकों की जान जा चुकी है, जिनमें बहुसंख्यक बस्तर के आदिवासी हैं।
अनुराग पांडे ने कहा कि ‘शांति वार्ता’ की बात तभी स्वीकार्य हो सकती है जब माओवादी हिंसा और हथियारों का त्याग करें। इसके साथ ही जो संगठन और व्यक्ति माओवादियों के फ्रंटल समूहों के रूप में कार्य कर रहे हैं, उनकी पहचान कर उन पर भी वैधानिक कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि सलवा जुडूम को बार-बार निशाने पर लेना माओवादी आतंक को नैतिक छूट देने का प्रयास है, जबकि बस्तर की जनता स्वयं इस हिंसा का सबसे बड़ा शिकार है।
प्रेस को सम्बोधित करते हुए बी. गोपा कुमार ने कहा कि जो लोग ‘शांति’ की बात कर रहे हैं, उन्हें पहले यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि माओवादी हिंसा पूरी तरह बंद हो। अन्यथा यह सब केवल रणनीतिक प्रचार (propaganda) का हिस्सा मात्र है। उन्होंने कहा कि 2004 की वार्ताओं के बाद जिस प्रकार 2010 में ताड़मेटला में नरसंहार हुआ, वह एक ऐतिहासिक चेतावनी है, जिसे नहीं भूलना चाहिए।
वार्ता के अंत में शैलेन्द्र शुक्ला ने यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि शांति, विकास और न्याय – ये तीनों केवल तभी संभव हैं जब माओवाद को निर्णायक रूप से समाप्त किया जाए। सरकार से यह अपेक्षा की गई है कि वह माओवादी आतंकवाद के विरुद्ध अपनी कार्रवाई को सतत और सशक्त बनाए रखे, और माओवादी समर्थक संगठनों को वैधानिक रूप से चिन्हित कर उन पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए।
मुख्य मांगे-
 सरकार नक्सल आतंकवाद के खिलाफ अपनी कार्रवाई जारी रखे, और सुरक्षा बलों के प्रयासों को और भी मजबूत बनाए। कार्रवाइयाँ और अधिक सशक्त और सतत रहें।
 माओवादी और उनके समर्थक संगठनों को शांति वार्ता के लिए तभी शामिल किया जाए, जब वे हिंसा और हथियारों को छोड़ने के लिए तैयार हों।
 नक्सलवाद और उनके फ्रंटल संगठनों का समर्थन करने वाले व्यक्तियों और संगठनों पर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए।
 बस्तर की शांति और विकास के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाए जाएं, ताकि इस क्षेत्र को नक्सल आतंकवाद से मुक्त किया जा सके।

छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट का नया रोस्टर जारी, 9 जून से होगा लागू
बिलासपुर- छत्तीसगढ़ हाईकोर्ट का नया रोस्टर जारी किया गया है, जो 9 जून से प्रभावी होगा. मुख्य न्यायाधीश समेत चार डिवीजन बेंच गठित किए गए हैं, जो विभिन्न प्रकार के मामलों की सुनवाई करेंगे.
नए रोस्टर के तहत सभी रिट, पब्लिक इंटरेस्ट लिटिगेशन (PIL), टैक्स, आपराधिक और सिविल अपीलें डिवीजन बेंच (DB) को सौंपी गई हैं. इसके अलावा 14 सिंगल बेंच को धारावार और वर्षवार केस सौंपे गए हैं. विशेष प्रकार के मामलों जैसे POCSO, SC-ST एक्ट और याचिकाएं विशेष पीठ को आवंटित की गई है. मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने इस नए रोस्टर का आदेश जारी किया है, जो अगले आदेश तक प्रभावी रहेगा.

पहलगाम आतंकी हमले में मारे गए दिनेश मिरानिया के परिवार के लिए GPIL ने बढ़ाया मदद का हाथ, 21 लाख रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता देने का किया ऐलान
रायपुर- जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम के बैसरन इलाके में हुए आतंकी हमले में मारे गए रायपुर के व्यवसायी दिनेश मिरानिया के परिवार को हीरा ग्रुप की प्रमुख कंपनी गोदावरी पावर एंड इस्पात लिमिटेड (GPIL) ने 21 लाख रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता देने की घोषणा की है। यह सहायता GPIL की कॉर्पोरेट सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व (CSR) पहल के अंतर्गत दी जा रही है, जिसका उद्देश्य दिनेश मिरानिया के दोनों बच्चों की शिक्षा सुनिश्चित करना है।

परिवार के साथ शादी की सालगिरह मनाने पहलगाम गए थे मिरानिया
बता दें कि दिनेश मिरानिया अपने परिवार के साथ शादी की सालगिरह मनाने और एक धार्मिक कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लेने कश्मीर पहुंचे थे। इस दौरान पहलगाम के बैसरन इलाके में 22 अप्रैल को दहशतगर्दों ने गोलियों की बौछार कर 26 निर्दोष लोगों की जान ले ली, जिनमें एक दिनेश मिरानिया भी थे। आतंकवादियों ने पर्यटकों के नाम पूछे, धर्म की पहचान कर महिलाओं और बच्चों को छोड़कर पुरुषों की हत्या कर दी।

नारकोटिक दवाओं की अवैध बिक्री का अड्डा बनता जा रहा है पचपेड़वा का यह क्लीनिक
बलरामपुर जनपद के विकासखंड पचपेड़वा के अंतर्गत आने वाली ग्राम पंचायत हरैय्या चंदरसी में स्थित एक क्लीनिक इन दिनों चर्चाओं में है। जानकारी के अनुसार, इस क्लीनिक को डॉक्टर गिरिजेश पांडे द्वारा संचालित किया जा रहा है, लेकिन न तो इसका कोई विधिवत रजिस्ट्रेशन है और न ही चिकित्सा मानकों का पालन किया जा रहा है।

स्थानीय लोगों ने आरोप लगाया है कि यहां मरीजों का इलाज मनमाने तरीके से किया जा रहा है, जिससे उनकी जान को खतरा हो सकता है।
सबसे गंभीर बात यह है कि इस क्लीनिक में नारकोटिक (मादक) दवाओं की भी अवैध बिक्री की जा रही है। इन दवाओं का उपयोग नशे के रूप में भी किया जा सकता है, जिससे युवाओं में इसकी लत लगने का खतरा बढ़ गया है। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि डॉक्टर पांडे के पास न तो फार्मेसी लाइसेंस है और न ही नारकोटिक दवाओं के स्टॉक की कोई वैध अनुमति।

स्थानीय प्रशासन की लापरवाही के चलते यह क्लीनिक अब तक बेधड़क संचालित हो रहा है। ग्रामीणों ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग और जिला प्रशासन से इस क्लीनिक की तत्काल जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की मांग की है। यदि समय रहते इस पर रोक नहीं लगाई गई तो यह लोगों की जान पर भारी पड़ सकता है और समाज में नशाखोरी की समस्या को और बढ़ा सकता है।

प्रशासन को चाहिए कि तुरंत संज्ञान लेकर जांच शुरू करे और दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए।
